Everything was good & definitely glad of the improvements from last time

Convenience and Name Location didn’t feel all the way safe(Parking Lot In Specific) Towels felt rough Toilet not working properly, I fixed it myself knowing about small toilet issues and because of time. Was not staying the next day, too late in the am for it not to be an inconvenience on all parties involved.

The room was okay, but it was not thoroughly cleaned. The previous guest’s garbage had not been taken out. The thermostat was not working properly it was stuck at one temperature and I couldn’t adjust it. I also found an empty pack of chips in the nightstand. However, the staff were friendly.

The room was next to the elevators and was very noisy. The tv was in a very inconvenient location on a dresser not near proper seating or good viewing from the bed. Just an odd layout overall.

The area and spacious suite. That there was no pool as advertised and mentioned in all booking sites and their website. Also, the elevator was out of service and we were on the 7th floor during our stay with small children.

The room was worth the cost with the suite style rooms. There's enough room to relax for a few days/week. But it needs upgrades and extensive cleaning in some areas of suite. Unfortunately, we had to switch 2 rooms because the bed frames were bent/broken. They may have to replace all for sturdier ones. Overall, ut was.okay.

The closeness to where we were going for the event was nice Their complimentary breakfast was nasty. I think the waffle mix was expired because it was so sour. The bathroom was also falling apart a bit. The bath curtain was torn

There were double beds on the site for the suite, but they did not have them. The breakfast wasn’t great. The pool was broken and a part of the floor was sticking up in our room.

The place was just OK, it was convenient to where we had to go but decor is somewhat dated and I’d probably give it a C minus overall rating.

The room was missing a few items. The women who checked me in was rude and obnoxious to me and her employee. She was new to the hotel. Not gelpful at all. There were little to no ammeneties. I will not recommend or dyay again

Room was clean but smelled of strong bug spray upon entry . Carpet had a big gap in it - wasn’t installed properly . The hot tub rail was loose and very unsafe . Also the pool flooring was very slippery . Staff at check in was very friendly . As well as the manager that made sure our room was completed - very nice lady . Anyone has entry to the hotel via back doors and the area around hotel made me feel unsafe

This was our first experience with the fact that apparently a number of hotels/motels have shifted to cleaning every two days. Customers should be made aware of this, and adequate space for hanging towels should be provided.

Only one of the two elevators was working, which caused a long and unnecessary wait in the lobby. We also had to change rooms because the first room assigned to us had no electricity, which clearly had not been checked before being given to guests.

The room had broken furniture. The pull out mattress did not have linens. When we pulled it out there was some ungodly stain. The elevator and hot tub were broken. No towels ever at the pool. Trash left outside rooms all day and trash piled in laundry room for over 24 hours. Clearly understaffed.

Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Pull out sofa was perfect for our toddler or small adult only. Pool was nice but hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was nice.. get there early though it gets crowded. Room was very quiet and ac was cold and comfortable. Parking is $10 a day so be prepared for that

The rooms need some upgrades. The sink was leaking, no bedding for the fold out sofa and the bathroom had chipped paint on the walls and baseboards. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable. We would have expected better for the extreme cost of the rooms per night.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and they had lots of amenities. Parking felt relatively secure and it wasn't too loud during my stay. I could sometimes hear noisy people outside of the hotel because of the area it's in, but this wasn't disturbing enough to bother me in any real way. I would happily stay again.

My room was fab, everything I needed. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool and whirlpool area were a bit tired but functional. Breakfast was simple but enough for me. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were all exceptionally efficient and friendly. Tyler sorted me out a room after a miscommunication within the expedia app. The room itself was functional but looking a little faded and in need of an upgrade. A wider range of snacks would be great and the pool was only open from 7 not 6 as indicated by the signs. Thats not a problem but it's about managing expectations!

The property was fine. The phone did not work. I told the front desk every day (5 in all) No fix!! It probably still doesn't work.

The staff was excellent and loved the suites only thing I didn’t like was there was a very strong odor of someone smoking weed on our floor told staff and issue was addressed but checked out a day early due to the next day the smell was back

Stayed for 3 nights . Day1 ok, day2 and 3 only Cold continental breakfast. Nothing in breakfast area was replenished even coffee at 8am. All Marriott hotel that we’ve stayed in different locations that week have real breakfast served. Should not include continental breakfast included if they will just serve “cold continental breakfast only today” not expecting a lot from the place but got disappointed.

Unbelievably dirty, terrible smelling room. Floors so dirty shoes stuck to it. It was horrible, will never be returning.

We came to Albany for the Shane Gillis show at the mvp arena. The room was past expectations! Best room we have ever stayed in. The very best part was the woman at the desk, Casey, she was so AMAZING! She was the best part of the trip! She was sweet and friendly and so informative! Definitely can’t wait to stay again!

