Room was spacious and clean!! Bed was comfy and made for a good night sleep. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The property definitely needs some work. My room was totally adequate. Bed was very comfortable in fact. The lobby had what appeared to be random abandoned furniture in it. The pool looked nice but it was empty of water. The desk clerk was behind glass in a locked room. I do feel like they are trying to fix it up and i wish them the best. It was worth 50$ a night.

We had booked this based on price. Never again! We stayed 20 minutes and checked out. Everything was disgusting and broken down. Random air conditioner units in the hallway holes in the elevator flooring. Bulletproof glass behind the desk, I would prefer to never step foot in there again.

The pool had moldy water in it, they advertise a microwave in the room, the microwave is in the lobby. The whole place is under renovation, and they're not doing a very good job of it. I checked out the same day I checked in, the place is a safety hazard. Kids running all over the place. The door to my room wouldn't lock when I stepped out to retrieve the rest of my things from my car. No breakfast at all. This is also advertised as an amenity. This place gives a new meaning to misrepresentation and false advertising! DO NOT STAY HERE!

I did not check in arrived at night, there were two males with jackets and hoodies, both were near the entrance my elderly handicap mother and myself a 4’10 female weighs 117 lbs. I was afraid to park my car and help my mother out of the car. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable enough to stay at that hotel. Sorry

Not the absolute worst place ive ever stayed, but definitely not what I expected. Probably won't stay again. I didnt get a whole lot of sleep because I was worried something was gonna happen to my car outside because there were lots of cars with broken windows outside and signs that said they are not responsible for theft or damage to your car. Not very clean, it looks very used and dilapidated, and there's a lot of riff raff going on everywhere all hours of the day and night. Staff was very nice, and they do allow pets for a $35 deposit, but other than that id say there isn't much else to call home about. Lets just say its probably only somewhere you'd want to stay if you were down on your luck and had no where else in the world to go.

This hotel misrepresented themselves on the website with AI produced photos. It is housing homeless with the receptiom desk being protected by bulletproof glass. Had to leave and find a safer location.Waiting to hear on my refund.

The hotel was in poor condition. It was a place that I wouldn't go to again or recommend to anyone.

I couldn’t even stay in the room at all, I had to book a room in another hotel, and fighting right now for a refund since I didn’t even stay in the room due to their cleanliness being terrible, mirror was dirty, I would not put myself in the shower, bed had debris, found tobacco products trash on the couch, and there was more… I would recommend anyone to just book in another hotel.

The entire floor and room smelt like pure weed, nothing smelled clean whatsoever. Honestly, I didn’t even want to spend the night there once we got into the room, especially with a child being with me, but it was already too late to go anywhere else after our event. So I stuck it out since it was just one night. But I will never be back there again.

The beautiful pictures of this hotel were not the reality. The outside was falling apart and the main common area was torn apart. Very dirty and unkept. Overlooking that, we checked in and the first room we were given on the 8th floor had, not old looking, blood smeared on two walls. We requested a different room and were given one on the 1st floor which was covered in mold with the bathroom ceiling falling in and a terrible smell. Decided not to stay and asked for a refund. After some debate, the desk staff tried to say we had to check out within an hour of checking in to get a refund, which it was under an hour, we did get a refund and left. Nothing nice to say about this place except that the front staff was overall very polite and accommodating to our refund request.

I did not stay there. I refused to stay. The place was terrible. I want my money back. I have tried to get ahold of Expedia service to report this. I dont recommend anyone to go there to stay. I have never been in that type of place. Very nasty & not a place I would ever want to be in again.

The property should be condemned. It is filthy and a health hazard.

Police banging on door at 2am, missing kid. Cars burning rubber in parking lot. Kids being unattended inside and outside. Key card had to be reactived each time. Employees had no customer service skills whatsoever. We were here on training. Remote didn’t work. Lamp leaning to the side. Bathroom light flickering. Crap on the toilet. Curtains falling off. Fridge didn’t work. Spoiled our food. Gym out of order. I would never book with Expedia if you continue to do business with locations like this.

This hotel was not at all like it was described on the website. The Parking lot was full of broken down busted up vehicles missing headlights busted in glass looked like a junkyard the front and main door to the hotel was propped open and broken caution cones everywhere. The receptionist was behind bullet proof glass. The hallway lights were twinkling as if they were going out construction things everywhere the hotel smelled of weed when I told the manager the hotel smelt like weed he advised that that’s why he put me on the eighth floor. In other words he knew there was weed on the property. This hotel was completely unsafe and I felt very uncomfortable and refused to stay. I did not stay in this hotel.

