Breakfast is not included with stay like advertised. Booked a room for 6 people. Was told they overbooked rooms. They put us in a king sweet with ONE bed for SIX people. Was not refunded or even given the difference in cost back. Ended up having to book ANOTHER room $$.

Property was a little outdated. Furniture was old and carpet in rooms smell
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful
- 2.5/5
Front desk staff can be trained much better. Poor room service.
- 2/5
Requested towel and coffee replacement from both a room attendant AND the front desk. Neither request was filled.
- 4/5
There is no hot tub despite the pictures and description on the website. That was a major disappointment. Overall, other property was very clean and convenient. For what we needed for.

Staffs behavior was not good. Also property didn’t provide breakfast even it was included with my hotel stay. They asked to pay again for breakfast. Stafffs behavior was rude and not helpful.

Nothing!!! Got there in the middle of the night just to be told by the front desk staff that there are no available rooms as per their system although I had a valid/confirmed booking through this platform. The staff was unhelpful and didn't even bother explaining to the guests that have been waiting in line for almost half an hour what was going on not until somebody asked what was going on. The staff should've contacted their customer support team or upper mgt instead of just casually and unapologetically telling the guests there is no room. Sad excuse of a hospitality service facility. Do better!!!

Sent to dirty room and next room had a broken ac. Slept terribly and chose Marriott because my friend is an ambassador
- 4/5
good as always - will return
- 3/5
Not clear the hours for the airport shuttle. Let to a $50 Uber bill to get there when arriving later in the evening. Other smaller things: Coffee maker didn't work. 2) Room smelled strongly of kind in air freshener or cleaning product. 3) Was a hot day and the AC was off when I in arrived. Pro: Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable. Different pillows style have options. Shower was both hot and good pressure. In room fridge was tucked away and quiet. Love seat was cute and Dean was useful.

Awesome and best staff.

We had to move 3 times because the ACs were not working peoperly. The van only runs on the hour and only if you call we had to wait an hour on pick up because the driver decided to get gas first. The Van is old and filthy and the pick up driver didn't help with the luggage, they only begin to run at 7am but that is actually when the driver is suppoed to clock on, he was 10 minutes late. And the ride to the airport is a minimum 20 minutes with no traffic, we will not stay here again. Their was a large party they did not enforce the quiet hours, kids running the halls people banging on doors.
- 1/5
Smelled like cats and dogs
- 3/5
The airport shuttle stops at 9pm and doesn’t start until 7am.
- 3/5
I booked a king size bed and they switched me to 2 doubles because they were over booked.
- 4/5
Nice spot, fits your basic needs.
- 5/5
Love the place
- 2/5
Other disappointments aside (which a little more research on my end would have probably revealed), I certainly should have gotten the room I booked and I should have been compensated for their error in overbooking the 2 queen rooms. The 1 king and a TWIN pullout was not comparable, nor what I paid for, but no compensation was offered - not even an apology.
- 5/5

Room was fine , everything else was fine but the hotel didn’t have shuttle to the airport till 7Am. The main reason we chose this hotel is proximity to airport. We had to take an uber

Very nice room with comfy bed! Easy access to the highways, but very quiet in spite of that. Only drawback - depending on wind direction airliners may fly over in their landing or take-off pattern. It can be very loud!

Nice small hotel. Very friendly people and atmosphere. Affordable prices in the restaurant. Good impression.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Great stay. Enjoyed my time there. Nice restaurant serves great food
- 5/5
Great check-in. Bar was all I needed!
- 4/5
A bit further from airport than I hoped. Shuttle only picked up on hour so it was a long wait at the airport.
- 4/5
Overall, a good stay. The hotel is new, very well maintained, clean, and the staff is very attentive. The room was comfortable and suitable for a multi-day stay. Although the breakfast was pretty good, one aspect that could be improved is the breakfast system, as it was not entirely clear what was included, at least during the booking time.

