Everything was great! The last night of the stay we had some noisy neighbors that were playing music and shouting at 2am. It was quickly looked into by the staff and problem resolved.

The property was nice, vlean, and safe. The staff was AWESOME! The only problem I experience was the toilet was extremely low to the ground.

Pool was super dirty Maintenance was banging in the room above us for 1 hour starting at 3:15 in the morning. Called FD and no one picked up so had to scream for it to stop. Property is okay. Room was clean enough. Lobby and bar area dated and stained. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

My bathroom was a mess. The toilet was leaking water. Maintenance went and fixed it. The problem wasn’t fixed, it was still leaking water. I had to call the front desk two more times to send someone to fix it. Then the water wasn’t draining in the tub. Maintenance had to come again to fix it. It was not unclogged all the way. The bathroom floor and the entrance inside the room was dirty. The worst experience I had from staying at an hotel. The front desk staff were really nice and professional.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would mention is that every time I receive a review request, it references a welcoming gift, but I have never actually received one during any of my stays. It’s a small detail, but something worth noting for consistency with guest expectations. The only other thing was there was a homeless young man who was getting the free coffee, and the staff literally threw him out the door. It broke my heart.

Good options nearby with Outlet shopping across the street. Had business at the Convention Center, so Ubers were quick as well as getting to the airport. Will definitely come back if business brings me to the area.

HAD A 3 DAY STAY. I ASKED EACH DAY FOR STANDARD ROOM CLEANING. NO ONE EVER SHOWED, LUCKILY I WAS OUT BY 8AM EVERY MORNUNG AND NOT BACK UNTIL AFTER 9PM EACH NIGHT.

The fridge not working properly

I arrived on a 4 night reservation, and since I had taken my suitcase with me on the second day, they assumed i left and cancelled the rest of the nights i had booked. Terrible. They claim i came to the front desk at 10am in the morning, but I was already in Ft Lauderdale... What an awful experience, no other properties available in the middle of Palm Beach Boat show, so disappointed

The room and bathroom was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. Mattress was not very firm. Breakfast choices were great as it was cook to order. My only complaint was being awakened at 5:30 am by someone dropping heavy weights in the workout room. That room should (1) be on the ground floor and (2) away from sleeping rooms or not open 24 hrs.

Staff was awesome! Lobby was great! The room however needed work. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door and wouldn’t stay closed it kept rolling back 6 inches so you have no privacy. The shower handle kept falling off and the sheets were stained and ripped. When it was more like a travel lodge feel and not worthy of the Hilton name

Shawn at the front desk was very courteous. The next day the lady at the front desk was also kind. The water in the iron and perhaps the iron needs to be changed. I ironed my blouse for my interview. It ended up making my blouse smell very musty and stale. The website said the price that I saw, would be the price that I would pay. I still ended up paying about $30.00 above what was promised.

The food from the grill was good though.

Room immaculate, a variety of pillow types, comfortable mattress and nice bedding, in-room safe, updated furnishings, quick real food & junk food for purchase in lobby, plus a real restaurant, pleasant staff, shops & restaurants in same area for a reasonable price. I'd prepaid on Expedia for room. Only negative, didn't realize there's a $7/night plus tax parking fee b/c it's a garage shared with nearby office building. Since all else so good for the price, I'd still stay again. Also, they have a feature where they send you a welcome text and you can text with any needs and to provide feedback. I love the immediacy of texting - another plus for this Hilton Garden Inn. There's a pool too.

The front desk sent us a personalized note seeing if there's anything they could do for us. I thought that was very nice. The cleaning crew did an amazing job. The hotel always seemed very, very clean and location can't be beat.

It’s a central location and the staff was very nice. The bathroom door was broken and my cousin was locked in there for a while before they were able to fix it. Luckily, we were moved to another room upon request.

Rude front desk staff

There was a transferring financial issue between Expedia and the hotel for one of our booked prepaid room. We booked 2 rooms for a total of $400+. The hotel staff was absolutely indifferent and totally neglected to help us leaving us making calls at night to Expedia trying to fix the problem.

Great hotel when flying

The bathrooms barn door style door had a broken track so the door didn’t slide well. The used a hose clamp to hold the track together and if the door roller went beyond the hose clamp it took some effort to get it back where it needed to be. The elevators needed attention, they squeaked quite loudly as they went up and down. Late at night it didn’t help with sleeping. I had room 612 it seemed like it was the center point of the elevator noises.