The guy at the front desk was friendly Everything! People live there! It’s in an awful situation - quite unsafe for a female travelling alone. I didn’t use the bed - the room was in a state of disrepair - the toilet didn’t work, tv stuck on one channel, the lights in the main area of the room didn’t work, the fridge hadn’t been cleaned, the bath had been painted and the paint all peeling off, the taps in the bathroom constantly dripping, so much noise from surrounding rooms. Booking should remove this listing

The area had light to no lighting. The neighborhood was not good to say the least. We were unable to stay at the location as felt unsafe to get out of our vehicle.

This hotel should be shut down permanently. Disgustingly dirty, stinky, and overall filthy. Poorest conditioned hotel I have even seen. I immediately cancelled reservations after seeing the living conditions of dirty sheets, stinking stale air of years of smoking, appeared roach infested. Just horrible.

Lobby: You must communicate with the staff through a narrow slot. No mention of services or amenities (because there were none). Advertised breakfast was a hoax, there was not one. Elevator: One of the two out of service, apparently been that way for some time. Sn orange traffic cone in the corner. Ride slow and noisy, you might not get to your floor. Hallway: dimly lit and that cigarette smell is almost overwhelming. You need a bit of shoulder to get the door open. Room: actually reasonably clean, no visible dirt or insects. Sheets were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Furniture was old and very minimal. No desk. One small chair. Half the electrical outlets were inoperable or jammed with something. No coffee maker, no cups or glasses, no tissues. The toilet paper holder broken and a roll of toilet paper sitting on the sink. Only one bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. No hangers in the closet. No hair dryer. No internet. As said, minimal amenities. Coffee: Was told the desk staff could provide this. When I asked in the morning, I received a 4 ounce paper cup with coffee from somewhere in the back. I did not ask how it was prepared, but I drank it and survived. The final gift was upon leaving you and everything you took into the room reeked of the cigarette smell. Now home we are dealing with this as best we can. We probably will not stay there again.

There were roaches everywhere, even in the hallways. We walked in the room and turned around and left.

Absolutely DO NOT stay here! The doors are open on arrival and only way to secure and lock door is the deadbolt once you enter the room through the already unlocked open door. There were no secondary locking latches. Looked like they were broken off. Keycard is just for show. I have never experienced this before. Large stink bugs in room. Shower had mold. It was a nonsmoking room but smelled terrible from smoking. I checked in after 4 pm and realized this wasn’t going to be a safe place. I spent about an hour in the room and decided to just leave and not return.

Front staff was overall nice, very helpful and very respectful. but the overall stay and condition of the place was awful. A/C didn’t work, curtains weren’t fully attached, a hole (maybe bullet) in the only 1 working elevator door. It was a one night stay but just wow. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

The rooms are in Terrible conditions. The staff not helpful at all. I need to change the room twice because one the bathroom door didn’t open, then the otherone not light and finally when I have one room, a midnight when I was sleeping, people came to my room, apparently the person in the lobby doble book the room I was in. IT WAS THE MOS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Hotel is in very poor condition and should probably get torn down. Fridge wasn’t hooked up had to move it across the room to get to a plug. Also where coffee maker was the outlet wasn’t working. Did not feel like a safe area at all.

The whole place screams of danger. Upon check in someone followed me up (non employee) an I had the impression it was to find out what floor I was checking in on. When I came back 5 minutes later the same person was down there. Roaches in the room. It smelled like syrup. The restaurant in there has great food.

Stayed with my family across two rooms. Our room had bare dirty foot prints on the wall and the floor was covered in dirt. The other room had small bugs that, while we couldn't know for sure, looked a lot like bed bugs. The building smelled horrible. They also had a surprise deposit for the room which we were not informed of before arriving.

The dining room was unavailable due to Renovations so they had a little bag of breakfast items rather than the full breakfast offering. The floors in the hallway were stained and the entire Place smelled of smoke other than our room. The elevator was not functioning and the stairwell was very narrow and dark. The refrigerator in our room was broken and the door was in pieces, there was a broken section of the sink and the bottom of the bathroom door was shredded.

DO NOT GO HERE!! i went last night and i didn’t even stay 30 minutes. I was fearful for my safety, hotel guests were concealing machetes and the whole place smelt like cigarettes and weed. the people across the hall from us tried to break in to the room - we also showed up past midnight and it felt like a lot of the people i interacted with (i assume hotel guests) was going to hurt us or take our things. The area itself was not pleasant at all and seemed very unsafe. People were eying us up and down and making note of our vehicle - my partner said that some of them were carrying guns as well. For your sake and safety, spend the extra hundred dollars if you can and make sure you are somewhere safe - i learned that saving a couple bucks is NOT worth my safety and security.

