Clean and a place to great stay

The place was quite dirty. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The carpet was quite dirty, and the bed wasn't comfortable. I didn't like it at all. I wouldn't come back here.

This three-bedroom accommodation is exceptionally well-suited for a family. The management team provides a very friendly and helpful experience. Guests can enjoy a clean and inviting swimming pool. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings are quite good. It is a truly pleasant place to stay.

There was a bullet hole in our door.

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. AC worked well. Hot tub was out-of-order and pool was somewhat dirty on the bottom of the pool but water was clear. The breakfast was ok. The orange juice was 3/4 water.

Our room smelt awful. The sink would not drain. There was dried blood on the nightstand, and handle. There was a lady that was cleaning high out of mind playing in the ice and placing ice in her shorts. The homeless were sitting outside the property. I didn’t not feel safe. I have had to flight for my refund.

These room was a mess. There was alcohol bottles underneath the bed. The bathroom in the bath tub there was mold in the corners. The window was broken and the window didn’t lock

I had problems finding parking in the evening after coming back from a concert. And the microwave didn't work in my room. :( I called about the parking issue and the man working have me his parking spot which was very kind and helpful.

We were given a room that was already occupied. The next room we were given wasn't clean. When we got our room, there was dog kibble on floor by the door and a funky smell in the room. The drain in the sink didn't drain well and there was debris in the drawers.

The bad: musty/pee? smell in room (ran across the street to Ulta for room spray to cover it up), check in with staff was long and unorganized, disturbing, very prominent (rm 215) rust brown splatters all over curtains, shabby overall. Book your Gorge hotel early or you will end up here!

The staff was friendly. Rooms are ok.

Then our key card randomly stopped working more than a couple of times and was required to be reactivated by front desk staff. The explanation was that sometimes it would stop working if it was kept next to a mobile phone. Oh and there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. Hmmm…. We have never had this issue with other hotel brands. What an inconvenience to have hauled all your stuff to your room just to find out your card key didn’t work. And nope, not their fault so no apology for the inconvenience. Pillow cases had stains on them. The top of the toilet water tank had a layer of dust. Really? When was the last time the toilet was wiped down? Do they even change the bed sheets and pillow cases? Gross! Breakfast with grey looking sausage patties and rubbery premade well done sunny side up eggs gave us a huge tummy ache and “the run” all day. There was a sign that says “Under New Management” at the front desk counter. And we saw people wearing pajamas and slippers inside the office. So, does the new owner live there too? Extremely unprofessional. BEWARE!

The room had a door that closed and locked. Everything had stains or smells, my pillow had blood on it, the floor and sheets had sexual stains. The towels smelled like beer. The windows were so thin I could hear a cat meowing from miles away. Their was no silence in this hotel.

I paid for my room at the hotel earlier in the day. When I went to check in they said they couldn't find the reservation or the charge that I paid and have refused to refund it. I've disputed it with my credit card company.

We booked a room here excited to use the hot tub and pool. When we got there, they said they were both shut down for who knows how long. I asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere that had a working tub, and they refused. Will never stay at a quality inn again!

General manager was super friendly and welcoming. Made sure our stay was perfect. After we checked out I forgot that I left my fruit in the fridge and he let us back in to grab it. Perfect location for shopping and super friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable The fact that when we checked in the staff was very rude. When get the key to room we was still settling in my bf took wheels off bike was bringing them inn. The guy that checked in. Was at our door and saying that he couldn't bring tires inside and tires was not even dirty. He got all hostile with us and just made that the entire stay uncomfortable. Okay then when it was time to check out in the morning I'm just returning the keys and he does this room check he comes back and says he's not giving my deposit back which is I look why not I need to continue saying that the room was dirty I was at the room is dirty okay so what he's considering the room dirty ends with t TO BYhe night we stayed I went to Taco Bell got some some meals which had the boxes on the garbage Kansas in the room or not big enough the original no extra bags in the garbage so we'll put the boxes stacked up next to the garbage can he said that wasn't that was dirty only and there was a couple crumbs on the on the chair I'm not smidge into the chair nothing was moved into the floor nothing but he's saying that that was so when I get back with him cuz he comes back to keep my deposit I thought the deposit was for damaged not putting garbage it was awful office day and then I checked my car my app for my card and I know this he took out not only. But he wasn't just keeping the 50 dollars deposit but he took it another $50 to me and I looked into it that is illegal illegal it's a fed fraudulent act.a that situation so yeah if it just was all bad the place is all bad all bad

