Absolutely loved the doors leading to pool from inside the room. Also if you wanted something out of vending machine just cut, through back. There really wasn't anything I " didnt like " per say BUT since it was a question
- 4/5
Breakfast, basic. Construction and difficulty with an exterior door. Prefer not to be on first floor. Staff offered o move me on the second day of my stay. Fire alarm went off. There was no loudspeaker message stating a drill or not. Breakfast, basic. Construction and difficulty with an exterior door. Prefer not to be on first floor. This hotel is our stop in Dallas. We love the 1st floor rooms facing the pool. Love the room has another door so you can walk right out to the pool. Beds are comfortable! Breakfast was good. I'm sure I'll be booking again soon. Nothing. Everything was ok!

They are updating the entire property. It was very clean and felt safe. Would definitely recommend.

Locations Snell of room when we arrived
- 4/5
NA The hotel was in process of refurbishement and all the carpets and walls in the corridors had been pulled out.
- 5/5
They were remodeling but the room was great, breakfast was better then expected and my kids enjoyed the pool.
- 2/5
We had a room that faced the pool on the third floor. The sun hit the windows in the afternoon. We thought the air conditioning would cool it down while we went to dinner. It never adequately cooled the room, and we were very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Fantastic La Quinta location. 10/10 recommended.

We have stayed here a few times. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. There’s never been a single problem. Even when they were doing renovations to the main lobby area where breakfast is usually served, they set up a great spread with microwaveable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches (yum!) for the hot breakfast option. Honestly there was nothing we didn’t like.
- 4/5
Had a great stay. I was very impressed with breakfast and how nice everything was. Would stay here again.

