Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, the breakfast options are consistently criticized for being limited and poor quality. The pool is a highlight for many, but some guests express disappointment with its cleanliness and size.

This had come to be our usual hotel in Wenatchee, great place to come if you have dogs. Breakfast wasn’t great, but there weee a few things. Staff was excellent.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. Great dining recomendation

The ac unit was extremely loud and the room could have used better cleaning. Staff was extremely helpful and kind and the indoor/outdoor pool was great.

Great stay loved the location
- 3/5
The stay here was adequate. The breakfast was subpar in their offerings- we skipped it completely. It was just low quality and limited choice packaged pastry- seemed like a last ditch effort. The day reception person was not friendly- and actually I called previous to our arrival and she answered the phone, and I was disconnected. I tried multiple times to call back throughout the day and the phone was never answered. ( I was just calling to inquire about the possibility of early check in.) The hotel needs some upkeep desperately, but was clean. The bedding was comfortable enough. The ice machine on our floor was broken. This could be a great place to stay if the breakfast had something to offer for protein other than Yami yogurt and better quality of options, and more of them. A nicer day reception person would be an improvement, and updating the shower units, and worn out furniture.
- 4/5
Breakfast offers less than any budget hotel, whichi is contrary to the description on Expedia. Otherwise, we were quite pleased.

- 4/5
We loved the room; very updated and clean. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. The choices were minimal and very limited for vegetarians. Even the instant oatmeal selections were limited to one with no nuts or granola or fruit to add, as well as the yogurt which was one flavor with a lot of added sugar. No toaster or bread items either. Probably one of the most limited hotel breakfasts I have had.

Check in night staff was rude, didn’t give directions to our room. We probably won’t be staying here again!
- 3/5
Great value property in Wenatchee. Very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t use any of the amenities. In and out for the Brandi Carlile concert at the Gorge. Will definitely stay there again for future concerts there. About an hour away and easy drive.

The AC was so loud during the night

Pool and close to everything

Great staff. Property needs repairs, proper maintenance, and updating. Sink fixture was broken, shower did not work at all, card keys failed twice. No housekeeping. Only 3 towels and 10 tissues supplied for a family of 4. Overall this place is pretty run down and I would not stay here again. But kudos to the staff for their friendly professionalism and willingness to help!
- 1/5
The grab and go continental breakfast was minimal and not good. The lobby was filled with screaming kids playing loudly and running around, no supervision (12-15 years old maybe). The staff seemed oblivious to the chaos. The front desk staff was pleasant enough but not really helpful or attentive. For the price paid, I would not recommend this hotel, and definitely would not stay there again. Such a disappointment and a waste of $200.
- 4/5
The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows which was a nice touch. I slept great.
- 3/5
I was not impressed with the breakfast. The pool was great. Small rooms for 4 ppl.

Very nice and modern hotel near downtown Wenatchee. Walkable to the shops. Rooftop bar and restaurant were closed for renovation I believe. Convenient parking included.
- 4/5
They did not have it posted that they no longer had a restaurant or lounge, when asked they said that they were supposed to be remodeling the restaurant but didn't know when they would be open. We went to our room, and it was clean, but there was a warren spot in the carpet, it looked like room has not had a refresh in years. The lobby looked like it had a refresh recently, but they didn't do the rooms...
- 4/5
Overall good
- 4/5
However, my main reason for picking this property was the idea it had a restaurant and bar....so my guest could manage while I was at work. I was not informed about this when I booked, nor did I see any reduction in my rate. Tip: Give more instruction about parking....which is difficult. I use a cane and it was tricky finding parking.

This hotel is conveniently located for downtown Wenatchee activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and quiet.
- 4/5
The location is brilliant and we overall enjoyed our experience. The hotel is dated though well kept. Annoyance to us is when the bed sheets are too small for the mattress, and the mattress could have been more comfortable. The hot tubs were really nice, though I wish the pool had been heated - our luck with it being chilly weather outside.
- 4/5
Hotel was good, not great. The beds were not comfortable and actually hurt our backs. The breakfast room did not smell great, but the selection was pretty good. Overall, it was a good stay. I might stay again depending on price.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff, great location, really comfortable beds, it has 2 hot tubs one inside, one outside. The only con was the pool it’s divided indoor/outdoor so it was cold around this time a year but other than that would definitely stay here again. Bonus points coffee /tea available 24/7
- 5/5
Continental breakfast is nothing to shout about.
- 5/5
Clean and clear and good
- 5/5
It is always a great place to stay.

I did not use the hot tub or pool it did look very welcoming.
- 5/5
Love it will stay there again
- 3/5
When you walk in it looks very nice ,but once you are in the room at least my room smelled very musty and Dusty. The curtain was ripped in our room, as an x head housekeeper they should really look at all of this a lot better.

