The free airport shuttle was fantastic, not a big fan of the cleaning lady coming around in the morning and asking when I plan to leave as check out wasn’t till 11. Pool and common areas look fantastic onsite food was great but not any menus for room service in or around the rooms. Construction/ renovations are underway on some floors apparently you could definitely hear it in the morning, elevators are a tad bit sketchy aswell. Overall a good place to catch a nice rest.

The gym was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable rooms. While outdoor area could be noisy with planes, inside was quiet. Food and drink were good by the pool and staff very friendly. They allowed me to check in early and even use the gym before that. Some plane noise outside but proximity to the airport was needed for this trip

I picked the hotel, as I frequently use the Hilton. Though over the years I have found each one differ a lot some bad and some good. However, this one is one of the best ones I’ve stayed in. The staff were very helpful with the luggage on arrival and stored it for us while we waited for the rooms to be ready, they also gave us some complimentary dessert slices and water. The rooms were spacious and very clean and found the room was very kid friendly. The pool and dock was nice and scenic. It was perfect as it was close to the airport and they provided airport transfer 24/7. Would highly recommend a stay here.

My room was clean but the staff closet was next to my room - they woke me up every morning. I lived in West Palm and I know how expensive things are in the city but just under $10 for a cup of coffee medium size I think that’s ridiculous. They don’t offer any kind of breakfast service. They have one restaurant that serves outside and inside and the menu is very good but very expensive the bartender Toni and the manager of the restaurant are great people. The whole restaurant staff inside is great good selection on the television as well. I would definitely go back there.

Location. My room got bumped bc I booked with booking.com and the front desk worker was disrespectful and not helpful. Wasted hours of my time when he could have been honest that secret service and military came in and I got bumped.

They did not honor our room reservations, we had 2 booked over a month ago …. And told us when we arrived we ran out of rooms , after we paid the full amount… and suggested we go to another hotel, much less money & way out of our way at 5:00 in Palm Beach during rush hour…. We missed our dinner reservation… we had to cancel our girls weekend… because we had no where to stay…. And then drive 4 hours back home at night… I had never experienced anything like this … and the manger was horrible, just said to bad we ran out of rooms … So I had to pay a cancellation fee to get my money back & they cancelled our rooms … I will never stay at a Hilton again & I’m a rewards member… such a horrible experience..

The omelettes to order were a nice touch at breakfast. The pool /spa and outdoor area were lovely. The service during our stay was disappointing. We called reception twice from our room and received no answer either time. We also requested an extra chair, which was supposedly sent to engineering, but it never arrived and no one followed up. On the second day, housekeeping left a note asking us to call “0” before 5 pm to reschedule service because we had the Do Not Disturb sign on. When we called, there was no answer. I then went downstairs to speak with reception, who said they would notify housekeeping. Despite this, our room was not serviced after we were out for several hours. Additionally, there is a sticky patch on the carpet in the room, and one of the power boards behind the TV pulled out of its mounting when I removed a plug. I texted these concerns to the hotel’s service line and requested a food and beverage voucher as compensation. I was told management would review the request, but no one ever followed up.

Convenient spot when flying out in the morning. Nice setting, restaurant and outside bar to unwind after a long day.

We talked with the owner and she promised we would have our shuttle to the airport for our departure, and we did. No issue. We would stay here again, but would not expect to use the “CityPlace” shuttle reliably. Nor would we expect to be able to have any kind of productive conversation with the front desk via phone call while away from the hotel. Would have been a 5 star rating if they had better management. Highly unequipped manager.

The first room had a pee smell next to the bed. They were able to switch me to a different room. The next room, in the morning, I couldn't turn off the shower. I had to leave it on, stop by the front desk to let them know to please have someone come look at it, while I went to my business meeting. I travel over 25% of my time and this is one of the worst, outdated, overpriced hotels I've stayed in; the lobby is beautiful and the staff were all great. The establishment is very run down; the restaurant is lacking a decent menu. I don't mind overpriced menues, but let's at least have some decent options other than buckets of beer and chicken strips. I am very disappointed in this hotel and will likely not stay in a Hilton like this again. Throughout all of this, the manager had ample opportunity to call me or talk to me - even just say hello to me while I was talking to the front desk - he didn't even look at me nor say anything. For over $400 a night for a King, outdated room, I am severely disappointed.

The bath faucet had a constant small stream of water coming out which I did tell the front desk so hopefully it will be taken care of. The Floor (8) had a very strong smell when you came out of the elevator. It was quite overwhelming and was possibly from paint. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and the staff very friendly. (8th)

They did not have the room I booked which was a double bed for 4 people . Only a king it was a nightmare. Had to change out the next morning to find that they tried to give us another room w a king . Unbelievable. Finally got a room w 2 beds . Totally ridiculous should get all my money refunded

Hotel were great. Bed was hard and pillows weren’t the best. Our AC wouldn’t get the room cooler as the temp it was set to so it was very hot.

