Second time staying here as of 6/26. Great place to stay. HDE never disappoints. Looking forward to staying here next time I’m in town.

Staff at this hotel are very polite and helpful. On this trip I really needed to check in 4 hours early and they accommodated me. The rooms are always super clean, inlcuding the restroom. Beds and pillows are in good shape and comfortable.

Friendly people here and extremely clean room and breakfast the best almost full menu. I wish all the Holliday’s were like this one

The hotel is right off the freeway. It looks like it’s rather new. Very very nice looking rooms. Seems like plenty of space and the staff is very nice. One thing I would suggest if you use bar soap for you need to bring your own cause they don’t only have the pump soap and lotion in the bathroom. I’ll give it a thumbs up and if I ever go to Yuma again I will be staying there.

My family feels safe, almost like our second home when we travel. This is the place for us. Staff is outstanding, food excellent and rooms are accommodating. I attempted to cx reservation with booking. My daughter had booked the room and I booked it too. I called the hotel, called booking, and had to email them several times. I am trying to be refunded and have gotten the run around.

Staff, clean, free breakfast, felt safe, sign in bathroom about toiletries, iron and ironing board in room, spacious, nice little gym, pool towels. The green is pretty ugly, no blow dryer.

cleanliness of room and common areas. Staff was friendly and when out of their way to answer my questions. The rates were reasonable. We paid much more in San Diego and the facilities were not near as nice as yours. Plan to use Holiday Inn Express in the future.

Booking Too much loud noise next-door at night and couldn’t sleep well or comfortable then our bathroom door did not lock

No shampoo in my room, makes you wonder what other corners they cut in turning the rooms over. Lots of noise from other rooms and it sounds like stomping when people walk around upstairs. Staff was very friendly but overall very unimpressed for the price.

The only thing we wished for was to have hook-up for the car that would have been great. Otherwise we are always happy when we stay at the Holiday Express.

Had an early check in thanks to Ricardo!! His personality is awesome and he was so friendly, definitely will be back. The room was perfect and that ac had the room so cold we stayed in most of the day. We didn’t get to use the pool because we were tired but we will next time. This hotel is away from traffic and it was very quiet.

This is by far the nicest staff at a hotel. Genuinely good caring people that work very hard. They really try to do everything to ensure your family enjoys their stay here. It was very clean and the front desk was superior.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. We came to be with family after my mother-in-law passed and needed to add an additional room last minute. They were quick to accommodate and to get us close together. We even got a discount on our second room. I wished I had thought to get the staff member's name who I talk to you on the phone about the arrangements and who checked us in. He was absolutely wonderful.

Near the interstate (but this is also a con if you are light sleeper) Easy to get into town for more dining options Decent pool Room was cleaning, had coffee, fridge and microwave Cons: Hard to sleep at night you can hear the interstate all night July 4th the fire alarm went off for several minutes in the morning and then shut off - received no communication whatsoever from staff (there was no fire) Pool towels are basically kids sized (bring your own) Alan who worked the morning shift 7/5 was creepy and made my husband uncomfortable. My husband wakes up at 3-4am as he's in construction. He went to lobby to drink his coffee and watch the news on his phone. He says Alan was constantly pacing around theh room staring at him and twindling his thumbs. He came back tro the room and asked me to pack up to leave because of how uncomfortable he felt. As I was checking out by myself I asked for his name and asked why he did that because my husband was a guest. And he said "that's just what I do when I'm here" no apology or anything. The price was right but we won't be back to this hotel.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was particularly nice, and the staff tending it wete especially helpful. I usually do not interact with the breakfast staff, but on our stay, I talked to Elizabeth who I learned was supervising the breakfast area. She was courteous, helpful, and a terrific worker.

The hotel did not want to drop Us to the AirPort.

We just stayed here for night since we were heading up to San Diego. It was nice and comfortable after a long day of driving. We also brought our fur baby and overall was a great experience. Go eat at Boston Pizza. It was AMAZING!!

Had a late check in and was dead tired from a long trip. Was greeted by one of the most friendly gallery hosts I've ever met. The gentleman was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. I only apologize that I was in such a stupor from travel that I failed to get his name or properly thank him for making my check in experience easy. The same can be said for the gentleman working the desk the next morning when I checked out. Just overall a very friendly staff and atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was the hardness of the pillows, but that's a preference thing and not on the Hotel. Shower worked great, and everything else as well. There isn't crap on TV anymore but I just needed the bed.

I like the Holiday Inn for their clean and safe hotel, courteous and professional staff, and food options.

Wonderful chk in with our friendly check in. Explained everything we needed to know with perfect simplicity. No add on stories just facts and in a polite and cheerful manner. Very sweet and a perfect person to greet us guests. Will return. Lived our stay.

Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable but our first room had no hot water and since maintenance was gone we were given another room which meant packing everything back up and moving. Went to take showers and found no hot water! Tried again in the morning with the same result. Firt time we stayed we were very impressed not so this time.

Very nice and excellent staff. Stayed one night on our connection to Baja. Second stay was on our return. We stayed mainly because it offered transportation to and from the airport. Flights are late coming into Yuma and early leaving. Found in the pass Ubers and taxi are non-existence. There breakfast has to be one of the best for hotels. The ladies that take care of that were great.

Cassandra and Riccardo were so welcoming when I checked in; I was also upgraded for free!! My King Suite was so comfortable, clean, and quiet!! The shower was also fit for a Queen!! I give my stay above 100!!

The room was clean & the property was very nice. The breakfast staff was EXTREMELY rude & unwilling to put more items out even though breakfast was still open for 45 minutes. Our AC was broken & they replaced the unit right away but the cover didn’t fit properly which did create a safety hazard given that I had very small children with me.

Great location (right off the frwy). Two big truck stop gas station on other side of hotel. Loved the free breakfast! Elizabeth in the kitchen was so welcoming. Front desk clerks were friendly as well. Will stay here again.

The bed is a little too firm and we were woken up at 2am to screaming adults coming back from the bar

The staff are warm and inviting. The two stars of the show were the little lady that serves, tends, and replenishes the breakfast (she is amazing and does a meticulous job) and the person at the front desk when I arrived. Both went over and above to make my stay great.
