The cleaning it terrible the bed the sheet terrible

There is no elevator to the second floor. that is probably my biggest complaint with the property.

I think all was well, except there was no shower jell in the shower.

A nice secluded area of town so you’re not hearing a ton of traffic, yet it’s just a little bit off the freeway! Tons of options for food and coffee and groceries within walking distance! My most recent stay, the bathroom had a huge pocket of paint peeling above the shower, but that was the only negative I’ve had and I’ve stayed here twice! The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the price is better than almost everywhere else! Also, I’ve stayed here after medical appointments before driving home the next day, and they’ve been very accommodating with early check-in because my appointments finished earlier than anticipated, so I really appreciate that! I will definitely be coming back!

When we called in to say our toilet didn't work the front desk associate tried walking is how to fix it (already aware that the water had been shut off) when we told him that wasn't the issue he said we could use the lobby restroom. Not appropriate. We had to leave and drove home when we only got this hotel room to be close to where we needed to be in the morning. Kinda sucked.

The room was very clean. My bed was lumpy and a bit hard. The neighbors were very noisy till 1am. I asked about another room but all they had was 1 bed upstairs. We needed two beds, so that wasn't an option.

The jetted tub while a little under powered compared to some others was very relaxing. The bed was comfortable but not too comfortable. I did wish the couch was more comfortable and the table/desk was larger. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The only cons were the wood floors and loud doors.

The pool and hot tub was dirty, the sheets didn't fit the bed, the pillows were small/miniature, and the bathroom shower head was falling out of the wall, tub wouldn't drain. Only redeeming factor was it was quiet here.

The halls and exterior were a little run down, but everything was clean. I staff was super helpful and nice. The room and bed were amazing and the WiFi was even great! Best value in Wilsonville, will definitely be back.

I had my electric bike locked onto the back of my car, and the man at the front desk gave me a room on the bottom floor where I could park right outside of my room and walk out to my car and keep an eye on my bike.

James at the front desk was the best! He was attentive, professional and was always friendly and courteous. The room was clean, just the building is going through remodeling. The pool and hot tyb area could use some renovation.

Everything was excellent, the GM James, the friendliness, cleanliness and comfort. The location, and the extra efforts made. I would definitely come again and recommend. Thank you. Some of the linens in my room were too dingy and stained, and the children screaming in the pool up until 10 pm, kept me awake. There was someone ( I think) living in his van on the property? But, all in all.. I would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you.

We loved the location, the quietness away from the loud distractions that normally comes with staying at hotels. The staff was great. The facilities use of the the pool and hot tub were amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. There was nothing we didn’t like.

It doesn’t have an elevator

It was a great stay, the only bad thing is that we were in room 129, right by an entrance and it's actually posted 'this door slams, be courteous'. Nobody is courteous these days...

The location, and the staff were excellent. I had to change rooms as the first one I did not feel safe, as the outside door was not secure. Second room the toilet did not work properly, you always had to giggle the handle to make it stop running after a flush. The first day could not take a shower the directions for hot water were opposite. You had to put the setting for cold to get hot water. I did not like that my charge card was charged an additional $150 on the day I was checking out. Now I have to watch and make sure it doesn’t go through.

The staff was friendly enough. The area felt safe. However, the side door to the outside where we were directed to enter was not locked or key code protected. It sounded like people were coming and going all night. We were in rm 129.

In my room, the water faucet handle came off

The room has a pungent smell and when I walk in the halway I can smell marijuana smell.

The beds are super stiff, went to be fine and woke up stif and sore. The hot tub has bubble makers that shoot up instead of jets that shoot out, no actual pressure.

Room was clean, was quiet at night, and they had breakfast available the next day from 6-9am. Not bad for this price!

Gteat front staff very friendly, the hair conditioner bottle was completely empty, and when we went down to breakfast at 7:45 all the food was gone there was one biscuit left with very little gravy and one slice of bread, so unless you wanted oatmeal or cereal you were out of luck.

Remote control did not work it was sticky. The pool could have been open longer. Fur the amount of time for one night, the pool needs to be available longer.

When I first arrived at the hotel, the front desk lady told me the double beds are taken. I let her know that we booked a double bed for a reason. Then she goes I can put you in a king bedroom. I said no, because we are 2 people so we need our own bed. Later on somehow she found a double bedroom she can put us. Between 12am to 3am the hotel was so noisy. When I got When I told the front desk about the noise she was like I know bro and smiled just like I’m her friend.