The room was a little out dated, some stains on the blankets. The bath tub had mold and the toilet was stained. The tv kept freezing and cutting out while watching a show.The breakfast was not kept up, when we went down there was no food but making waffles everything else was out and there was still 2hrs left of breakfast.

Walking distance of hotel to Town Toyota Center was incorrectly shown as 5 minutes. There isn't a way walk to the arena from the hotel. Had to drive

I booked 2 nights at the Quality Inn in Wenatchee WA and within 10 minutes decided I did not want to stay there so asked for a cancellation. Mgr. told me I'd have to ask Expedia for the ". Had to pay $50.00 fee in case I smoked or broke anything. TV didn't work, drawer handle was broken, I was locked in my room; neither me nor desk Mgr. could unlock door. Expedia would not give me my money back. Will never do business with either one again.

The bed was comfortable. The carpet going up the stairs is wore out and old. The tv in they're room was small. Missing handle on the Armour i mean you can buy them right down the street at home depot. Then I go down at 6 for breakfast the gravy was cold, the waffle iron wasn't even preheated. There was out dated yogurt in the fridge. The worst of it all was pouring a glass of milk taking a drink to find out it was spoiled. This was truly the worst experience I have ever had!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the hot breakfast food items. Staff was attentive and constantly checking and refilling food. The building is old. Carpets also reflect the age of the building. It could be a little cleaner.

Location was good. Price fair From the time we arrived, Sunday mid day until we left on Tuesday morning the trash was PILED up to the point it was blocking the entrance door. The staff did not seem to think it was a big deal. They were putting the safety of guests at risk. At one point T I even offered to remove the trash. When asking the front desk again she shrugged me off, and said, “ We have other fires to put out”. Extremely Dissatisfied with that aspect. I really would like to call the health department in Wenatchee. :(

The facilities were extremely dirty. Overflowing trashes outside, trash in the hallways, it looked as if the floors had not been vacuumed for weeks. Had to request to change rooms because the one we were given had not been cleaned.

Room was dirty and old. Floors in the hotel were also dirty. Breakfast was minimal and bread wasn't fresh. No toilet paper in our room and the shampoo, conditioner, and lotions were all used from the previous stay. No hand towels. We would never stay here again.

Pictures look amazing but reality is different. Old hotel bathroom is horrible. Next door was parting till AM went to the front desk multiple times asking her to talk with them. I thought it was a deal from Expedia but the hotel is really cheap. Marijuana smells all over. No I don’t recommend this place at all. Breakfast was horrible busy garbage is full floors are messy kept asking for items to be restocked.

Very clear, room very professional

The reservation process was easy, but when we arrived, they assigned us a very dusty room. They changed our room, but it was just as bad. The next day, the manager came to knock on our door at 9:10 in the morning, asking why we were still there. I explained the situation, but she didn't apologize; she was completely arrogant. I don't know if it's because we're Hispanic, but she behaved that way. There are better hotels in the area at the same price. I don't recommend it. Don't waste your money.

Staff very courteous, the window had a crack in it and there was no way to lock it. The room was clean.

Staff was nice, but the room was foul, like they hadn’t cleaned it in several guest stays. There’s was pubic hair all over the bathtub and floor. Hair, dirt, debris, and mystery substances in every corner. Gave us a half used shampoo bottle. Absolutely disgusting. Took pictures of everything. And the manager will not get ahold of me to make it right.

I loaded up the family and drove them to Leavenworth spent the whole day walking around shopping, drove to the hotel, hoping to lay down and relax to find out it was never cleaned rolled over found. I was laying on blood, flipped the pillow over. Found more blood not one towel in the room, and I used dirty bar soap in the shower not to mention crumbs and black hairs in between the sheets and comforters. The room was never cleaned.

