Breakfast staff so grest

The staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was nice, but I was not a fan of my room; the bed was uncomfortable, when the sink was at anything stronger than a trickle drops of water would bounce off the drain and hit my stomach, and there were a bunch of marks on the room's coffee table where people had clearly put their feet on the coffee table. I am aware that's half of what people use a coffee table for, but I would have thought that they'd at least wipe the marks off.

It was a very pleasent stay.

Breakfast was sad; still not sure if the food was real or processed "food." Egg pucks; sausage links; breakfast potatoes that were greasy looking but dry & dusty; waffle maker and maple flavored syrup in amber color. Skip the breakfast and go straight to Sunny's Diner instead.

Sofa extremely uncomfortable, perhaps due to the springs. Definitely needs new pillows. Quality of the food was poor. However, the staff was polite & pleasant. Everything was extremely clean.

Overall happy with the stay for just the night. Only complaints was the floor in our room was a little sticky walking, maybe humid and the pool/hot tub had stuff floating in it or bandaids on the floor.

Lots of breakfast options in their small eating area. Eggs tasted powdery and fake and weren't very good. However, the waffles were delicious and just how I like them: slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

I had to be moved to another room. They had put me in a room and children above me with their parents, but they did at least move me to the top floor so I’d have to have that I’m self-employed for business the push put children on the bottom floor.!

Clean room. Friendly staff. Granddaughter and I had fun in the pool. The spa was so hot it was uncomfortable for us to use. That wasn't a problem, the pool was warm and pleasant. We felt safe in and around the motel. Breakfast was good. Lots of restaurants and activities close by. I would recommend this motel, especially for those with a tight budget!

Breakfast was great but the loud construction in the room was not. Should of at the very least closed the door where they were working.

Always look forward to staying at the Wilsonville BW, because of the breakfast. Apparently, things were different this time. The food was not like it was a couple of years ago. I'm assuming that business is not the same, so why waste food? However, current patrons do not get the full Best Western experience. .

This property is undergoing renovations that may impact those with accessibility needs. I had a difficult time entering and exiting the property, but I feel this is slightly temporary and something that may be better in the near future. This was a last minute booking for me and was just looking for a place to sleep. There was only one pushcart, so it was difficult to get my luggage to the room and to my car. Parking is limited, so I was glad to get there early. They only had two handicap parking spots and no ada rooms available for my stay. The room was okay. I wished to have had more shampoo and conditioner and more than two wash cloths for three people. But, I’m sure if I would have called and asked for more, I would have gotten more. The staff was exceptional. I called about an issue and I was given a resolution immediately. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch for relaxation. Both were clean and very warm! I appreciated the provided towels and plenty of seating in the pool area. Other than some construction debris from the tile installation, the facility was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of choices and great quality for the price point and for meeting our immediate needs. Thank you for having us at the Best Western!

We arrived pretty late, but the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was mostly clean, though there were some stains on the couch and a few pieces of furniture, and some of the furniture looked a bit worn and could use updating. The beds themselves were clean, but when I went to lie down, part of the bed slipped off the box spring, which looked like it had seen better days. The breakfast smelled amazing, but seating was limited due to tile work being done. Overall, the staff made it a good experience despite a few room issues.

The room wasn’t cleaned well, the morning of 2-5 checkout at 4:55am a disgruntled guest was kicking the doors of guests on our floor including ours and the fiasco carried on for hours until law enforcement was forced to get involved

The hotel communicated what I thought was directly from it, but they said it was a booking.com communication. The pet fee per night was more at the hotel than whoever communicated directly with me through email said it would be.

Stayed at the holiday Inn the night before in Salem and it was more money with no breakfast and the room smelled. Wasn't sure about less money for best western and was pleasantly surprised.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with several different choices. We have stayed here previously and always find our room very satisfactory.

The staff were friendly and the free breakgast was nice. The room cleanliness was not very impressive and there was only 1 bar of soap and minimal towels. The facility was not in in the greatest state of repair with leaking awnings as you walk in and a towelbar that fell off the wall everytime you grabbed a hand towel.

Screen on window had about two foot tear in it and was hanging down. Window was so dirty you could hardly see through it. Shoddy work on update of room: paint run down the curtains, mirror over sink had big drywall screws as brackets to hold it up, terrible, sloppy, patchwork on ceiling in bathroom from a leak, baseboards missing in dining room….,Just overall sloppy work. The furniture had scrapes along edges and all over the fronts.

