It's cheap, but good enough. Carpets are old, but clean. Bedsheets are clean, and the mattress is comfortable. Breakfast is good. Personnel are very nice and helpful.

The only detractors were: 1: The matress. This is a very personal item, and your experience might be completely opposite, but I had a hard time getting comfortable. 2: The other issue for me was the breakfast. The area in the office dedicated to breakfast is very small, and while I was there, was crowded. There were no juice choices; only flavored sugary drinks. Yogurt was supplied by a machine which when the button was pressed, woult spit and ounce or less of yogurt. Maybe if you stood there long enough, you could produce a small cup of yogurt, but I didn't try. They did have numerous other options such as pancakes, waffles, bagels and cereal. Bottom line is even with the couple of items mentioned above, I would stay again without hesitation.

We found it very clean and it contained all of the things we needed (TV, microwave, iron, fridge). Shower was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was great. We will probably stay there again as a family member has moved to that area and we will be visiting at least 3 or 4 times a year. The area seemed a little sketchy but we don’t live here so we are probably just reacting to the freeway and industrial vibe in the neighborhood. A “guide for services” in the room would be helpful. It took us a while to figure out the TV and bc we came in at night we did not see the restaurant and quick shop near the hotel so ended up making a reservation somewhere else. Small thing though.

This place and staff were amazing!! We initially had a room that was by the pool and we really needed to sleep. They were so busy(Memorial weekend) but transferred us to the perfect spot, we got to check the rooms out ourselves! Has a pool, elevator, and a wonderful breakfast. Staff was very attentive, we will stay again!

This location was great! Staff was very amicable and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and not much noise outside. We went downstairs for breakfast around 9AM and found very little options but the ladies running the breakfast bar were very quick to get us what we wanted. Will definitely stay here again.

The front counter staff was helpful The parking was difficult. I had a truck & trailer, there were multiple containers blocking the parking around the facility. The room was facing the freeway & the semi traffic was excessively loud all night. The power went out for several hours, & since I sleep with a CPAP machine I was not able to sleep all night. There were also spiders in the bedding.

It was quiet and an easy off and on from I-5. The carpet was a little stained but not bad I've seen worse. They had an outdoor pool that looked clean although I didn't use it as I didn't have time. The only ding I guess was the very hard sitting chair and it faintly smelled of dog but I would absolutely stay again.

Just came directly from a steakhouse and was in a rush to get checked in . Clerk was phenom in makeing that happen with no effort at all and was a chill temper kinda guy. The room door opened and upon laying on the bed I woke up the next morning talk about comfortable I never even shut the door. Talk about quiet n peacefull rest. Will make this a regular

We had a big dead bug in our room, the carpet was ripped in multiple areas, the shade was broken. We arrived so late & were so tired, we just delt with it. The room is very outdated & it was very noisy. Would not go back & was surprised that hotels.com gave it a very good

The rooms are in desperate need of a remodel. They are very worn down, the rug was old, the bedding was mismatched, the shower curtain tattered, and the ceiling had stains on it. The reception area was nice and the breakfast seemed adequate though we did not partake.

Room was clean. Heater was very noisy, had to turn it off so we could sleep. With the heater off, it got cold, but the room didn’t have any extra blankets. No hand soap at the sink. Had a TV but no remote. Yes, we could have gone to the office to complain , but that isn’t our style. Will not stay here again.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Right off the highway but not too noisy. Adorable courtyard, looks like it's been remodeled relatively recently. Rooms on the other hand showed their age but were clean and comfy enough. Breakfast was par for the course but there's a great diner right next door if the usual free waffle bar and cereal aren't your thing. Great for pre or post flight shut eye before a long drive, especially for the price.

They put us in a very outdated room, it smelled bad, the heater did not work and the plumbing was backwards. The shower went from very hot to cold and then back again. This was my 3 stay there and I was very disappointed compared to previous visits.

Our room needed to be fumigated. There were flying bugs everywhere. Little gnats and mosquitos. The moment you sat on the bed they all started flying around. This best western was definitely not up to best western standards but it serves its purpose.

Our room upon arrival was full of flies. The fridge was leaking which had made the floor wet. There was a blood stain on one of the beds. The shower did not work properly. I did share these issues with the front desk and they were very apologetic but that was about it. There was no corrective action taken, unfortunately will probably not be staying here again.

The room was basic but clean. My main complaint was that the motel was located between two very close freeways which created some noise. However, if you ask for a room around the inside courtyard, you don't hear it. Breakfast had everything expected, but because the host didn't stir the hot dishes, they were lukewarm.

Was there for an overnight stay after a week of rent camping. I appreciate that The toiletries provided had a nice scent to them. Staff was friendly. Easy access to the airport.