- 4/5
I love the amount of pillows on the bed, BUT they could definitely be replaced as they are quite.....stiff and not quite comfortable! Other than that, everything else was perfect.
- 3.5/5
Was under construction
- 4.5/5
Everything was great. They even allow you to check in early for a fee, and with a small shop downstairs, the Wi-Fi worked great. It was easy to get in and out.
- 4/5
Rooms could have been cleaner
- 5/5
After loading up all my belongings in a UHaul for a move, we stayed here for the night. Check in was smooth, the room was a nice size, and the included breakfast was handy the next morning. I would have liked a tea other than Lipton, but, no biggie. The lobby was super clean, and they were actively cleaning when we checked in. It seemed to be very very clean at all times. Love that! The room had a regular front door, and a back door right to the courtyard with the pool and planes overhead, which was cool to watch. I didn't notice any noise once in the room, so all good. The value for the price was wonderful. Less than other hotels in the area, and seemed in line with the other more pricey hotels nearby. Overall, a great stay.
- 5/5
Best value hotel I've ever stayed at!
- 3/5
They were renovating while we were there…. The rooms were not clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
- 5/5
Very comfortable (overnight), helpful staff. They are doing construction but it didn't take away from anything.
- 5/5
Dp and Ryan at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure for a great stay
- 1/5
Unable to early check in.
- 5/5
Good overall
- 5/5
I really love this hotel and it is my choice for staying in Dallas
- 1/5
Now I will NOT TRUST THE WYNDHAM NAME. Shower had hairs and other detritus on the wall and on the soap dispensers. Front desk man knew that I was leaving 4:30 AM, but 4:45, he was in the middle of putting out coffee and hot water -- I did not get any. Breakfast area about 2 feet wide, with people in there waiting for their waffles to cook, everyone in everyone else's way and bumping. NO HALF-AND-HALF, NOT EVEN IN THE SMALL UNREFRIGERATED CONTAINERS, ONLY FAKE COFFEE MATE CR*P-CHEMICAL-BAD-OIL UNHEALTHY "WHITENER". Nothing for coffee in the room, no sweetener, no "lightener", just 2 packets for black coffee. Shower design was insane---glass shower door did not open on the side with the faucet, so you have to stand inside the shower and get doused with cold water in order to turn it on. And shower door was extremely heavy and hard to slide. AND THE WORST -- THE HALLWAYS WERE SPRAYED DAILY AND HEAVILY WITH SOMETHING EXTREMELY SMELLY. Don't know if it is febreeze, anti-pest chemicals, or someone's (terrible) idea to try to make it smell good because the carpets were so dirty, BUT ALL OF MY CLOTHES NOW SMELL OF IT, AND THEY ARE OUTSIDE IN THE SUN TO TRY TO GET RID OF IT, after being home an entire day. I can try to get the smell out with bleach -- except for my silk coat that cannot be bleached. THE SMELL BURNED MY THROAT even to walk through it, and I would try to hold my breath until I got in my room. Supposed to be under construction, but on work day Friday, nothing done.
- 5/5
Very clean I had a peaceful stay I coffee was hot.
- 5/5
Clean room good breakfast, everything was great.
- 5/5
Undergoing some renovations, but the place was clean and staff was most helpful.
- 3/5
Currently putting in new carpet so there is a strong odor and several halls half carpeted and supplies laying around. For the room price the hotel was ok. Bathroom could have used a good mopping even asked for cleaning on day 2 and still had dirt in corners spots on tile floors
- 1/5
Honestly the worst hotel ive ever stayed at! From the moment we got settled in, they double booked our room and someone tried to key into my unit! Kids playing in the halls until 1 a.m. then after breakfast I needed to potty. MY own room key didn't work. They had to assign us new keys, one of which also didn't work. I had to use another patrons toilet to avoid disaster and they didn't even have running water to it. Had to be turned on by the tank. On top of that I woke up on a completely flat pillow! Terrible night's sleep. Cable that had about 18 channels total with a remote that didnt have a guide option, staff contacted me via my room but then my phone would not dial the desk, had to use my cell phone. The absurdity that occurred was unimaginable considering we had just come from a wonderful stay at LaQuina in Galveston. Get it together Addison, TX
- 4/5
Under construction for carpet but really like this hotel
- 5/5
Clean room, reasonable price, safe location.
- 3/5
Breakfast was a disaster no cups for coffee, overflowing trash. The ONLY two positive things I can say is that the pool was nice and staff were super friendly. They are currently replacing the carpets so expect a mess until that's completed. Ice and vending areas are messy and only ice machine working is on first floor.
- 5/5
Had a great stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Great location and overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Plenty of choice of restaurants. Quiet area, safe, walkable.
- 5/5
Great room and pricing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe hotel
- 5/5
The only place I stay at DFW when I’m in town
- 4/5
Great hotel for the price. My only negative us that the carpet in the hallway outside my room was missing and only padding was there but not put down with anything so I almost tripped twice. This is a safety hazard.
- 5/5
Great establishment and very clean!
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Nothing fancy, but the bed/bathroom were clean. Need some updates, 2 lamps in the room had no light bulbs, and the electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom. If you are traveling with dogs, the hotel charges only 25$ extra. There are also a lot of grassy areas to walk your dogs.
- 5/5
Breakfast was delicious! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Only downside is only one elevator was working so the wait to go up took forever so we used the stairs, I guess not too bad of a downside since the I was "exercising" 😂 Great place 👌
- 5/5
Great hotel. Better than expected. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
The continental breakfast was fresh and served on time.
- 3/5
While this property has renovated the room I was in, it is lacking in comfort. The A/C lets the room get warm then cools it down to too cold. The shower looks very nice, but the fact that one door is bolted in place makes it where you have to step into the shower to turn on the water (which immediately starts flowing from the shower head) then for 20 seconds the water is cold. Once the hot water is flowing the temp is OK, but it takes standing in cold water for a while. If the one shower door was not bolted in place then I could reach inside the shower, turn on the water and let it warm up before stepping into it. The bed was just not comfortable; it was OK but I never got a good night's rest. And, finally the "free breakfast" is minimal during the week. On Saturday and Sunday they served scrambled eggs, but not during the week. On the positive side my room key worked all the time, parking was good, and the location convenient to the conference I attended.
- 4/5
I arrived late and left early. But, everything was good and the young guy on reception was very helpful in helping with a completely unconnected problem. Some guests can be a little loud.
- 5/5
Great stay, just need a better breakfast option.
- 5/5
Clean quiet rooms, okay breakfast
- 5/5
Room was good value. Lots of good restaurants and pubs walking distance from hotel. Very corporate area and quiet in evenings. Felt very safe walking around at night, even at midnight walking back dinner and drinks.
- 3/5
You get what you paid. Staff were friendly. Pool and small gym. Free breakfast but nothing fancy. Would stay again if on a budget. My room the toilet would keep making noise. Photos on website seem outdated.
- 3/5
Find another hotel, I will not be coming back to this hotel, plus is not what they show in the pictures!
- 5/5
The rooms were nice and spacious
- 1/5
Not shown as picture , no carpet & was under maintaince
- 5/5
What I didn’t like is that there was dead bugs in the corner of the restroom visible for me to see them and the bottom blankets of the bed were stained with blood. Roaches were walking around the hall. I also didn’t like the fact that if you stayed there for more than 1 night you will need to get your hotel card reprogrammed every day because it stops working.
- 3/5
this place needs some renovation. the breakfast was slim Pickens.
- 3/5
It was ok but going through a renovation and unfortunately that influenced my perception of the hotel.
- 5/5
Gran ubicación
- 5/5
Great place if you have dogs. Clean and staff was friendly.
- 3/5
The room was clean. The lightingnwas not very good.
- 1/5
The Carpet was missing in the hallways, No signage posted about construction. The 2nd floor was loud and there were dirty towels and soap in the bathroom. We left after an hour and were told we could not get a refund. We had Hotels.comcontact the property and the Manager refused to issue a refund. STAY AWAY! The people that run this place are crooks and are not to be trusted.
- 2/5
