The manager was amazing! So friendly ...so was everyone else but he went above and beyond

Property was honestly kind of smelly and it seems like they put everyone there on the 2nd floor. Little kids running up and down the hallways screaming from 11pm to almost 1am. Horrible hotel would not recommend

The bathroom sink was not cleaned, there was mole in the bathroom tub. Trash was left in a trash can from a previous stay. Wifi was not working for tv so i could not watch Netflix or hulu.

Comfy bed Noise

I was hoping to rest a bit by the pool before going out with friends. But there was a soccer team with parents staying at this hotel, so there was no chair to use. That’s okay. I’ve just took a nap.

Nice staff, room was mostly clean Bed was not comfortable, bed spring, had 1 dirty wash clothe. Just not fairly priced for something that wasn’t the best, definitely not work $400 for 2 night.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The room was decent however the bathroom was extremely small so not having a hook to hang my towel was inconvenient. Our overall stay was serviceable. Great if you are looking for quick, budget- friendly, centralized location.

Super clean hotel room done in beautiful teal blue and gray colors.One of the best things is that there was no weird smell in the hotel at all.Bed was comfortable and location was not far from the historic district.The room was reasonably priced.The only draw back was the tv was not user friendly with delays in moving from channel to channel.Definitely looking to staying here again Make the tv more user friendly adding eggs the breakfast menu .Stastay

Im prediabetic and my doctor said eat less bread. The breakfast foods offered were toast, cereal, bagels, waffles, sausage biscuits, yogurt or apples. I had a yogurt and an apple. :(

Clean and close to where I needed

There is a space between the door and the floor so you can hear everything on the in the hallway and if you swing your foot to hit the bed, there’s some metal aluminum frame makes us loud awful sound. I’ve never seen that before in a hotel they can’t put a regular bedframe.

Surprisingly great stay for the low cost. Room service even gave me fresh towels every day.

Overall a wonderful experience

The elevator and hallway had a very musty smell. We had 4 guests and only 3 towels the first day. The second day, the staff came to empty the trash and collect the soiled towels but did not leave any clean ones. I went to the front desk to get towels and was given three small hand towels and told we would get some the following morning; we never did.

Neighbor apparently doesn't understand the difference between being maliciously loud or the normal amount of decimals to expect when staying in a 20 year old hotelw8th no sound proofing or padding in the interior walls separating the rooms.When I can herar you audibly complain about a noise I made what does that tell you?people have duddernt lives and different schedules. NO EVERYONE IS TRYING TO SLEEP AT 10 PM.

Pillows sucked. I watched other patrons coming I with pillows that they bought. Maid did not speak English. Ice machine not on every floor. First morning no sausage biscuits were put out!! Lazy Staff

Room didn’t look like the pictures I viewed on the website. There was a $100 deposit fee added once i checked in that I wasn’t aware was a part of their policy. It will be refunded within 7 days but wasn’t informed prior to checking in. Also the A/C unit cover was coming off of the unit which seems like should be an easy repair if proper inspection was done.

The room maid came in my room while I was sleeping on Thanksgiving and Christmas,so I reported too the front desk...

Everything has been great so far. Staff was nice and the building as well as our room was clean. My only issue is that I was not notified ahead of time about a $100 hold that I would get back after I checked out. Which I understand and don’t mind, but would like to be notified BEFORE checking in. I did not see anything while looking it up, but I could have missed it.

One of the best Quality Hotels we've stayed at. Super clean inside and out everything is super updated. Real towels ro use. Staff super friendly and inviting. Although we didn't get to try out the complimentary breakfast everything was amazing.

Could see my car out the window. Was never overcrowded. Quiet. No wild children running up and down the hallways. Comfortable beds, clean shower and a quick breakfast each morning before I left for my conference.

It was a last minute stay, was ok. Needs to be deep cleaned in my opinion. Upon first entering the room I notice a stain on the bed cover. Which I called down to get bedding replaced with clean ones. Staff did so in a timely fashion. Quiet area, bathroom crazy tiny, and cleaning of rooms could be better. Was an okay stay but wouldn’t make it a top choice at all based on room alone.

So bad that we opted out after 1 night of 3-night stay and moved across the street. There are definitely better options in the area. Could hear TV in next room loud and clear, and noise from lobby woke me up at 5:45 am. Wall A/C unit ran near-constantly, and was not clean, giving me major allergy attack. Shower floor was wet from leaking showerhead. Toilet seat 1/2 unhinged. Key cards didn't open access doors after hours, even after we complained to front desk and they "re-set" them. I could go on... Worst part was they are disputing a refund on our unused days! Ugh!