The check-in process was very long, not very personable or friendly. The overall appearance of the hotel is old and rundown promoting a beautiful pool and not be able to use it for the guest is unacceptable. The only positive thing the hotel offer is a fabulous breakfast. I received a one bedroom, but I booked a two bedroom clean. The staff appeared to be very confused at the front desk. Will I stay there again ??
- 5/5
Another nice stay in Wenatchee at Coast hotel. The front desk allowed us to park well before your check in which was really helpful.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
The bad: The staff when I checked in seemed extremely inconvenienced by my presence and wanting to check in. No greeting, very short, overall just not a pleasing into to the property. The ugly: I couldnt tell you how many thousands of nights I`ve spend in hotels and the breakfast at this hotel takes the cake as the worst. The "grab and go" type of style was still extremely limited and if you werent lucky enough to find an open microwave, there was no point in hanging around.
- 4/5
Pool facilities fun, staff great
- 5/5
We just stayed one night this trip, but have stayed many nights there. It's always clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
Enjoyed the pool a lot!! Staff very pleasant and helpful.
- 4/5
Staff was the best I have experienced in many hotels we have stayed at over the 10 years of lots of traveling! Only downside was the grab and go breakfast, so not a deal breaker. Loved the pool and being able to swim from inside to out and both hot tubs inside and outside were enjoyable.

Exactly what we needed, for a wonderful visit to the area
- 4/5
Close to the marathon race start/finish, downtown stores and many restaurants. Broken tiles at the outdoor hot pool. Not enough towels in the room.

I asked for room service, they asked "whats services would you like" I said, new towels, empty trash and replenish the coffee, food and cups we use.... we did not get room service and when we asked for towels they said we were syppose to ask for room service (but we did the night before). The mattress sheets do not fit so they come off @ night. Hotel is really old and small, layout is odd. Small fridge, no microwave.

This is the second time we have stayed here and everything has been excellent. Friendly and accommodating staff.

- 4/5
The tv screen was very small. The area was noisy and hard to sleep at night
- 3/5
Rooms great stay was short but easy.only two things to criticize. One the room walls must be thin as we heard every bit of conversation. From neighbors , and two the elevator speed was so slow it literally took minutes to get to floor - i think something was broke - aside from that great value.
- 3/5
I'll start with some positives: The location next to the convention center was excellent for us, attending a two-day convention. The view from our room over the railroad to the Columbia River was nice. The chair has TWO desk chairs, a rarity. We were able to move the desk in front of the window and sit across for meals and Scrabble. The most serious maintenance deficiency was the elevatrs. One was not working. A second was working, but only in turtle mode -- taking up to four minutes to go from the 1st to the 4th floor -- that was scary because we thought it might stop entirely. The third worked intermittently. We had to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator. The staff did not seem concerned -- in four days, we never saw an elevator repair person, truck, or other evidence. The carpets are worn, the furniture is dated, the bed was a little tired, and there was only a tiny cabinet for a closet. The toilet flushed without much commitment to the task (fortunately, we did not challenge it too much). The fridge was a tiny cube, and the internal shelving was incomplete. There was no microwave. The indoor pool is small, but the hot tub was hot ... cannibal pot hot. The breakfast was ... acceptable. It's not advertised as a hot breakfast, but as a "light continental." It's more than that. Juice, yogurt, cold cereal, and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches (with a microwave). Best to say elsewhere.

The Jacuzzi was nice and vague and they had lots of towels for you and super clean room Would’ve maybe liked a couple extra creamers for the coffee is all everything else was absolutely perfect
- 4/5
Breakfast was lacking.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay and the room and staff was excellent
- 3/5
The rooms were clean and spacious, but felt dated. Staff was nice. Except housekeeping knocking on our door before checkout. We felt rushed out.

Had everything you could ask for and close by to everything

Pool area great. Room very clean reception desk staff friendly. We lived that we had a corner room
- 5/5
room was comfortable, staff was super nice and cleaning service was awesome. can walk to shopping, dining and close to my conference

Unfortunately we Can’t stay here again until they get new beds and fix the air conditioner/heater.
- 5/5
What a great place to stay! Located near the 108 Lounge & Wok About Grill for great drinks & a healthy dinner & downtown Wenatchee. Great views & friendly staff, too!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, quick check-in
- 4/5
The staff was very courteous, and our room was clean and comfortable. I would give the Coast Wenatchee 5 stars, but without the restaurant and bar open there isn't much advantage or added bonus to staying here. Yes, the pool and hot tubs are always a nice amenity and breakfast, although basic, does save a few bucks. I will stay here again in the future.
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly, but the hotel is a bit rundown, with carpet stains, broken elevators, no restaurant and a derailed door to the jacuzzy that could fall in a kid.
- 2/5
Room old and outdated. Much work needed. Breakfast was terrible. Staff was pleasant.
- 2/5
Breakfast mediocre. Check out was at 11 yet housekeeping was knocking since 10:20 so I felt pressured to leave.
- 4/5
Nice staff, legendary location.