The lobby and the room were both nice and seemed clean. Our room was on the second floor which apparently was being renovated. The elevator was dirty, the carpet had been ripped up, baseboards were missing, and there were construction supplies in the hallway and in the "vending and ice machine" area. There was no vending machine, unless it was hidden behind construction supplies, and the ice machine didn't work. I was traveling with my elderly mother, who was in a wheelchair. Despite it being a Monday night and not appearing to be very crowded, we were given a room on the second floor, at the back of the property. There were mattresses stacked in the grass just beyond the parking lot.
- 5/5
great hotel very clean and friendly staff grounds very well kept
- 2/5
yes
- 3/5
Breakfast is just average and the shower was mislabeled red/hot was actually cold and the way the shower is set up you have to get drenched in cold water in order to change the temperature and the sliding door wasn't working properly. I guess they are replacing the carpet because it was all concrete floor and trash sat out in the hall by the elevator all day
- 4/5
Stay was fine. They had breakfast which was satisfactory. Main reception area is beautiful. Only feedback from us to to please get rid of stained blankets. That was nasty. But overall it was fine.
- 4/5
yes
- 3/5
Hot water stop working night before check out
- 5/5
A very great location. Walking distance to many restaurants.
- 3/5
Didn’t have hot water the first morning so we had to shower with cold water.
- 5/5
Breakfast was ok but wished it had fresh cooked eggs with bacon and sausage patties...the parking was perfect great Location.
- 3/5
I love this location, the courtyard is lovely - except for smokers hanging out of their rooms or around the pool. I wish the whole property were smoke free. It is well maintained and updating appears to be happening currently. There were pieces of debris and trash, some blended in to the carpet, throughout the property along the hallways. Also, while they intend to create a fresh smell, the scent the use is strong and chemically. My a/c unit did not cool the room down until 3 am - they offered to add
- 4/5
My only problem would be a better selection for breakfast. Other than that my stay was great staff was very nice, it was clean.
- 2/5
The room was clean but the rest room had some red stains which felt disgusting. The front desk employee was unfriendly. They wanted us to sign a consent that the hot water might not be available. The breakfast was okay. The coffee was cold. There were enough parking spots and the area was safe. Overall, the hotel is good but the stay was not pleasant. The hotel is good to stay for a night or 2 if you have a tight budget.
- 4/5
When got there the carpet in our room was wet, and there was not a lots of choice for breakfast, besides this was a good stay
- 5/5
Rooms were very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Didn't clean my room the whole time i was there Didn't have hot water for showers one day and didn't let me know that they where having problem with the hot water bad communication all the way around will not every stay there again
- 2/5
.
- 3/5
Did not go to the pool or gym. The room was clean enough but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. The worst part was the hot water wasn't working and being a family of 4 we could not bathe in our room due to only cold water being available. We spoke to the manager on duty who took our information but we should've been refunded or given another night stay in the future for the inconvenience. Only cold water is not inviting.
- 1/5
No hot water for the first two and a half days. Hotel offered no compensation for the inconvenience. Strong musty smell in our room. Staff was friendly, polite and apologetic with no manager in site to talk to.
- 4/5
The biggest surprise was when i opened a drawer and found pizza toppings, 2 hard rolls, a can of sprite, and an english cucumber.
- 5/5
Yes, the breakfast menu was fresh, and the pool side seating feel very comfy.
- 1/5
The property is going through a renovation, and the renovation work is shoddy and does not look professionally done. We arrived on a Saturday and were told by staff that the hotel was running out of hot water, and they were working on it. No one ever told us we would not have hot water for 2.5 days. We were not given a discount or an option to cancel and stay at another hotel. The staff did their best, but the manager Vitti should really be held responsible, what type of manager does not show up to deal with the crisis? We never saw Vitti or had communication from anyone at the hotel regarding the status of the hot water. In fact we never saw the manager the 4 nights we were there. We had to constantly check at the desk to get the status. Why didn't they hire an emergency plumber to get the parts to correct the issue at the hotel? It's a public health issue and I will be contacting Dallas Public Health as well. Also rooms were not as a clean as they could be and floors appeared dirty and not mopped. Adjoining rooms are extremely loud we had room 125 and and the adjoining room, always had very loud families and children. The last night of our stay a woman was screaming well into the early morning hours. I finally banged on wall and she finally stopped. I have so many things to say but will run out of characters to write them all. I would not stay here ever again.
- 2/5
The hotel was nice, but lacked basic hot water the entire trip. Not the surprise you want on a tournament trip with athletes.
- 2/5
The breakfast was nowhere near as good as before. There were far fewer options and the food quality seemed much lower. I also noticed old and worn furniture in the hallways, which gave the hotel a neglected appearance. During our stay, I requested housekeeping service twice, and it was never done. However, the worst part of the experience was the lack of hot water. The temperature outside was around 0°C in the mornings, and there was no hot water available. The hotel staff didn’t even notify guests about the issue, and I ended up having to take a shower with freezing cold water. After the great experience I had a couple of years ago, this stay was a complete disappointment.
- 1/5
Boiler went out so there was no hot water and had to ask to get the wifi turned on. Wouldn't stay here again.
- 1/5
The hotel is nice when you walk in and smells good. That’s the only thing good about this place. The room was nasty though. Toilet was leaking and when we were checking in, another guest forced the receptionist to go into her room and showed her bed bugs on her bed. We walked in our room and walked straight out. We demanded a refund. I wouldn’t stay here even if my life depended on it.
- 1/5
The cleanliness here is completely unacceptable. I would give zero stars if it wasn’t for the sweet and helpful lady at the front desk.
- 3/5
The property was beautiful and smelled amazing. The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. Great location and breakfast was good. The only 2 reasons I gave this hotel 3 stars are because: the BED ruined everything. They have those thin mattresses on a raised metal boxspring. You hear it every time you move, and it digs into your leg when you get up. The second issue was the housekeepers. They should be told to keep their voices down at least until after checkout. They were SO LOUD in the halls, and the walls were relatively thin. I was awakened by them talking and laughing.
- 5/5
The perfect hotel! Beds were like a cloud, great water pressure, breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again
- 5/5
Very clean, as soon as you walk in the door the place smells amazing.
- 5/5
Pleasant.
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet.
- 5/5
The room was clean and quiet. I did not visit the pool or gym.
- 5/5
Clean hotel, clean rooms, free parking, plenty of free breakfast choices. We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Great value. Only problem is all the pillows are very lumpy
- 3/5
Room could have been cleaner. No hot water, due to boiler issues they said. Doing renovations, parking lot messy and inside.
- 3/5
Staff were great. Cleanliness of the room could be improved. Lots of dirt and debris along the edges of room, around beds and in the closet. Beds were comfortable though.
- 2/5
There were a few things wrong. The bathroom counters were not wiped down,. There was some sort of dirt or brown film caked on. The water in the bathroom sink smelled like sewer water. I didn't notice it in the shower but the sewer smell was very loud. I did notify the front desk and they apologized and said they would send the maintenance guy who never showed up to my knowledge. The staff was kind but everything else made it very unpleasant. I will not be staying there again.
- 5/5
Clean and good service. The only complaint I have was that the bed was super uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff good location
- 5/5
Staff was prompt and courteous. Hotel is always clean and attended to. Breakfast always a plus, wonderful amenities and great lobby, courtyard and pool area
- 5/5
Property a room was clean and quiet! No complaints whatsoever! Would stay again for sure.
- 1/5
I did not end up staying here for major safety concerns. The Manager assured me I
- 1/5
The entire hotel wasn’t well maintained, floors were dirty, and walls were dirty, elevator looked like the inside of a gas station bathroom stall with graffiti. If I wasn’t so tired I would have left to another hotel and won’t book this one again.
- 3/5
Bed was older. In process of maybe remodeling maybe. Breakfast was just average for the continental breakfast.
- 5/5
Room was awesome. Clean, roomy and comfy. The accommodations for dogs was great!! We will be back!!
- 5/5
The renovations are almost complete and they look great!
- 5/5
The cleanliness of the property.
- 5/5