Your staff was rude and took money
- 5/5
Nice hotel, fair price, but parking can be problematic. Entire lot was full and then some both nights.
- 4/5
Good option, not far to the airport. It looks like it’s a combination of a brand new building with an old, the elevator is old and far from the front desk, besides that the hotel is good and follow the standards of the chain, room good and clean.

The property was great
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good food
- 4/5
Hotel was great but Expedia listing is very misleading. This property showed up as 3.8 miles from the airport when, in fact, it is over 10 miles by shuttle and takes 20-30 minutes. Driver was great
- 1/5
Booked the hotel on Expedia, but when I arrive at the hotel I was informed the hotel was full and there was no rooms available! Happened to many multiple people. At least 5 other people/couples were in the lobby calling around to fix their booking or call other hotels to try and get a room. Horrible experience, especially when I had children with me who just wanted to go to bed. No sympathy
- 1/5
I got there with my family and front desk told me he was overbooked and to just get with Expedia to figure it out and cancel and get a refund. Hw was so rude !!!!
- 5/5
Nice, peaceful and inviting.
- 4/5
Clean and warm room
- 4/5
Other hotels made it clear that was not something that was offered. I received verbal confirmation that this hotel allowed that. It wasn’t until we checked in that I discovered that was not true. The hotel itself was very nice, very clean, the front desk person was very apologetic.
- 1/5
This hotel is three times the mileage from ORD that’s listed. Taxi charges meter and a half because of the distance. We also paid extra for double beds but they gave us singles. Shabby experience.

Clean room friendly staff. I was able to park there while I traveled.
- 4/5
First only one key card worked second 2 bottles of water weren't in the room and thirdly we were on the 3rd floor and it smelled like paint. Receptionist was nice but we shouldn't have had to go to the front desk to let you all know things weren't working or in place especially for a 1 night stay.

My room was very cold because you cannot adjust the thermostat pass 71° . What I don't like about the heating system is motion sensored which means when you are taking a nap or if you are asleep for the night the heat turns off. When I woke up it was 68° in my room. I was freezing. The only microwave is at the front desk where they sell water, chips and other snacks.

- 3/5
Breakfast only available at the bistro for a few, Internet connection could not be established. Staff was always on their cell phones. Would not stay there again.
- 4/5
Very good stay. Convenient to where I needed to go and highways. Only issue was I was supposed to be next to my former wife and boys. They said they put a note in the record to that affect, but I was placed across the hall.
- 5/5
The shuttle driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal, but I didn't know. Thank goodness TSA showed me how to get to the right terminal.

Wish you had a microwave in the room. Other then that, it was clean, & staff were friendly

- 5/5
Excellent stay that kicked off with the tremendous customer service and hospitality of Jada at check-in. She was such a delight and so committed to making our stay the best it could be. She provided great dining recommendations as well. Though we did not require much, she didn't waste the few opportunities to provide top class service. Thanks Jada for all you did to make our stay a delight!
- 5/5
Amazing service, definitely coming back!
- 3/5
The staff was very kind and quite amazing, however for how dated the rooms are I think they’re a bit over priced. Over all the food was great, the Starbucks coffee was amazing and so convenient, I would stay again.

- 4/5
A remodeled, 30 y.o. hotel, far from the airport in a suburb where "there will be plenty of places to eat in 10 yrs." according to the airport shuttle driver who did NOT help us with our baggage. There IS NO free breakfast on weekends because there are no employees to put it out, so you will pay for your breakfast. A good place to sleep for the price and that's it. No surrounding restaurants, or stores. Do not stay if you're looking for those things. Pick up this shuttle at Terminal 2 at ORD Departures level. Do not expect it to show where the other hotel shuttles pick up arrivals. Speaking of the shuttle itself, it needs a good washing. If you want a hotel with a shuttle which makes the more frequent rounds, choose The Westin.
- 4/5
Everything is very clean and nice. Everything is also very convenient. The services available and the facilities.
- 5/5
From shuttle to the entire staff. Amazing
- 2/5
Not very nice smelled really bad