The tub was dirty, had hair, the bathroom floor had hair everywhere and food behind the door, and buggers on the wall.

Rooms are dirty with stained carpets and pungent smell. This property needs a complete overhaul. Wouldn’t recommend for a family stay.

The Room was clean, but the Bed was lumpy and we felt like there was a hole in the middle as we were falling into the middle. So we did get moved to a new room which was much better. Also when i turned on the water in the sink a Quarter suzed spider came out of the drain scared the beegeezes out of me. Lol all in all our stay was very eventful. The last night we stayed there was a smell permiating from the hall, someone was smoking weed in their room and it was horrendous and I couldn't breath and my eyes burned. I stuffed a towel at the bottom of the door to stop it from coming in our room. All in all it was the worst stay we have ever had there but it was still good due to the Employees. They were awsome!

I arrived and had problems with the microwave but the person at reception helped me, the next day I had problems opening the shower and I couldn't shower and I arrived at 8:45 for breakfast there were no eggs or anything hot, I informed the reception with another person who was there and he told me that they weren't going to do anything else, when like 20 people arrived then what happens if they eat everything quickly the rest of the guests don't have breakfast, that person started cleaning even when we were eating (only recommended because there wasn't even fruit) terrible!

One of the best sleeping accommodation values I have had. Just the right balance of amenities, at what I found to be an unbelieveably low price.

Unfortunately the bathrub/shower had a constant leak. We would have vacated after the first night, but were told it would be fixed. Second night was just as miserable. Sink drain was also broke. No hot water first morning.

Besides the dirtyness , no hot water had to change rooms at 12 midnight to see if another room had hot water and it did not had to wait till I got home to shower….. it was a terrible experience ruined my mini getaway with my husband.

Next room somewhat better. Front desk helpful and apologies given. Very thin, holes in sheets. New towels and bedding needed. Dirty parking lot, and back entrance had burned out lights. Poorly lit property.

The multiple blood stains and splatters on the carpet & bedding was unsafe in rm 210. The mold surrounding the bathroom ceiling in rm 204 was unsafe and toxic. The refrigerator in rm 204 did not work. There was dirt virtually everywhere (on the counters, in the bathroom corners above the tub and shower,There was gobs of hair in the bathtub in room 210. The sheets in room 210 on both beds were dirty. I took my daughter and granddaughter to the store to buy blankets so they could sleep in the beds. One of the pillow cases had cigarette burns. I was told that we would be moved to different rooms for our day two stay. That did not happen. We stayed in the same rooms both days. There was no hot or warm water in either room in the showers/bath tubs. The sinks did provide some warmth. But, I suppose the thing that disturbed me was what happened when we checked in, During our welcome to our rooms the lady at the desk took a phone call. During that call she explained that the cost of the rooms (two queens - just like ours) was $ 110 a night. I paid Expedia $ 545.80 for two rooms for two nights. That is $ 140 more than I paid Expedia. I thought the idea behind going through Expedia was to save money. I did not. I paid more. There is so much more (including the fact that the pool and hot tubs were closed to the public). I am totally upset with the blatant disregard for our safety and cleanliness, "up-charges" in cost and the inability to find clean rooms.

Found it disgusting that there were lots of old cigarette butts laying outside the back entrance. Carpets looked questionable for cleanliness.

The manager and staff went the extra mile to help make it a good stay

When we first got there, we rung the bell and it took about 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to let us check in. Then,we get to our room and the toilet paper holder is halfway out of the wall with spider webs and a spider in it. Finally get to crawl into bed and there were burn marks in the sheets. So we called and asked for new sheets. Got the new sheets and asked if they were going to put them on and the lady straight up said "no. Thats not my job" and walked out. One of the absolute worst service and hotels i have been to in my life. And i travel a lot.

