My stay at Surestay was overall very good. The outdoor pool was very nice. Their outdoor hot tub jets don't work, so it just bubbles but it was still a very nice amenity. The only negative thing was that I had to "dispose" of a couple bugs in the bathroom, but it wasn't unclean, I think they just need to spray around the rooms. Also I had a poolside room, which I thought meant I could go right out to the pool from my sliding door and patio, but you cannot because there is a fence around the patio you cannot open. You have to go to through other doors in the hotel to get to the pool. These poolside rooms cost more, but I didn't see the reason for the uptick in cost....

The bed had a bit of a "sink hole" in the middle and we've had better pillows. There was no coffee maker in the room and the curtains do not block out the light in the morning.
- 5/5
We need realistic expectations, yes this is a dated hotel. That being said, staff was extremely warm and friendly, the beds were comfy, the pillows were squishy, the room was spotless, no weird smells, can open door and let the fresh breeze blow in, shower pressure is great, and the hotel was quiet both nights I stayed on a weekend. It’s a safe place to stay and the room price is fantastic. Worth the couple bucks extra for the pool view upgrade. My new go to hotel in East Wenatchee.
- 4/5
nice room. shampoo and body wash were empty in the shower. staff was friendly at check in and when i locked myself out of my room….. but the lady in the morning was not super friendly and a little rude about the things that were empty at breakfast (like the waffle batter and the sausage) pool and hot tub were nice, wished i had brought a swimming suit. the surrounding parkinglot had super dry grass and lots of weeds, broken sprinklers. i’d stay there again. not super expensive, can’t have any company after 10pm. pet friendly

Waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. He was perfectly nice but seemed confused I was there. Breakfast left much to be desired. I think the room was clean? Hard to tell cause it was pretty dated and worn down. I don’t feel unsafe, but it wasn’t the best experience.
- 2/5
The price is great and the staff is helpful and friendly. No carpet in the room and the vinyl planking was sticky. No coffee maker and the TV didn't work even after I reset the system as suggested by the front office staff. Breakfast is marginal at best.

Jay at the counter had me checked in and ready to relax in record time. Great personality and super helpful. The room was fresh and clean. Slept soundly with no disturbances or noise. Breakfast in the morning (biscuits w/ gravy) hit the spot. Will stay there again! Highly recommend. Thank you Jay

My boyfriend and I had an excellent time at the SureStay Hotel at Wenatchee. Clean room, clean sheets, bathroom is clean, wifi is great and there is a table and chair for working. Across the mall for shopping and some restaurants around. Will definitely stay again.
- 4/5
The room was very nice. The staff was great. Only complaint was i could hear everything in the hallway like my door was open.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Room was what we expected.
- 5/5
The main reason I keep coming back to this hotel when I need a room is the overall cleanliness of the entire hotel inside and out. You can tell their staff is committed to keeping the hotel in top shape. The breakfast is good and the staff is always very helpful. Jay and Barb are really easy to work with. On top of all that, they are one of the most competitively priced hotels in the area.
- 4/5
Parking lot was safe. Room clean.
- 4/5
Clean room and courteous staff. Building is a little dated but we felt safe and had everything we needed.
- 3/5
Things are dated. Furniture isn't comfortable. Both chairs in the room were not a good fit. Bathroom door needs to be replaced. Kleenex was out. No USB charging ports. No extra bedding or blankets. 1 comforter and 1 sheet. Both very thin. Outside overnight temps were in the 20's. Upon check I was told I wouldn't receive credit for my 2 night stay. Because I booked through Trivago, which transfers to Expedia. Despite providing my BW account #. That was lame! I should receive credit aa a member regardless of how I book!