Housekeeping took all of our towels out of our room and never replaced them. Didn’t even have a towel to dry our hands after washing them. Took our garbage bags and didn’t replace them. Front desk staff not friendly. Breakfast does not have good options. Not worth the price we paid for two nights. Better options out there.

There is no reason why a room was considered clean and there is random hair everywhere in the bathroom. Noise all night. Whole hotel smelled musty. Not a good experience. Will not do again.

We stayed on the third floor, and the mildew smell was so strong.

Everything was good although the breakfast did not have any protein. Just the usual cereals toasts and waffles. But no eggs or ham or any other protein

The door to our room would not lock when it was closed, and when the staff came in to replace towels and soap, they shut the door,but it remained unlocked ... you had to use the key to lick it from the outside... the husband and wife managers were excellent and very willing to help, the girl at the front desk was rude

First off, just know the beds and pillows were AMAZINGLY comfortable. Best sleep in a while. My room was a little musty to be honest, but leaving the a/c on at a low speed continuously helped. Staff was very friendly and I’d definitely stay again.

Really great property. Comfy beds. Pillows were a little small for king bed but not a problem. Showers are amazing. Great water pressure and hot. Absolutely adore the location. Lots of shopping and food nearby. Friendly staff members. We loved breakfast too.

The room smells TERRIBLE!! It smells musty with a mix of cigarettes. There are burn marks all over the tables. I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

TV wasn’t connected to internet, so not able to watch Netflix. All the staff were very nice. Overall, a decent place to stay. Breakfast wasn’t anything special: cereal, bagels, yogurt, coffee and juice, warm water. Wish they had eggs or more protein options.

The room had a musty smell to it. The floors were dirty and when my grandson walked on the floor his socks were dirty. The bathroom was very small. The room was not conducive to our vacation. I will not stay there again.

The pillows was uncomfortable

The stay was ok. I would advise you to either request extra pillows or bring your own. They did offer free breakfast but we went out. The room was clean but it was not the room they showed me when I booked it. SonI would say that was false advertisement. Also the was a little mold around the calking in the tub.

Hotel is much older and dark than photos depict. And heads up, the heat/ac is a box unit under the windows and controlled there as well. Our tv remote didn’t have a guide button or a way to login to our personal Netflix account; combine that with the remote itself missing the back for the battery so the battery was partially covered by tape.

My complaint is the noise from other guests. There were children in the room next to us that were very loud and their dad kept coming into the room and telling them to quieten down, but as soon as he left they got loud again. Thankfully they did get quiet a little before 10:00, and they were only there one night.

enjoyed compliment breakfast. 15 min away from Riverwalk and 15 min away from the beach. Costco, Target nearby.

Apparently the people below us were long time customers so as we were getting ready to go out at 7:15 pm we received 5 phone calls from the front desk because we had high heels on and were walking across the floor, we were more than apologetic and even offered to move to a different room etc but it was 7:15 on a Friday night! Guess that's past curfew time. Nothing against front desk clerk, she was sweet, but come on.

Hotel charged an "early checkout fee" without mentioning such a fee - and after an initial invoice showed a refund.

Stayed in King room, 3rd floor. Quiet. Curtains that closed. AC worked great. Room decent size. Comfy bed. Modern look.

Great service! Clean and in a good state of repair. The breakfast did not have the offerings that other Quality Inns do . . .no eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. Cereal and carbs mainly.

Facility is clean and well taken care of.

The desk staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are fine and clean and the location is perfect for both going to the beach and heading to the shops and restaurants in downtown Wilmington. The only negative is that the walls are a little thin and it's easy to hear people in the next rooms (especially if they are loud) but otherwise this is a fine and nice place to stay in the Wilmington area.

I would not stay here again. There were stains on the chair in the room so we couldn't sit on it. The hotel smelled like an old mop. The bed was so hard, I should have just slept on the floor. Just overall not a pleasant stay for me & my husband.

Was decent for the price

The beds were lumpy and not comfortable the pillows were worse where your head sunk, they had no support. The beds sat on a solid metal so when you stood near the bed or go in or out it made a clanging noise! All I will stay is that it wasn’t a great night at the “Quality Inn”!

Nice exterior, well kept pool, easy access in and out of the lot.

The bed sheets/covers were dirty and had hair all over. Complained they move room and it was the same way. Complained again and they gave me sheets to change myself.
