Location was great, walkable to a few places we wanted to go. All staff from valet to front desk to restaurant service was wonderful. Property and rooms were well kept and clean. Would come back!

I highly recommend it. The hotel is very good and has all the services you need for a comfortable stay. My favorite part was the pool, which is located on the 13th floor and offers a great view. Also, the service is bilingual; they assist you perfectly in both English and Spanish, which is deeply appreciated. I would definitely come back

You can't beat the location! Easy to walk to City Place if you like to shop, and fabulous Etaly Restaurant. If you are not a walker, the Hotel provides a fun Golf cart shuttle to drop and pick you up from your destinations. The driver is very knowledgeable about the area and makes the ride super fun. We had him drop us at the beach, the famous Worth Ave on Palm Beach for shopping and nighttime dining. Way more fun than Uber! Our Dog-ter loved the attention from the charming, hospitable staff. The beds were above average, but the pillows were hard, (just an FYI). We loved the vibe and will be back!

I always start at the Canopy Downtown West Palm, it feels like a Second Home to me. Staff is very welcoming and the place is neat. Will definitely come back!

From the front desk to Shuttle Bob we had the BEST experience. The food at the Tree house was fantastic and the vibe was perfect. We will forever come back for our weekend getaways to The Canopy in West Palm Beach.

We had a good stay. The property was impeccable and the staff wonderful. The only thing that was frustrating, was thatched pool and all the tables at the rooftop bar were reserved for a private event we were there so we couldn't enjoy the pool at all. I feel that should have been communicated and reflected in the price as we could t use 2 of their top amenities.

Mini-refrigerator did not refrigerate. AC at night did not stay cool.

The Canopy by Hilton was a great choice. Easy walk to the waterfront area, shopping and Clematis St. where lots of the restaurants were located. And if you didn't feel like venturing out the hotel had two restaurants, with one being located on the rooftop. Very fun!!

My only “mehs” were every time we stepped off the elevator on the floor where our room was, it smelled like stale smoke and old lady perfume… and if you drive, the only option for parking is valet. You must pay the entire valet bill ahead of time in order to request your vehicle which I don’t think was explained well. Tips can be given with a link that they text and there is also a QR code if you’d prefer.

The convenience to City Place, extremely pet friendly, pool and hot tub. Shower in the rooms were nice. Response time for staff. I needed additional towels and it took 4 hours. The room wasn't stocked with additional supplies like toilet tissue and I called down it took forever to get another roll of tissue.

Nothing Loud. Our room was never ready until 2 1/2 hours after check-in. We were placed on a waiting list. We were told we could change in a private room and there were several people changing in the same room which is unsafe.

The rooms were beautifully designed—stylish, comfortable, and incredibly clean. I especially loved the rooftop bar and pool, which offered stunning views of the city and a great spot to unwind. The location is also ideal—just steps from downtown, the waterfront, and tons of great restaurants.

Disappointing stay. Hotel is loud. Doors constantly slamming and voices in the hall carry all night. The last night of our stay they sent a message at 1:00 pm saying the pool would be closed at 3:00 for the night. Annoying as that was, it was made worse by it being for a reggae party that lasted until midnight with clean up. We stayed on the 12th floor and were unable to get any sleep because of how loud it was. We had to be up at 5, so requested a one later check out so we could rest a little and the two workers at the desk on 1/18/26 around 11:00 refused to accommodate. I explained we were up all night due to the noise and the desk clerks argued with me that we were warned before the party so should have requested a late check out then. So somehow it was my fault I didn’t plan better for the inconvenience? I told them that while I got the message I had no way of knowing the noise would be so awful and we would be up all night and also that we left at 6::00 am for an event so there was no one to talk to at that hour and we stopped to make the request as soon as we returned. They could have cared less about the inconvenience, even though we heard them saying they gave late check outs to 8 other rooms that were on our same floor. They claimed that was the limit, so nothing they could do for us. It was terribly disappointing, as we go to Palm Beach about 8 times a year and would’ve considered staying again (on a lower floor) until the poor customer service interaction.