At the restaurant, I tried to order multiple things, and each time I was told they didn’t have it … Property look is amazing, staff management and culture needs MAJOR overhaul. Please tell Hilton Corporate as I stay in Hilton all the time, and they need to be aware of issue here asap.

First night i was there i realized the shower would back up and not drain properly after about 5 mins with the water running the water would be ankle deep. But i got in late so waited until the next day. Called the front desk to have someone come fix it. After a few hours of waiting and no one showing up i went about my day. ( realized after the do not disturb sign was on) the next day spoke to the front desk and told them. They said they would send someone up immediately. A few hours later no one came. The next day spoke to the front desk and explained everything. Told them its my last day here and ive already showered so i dont care when you do it, just making you aware of it again.

The van driver picking us up was great. When we got to the property the girl working the front desk was the complete opposite. I stood a few moments waiting to be greeted and was never acknowledged. So then I walked towards the desk and she then asked if she could help. She never once smiled, thanked us for our stay, acknowledged or reason for staying, nothing. She said we couldn’t add our Hiltons Rewards number to our account for billing food and other things to our room, we knew we couldn’t get the stay credit, but I’ve never had issues with getting points for food and such we billed to our room. But it was how she made us feel that really turned us off. The room was nice and big and the mattress dry comfortable. And the rest of the hotel staff from the restaurant to the Starbucks area were fantastic, and really made up for the initial first experience.

As soon as I got to the hotel I was unhappy. I informed the receptionist the I didn't know the hotel was on airport grounds. Online it didn't mention that Hilton palm Beach is apart of the airport. She stated that they are are Hilton Palm Beach PBI. I asked why wouldn't they inform guest if this and if my reservation could be transferred to the other Hilton hotel. She said I could try. I contacted Expedia to transfer but the hotel gave them push back staying there is no cancelation for my 5 night stay. Unbelievable. I got to the room, it was dingy, old, and rusted, The shower had grime everywhere. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. One of the nights due to heavy rain we decided to eat dinner at their restaurant which was Italian. We ordered chicken parm with spaghetti. The chicken came out burnt and tough. The manager came out and said that they can remake it and I refused. I'm not a fan of returning food. The food was horrible even after taking the bread off. The room was not like what is picture. The common area were exactly like pictured. I do not recommend this hotel.

My flight got rescheduled for 5 am the next morning and the 24 hr shuttle service to the airport was fantastic. After a long day of delays at the airport, it was great to just call and have the shuttle pick me up. The room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. At 3:30 am I was able to shuttle back to the airport.

The hot tube is not good the water was cool, the plug in the room for charger phones was not good the front desk lady in the afternoon was all the time her phone

Thought the breakfast was included in my stay

The room appeared to be generally clean, but there were stains all over the carpet, stains on the linens, towels, duvet and chair. The bathroom also seemed to have permanent water stains and burns on the countertops. There was little to no info on WiFi and room service. On the positive side, the staff were good, no issues there. The pool and outside area was lovely. While out there I forgot that I was right by the highway which was really pleasant.

Shout out to the front desk staff for being so calm and patient at all times, they are friendly and so welcoming and I honestly had such a wonderful stay. I love love love the back pool area and I will absolutely be returning. The hotel exceeded my expectations and as a solo traveller I always felt safe.

Located across from the airport

Everything was great the only thing that was a downer is the pool was being sanitized from a big party the night prior. My suggestion in the future would be to clean the pool or have it sanitized overnight this way you're not holding up the guests from enjoying that beautiful pool the prior day. Thanks keep up the good work

Could use a definite upgrade bed was comfortable the room was clean except for the closet needed vacuuming they forgot that love the crown molding love the little mini fridge but it needs definitely the carpet was wet coming out of the bathroom and the car fits very warm but these things corporate already knows love the blackout curtains love the big size TV Linens were nice and clean AC definitely old and a little noisy but other than that it's worth a $90 would stay again

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend to hang out at palm beach. This was an amazing location had an early check it and late check out at 12pm. We really enjoyed our stay it’s everything you would expect. Breakfast is great and worth it. You can hear some planes take off in the morning tho fyi.

The location to the airport is gteat. The staff at check in was nice. The room is spacious. The rooms (bathroom needs an update) the shower didn't drain. All in all would recommend.

Stayed at property for the night as we celebrated the 4th. Hotel was very clean & inviting. Lobby was quiet & check-in was fast. We enjoyed a cocktail at the outside bar with beautiful lake views & super cool views of planes landing. Definitely will stay again when in town.

Sat night they had one person doing room svc so he was terribly far behind and the order was incorrect in many ways - I was so disappointed - service was horrible… won’t be staying there again.

Yech, corporate generic under the flight path of constant planes. The lobby is ok but the rooms are especially dull and dated. Service was mediocre. The pool was right across from a highway and from afternoon on, in the shade!

