Front desk lady was very nice. The actual breakfast was ok. Courtney, who worked in the breakfast area was fantastic. She went out of her way to make us comfortable. She actually got us some aluminum foil and freezer bags so we could take our leftover pizza home with us. We’ll come back to the hotel because of her great customer service

The air/heat unit loud. Toilet tissue low and ask for a wake up call that I did not receive. One of the elevators broken and the Ice machine on the second floor did not work.

Bed was good slept good after moving our son. Room was cool and inviting. Not that thrill with breakfast but found I like the chewy bars and coffee. It was fairly fair for Continental breakfast. The staff were so kind to let us check in early as we had to stay an extra night to help our son. And yes we will stay again. 4 days total...3 Expedia.

The hotel was nice. I had placed a reservation for a room with 2 beds but when I entered the room, there was only 1 Queen bed. The floor we stayed on was really noisy. Overall, I would stay there again.

I liked everything about the property except that the "refrigerator" in the room can only keep things cool. I wanted to freeze my travel ice-paks. This could not be realized in these little coolers wrongly labeled refrigerators!

First time we stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Woodstock, GA. We arrived a little earlier than check in time and were able to get our room right away. Customer service very friendly and professional, room very nice, clean, bed very comfortable. Free included breakfast this morning was hot, make your own waffle crispy, delicious prepared by my husband, coffee hot, orange juice quenching. Food area clean and kept filled and fresh. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Woodstock, GA for our trip to Bread Beckers for our daughter who is a member of the Milling Momma’s in Franklin, TN.

Other than that an amazing hotel. Will return.

Requested to change to a double queen bed; it was done without hesitation.

The hotel staff was very friendly! Even though Hotels.com sent over the wrong room type, the hotel was able to accommodate us so that we had the correct room. The negatives: The shower pressure was really low, there was no pot of cooked oatmeal like other hotel chains offer, and the plates were styrofoam...boo!

Jessica at the front desk was exceptional. She was friendly, fun, and SUPER efficient. 👌

My family and I stayed there for 4 days while I visited with my dad who is sick and being that it was such a sad visit home, the staff at this hotel made it such a comfortable and pleasant place to land at the end of each day. They were *so* accommodating and friendly. I typically don’t leave reviews, but the staff there was exceptional. Thank you ladies so much again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff was very accommodating. The location is great for shopping and restaurants. It was very quiet and relaxing.

we enjoyed our stay overall, enjoyed breakfast. there were a few broken things: we had to move to another room because the air conditioner was broken, one of the two elevators was broken the whole time, the computer for guests was broken so no way to print an airline ticket.

We Arrived and they didn’t have the size room that we reserved. Then said let me see if I have a dirty one to go clean but the maids aren’t here because it’s 7:30 at night.

Room was spacious and clean. The property is well maintained. Staff was very polite.

This visit was really good. My only complaint was the breakfast the meat was not done.

The walls are paper thin... we could hear the conversations in the room next door until well after midnight. Hallways are also very noisy. If you're looking for quiet, this is not the place. Will not stay there again.

The hotel was nice and in a convenient location to things I needed to do. I would definitely stay there again. It was reasonably priced and what I would expect from a Fairfield inn.

The free breakfast could use some revisions; no bread while serving eggs and sausages. No normal tea for hot tea drinkers ( only spiced teas)

I would like to let you know what a pleasant front desk person Susan (works mornings). Her attitude and customer service is awesome. Always smiling and talks to you like you're welcome there. Not like the other places they're always in a hurry to get rid of you.

From beginning to end it was great. Quiet, clean, easy access to parking, walk to nearby stores and places to eat. Easy access back to the main highway as well. Breakfast was great with a variety of options including gluten free cereal. I highly recommend this property.

The little mini fridge has a timer timer which when turned on fridge didn’t come on. Luckily I was only there for a night and was too tired to report it.

This hotel KNEW we needed wheelchair accessible for bathroom and a seat in bathroom for shower they refused!

The property was. clean. and comfortable. Breakfast was the. same thing everyday and no bread to make toast. Do not stay in room 120! It's next to the kitchen and you will be awaken every morning around 5 am by the sound of clanging metal pans. The staff was friendly, however I was informed I that we should not have been put in that room do to the noise factor.

Super nice and comfortable. Our only issue was with the person in the room above our room. They were up at 4 am banging around, door slamming, lots of loud noises. It woke us both up and it was hard to get back to sleep after that.

Great place to stay. Good breakfast. Was just there for business, so I was only there to sleep and eat breakfast. I didn't try any of the nearby restaurants, but several looked interesting.

Learned this hotel only does its housekeeping every 2 days. I won't be using it for anything other than single overnight stays.

The public areas and rooms were fresh and clean. Everything looked new. The bathrooms were large and impeccable clean. The room was spacious and had my favorite desk style. There was no extra seating other than the desk chair.

Clean place, friendly staff. I booked a king bed and got 2 queens. Not sure how that happened, but it wasn’t that big a deal I guess.