- 5/5
The room was very clean. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff after check-in.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
The stuff was really friendly, the room was spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the breakfast. Not a lot of options. However great place and would stay again
- 3/5
Front desk staff, he was very nice. Now the bath tubs needs to be updated. Other than that everything was good. Oh, have the cleaning lady needs new mops, she was cleaning the floor with a towel attached to a mop stick
- 5/5
Very clean. Staff very friendly
- 5/5
The hotel was wonderful, always kept clean and extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff were all kind and respectful. Breakfast was offered and every day we went it was fresh and tasted good. There was also a lot of available parking with spots often right in front of your room. Great hotel in a great location.
- 5/5
Will sure will reconsider Laquinta for future visits to Addison and/or around.
- 5/5
We always have a great stay here and can’t wait to come back.. very nice staff, comfy bed, and clean room make our stay enjoyable!!

- 3/5
Remodeling in process. Debris in corridor. Only basic cold Breakfast with coffee in foam cups and plates. Hotel with minimal facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean. Elevator dirty.
- 2/5
The walls are paper thin. We could hear the person in the next room urinating in there bathroom.
- 4/5
Room needed updates Ryan at the front desk was awesome
- 1/5
I've never stayed in a hotel that you had to request housekeeping to make beds and change towels. I will never stay in this hotel again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, nice room, nice breakfast.
- 3/5
Stayed before, great stay last time. This stay not to good, under remodeling, breakfast simple (much greater selection last time). Stayed 3 nights no regular cleaning ( it’s sad you stay 3 nights and not even one day of cleaning room).
- 5/5
stay was accommodating room was not call it. Great I guess because I have a service dog. The barking from dogs that are not trained. Was excessive smelling smoke from the room across the hall from me was disgusting. I’m feeling as if they were fleas on me. It was undesirable. I would suggest the rooms that you designate for service animals or animals in general do not have carpet just use the laminate or the other hard surfaces for cleaning purposes.
- 5/5
Ok. Good for the cost.
- 2/5
First room had hair on the headboard. Second room had some suspicious clear stain on one of the beds. They need to replace the CLOTH headboards with something that can be cleaned thoroughly. They say they were reconstructing but I’m not sure what all that includes. The rooms and hallways need painting and restoration, especially for the location of the hotel. Misleading.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable beds, very nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a very good experience.