The “wonderful” and “excellent” ratings were misleading. Hotel entrance was difficult to get to, couldn’t pull up to unload baggage. Also the hotel is older and not well maintained and needs to be updated, but the staff are friendly and the room is clean. Bed is comfortable but the comforter is rough and scratchy. Aircondition was not working well so the room was hot and had to get up through the night to adjust the temperature. It was fine for an overnight stay but would not stay here again.

Room was in good condition. Staff was repeatedly discourteous and very rude. Daily prepaid hot breakfast was disappointing, high fat and tasteless. It was difficult for us to eat this for10 days, and staff told us to complain to Expedia and hotel was not responsible.

Giving my honest opinion not sure if was because I booked at Expedia but I didn’t get clean house or refill with coffee or water. At least since no cleaning at least provide some refills of coffee and water.

I always stay in this hotel when in west Palm. The male receptionist is always exceptional but during my stay a female receptionist was beyond rude and none professional. Other than that the hotels is fantastic. Thank you

The staff were great but the room was tiny and cramped. Especially when you have a dog. The parking situation is not ideal to say the least and there’s really no place to walk your dog. I mean I guess I was just expecting a lot more.

Check in process was a little frustrating. Arrived at 11 am no early check in was allowed had to wait till 3pm. The young lady at check in could have done better communicating and explaining the check in process and that it would cost $75 to check in early. The room was very spacious and clean, walls hotel in a very nice area. Tangler outlet was next door.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Overall, it's a highly recommended place to stay, and I would definitely return.

The room was clean albeit a bit damp until the AC was lowered. I didnt request the room be cleaned as my stay was only 2 nights. Breakfast was not included which is odd since almost every other top hotel offers a complimentary one. There is a 7 dollar a day charge for parking whether you use their parking lot or not. I did not and was still charged $14 even though i didn't park in their garage! They also do not offer valet parking so if you're disabled you have to manage all of your bags by yourself! I will not book here agan.

Beautiful property. got value for money although there was no free breakfast. the breakfast buffet at $15.00 was good and the service staff were all very friendly and accommodating. the staff here are all very polite. there was a $7.00 per night parking fee at an adjacent covered parking that could be intimidating late at night as it is a little dark but there is 1 security at booth. The hotel is beautiful and within walking distance to the outlet mall and close to many restaurants. it ia quiet although next to a heavily trafficed street. i would recommend this hotel and i would definitely stay again.

We had a bad experience specially with the front desk we had a misunderstanding cause i had 4 resevations for 12 consecutive days and from the beginning i made sure they new about it but even doing that one afternoon the ask my family to leave the room in 5 minutes because they didn't see our reservation we told them that we have it ask them to just wait for me to finiah taking a shower to show them and clear everything but there attitude was disrespectful after i show them that they were wrong they gave us the new keys but nobody appologisted to my wife or anything we felt like we were bothering there and that wasn't a very good feeling. Of course i will never stay at that hotel ever again .i want to clarify that the cleaning service staff was diferent they treat us better.

I love this property and I stay here frequently. At least I’ve stayed three times in the past four months. The only issue I had this time around is that fire rescues where sounding their siren all night long. I’m not sure what was happening in the area, but it was very difficult to sleep. The window seem to be very thin

The only thing I wish I had known is that the fitness center is on the 2nd floor directly adjacent to the room I stayed in. I could have done without the constant dropping of the weights and the whirring of the treadmills. I would definitely stay here again… on a different floor.

Only place I stay when I visit west palm beach. I love the hotel it’s pet friendly but guest should be aware of dog behaviors as one kind of nipped me, not the hotel fault but enforcement may be ideal

I booked a room on July 2nd for 2 days and I told the front desk clerk that it was my birthday and first time here. About 30 minutes later I heard a knock at the door and they surprised me with a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday from all the staff and a goodie bag with a little wine. This goes really far for hard-working mom plus a full-time student that just needed time away from the norm. I can't thank you enough.

Good safe clean place centrally located in West Palm. They don’t allow you to even pay deposit with a cash app card. Require use of a National Bank debit card or major credit card. If you are like me and have been the victim of identity theft more than once, and you use cash app or Venmo instead of major credit card to buy on line or hotels so you don’t have your financial info compromised, don’t go to this hotel.

Nice, new, clea property

This is the perfect location as you are walking distance to everything you would need. Great restaurants, great shopping and 5 minutes to airport and less than 15 minutes to the beach. The huge outlet mall is just across the street and a great strip mall behind that! Just off I-95 it is very easy to navigate as well. We stayed one week and they took excellent care of us.
