Good experience but when checking on Saturday night I had a accident happing in the lobby where I poop my and they end up putting me the do rent any more so yeah am not to happy with it was a accident and they had only one staff member there in the lobby helping others

Room was decently clean ('decently' because there was a long black hair on one of the folded towels that hadn't been used by us, wrapped inside of it). Beds were comfortable. No microwave. No air conditioning in the room we had. No soap to wash your hands. They didn't even bother to put the shampoo or body wash bottles into the dispenser in the shower. Fire alarm was literally missing. Felt like I was going to fall through the bottom of the shower. TV kept glitching out.

The’Heater’ blew cold air for hours. Finally I called the front desk and they put me in a different room. That room had the same problem, heater blew cold air. The phone in that room didn’t work so I called the front desk and their solution was to turn it off and try again later. I tried it again in the morning and same cold air result. I complained at the front desk and they said ‘Cody’ was the manager but he wasn’t in yet. I left my name and number fir’Cody’ to call me and he never did. I’m going to dispute the charge with American Express. I rented 2 rooms last week for my family and didn’t have a problem…

1970s AC doesn’t work. Leaks from ceiling in Honeymoon(Nightmare) suite. Staff knew this and still rent it out. They have fans behind desk. People were outside all night because their rooms were not habitable. I asked to get switched to another room and once I moved all my stuff turned on TV and it didn’t work. This place should not be open, period.

Didn't find the desk staff friendly at all; no smiles, greetings, hello's or good mornings. All of local native descent so maybe a cultural thing, though I doubt it as the cleaning lady was smiley and helpful. All in all a fair place to stay for the price, though some staff customer service training seems to be required.

I loved how its walking distance from dinning places.

Able was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me during my stay. It had been a very long day for me, and I am disabled. So, the extra help and attention he provided went a long way! Thanks for hiring Able!

Checking inn was not that great, staff was not friendly at all straight to the point. The A/C in the room was not working was hot, there was a part of the ceiling that was was falling down. The thermostat was very old and did not work, I called the staff to let them know. She said a maintenance man will be going to the room to check it out. She did not offer to change room, nor to give a fan while we wait. One hour passed and nothing. So called again and she said he is in another call. So we packed our things and check out. Very bad service did not care. She told us that we did not asked her to move rooms. Last time I checked that's her job. Please don't go there its cheap but i guess that's what you get. This was at 9pm and i had to go to work early morning. We also ask for a refund and she said no. Very rude talked back defending herself. What happened to Customer service, Hospitality ?

The hotel was very clean and had very good air conditioning. There was also a very nice pool outside. At this price, we were positively surprised. We recommend for other travellers.

The lady at the front desk was rude, no name tag. Seemed annoyed when I asked for more towels. It’s was the Honeymoon suit but it wasn’t much of a suit. The hot tube was dirty, I cleaned it before we could use it. The only chair had stains on it & the room was to small.

Every other time I stay there I get a room with an AC that doesn't work. And they don't accommodate for it. They tell u wait fifteen minutes and they can help. But don't tell u that after fifteen minutes of ur stay there's nothing they can do and no refund!

Why do you keep asking about eco-friendliness?

The "good" things... the sheets/linens seemed new and clean. The bed surprisingly comfortable. So while super cheap... it wasn't even worth the cheap price.

It was good to sleep but be aware you don't always get what you paid for. I booked double beds and got a single bed.

The heater didn't work, the shower leaked like a sieve, i reserved a room and am disabled. The manager couldn't have cared less. She put in a crap room where i had to park and walk a half a block. Just could not be more disappointed.

Terrible, they have coach-roaches. Place is so loud and it certainly felt unsafe. Never again.

Staff was friendly and nice, the bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room even though not all the jets work it was still enjoyable.

The room was a bit outdated, headboard leather was all cracked up and beat up, hair from the previous occupants was all over the bathroom floor, shower, and room floor. It was on my clothes mostly my socks. Could use updated appliances and some paint for sure.

Checked in and immediately found the room crawling with bugs and cockroaches. I went to check out or get another room but was denied. Called the next day to explain but was again denied. Avoid, they do no cleans their rooms!!!

We have been coming to that hotel for about 20yrs now. I went to check in and had forgot to book a room and asked if they matched the Hotels price- they did not unless we use the app. Which is fine so I did that and Bernadette seemed off put by that and started to get flippant and rude, so then she said it would be an hour before it comes in- I have done this before and it never has before- so we went to dinner. Upon returning she proceeded to continue being pretty rude about the booking so we left and went to the Howard Johnson’s in town- it was the same rate, better hotel, and free breakfast!!

I’ve stayed at this hotel previously and had a bad experience so I quit going there. I decided to revisit Budgetel and I’m glad I did. Great service, prompt and attentive. The room had a comfortable mattress and the pillows were cozy good. The room was clean and I was overall very impressed with how much they have turned around. For a budget hotel-Budgetel’s a good one!

While the electric door lock had some mechanical issues, everything else was nice...no elevator to second floor rooms.

Room is filthy, no lampshades, furniture is torn, ceiling is stained. And this was after asking for a new room.