Staff is excellent.

clean room, quiet area i loved

Clean room, had an issue with the room door lock not opening and we had to get moved to a different room. They took care of the problem in a timely manner. Will visit again.

- 5/5
So far so good
- 4/5
Breakfast selection could definitely be upgraded and have a staff member who has good customer service.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Nice hotel.
- 1/5
From the moment we walked in, it was one problem after another. The room reeked of mildew, the bathroom floor was filthy, the toilet was backed up, and the shower wouldn’t drain—nothing like standing in ankle-deep dirty water after spending 9 hours at the State Fair. To make matters worse, the comforter had a red “juice” stain on it. Absolutely disgusting. The walls are paper thin—we could clearly hear dogs fighting across the hall. When my daughter asked for an extra blanket because the room was freezing, we were told flat out: “We don’t have extras.” Unacceptable. Breakfast was advertised until 10am on Saturday, but when we arrived at 9:05, we were told nothing would be restocked because “it needed to end at 9.” So much for the posted hours. Yes, there’s construction, but that’s no excuse for basic cleaning and customer service being ignored. When we brought these issues up to not one but two different staff members, we were completely blown off. This hotel failed on every level—cleanliness, comfort, service, and honesty. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
- 5/5
Shops nearby and also safe environment

I have stayed here before and everything was great. I want to say that in my room, 213, the carpet had a weird sticky residue in front of the desk area with the coffee pot and at the foot of the bed. It was kind of gross. It would also be nice if the room included lotion and a shower cap. There were no napkins other that coffee coasters in the dining area and the only fruit choices were oranges and apples, no bananas.
- 4/5
Clearly going through renovations, wish the gym was open, but still a great location and loved that my room opened up to the pool. Great spot for work travel.
- 3/5
Still remodeling the lobby but it will look nice when finished.Supposedly the rooms have been renovated… a new mirror is really all I noticed. The hair dryer is supposed to be hanging on the wall but is not so awkward to use.The rooms need a lot more work but probably isn’t going to happen. The location is good for us as close to family. There is an executive airport nearby so you will hear a few airplanes. The pool courtyard is nice.
- 3/5
Was being remodeled when staying. Food and mall nearby.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet area with nearby places to eat and shop. Price and hotel worked great for us and we would stay here again. No problems.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed at this hotel several time while traveling to Dallas for work. It felt like the perfect choice to stay there with my wife as we traveled for vacation this time. The price is $50 less than other hotels of the same quality. It’s in a very nice safe area and I absolutely recommend it for business or leisure with family. Very very safe .
- 5/5
We stay here every time we make a trip to Dallas. We know the hotel is located in a safe and convenient location. The hotel itself is clean and provides a welcoming atmosphere it also has a nice continental breakfast.
- 4/5
My stay has been good overall. The only concern I have is that I put the dont disturb sign on my door but the house keeper still knocked on my door at 930 am waking me up. Check out isnt until 11am. Also i paid to stay over one extra night. They disturbed me early in the morning.
- 5/5
The room was clean and close to lots of restaurants.
- 4/5
Stay was good but be advised the hotel is undergoing renovations. It is in a quiet part of town and easy to access downtown and SMU
- 5/5
Nice place to stay with family!
- 5/5
I was so comfortable at this Quinta Inn, its was very nice and quiet. I will be back when I return to Dallas Texas.