WiFi was very unreliable. Breakfast was meh - coffee and yogurt from push button machines. Shower was pretty darn good though. The furniture in the room was pretty shabby and could use an upgrade but floor, and bathroom fixtures have obviously been redone

Parking does get tight at night, so if you go out don’t expect your parking spot you left to still be available. However all parking has ready/close doors. The congenital breakfast was wonderful!

The room we had really needs a new bed and pillows. The bed was like a sleeping on a rock. The pillows should have been changed years ago. Appreciate the room, but it needs updating.

The shower plug was stuck so you were taking a shower in a foot of water. The drape was broken at the top so it flapped open. The refrigerator smelled so bad we couldn’t put anything in there. When we checked out and advised the front desk I felt like they didn’t care. And possibly didn’t even write it down.

It was fine for sleeping but definitely not a new hotel. I had to go to a store to be able to charge my phone and watch, no usb ports. The furniture and such are all quite dated.

This hotel has gone downhill in recent years. We have stayed here multiple times over the last 5 years and this time will likely be our last. Lots of ants, dirty floors, chipping paint. I had multiple bites in the morning - I didn’t see any bed bugs but I suspect that it was caused by them. I wish they would clean this place up because it’s convenient and priced right but not worth the hassle.

The property was clean, the rooms were clean, no complaints there. But I noticed that the bathrooms were lacking on proper maintenance. The walls above the shower were spongy in spots and clearly painted over to hide water issues. The bathroom fan didn’t work very well in room 304, likely causing the water issues in the bathroom. Also, the pillows were really uncomfortable, as well as the mattress. I don’t like to complain about hotel stays, but that was probably one of the worst sleeps I’ve had in a while.

We will never stay here again. The bathroom had hair all over the floor. Towel had fake lashes and the damn towels were folded!!!! Dusty ass room

The hotel was conveniently located, quiet, and mostly clean but the age is showing. The fixtures and furniture are chipped and scratched, our door had a giant crack that looked to have been patched at one time, the window was cloudy which made it difficult to see outside, and our shower shower handle had been patched multiple times. All of these things made the room feel old and dirty. The parking lot was very small and it was difficult to find a place to park. The front desk staff was very polite, welcoming, and efficient which made check in a breeze. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The only issue I had with the location was parking. Traveling alone, I didn't want to park of the hotel. Other than that, it was quiet.

Parking was a little sketchy. Very dark in the parking lot. I found it very odd that in order to get anything cleaned in my room I had to drop off a piece of paper with my room number and explicit directions. Including What I wanted done to the lobby desk between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. once during a four-night stay, I went to the lobby and dropped off this small piece of paper to the desk clerk in order to get clean towels, sheets & shampoo. she actually asked me "Oh, do you want them to change the trash as well??" Umm YEAH, ISN'T THAT WHAT I'M PAYING FOR... A CLEAN ROOM?

I was placed in an ADA room (without requesting it), and the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. The shower was stained and visibly dirty, with black mold under the seat. It was extremely unsanitary. To top it off, one of the lamps didn’t even have power. The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on—completely uncomfortable, and I barely got any rest. This stay was not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.

Beautiful renovation. Outstanding landscaping. Breakfast buffet prepared with real eggs and fresh potatoes in small batches for freshness. Very relaxing atmosphere!

Windows were very dirty and did not have screen, preventing us from opening window to allow fresh air. Room smelled of mildew. AC unit was very finicky and would not hold temperature consistently. Had it set low at 62 degrees and woke up sweating because it would not kick on for a long period. Coffee was terrible (worst hotel coffee we have had) and breakfast overall was lacking variety and just tasted bland. Skipped second day breakfast and just took family out. We did not use the pool, gym or laundry. Best thing was the location which is right off interstate 5 and right in the middle of Wilsonville with many businesses nearby. Unfortunately will not return to this location.

You get what you pay for here. Felt pretty clean, but the chemical smells from the cleaning supplies were extremely strong... Overall good experience for the price. The only downfall was as my children were taking a shower to get ready to leave for the day. The tub was clogged. Super gross which made the bathroom feel really. Yuck...

The carpet in the room smelled terrible. The furniture was worn and even ripped in some spots. The bathroom had hair all over it, like it was never clean. The breakfast was ok but the second morning I was there, it was the same and some of it looked like leftovers from the day before. Not fresh at all.