Was fine
- 5/5
This was such a wonderful experience all around. My favorite part was Larry the front desk person. He was so helpful and just a wonderful person to talk to.

We have stayed here several times-this time I especially was grateful for the very accommodating staff, the calm, cool ambiance of the hotel itself, and the amenities offered. The pool and hot tubs are always a draw for us because of the versatility adding seasons. Very much look forward to the Rivertop Lounge renovation!

This should not be considered a breakfast: worst experience
- 5/5
Limited breakfast, lighting was quite dark, but staff was great. Liked the free bottle of wine I got with the room.
- 5/5
The room was clean, staff was nice, enjoyed the free bottle of wine. Great location.
- 4/5
Clean hotel and room, lobby nice and updated. Room was a bit dated but great for the price. Staff was helpful and kind. Pool room was clean but cold, but it is January... overall good for the price and location
- 5/5
Staff was very pleasant
- 5/5
Room was large and comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming. Towels white and richly fluffy. The over-the-street connecting walkway to convention center and performing arts hall was a wonderful and outstanding convenience. The only negative was the complementary breakfast, which was abysmal. Fortunately there was a great coffee shop a half block away, which opened at 8 a.m. Don't waste time in the hotel breakfast nook. Head straight to the Zebra Cafe.
- 5/5
Classic spot I got the top floor suite w: the hot tub great staff. Great view.
- 5/5
Courteous staff. Warm pool and hot tubs. Great location.
- 5/5
yes very nice room, clean and great customer service
- 5/5
Clean and friendly environment!
- 2/5
Rooms smelled, we moved 3 times pool cold and heater broken 😕
- 5/5
Breakfast had Jimmy Dean’s sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, Nutrigrain bars, pastries, hot chocolate, coffee. It was a great price, but there were all of these special touches that made the experience exceed the price. Clean and functional, an easy stay.
- 4/5
Staff was outstanding.
- 2/5
the shower was loud, screaming sound. asked for room to get cleaned, it was not done. Breakfast was unsatisfactory, microwave kept tripping breaker food did not heat up properly could not eat. The hotel put us on the same floor as the youth hockey team, running through the halls late night early morning could not sleep. Notified hotel staff but nothing was done.
- 2/5
The pool room door was broken so it was super cold inside. There was a large group of teenage boys running wild in the building, pressing all the buttons in the elevator and stampeding up and down the stairs and through the halls. The elevators were hardly working and took forever to arrive. The coffee and hot water in the lobby/breakfast area was luke warm. Terrible stay.
- 5/5
Hot tub was warm and pool was empty. Front desk staff was very nice
- 3/5
The room had a bit of a funky smell that didn't improve during our stay. It appeared the exhaust ventillation for our room was not working. (No negative pressure at the bathroom exhuast vent and condensation fully covering the window). Ice maker was only working on one floor of the hotel. The building appears to be overdue for a remodel. Service was great, check-in and out was easy. The pool and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs were appreciated by everyone in our group. The location was also great for walking to dinner.
- 5/5
hotel conveniently located, clean and has a nice pool.
- 4/5
It was nice, we were the only ones in the pool area on a Saturday. Water was perfect. Rooms are nice.
- 4/5
Staff was great! Room was clean! Breakfast was a smaller offering than I expected.
- 4/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms with complimentary shuttle to the airport.
- 5/5
Great place to stay on a quick trip didn’t get to try out. The pool room was nice and comfortable. Small fridge. No microwave. Breakfast in the morning was simple and small. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
The good was great. Everything was great. Staff was polite. The breakfast not sure about that but other than that good stay!

Very good experience nice hotel

Nice place great location, friendly staff.

Friendly staff, nice lobby, and clean rooms.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Ample parking.
- 3/5
Reserved 1 ADA room with 2 beds and 1 dog friendly room with a king bed. Didn't get either one as they didn't have any king dog friendly available when we checked in and no 2 bed ADA rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly, it was clean, but it was dated and the beds were uncomfortable.
- 2/5
Staff was very nice,
- 3/5
The breakfast was very limited, my picky eating kids refused to eat and there were limited healthy options. The customer service was great. The pool area was good. The bedding was terrible, the pillows were really hard to sleep with. I ended up using my jacket as a pillow because I couldn't get comfortable with the pillows provided. I normally travel with my own pillow, but decided that was overkill. I'll be traveling with my pillow again in the future.
- 2/5
Our original room smelled really bad like mold and was too horrid of a smell to sleep with so they moved our room but ins of two queen beds, we had queen bed and a roll away twin bed which wasn't ideal. They did give us a bottle of wine to compensate for this mistake. The pool was too cold and the hot tub was dirty and it smelled very bad like mold. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired. They were out of a lot of things and only had two microwaves for the entire building to use for breakfast sandwiches. When I came down at 930 the 2nd morning there was almost nothing left. Probably would book a different hotel next time.
- 3/5
Pool area was very cold , water was not warm enough, breakfast not good

