Everything was perfect except it was difficult to find pool lounge chairs. Many lounge chairs were reserved and the pool boy said they were for guests that spend a lot of money at the hotel. We were there for 10 days, had many drinks every day, many meals throughout our stay and felt we did spend quite a bit at the hotel but had to fight to get a lounge chair at the pool every day.

What stood out the most was the attention to detail and how comfortable and welcoming the atmosphere felt. Also, The pool area was amazing and very relaxing, and the coffee shop was one of our favorite parts of the experience. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff made sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would happily return again in the future.

Had a great one night stay for a quick trip! Booked the king bed room, and the city view was beautiful! The hotel was very clean, and all the amenities were easily accessible. Less then a mile walk to clematis, shopping and activities was a major plus. Not to mention the Gorgeous pool, I do just wish there were more loungers available. Will definitely be back ◡̈

Parking situation should be told from the start

I love this hotel. The staff are great and they called me as soon as my room was available slightly before normal check in time. The pool is the best in West Palm Beach. I have eaten at both restaurants in the hotel and food was excellent. The Japanese restaurant was a true experience and very tasty however be prepared for a long wait time between courses. The quality of the food made me forgive the wait.

We only stayed one night at the hotel before we headed out on a cruise but everything exceeded our expectations. This is truly a luxury hotel with all of the amenities. We would certainly stay here again, hopefully longer next time.

Arrived early for check in. Front desk stored our luggage and we enjoyed the amenities until our room was ready, just a short time after arrival. Check in was quick and they provided luggage delivery to our room. The room and beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Location. Location. Location! Pool area was great. We lost AC one night while getting ready to go out to dinner. A bit sweaty!!! Maintenance was contacted. We also had a rancid odor from our shower at times. It did dissipate after a while. But we noted it a few times. ? When people above us or below us were showering???

Excellent place to stay in West Palm Beach. Very clean and although you are charged some ridiculous $40 fee for who knows what, they give you a $15.00 credit which can be used for take out breakfast cafe or eat in restaurant The take out cafe had fabulous cinnamon buns and Nutella croissants. Prices equivalent to San Francisco and Miami.

GREAT HOTEL AND STAFF. This will definitely be our go to hotel for future visits to West Palm. Perfect location, wonderful amenities and the staff very very kind and caring. Great coffee shop and tiki bar too.

We had a king room with pool view on the 10th floor… outstanding!!!! Except for the mattress… it was a brick, they did bring us a topper which helped slightly. But other than that it was outstanding!

Nice decor in common areas. Quick food options convenient. Fitness classes nice touch. Pool crowded with kids and not enough chairs. Room shower drain backed up. Room cleaned and stocked well.

Staff was friendly, accompanying and helpful. Basic hotel room that was clean. We do wish fees were more upfront and listed on Expedia. There was a $45 resort fee per day and also a valet fee of $57 per day. We were not aware of this and there was no other parking option available. Would likely not return to this location despite a good experience.

Very average hotel. Decent room (I had a one-bedroom suite for two nights). Staff was not really interested in taking care of their customers. Housekeeping was in and out of my room in seven minutes. Hardly enough time to clean the room. Location is great, but certainly not a repeat stay place for me. Too many other great options in the WPB area.

I had to rotate and get creative to get a good shower.There's gotta be better water flow when you are paying a good amount for the room and paying resort fees. Gratuity of 20% automatically added on everything, including to go cafe and the breakfast buffet where you are serving yourself. The hotel is in great location and the facility is beautifully decorated.

The dinner was pretty good. Steak and salmon was cooked to taste. The 1100 am check out is to early and not fair to the customer that there isn’t a later check out. The location was to die for. Hotel shuttle to airport and city transportation was on point.

I like this hotel a lot. The pool is great, the location is pretty great, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. One weird thing: instead of a blanket, the beds are made with a fitted sheet and two flat sheets, the latter two with a mattress protector between them, the two flat sheets and the mattress protector together functioning as a blanket. I just can't begin to imagine who came up with this idea or why. I asked for a blanket and received something that I would have sworn was a towel but for its size. I mean, weird. But I will stay here next time I go to West Palm; though weird, the bed is very comfortable.

Wonderful experience for the holidays!

Had an overnight for an anniversary getaway. Hotel was beautiful, room was very clean and view of pool was really nice. Pool is great, service was not. Only server was trying to setup for a private event so we had to go the bar to order drinks. After dinner we came back to the hotel and they had a whole team decorating outside and inside for the holidays. In the morning the lobby was transformed with a beautiful tree and garland. Lights outside were beautiful. Breakfast was good, fast service and nice patio outside for sitting. Would stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool was a highlight for us. Our biggest complaint is that the beds are rock hard and the pillows were paper thin. Our AC unit in our room also made the loudest sound when turning off and on and woke us up multiple times throughout the night.