Surprisingly pleasant stay at Best Western - Wilsonville, Oregon! As a property manager conducting inspections daily this Best Western passed the inspection with flying colors! Very clean, great breakfast, clean rooms and great customer service is what we experienced! 😃👍

The property is old and in need of a renovation. The hallways smelled like sewage.Although old the bedroom was big and very clean. The staff that spoke to us were kind mainly the person that checked us in. The breakfast was fairly standard but did include hot food like waffles scrambled eggs and sausages

I didn't like walking on a sticky bathroom floor, and then with door open, after washing my hands I noticed something was sprayed... (hairspray?), on the mirror on the bathroom door . Also at breakfast the yogurt machine was nearly empty and they didn't seem to have more to refill it. It tasted great and I was disappointed not to have a full serving.

Good location, appears to be recently refreshed rooms, which were clean. Beds were good. Property is clean and well-run. Didn't like: parking is hard to come by later at night. Fridge was turned off and I didn't spot it until it was inconvenient. Room a/c never turned on from either the unit itself or the non-functioning wall thermostat. One fire sprinkler in the room appeared to still be masked off from painting..not the best.

When I went back to the front desk, they told me I had reserved a suite, but according to them, their only suite had just one bed. However, the Orbitz listing for this hotel clearly shows multiple suite options, including the one I had booked with both a king and a queen bed. Instead of correcting the issue, they told me I had to pay a $20 cash “upgrade fee” to get a room with two queen beds—a standard room that was actually of lesser value than what I originally booked. After some back and forth, they finally placed me in a room with one king and one queen—exactly what I had reserved in the first place. Before I left the front desk, they asked me to leave them a good review because they had “upgraded” me, when in reality, they just fixed their mistake after charging me extra. While the room itself was fine, the way they handled the situation was frustrating and felt dishonest. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience.

The hotel is extremely outdated. We had issues in 2 rooms with the plumbing. Toilets wouldn't flush properly. The rv didnt work. We were handed a plunger to do it ourselves. Told the staff we were leaving a day early. Were told we wouldn't get a refund. The breafast was terrible

We paid extra for a suite that had the jetted tub. I did get a call in advance to check and make sure I was still coming, which I thought was very nice. I did let them know we were. I asked them to please make sure that the jetted tub was clean because of a prior bad experience. The receptionist was extremely nice over the phone and upon arrival however, our bathtub was disgusting and when we went to lay down in the bed to go to bed, you could smell urine or sweat or a mix of both and this was on the top comforter I had to go ask for another blanket. They didn’t have any other clean comforters so we got some sort of mattress cover, and an additional blanket instead of a comforter. The room itself seemed to be clean, except for the bedding was gross and the bathtub was disgusting hair a built up grim…but the floors and everything else seemed OK. The couch was definitely old, stained and gross as well. Breakfast was good. I will say all of the staff were very nice.

It was very nice. This is the second time I've stayed here. It's clean and friendly.

We got the king suite with jetted tub, the room itself was huge and nice, but the couch was old and not comfortable at all not even to sit on. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and we were skeptical if the tub was actually cleaned (we bought Clorox wipes to wipe it down).

We had a great stay. This property is very clean and tidy! Beds were comfortable. Staff went above and beyond; our daughter left her baby doll and they helped us get her back by mailing it to us! We are so grateful.

Stayed for a little over a week. Breakfast was good. Laundry on site along with a gym a pool hot tub and a confrence room. Staff was great. Looks as if they were doin some remodel work but they kept it clean and neat

Amenities: non functioning pool and hot tub both had a lot of chemicals you can smell it once you enter but its worse when you turn the hot tub i was literally suffocating.I told one of the staff who was working at night but he didn't add a sign to close it and i had to mention the same thing again in the morning. Cleanliness: The room wasn't clean next day although i added the sign on the door to make up the room. Location: The location is the best thing about this place it close to route 5.

Not bad for one night bed hard and noisy air conditioner very noisy needs improvement after a long drive we couldn’t wake up early for breakfast but 5 minutes for breakfast to end a nice lady let me get some breakfast for me and my wife I hope I didn’t get her in trouble but breakfast it was very good eggs,sausages and bacon perfectly cooked thanks to her we have breakfast.also a nice lady that clean our room she did it perfect.we gave some gratitude to those 2 ladies for her hard work

The facility looked very used, and definitely the room required good handyman to fix some thing like switches, broken drawers, unglued vinyl on the cupboard doors, leaking water valve etc. The hotel is saving on everything even notepads and pens, not talking about limited supply of toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The reception did not have either coffee nor hot water. What I like was the very good breakfast with lots of choice like omelette, sausages, potato wedges, waffles and so on.