Pool was green when i arrived, by the time i checked out it was blue and overflowing into the parking lot. Lost our house/truck keys in the garbage and was not allowed to look for our keys. Garbage cans in parking lot full, goat heads in dog area. No breakfast the one morning because they ran out of food? The next day breakfast lasted until noon. Staff unfriendly

The property was very dirty, with garbage all over the parking lot. The common areas were dirty as well. The room had stains all over the carpet, stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom and tub. This place was awful!

The property looks older and a couple outside doors have noticeable parts that are not working well. The smoke detector in the ceiling was missing parts. While the room was clean it appeared it was not completed as there was no towels, Kleenex and cleaning rag was left

When we checked in at 7:00 pm the room had NOT been cleaned. Dirty towels in the tub and hanging from the shower rod. Beds unmade. Garbage in the trashcan. Used washcloth on the sink. Maid had to be called in after hours. Nothing from management. Day 2 door keys did NOT work.

Surroundings are not quiet and it’s on a strip. But the staff is nice and the room was clean and comforable.

Tried to check in 15 minutes early and was informed I was unable to check in early and had to wait. The carpet in the halls, stairwell and room needed some love. Definitely over priced for what I paid.

Terrible customer service. They do not follow through on what they promise. Facility needs an upgrade. Rugs in the lobby are in bad shape and a tripping hazard. Trash cans are overflowing around the property.

The property had overflowing trash cans in the front and back….. and trash all over the parking lot. We were charged 40 a day for our 2 dogs although there were no extra accommodations or extra cleaning done because we stayed in the same room for 5 days. Then when we changed rooms we accidentally threw our keys away in the garbage so we talked to the front desk and they wouldnt let us look in the garbage for our keys…. We needed our keys so we grabbed some of the garbage bags from the housekeeper…. They called the cops and had us trespassed! We had just paid over $1000 for the past week, paid their pet fee of 40 a day and we now have to have new keys made because they wouldn’t let us look for our keys- and they had to be in the garbage because we still havent found them. The pool was green when we got there, by the time we left it was blue and overflowing into the parking lot. The breakfast was decent but the one day they had ran out of food and so we didn’t get breakfast and there was no compensation for that either. The pet area had goatheads and our dog ended up with goatheads in their paws several times. There was no poop bags the entire time we stayed there so there was dog poop everywhere. The roses were overgrown and there was goatheads all over. The fans in the bathroom didnt work and the rooms had a funny smell. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room were very dirty and smells

We originally had a large room but upon arrival, the room smelled like onions and dog urine. We had three kids with us and asked to move to a different room. The new room was bare bones but didn't stink. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was neon green but the kids loved it. The whole place is pretty sad and there's unlocked doors around the stairwells.

On the positive side, the hotel felt relatively safe and the location was convenient. However, the issues with cleanliness, amenities, and upkeep made the stay frustrating.

Trash was left outside the entry doors.. There were no towels in our room, no remote for the TV. the phone would not work , the cord was messed up. phone had a super 8 sticker on it but we were in Quality Inn. The smoke alarm had a plastic bag wrapped around it, light was on green so it was working and then we couldn't get the shower to turn on. no water would come. wouldnt stay there again.

Place was clean and really peaceful. It was spacious and everything was walking distance.

It was pretty bad, handles on the drawers were broken, there was trash on the floor by the bed, left over condoms in the bedside drawer, the toilet was not cleaned and there were leftovers from the people there before us. Pretty dumpy outside, not at all like the pictures.

I was disappointed in the total cleanliness of this Quality Inn Property.

I would have walked away if it wasn't for my non refundable payment. Sketchy folks in the lobby and in several different cars in the parking lot that were non guests. Hallway carpets were warn out and very dirty. Furniture in the room was ripped, cabinets missing or had broken handles. Sink had hot water only, bathtub hadn't been cleaned and had hair in it. Both entrances had garbage cans overflowed with trash. It wasn't "quality"

Checked in, went to room, found out the advertized hot tub (one of the main reasons for staying in the first place) was broken, then found puke on our bed. Went back to desk and ask for our money back. They said "we dont give refunds". We left and i disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Not a great hotel to travel with family

I refused to stay after I arrived, asked to be refunded, refused and discussed with Expedia. Expedia refused to refund me even though I Never checked in.i booked online using Expedia's recomendations. Expedia failed

Road construction on the same block, so noisy/inconvenient in daytime, but quiet during the rest of the evening/night. Dogs in hotel barking late into the evening, but thankfully not all night. Staff is very accommodating and nice. Hotel is showing signs of age and wear n tear, but not falling apart yet. Although, toilets were made for small children and not adults... very low to the ground, which is hard for older people or arthritic knees to squat down to.