The beds were just ok, a bit lumpy and old, and despite the rooms being somewhat quiet and sound isolated, the cleaning staff were loud and chatty every morning which waked us a few times during our 5 night stay. The treehouse restaurant above was consistently dirty - dirty tables, wine glasses, and the staff were a mixed bag from friendly to aloof. We went twice and didn’t have an enjoyable experience either time. HVAC controls were easy to use, which is helpful, and the shower was pretty good too. Free bikes are always a nice touch and we used them a couple of times. Downstairs restaurant was very good and had a nice selection of quality breakfast food and strong coffee.

Front desk was very accommodating and kind as I explained that our flight was canceled, and he went above and beyond in helping us.

Took forever for our room to be ready — party across the hall and despite calling security several times, nothing changed. Slept horrible.

Last year we visited the hotel for the first time we had a great experience. This year was even better Santiago the hotel, assistant manager is phenomenal. He embodies the term hospitality recommend this hotel anyone visiting West Palm Beach walking distance to restaurants, shopping parks. They have a terrific rooftop lounge, great food and drinks.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Close to everything. Sadly, when I arrived to my room the bathroom vanity, toilet and floor had several long hairs and water stains. Big enough to be uncomfortable. The young men working the valet parking were very cordial. Other than that bathroom issue it was a good experience.

Other than those two, everything else was perfect. The rooftop pool and the restaurants are excellent. I love they offer a gym as well which I sadly didn’t get to use but instead walked along the water every night, which is super close. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to places nearby. I appreciate it the late check out when I requested it. We’d definitely stay here again.

During my stay I ordered DoorDash for dinner and whoever worked the front desk that night either threw my food away or stole it . The dasher provided photos proving that it was turned in ant the front desk. Other than that the stay was great , be mindful though they do not have a microwave either.

The only downside is that check-in is a bit late at 4 PM, and early check-in isn’t guaranteed. Late check-out may be possible depending on availability. Still, everything else was amazing, and this will be my go-to getaway hotel from now on. 100% recommended! 🌟

Everything! Property is absolutely beautiful, the staff could not do enough, and the views from the rooftop pool was gorgeous! Santiago and Dylan went out of their way to make sure our stay was fantastic and it definitely was. We will be back!

Last couple times I was there they had DJs etc at the pool and bar area at the rooftop.. They close the pool early and the guests cannot use it. It is dominated by people who are not even hotel guests there. Then the music at the bar and lounge area is so loud is ridiculous Plus you cannot find a seat by the pool during that time

I booked this hotel last minute. It was a great choice due to location and amenities available. It was very clean and modern. There was a conference being held that weekend but that did not inhibit traffic or wait times for anything.

On top of that, they don’t provide synthetic bedding and offer no services in the evening. The hotel feels more like a party house, with noise and disturbances all night long. I will definitely choose a different hotel next time I’m in this city.

Dylan and Jurgita at the front desk were amazing and super responsive during our stay! Definitely would love to stay here again when we come back to West Palm Beach.

We booked for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and our stay was top shelf. Hotel is classy with a contemporary, green vibe. Loved the bar and well made drinks at happy hour. Breakfast was expensive. The Treetop and roof pool area was inviting and even though we were here in July there's a nice breeze with comfy shaded cabanas. The staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

This property was beautiful and Bernald was amazing accompanying and customer service oriented. I booked my stay but it was too far from proximity to the area I needed to be so i couldn’t stay but I will certainly be back. Hotel was impressive.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. I did run into one issue I had arranged via chat with the hotel to have my EV charged while using valet, since I was on a tight schedule the next morning. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t charged as requested. However, the team responded quickly and professionally by crediting the valet fee, which I appreciated. The valet charge was $55, which feels a bit steep (not sure if that’s the standard). That said, everything else from the pool to the room to the overall servicewas top-notch. I’d absolutely stay here again.