We stay at your Wilsonville location regularly and are so impressed with James at the front desk. He’s always welcomes us by name and is professional and courteous - truly an asset to your organization!

The room had some renovations. It was spacious. Staff was friendly. Heater was new and quieter than the older models.

I stayed 2 nights Room smells like pee, on my second day the bathroom was smelling like pee & the worse part was that the shower head wasn’t working.

The bed was stiff. Not only that, but the free breakfast was set up to look like you will get waffles and other hot food including a toaster. But all that is actually offered is small bowls for old dry cereal. I actually felt like some kind of discount she be given until their kitchen is back up to code. Part of what the high rate is covering is the breakfast. With as poor beds as they have, id say they are a glorified motel 6. The one good thing I can say is the hot tub in my room was nice. 😀

Staff were nice, including housekeeping. The facility was clean. However the toilet seat was cracked and not replaced after i informed them. The breakfast left much to be desired, not a full breakfast at all.

Staff was courteous, but the room walls were thin as paper. Was given a room with adjoining doors and that next door room ended up being loud from 10pm-12am. Bathtub was not great, I wouldn’t take a bath in it, but it made do for a quick shower. Bed was way too sturdy, ended up having back pain the next day and still some residual. In a pinch it would do, but I likely won’t be staying again if I need to feel rested.

The white linens were not white and the tub was dirty. Also the continental breakfast was poor quality and not good options

The gal who checked us in was AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, KIND, FUNNY and i could go on for ever. Expedia didn't have our reservations confirmed but she figured it out and got it done. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. We came for a funeral so exhausted when we got back. Unfortunately the people above us had kids that ran back and forth until almost 11pm. 😪 This was horrible but i understand kids but probably wouldn't put them in same area as older people!!! I dont know if your aware that toilet is not standard height and lost my balance because toooooo low. Your place and staff are truly a blessing and i would recommend to anyone looking for comfort. PLEASE give the gal who checked us in an Award for Above and Beyond for she made a bad day a Ray of Sunshine

Front desk was pleasant and willing to help but what was advertised was not what I was expecting. The pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was out of order the first night. Second night the pool was still not heated and we had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk to appear so we could get some towels for the pool. Overall, expectations were met. I got what I paid for.

The property was terrible but the sraff was great sorry the have to deal with the troubles because the own doesnt repair and take care of there property. Shower roda were falling off the rooms were not well patches on walls were sub par just really poorly taken care of for a full price stay everything was broke or not working really disappointed but the staff was great

Friendly staff

Clean facility and friendly staff. Breakfast selection was decent and we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked well kept. The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because the facility didn’t have an elevator (they pass ADA standards because the bottom floor rooms are reserved for customers with disabilities) and there is kind of a maze of roads and parking lots that you need to drive through to get to the hotel. Bottom line, if I need a hotel room in Wilsonville again, I will definitely stay here.

Staff was very nice and very respectful. I requested a certain room and called ahead and the manager Danielle accommodated me. They have coffee 24/7 and great breakfast which is included with your stay. Shopping center is nearby. And of course the room was nice and clean and housekeeping was also nice as can be. I will be returning soon this month

Clean, quite, spacious, comfy except for the chair. Chair was OK but the cushion was too high and when you leaned back your back was above the back rest. Removed the cushion and it was fine. Over a four star.

The bed was very comfortable. The linens and pillows were also extremely soft and comfortable. They had a continental breakfast which was fresh and hot, with a very good selection of biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc.

The room was well kept and stocked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone..

Needs a renovation

The bed was absolutely awful. Hard as rock, on some weird floating stand i scraped my leg on when i got up in the middle of the night. The AC was not working in the hotel. The front office kid looked really uncomfortable and the hallways were stifling. The room Ac worked great luckily. I understand its a lower price place and we literally just needed a place to sleep, but they need to go mattress shopping. For just a place to sleep i at least need a bed i can sleep in. The room was clean. The coffee stand was no where near a plug in. Just odd.

When and if I actually get my deposit back, which was charged twice, it was an OK stay. Clean. Friendly. But aged and rather stark.

A workout room would have been nice. No personality to the property. Faucet handle slipped right off into my hand when turning water on, took it to front desk and the agent told me the don’t secure any of them because people don’t know how to use them. Never seen this before anywhere.

