Friendly staff.

Beautiful room, very clean, good breakfast! Sadly missed the eggs as they restocked them as we were finishing up, but glad to see they got replenished.

This hotel was nestled in a quiet little back street, very clean, very nice area. A bond checking inn the hotel clerk was amazingly polite and very respectful.

The hotel appeared to be very clean. The rooms are comfortable, but the shower and toilet area are very small. The breakfast has improved from my last visit. However, the gravy had way too much salt. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Second room, sheets and mattress cover stained, bodily fluid on base of bed, hair in tub, stains on floors doors walls and baseboards. Curtains old and falling. Only one worker in the evening. She provided everything for me to clean the room on my own, she helped with the new bedding but I had to wipe down everything!! The owner who does the cleaning at checkout knocked on my door 3 times to tell me it was checkout time starting at 11am, then again at 1pm as I was walking out, when I already had 1pm checkout in the system. I selected room based on good reviews on this site, obviously lies! I should have checked google because those reviews are 100% accurate. Never again!

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. This was just a one night stay for our family as we were visiting friends in the area.

Out of hand sanitizer right in front of the elevator. Didn’t realize that there is no outside jacuzzi. Would have chosen another hotel if I had known before I booked.

The staff was really nice. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. Great prices. The beds are super hard and we couldn't get comfortable. I also didn't like that I could hear every single person around me, more than any other place I've stayed.

It was a very nice hotel. Pretty inside and outside. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was in excellent condition.

Upon closer inspection of the room, it was apparent that it had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. In addition, the bedding and floors did not appear to have been adequately cleaned, which raised serious concerns regarding hygiene and guest safety. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid for the room. A clean and sanitary environment is a basic expectation for any guest, and unfortunately that standard was not met. It unacceptable that a room in this condition was deemed ready for occupancy. This situation caused significant discomfort and negatively impacted my stay.

The price was great too.

The check in was effortless, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Twice they forgot to come and clean our room and take out the trash. The bed was terrible, every time you moved it sounded like a sonic boom going off due to the support thing used for the mattress. A/C was difficult at times to maintain. My husband got so hot he couldn’t sleep and we ended up leaving at three thirty in the morning instead of staying the other night we still had booked. Would never stay there again. Sorry.

Nice area, clean and new facility. The outer door leading from stairs to outside should have locked but door was broken and ajar so could be opened from outside. Made us feel unsafe. Coffee wasn’t good, sausage gravy was terrible. Other than that great stay.

The TV remote was very difficult to use--buttons had been pushed so much that you practically had to pound them to get the buttons to work! Needed batteries? The toilet moved when you went to sit on it---needs to be rebolted to the floor. The heater/air conditioning unit in window worked but the temperature proved uneven most of the night forcing us to get up constantly and adjust it.l The morning breakfast was OK but selection could have been better.

Other than that one incident, the rest of my time there was great. It was clean, nice, and the ac worked well.

It was in a good location and staff was excellent. The first room I was given smelled badly of pet urine. The second room also smelled badly, I do not know why. I did not stay and was refunded.

Ron checked us in and was super nice. As for cleanliness it was quite dirty. One of the staff members encouraged us to park as close to the front as possible so our vehicle was not stolen.

My socks were quite brown/black after walking around a bit in the room packing up for the airport the next morning. Didn't make me feel very good about the cleanliness of the whole room after that. Spend some more money and stay at a nicer hotel. Even at $150 it wasn't worth it. Ice machine was broken, no water bottles for sale in vending machine, had to ask if there was water anywhere to buy. Sub-par hotel at least in our opinion.

The bathroom was very small....

Location Took Took 3 tries to get a room key that worked. Rooms are old, lack updates for price.

The night front desk person took 20 minutes to come to the front desk after being called twice about a line of people waiting, then told us we had enough pillows after asking for extras (their pillows have no support). Trash bags were left out in the hall. Elevator broke down. This place looks worse and worse every time we've stayed. This will be the last time.

We passed on breakfast, as it didnt look fresh. Husband said the coffee was horrible and threw it out. It was ok for 1 night. To be fair the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed was fine. I'd give it a B+ especially for the price.

The sheets were not new. Floors were sticky. Toilet seat was broken. Room smelled like wet dog that got worse when we turned the AC on.