There was trach all over and it was never picked up, even outside garage was never changed and overflowing and on the ground. There was no staff when I arrived. I had to wait along time and finally call. I would like a full or partial refund!

The service was terrible, and the rooms were filled with an unbearable smell. When I asked for a better room, they didn’t bother to fix the problem — they simply offered me a room freshener. Even basic essentials like hand soap weren’t provided in the room; you had to go to the front desk to get them yourself. I booked this property through Expedia for two nights, but we had to leave within 60 minutes after seeing the condition of the place — stinky rooms, dirty sheets with hair all over them, and overall unhygienic conditions. To make matters worse, Expedia did nothing to help us get a refund for services we never used. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor — avoid this property and save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money.

Dirty around the hotel, garbage overflowing. Inside the room carpet dirty and it has stains, sheets have stains, old food inside the fridge and tub was dirty too fan didnt work inside the bathroom plus pool outside wasnt in service.

But the room was thankfully cleaner but still not as clean as many other hotels we have been to. This being the case we didn’t have any desire to try the continental breakfast that was offered the next morning. The owner needs to invest in cleaning and repairing the building because as I said before, the hotel is in a convenient area. We will try to not stay here again I would rather pay more for something cleaner.

Breakfast was OK, hot choices, what you’d expect. Beds were ok, room clean, all we needed. Internet worked, lots of parking. Cleaning people forgot to give us towels, front clerk brought them in very reasonable time given she was very busy with check ins. Good service. Only issue was baggage carrier was not useable due to odd layout of the lobby.

Nothing was good other then the staff. The fold out bed had moldy food under it. The towels had hair on them. The fridge barely worked and the freezer inside of it couldn't hold anything because of all the ice build up. Would NOT RECOMMEND

I do not recommend this property. It is dirty, unkept, and not in a safe neighborhood. Look elsewhere.

Room gross with very stained carpets. Surfaces sticky. Stuff on bedspread. My room did not have SOAP of any kind. When I asked the housekeepers for soap they said they were expecting a shipment to come in “later,” implying the whole place was out of soap. The room cost more than $200 and I didn’t have soap.

The carpet in our room was sticky with something spilt on it. Had to keep my shoes on. The stairs were dirty and should have been vacuumed. The trash cans outside were full and should have been emptied. Other than that, it was ok.

Terrible experience. The hallways were full of garbage, the carpets were stained, and the rooms were not ready when we arrived. There was no housekeeping service over the weekend. We found trash under the beds and cabinets, and the bathrooms had hair everywhere. There was also a weird smell in the room. I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies to clean everything myself—for the safety of my kids and my mother, who is over 65. It was a truly crazy and disappointing experience.

The rooms and bathrooms had no hand soap. Staff said it was on backorder. Bugs in room. Mildew smell from AC.

Nice property, only the bathroom was not cleaned, there were hairs in the tubs

Dilapidated is the first word that comes to mind. Stains all over the walls. Dried dark stain on one of the pillows. Paper thin walls. Alarm clock was so broken, I had to unplug it to get it to stop flashing. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Thankfully it was a quick single night stay.

Basic accommodations for the price. Close to lots of restaurants.

Pool area was very low maintenance. Broken lounge beds, empty random flower pots, no garbage cans at all. Fridge door was nasty dirty so as carpet sticky nasty dirty and elevators was nasty. But beds bathrooms were good and clean.