I enjoyed ny stay for the 2 nights i was there. The only concern i have is the water could have gotten a little hotter but overall very nice
- 5/5
Clean overall
- 5/5
Quiet room updated clean and close to work
- 3/5
The property has been undergoing remodeling, but the repairs have been done without much effort. Things are still very outdated. Their painter was very messy at his job, the bathtub was in bad shape, etc. Breakfast was okay, but the tables weren’t always clean.
- 4/5
Only reason for lower stars is because it’s under construction. So garden lobby and pool are not open to use. Otherwise all great. Large room, nice breakfast friendly staff

The room was nice and clean, just the restroom floor had some kind of stain right at the entrance to the left. The lobby was being renovated, lots of noise in there when we arrived to check in and get our key. It was also a bit dusty making us sneeze. I understand that with guest cosntantly coming they have to do renovations while stays are happening but they should us know before hand. I like that the hotel is pet friendly, having our chihuahua in the room at an affordable price was great. When it comes to the "free breakfast" - they have frozen breakfast sandwiches, not very attiring...we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Gym needs to add some kind of weights or machines to do arms and legs besides the cardio machines.
- 3/5
This hotel is under construction. The whole lobby area is under construction. It does not say this online. No hot breakfast. The room was okay.
- 2/5
Hotel lobby was under construction and hall ways were dirty
- 5/5
Excellent customer service & wonderful breakfast staff
- 5/5
Quick check in, put us right by the pool. Nice staff. Breakfast was lacking, but iverall good stay
- 3/5
El personal es muy amable, pero llegamos al hotel y la sorpres fue que el lobby estaba en remodelcion y habia mucho ruido por las obras de construccion.
- 3/5
There was construction going on in the lobby. No warning that construction was going on. Had to walk a significant distance to the elevator. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom door was an accordian style door with no lock. The AC unit rattled terribly.
- 1/5
Under construction currently, the hallways smelled of urine, and their doors were damaged
- 2/5
Hotel is under heavy renovations and it was disturbingly loud.
- 4/5
Under renovation as of July 2025. The hallways were dirty due to this but the bedrooms were very clean. Both my husband and myself thought the beds were hard and uncomfortable but for a few nights a clean room was important to us. The breakfast was more of just a snack to get you going. They did have a waffle machine but because there was little else to choose from the lines were long and batter kept running out.
- 5/5
Property was under construction
- 2/5
The hotel should have had disclaimer about how much construction was going on and how loud it would be to their guests.
- 2/5
The atrium was a full construction site, under complete renovation and not accessible. Free breakfast was less than usual and put in a small meeting room which was to uncomfortable and chaotic to even try and access. Room had stained bath tub and loose sink faucet. First bad stay at a La Quinta and not up to Dallas Galleria area standards. Should have been at half price for the issues. Hopefully they will address room renovations after atrium.
- 4/5
It could have been cleaner.
- 1/5
We got there and they were having construction they didn’t say anything about when calling the property after that the following morning the breakfast was horrible there were no eggs and sausages only waffles but very little batter and the orange juice was watered down it literally tasted like nothing & if that was not enough There were bed bugs in our bed and got woken up because my husband got real itchy and told me to check him when we woke up and I was checking him we saw the bead bugs literally walking in the head board , we literally cut our weekend short and left immediately in the middle of the night the front desk lady laughed about the matter and she said well I can offer you free snacks