Clean facilities. The room was clean and updated. The employees were very nice. The pool still had the cover on it but it was nasty brown water with a few chairs in it.

Same options every day, wish we had the option of bacon every other day. Sausage patties were not good and looked like rubber pucks. Links would be better. Biscuits and gravy is another option that would’ve been nice. The coffee tasted off one morning and I couldn’t drink it.

Like the lake and that it wasn’t so a very busy area. The room was very small. Very very small bathroom. The sink was actually in the room and not the bathroom. They won’t change bedding unless you stayed more than 3 days. I had to completely beg to have a bed change cause my special needs son had an accident. Then, it took hours to just get the bedding and I had to clean up and put it on myself. I will not be staying at this hotel again!

It was cost effective. Were it not for the rain, I would have gone tent camping. So I can honestly say, I didn’t sleep out in the rain. And breakfast was good.

Stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. Traveling alone, I felt safe at all times. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable.

The bathtub where it drains was nasty looked like someone tried to repair it but never clean it. I do have pictures. This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The food was not hot, the front desk had to fix the orange juice as only water was coming out. I will make sure people know how “ well” kept this hotel isn’t

Internet was spotty, TV had 3 channels, my son fixed the lobby computer for them. Breakfast food was gone by 8am and not replenished by 9am closing.

The hotel was nice upon walking in staff very friendly and helpful. Once you get into the room it smelled very musty and old. The water pressure was very low, the sink still had hair in it and there was about an inch and half gap under the door to the room.

Only stayed here because our daughter’s team stayed here. It is not very clean, the lady at the front desk said we couldn’t get a towel because we had just checked in and we had 4. There were only 2 and I just asked for one more. The elevator smelled so bad that I took the stairs the whole trip. Breakfast was minimal and there wasn’t even any water. Thankfully it wasn’t expensive.

The mattress was on a metal platform! When I leaned against it it slid way over the edge. The mattress was not as comfortable as when my husband and I stayed in July/August of 2025.

The room wasn’t OK condition and the staff don’t come clean your room

The staff was great! Didn’t like that the mattress was sitting on a metal box—every time I leaned on it the mattress slide to the other side and the metal box the mattress sat on made strange noises when it was how do I say “bounced” on.

The lady at check in was not friendly. The breakfast wasn't very good either.

The hotel was clean but a little older and had a "value" feel to it, versus any kind of niceness. My only complaint was that the vending machine didn't work. At a hotel, a working vending machine is a must, not optional to repair when you get to it.

we got to room and tv did not work then first morning there was no coffee things were not ready and left over food from day before. staff was arguing with each other over who would fix this. the girl at the desk the next day was wonderful and helped get new tv in room she did inform management of our concerns.

Room was filthy floors especially.Checked in room opened soy sauce wrappers in trash can side tables has food grease on them hair in shower the toilet is bad loose fitted and rocks. Will never stay there again as I think there are new owners based on past experiences.

Staff was friendly

Check in was quick and easy. The room smelled of smoke so we were immediately given a new room. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean except for the floor. Could hear the people in the room next door. Beds were squeaky. Breakfast could have been better. Showers were great. Would definitely stay again.

Just an OK stay….. couldn’t check in a 4:30, when check in time was 3:00, got back to hotel at 9:00PM, didn’t have the room I had reserved, double when my reservation was for king. Guy on desk at 4:30 seemed overwhelmed, overworked, & exhausted.

Everything was pretty good but the water pressure could of been better.

The rug really needed to be cleaned. Couldn't walk on it without shoes. The rest of the room was fine. Lumpy bed. Ok for one night but in no way worth the price. But, equal to everyone else in the area.

First experience walking in was they had so much scent being pumped in the lobby to try and make it smell good that it would take your breath and will give you a headache. The had mold on the tile in the hallway walking into our room. The toilets wasn't cleaned. They said hot breakfast well it is just microwaved egg patties and sausage links and one waffle maker. One major this was after first night we didn't have any more towels so we went to ask and they said they ran out and had to go buy more. We asked OK where are the bought ones were and they acted like it was a issue to go get more towels. They pictures on the site look nothing I mean nothing like the room we stayed in.

