Average hotel stay. I appreciated the late check-in times available. The bathrooms were okay in condition.

The staff was great. The room was huge. I did not sleep well because the pillow was really bad. Location was great with nearby access to many places. There also was an odor we struggled with, but went to store and got air-freshners.

The lady who checked us in was excellent and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She even went out of her way to show me how to work the tv. They’re all different.

There is practically nothing out there unless you go out on the highway. Parking is basically open, there is a Chevron adjacent if you wanna get cheap drinks and snacks or toiletries. Staff is cool in the afternoon Trish is amazing excellent customer service and friendly about the direction of your room. The room itself, well it’s MOTEL 6 but it could’ve used more of a wipe down but the bed was comfy, TV had Roku TV and other apps which was cool, pet friendly for sure. Overall pretty good for a cheap, likely one night layover stay.

Room was dirty, hotel is in need of a deep cleaning, was pet friendly but my cat and dog were terrified all night, there were smells from other animals and a dog that was left alone kept barking every time someone walked passed its room

There’s definitely “hidden” mold in that hotel, and that’s dangerous/uninhabitable. It is very unhealthy for mold to be present, people can get really sick from it. You can smell the musky, earthy, smell when you’re walking down the hallway; covered up with air fresheners. They were not able to mask the smell in the room, especially the bathroom. I could not sleep because the air was so muggy. I had to ask that the AC unit be cleaned (I have severe allergies to dust/mold) and if they did clean it, I couldn’t tell. I really wanted to like this place. I feel like people work so hard to run a business and may not be able to afford the necessary repairs/renovations that others can; however, mold is unsafe. Also, the shower was so dingy I didn’t even take a shower (I never miss a day of taking a shower), and the ceiling panel was falling down. My body itched the entire night and the bed was so hard that I woke up with my back hurting. It’s actually the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some pretty rough ones. Again, I hate writing a review like this but it needs to be said so maybe they will take the initiative to make these necessary changes.

I was happily surprised. My room was clean and didn't smell at all. Clean wooden floors, no dirty carpet. The bed had clean sheets and comforter. Believe me, I checked for any stains or critters. You are limited on what to watch on TV, they do not have internet so I couldn't use my fire stick. There was no shampoo so I had to go back to my car to get mine. Lastly, I was able to sleep in for the 1st time in a long time but by the time I was up and ready for coffee, they had already put it away. I do wish I could have gotten a fresh one for the road. I used mine from the day before, just microwaved it. All in all, I would give it a 9/10

A cleaning staff knocked on my door while I was in the shower & I went to see who was knocking nonstop only to see my door was already being opened. Thankfully I had the swing lock on. I paid $40 just to get the rest of my stuff out bc I was late coming back for trip two (my fault not theirs) but my broom was stolen & 1 of my duffle bags was opened & I KNOW I had it closed bc I had everything packed before loading the car for my first load. I also saw roaches & the tub was not cleaned on the wall area. My back broke out bc the tub walls were filthy & I kept accidentally touching them. The room smelled so bad when I first came I had to open the window to air it out for 5 days. Then I left it open during the day bc it was stuffy & my nose would itch. I had to clean the floors myself & the water was FILTHY. They just used wax cleaner to make it look shiny but it was disgusting. I was there for 31 days & the room stunk the entire time. I had to deep clean it myself & it was covered in dust & nasty. It looked good at first but over time I could tell they half cleaned it & every step I took had a weird smell throughout the building. The fire alarm went off & as I walked down the steps I smelled something burning & the lady said it was safe after 20 min & there was "no fire" & it was a "malfunction" which is false bc me & another person SMELLED something burning. The lady at the front desk on my last day was nice but management needs to do better. They just want your money. They have only 1 tiny washer & dryer that cost $4 to use which would not be bad if they were not so small you might as well go to a laundromat. The ice machine tasted disgusting & the tap tasted like stale chlorine (just brushed teeth with it) & it was so harsh my face broke out. Unless you desperately need somewhere to stay DO NOT go here..

The room was spacious. Pet friendly and not pet deposit that was awesome. Clean all the way around inside and out. The staff was friendly. It accommodates the disabled and elderly and that is another bonus as well.

Once we found the correct Motel 6 (there are two in Cartersville), we had to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby for someone to check us in. When we tried to unload our car, our keycards didn't work to the outside door. Front desk was friendly enough after we found her, but hotel is understaffed.

Negatives - Exterior Door to hallway was broken so there was no security, mold smells in hall outside room, no sample shampoo in bath, the next door neighbor who appeared to be a long term resident was very loud and could hear through wall.

A straightforward check in and a clean room. But my room badly needed cosmetic repairs - hooks were pulled out of the plaster and the wall paint slopped onto the trim. The top edge of the bathroom door needed refinishing.

It was a really great and relaxing stay

The hinges on door to the bathroom needs to be greased. They creak very loudly! Wakes others in the room. Door was also harder to close so it was impossible to shut it quietly. It was disappointing to not have an arm chair in the room as pictured on site. However, we were relieved to see a microwave and mini frig. I never found where the rooms had them at this location. I read one reviewer say their room had one. However, the pics for the room didn’t show either so wasn’t sure if the room we got would have them. Was pleasantly surprised that we couldn’t hear anything outside our room, even the ice maker. It was loud when it dropped ice once, when we were walking down the hall. Everyone at the front desk was friendly. Loved that our pet could stay for free!

Great location for my visit and having a pool was great. Besides that checked in and given a room that wasn’t ready. Not cleaned and bed was bare. I had to ask for another room. There is definitely a moisture smell in the whole building.

