Location Rooms were nasty. Trashy outside parking lot and around the room entrance. Rooms were stank and crackheads everywhere. Actually didn't stay there,we just left even after paying since it wasn't refundable.

The stay could've been better but I asked for disabled accessibility as far as ? wise. I didn't get it nor did I get a ? in room. The ?shaky, as well as the ?. I mean still here but I'm rebooking hoping to receive room I actually reserve. That the front desk clerk wasn't around during check-in time. And had hard very hard time to get into room due to the facility or booking.com so I was told..... The microwave wasn't cleaned prior to. Food particles was left on top of the refrigerator but unfortunately I understand if and is short staffed. I do however adore the employees they worked to get u what u need fo sho!!!!

The location was OK for what I needed. There is no breakfast. They only serve coffee, but the front door was locked so I could not get in to get the coffee out of the lobby. The non-smoking room had a $50 deposit.

Not sure about cleanliness or anything. Our room was not available when we arrived because the previous guests did not vacate the premises. Other room offered was not suitable for our needs and smelled funny. Manager acted as if I was troubling him when I asked questions. Ended up having to stay somewhere else.

This place was rough, the guy act the lobby was nice (although hard to understand). The room had flies, everything looked sorta stained. Luckily, he didn't challenge me much on a refund snd we found another hotel.

The beds were beds. The staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was advertised but not actually offered. The room was in a general state of disrepair with holes in the walls in places and the bathroom door missing the handle. Smoke detector was disconnected.

Didn’t horrible!!!!!! It was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Pee/ feces on walls, stained lamp shades, filthy linen! Blankets towels rags and sheets were all yellow. When I asked for white ones they said there were no more. I just did a 10 hr drive and just wanted to shower. I had to go to family dollar for cleaning supplies. I really tried to just deal with it but then a bed bug crawled on me so that was the last straw and I got my refund and left.

The light didn't work in the bathroom, the bathtub was plugged, the refrigerator was frozen up. I turned it down and it melted over the floor, the internet connection was deemed unsafe by my software. Sometime during the night someone marred my truck.

Did NOT have the room i reserved & paid for available. The room i was given smelled terrible!!! No wi-fi service. Owner was rude & would not give refund for the price difference of the room I was actually put in. Cigarette butts all over outside.

Room was extremely hot with no AC during our stay. Water was brown from pipes. Other guests were very loud.

Do NOT stay at this hotel! It was nasty, lots of creepy, homeless people wandering around, only one light bulb worked, there were no lamp shades, bed sheets had not been changed, it was the dirtiest “motel” I’ve ever booked! We asked for a full refund and the Manager did exactly that, which was nice of him, but I think he’s probably used to refunding money to his guests.

Nothing what they don't list is the $50 deposit fee. what they also don't do so tell you the staff is going to absolutely judge you on the color of your skin. they told my boy friend to not smoke on the room, then turned around and looked at me and told me to make sure he understood he can't smoke in the room. it was uncalled for, and completely out of pocket. I will not be staying here again and I also would not recommend anyone else staying here.

This place was so run down and sketchy that we chose to eat the cost and find another hotel. When we arrived at 3pm we could barely see the sign it was so sun bleached and faded. When we pulled in, at least 4 men were standing and smoking outside closed room doors. The door to the front desk was dead bolted (I’ve never seen this during mid-day). There was a door bell to ring l, and it took at least 3 minutes for what looked like a manager to start walking up from around back outside. At that point, 2 or 3 people who had been loitering around rooms had also started moving toward us. It was not worth the $70-something to find out anything else about the hotel. We later found out from a friend who is from Aiken that this is a bad part of town.

Stay away! There were stains that looked like blood stains on the floor and the shower curtain. I had pre-paid and booked for 4 night but checked out after the first night and they would not give me a refund. Expedia’s customer support was great and is trying to get it refunded.

Check in was very slow. Our room was average, the bathroom was old and dirty (peeling grout/seams, two small, dead cockroaches) The property is well lit which provides some sense of security since it seems like many workers and people live here longer term. Honestly my expectations were pretty low and it got the job done for our one night stay for a horse show.