It was advertised as free one bottle of Wine but it wasn’t offered to us

Nice Stay
- 1/5
The staff was not attentive or had any customer service. I had to leave the hotel two days early and couldn't get a refund. The beds were uncomfortable and I couldn't take another night. The hotel had no trash bags in garbage. The shower would not come through the shower head unless you had the hot water scalding hot. The mattresses had stains all over them. The TV was from 1912, tiny and old. The breakfast was disgusting and not a continental breakfast at all. The cereal was clumped together. I opened a rotten milk!!!! Couldn't go back after that. They literally offer a breakfast sandwich. generic yogurt milk apple juice and cereal that clearly is old. A kid puked in the pool and no one came to take care of it after being told by 3 guests!!! It was disgusting all around. I left two days early and went home without a refund. Shame on Expedia for offering this room to anyone and not giving me a refund. I actually don't usually complain but I'm here to warn you not to book your stay here.
- 4/5
Staff were helpful, pool and breakfast were nice, but both crowded. Overall the building older, but decent for a night stay. Great value.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the bed and covers were great. Walking distance from lots of fun shops, restaurants, and the waterfront park.

Nice room and staff.
- 4/5
Clean room and staff was friendly
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed was super comfortable. Pool was working and was easy check-in. Only bad thing was only 1 elevator was working during the Christmas rush
- 5/5
Excellent stay through and through! The lobby was perfectly decorated for the season, the staff was friendly and helpful and the hot chocolate was regularly restocked!
- 3/5
Check-out staff and housekeeping for breakfast were not helpful, lacked courtesy, and very unprofessional. Breakfast was completely out of stock by 09:10 am and an inquiry to the front desk (Damian) led to an additional 30-40 minute wait for food items to be restocked. Neither employee acted with a sense of urgency, hospitality or helpfulness and in fact didn't seem they even wanted to be there. Damian became argumentative while I was checking out. Also, hotel had 3 elevators and only 1 was working during our stay. Half the time it made it very difficult to get up and down from the 5th floor due to full elevators. Most often we had to use the stairs, however, when moving luggage it was very inconvenient. We likely will not stay here again.
- 3/5
We really just used the hotel to just sleep we didnt use the pool or spa
- 5/5
Room was decent and pool was awesome
- 5/5
Perfect!
- 3/5
Rooms had a smell every time we entered and we let the AC fan run for a while to make it better. Room freshners in the rooms would be ideal
- 5/5
Room was clean. Pool was amazing! Two hot tubs. The staff was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Room was mostly clean (wife complained about a couple hairs). The restaurant was closed, which I did not see on their website. The hotel is dated but not to outdated. Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
The room was clean and a great size. The front desk was welcoming and kind. The pool and hot tub hours were adequate at well, closed and open at reasonable times.

Dirty- mold filled room. Our stay at this hotel was less than desirable. The room was dirty, outdated and smelled since we arrived. The room had condensation in the windows so bad that we couldn’t see out the window. Upon bringing it up with the staff, they did not even apologize. My 4 year old developed a full body rash after staying here which the doctors attribute to toxic mold exposure. The hotel staff has yet to offer a refund or even an apology. You are better off staying at a local motel which would be nicer than this hotel. The breakfast also consists of granola bars and yogurts.

The restaurant and bar is closed and has been for a year and not planning on opening for awhile and Expedia did not disclose that anywhere when reserving . Fairly clean for the price , but did not have fitted sheets on the bed either only flat sheets which was kinda gross they came untucked .