It was 4th of July and our trip was spontaneous and most of the hotels were pretty booked so we ended up what was available. Thanks Quality Inn for the last minute availability.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. This was a last minute decision stay on a trip. Check in was quick but very informative about the free breakfast, pool, ice machines etc. The rooms were decently clean (we found some snacks from the last guest tucked behind a chair). But other than that a great room, fridge was very big which was convenient for the food we were traveling with. TVs allowed you to connect to your Netflix account which was really nice. And the complimentary breakfast was great, nice choices for both hot and cold foods, juice options, and even a waffle iron.Its also in what I think is a good location for travelers if you need more items or maybe forgot items,my spouse forgot his contact solution and the target was right across the way, we also stopped at the WinCo in the same shopping plaza for more snacks. Again this was a last minute stay that ended up being really great and I would visit again.

Almost good. Its very reasonable for that covenient area.

Our first room had obviously not been cleaned…toilet grossly dirty. 2nd room was cleaner but just not done well. Put us on first floor next to elevator. Needless to say…I checked out and left. Didn’t even care about a refund, I couldn’t get away from the noise and filth fast enough.

Muy mala experiencia las habitaciones muy sucias, las alfombras manchadas un horario de desayuno Que antes de la hora ya no había comida la piscina inoperativa una de ellas no lo recomiendo deberían de mejorar ya que su precio es alto para la calidad del servicio.

Price gouging . Room not cleaned properly . Things left over from the previous guests . Pillows are small squares ? Like chair or sofa pillows . Etc , etc . Stay away if possible .

Room smells, not felling sanitary

Check in was frustrating. Nobody at the desk. The sign was small on the phone on the counter, ‘Push button for service’. Unfortunately it lacked the key step of lifting the handset first! Nobody responded until we called the hotel from the lobby(!) Then they came right out and admitted that it has been like that for two years that he has been there! Here is an idea, put a sign (bigger) on the phone, ‘LIFT HANDSET AND HIT THE DAMN BUTTON’.

Asked to be moved to a cleaner room. They said they couldn’t.

Semi with refer unit idling outside my room window all night. My room was obviously not cleans when the last tenant checked out, no shower Matt, only 1 towel, the toilet paper roll was empty and there was a partially flushed turd shill in the toilet.

There was a nasty smell upon arrival to the 3rd floor , leftovers from previous guests in fridge , carpet was dirty , hadn’t been vacumed , walls were dirty and had a drip of blood or something red on them , flossed found on floor , downstairs bathroom not accessible , area behind furniture filthy , clump of hair in bathtub, and the hairdryer was broken. Also we did not feel safe in that part of town . We had to step over people hanging out in the back parking lot and entrances to the building . Only one accessible door to get in building in the back . The other door had no handle .

This hotel needs some help. Side doors don’t need a key to get in which made me feel unsafe. The cleaning ladies would start cleaning the rooms that had checked out, wouldn’t finish and just leave all the doors open all night leaving rooms accessible to anyone in the hotel all night, it was weird. Windows only come with a blackout curtain and when on a lower floor people can just look in. Thing is the rooms are very dark and even the lamps don’t help much. Carpet in room was dirty and sticky with old gum or something. Only thing good was the pool and the front desk staff were nice.

I didn’t like the smell, the carpet and the duvet. In my opinion it is worth the price.

Cool-looking hot tub is out-of-order, and has been for awhile. Photos are deceptive. Hotel generally needs some TLC.

Lobby in disarray upon entrance. 20 min delay in check in because front desk rep absent and unable to reach with front desk contact phone. Room dirty. Fresh makeup on pillows, food items behind entertainment center and beds. Mini fridge not plugged in and stunk upon opening. Will never return.

Beware of this property. Staff, if you can find one, is unfriendly and not helpful.

Trash piled around the back entrance. All building trashes overflowing for 2 days. Was a super 8. Not renovated. Seems to have unhomed people hanging in the parking lot. Asked for one thing to be fixed in the room. 9 hours later, had to go ask again. After a long day. Waited 10 minutes for a desk person again.

The rooms were nice but need a deep clean. The hotel is in a good area and conveniently located.

No remotes in the room so I couldn’t watch tv!

Overall could use basic updates and good cleaning.
