Hampton Inn Atlanta/Woodstock

Room was clean, staff were professional, breakfast was average at best. There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice

Love the Hampton Inn! Somehow I got a handicapped room on the ground floor. There was a funny smell in the spacious bathroom, that I couldn't figure out. Maybe an epoxy, perhaps elevator / laundry room exhaust? They were both right next to the room. The King bed had quite the squeak when you sat or moved on it, sounded like a smoke detector chirp. The property could use a little TLC in the parking area, coil up the garden hose, blow the leaves and loose dirt from parking spaces. Parking was pretty full. Everything worked and was clean! Will be booking for a third time next year!

Location was good for shopping and near our event we were to attend. Breakfast was very good with a variety of breakfast foods. Our room was clean.

I only ate yogurt & did not bring any pets

Loved that the property is pet friendly but there was no light in the back of the property where there is a dog area.

It was too pet friendly. Smelled of pets and they were everywhere. Won’t be back. Pets are animals not people.

Hotel was generally quiet and very clean. Jam who is on front desk evenings is very knowledgeable and helpful to all hotel guests. We stayed at hotel 5 days and Room Maids only serviced our room twice ( fresh clean towels, wash clothes, make-up bed and removal of trash paper). I was disappointed.

It was clean,quite,spacious definitely will recommend and come back again the front desk clerks were super helpful and kind especially the over night staff the girl I think her name was Micah she was really kind and sweet she offered me cookies fresh from the oven and she was really helpful with the instructions about the building thank you

Toilet was broken room HVAC had a constant high pitched squeal that made it impossible to sleep. Worst hotel breakfast ever

I was very disappointed in my experience with your hotel. The phone did not work. The coffee maker did not work. There were little.no products for personal hygiene. The elevator was very slow, and there was only one working the working elevator did not have any inspection regulations posted. All of the things listed above could have been better

Love this place, everytime Im coming up to Woodstock, this is the hotel I choose.

Breakfast - was awful but the mold on the bread made it even less appealing, Bacj door near elevator- when exiting you always have to hit multiple times. The door is hung at the latch. Not ideal for fire code. Cleaning staff- eating bfast in hall while cleaning.

Staff was polite and helpful.

Very friendly check-in staff!! The rooms were clean, but I didn't care for the room we were given. All the way down the hall toward the back, near the laundry and cleaning room, it was very loud with people coming in and out from the parking lot and cleaning every day.

The hotel was OK but not up to Hampton standard. The ice machines were out of order, the from door was out of order, the elevator was slow and loud. They just need some maintenance.

I was told that there was a computer before making reservations. That was a lie. They stopped having computers a year ago The bed was hard. I had to change rooms because I’m disabled and needed a tub

Service was great. Spiders were in our room . One was crawling on me while I was asleep. I killed it. This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in.

When the manager messaged asking how the stay was going and I explained the discomfort of the beds and that one squeaked with any movement she quickly offered to move us to another room. Issue was resolved and we appreciated the friendliness of all the staff

Our room was clean, but our toilet stopped up, and we called the desk who brought us a plunger and told us after we used it to bring it back downstairs. Really, my husband did and the front desk clerk said just put it on the counter, that is disgusting. That is why they got a 3.

Easy and friendly check in service. Bed was comfy and room was spacious for us and our fur baby. Enough grass outside for her to do her business.

I was put in a handicap room which i didn't request. The shades in the room didn't work and the toilet ran.

Front desk staff unacceptable. Poor customer service, communication, failure to notify customer of unexpected charges until checkout. Many many attempts to charge credit card without permission or notice. Will not be returning due to lack of communication and customer service.

Reception was not at the desk when we checked in. Wait 15 mins at the front before someone showed up.

The staff was friendly, the room was fine - it was late, I was tired and they were accommodating. Not cheap - for one night rather expensive but my dog was also welcome so I was happy. Even with the charge for my dog.

The location was superb. The facility was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom worked. No clogged or slow moving drains. Toiletries available and sufficient. Refrigerator in the room worked. Fresh, hot coffee available all day! Super!

The room ha d a few minor issues but nothing that would keep me from coming back. Not sure why the bathroom door handle is on backwards. You can lock someone in the bathroom. There was no way to draw the curtain completely closed to darken the room for sleeping. Thank you.

I never even stayed here. There were plumbing issues so the room I reserved was not available. They never bothered calling ahead of time and waited to tell me this information until I arrived. I still have not been refunded.

The property was pretty clean, nice accommodating front desk staff, good hearty breakfast with different menu daily. The only complaint i have is my first shower there was no conditioner in my shower bottle and there was a bath towel and washrag from the previous guest hanging on hooks behind the door. I would definitely stay again.

The power window blind did not work. They had the maintenance guy temporarily fix it. He came back the next dayto fix correctly. The girl at the desk was very nice and helpful also the maintenance guy was good.

They have yet to clean up and open the pool. Was told it should be done within a couple days.

Bad - the elevator needs service. It made a lot of noise, stalled before and then dropped at the floor. and the chain sounded like it had a big kink. The pet area needs some improvement. No Grass. No Trash/Waste Can. People did a relatively good job cleaning up after their pets. Cigarette smokers, not so much. No butt can for them to use.

Room was ok, bed very clean. No water pressure in shower, fridge in room not cold and overall property just needs to be cleaned. Staff super nice but for price should have been better. No bugs and that’s great!

Was just remodeled. The Entry is a nightmare ! No signs to avoid active construction site! A worker on site erroneously directed to the into and we walked across Nails wood and active construction site!!!!!!!! lobby check-in has extension cords running along it. just a nightmare disaster lawsuit waiting to happen.

We stayed at a holiday inn Express the night after our stay at Hampton Inn and they werent even comparable. I will not be staying at Hampton Inn again...there is better competition out there.

I liked the price...There was renovation and NO attempt to keep anything clean. Our room, no towels, bugs on floor, elevator dirty, hallways dirty, rude woman when we signed in.

All I really need is clean and this place was clean bathroom was spotless bed was comfy.

Property was under construction and no one mentioned that when I made my reservation. Chain link fence around entrance. Workers were taking a smoke break at the side entrace we had to use. Baseboard and trim off the walls. Carpets were dirty. Worker's made a lot of noise until 5 pm when they left for the day.

It was a good stay however the hotel was under construction which made it a bit difficult

This property was under heavy renovations while we were there. I was not made aware of this when I made the reservations. Had I been made aware I would have selected another hotel. I deserve a credit on my account for this issue.

The property is under construction which was not mentioned. So it was a eye sore and made parking difficult Our employee who checked us in was HIGH or at least under influence of something. I say that because she had food particles on her fingers while touching my stuff and was extremely lethargic.

It was fine. Room was nice and clean. However, the hotel entrance and the area around the hotel was unsightly due to construction. There was no clear signage to let you know where to enter the hotel.

Choose another hotel next time.

The young lady that works in the breakfast area on Sunday morning is a delight! We have stayed a couple of Saturday nights here and she has been there to greet us, just a lovely person! 👍 👌
