Lovely stay at the Inn. The check in for late comers is a bit of a task but everything ejse makes up for it. Plus a light continental breakfast is fantastic for biz and leisure travel alike. Very centrally located.

It was an easy checking, there was an issue w/ water heater, they fixed it right away. It's clean and accessible.

Amazing I absolutely love

The first room I stayed at had a king-sized bed on the 2nd floor. It was nice, quiet, and clean. The AC worked perfectly and there was a ceiling fan so I loved the room temperature. Shower was also fantastic. The second night, I stayed in one of the standard queen bedrooms, which left much to be desired as far as cleanliness, conditions, and privacy (it shares a bathroom wall with the lounge). If you stay in one of the better rooms, you should be fine.

Superior Customer service, excellent amenities, comfortable room, owner/attendant accessible by phone/text during stay, fantastic breakfast options, and multiple pools and hot tub to relax in. I will stay there many times in the future solely based on the quality of Customer service and the accessibility of the owner/attendant during stay when I had questions.

Building was a bit older, but staff was friendly and it was somewhat quiet.

I only got coffee and a banana at breakfast as I usually eat a full eggs and protein breakfast. My husband partook of the continental offering and enjoyed it. The fact that you could move around the grounds without having to carry a card to open doors, Gates etc. was very convenient. Parking arrangement is a little difficult when the property is booked full and after office is closed, communication can get a little difficult but is politely resolved with a little patience. Be aware if you are driving and arrive for a late check in. It all works out.

Easy parking, great AC, extremely clean rooms great grounds and easy access to area restaurant and bars. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Staff is available and ready to assist with requests

When i got to my room i discovered the TV didn’t work and the safe was locked shut. I emailed the manager and got a reply later asking if i still needed help, as if i fixed the TV and safe myself. I never bothered responding. One of the few people i saw there said his TV had no sound. Everything is set up to avoid any contact with whoever works there. You get gate codes online and there is no formal check in. Your car is not registered for parking. Judging from the size and location next to the Drive, with 4 pools, the place should be packed. The location is the best. The reason i chose it. But, i think my next visit in Fort Lauderdale will be spent elsewhere.

Excellent location! The faucet in the shower never stops running. Good luck finding anyone to pick up the phone or respond to a service request. The water in the hot tub was brown. The pools are surrounded by mesh fabric fences that look like something you’d install to keep a pet rabbit out of your vegetable garden. If I can help one person avoid this place and save their money, I’ll feel like my life wasn’t lived in vain.

Perfect place for a solo trip. The area was great, close to pretty much everything you need. Parking was easy. I plan on coming back!

Wonderful place to stay!

The entire resort was spotless as equal to the room I was staying in. The only flaws that I found for myself was the bed was extremely high for me. The owner is blessed to have Michael he caress for the Inn on the Drive as if it was his own guest house. And ever morning Patrick arrived early to insure that the breakfast room was stocked and clean. Plus its all as bout the location.

I appreciated the outdoor space that it was private. I liked the multiple pools outside my door. The bed was nicely firm. The grounds were not conducive to rolling luggage to your room as there was mostly gravel and openings in the concrete. It made it very difficult to carry my luggage. There was not really a traditional lounge or waiting area to take advantage of while waiting for my Uber. There were lots of mosquitoes and I received multiple bites that lasted throughout my vacation. The technology has a removed atmosphere of an inviting experience. Communication was done thru my mobile device and I must say I missed the in person contact. I did not feel this was a good value based upon previous stays in Fort Lauderdale and what I received for my money.

I cannot get enough of this property. Close proximity to all that Wilton Manors has to offer. The grounds are clean, clear, healthy, and beautiful. And the property manager, Michael, may be the most prideful, hard-working individual we have ever known. His efforts, and those of the owners and additional staff, are evident all around the Inn. Wow! I absolutely recommend Inn on the Drive to ALL. Can’t wait to return. N/A

Great location, great value for the $, wonderful facilities. We stayed in the Villa and it was like home away from home. Super private but with access to all facilities. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast but with top of the line organic products. Super good and healthy. Staff was awesome too, especially Michael the Manager and his assistant August.

The location is phenomenal, and it’s quiet and relaxing. They seem to be upgrading the property, and I had an upgraded room, which was very nice. The hot tub and pools were great. It felt like a very nice oasis.

Ease of checkin, location Room was tiny. I booked it in the last minute so I guess that’s all that was available. There wasn’t a desk in the room and it was hard working as a result.

I stayed here when it was island sands inn and I just have special memories of the property. We didn’t care but I’d probably warn paying guests of pool party’s with loud music and outside passes and I’d recommend heating the pools better. Either way we will likely be back .