- 5/5
Very convenient.
- 5/5
Generally pleasant stay, hotel was clean and well-maintained. There were a few cobwebs in the corner of the room. Front desk was excellent, attentive and pleasant. Bistro staff was attentive if somewhat gruff. Airport shuttle vehicle lacked functional seatbelts (they were taped or tied in knots) and driver was somewhat curt. Bistro food quality was excellent in both taste and presentation. Generally worth the price.
- 3/5
Room floor is not clean & front office reception staff is also bit arrogant whilst arrived

Hotel itself was typical Marriott Courtyard… nice and clean rooms. But it was an industrial location with no dining areas within 2 miles. And to make matters worse, we were told that the in-hotel restaurant is closed over weekends due to worker shortage. Furthermore, the airport shuttle only comes once an hour between 7am and 9pm. It was fairly worthless and we had to use Lyft both nights we were there.
- 4/5
Very nice and clean place to stay the staff were very friendly and the food was great as well

check in Tuesday oct 7th ,room 325 … the very next morning me and my sister was laying in bed and someone came into our room from the other side … we was so scared that we laid there fake sleep … once we got up we pack out stuff and went down to the front desk to check out … we was so scared that we told the lady at the front desk that we was leaving because of a family emergency …we didn’t know if the hotel was in on it …. we was supposed to stay for 4 nights … they had us in a room with a door that lead to the next room …the hotel bus drop us off at the AirPort … once we got to the AirPort we find another hotel … we didn’t report it because we just 2 females and we not from Chicago we just pack out stuff and left … so if you a women don’t book this hotel alone …
- 5/5
Great place.
- 5/5
Easy and plenty parking
- 4/5
The room was musty smelling without a fan in the shower area. Staff were kind. Great airport shuttle.
- 3.5/5
Would have loved more items for breakfast ( Cheese , salmon etc) . Other than that , the service , courtesy , helpfulness of staff was excellent. I could not check-in online before I travelled even though I filled out the pre check-in questionnaire correctly. Even when I reached the reception, the staff said my reservation could not be found in the system. The confirmation number & dates were sent to me by Booking.com. Luckily I had a hard copy of the email sent by Courtyard. Marriott itself confirming my booking. Wheww!!!
- 5/5
Super helpful staff and very nice clean rooms! The shuttle to the airport is a great convenience when traveling to and from the airport.
- 3/5
Check in and parking was super easy. Part of the reason we booked was for the balcony and the ability to have breakfast/dinner on site. Well, ground floor balconies have zero privacy and the landscaping appeared to be in desperate need for a little TLC. There wasn’t enough staff to run the bistro so we weren’t able to order meals like we had planned. There isn’t a microwave in the room so meals were pretty frustrating when we just wanted to relax. You can’t change the AC to heat/cool and it maxes out at 72 so the room stayed pretty chilly the whole time.
- 1/5
Whole floor we were on smelled like literal human sh*t the entire time. Idk if a sewer backed up but was disgusting.
- 5/5
Everything was exceptional. The beds, the employees, the drinks, the amenities, the architecture, the lounge spaces, the office capabilities, the location, and everything more was exceptional. Absolutely no complaints.
- 3/5
Staff the night we got there was great but the late night guy was asleep at the desk and wouldn’t wake up. The room was okay but not the cleanest.
- 2/5
It was horrible. The check in process was as very time consuming because there was only clerk to help everyone. Then when we checked out the clerk did not ask how was our stay or anything as he stared at his phone. The curtains were ripped. What a shame and I can’t understand how you got your current ratings. I will google review this as well for future travelers.
- 4/5
The room was clean, free parking is always a plus
- 5/5
Easy directions to the EL train. Staff were helpful and kind.
- 4/5
Gym was nice! Got a good pump lol!
- 3/5
The rooms were a little small. The staff were awesome. They brought extra pillows right away. The only thing disappointing was that you have to pay for each person in the room for breakfast. I had purchased ahead from what I thought was for my room but it was only for 1 person. They only other thing is that they don’t leave out coffee so once breakfast is over that’s it. The hotel was clean. I wouldn’t stay again because I like places that have free breakfast but I would recommend the hotel. It is in location of a lot of warehouses. I felt safe though. Even went for a walk.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Great hotel