There are great restaurants nearby in the historic section of Albany. It's convenient and comfortable. I really appreciate the breakfast. Very easy and fast.

Easy to find staff friendly. Our room was freezing. We could feel heat coming out of room unit but cold air coming in through the window (it was 16 degrees out). The hotel was completely booked based on the number of cars and because of so many people I couldn’t get any where the breakfast they provided

I’ve been frequenting this hotel ever since my husband was in a very serious accident in October. By far the nicest and most helpful staff! So convenient with all the amenities as it has mini kitchens perfect for short or long stays considering the cost of eating out! They have a nice pool and hot tub and a nice work out room! With small appliances, sundries store available and even games to keep you entertained it’s the only place I’ll stay! Affordable price for luxury amenities to help you feel more at home it’s the once place I’ll take my husband after he’s fully recovered. And don’t get me started on how awesome the continental breakfast is!

I've stayed at this hotel many times, as it's near the medical buildings I go to, and in all these stays the WIFI has only worked one time. WIFI doesn't work at this hotel. You can connect to the WIFI, but nothing works, internet, videos, apps, nothing works. I've written to the manager and the company that owns the chain. No improvement.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the common areas were clean and well maintained, the room was spacious however needs to be kept up better. There were water stains on the ceiling, the floor was lifting, bugs in the bathroom, bathroom light fixture was rusted, water pressure was terrible, had to flush the toilet multiple times just for toilet paper to go down, the pull out couch was uncomfortable. Definitely not what I would expect from a Marriott

It was generally comfortable and the bed was good. We had a non-functioning toilet which they were quick to fix and one of the bedside lamps did not work, but otherwise all was ok.

The room was great. Large, helpful and comfortable furniture. It had a good sized fridge and freezer area with a storage box for the ice collected from the ice machine.

The hotel itself was very clean neat tidy. Staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast was good with a nice selection. I did check in later at night and it seemed as if the area around the hotel had declined in the last few years I would not feel comfortable going for a walk around the property.

Sometime the parking entrance gate remain open for longer period. BF items are very limited and not enough supply. Dish washer was just loaded and not clean when we checked in.

My stay was very pleasant. All amenities required were provided. My Sabbath Observance was also accomodated without much bother. There was a problem with the air conditioner in the bedroom. Once turned on, it wouldn't turn off, and the one time that it did turn off, it it came right back on. When I called about that the second night, I was given another suite to sleep in for the night.

9, out of 10.. will definitely recommend to others for future visits

By far the worst thing was the housekeeping - or lack of housekeeping. When we checked in, we were told that they only service the room every other day, which was fine with us. Come the every other day, someone knocks on the door to service the room and we were in it, so she explained (by use of a phone app - she spoke not a word of English) that she is not allowed to service the room while we are in it. Fine. I told her in perfectly adequate Spanish when we would be away from the room.We came back and the room had not been serviced. We spoke with the front desk, but nothing changed. In brief, for a stay of five nights, not once was our room serviced. We put our trash out in the hallway so it would be emptied. We did get more towels (which were REALLY small). We did ask for and get an additional chair for the table and got one, but it was more like an arm chair and not a dining chair. In short, we will never be back and will definitely not be recommending this hotel.

The room itself was a good layout, and the bed & pillows were comfortable. The hotel probably needs to do a deep clean on some spaces. I was also surprised that it was $10/night to park.

There was no hot water

I stayed here for 5 nights, bed bugs in my sheets, no house keeper for 3 days! And running cold water for my shower and i was pissed!!

Don't trust reviews and hotel photos. This is an outdated hotel. We complained about frantic knocking on our door at night but no response from the front desk. Feeling unsafe.

We had a room for 4. Thought we were getting a king and sleep sofa. We got a queen and the sofa bed was really old and very uncomfortable. The front staff were super. I wouldn’t stay there again due to sleeping conditions.

This was honestly a stop to rest with no intention of exploring Albany. That being said, it was convenient & the front desk staff are absolutely genuine, kind, lovely & helpful.

The staff there was very nice and friendly but they were over worked. Not enough staff to have rooms ready as guest arrived Evan those arriving at 7 pm had to wait. Breakfast only had one person trying to prepare and serve entire breakfast crowd several people left without breakfast. Rooms and property were nice . I felt sorry for staff that was there. Poor management.

1. On check in the staff was efficient and friendly but I had to ask about breakfast, and the pool and internet. A sheet with all the need to know info would have been helpful. 2. I am not sure why you are charging extra for parking. Just include it in the price. Having said that, the hotel was good value.
