From the time I parked for the valet until I checked out, every employee of the Ben was not only extremely accommodating, friendly first class consistently gave me full undivided attention to ensure that I felt comfortable. I was being heard, and I was having a comfortable, relaxing positive stay

Excellent location. Public bar areas being used for corporate and private parties denying paying guests access was disappointing.

Staff was incredibly friendly, check in was seamless, they even follow up with you to ensure everything is to your liking. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. This is one of the best hotels in the downtown WPB area. Will stay again in the future.

Service was fantastic! All the people are so friendly! No complaints to anything else but the bed bugs. Only thing I was disappointed about that, since It is pet friendly hotel, I felt the bugs are on the bed. I got all the bite marks on my body. You should have a solution to get rid of the bugs.

Most awful check-in experience I have ever had. We were downgraded as opposed to getting an upgrade which we were told was available. We were created from a king-size bed that we ordered to a queen size bed. These were not even queen size beds, in fact.... then we will send her a room that faced a wall 3 feet away from the window. When I complained, we were placed into a handicap room, which did not even have a walk-in shower. Handled extrnely poorly by staff.

Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Shower took 5 minutes to get warm water and hardly any water pressure. Loud banging noise every morning anywhere between 6:40-8:30am. Rude servers in both restaurants. But, there were nice other made up for those who weren’t so nice.

Super comfortable bed and bedding.

For the price this hotel wasn’t great.

The bell service lost 2 of our bags and we told them. They were going to follow up but never bothered to get back to us. Luckily nothing very valuable.

Room service was really slow and forgot parts of order twice.

The Ben was exceptional

Everything was great. But the only thing… no furniture for your clothes … why ??? Is this some new fitout hotels are doing ?? Ditching furniture to put your clothes in??

The location is excellent. The staff was fantastic. Highly recommend staying at the Ben. We stayed there for 8 nights with our pet.

Linda the concierge was exceptional. She went above and beyond. A true gem. All the staff were great. I loved the rooms size and decor. The trolly was a lovely perk. The rides to the beach and restaurants were appreciated. The pool was small. I always a appreciate a bathtub

Rooftop pool and bar was great. Perfect view. Great for hanging during the day and evening. Loved it! The staff was great at the front desk and super friendly housekeeping. Unfortunately, we experienced less than attentive staff at the pool. We frequently had to go find someone to bring food or drinks. And the staff at the breakfast nook forgot to add condiments and juice as they were supposed to.

Got restaurant and nightclub view ( load) When complained they said oversold ( tough - and when check-in said I had ocean view/ simply lied) Ordered breakfast room service- took 2 hours and 4 calls saying it’s on its way and never came. A simple avocado toast. You call front desk and they don’t pick up for minutes, I was a loyal customer for 2 years and sent many people from my company. This place has gone to hell.

From arriving to departing the customer service from the staff was amazing. The rooftop bar and restaurant provides a gorgeous view of Downtown Palm Beach and Palm Island. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, great stay except for the blackout drapes that are anything but because of light leakage out of one and also the open design of the room and bathroom. Ruined our sleep.

What is a beautiful view overlooking the intercoastal. Went to a wonderful restaurant and the hotel has a shuttle, which will pick you up within 2 miles of the hotel.

This is truly a 5 star hotel. The staff is 100% in tune to their guests needs. Room service is fast. The restaurant is excellent and we are from Charleston and are food snobs so that is saying alot. The rooftop bar is similar to those in San Francisco. And the beds and pillows are literally dreaming. What a fantastic experience-absolutely worth the price Wow! This has been an experience we will be talking about for years.

Check in was delayed, very noisy and busy at the hotel. Car took 40 minutes to come when we texted the valet. Way over priced for what the hotel is.

Was the holiday season. Had ice skating rink right outside the front door across the street and the “special” town tree was around the corner with holiday light show every 15 min

We had a great time at The Ben. We have attended work events here but decided to bring the kids and stay the night so we could go ice skating. It was a magical experience for all. The decorations were beautiful.

The Ben is a luxury hotel that is worth the little extra. Probably the best value in Palm Beach and downtown WPB. Very fun and walkable area.

The only downside was the parking fee of $60.99. Seems steep to me.

Gorgeous property and great staff. Restaurant a little slow in service and food and drink delivery time for its price point, but great food and views.