The check in extremely fast and pleasant. The guy at the front desk could joke around, which is great to see.

my recent booking for hotel was a waste. I requested june 29th -30th but the booking went through for July 1st.. was unable to get hold of anyone to correct so had to stay at another hotel and lost my money for the original reservation which i could not get cancelled. hotel might have been ok, Expedia is not. no customer service, just automated stuff that could not help me out!

This property is tucked away in a large shopping complex within walking distance to many convenient stores and eateries as well as family fun center. Close to freeways. Centrally located to other areas of interest including Portland.

I visited this hotel coming in from California and I felt so comfortable and welcomed . The desk lady was so nice and made sure I had everything I needed to feel secure I would definitely be staying here again if I ever pass thru . The room was also nice and clean they had the perfect size refrigerator for the food I brought and they have a microwave for warming a quick meal . The indoor pool and spa was the cherry on top what more could you ask for ?

Did not feel safe. Awakened at 12:30 am by someone pounding on the door and shouting. Matress felt like it had a crater in the middle.

Front desk was not friendly but the room was nice. Didn’t ruin our experience but it was definitely not the best customer service. The front desk guy told me he was going to do a “forensic dive” on my husband after he discovered he used to play professional ball.

The man from Hermiston that checked me in was amazing. Hit the hot tub very nice. Room is nice. Location is good to the interstate. And quiet. Chilling and waiting for included breakfast in am.

This hotel is dated and worn down a bit. In a safe area we felt and worth the lower cost for a night. If staying request a room on the opposite side of the hotel that is facing the freeway.

The kid who checked me in was accommodating and put me in a cleaner smelling room that was not near the freeway The staff that checked me in on the other hand the kid was very polite and helpful. This place Felt like one step above motel 6 It wasn’t as advertised THE QUALITY INN Not to quality at all Should have been called the old and run down inn Expedia didn’t warn me there would be an additional cleaning deposit required upon arrival sure hope it is refunded turned my expected $110 room into a $160 room Not what I expected and now have to wait a week for the funds to hopefully get refunded back to my credit card That did inconvenience me and cut into my travel and entertainment funds available

The area was great and I thought the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The one chair in the room was a little uncomfortable, but the chair for the desk in the room was good. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but the adults thought the water was kind of chilly. The bathroom was okay but could have used some updating. The fellow that checked us in was awesome and very helpful.

The room was alright. We had a bunch of ants around our jacuzzi tub. We tried to check in at 5:15 and the room wasn’t ready.

Property was clean and in good location. there was plenty of food choices around that didn't required driving too far. On the other hand, the place was not quiet. There was a lot of people making noises and talking loud late in the night and early in the morning.

Room was ok. Carpets dirty in hall and stairs, no elevator to 2nd floor, no elevator anywhere. Pool and hot tub out of order. Very hard to find. Entrance signs burned out. Breakfast ok but limited to basics.

Checking in went smooth. I found out they have a Laundry Service that was not mentioned on Hotels.com. has a nice pool & hot tub, lots of nearby restaurants & shops.

The staff for the most part is nice the pool needs work and if you offer breakfast have items for eating the breakfast was offered from 6-9am and we arrived at 730 its was all gone told front desk about it and the lady who was supposed to be filling it was talking to front desk and told me hang on I’ll be there in a few min we’ll I’m type 2 diabetic and the options they offer me was empty so I picked and chose accordingly by the time I was done eating she finally came out with replacement food and a attitude so I paid for free breakfast but it was not even good

Several times I had to go to the front desk because my card key wouldn’t work. If the green light did go on, it took several attempts to open the door. The scrambled eggs were usually cold.

Nice room, friendly receptionist

The hotel was clearly smoking at one time. You can smell it in the walls. I have asthma so my night was very fitful. The first room I was given was next to someone who was smoking in the room and listening to the TV very loud. The wonderful front desk clerk seemed to be aware of this person and moved me further down. The smoke saturated rooms can cause issues for people with breathing concerns. Consider having the walls painted with oil based paint and replacing curtains/carpet.

Great hotel for the price

Beds and pillows are perfect and good middle of the road on squish. Water pressure was slightly lacking but got extra hot if you wanted. The only complaint we had was that they gave us only 2 towels for 2 people. An extra towel would have been nice!