Walking into the hotel there were a group of people smoking weed. The smell was worse inside around elevator. The room itself had a musty smell. The toilet was dirty. My husband had white socks on and they got so dirty indicating that the floors were dirty. One of the pillows was stained. The experience was not good at all.

Couldn’t check in early at all. My event started at 1:45 pm and didn’t end until after 10 pm. When I got to the hotel, there was a security guard that greeted us. After about 10 minutes the front desk worker came up and got us checked in. When we entered the room, I noticed the fire alarm is damaged and the sheets on one bed were filthy. The hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke the entire time and neither of us even smoke at all. Just terrible!

Worst place i have wver stayed. Pitiful! King aize bed with with queen top covers/sheets. Noisy all hours of the night with figjts and drunks in the hallways. Breakfast is a grab bag amd theynare out before residents even come down for them. Would not recommend this place to decent law abiding citizens. Should be taken off Expedia's availability list.

It was discussing - the Hotel smelled heavily of humidity . There was no Television . We called the front desk and they stated it was because they had not paid the cable bill. We then called the front desk back to ask about breakfast since I had purposely selected this hotel since they had completely breakfast included . When we call the front desk said that they were not offering breakfast . So no TV and no breakfast which I was normally expecting and paid for based on the said offer. The front desk man said the reason my booking price was so low was because of no TV or breakfast . Well I get to decided that not them and it’s not what I opted for. Plus I have had other stays with same pricing that do offer what’s promised . Really bad expirence…..don’t go there

Absolutely not recommended. Too many shady characters and suspicious activities in the area. I was advised by a police officer to lock up my car and not to go outside after hours. Spend a little more and stay in a safe place.

The hotel is awful. I had to leave as soon as I entered the room. The photos were completely misleading compared to the actual hotel. It felt unsafe due to the people there—men lying in the hallways who appeared to be on drugs, and others outside the hotel who made inappropriate comments as I walked by. I felt scared and left just 10 minutes after arriving. There was a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Everything was dirty, broken, and poorly maintained. This hotel should be removed as an option on Expedia. I had to find another hotel at 9:30 PM. I request a refund since I didn’t stay there, as the reality of the place does not match the description provided.

Unfortunately, what was once probably a very nice hotel, has sadly become very run down. Our room was on the 7th floor, so I can only speak from experience there. The hallway carpet was definitely stained from wear and age. Our room had laminate flooring, which was surprisingly not the dirtiest hotel floor I’ve experienced. The room was very basic with amenities. There was a mini fridge without freezer, a tv, and a coffee pot. The beds had clean linens but only two small pillows each. We booked a double queen room for 4 people, but the bathroom had only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth. The room actually had a shower curtain (some people didn’t have this), but it was very badly stained with mildew and mold. Otherwise, the water was hot, the toilet flushed, the heat worked, and I did not see any bugs outside of a random fly. One thing I will say, is this property advertises having free breakfast included, but they Do Not have this. Also, safety wise, yes there were various people loitering outside of the hotel when we checked in at 6:30 PM, but there was no fighting, no apparent “drug use”, and I did not feel unsafe for myself or my 2 children. Would I come back? No. Would I recommend it to friends? Probably not. But, for what it was, it worked.

If you like staying in trap houses then this is your place. The elevator is a death trap. But in a good location. Heat stop working had to get local drug addict or mentally challenged guy to come in my room to try and fix it.

I got treated really poorly by the entire staff and they threw races from Marc's in my direction multiple times. It was horrible and we kept calling the hotel to let them know we are checking in late but no one answered. We called many times and once we got there they made a big fuss about us coming in really late. We were able to get our rooms but the service was horrible. Most especially the lady in the front desk, she had a bad attitude.

We got to the room and nothing was cleaned and the shower and toilet was dirty , the sheets had multiple stains and the chair had questionable substance on it, and we asked the staff for replacements and never received them and one of the security guards tried to get into our room while as we came back, overall a bad experience.

The pictures are from 20 years ago and none of the rooms look like this. It is a rundown slum with questionable people in the lobby and outside. You will not feel safe at all.

I was very fortunate that they did not have my room available when I arrived. My husband said the restroom was filthy and I felt very unsafe just walking into the motel. I'm actually surprised my vehicle was still there or not broken into while I was inside. As I got back into my vehicle I looked up and there were people actually sitting in the windows. This looks like a place that homeless people are given vouchers to stay at and I pray for their safety. Very unsafe location!

No hot warm, just barely warm. No soap, shorted is on linens, no phone, no coffee pot, terrible TV reception and the toilet was plugged. The manager did come finally, like at 10 pm. Eventually they brought the missing items and told me to wait an hour and I would Gabe got water, finally at 1 am.