Hot tub was way too hot and chlorine was very high.
- 3/5
Great views if you have the side that has the view of the mountains. The hotel was ok. Some of the staff was not helpful while others were. Rooms could be cleaner. Breakfast was cereal or microwave sandwiches, so don’t expect much more.
- 4/5
All good very clean
- 5/5
Really nice property. Our family came to town to see Leavenworth Christmas Lights. Enjoyed our visit and would come back.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
The place was good overall for the price point. A little bit older looking but very clean. The pool was warm and clean. The staff was excellent. The only thing that was annoying was the elevators took along time. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely go there again
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff.
- 5/5
The check in was fast and hassle free. The location was very convenient and the room and bathroom were very clean.
- 4/5
The bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were great and a nice way to relax. Breakfast was pretty average, but I appreciated that the basics were available. The hotel could use some updates, but overall it was decent for the price.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The front desk staff was very helpful
- 5/5
Everything was great. Staff. Amenities. Price was very good too.
- 3/5
Room was ok. Beds comfortable, bathroom good. Holes in wall need repairs and drapes were stained and dirty looking. Glad they accept pets, good grass space for pup!
- 3/5
Water Drip in the ceiling at check in desk. Towels and buckets, no mention of what was going on or apology for dissaray. Morning staff answered frontdesk phone with "oh Sh**....Good morning front desk." Out of most breakfast items and coffee by 0900.
- 4/5
The only problem we had was there wasn’t any fan in the bathroom and when someone showered the moisture as so bad it was dripping down the bathroom walls steamed up the windows and we had to leave the room to feel dry
- 5/5
The hotel staff were all wonderful. The beds was super comfortable unlike a lot of hotels in this price range. We have been going here for years and it has improved. It’s close to food and shopping too.
- 5/5
Very clean and a courteous staff.
- 4/5
We love this place, it needs an overall update that's for sure but it's reasonably priced and great location.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to stay, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. A microwave would be a nice addition
- 5/5
Efficient courteous staff and spotless room
- 3/5
Outdoor hot tub a must perfect for this trip! Room unfortunately was musty smelling no fan in the bathroom cannot open a window no ventilation even with the ac fan on all day and night. Rooms need some upkeep hold in the wall used well it shows.
- 5/5
Good place at a reasonable price. Tv's are awfully small.
- 5/5
This is an excellent place to stay. The staff was great with several nice pluses in the lobby. The room was very clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Perfect location and dog friendly. Staff was great. Lobby was very nice and cozy. I would've given 5 stars, but the carpet in the room was pretty bad. In dire need of replacement; needed stretching and had a visible pet stain in the middle of the room. Front desk staff did say they are planning to replace the carpet soon.
- 5/5
The room was basic but very clean, the bed was comfy and the view was amazing. The pool temperature was perfect. The staff made you feel like you were actually welcome, not just going through the steps. We have a new favorite hotel. I didn't want to leave.
- 4/5
Basic hotel. Like a motel 6. Room has classic old smell.
- 4/5
Rene’ Ketchum
- 5/5
Great place to stay. We were actually looking for a place in Leavenworth, but the cost was over twice the price.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly; we were greeted and acknowledged frequently. The lobby fireplace is welcoming. The room was a nice size, not cramped. (The TV was a little small compared to the room size. But we were not there to watch TV.) Very convenient location to main street, shops and restaurants. Very good value.
- 5/5
Love location to downtown and river walk.. very comfy for couple with different sleeping habits with large comfy lobby area for quiet reading or boisterous visiting! Bowl of apples and packets of marigold seeds on the check in counter add to the hominess/comfy feeling. I requested a quiet upper floor room and got a room on the top floor that hosts guest rooms.

We enjoyed our stay. It t was particularly convenient to walk from the hotel to the Numerica concert hall in the next block via covered elevated walkway. The parking was included and easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Be aware, though, that ‘Breakfast Included’ is stated onsite as “Light Continental”. We didn’t find anything appealing among the meager offerings.
- 4/5
Pool was nice
- 5/5
It was a good hotel for a quick stay
- 5/5
Very good
- 2/5
However - run away from the "included breakfast" - frozen egg sandwiches that you throw in a microwave and cereal. only one table to sit at. Not even any type of fruit. It looks like they converted a broom closet into the breakfast room, and added one high top table to the lobby to justify saying breakfast included.
- 2/5
There was food left in the fridge from previous guest, stains on my comforter!!! No garbage bags in the garbage cans!! Hair and crumbs in the bathroom. The breakfast was trash, no biscuits and gravy, no cooked bacon. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches and cereal. We did not receive our free bottle of wine!!! It was quiet and the hot tub outside was nice. That was the only good thing about this hotel.
- 4/5
Very nice and well maintained property. Would not hesitate to stay again.
- 5/5
Perfect spot for walking around the area.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!
- 5/5
Clean & comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants & shopping.

Clean rooms, excellent location walking distance to restaurants & shopping.