- 1/5
I booked this hotel specifically because it had an airport shuttle. Conveniently that wasn’t running on time. After waiting an hour and a half we paid out of pocket for a taxi, which was pretty expensive. Discussed getting reimbursed with staff who said no but they would pay for breakfast. Failed to mention how to pay for breakfast so we paid out-of-pocket for that too. When we submitted the receipt for reimbursement, conveniently they couldn’t do that either. I thought these hotels were in the business of customer service. I won’t be using the Marriott again anytime soon. I would strongly recommend if you’re staying in the area to stay at a nicer hotel and don’t rely on their “shuttle”.
- 2/5
Did not unpack, sit entire duration on the chair as not to mess up the bed, uncomfortable I might add, tired, hungry and have a early flight. Front desk tried to offer a complimentary breakfast but my check out is before breakfast, says she can not move me to another room because they are all set for other guest???
- 5/5
Great service at every point. Thank you for your kindness.
- 1.5/5
The beds were comfortable. And the pillows were nice. Also the breakfast was good but it costs $15/ea per day. Most of the rooms have balconies. The courtyard was actually pretty. The location is both good and bad. It's literally right next to O'Hare Airport. So it's about 30 MILES from the city which can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 4 hours depending on traffic. And planes fly super low over the hotel which was both cool and a little disconcerting given all the incidents lately. You couldn't really hear them in the room though, which is good. Hotel parking is free, and they have a shuttle to O'Hare that starts at like 8 am, maybe earlier. The online information is not correct so call them and check what time it runs from because it is NOT 24 hour. Also the CTA has an orange line which runs from O'Hare all the way to downtown. They charged me a SURPRISE $150 incidental fee. NOWHERE did it say this would happen. So be prepared. They don't release it til you check out and it takes 4-7 days for it to be returned to your account. There were a pair of men's underwear under my mattress. God knows how long they'd been there, which tells me they aren't making beds properly or they saw it and just left it. Either way, utterly disgusting and extremely disappointing. And it sort of set the tone for the whole stay. And I not only had to go to the front desk about it but then I had to call them AGAIN to come get it. The bathtub was gross and had hair in it and nasty crusty crap all underneath the soap holders. Also, the toilet wouldn't flush right. And the screen door for the balcony was off the tracks when we got there. Additionally, there was no cleaning being done behind anything. We had to plug in the little charging station on the night stand and there was so much dust back there it was a literal fire hazard. The coffee pot shown in the pictures is not what you get. It's one of those super cheap one cup weird hotel coffee makers with the plastic tray. (We had planned on having a normal coffee maker) There was hair in the pool. (Eww) No hot tub. There were non- handicapped people parked in handicapped spots, which wouldn't have been a big deal if there had been more than two handicapped spots. Also they changed our room, but by then it was day 2 of our stay and we had to pack everything and move it ourselves, which was inconvenient and very extra.
- 5/5
Convenient to stay a night or two, good pool. and confortable bed
- 2/5
TV was broken in the room; overall not what I expect from a courtyard overall.
- 2/5
The staff was very helpful. Hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but it only runs once every hour and it stops running at 9pm. I booked a room with 2 king beds and was given a room with 1 king bed and a pull out sofa that was smaller than a twin bed. The hotel was unable to move us on the night we arrived so my 6ft 18 year old son had to sleep on that tiny sofa bed designed for a child. The bed was so small that his legs were hanging over the foot of the bed. We were not given a different room until 1pm the next afternoon. We paid for a room with 2 king beds and were moved into a room with 2 full beds. The hotel did comp us breakfast, which was nice but that didn't make up for us not getting what we paid for. There seems to have been some miscommunication between Booking.com and the property manager, but rather than either of them trying to make it right, it is the customer who suffers this time.
- 4/5
Would stay again
- 4/5
Cons: Rooms were underwhelming. Bathroom wasn't cleaned. Indoor pool was not heated as advertised.
- 5/5