The heat did not work. The TV did not work. The headboard looked like it had been used for many years, without being repaired. The room smelled of mold. And there, and there was a big water stain on the ceiling, under where the heat is supposed to come out of. And when I brought all this stuff to the attention of the front desk and asked if I could be moved to another room, in a hostile voice. "I'll send maintenance" and that was all that was said. The only thing that was fixed out of all of that was, the TV was made to wear. It worked so I had 2 very cold, very smelly nights.

Easy access to services. Room was clean. Air conditioner temperature was unadjustable. Fortunately, it was not hot outside, but it would have been nice to lower the temperature for sleeping.

They have roaches ,dirty smells like cigarettes all rooms are smoke allowed and they allow drugs and everything when I call front desk to said my room has no ac/heater they said all are the same and we are smoke friendly

Coach roaches were in my first room. They moved me to another room where I didn’t see roaches but the bed was ancient and squeaked with any little move. Ladies in the front were very rude. I would NEVER go back there and I would advise anyone to stay away from that place.

I didn't have a bad stay. Place is clean in the room but outside surrounding has a getto feel about it. Ok place for a one night stay and then leave.

Had a short notice job interview in Yuma, found this hidden gem while looking for an economical place to stay. Clerk was super helpuful and friendly. Very close to good restaurants and shopping. Plenty of parking under cameras. If I am ever in town again will stay here.

There were bugs crawling on the wall near the bed. We ended up leaving early in the morning due to this. The tv did not work. The bathroom looked like that was the only ungrade.

I was at the hotel for 7 days for work and from day one the AC was not working, I talked to the front desk and they told me they were going to take care of that, but the 7 days went by and they never fixed the AC.

I couldn't even walk my walker had not been delivered yet. Front desk knowing that I had to move my belongings after already unpacking and settled in and it was Sept 29th wen this accord. At least 110 outside still. rooms at 130 am

The room had a terrible chemical smell, so you could hardly breath. The same with the second room they offered. This hotel doesn't look newly renovated at all - no matter what they claim. It is run down. Most of the hotel seem to be rented to low income people. This is a dump! Don't go there.

I enjoyed my time here but the front desk are rude and act as if they work at the MVD or DES. The stairs were dangerous but overall what do you expect.

Please Seniors beware. The room is not secure. The lock is broken, the headboards on the bed look like a lion attacked them. The floor is gross, The ac was leaking and water puddle on the floor, had to watch where we stepped. There are no amenities in room or lobby. No coffee machine, refrig. And Made crazy noise. I have filed a complaint with Expedia. I also let the front desk know of the problem. The entire floor by the pool for handicap was supposedly being fixed. Yet they sold reservations for it. Beware it’s not even a 1 star. I would have slept in my car before I ever returned to this place. Major drugs, hard drugs. Lots of traffic and rooms are being used by farm workers.

The front desk employee was rude and unrespectfull ,rooms very dirty, have to go and stayed on another hotel in general horrible experience, if is possible I like to speak with Expedia about this subject.

Air conditioning was great this time, bed was comfy, I could not get TV to work((( Internet worked better than average(( Little dark brown or black bugs, kinda looked like lady bugs except for color,,, they were everywhere, especially bathroom(( Even on my arms as I was sleeping(( Not aggressive, I was never bit, but was not fond of so many bugs(((

This absolutely the trashiest motel I’ve ever stayed, with even worse customer service!! Who ever the front desk girl is that works the late/maybe overnight shift every Monday evening, has no idea at all about customer service, let alone just basic manners and proper communication. Everytime she’s been insulting, raises her voice, never gets the keys right to the room and gets is very offensive when I respond with frustration at her constant insults and terrible service. I will never stay at that hotel again. I have it a try for a couple of consecutive weeks but I will never step foot in that motel, unless she is fired!

Not so good. When we arrived the key did work the light wouldn’t turn green. We got another key card the light turned green but the door wouldn’t open. The shower flower and toilet were dirty. The headboard on the bed was peeling. Will not stay there again.

The staff was great friendly and helpful just needs upkeep especially outside the landscape and parking lot dirty.but the rooms were good clean the pool is better then 5 star hotel in Yuma just people need to pick up after themselves the pool area dirty ..

We got the wrong room at first. I went to the front desk and they were very professional and switched us to the correct room immediately.

Gave me the wrong room. I reserved the family suite but was forced in a room half the size. With horrible ac and outdated furniture and linen. The only reason I don’t give them one star is because the maids were very sweet and they gave me clean towels every single day. Front office staff were not friendly. I needed extra time to check out and they told me I have till 11:30 when I asked to check out at 12:00. It’s the way she said it. “You need to be out by 11:30!” “You can wait for your ride with all your stuff in the office!” And there is no where to sit down in the office.

If you are looking for an overnight place to stay on a budget, this is your place. The AC barely works and the door entry key in some rooms doesn’t work. Some of the staff at the front desk are on the phone rather than attending to customers. Registering online was a waste of time, the room I requested, I did not receive.

The headboards was terrible, chips everywhere, worried that bugs or spiders will hides in it. Too many farm workers in the area.