I was there for work and was supposed to get a non smoking room when got there was informed that would be $50 cash extra. There was people fighting in the room next to mine so loud I could hear them. Stains on the towels no washcloths. Cigarette burns on everything even the toilet seat. I was told they had free breakfast that was just coffee no breakfast at all. Everything they offered was a lie. Very deceiving in their advertising

We ended up here unexpectedly after our tire blew out heading home from Charelston. Given that it was a motel, my expectations were really low. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness factor once inside. I'm not saying it's fancy, but definitely better than what I was expecting. The only thing I'd like to point out is that their listing says it includes breakfast and coffee, but there is no access to the lobby and neither service is offered. The misrepresentation won't be compensated by Hotels.com.

The room was, to put it mildly, a mess. Food on the floor near the nightstand and in the bathroom, brown liquid on the wall, human waste on the toilet seat, oil stained sheets, burns in the covers, lighting fixtures loose, and wet towels in the bathroom. I WAS offered another room, however, I made a reservation elsewhere and slept in my own sleeping bag on the bed. The air conditioner worked very well, and a hotel staff member was quick to come view my concerns near midnight.

First and foremost the staff was very friendly and had no issues helping when I locked my key card in the room as soon as my husband and I arrived and they had no issues with letting us check in a little early. However, the cleanliness of the room was below subpar. The carpet was dirty, to the point that it didn’t even look like it had been vacuumed and the couch had a cover on it that was covered in some kind of pet hair, not sure if it was cat or dog but, we couldn’t even sit on it and I didn’t dare remove the cover to see what kind of condition the couch was in. The bed was clean and comfortable but, the paper thin cover that was on it, barely covered the entirety of the bed. The refrigerator/freezer didn’t work so there was no way to keep our drinks cold. Also, this is a hotel that people apparently live at and can rent by the week. Looked as if a lot of drug addicts live there but, there wasn’t too much noise or traffic. I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay here nor will we ever return.

I'm not sure how this place got any good reviews but it shouldn't!! Very dirty. We had two rooms and one had a leaky toilet that was all over the bathroom floor. It's just rundown. We left and went elsewhere for the night.

Door key never worked. Old and not very clean room. Looked like weekly and monthly rooms are rented out which I’ve found to not be a good thing!

The bathroom and sink area were not very clean. The towels were either not washed or grossly stained. The blanket on the bed had hair all over it.

It was conveniently located and safe. The towels need to be updated. They wer very thin and not enough.

Filthy. Couch cover (not upholstery) didn't fit and had smudge hand prints on it. Bathtub looked like someone cleaned their pipe over the tub. Area was dark with people just hanging around. Looked and felt like a drug users connection place. Office was locked with a bell to ring as if they wanted a little protection too. We looked at the unit and walked right out. The person at the desk told us to talk to expedia regarding a refund. He had nothing to do with outside parties booking the hotel. Felt very unsafe.

This hotel named "Downtown Aiken Days Inn" is nowhere near downtown Aiken. Driving distance, not walking distance. The name is purposely misleading.

I didn't like, the shower curtain had black mold in it. And alod no breakfast when mentioned on booking site that it was offered. Did like, the staff was very courteous and kind, and quiet area, very well lit.

Relaxing stay, good location. Reasonable price. Pool was open, no coffee or breakfast as listed, still using covid. Pleased with stay, 24 hr Mcdonalds 4 miles for bfk coffee!

There was nothing i liked about this property even though it seemed to be going through some type of renovations at the time of my stay.

Very friendly staff. Upon entering room found beds were very hard to sleep in. Very clean rooms though. WiFi is very slow and buffered most of the time we were there.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly, the rooms were not as pictured on hotels.com. You have to pay $5 per day per person to use the pool, which was a nice little pool area. Non smoking rooms are upstairs so some of the rooms still had a smoke smell.