We checked in very late following a show at The Gorge. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and had accommodating. He also shared a lot of helpful tips.
- 5/5
the pool was a big hit and very much appreciate after a long drive.
- 5/5
Was disappointed in pool area. The pool and hot tub were a bit cold and the jets in the hot tub did not work.
- 4/5
I’d stay again
- 5/5
Everyone was so friendly and accommodating
- 2/5
Breakfast was pretty sad
- 5/5
Love this hotel!!
- 5/5
Parking was great. The pool was beautiful. Wish I had brought a suit.
- 5/5
So cute, the pool and hot tub are nice. A couple blocks from so many shops and eateries. The Zebra Coffeehouse is great!
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Love to stay here. Great hotel!
- 3/5
Breakfast not good
- 1/5
The property was dirty. The pool had a scum line around the water level of the pool and the halls stunk. The mattress in our room had stains, furniture was broken, and the carpet was filthy. We found cigarette butts in the drawer. We ended canceling our second night and getting a refund. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Nice room, comfortable bed but the smallest Television I’ve seen in years and definitely need to upgrade the pillow situation.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and nice size clean rooms
- 4/5
Very clean and friendly staff. I stay couple days with my family with my little toddler. The swimming water was very cold and the in door spa was not working. There was no microwavein the room it was difficult for little boys when they needed a snack.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Wish there were microwaves in rooms.
- 3/5
The check in was simple and received my VIP amenity. Which was wonderful to receive! I asked about the ability for a room upgrade with my VIP status, but the workers were confused, and had never heard of this before. I showed them the request, to which they acknowledged, and let me know they were kinda booked tonight. The corner room was a nice location. Tiles in the bathroom were starting to come up. There was a random diet coke left in the fridge. I stayed in a double queen room, and one bed has weakened springs. I would have normally asked the front desk about the quality of the room. But since they had stated they were kinda booked, i decided to not address the concerns. I will come back again as there are local restaurants, and the hotel is in a convenient location.
- 4/5
Great place with good breakfast. Kids had a blast at the pool
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable and had a hot shower with a clean room. No complaints. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Always friendly staff , clean rooms, convenient location.
- 5/5
Always very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast service, easy parking & great walking distance access to restaurants & shopping.
- 5/5
nice hotel right in town
- 5/5
The hot tub was way too hot and the pool was cold. The pool also looked like it hadn't been cleaned recently.
- 5/5
Upon checking in, we had great customer service from Susan who chatted with me about our visit in Leavenworth and my children. Following that we enjoyed our clean room prior to heading down to the pool with the kids. The pool and hot tubs were clean and was a unique environment (in a good way). Overnight it was quiet - I was worried that being so close to the tracks there would be railroad/train noise but there wasn’t. We had a good restful sleep in our comfy beds and abundant pillows. The breakfast was just as they said, “grab n go”. It was a microwaveable Jimmy Dean sandwich, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, Nutrigrain bars, coffee and tea. Checking out was a breeze. Our truck was safe upon leaving. Would recommend and visit again!
- 4/5
The bed was super comfy. Best one in a hotel yet.
- 3/5
Staff was good. My only complaints are the air conditioner was very loud and we didnt sleep well during our stay. Our door wouldnt open easily as well. Tv remote batteries were dead. The basics decent, but not alot of attention to maintainence, and other details. Btw, there is not a real breakfast included.....
- 5/5
I want to check out more Coast Hotels now that I have stayed at this one. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
The whole experience was beautiful
- 4/5
Beds could be more comfortable though.
- 5/5
Very nice stay. Walkable too. Cant wait for the top floor restaurant to open.
- 4/5
We were happy with our stay. We would stay there again without hesitation.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Expecting to walk river eat and shop within walking distance. Limited as many stores and restaurants have closed.
- 5/5
Great pool and location
- 5/5
Pool was great, beds super comfy. Clean. And staff was great!
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Front desk guy was awesome and place was great
- 4/5
Clean & spacious room. Nice Bed. Bathroom / Toilet didn't have fan. AC unit rattled. Tiny TV. Breakfast was pretty mediocre although the coffee was good. Area around hotel (downtown Wenatchee) pretty dead on a Saturday night. River park over the train tracks (footbridge one block to south) was nice. Staff pleasant / helpful. Hotel is right next to a train station but the trains are going slow so it's not particularly noisy. Didn't check out pool / hot tub but there were a lot of kids / adults down there and they seemed to be having fun. Definitely preferable to the Hilton that was well over two times more expensive the same weekend.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was friendly. Entertainment in walking distance
- 2/5
Paper thin walls. Very noisy neighbors. Kept us awake at night. No microwave…
- 4/5
The Coast has been very reliable over the many times I've stayed there. Located in the art of the town makes for pleasant walks through downtown Wenatchee.
- 4/5
The staff were great and very nice, the hotel was quite clean overall. I am hoping that repairs happen because it would be nice to stay here again.
- 5/5
It's very clean and spacious. Good view out our window. Good amenities, Starbuck's Verona coffee, air conditioning, comfortable bed and furniture.
- 5/5
Family friendly
- 3/5
That guest was so loud talking early am and with thin wall separating us. Come on! Saving grace was hot tub with nice jets. Tiny tv on wall and weak breakfast with no toaster and microwave only.
- 4/5
My only complaint is that their breakfast is cold cereal, instant oatmeal,a pack of boiled eggs, yogurt, for a nice place the breakfast is pathetic
- 5/5
We had an excellent stay, staff was great, room was perfect, location awesome. This was our third year staying here over Labor Day weekend and we’ll be back again!
- 4/5
Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Nice facility with a sizable pool and hot tub, rooms are clean and quiet
- 5/5
Staff very efficient and friendly
- 5/5
Staff was great. Room was clean. Limited access to building. Walkways were blocked off.
- 5/5
Nice place, a little further from the gorge than we thought, also a lot of ongoing construction going on.
- 5/5
Decent price for a decent room. Nice little indoor outdoor pool area. They are pet friendly so my corgi got to come and it was only an extra $10. I got a free bottle of wine so that was cool. The place is a little dated, but the rest of the place and the nice staff made up for it.
- 4/5
The customer service was excellent they are really friendly and service oriented. I would love to come back.

