Great place for a quick stay in Yuma. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was fast and easy, and the overall experience was smooth. I’d definitely stay here again.

What we really appreciated was the absence of chemical air fresheners. Many people are sensitive to such chemicals and we see no point in exposing ourselves to unnecessary chemicals. Good choice on the manager's part. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, have space and have a kitchenette. Overall we highly recommend staying here.

Staff was fine, good location and they were in a good location. It's close to a lot of amenities! The breakfast needs a makeover. NO waffles, pancakes, told maker was broke but I would think they would have a back up. The variety of food that was available was not good. Don't let the picture of the breakfast bar fool you, it's not that good. No sausage links or patties. No bacon!!! The only meat option was a polish sausage, potato wedges, not hashbrowns, For the price paid I expected more. Rooms were clean and okay but a little dates and signs of wear. For the price point I would look at more options!!

Room was ok after changing to one with hot water. 2nd time that has happened. Otherwise quiet clean comfortable. Breakfast was good for my partner. I wasn't feeling well after dental so i skipped it .Convenient to dining and highway.

Manager was nice at check in. The bedding was soft and comfortable. Ceiling fan in the room was nice. Breakfast was good- sausage one day, bacon the other. Potatoes and eggs. Yogurt, oatmeal, pastry. Overnight oats was a surprise- never seen that before. Tasty

The room was clean, convenient location on the way to California. The staff was amazing - Steven at the reception and the lady who prepared breakfast - super nice and helpful. Great staff ! The PET FEE - INSANE - very expensive - hence only 4 stars - 100 dollars ! We stayed one night with one small dog that is fully potty trained and paid 100 bucks !!!! - even being Hilton Honor member was not of help here. Will definitely not stay here again if traveling with our dog. 100 dollars is just too much.

Wonderful staff. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Convenient to restaurants and shopping if desired. Wednesday evening reception was a nice touch and breakfast was an added benefit, especially the morning if chicken carnita…yummo.

Check in was simple however there is no TRUE RV parking or trailer parking as mentioned in the description. Room was pleasant, however the room above us was loud and we were unable to rest comfortably.breakfast was decent and eatable

The property is all suites. Lots of room. Nice rooms with full kitchens. Quiet rooms with not a lot of traffic.

Pretty good over all. 5 day stay. Trash never picked up when left in hallway for 3 days. No hot water on first day. Moved rooms. Hot water was great then. Breakfast was adequate but boring. Front desk was very heloful and nice. Restaurants within walking distance.

The beautifully new hotel looked great but skimped in crucial areas: HVAC (AC was loud and "fan always on" setting wasn't functioning, so I had to turn off the AC overnight), mattress (had no "give" so was uncomfortable for for side sleeping), and refrigerator (made loud intermittent clicking noises). Otherwise, it was a quiet hotel with a decent breakfast.

Eddie the manager worked with us to stay another night. I will return to this hotel.

Everything was amazing!!!! The only draw back was that the room seemed like it used to be a smoking room, so it had a weird odor....The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. When we checked it, the gal walked us to our room. Sooo sweet!!!

The hotel is Clean, new looking and smells nice. Breakfast was good and filling check in and out was a breeze.

Cons: I did not like and thought was inconvenient walking out to the patio across to another side of the building to get to my room. Didn’t like that the breakfast didn’t have any fruit available. Just had a few apples, no bananas. Coffee was not hot enough. They also didn’t offer the bags behind the counter with water bottles and a snack. I could have used one because I had to leave by 6 and couldn’t stay for breakfast.

Room was mostly comfortable, however, the heat did not work properly in the living room area and there was no one available to fix it. Also, the parking is NOT free as listed…we were charged $5.12 per night for parking.

Excellent front desk and breakfast personnel customer service. Friendly, communicative, accomodating. Only issue is on the top floor room where we stayed, #405 the air conditioner is extremely loud and when off, there is a rumbling sound that never stops...like a motor running on the roof...annoying.

We needed to check in early because of a medical procedure, and were given the room early so I could rest and recover. Very spacious, lovely room and great staff.

We stay here often for business. This time the room we had was with a bed that sank to the middle. They quickly gave us another room but it wasn’t much better. All the other stays have been great and we choose this hotel because of the comfortable beds. Maybe time for them to replace some

Family trip for the holidays. Was very pleased with everything. Staff was great! One of them actually helped us out since I was struggling with the cart and stroller. Only con is that the breakfast was the same every day due to covid so we chose to eat out for breakfast.

So disappointed, despite having a grandson, part of our travel party, in the hospital preventing us to travel, the hotel refused to offer a credit. There reasoning was I did not cancel the reservation outside of the 24 hour window I can see if I just changed my travel plans, but we couldn't leave town yet. I would have figured a large chain like Hilton would have been more understanding. Wow.

Room was not clean as promoted for Covid Safety. Kitchen was not clean, stove had debris on the stove. Hotel personnel took care of the matter immediately and manager refunded me for one night stay. Personnel was extremely nice and attentive.

Homewood Suites overbooked. we had to stay at a motel. I'm am being told by people that I got pushed out of my reservation is because I used Expedia. I think I will always go through the hotel directly for now on.

We enjoyed our stay, just unhappy with a dog fee of 125.00., never heard of being charged as we haven’t been charged in other hotels for our small pet. She even told us just as she’s charging our credit card. Not professional about explaining all charges.

There is a lot to say about this but I believe that much of it could be caused by the manpower shortage caused by the covid-19 scare. However, the attention to detail of the cleaning crew was subpar. We had cobwebs all the way around the ceiling. We had to call them to come clean after we found a dead cockroach on the window sill. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and comfortable for the price we paid.

One of our best stays ever!!! Excellent service! All of the staff was incredibly warm and friendly. Only thing I can complain about was the couch in our room. I can see where previous guests had spilled stuff or got something on it and was not cleaned up. Also the ring around the shower head, that covers the wall, had come loose and had fallen forward. Aside from these two things, we truly enjoyed our room.

Our 2 night stay was ok, nothing to make it stand out. We had put the do not disturb sign out to sleep in and took it off when we went out later in the day. However when we came back they had not cleaned it. Also the breakfast was very basic not tasteful at all, I had reserved this hotel instead of another one because breakfast was included and thought it was a slight better deal, but honestly we might as well have just purchased breakfast elsewhere. Other than that it was fine, room was nice and clean when we checked in and staff was friendly.

Property description book on couch table was all messed up and not in the 3 ring binder. There was no notepads or pens. Room seemed large enough, but all furniture mismatched and out-dated. Hallway smelled of body odor. Not the best physical location as there were unsavory types lurking at the entryway on my arrival that seemed to scope out targets. I wouldn't stay here again.