This place is horrible. I had a reservation for 4 days and 3 nights. When I arrived, I was given a room that was very outdated and beyond dirty. the toilet did not flush. The towels and sheets were dirty. Why would there be an ash tray in a non smoking room? The room had funky unpleasant smell. it just had the look and feel of a shady motel. Not the sort of place to be with my 17yr old daughter. I went back to the office and told the clerk we are not staying here. The clerk then showed me two more rooms that smelled of fresh paint. One had exposed electrical wires where an outlet or light switch should have been. We were tired and It was getting too late to mess with trying to find a another motel. I took the least smelly one. I kept waking throughout the night to the smell of marijuana that must have been coming from the room next door. I even looked outside a few times to see if someone was smoking outside the window. Then at 1:30 am came the sound of a woman in the room next door laughing and yelling and her TV volume set really loud. There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised. And no complimentary coffee in the office. I checked out first thing in the morning. The clerk said there was a no refund policy. Shame on Days Inn Wyndham for allowing motels like this be part of their brand. I recommend finding somewhere else to stay. This place is a dump.

The pillows are garbage. Paper thin. Everything else was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was dirty and unkept - things falling off the wall and ceiling, random blobs on the walls, noted dirt on edges, corners, doors and around tub. Most plug sockets didn't work - it was very poorly maintained.

Bath linens and other normally items supplied for the room were not adequate. Mattresses were broken down and bed linens questionable. Front staff were cheerful and pleasant but overall I’d never stay there again or recommend the hotel to friends or family.

The air conditioner did not work and I could not understand how to get it to work. Pillows looked worn and used. I did not even stay there. Felt too uncomfortable

check in was fine other than i had to pay cash when i got there due to hotels.com taking my money out of my account but the hotel didnt receive it. too much loud music ....slamming car doors....car alarms going off ....law enforcement and ambulance were there just after midnight with flashing lights coming in the window. checked out shortly after 12:30 due to all of this and finished my trip home which was another hour away. checked to make sure hotels.com hadnt sent my payment and still hadnt. so i called my bank and waiting on the settlement.

Gave me another room No tv remote so they gave me a 3rd room Then 2 beds no blanket on either bed brought me a bedspread instead of a blanket No stopper in tub to take a bath 😓

The ceiling the bathroom started leaking over night.So I went talk to guy the next morning. He said he would have housekeeping clean the room and he would have someone check out the leak. We were go e to softball tournament till around 6:00pm. Get back in room just to find that room still wasnt cleaned and bathroom ceiling still leaking. So I went talk to guy again this time the guy said he told housekeeping but there was know one at hotel that could do anything this late. So we ended up having to clean our own room. I really feel like i should get my money back.

The check in person yelled at me and was very rude because I didn't notice the sign that the lobby was closed the sign said for night service use window and it was daylight so I walked in and she started screaming I don't have a mask. And I was wearing a mask

I was under the impression that motel was more in the downtown district where you could walk to shops and restaurants but it was not, that was about a mile away. It was not very busy. The bed was harder than I like but thankfully I still slept well. I asked for an extra pillow and the person at the desk got one for me. There didn't seem to be many rooms being used thus it was very quiet. There was a small coffee pot in the room but no coffee or cups. Housekeeping had neglected to leave any. I was able to get some from the front desk. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal, bananas and apples, mini muffins and pastry cut in half. The breakfast area was a few tables set up in the lobby where you check in, the food was on a counter along the wall. We opted to go to a restaurant in town called What's Cooking. The food was very good there.

I have often stayed at Days Inn and have always been happy with the room until this one.

Very very outdated. Many items broken or missing from the room. The carpet absolutely filthy. The last night I was there, someone was breaking out car windows and shooting off of gun. Many police were there. Couldn't come out of my room to catch my flight.

There was a shoot out and I had called the office like five times before someone picked up to inform them there were people arguing badly. Not only that there were no light bulbs we were missing two, microwave did not work and heat did not work so we were freezing. It was the worst stay I have ever had and I got no sleep due to the disguises police

Front desk staff and staff encountered around the motel were very friendly! The after dark scene that occurred in the parking lot with a good number of "ladies"coming and going was not favorable.

Friendly staff needs updating there was black mildew on ceiling in bathroom beds are ok but not the most comfortable.

We're still staying here at the hotel. We're here on Business and We're very pleased with the Property and Staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful giving my situation of being a homeless Disabled Veteran and waiting for donations to pay for my stay. GREAT STAFF!!!