- 3/5
Carpet was worn thru between the two beds & uneven in spots. Pool looked nice & gym but did not use.
- 4/5
Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool! Was wishing the breakfast was a little more than what it was.
- 3/5
The sink in room had hair shavings in front of the mirror, I guess, from the previous guest. The trash can liner was left on the counter instead of actually lining the trash can. I've had better amenities and breakfast options in cheaper hotels. Wouldn't rebook.
- 4/5
Only disappointing thing was the breakfast, totally no options, not even bread. Just cereals. That was bad.
- 4/5
The hotel was not as clean as I like but the staff wee all vey now.
- 3/5
The breakfast area is very small and they could better by providing hot breakfast options.
- 3/5
Breakfast is not full breakfast thats fine, but having that many rooms should have decent enough microwave ovens but those are very small 700 watts, For a small bowl of cereal to heat up milk would take 2-3 mins. On top of that , we only get the frozen burgers in small crammed food area. Space to sit around is big but the food we get is very very limited and its takes long time to get a food. Stayed for two nights(Friday & Saturday) Went saturday early to pick up breakfast its just few nutri grain and milk carton, yogurt, egg, bacon/egg buger(small & frozen), two small ovens. Assumed it is early, probably sunday would be better, went around 830 same stuff again but now we have 10 people waiting in queue for grabbing and heating stuff which would take atleast 3-5 mins. Hotel could have provided a micro wave oven in room to heat but they couldn't do that at all. You can understand now how do they really care customers.
- 5/5
Restaurant onsite was closed but lots of options near by
- 5/5
The train was almost three hours late by the time my grandson and I got into Wenatchee and our pickup ride was stuck on the pass due to an accident. What a relief to find an affordable, safe and nice motel within walking distance from the train station that late at night.
- 2/5
My room stunk of I don’t even know what initially and then when I got made service on my last evening there it smelled like cigarette smoke. After the cleaning I went to the hot tub outside and bricks were falling off of the edges of the tub really rickety. My showerhead hadn’t been cleaned. I’m assuming in quite some time because there was barely a trickle of water out of it
- 4/5
Hotel is located heart of downtown Wenatchee very convenient for shopping, restaurants and public market. Nice swimming pool with the hot tub and was open until midnight. Very comfortable bed with comfy pillows which I enjoyed the most.
- 5/5
I enjoyed how the entryway looks and feels. The front desk was very friendly. The VIP bonus made it special. The hot tub and pool at this location are wonderful. The room was excellent.
- 2/5
The visit was to wa
- 5/5
Everything was excellent except the restaurant was permanently closed. That would have been nice had it been open. People were professional. Coffee service in the room was good and all was clean.
- 3/5
The hotel was in a good area. Walking distance to lots of dining places. The restaurant in the hotel was under renovation and the breakfast wasn't good and closed early instead of restocking until the time mentioned.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 3/5
The manager was very helpful. The problem was that when my 81 year old husband took a shower, the tub was exceedingly slippery. No anti-slip strips on the bottom of the tub, no hand rails. Nothing to hang on to but the shower curtain. He had a great fear of falling! The manager brought two tub mats at our request. She was helpful and understanding but this should not have happened at all. We should not have had to request an ADA room to get these things. It only had one bed and we needed two.
- 3/5
Bed pillows hard, room smelled of smoke, restaurant was closed for renovation, noisy.
- 4/5
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I love the indoor/outdoor pool and a hot tub in each area. I also like that they don’t clean your room daily, only when requested. The hotel could use some upgrades. Getting a little worn down in some areas like the mattress and pillows. Not the best for sore backs and necks. Some of the pool area needs fixing. However, with that said, I love this hotel and will return. We have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it.
- 1/5
ANTS. In the bed. Tiny, musty room. Pool area was the only decent part of the place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
- 5/5
It was very nice locations, pool was great, and the small breakfast selection was really.good
- 5/5
Only stayed for one night. Room was comfortable. Pool and hot tub was nice. Could use some maintenance but otherwise, it did the job (the hot tub I mean). Staff very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
No hot breakfast. Very disappointed. Breakfast on the go was not informed to us.
- 4/5
Breakfast hasn't good mostly because the restaurant was being renovated. The mini continental bfast offered had limited items and were mostly gone by the time we got downstairs to eat