The pool area is small with portable fencing everywhere (for safety reasons but is an eye sore) and the included breakfast is sorely lacking. We would be more understanding if the room price was lower! For over $300+ a night It’s clearly banking on the location which is the best part. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was well appointed and the location cannot be beat. We couldn't get the heat to work on a cold night, but I doubt the heater is used much.

The access to the room was not paved so impossible to roll luggage. No clear rules about smoking outside and to be told to take it outside on street or to a designated smoking area which I had no idea where that was. I was embarrassed to be honest.

The Villa was great! It was very clean, spacious, and the outdoor space was lovely. I would stay there again in a hot minute. I've stayed at Inn on the Drive before and had a very favorable experience that time as well. It is a great property that seems to attract friendly guests, and the location is perfect. Michael also was fantastic. He was available to respond if we needed anything at a moment's notice, and he was able to answer any of our questions in an honest, knowledgeable manner. One pool is heated, which was great. The hot tub is for the Villa guests, but are accessible if the Villa is not occupied.

Yes, very clean, staff friendly and helpful, Charging $40 for early check-in and $40 late check out at 10:00am (unusually early) seems excessive and not the norm for hotel stays. Perhaps the Inn has been taken advantage of in the past and this is there solution?

They have many pools and plenty of seating. It very pretty with lots of palm trees and plants.

There are 4 pools i think and it has good seating. The rooms are clean. Michael is very good and works hard to keep the place beautiful.

I really hate to rate it a 2 because the grounds were nice and room was cleaned, good smell, and location was amazing. However, I think management needs to be aware of a somewhat of a bait & switch. They advertise "hot tub", I even asked the property directly because some reviews said it wasn't for everyone and they responded yes it is. Well, it really isn't. And more importantly and concerning is they change signs without your knowledge. Initially there was a sign on the hot tub/gym area that said "All guest welcome to use hot tub/gym" BUT then it changed when someone rented that house. Without notice or anything, so I was in hot tub when a guy came back to the rental and was pretty rude telling me I had to leave because it was private, and I responded with the sign doesn't say that. Unbeknownst to me, management had changed the sign to say only private. So for the remainder of my, and everyone else's stay, you could not use the hot tub. Very disappointing when it's advertised as hot tub. Also, they advertise "Spa" there is no spa. It is someone onsite that does massage, which is fine, but again do not advertise a spa if you don't have one. Or don't advertise hot tub/gym if you can't use it at any point during the stay. No one was allowed in hot tub area. Unfortunate.

The host was so hospitable and understanding when I got food poisoning, he brought me electrolytes, a gallon of water (think he went to the store to get it), and let me stay till afternoon to recover, not to mention he was absolutely gorgeous! The place was putting up fences when I stayed there, I was back in a few days and it had upgraded! They provide a whole coffee machine and everything needed with it. Walkable dostace to the heart of Wilton manners. Try not to look into the owners beautiful hospitable eyes as he accommodates you or you might turn to stone and drool. I didn’t go on a busy weekend but I’ll definitely be back had a blast when I returned for a night on a weekday, parking was easy too.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The only thing I had a problem with was the pillows were very hard and not comfortable.

The resort style area is combined with small units and larger houses to rent, complete with pools and hot tubs around every corner. Guests get a personalized gate code that gets them in everywhere. Oh yeah, it's also a clothing optional place.

Had a great time. Michael was so friendly and helpful. The location is great. Right in the middle of all the action. The grounds are well maintained and tropical. The bed was so comfortable, and room was clean. Can’t wait to go back again.

I was having some problems with my apartment and didn't want to stay there that night so I was able to get a very late (almost midnight) reservation for a nice room.. I may have missed lots of pool time, but I got an easy hassle-free check-in and a good night's sleep.

I feel as though this is my home away from home. I just moved back to palm beach and I’m always excited to spend a few weekends a months there.

Think of it as an Air BnB. There is no room service. You are paying for location not service. Rooms are very very VERY small. Four pools but you can only use two. It’s gay friendly but not all male exclusive. Not worth it for the price point. It’s a one time stay, not going back. The rooms were mostly empty the whole week and it was pride week if that says anything. You can only in through one side. The posted pictures do not represent the actual room you will be getting.

Michael was a wonderful host. His attention and demeanor were 5 stars. A very peaceful and comforting area. I'm surprised this place hasn't gotten the diffusion it deserves. Very clean and neat space, a true piece of paradise. I'll be back.

I rented because it was LGBTQ friendly and had a hot tub, however, as two ladies, the staff seemed surprised we came. I think it's more gay man friendly than LGBTQ.That could have been my imagination that we weren't as welcome. However, I kept getting reminders that check out is at 10 AM sharp. 10 AM is too early for check out, and most places are 11. I began to feel pushed out, which added to my feeling of not quite welcome. The hot tub did not work, although the staff tried to make it work.