We booked attendant Donna at the desk was fine, gave us our room key etc, the room looked like it was freshly renovated no issues except immediately I start itching and scratching I try to put it off 1 hour later its too much my skin is raw at the on my arms and ankles. Contact the front Desk Donna says let’s me talk to night time manager but no other rooms available. She call back 15 min later to tell me she can’t get bug spray because another guest never returned it. I left and night manager was aware of the situation and refused to give a refund Expedia rep also tried to plea with him and he doubled down l me in my face and refused refund

The only thing that concerned me was they allow pets and when I was leaving to check out, there was animal poop was near my door and only covered with some tissue. I'm guessing a guest allowed their animal to do that and not clean behind them. I informed the front desk when I checked out. so hopefully they got it cleaned thoroughly and quickley.

The key scanner to get into the building was broke. Not good security. The hallway stunk.

We had 3 rooms. One room smelled like human pee, one room the bathroom sink faucet was broken and in the other room, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling in, the floor was nasty and the chair in the corner should be burned it was so gross.

For it ti be a motel 6 , its nice and cozy. My family & I have history with thos motel and it never gave disappointment anywhere. Affordable and like I said it comfortable and cozy. Certain people is what makes the Property smell bad and look bad. However, the employees do their best 👌 to keep this place up and they do a great job doing it. Really kind people!

The room smelt like cigars and cigarettes. The blankets had cigarette burns on them and stains. The front desk guy gave us another room which was a little better, but not the best. The pictures are very deceiving.

The places smelled like they made their personal food on site and it was very strong. Room was just basically clean. It was the smell that was most difficult to tolerate

The hallway reeked of marijuana smoke. The bathtub had mold in it. The bathroom sink faucet needed to be fixed as water sprayed all over the counter around the sink when it was turned on.

Dixi was friendly and helpful. Nice overnight stop while traveling.

Overall it was very clean. Couple cobwebs in the corners. Mattress covers on the beds a plus. Spacious for my needs for the night.

Security was very lax here, outside entry locks not operational and several "sketchy" folks hanging around parking lot. Late at night & again around 5 am it sounded like furniture being moved all around above my room, unable to sleep. Will not stay there again.

Nothing unique

This was a one night stay on our trip. The hotel was convenient, it felt safe, the room was clean, and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The one thing I will mention, is that we were on the ground floor, and before we left the room for dinner, I checked the sliding window and found it to be unlocked. Glad I checked!

Was a good stay. Very peaceful and quiet just like we love. Clerks were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were nice. Overall we will continue to stay here when we visit for business and family.

Was a nice quiet place to stay. Comfortable and clean. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. Dixi was exceptional when the computer wasn't wanting to cooperate properly. She done an amazing job considering these malfunctions. Most ppl would have been rude, impatient or not very kind but I knew she was doing what she could with what she was working with. Prob wasn't very much, just saying. Glad she was there to help me. I'll be back. Thanks for your time.

Great roadside motel experience. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and quiet, and Beverly and Dixi at the front desk were very helpful with checking us in and out. The only drawback was the amount of cigarette butts on the ground outside (not ideal for a hotel that allows dogs), but overall, it was a comfortable and well-priced place to stay.

it is a smaller and older facility. but clean. a few up dates. but priced with the ave hotels with basic amenities.

Upon entering room it was very musty!!! The toilet seat was so loose it was almost falling off… the bed was decent no bed bugs . TV was hard to hook to internet to be able to watch.

Room was filthy no narrow dirty stairs I nearly slipped on the piss on the stairs. No elevator, flooring in my room was filthy. I had to clean my counters and tables which my Clorox wipes were black after cleaning the phone as well.

The whole place reeks of weed! People sleeping in parking lots for days on end. Tv never work I had to watch tv on my laptop .

This is a modern, simplistic motel that has spacious rooms and comfortable bed. No frills, but just what we needed after traveling! Check in staff was excellent...friendly and helpful!

Whereas this is definitely a budget property, it was in excellent condition. Zero maintenance issues that i could see, all of the furniture appeared to be new and it was very clean! AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. Best of all was the plethora of green areas for walking the dog. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again!

Room could have been cleaner but wasn't disgusting or anything. The toilet strangely sat almost in the middle of the bathroom away from the wall. Interesting choice! Honey and cream or milk would have been a nice touch for the tea and coffee station in the morning.

Wow this was bad! Im easy to please if you check my Google reviews i do a lot and 95% of them are good. Mold everywhere wobly and leaking toilet and refrigerator was all jacked up! Nothing good about this place except it was cheap! But not cheap enough. Unsecured outside doors that dont lock and seedy characters everywhere! Stay away i had 2 kids with me and i was up all night on security patrol!

Although recently remodeled, there are still a couple aspects within room that are in disrepair (peeling laminate on table and gaps in flooring joints)

The room was dirty. Some kind of orange-red substance was splattered all over the wall and TV screen. The toilet was dirty, seat had black marks on it. Tv remote was broken. The headboard was falling apart with the edging sticking out by at least a foot. Same with the mirror. The side chair in the room was filthy and greasy The pool was closed. And garbage was piled up and spilling onto the ground at the outside doors. If we weren’t exhausted from driving all day we would have went to another hotel Not worth $85.00.

Although they seem to be doing updates, room was still a bit outdated, new coat of paint wasn’t done very well. Edges in bathroom and room were kinda unfinished, toilet was practically against the wall and actually turned towards the wall. The worst part was the noises, got no sleep both nights due to people upstairs, sounded like they were dragging chairs and walking in heels. Not all was bad, and like I said it looks like they are updating the motel.