Biggest problem were the awful mattresses.

It was very frustrating to have my card charged multiple times and each person I spoke to had a different explanation.

The property is conveniently located near the airport and major highways. We arrived an hour before the check-in time of 4 pm and had to wait for an hour before our room was ready. I inquired at the front desk what time coffee was available in the morning and the front desk person wasn't sure when the coffee shop opened. I learned that free coffee was available from 4:30 am - 6:30 am the next day, which surprised me. There is no free breakfast. The walls are somewhat thin so we heard the neighbors next door and above. For the price of the room, I was surprised by the lack of amenities. I have stayed at many comparable places where breakfast was included and the coffee was free. I was just surprised at the cost vs the value.

Hotel was out-dated and priced way too high for the quality offered.

The lobby and pool were nice however the rooms are extremely out dated. I called ahead to confirm my reservation and I’m glad I did because initially they had no record of it. I had to have hotels.com call them to have my booking go through. Then when I arrived I went up to my room and it was the wrong type. I spent the money to have an executive sweet with a king bed (which has a couch and kitchen) walked into a small room with two queen beds. I went back downstairs to be placed in the proper room. When I arrived at the second room it was so disappointing. Please view my photos to see how different it is in person. I would say the photos online are 1000% FALSE ADVERTISING. I’m disappointed I spent that much money.

This hotel is a stones throw from the airport. It’s clean and the staff are great! The tiki bar near the pool and the pool are open until 10pm. What’s particularly nice is the outdoor pool is heated so it was very comfortable swimming in November. I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is our bath tub wasn’t as clean as I prefer, but I dealt with it because I figured it might just be staining.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Restaurant downstairs was convenient. Your staff went above and beyond when I forgot my laptop in my room after I’d already got to the airport. Thanks to the front desk and your kind shuttle drivers.

The eighth floor button on the left side of the left elevator was upside down. Otherwise, great experience.

The valets and the bell hop were the most pleasant people at the property. On check in the front counter was very nice but on weekend the counter was not helpful at all. The room service was very very nice but not having more selection was not good for children. They made special requests Accommodations for me which was very nice and made my son a cheeseburger.

Because this property is so close to the Hilton downtown location isn’t a factor, I would choose the downtown location.

The best thing was the convenience to the airport and the staff was nice. Certainly not as nice as i would expect a Hilton to be especially Palm Beach. We came for a wedding and thought we would be part of the wedding block that we reserved with. Our families were on 3 or 4 different floors. My trash stayed full. They were stingy with linen. The main elevator was out of service so we had to walk more and use the staff elevator.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Hilton Hotel and was thoroughly unimpressed. The service was subpar, and the lack of complimentary amenities was staggering. No free breakfast, no water or coffee in the room - everything came with an extra charge.The breakfast buffet was overpriced at $23 per person, and the quality didn't justify the cost. But the worst part was the uncomfortable bed, which left my body aching the next day.Overall, my experience at the Hilton Hotel was a letdown. For the price, I expected much better service, amenities, and comfort. Unless they revamp their offerings, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Checked in about 6pm on 10 July. The desk clerk gave no overview of the hotel just “here are your keys and there is the elevator”. In fact only one desk clerk greeted us the numerous times we departed and returned to the hotel (the clerk on duty when we checked out at 11am on 12 July). No on-site laundry. The AC in the room worked but it sounded like a car starting each time it cycled on. After a toilet flush it sounded like fireworks as the bowl refilled. The second layer of blinds didn’t close and the room door doesn’t reach the floor so the hallway light was visible all night. Signed// Byron Parker

Checked in late (between 11:30 pm and 12:00 am). Very fast check in process, no issues. Xavier was the person working the desk the evening we were there. He was very accommodating and friendly! Woke up early the next morning to use the gym and pool. Gym was sufficient; has Peloton bikes. The best part of the property in the pool deck, landscaping around the deck and boardwalk areas. Everything was maintained very well in the outdoor areas. Rooms were typical hotel rooms; nothing special or extraordinary.

The only thing good about the property is the bed. It was comfortable but everything else was not good. There are no black out drapes in the rooms. At night it’s like being in a disco in our room from the party at the pool. In the morning we were awaken by the sunrise. I asked the manager to help but he had no interest in helping. I think he is a racist.

With taxes and fees the room cost close to $400 per night. The refrigerator did not work, probably because the freezer compartment was a solid block of ice. The bathroom floor was slightly sticky and grimy, and there was no night light. We called the desk to ask for the shuttle to pick us up at a rental car facility, and it took them 45 minutes to arrive. The driver told us he had just gotten the message to come get us minutes before--in other words, nobody bothered to ask him to get us when we first requested the pick up. Apparently, we had to call three times before they actually bothered to act on our request. All in all, this place is not worth what they are charging.