What this property advertises on Expedia is one thing, but what you get is the opposite. They say there's an airport shuttle, but they don't tell you that service stops at 8:30. And since I was at Chicago O'Hare at 10, I was compelled to take a cab for $47. . . . They say breakfast is provided, but in the morning I found out that it was delivered by Starbucks and I had to pay for. . . . There are other much better hotels in the area. And I would never set foot again in this hotel.
- 5/5
Near the airport with free shuttle. Rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
The enly thing that didn't really like, there's no a microwave in the room, as the breakfast isn't included, you should put a microwave in every room
- 5/5
Super clean, friendly front desk clerk.

Needs microwave in rooms

Pleasant staying, good customer service and fair rates

I am a die hard Marriott guest and will always look for a Marriott property when I travel. This location was not like the others. The employees were professional and helpful. However, the room was musty and smelled of old cigarette smoke and the mattresses were awful and uncomfortable. Marriott properties are known for their fabulous mattresses, not this one. The location is about 8 miles from Ohare and there is a shuttle to and fro at specific hours. The hotel is in an industrial area and there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant is convenient and cold water is always available in the lobby. I would not come back to this location but hope to remain loyal to Marriott as I stay at other locations.

Very convenient to walk in and the elevator was right there.

Terrible place to stay. Do Not Stay Here If You Are Disabled!! Number one the bathroom was filthy for the disabled room, had to wipe down the shower chair with a Clorox wipe and the grout in the floor was brown. Fire alarm light when off at 1:30 am on our room, no one was evacuating so my partner went to the front desk immediately to see what was wrong and was told by a lazy night person there was no one there to fix it and to try and put a towel over it or switch rooms….I am disabled and need a accessibility room and trying to move all of our stuff over to another room on our last night at 2 am in the morning was just not gonna happen. The front desk lady then just returned to watching something on her phone ignoring my partner. My partner had to come back to the room and try his best to cover the flashing in light, it was flashing in both bathroom and front room and was blinding like a strobe light. Also earlier that evening I had asked for a 1/2 hour late check out and the same front desk person acted like it was a big problem and never made note of it even though she told me12:30 would be fine so we had cleaning people knocking and walking into our room at 11 am while I was in the bathroom and my partner was asleep, I called out over and over from the restroom which is right by the front door that we were still in the room but they just walked on in anyway m, even with our do not disrurb sign up. Sooo much more I could say but not enough room , just do not stay.
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly helpful. The free shuttle to ohare airport was a big plus!
- 5/5
Good options for dinner and breakfast, pool was in good working order, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

Room condition and staff help was excellent. Not happy with the cost of breakfast.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Would visit again
- 5/5
Friendly staff

Very nice hotel
- 2.5/5
Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle was good. Housekeeping doesn’t clean the room daily. They don’t even refresh towels or provide new water. The bathroom drain was clogged. The elevator is in poor condition. Although I paid in advance before check-in, I was still asked for payment and kept waiting unnecessarily.
- 4/5
Just ok. Sec deposit at $250.
- 4/5
The property was nice but our room was only cleaned on the first day.
- 2/5
Service was not upto the mark. No English speaking staff for room cleaning.
- 4/5
A little too far from O’Hare. Slow restaurant service. Room was musty smelling.
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Great staycation
- 3/5
The hotel is ok. Although it is quite far from Downtown Chicago. It served its purpose for what I wanted to pay. The room was clean but had a few things that didn't work such as the outlet next to the sink, and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. If you are looking for an economic place to stay and you don't mind driving about an hour to Chicago, then this is a good choice.

A very nice property and room, and my room was comfortable and quiet with a sliding glass door and balcony. My only complaint is there was no luggage stand or full-length mirror in the room.