They are pet friendly. It’s an older hotel so don’t expect luxury but we were happy with the accommodations. There is only one restaurant near by and it’s not pet friendly, so we had to drive to get dinner. But we picked this location solely for its easy access to Sac airport.

This is always our first option when we travel through Woodland. The staff is personable and professional, it’s clean and very convenient to the I-5, and reasonably close to dining options, etc on Main St.

The room is dated and is needs some updating. The door is pretty banged up the walls have numerous holes that were patched but never repainted. The bathroom is tiny. The TV is super old and small. We stayed at a hotel on the other end of the trip that was significantly cheaper and significantly nicer. Our room is also directly under the stairs so it's likely going to be noisy.

I did have an issue with our room. It had an odd smell and there was a large wet area near sink. It wasn’t like they just cleaned and it wasn’t dry it was very wet. They did move us to another room.

A couple small things I’d change. Toilet makes super weird noise. Funny but may bother some. And not enough light in the room. Only a few small lamps. But id choose good people over a nicer room any day!

Pool was cloudy/dirty. Breakfast was minimal. Recommend a room facing the courtyard, noisy freeway otherwise.

The staff were friendly. The main issue was the room which was rather scary. The bed sheets smelled as though they were left in the washer for too long (or just dirt laundry smell?) and the room just had this weird odor to it. There were strange white stains all over the carpet on the floor next to bed and on the chair next to the bed. The bathroom floor had numerous dead spiders and strands of hair? The pillows were awkward, small, and really uncomfortable. The shower head was not great/okay but the tub itself was really slippery and there were no safety handles. There is a water bottle station and an ice machine which was really nice with the hot weather.

It’s a beautiful place from the outside. Inside though, the carpet was really dirty, I didn’t want the kids touching the floor with anything other than their shoes. That was tough when you have younger kids and a baby. The beds were clean however, which I was very grateful for. Unfortunately, this was the hotel that I needed to use an iron in. First of all, the ironing board was dusty and had some stains on it that I wasn’t sure if they would get my shirt dirty. Second, and probably the most problematic - the iron was tethered to the ironing board. Ironing isn’t fun as it is, but doing it with an iron that doesn’t reach the end of the ironing board was a chore! It ended up being a 2 person job, my kid held the ironing board in place (because it would move with the iron) and stretch the tether for me, and I was ironing the shirt. Just absolutely absurd. Other than that fiasco, it wasn’t a bad place to sleep for the night. But I wouldn’t call this a hotel. It’s definitely more of a motel.

The check in was great. Friendly service and fast to the room. We walked in and the beds were clean but the floor looked like it needed a vacuum. The used band aide was a nice touch. We decided to head to the pool. After seeing the dirt on the bottom, the overall color of the water, tons of dead flies and even a drowning pigeon, we decided to not jump in. Maybe the hot tub….nope. Concreted in and unavailable. The breakfast was ok. Typical pancake and waffle irons were the stars. Other than that it was all mediocre at best. Even stayed here many times and unfortunately it’s not what it used to be.

The pool was nasty looking, the door to our room had a big gap around it and looked like it could be kicked in easily, the room smelled funky, and the bathroom had soap scum from old soap. The overall look to the room was that this hotel had no upkeep and seemed more like a place where a person might rent by the hour.

The stay was great. THe staff was great. Cleanliness was great - My complaint is that the fragrance of the cleaning products was overwhelming. I left the door and window open for the first 30 minutes, which helped. I prefer cleaning product smell to a dirty room, but it was overpowering.

Hot tub was filled in and the pool had no heat, though it was advertised as having both a pool and a hot tub. Staff were less than helpful when asking about it.

Well I first got there and the bathroom wasn't cleaned fully and the shower curtain fell down while I was showering. So I had to go to the desk and tell them and got a new room and had move rooms.

Nothing special. Had what you would expect but not a hotel I would go out of my way to stay at again. Bed was firm, which i prefer, but my wife could not stand it. It was a “remodeled” room but whoever did the work was drunk or didn’t care about how it looked. Barn door for the bathroom provided no sound barrier.

The room that we stayed in was not clean, it had cat hair all over the floor. The room was a disaster.

The first room I was given wasn't even cleaned yet. Staff didn't go over any details for me, but did for the man after me.

The hotel was only 1 mile from the work location. The outer room/ hotel is close to the main highway and is a bit loud. Reasonable continental breakfast with sausage and eggs and biscuits and gravy.

We are traveling home from a family emergency and we choose the best western as we have stayed here numerous times before. The carpet was soiled there were no pictures on the walls but the nails were still visible and walls need paint. Bathroom was clean.
