Paint went right over bad trim boards. So remodel was a bit sloppy. Street noise and neighbors start very early in the morning. Not hot now, but I suppose the Arizona heat is the reason for the very early start to the day.

I always like this hotel . The rooms are very inexpensive and the hotels doing renovations and it's looking great . My favorite thing about this hotel is the price of the rooms. In addition, it's a small property which makes it quiet and less concern about anything negative occuring in p0p0

Staff was friendly but I have no idea how there is an excellent rating on this property. All night people are going in an out of their rooms, it seems like a bunch of tweakers live here. A car was left running all day, parked, with a window busted out. Wonder if it was stolen? Insides of the room look nice. Never again tho

This is a dated property and shows it's age. The room was clean but rough around the edges. The bath mat had shoe footprints on it! For the price it was adequate.

The guy at check-in was really nice. Is the dirtiest most disgusting unhealthy room I’ve ever been in. Pubic hair is all over the place. Greasy countertops. Dead bugs on the floor. Cops outside. Parole officers is checking on people.

Good lighting. Check in staff was friendly. Small and likely "family run" hotel which we love, but sadly, SO MANY reasons to not stay here. Cons: Dirty. Dirty everywhere except the sheets, mini-fridge, and microwave. Filthy floor. Swept, but not mopped. Black socks after walking around the room for 5 minutes. 2 guests in room and we were left with 3 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat, no anti-slip mat for shower. No plastic liner for the ice bin. Bathroom trash can had garbage in it from last guest. Opened and used soap in shower. BAD area of town. A lot of homeless milling around. On a loud and busy street. Scary clientele - loud, disrespectful, fight at 2am - just waiting for the bullets to start flying. Nothing worth seeing or doing nearby. Many repairs needed, but the ones they have done are very poorly executed. Just overall gross! Sorry!

Akki at the front desk was very helpful. The room was fine, if maybe a bit dated. Parking was plentiful and free. The only issue I had is that, even though they tried to put me in a room on a high floor that was quiet, there really is nowhere in the motel that can avoid road noise.

Great in a pinch, woukdnt go back if i had the choice. Room wasnt filthy but it wasnt clean. The bathroom window had a broken screen and the windo was wide open when we arrived. The bottom of the shower had black bits in it and disnt look cleanes so we didn't take showers as we hoped.

An exceptional surprise! Clean, updated, plenty of good towels and linen. Free granola bars and bottled water on arrival. Great location and welcomed warmly on arrival! Don’t judge the exterior, it’s a winner

Easy check-in, clean room close to lots of restaurants

Cheap motel, full of low class people parting until 1:30 am. Watching tv in their rooms at such a high volume that kept me wide awake. Slamming their room's door at 1am talking out loud in the parking lot. The room itself was fine, although it look like a reaconditioned old room. It was cleaned though. Would I come back? NO.

No shampoo, water tasted terrible even for brushing my teeth, walls were so thin the snoring from the next room kept me awake. Boots thumping and crates were being moved in the room above. A loud idling truck which honked several times kept me awake after about 4:00 am.

Worse, the floors are all tile so you'll hear every dropped shoe, dragged chair (SO much dragging!), and slammed door. Another major problem: the motel is *right* on an extremely busy roadway, and you'll hear Every. Single. Car, Truck, Motorcycle, and Heavy-Footed Pedestrian. Throw in the fact that the doors have ZERO weather-stripping, and you'll need earplugs, a white noise machine and a double-shot of whiskey to get any sleep at all. This is a damn shame, as the room itself was one of the least expensive in the area and pretty nice on its own. Clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Great pillows. And, again, the staff was aces. I just wish they had a property that was worthy of their great professionalism.

The room seemed to be recently renovated. Very clean, comfortable beds, refrigerator worked fine. My only complaints was the loud traffic on 4th Avenue. It was very loud and made sleeping through the night difficult. Maybe some better doors and windows would help.

Quality service is the best in Yuma county , awesome service , rooms are clean and beautiful , the staff will go all out to accommodate you always and go above and beyond .

Comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable and the Bathroom was clean but they needed a handrail inside the shower and next to the toilet. It was very noisy and I know they have no control over the outside folks. The other patrons should not be encouraged or allowed to sit on the stairs that we have to climb, smoking and drinking and talking on their phone. Also you need a permanent sign in front of the motel. It was difficult to find until we turned around and came back and saw the banner.

Absolutely positively not!!!!….. we didn’t even stay. We took one look and we had to leave. It is an unsafe, not clean, horrible scary hotel and I really hope I wasn’t charged for it.

It is an older hotel rated two stars so I didn’t expect much, but it was nice, the desk clerk was very professional, and I felt safe there

First of all the room was not ready at check in time, we had to wait until 3:20. The location is not the safest, shady people walking around the area. The room need several repairs(bathroom had water damaged wall/door frame. You could see light between main door frame and door. The room had a weird smell to it, even if it was smoke free. You could hear every car that went by on the street. I asked for extra towels and shampoo, I had to remind them twice before receiving my request. Office is closed at night, therefore, NO office staff at night. Don't stay here...at least we won't.

It was very clean and comfortable bed. What I needed for a nice nights rest to keep traveling.

It’s family run and the son “Het” was so very pleasant even though I booked on Hotels.com. He offered additional coffee and a snack. The room was very nice. The bed and pillow super comfortable. It’s a basic motel so not like. $200 a night place but I was very happy. I walked into and back to the Historic District and felt quite safe both ways. I highly recommend this Inn

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean immaculate. The gentleman at the customer service desk was excellent I didn’t know how to open my door he came to the rescue to help me. I go to Yuma once a month to visit my mom. This motel is where I’ll be staying from now on.

Newly rennovated, low cost option - was just there for the night going to the Dentist in MX. The staff quickly accomodated my request for a chair at the pool (new pool furniture on order). Beds comfy - clean room.

When I first went to check in the entryway area was very uneven- definitely a safety concern. The staff was very kind and helpful. This review may seem negative, but it’s more about the facility being so old than dirty. That being said, I survived for my budget.

The room was a good price value for a quick overnight stop while passing by Yuma, Arizona. The King bedroom was clean and comfortable, and just what was needed for the night!

I have stayed there twice before without issue. This third time, I didn't make it to check in until later the next morning. Since I had not stayed in the room and was a former guest, I asked for a partial refund were I not to check in, or a one to two hour extended checkout time. Both requests were denied. I was told that the late check out was not approved because of the next guests checking in. However, in the next breath I was told that I could pay $20 extra for a late checkout. Apparently the next guest to check in was a $20 bill.

I just want a clean, comfortable bed and a clean bathroom when I make short overnight trips. I don't need any frills, I'm looking for a good night's rest. This motel is an older building and is currently being renovated by the owners. I was the first customer to stay in the newly renovated room 103! The renovation was well done: fresh new paint, new tile flooring throughout, new king-size bed, new furniture, new bathroom vanity and countertop, modern fixtures, flat screen TV, compact fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. For dinner, I walked down the street to a nice restaurant and enjoyed a delicious Mediterranean salad topped with grilled salmon. The motel room was quiet and I slept great. I will be back!

It was affordable and available without any hassle.

As of 4/3/25, they are in the midst of major renovations. (New windows, beds and panels of some type were being carried in, old furniture sitting in the parking lot.)