That there was no floor towels for bathroom no chairs to sit down in the room ...And there were no microwave which said the room came with one ....Also the elevator is horrible thought it was going to break down from the jerking and noises and I was on the 8th floor

It felt very unsafe and the people at the front aren’t helpful the front desk staff was very unorganized as well i would not recommend this hotel especially if traveling alone

The stay was fine, nice rooms and bathrooms. Elevators barely worked. Halls smelled like straight marijuana and cigarettes. Overall it was nice. I’ll give it a 3/5.

Staff wasn't prepared, the advertisement for breakfast was a hoax. Staff kept saying they didn't have a key. And the hotel was non smoking yet reeked of cigarettes

Thought i was in gangland, dirty kids playing with elevator, wouldnt recomend it to anyone

The room was ok, but everything outside of the room was awful. Crowds of loud people in the parking lot all night, very dirty lobby, hallways, and elevator (the thing barely worked). Loud party on my floor kept me up most of the night. Seems like staff doesn’t care at all about the activities taking place there. Very sketchy place, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Do not stay here. Especially with kids. I booked back when it was still a Ramada and the pics looked decent. I’m not from the area and didn’t realize it’s not a very nice part of town. It’s now called Americas Best Value, but the pictures are all still from when it was a Ramada. The Lobby wasn’t too bad, except there was no receptionist upon check in. People were everywhere trying to be serviced but no one was behind the front desk. We eventually gave up and came back after our activities that night. The hallways were filthy and littered with trash. One elevator was busted. Our room was horrible. I wish I had taken pictures, but there would’ve been too many to upload. The smoke smell, the dirty hand prints on the walls, hairs in the bathroom and shower, mirrors weren’t cleaned, it was by far the worst hotel/room I’d ever been in. Not to mention the paper thin walls and the hooker next door that woke us up at 5am. I’ll leave that scenario for your imagination. My boyfriend and I slept on top of the blankets and sheets all night and I hung my clothes and back pack anywhere I could to keep it off the ground incase of bugs. We debated on just leaving and trying to drive the 4 hours home, but decided to try to sleep for a few hours and leave asap. Please do not stay here if you have small children. Im so glad I didn’t have mine for this trip.

So when I get here it was 5:30 6:00 an he had to go see if he had an room for me so he come back an say so I got you an room an it’s on the 8th floor an the elevator is not working so you will have to walk up 8 flights of steps but he say we can move you to another room that’s on the third floor, but you have to pay an extra hundred dollars now it was the same size an the one on the 8th floor

I booked this room for an employee who was doing work for our company in the area. The manager walked in while the guest was asleep and began to threaten him because he overslept a little past check out time. He then began to threaten to call the “authorities “ on him when the guest emphatically apologized and said he was leaving just needed the time to gather his few belongings. He worked over into the night and got off around 2 am and slept over a few minutes past the 11 am check out time. I believe it was racially motivated because my employee is a black male, and instead of being treated with respect he was treated with suspicion. We have had employees book rooms all over and never been treated this way.

The Ramada is located in a rough area of town. Very dirty outside. People outside drinking from brown paper bags in the parking lot. Front desk clerk was so rude we didn't even finish checking in. Decided to go elsewhere.

No housekeepers it was hard to find the people just to get toilet paper

There was only one staff member whom I like and she worked the night shift. She was very pleasant and very professional. I felt safe with her being downstairs but when she left after 11 pm. I used other safety measures to ensure I stayed safe. The other patriots came in at night cussing and fussing with each other, slamming doors all time of night. Of the nine nights that I spent at this hotel only two of those nights the elevator worked. They had two elevators and only one of them worked, and that was the one that only work 2 out of 9 nights I stay there and it smell like someone peed in the elevator. When I spoke to the manager or maybe she was the owner about the condition of the hotel, especially the elevator, she blew me off and said we are working on getting it fixed. I responded by telling her whoever fix the elevator the last time cheated her out of money. I have stayed at other Ramadas. This one is an embarrassment to the Ramada name. This Ramada is not safe due to the conditions of the elevator. Stay at this hotel at your own risk. On the rating for staff I gave them 4 stars because the lady that worked at night was professional and pleasant throughout my encounter with her.

Stay was better than expected except for loitering of people by front door & one broken elevator. No microwave in room.

Elevator was shaky and one of them wasn’t working. Stairs were dirty. Had cups from breakfast still there for 3 straight days. Chicken wing in the stairs the whole time. Funky smell walking through the door from the stairs to the rooms. Had to reset my room key ever. Single. Day. No one came to clean the room after the first nights stay.