Great stay
- 5/5
Very polite staff
- 4/5
Like the bed we’re comfortable and room was very clean and smelled good definitely will stay here again
- 5/5
Arrived late. Did not use pool or hot tub. Room clean. Curtains actually kept outside light out. Quiet.
- 4/5
I loved it
- 5/5
Check in staff very friendly. Clean rooms & comfy bed. Pet room was nice & our dog was happy too
- 5/5
It was very nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Like the pool and easy parking
- 2/5
Felt so dated and old. The bed linens were truly awful. I'm glad I didn't have a black light.
- 5/5
The hotel was excellent and advertised as pet friendly . However, we had to walk our dog 100 yards over hot pavement to get to a narrow, rocky strip of ground.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here again if we stop in Wenatchee in the future.
- 3/5
This property was average at best. It was relatively quiet, clean, convenient, and the staff was attentive. It was, however, dated. The furniture and carpet was worn and the beds were not very comfortable. The amenities were almost nonexistent. We got a tiny shampoo and conditioner. The towels, especially the pool towers, were small and worn. The pool was nice and so was the breakfast, which was a cut above most hotels of this caliber. The hotel was okay for the price, but we would probably stay elsewhere if we were to come back to Wenatchee.
- 3/5
Not a fault of owners or staff but it was noisy. The front desk was helpful and friendly. All in all we had a good stay.
- 5/5
Staff were really nice the room was clean
- 3/5
However - we were disappointed in the breakfast as there was no protein provided. The rooms and common areas were not cleaned well and we were very disappointed that the pool was not cleaned regularly either. By our 4 day of our stay, we didn't even want to go in the pool. :-(
- 5/5
Great people working here!
- 5/5
We return every year for our annual family vacation - will continue to do so
- 4/5
could have used an elevator to get us to the second floor.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, the facility was very clean and ready to go, including my room. Breakfast was good but could have used some eggs and bacon or sausage. I have used this hotel multiple times and have always left happy with my stay.
- 5/5
Great stay in an area that doesn't have a lot of traffic to keep you up at night. My chrome notebook wouldn't get wifi, but it's a cheapo. Kindle got hooked up fine.
- 4/5
Ok for the price.
- 5/5
There was a quiet place and very clean hotel.
- 3/5
The hotel was convenient for our purposes, but there was no pet relief area.
- 3/5
Jay checked us in. He was kind and efficient. Room was cool. Big bathroom and counter top space though small sink. The hot tub hours could be later and earlier AM for adults. Way too many chemicals in pool and hot tub. NO water fill station anytime not even for breakfast. Small, tight breakfast area.
- 4/5
Nice affordable option.
- 2/5
My husband, 4 kids, and dog booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and requested 2 rooms next to each other. Upon checking in with our strollers and luggages they put us on the second floor - when the place has no elevator. Our entire stay we had to carry our small kids in strollers and everything up and down the stairs. The first night when getting ready for bed at 9:30pm - the sun wasn’t even set - the man downstairs was banging on the walls and even came upstairs banging on our door. He was initially aggressive but then apologetic when he saw we had small children. The next night at 9:20, while getting ready for bed, the front desk calls because the man downstairs was complaining again. The noise ordinance is at 10PM yet we are getting calls for simply walking around our room trying to get our kids ready for bed - when YOU GUYS PUT ON THE SECOND FLOOR. One of my children is autistic, so yes sometimes he can be loud and normally can empathize, however I did not appreciate the shame well before the noise ordinance would have been in affect - especially since we didn’t make a big deal about putting us on a second floor watching us struggle up and down the stairs. We paid the same money as anyone did not sure why we got bad guest service .
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
The room itself was fine, and while it had great accessibility for those with mobility aids, it was overall lackluster. For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but due to all of the gnats being in the same lobby that breakfast does served, I did not have faith that the place was clean enough to partake in the free breakfast. That part was disappointing, because I love a free hotel breakfast.

Fast and easy check in.
- 1/5
That was the most awful experience I ever had so far. I arrived to this 1 star motel, thinking it’s a hotel as advertised on Expedia. I booked 1 queen bed room and it was just awful, the smell was disgusting, the look of the room was not as on pictures at all, and finally it was right on the road, at 8 pm it was so loud that I thought that windows were open, but no, with the closed windows it would be guaranteed sleepless night, basically like sleeping in a tent on a busy road, so I refused that room and had to book another hotel, and of course they didn’t offer me refund. They don’t have a customer service at this 1 star place. Please stay away
- 5/5
Stayed here before. It is a nice place and fits my needs.
- 2/5
On the positive, staff were friendly and very helpful when engaged. The property itself is dated but that was not an issue. The room was dirty. Crusty stains on the carpet and the blankets on one of the beds smelled dirty.
- 4/5
Like there king size bed very comfortable! Room is clean and has a fridge. And like the table lamp as a cell phone plugin to charge your phone. Only stayed one night but stayed there 2 other different times.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 3/5
Loud banging early in the morning
- 1/5
Staff was not very pleasant. Cigarette butts all over properly. Needs updating.
- 3/5
One of the beds had a sizable indentation from people only sleeping on that side, with hotel presumably never rotating the top mattress to avoid forming such an indent. Significant issue for us aged 65-70 was no elevator. Wife loaded our suitcases, ice chest (stuff for a family party), and other stuff on a luggage cart, only to have our room on the 2nd floor with no open rooms on first floor. I had a recent health issue that limited my ability to lift things. Luckily a young couple came in behind us while we were waiting at the bottom of the stairs with the filled luggage cart, and carried most of our stuff up the stairs for us. God Bless them! We won’t be returning to this hotel because of its lack of an elevator

The "Continental Breakfast" was delightfully undersold, including waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt and fruit, though it was strange that I could get a bunch of different drinks, but not cold water without the staff fudging the rules. The carpet throughout looked dated but other things looked updated. Being winter, the pool was closed but the hot tub opened, though we didn't try it. TV had some decent channels - we watched HGTV. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave but also a drawer that kept silently opening. Not very handicapped friendly, with no elevator to access 2nd floor and my visually impaired roommate tripped in the public restroom that was too dark for her to see its steps. Nice staff seemed to be doing their best to be professional and taking care of the guests. One even gifted a homemade memento to a couple celebrating their anniversary. We wouldn't mind staying here again.

