I paid for breakfast on the reservation for extra amenities and yet i was still charged upon getting breakfast so i paid double. I was extremely upset bad bad bad

It was only 1 night. I asked for an email receipt on check out and it was incorrect. Didn’t eat there and only came into contact with one front desk person who was nice.

Room was clean and comfortable but the pillows are horrible. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, the movie theater is walking distance and convenient.

Room was clean, bathroom stocked, AC was cold and bed was soft. Only thing we didn’t like were the pillows,they weren’t fluffy. But other than that our stay was fabulous and we will definitely be back.

Extra charge for breakfast, so no. Housekeeping was considerate by paying attention to door request. The inside of the elevator doors need cleaning. Threatening emails about covid and masks was disheartening. I would have canceled if I hadn't already paid in advance.

Location. No complimentary water was provided. The toilet had no water pressure, taking extremely long to fill. The vent wasn’t working in the restroom. Dog fee overpriced. Bed was way too soft.

Great place for a short stay in Yuma. We appreciated the quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants are close by. We will definitely stay again in February when we will have more dental work done in Algodones.

The property was very clean and comfortable. We were in Yuma for a funeral and invited our family to have breakfast with us here. Wonderful selections! Wonderful chef! Wonderful waitress! They made our stay very enjoyable! The walk along the river was very peaceful and enjoyable as well. Nothing bad to report!

This property was the best hotel we could find in Yuma. It was very well kept and everyone at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. The pool was really nice! Walkable to all the downtown bars and restaurants and easy parking.

Clean and nice hotel and room. Check-in was fast and friendly. Liked their was a mini fridge and microwave. The bad: AC kicking on and off all night kept waking me up. Hallway between elevator and room stunk like old building? Fridge noisy. Only 2 coffee pods provided for 2 people. Basic 16oz water bottles in room marked $2.50. A 16oz bottle of soda $4.

Very nice hotel. Clean and the staff is very friendly. They even had fresh cookies in the lobby near check in. Parking is a breeze.

The staff here are incredible! So much hospitality. They made me feel very welcomed (guest of the day), they moved me to a quiet room when there was construction noise, and they helped me on checkout day when I wasnt able to get on my morning flight by holding my bags and letting me hang out poolside. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and even housekeeping everybody was great, this is my new favorite hotel in Yuma

I was frustrated because there were two water bottles that stated would be complimentary, but they charged me five dollars because apparently you have to be diamond or gold member, the bottles tag stay the first 2 are free, nothing about what status I was. It’s only five dollars but very misleading!

All was great. But I just noticed that I have a pending $2.50. I paid $2.50 cash for a water bottle at the cashiers. So why put it on my debit??? I stayed at the yuma hilton

I was satisfied with the room and facilities, but wish a small breakfast was included.

I enjoyed the hotel but NOT the $75 pet fee after the fact. This is not a pet friendly hotel from that perspective and Expedia should state the pet fees. Never again will I stay at a Hilton because of this.

We are in Yuma for dental work over the border and this is perfect. We worked in the lobby even until we needed to leave so this is where we will come again.

No Hot water in the morning. Drinks at the lounge were good, food was so-so.

A nice property right along the Colorado river. The staff were great and there was a modest Restaurant and Bar. Easy walking distance to the Old Town and great trails along the river.

Property is undergoing construction so it is incredibly loud. Breakfast is $12 for a sad continental breakfast. They leave 2 boytles of water in the room that in small print on the bottom state they are $2.50 each. No soap was leftin the room to wash hands. Rooms were modern, beautiful view of the river and bridge and great location for dinning.

Please change the description to the room that opens to the pool. The description said it sleeps 5 and has a king bed. I got that one thinking a sofa bed was in there as well since it sleeps 5. Got there and it was only a king bed .... they did change our room but it was just a mess with billing now. The same description is on the Hilton app so that's why I did not think it was a typo. Please change so it doesn't happen to other people.

A quick walk to the river

Stayed in a room with a handicap accessible shower. After showering, the entire bathroom was covered in water. The carpet outside the bathroom was soaked and water was seeping along the baseboard. Grout and dirt was coming up from between the tiles in the bathroom. Not pleasant

The staff (especially at the front desk were incredibly kind and guest focused. The older woman that worked the overnight shift, remembered that I had requested yogurt in the morning. However, the room itself was not clean. There were crumbs and something solid (?) under the bed, and a toothbrush left by a previous guest on the bottom shelf of the nightstand.

Was told upon checking in that breakfast was not included. Very disappointing and would not have stayed here if made clear earlier.

Staff seemed self involved and did not always greet me or other customers in the hotel. When I used the telephone to inquire about something it took a long time to get someone to respond and answer the phone.

Did not sleep all night If the hotel is renting out rooms to minors, this is a problem. Room next to us, noise all night.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I stayed in room 228. The room itself was really clean. Not much of a view from here but that wasn't a concern for me. The only interesting thing was the vibration in the floor. Not sure where it was coming from but it vibrated the floor and bed enough to be very noticable. Other than that issue is was a great stay. I might have missed it but I didn't see any coffee available during the hours outside of breakfast.

We were very unhappy that when we asked to have our room serviced the response was "we require 24 hour notice." They did end up doing it that day but when you are paying over $300 a night for a suite you expect better service. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. Will not return to this hotel again ever.

It’s a rundown property that’s over priced.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and love it. Their breakfast is great - there is a buffet with fresh cut fruit, bagels/toast and juices. Much nicer than typical continental buffets but you can also order a custom breakfast that is hot and fresh cooked. I have also eaten dinner and it is a good option if you don't want to go out. It is close to the highway, but quiet, has a nice pool, access to walking trails and within walking of some delicious restaurants and shops downtown. The hotel and restaurant staff are exceptional! I highly recommend.

Overall, our stay was not bad, but I did expect this hotel to be a little nicer/newer/cleaner than it was. The bedding was uncomfortable. I did not realize it when booking but the breakfast was not free. It looked like the same standard fare that is almost always free now at this level of hotel. (We only bought a bowl of oatmeal, but that was your average food service oatmeal). Some of the staff was friendly but others were somewhat rude.

Just be aware that in Arizona no masks are required right now during Covid. Even with the front staff who was coughing a bit. Otherwise the hotel and facility and fitness center were great.

We liked the location the most. We safely walked into downtown Yuma for breakfast and dinner.

Location itself feels a little dated, hot tub hasn't worked for a long time. Everyone who worked there is nice though! They don't have a lot of staff so if you want extra towels, blankets, room service you have to go down to the front desk or restaurant to pick it up. Also, they don't do room service unless you request it. I think that should be mentioned at the front desk when checking in since we were a little surprised our room wasn't serviced. Super close though to the Dunes (15 min drive), the Territorial Prison and fun restaurants!

Our stay there was great, It was our honeymoon on Dec 31, 21. We would always recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Pretty much as expected ... was over charged for room $(211.58) , so, guaranteed rate (175.75) apparently is not guaranteed. Additional $1 charge appeared on card which i have no idea why. Always had honest dealings with Hotel and Hilton but now I am very skeptical. Some changes apparently need to occur by me or them.

They gave me the wrong room but I only found out after I had put rose petals and started a bubble bath with candles because it was the night before me and my wife's wedding that was the first thing that she noticed when she walked into the room that it was the wrong room so we had to go up front and spent 45 minutes getting a new room that was contaminated by a another family who was given the wrong room as well and they blamed everything on the fact they was booked through Expedia when I ask to speak to a manager regarding the situation they said that they had nothing to speak to me about because it was expedia's fault