Overall was nice. Mom ended up taking Uber to get to the hotel. The shuttle service was a disappointment. The distance to airport was wrong. Map was 3.1 miles and it was over 8.
- 4/5
The Balcony was very nice. We enjoyed the pool however it was quite small for the number of guests the Hotel had.
- 2/5
Liked how close it was to different shops.

Despite staying multiple nights, my room was never cleaned once. Not even a simple refresh of towels or trash removal. On top of that, I ran out of toilet paper and had to suffer the humiliation of having to ask the front desk at 12:30 a.m. for a role of toliet paper. This is a basic necessity that should never be overlooked. I also paid extra for the “included breakfast” which totaled $50 over the course of my stay. What I received was far from worth the price: one hot drink and a choice of either a bagel (only two types available) or a muffin. That’s not a breakfast—that’s a snack. When I attempted to share my concerns with the front desk, the staff member I spoke to appeared completely unbothered, offering no apology or solution. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was frustrating and honestly, insulting. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others. This hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. I will not be returning.

Dirty a_ _ pool, I asked for towels for a hour and still didn’t get any. The housekeeping kept knocking at the door 7am.- 11. Much more but only thing that helped was breakfast

Not good

Convenient near the airport. Enjoyed the cafe on site. Loved the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room needs a renovation to the tub as it needs a new white coating since it's wearing off. I saw stains on the carpet and curtains. Everything else was fine.

The balcony view was nice and relaxing. They didn’t tell us that the rooms was split up. Like A side and B side we had to figure it out on our own.

Pure bullshit The fact that I show up from a very far place of we’re I came from for the property say I couldn’t be there after paying full amount just to show up n say I had to pay $50 for deposit after I pay everything.

Courteous staff Close to Ohare airport if you don’t mind the commute to the city

Enjoyed my stay

The mattresses on the beds were terrible. Way to spongy other than that everything else was great. Would not stay again because of the mattress issue. I need an extra firm because of a bad back.

Clean place, convenient doors and accesses all around the building, helpful and friendly staff, check in was a breeze, the bed was comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels and good amenities in the room. The AC worked super fast and the mini fridge wasn’t full of stuff that you have to pay for if you dare move it. Overall great place, my boyfriend got to work out in the gym and I got to do laundry at the hotel. No complaints, I recommend

Great place to stay if you fly out of O'Hare

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The entire hotel was clean and felt safe. Easy drive into the city to shop and take tours. The hotel staff was friendly and the bistro offered good food. I will stay there again!

Room and property were above expectations. When I checked out the guy at front desk was dozing off (we had to leave middle of the night).

We stayed here because of the free shuttle to O'Hare.

We had a pleasant stay

Not the properties fault, but the guests this particular weekend made the hotel very trashy. Underwear in elevators, garbage in hallway, screaming matches all night and first thing in the morning. Other than that, the room was amazing, the bed was super comfy. The balcony was extremely hard to open and I wasn’t able to enjoy that.

My stay was great

AC works great but kind of noise occurred. Morning meal isn’t included but the taste and quality is excellent as a breakfast.
- 3/5
We stayed outside the city because downtown prices are outrageous. The property itself is ok. We did NOT like that every first floor room has a walk-out patio door. Doesn’t seem safe. Our toilet didn’t properly flush without holding the handle. Also, vanity area lighting is very dim. Clean and good order generally. Also, a room like this should have a microwave. Paid for breakfast in advance- well worth it; excellent. Not a hotel problem, but traffic from this location into the city is horrendous any day of the week

workers were very kind, as I was overwhelmed from losing my ID. they accommodated us, and reassured me everything would be okay!

The rooms AC didn’t work and night two we had to switch rooms around 11pm. The new room was better still not great.
- 3/5
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, and most of the staff was nice. The fact that my boyfriend as a smoker couldn't use the balcony to step outside into the Open air and smoke. Really dumb, that should probably be included in the details for the hotel. I assume a lot less people would stay here. Was literally the reason I picked the place, and it was useless. Bartender on a Saturday night did not know how to make a margarita. The bed was bigger than the frame so if you laid on the edge, felt like you were going to fall off.