Was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff were and enjoyable the property was. Multiple options for traveling with friends.

It’s a cool spot with the pools and location. However, the room had the main bed had a very uncomfortable spring mattress, the ac unit could barely cool the whole room and the fact that the location doesn’t provide ice, is ridiculous. Most likely won’t be staying in that location again.

The “private” backyard by the way was extremely falsely advertised. There wasn’t much for privacy and had only a rope to separate our area from the community areas. Management was informed I was told they’d get back to me in a few days. A few days later I reached out again. I was told they’d reach out later that day. The next day I reached out again and was told that they (Alex) were in the middle of purchasing a home which is why they couldn’t prioritize this issue… If you are looking for professionalism, quality communication, and accurate property details, I urge you to look elsewhere for a place to stay. I tried to be patient and understanding but was continually pushed aside and eventually ignored by Alex the Property manager. Completely embarrassing service. Do better.

We had a brilliant stay at Islands Inn On The Drive! The location is superb, just a short walk to excellent local restaurants and bars. The property is clean and well maintained, with two lovely pools, one of which is heated, perfect for a relaxing swim. Communication before our stay was excellent, making everything really easy when it came to finding the property and checking in. We arrived after hours and were given the code for the gate and our room, making it the easiest check-in ever. Parking was easy and convenient. We would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

We checked in late around midnight. The manager met me outside and let me in. He didn't explain how anything worked and when we realized none of the TV's had working remotes or any Internet or viewing capabilities.... After many attempts to reach him (he lives on site) he simply said he would deal with it in the morning and that someone must have stolen the Roku.

I was surprised there is no daily maid service. Also, half of the property is off-limits, including the hot tub. Otherwise it’s a nice property. The coffee maker and microwave in the room was a very nice convenience.

It’s truly a great property that’s always maintained beautifully. The grounds and the rooms are always spotless. It’s my first choice of places to stay .

Quiet little place

It’s been great—the staff has been WONDERFUL and very accommodating towards me and I appreciate it! Nice place to stay the rooms are beautiful, very clean, cozy and reasonably priced, DEFINITELY would recommend and DEFINITELY would stay again if I’m ever in the area again—thanks!

The positives , close to Wilton drive , clean rooms and grounds . Staff very helpful but had to ask for everything including pool towels and no room service . Negatives , Heated pool very small and not enough lounge chairs for guests . No hot tub except when booking the house on the property which was very open to the rest of the guests to see but not use. Felt like we were lower class people . The place also boast to be lgbt clothing optional but it is not all male so beware. Prob will not return to this property again unless they open all the features to every guest.

Amazing , quiet and very private

The amenities were lovely, the self check in/out was easy; I also appreciated being able to add on a late checkout last minute. Location was perfect. Felt safe as a nonbinary transmasc, even though I was not the typical clientele.

On hand staff was great. Small issue came up and they took care of it right away. Lots of information prior to check in to assist.

This property is very nice. It felt homey and getting in and out of the gate and room was easy with the link they send you. It's feels like your own backyard. The room was small but very cozy and clean. Only complaint was that the toilet was clogged when we flushed it. However Michael came and fixed it within 15 min. Area is great as well. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars.

It would suggest to get the chairs in the room painted as they are rusted and maybe a curtain on the door to cover the kitchen area. Nothing big but a small cosmetics to make the room perfect 👌

Great location just of Wilton Drive. Very clean and great tropical setting with three pools.

My poolside room (B2) was pleasantly furnished if not luxurious, had a comfy bed and featured the modest amenities you’d expect from small resort inn. There is a slight musty smell in the room which is probably drawn in by air-con from the surrounding pools and unfortunately mosquitos love that (and me too). Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and Michael the on-site manager is really patient and helpful. I had to park in the lot across the street one night as there are limited spaces out front, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Literally two minutes walk from all the bars and clubs on Wilton Drive. If I’m in the area, I’ll certainly stay again - but I’ll bring my mosquito spray!

Walkable distance to everything on the Drive.I didn’t receive any benefits from VIP ACCESS from Expedia. Not option to control AC in the room. You have to tell the staff who live there.

Very convenient to everything but walls are paper thin. At 9:45pm someone beat on the wall that I was too loud and we were just talking about a TV show and 15 minutes later they beat on the wall again and I beat back this time. Toilet was very slow to flush. Property needs a major renovatiion but staff were very nice.

Istayed here for one night, and it was a fantastic experience! The highlight of the hotel was definitely the location. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. My room was comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. I wish I had more time to enjoy all the amenities, but for a one-night stop, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