We cut our 5 night trip short due to our room being infested with bugs on our linens, night stand and on our baby's bottle. We complained to the front desk and they were not of much help. They strung us along for 4 hours that a new upgraded room would be available. After those 4 hours we went to the front desk for them to tell us that they were sold out and they wouldn’t be able to offer us anything else. They never refunded us the night we stayed & we had to pack up with our 1 year old and find a new hotel. After talking with some of the staff they had mentioned that this was an ongoing problem in this hotel and that they have been having a-lot of complaints about the bugs in the rooms. I would never stay here in the future.

Only stayed there for the evening, so did not get to explore most of the amenities to the hotel but the design and the vibe of the hotel is sexy. Will definitely come back for a longer stay next time

I loved my stay at the Ben. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttles were quite convenient. I loved the complimentary bikes too. It was sad the rooftop restaurant and pool were closed but I would stay at the Ben again.

Are you serious? Shame on you and on the hotel. Very unprofessional. I don’t care how nice the architecture of the building is and how the amenities, staff and guest interaction are what make the actual experience...

Absolutely wonderful! Super cleanliness, the staff was super accommodating, the concierge was absolutely wonderful -staff overall 10/10 experience. Hotel very clean, nice views, food and drinks were excellent. We tried multiple hotels in the area before officially choosing this one. Definitely the best one in West Palm for sure !

Hotel was magnificent. Food in the hotel restaurants was great. Service wasn’t as great in the restaurants but still definitely recommend!

From the get-go the place was fabulous. I was looking for a relaxing long weekend away… I loved everything about it. I’ll be going back.

My wife and I just Got married we were greeted with a bottle of Champagne in our Room and a hand written card congratulating us… We live south of West Palm, but wanted stay clise to Courthouse to celebrate our Marriage and it was everything we expected and more…

The hotel is impeccable and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are so many things to do in and around the hotel.

Building and common areas were nice and extremely well kept. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was fairly standard. The sink was clogged when we got there, did not have the standard shower items, had to get them from the concierge, deliveries of luggage came to my room in error, and booked a room with a "city view" but our window was looking at a stairwell and flood lights.

We made the most of our trip and I have never left a review that wasn’t positive but it was one thing after the other. There were a couple incredible staff members that were the only reason we didn’t leave the property.

The Ben Hotel is centrally located easy drive to Worth Ave and surrounding areas! I love the rooftop bar and the pool area! The rooms are a great size and very comfortable beds. Nice and friendly staff always available for anything you need!

Beautiful property, great room, great area - pretty noisy rooftop area but thankfully, it wound down around 11:30 pm/12 am.

What an unbelievable experience. They staff, the food, the entire hotel is incredible. Our room was soo nice. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier. We will definitely return and get a room with a view next time!!

Very good experience. The hotel is quite nicely designed and decorated. My room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was helpful and polite. Actually, the only odd thing was the mid-spelled menus in the chic upscale Restaurant. “Main” Lobster? “Waygu” Beef? “Shrimp(s)”? I understand that this seems picky, however I would expect more from a hotel that is so carefully designed.

Had a lovely three night stay to celebrate our anniversary. The property was outstanding and conveniently located to access shops and dining venues without needing a car. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations.Would highly recommend.

In the first night we witnessed a car jacking in the corner of the hotel. The hotel security guards did not assist the individual who was being car jacked and beaten by the assailant The sand night there was a false fire alarm at 1:00 am in the morning. While we were asked to leave our room in the middle of the night we waited in the lobby the crowd was that gathered was not what I expected from a hotel at $400 plus the night. There is a bar lounge on the 8th floor of the hotel it’s filled with young thugs and drunks. The surrounding areas are filled with homeless and again not worthy of $400 a night hotel in WPB. The hotel offers a ride to and from the hotel to bar by areas. Good luck understanding the individual who you are suppose to text for a ride and if you do he is too busy to pick you up. The next night again same crowd and not what you would expect. The manager did contact me and I voiced my concerns and experience - he did not even bother to make things right by offering anything complimentary which is what one does to make the experience less difficult on the paying customer. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for a nice place to stay don’t stay at the Ben.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Love the free shuttle service and complimentary bikes. As well as views from rooftop. Rooms clean and attractive and lived the shampoo. I certainly recommend this hotel. With a rich history as well.