For the condition of the hotel, the price was too high

Not a great stay. Floor smelled like mildew. Pillows were lumpy, breakfast was just sad. Sausages gravy and microwave biscuits and waffles. The thing we hated most was the sound from the room above. We were on the ground floor and we could hear every footstep made above us. It was ridiculous. You can tell this place was refurbished. There's better options in Wenatchee, stay at one of them...
- 5/5
Very nice spot loved it

Poor breakfast choices.
- 5/5
Great employees, especially at the front desk.

Barb (Manager) does a good job with her staff. Everyone was friendly and kind. Our unit was clean and fresh, the bathroom was clean with plenty of clean linens, hair products, bath soap & toilet paper. As it is an older hotel, there were a few spruce-ups that could be made, but we would rate it an 8.5 for sure!

- 5/5
Big room. Convenient to places you want to go
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised! Just needed a cheaper place to stay and wasn't expecting much. Exceeded my expectations. It is an older hotel, but they have upgraded nicely. Our beds were comfortable, clean shower with nice showerhead, large mini-fridge, good microwave and nice TV. Nice outdoor pool(wasn't heated), hot tub and dining area with a TV. Breakfast was maybe a 6/10-but some of the more expensive hotels in the area didn't have any. Easy walk to mall, food and Feed Meyer. Bonus is there is trailhead right out the door that connects to the city's Apple Loop Trail.
- 3/5
The property is old. Thought it would be better being affiliated with Best Western. The breakfast was terrible. There was more to choose from on weekend but on a Monday, there was hardly anything. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Safe and easy access
- 5/5
Very nice. Very comfortable.
- 4/5
It was nice, and very quiet.
- 4/5
It was clean up to my standards, I am a clean freak.
- 5/5
Nice bed and shower
- 5/5
We were there after a concert nearby and it was late. We arrived and were quickly in our room, which was clean, quiet, and lovely!
- 5/5
Convenient and much more reasonable in price than Leavenworth.
- 2/5
No elevator. Ok place , should be cheaper for what you get.
- 3/5
There was a dirty towel on the floor in the room but it was so late when we arrived that I didn’t want to be weird about it. Just avoided the contaminated area for the night. Then I left pretty early.
- 5/5
provided a wealth of knowledge about hiking the area!
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and affordable
- 3/5
I enjoyed my stay in East Wenatchee as it was reasonably priced and conveniently located near many restaurants and about an hour from Quincy. We did wake up at 2am to another family walking into our room which was something but overall it was a good place to stay for a weekend !
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and knowledgeable and the accomodations were clean and very well kept! Enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Great place and great staff too thank you 😊
- 3/5
I hadn’t sates in a Sure Stay before. It’s kind of a best Western Minus, in my opinion. Rooms were clean and comfortable but amenities were minimal as were the breakfast offerings.
- 3/5
Hotel is definitely outdated, the hallways and the room had the old casino smell to them. Also the bedding was slightly stained. We’ve heard people screaming in the hallways but that stopped after 11pm. Overall ok place to stay for one night when passing thru. The staff is friendly :)
- 5/5
Liked their hospitality. Next time I go, I will be staying there and it is so convenient.
- 5/5
For an older building It was very nice and clean! No complaints!
- 4/5
Very friendly front desk staff
- 5/5
Nice pool area. The surrounding area doesnt offer much. Still, I'd stay again.
- 5/5
We had a very enjoyable stay in Wenatchee
- 1/5
The property manager was rude. The carpet smelled of pee, the breakfast items, silverware, coffee and hot water ran out before 8 30 am. And when we requested to have more, the staff took way to long andad faces as if we were at some fault. Don't stay here.
- 5/5
All good
- 3/5
This is just an ok hotel. It could use a deep clean and some upgrades. If you just need a place to sleep it will work. The breakfast was served at 5:00, which was a plus for us.
- 5/5
Excelent customer service
- 2/5
The room smelled like a dog. There were dogs in the breakfast area while trying to eat. There were questionable people walking around and through the parking lot. Tent city just across the bridge. The lady with short hair and a manager name tag refuse to give us a receipt upon checkout. I would never return here.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. All you need.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very friendly/efficient/accommodating. Only issue at all was just some noisy traffic into the early morning hours. Would stay again though
- 3/5
Place was getting tired, we stayed here for years and quit because of it. new owner starting to modernize and slowly getting there, but there are better options for the same price. East Wenatchee is also a bit sketchy at night. But is close to mall and has good restaurants close by.
- 5/5
Very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Older hotel but very clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and quiet.
- 5/5
Fairly quiet and spacious.
- 3/5
When we checked in we were not in computer. I booked through expeida. And paid ahead. I wont do that again.
- 5/5
Was nice quiet stay
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Easy check-in, ideal location close to everything in town!
- 3/5
The first night was good! Second night went to use the restroom and found a cockroach in the shower. Will not be staying here again after seeing that.
- 5/5
Excellent service. Front counter staff would bring you back on their own!
- 5/5
It was a comfortable stay
- 5/5
While the building itself looks a little old, the room furniture is new or in a good shape. Daily room cleaning, towel changes, and toiletry additions were very nice as compared to the room price.
- 4/5
Good pricing