$57 for valet parking per day. There is no alternative. You cannot park it yourself, so you are held to ransom. You have no alternative, unless you park on the street which comes with the obvious risks. For a two night stay, which cost arou d £500, there was an additional $250ollars for the valet parking, $40 for destination charge (what the hell is that?), and then $90 dollars for breakfast!!!

The property is beautiful but the staff at the check in desk was very disappointing. Needs more hospitality for such a lovely hotel.

Everything about the Hilton was AMAZING. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, the dinning services were beyond delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. We went for our honeymoon and they were all so kind and congratulated us throughout the whole stay.

The difference between the hotel registration fee and the actual payment was too large. The parking fee and other fees were too high and I paid more than $100.

Please note that there is a $45 resort fee and a $55 valet parking fee daily. You get a $15 food and beverage credit that covers maybe a yogurt. Very nice hotel but they do not disclose the parking charge.

The cost was not expected. Parking being only valet was problematic. Needing items from your car required you to request valet service. Not convenient at all. Staff at the restaurants were not super friendly.

The hotel is too expensive for its condition. The photos are much nicer than what it actually is. Couldn’t sleep due to the noisy AC, which was annoying.

Cleanliness and customer service are everything to me and this hotel definitely met my expectations! 10/10 service overall. I usually don’t leave reviews but felt it was necessary for those that are having a hard time choosing which hotel to stay at with their family. The valet were also super friendly! Sidenote-the pool area feels like you’re at a resort. Will definitely be coming back.

Its was I expected from the Hilton.

It is close to everything in the new City Place of West Palm. You have the choice of walking into shopping center and enjoy your day.

They treat you like royalty. But the food and drink are pretty expensive. They shuttle is very convenient.

Everything was perfect, except that the phone chargers by the bed weren’t working and the sink would back up with water after use. Overall, a great hotel.

Gorgeous Hotel, with many walking options. You will love your stay here a few blocks from the shore. It is pricy for the average traveler, but a night or two won't break your budget. I recommend this hotel for the shear enjoyment of the surroundings.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. I did run into one issue I had arranged via chat with the hotel to have my EV charged while using valet, since I was on a tight schedule the next morning. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t charged as requested. However, the team responded quickly and professionally by crediting the valet fee, which I appreciated. The valet charge was $55, which feels a bit steep (not sure if that’s the standard). That said, everything else from the pool to the room to the overall servicewas top-notch. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We were in need of a quick overnight stay and found this hotel to be a very pleasant surprise. Excellent staff and service and lovely rooms. We would stay here again!

They never gave us the option to park there or not. We use the valet parking and at the end of our long weekend we pay a very high fee $52.00 daily. The cabanas too expensive $700 daily.

I was a bit disappointed with the overall aesthetic and amenities of the room. There was no microwave, and the mini refrigerator was clearly labeled as only suitable for keeping beverages cool—not for storing food safely, which was concerning. If you need to heat anything, you have to go down to the lobby. For the price I paid, I honestly expected more in terms of convenience and value.

The style and the glamour and how easy it was to have fun and very well located for the new city space area.

Beware hidden charges like $56 for parking! Also paid $84 for lame breakfast because they decided they were going to do a buffet. gave feedback to the front desk and the response was "have a nice day" we all know what that is code for.

I enjoy the location of the hotel. This was my second time staying at this location to my disappointment. The lobby bar is never open to guests. Pool was closed because of a storm we were told that the lobby bar would open soon two hours later and no one seem to give us a straight answer. Due to the storm, I was hoping to enjoy a drink at the lobby with my friends. I am very hesitant to give this hotel another shot.

Our stay was 10/10! Everyone from the front desk (Bambi) to the pool staff (Nicholas) was super friendly and accommodating. This truly felt like an all inclusive resort with all the amenities you could want and need. Luxurious and yet family friendly environment. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious (we ate there all 4 mornings of our stay) and the poolside food/drinks were great too! Walking distance to City Place, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

This hotel was wonderful in the past, but was not nearly as clean and well taken care of this stay. Most employees were kind and helpful but the circuit driver for the hotel was rude. The coffee shop was being renovated and was being ran out of the bar area.

Uncomfortable Easter Sunday night with random folks not staying at hotel riding elevator, need to feel secure. Also the shuttle should have car seats, this is a nice convenience so you don’t have to rent a car.

I had a fantastic two-night stay at the Hilton West Palm Beach! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. I especially loved the beautiful pool area and the convenience of being so close to downtown attractions. Beautiful property- quiet and staff was very pleasant. However, there is a 40.00 fee that is charged, no explanation- just a fee. Pretty outrageous- you get some back- if you are an awards member- as if that’s a treat! Not ok. Parking is 50.00 per night- also very expensive. Not worth it