Sucio en remodelación insegura olor a cigarrillos
- 3/5
pillows were very hard, hallways smelled bad, like they were putting some kind of carpet deodorizer every day
- 3/5
Major renovations, unable to have breakfast at the property.
- 1/5
I am not very picky with hotels and usually minor things don’t inconvenience me at all. We stayed at this hotel in late May and decided to book it again in June 26th. Our stay was absolutely TERRIBLE
- 5/5
Room was very clean and quite.
- 4/5
Room was clean for a one night stay and staff was kind and helpful. They are renovating it seemed so at the moment, it’s kind of a cluster for breakfast or easily getting around. My only second glance was our bathroom. It did not look as clean as the room itself (black hair in the sink/tub, spots and rings on the sink counter, clean towels and toiletries thrown haphazardly in cubbies/not presentable, the tub looked old and dirty even though I think it was just old, and the shower curtain was disgusting honestly with hair and brown spots on it). Pool and courtyard were nice.
- 4/5
Needed a last minute booking and they really came through. They're remodeling and are doing a great job of keeping the work area and debris seperate from the usable areas. Very nice and accomodating staff, they did a great job of making it work under less-than-ideal circumstances.
- 5/5
My stay was very comfortable and relax, a nice quiet time was very helpful…
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
The hotel is under construction. The lobby is completely blocked off and they were jack hammering inside while I tried to check in, I could barely hear the employee. They refused to cancel my reservation or give me a refund and insisted that I wouldn’t be able to hear the construction noise in our room. Spoiler alert: I could. I watched the front desk employee book someone for 14 nights at the hotel (on the phone) and not mention that the hotel is under major construction. That is unethical and bad business. This should be mentioned on the hotel’s web site. The rooms have popcorn ceilings and the door of our bathroom looked like the bottom of it had been chewed on. The bathroom was moldy. This hotel needs a major update. I guess they are updating the lobby just not the rooms. Bottom line: don’t stay here.

Always come back!
- 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay here! We could watch planes fly by while we relaxed by the pool. It was quiet and peaceful which we loved. Our room was clean and cozy. It was a bit dark in the room though as there was no overhead lighting. However, that did not cause any issues for us. We had enough soap, towels and toiletries to last through our stay. For breakfast we had eggs, bacon, and waffles. The food was alright, but it was free so I can't complain!
- 4/5
This is the 5th time I have stayed at this location. Always friendly and helpful staff. I booked the rooms well in advance but when i arrived there was construction in the lobby. Wasn't notified prior to arrival. Had to switch rooms due to construction but that was easily accomplished. The staff did their best in the circumstances. Always good staff
- 3/5
Conveniently close to the Galleria Dallas and a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment options
- 4/5
Over all great stay. Staff was great and super friendly. Would recommend and stay again
- 3/5
Hotel was nice and great for my business trip. They were doing some work in a few areas. Bathroom had missing trim on the floor. Overall room was clean and adequate. Guest next on the other hand was terrible. Smoking weed from 3am until morning. Made my room stink and gave me a headache staff was accommodating and assisted me during my stay. Great experience overall with the room and staff.
- 4/5
good
- 5/5
Very few minor issues. But felt very comfortable and safe. Great place
- 2/5
The hotel smells like old cigars, my bathroom sink stunk so badly every time I turned on the faucet, the remote was extremely difficult & time consuming to use & for some reason, even though I purchased insurance, I have not been able to access a refund for checking out a day early. Oh, & I wouldn't give that breakfast to my dog. Awful.
- 1/5
I used to stay there all the time it was always wonderful clean smelled good and everybody was so helpful. This time we came in late they were polite. I asked for a room on the floor. They gave us one and a wing and just walking to our world, you could smell The strong odor of incense mixed with curry and sanitizer. Opened our room and the smell just hit me gave me a quick headache and we asked for another room. They put us on the second floor. as I was checking out, I asked the lady at the front desk. How long have they had this hotel? They said they took it over two years ago which was the last time I stayed there and this one might be my last time sorry to say.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
Nice liked that hotel was indoor, breakfast was great and so was the price. Everything you need was close buy
- 4/5
The hotel needs a deep cleaning. Mattress was hard & sheets were too.
- 2/5
I don’t recommend a stop here. For instance, coffee in the morning but no milk? I recommend the place next door.
- 4/5
It was very good service was great but I do wish they had more options for breakfast
- 2/5
Sketchy people allowed to stay and cause problems out at the pool and knock on peoples doors in the middle of the night and hotel staff did nothing. Looked like prostitution ring/sex trafficking. Bathrooms not clean with hair all over the place. Tiny beds
- 5/5
The staff was excellent. They kept the breakfast area stocked even with the large crowds going through in the morning. Also, we stayed in the first floor. There was a door that lead outside and we were near the pool. It was very convenient.
- 3/5
It wasn’t the most cleanest hotel. We had to change our room because the first one smelled bad. However, even thought we stayed for 5 days, we never had our towels changed on the third day. the beds aren’t the most comfortable. overall it gave a good place for us to stay.
- 5/5
The room was a little humid for some reason. But other than that everything was nice especially the cabanas to watch the air planes take off at night. Very nice stay. Smelled nice too.
- 5/5
Very good location
- 5/5
Nice hotel with a lovely courtyard and pool. Walkable to many restaurants. The Addison airport is close but we only heard a few planes landing. The lobby is bright and spacious and a nice choice of food items at breakfast
- 5/5
Smelled amazing in the whole hotel, very clean and nice area .
- 5/5
Great stay. Nothing to complain about
- 3/5
the hotel was really good, clean, good breakfast we didn’t have a problem with the hotel itself we mainly had a problem about our safety and the staff working the night of 05/02/2025. we are two young females checking in after we checked in the staff told us call the front desk if we need anything pointed to where the elevator was at because our room was on the third floor. out of nowhere this white old man came up to us saying to follow him and he was going to take us to the elevator the staff saw and didn’t say anything so we thought he worked there too. then a couple second later we noticed he was drunk as he was slurring his speech and asking us very personal questions we began feeling very uncomfortable then he got into the elevator with us and we felt more uncomfortable. when we got to the floor he walked the other way but we believed he followed us to our room we didn’t feel safe to stay there. we had called the front desk over 10 times they didn’t answer until another staff a white male who just clocked in picked up the phone we explained the situation he moved us to a room on the first floor with no problem he was the only friendly staff working there. he said they’ve had problems with that man before and the previous staff who checked us in knew exactly how he is of a creep and saw the whole thing and didn’t do absolutely nothing putting our safety at risk.
- 5/5
Overall the stay was great! The room was comfortable, clean, and roomy. The only thing missing was there was no place to put my clothes (no drawers). I was there for 8 nights and had to use my suitcase for my clean clothes and the floor for my dirty clothes. Just awkward.
- 5/5
Excellent service, but cleanliness could be improved. Bathroom had a funky smell.
- 5/5
Nice property conveniently located to where my business trip took me. Comfortable, clean room.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and smelled good. They had replaced the shower and vanity in the bathroom but rented the room without completing the project. Bathroom doors were messed up bad, the trim next to floor was in bad shape. It just looked bad. The stay was not terrible but they could do more for the appearance.