To their credit, the front desk staff was apologetic and courteous. They quickly issued a new room and offered two complimentary breakfast vouchers as an apology. The next morning, I ordered the avocado toast, which consisted of a single piece of bread topped with one egg and a scoop of guacamole. I added a berry smoothie, which somehow cost an additional $9—even with the $30 breakfast voucher. The toast came with a side of fruit, which unfortunately had hair in it. My companion ordered a side of bacon that never arrived, and we had to call the front desk to have it brought up. The second room was an improvement, but not without issues—there were multiple hairs on the bed sheets. I’m hoping they were left behind by the housekeeping staff and not previous guests. Another downside: this hotel does not offer parking. Your only options are $44 per night valet service or finding street parking nearby. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on my experience.

We really enjoyed the Canopy and would stay here again as well as recommend it to others. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile. The rooftop pool was very unique and offers beautiful views of the marina. The rooftop bar served great drinks and delicious food. Everything in our room was extremely nice and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is also in a prime location with everything within 10 minutes. Lastly, we enjoyed the extra amenities including the hotel bikes and shuttle service that takes you within a certain vicinity of the hotel at no charge. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay!

This was an amazing experience. The rooms were super spacious. Very clean exactly what I was looking for. We had stayed at a nearby hotel and the two bedroom suites are horrible. The only thing I have to say is that they call it a three-bedroom suite, but it's really two bedroom because they include the family as a third bedroom. It's a little bit misleading but the space is amazing!! Would definitely recommend!!

We were very pleased with our stay from the valets, to the lobby staff & both restaurant’s staff - very professional, everyone had great customer service! We had 3 meals there (2 at Treehouse & 1 at Banter) and ALL of our food and drinks were fantastic! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canopy & the next time we’re in town, they will definitely be our go to hotel - thank you for a great experience and we look forward to coming back!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Canopy. Beautiful location, we loved the food downstairs at Banter and upstairs on the rooftop. The rooftop pool was gorgeous. There are two things I could comment on. The price of valet was $100 for the weekend which is outrageous. Also, the upstairs restaurant does not open until 11:00AM. So if you’re considering brunch there on a Sunday before check out, it is not possible. Besides that the staff and location, room and all were fantastic.

There’s a restaurant downstairs, but it’s constantly closed and there’s no sign with the hours, so you never know when it’s open. I also found out on the last day that they have a gym on the 6th floor—no one mentioned it, and there was no information provided about the hotel’s amenities. Overall, the lack of communication and poor service really took away from the experience.

We had to find a hotel last minute for one night as my flight was canceled on the way to the airport. Based on the reviews I booked a room through Expedia and I was glad I did. The hotel front desk staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean, great breakfast, and nice location!! It was a quick stay but overall, I was happy with my experience!!

Best deal you can get for downtown WPB

The pool area was small with a few chairs and a few loungers. They also had a seating area with couches and a few basic cabanas for rent. The pool had a great view and the pool and hot tub were very nice. I’m Not sure if they were extra busy due to Mother’s Day weekend but the staff was not sufficient for the number of guests they had. The drinks and food took an extraordinary long time to be delivered. Of note, there is a $45 a day valet fee which fortunately I saved due to a friends spot in a nearby building but that fee is kinda a bummer. In the future, I think I’ll take the brightline up and save the parking fee. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown WPB and you are within walking distance to everywhere downtown. There is also a free/low cost shuttle downtown that will pick you up and take you anywhere in the downtown vicinity and even to the island. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay at Canopy by Hilton again as it was a great value for the money.

There must be a better way to communicate with your guests about amenities being closed BEFORE check in. I wasted so much time in line for valet, unloading luggage, standing in line at reception, and walking through almost every single step of check in, before I knew anything about the 13th floor being closed. I understand hotels make a substantial amount of revenue from private events, not unlike the one we were at the mercy of tonight. But how much revenue have you lost from people like me, who will forego disappointment the next time around, and avoid staying with Hilton in the future.

The stay was lovely. Service was top notch and there was not more that I could have asked for from the friendly, capable, and attentive staff. The only thing I didn't like was the bedding - the coverlet wasn't ideal and I would have preferred a comforter on the bed. Maybe that is just a personal preference, but it would have been nice to have the option to request a different blanket. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