- 1/5
We were unable to stay here as room not ready at 6:10 pm when we got there and they said if could be hours before the room was ready as they were short staffed. Amelia said we could get a refund so we decided to go all the way back home! I still have not seen a refund??
- 4/5
Bed comfort
- 5/5
The rooms are always in great condition, and always clean.
- 3/5
It was complete chaos. They are understaffed, it was not well maintained, we had to change rooms since we had no AC, we did not get maid service even once in 5 days, it was expensive for a very basic place, the breakfast was not good, the place was dirty and messy, too many people for them to handle, will not return
- 4/5
Good location
- 3/5
The rooms were not ready even at 8 PM in the check in day, the elevators were not functional and we were forced to use stairs on multiple occasions, the in hotel restaurant was closed, the room service was not done till requested, and the room AC made lot of noise through the night.
- 5/5
Great location, clean, nice room and lobby.
- 5/5
They need bigger TV’s and fix their elevator!! But 5 starts totally deserved!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 4/5
Great hotel, and very nice pool!!! It was the highlight of our weekend being able to lounge pool side all day.
- 4/5
The breakfast options were considerably better than I expected after hearing it was a "light continental" breakfast. I really appreciated that.
- 2/5
We arrived to the hotel around 6pm and due to short staffing our room was not ready until 8pm. Check in is at 4pm. There was only one working elevator, which was VERY slow. Everyone was using the stairs. To bring your luggage in we had to wait 15 minutes for an elevator. All in all the staff were very friendly and courteous. Apologized for the inconvenience and was very accommodating.
- 4/5
The pool was amazing and the area was perfectly placed for all of the shopping and visits we had planned. The breakfast had a few expired/moldy waffles but the rest of the stay amd such was 5 star aside from that setback.
- 4/5
Check in was fast; very clean room. King bed was average...soft so rolled inward a bit. Pillows too "rubbery/bouncy". Breakfast was grab and go...small Jimmy Dean egg/sausage sandwich and cibata thin bacon, egg, cheese. Almost missed them as no signage and were in a small refrigerator.
- 4/5
Convenient location, well kept, clean. Staff could be a little bit friendlier, but overall good.
- 2/5
Barking dogs in a room next to me for hours. They moved me to another room (no help doing that!) and the dogs continued to bark. Morning #2 there were a lot of people in the breakfast area and it was NOT well looked after! Pastries were gone, sandwiches were down to next to none, no small plates at all, condiment trays were near empty. Yogurt was down to one selection some cream something no fruit yogurt to be had. Compared to the prior day, 7/28/25 it was truly dismal this morning 7/28. Room one had a ripped carpet and the carpet next to the bed felt sticky to my bare feet. Yuck!!! I put the bath mat next to my bed. On prior stays I have been happy and I have left good reviews and recommended it to friends and family. I am most sad to see the deterioration. Ronda Bradeen
- 3/5
There was no microwave and the toilet paper was of poor quality. The shampoo and soap products were of very low standards
- 5/5
Amazing pet friendly place. My family and I love it. ❤️
- 2/5
The fact fire alarm was going off right after we checked in. We went to go out as it was going off and staff told us not to worry and go back to our room. So we do and then later come down and fire department stated we should t have been in building with alarm going off when the staff told us to go to our room that it was false alarm. I stay here about 2 or more times a year and never have had this issue. But this is ridiculous
- 5/5
Convenient hotel close to the bike trail and public market - fun pool and free marigold seeds from Larry who is one of the hotel clerks!
- 2/5
Got a deluxe room and spoke with someone on the phone saying it would be fine to have with a pet, we just pay the deposit at the front desk. We got downgraded a room without any reimbursement because the pets can only be on a certain floor. Was never told this, paid for a deluxe Mountain View, got a floor level with no view. AC barely worked - and the heater smelled horrible burnt when turned on. Won't be staying here again, not worse the convenience of the location.
- 5/5
I liked staying here again. I've stayed here a couple times before. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal but that's not why I stayed anyways. Pool is cool because it's half indoor / outdoor. Great place to stay.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 5/5
Walking distance to downtown. Great dining choices, tables inside and outside. Everything was functional in the room. Comfortable room. Right next to convention center.
- 4/5
It’s good . The customer service is good
- 5/5
Excellent accommodation with super friendly staff. Pool was a big hit, walking street with lovely shops and eateries are all close by, ample parking and reasonable prices.