Great
- 4/5
Overall it is just ok for a two star hotel. Asked for room cleaning but not done.
- 5/5
Exactly as you would expect for a middle of the road hotel name. Clean in the areas that mattered, felt safe, and reasonable for the price.
- 5/5
Great!

Very clean and conveniently located

Food options good

Wonderful clean room. Nice breakfast. Great staff
- 5/5
In general very friendly, clean and affordable. The only thing is the gym , not treally much . Bit for sure i will stay again
- 5/5
Nice spot
- 2/5
I did not appreciate my ID being scanned without my permission. He said nothiing about it. I saw my book go out of line of sight and realized later what that was.
- 2/5
We got there and they booked our room to someone else and the pool was super dirty nothing was clean and staff doesn’t clean anything I would book with a different hotel even if it’s the same franchise just a different location
- 2/5
The first room that we stayed in was horrible and smelled like dog and the ac was not working. We got in late and somebody had to come into the room late to fix the ac. The following we were awoken my a crying dog from 8-12:30 we finally were able to change rooms. They should put people without pets on another floor or fine for ruining other people’s stay.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff. Great continental breakfast.
- 4/5
Property was really clean, great parking and location. The area for breakfast could be set up better.
- 2/5
Room smelled like meldew. No air fresher would work.
- 4/5
Lobby and rooms are great, very clean, smells great. Elevator looks kinda sketchy, makes word noises. The hotel is pet-friendly, but there is a $25 pretty deposit I want aware of until after I booked the non-refundable room.
- 5/5
Staff was nice, hotel is a bit outdated but ok for a quick night stay.
- 5/5
I like the atmosphere 👌
- 5/5
Awesome !
- 5/5
The location of the property was great next to restaurants and entertainment. The room is a typical hotel room with thin walls but the overall stay was great. The front check in desk employees were very friendly and very helpful.
- 4/5
Outside the HVAC Unit breaking down on the first day I was there, and the beds not being too good, the rest of the property was good. HVAC unit was fixed about 1HR after it was reported and replaced with a new one. Good customer service and an over all good stay.