Extremely slow check in. First room we were given was not even cleaned from the prior stay of guests. Yes, a nasty room! Second room was clean but lavatory sink was stopped up. Front desk said he was unable to fix the sink due to no maintenance. It was Sat. morning and he said it would be Monday before maintenance would be at the hotel.

While the woman at the front desk was nice and helpful, despite dealing with drunk guests fighting in the hallway, that’s the only nice thing I can say. Place is a terrifying dump. No amenities, rooms bare of even the basics, miserable bed, no elevator, loud guests and thin walls. Place was depressing and scary and smelled like they were using strong cleaning solutions to cover of for how bad the place is. I would recommend sleeping in your car rather than staying here. Booked 3 nights and left after 1.

We found another hotel way better than this one, so my tip for the guest that are going to choose this hotel is, don’t stay there, because there is a lot of better hotel in the same area. Also the location of the hotel is not good, so by the end we were luck to found another hotel!

The bathroom shower leaked some so you could hear it dripping all the time. The floors in the room around areas were not that clean, like they didn’t move things. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a quiet area .

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to allowing me to check in early. I had been up very early catching flights. So when I arrived at the hotel. I had already been up since 2am. The bed was uncomfortable. The side door did not have a lock so anyone could walk in. Our friends room was canceled due to a water leak and they had to seek other accommodation.

One of our rooms smelled of mold and dirty carpet. It must have not yet been renovated because they promptly moved us to another room. The other room was great. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The usual waffles were good, but there is only one waffle iron. The plasticware was so flimsy you couldn’t cut the waffle! The spoons would not hold the oatmeal. The water was not hot enough to make the instant oatmeal and the microwave didn’t work. Coffee was just brown water.

Only stayed here for 7 hrs while overnight before an early morning flight, and would not do it again. The room was dirty, there was a hair in the towels, room smelled of mold, and the sink drain was clogged. The front desk person was really nice and professional at least.

Was on my motorcycle so, parking was fine. Staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean, but it seemed as if it hadnt been occupied in a while. I say that because it had a slight musty smell to it when i first entered. The air conditioni m g was set at 77°. So, i lowered the set point and when we returned the smell was gone. So it may have been caused by humidity.

The hotel is right off the main road pretty close to the airport, which is convenient. We got into our room and noticed that the carpet was sopping wet and the room smelled very musty. I went to the front desk and they switched the room for us. When we walked into the second room, it smelled really bad and the floor which was laminate was greasy feeling on your shoes. I asked the front desk if all the rooms smelled like this and they said what they use to clean with makes the room smell like that. We were hesitant to stay because it didn’t smell clean. We ended up staying but got deodorizer from the store and put the coffee pads in the room to soak up odor. We would not stay here again. It’s unfortunate that the hotel is in this shape and needs TLC

This establishment has super nice staff. They are not in charge of rooms, my room had bugs in it, no towels and you could hear your neighbor pretty easily and l understand where im staying. I think the bugs, l believe gnats irritated me the most, they landed on everything. I would not recommend as there are other establishments in the area. I stayed at one before this one and it was fine. Again, this just might be my opinion so take with grain of salt.

I love staying here. This is a really safe area and the hotel is always really clean. Only thing I did not like was with my sheets . They were scratchy and balled up in spots where they were wore out.

Cheap nice and close to the airport

If the gentleman who checked us in wasn't so nice, my rating would be lower. The first floor was drenched with deodorizer. You can smell it walking up to the entrance doors!!! The second floor hallway had a horrible mildew smell. The room smelled of rotting foot fungus so bad that i gagged so close to vomiting!! There was black hair hanging on the back of the bathroom door and on the side of the tub. The breakfast, something wasn't cooked right as i had diarrhea all day after eating the breakfast. I have respiratory isdues and used my rescue inhaler more than i ever have in a 2 day period. BAD BAD BAD HERE!!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!! IT'S CHEAP FOR A REASON!!!!

I have never complained about smells in my life specially for a cleaner product but there was a dising smell of desinfectant or cleaner product at the lobby when we checked in at night, and it was still sobstrong in the morning that you couldn't eat your breakfast

Staff are warm , professional

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main problem was the internet was terrible. The log on was confusing and it only asked for the password once. All the other times it just let me on, but the connection was terrible. The TV channel guide was like every other hotel we have ever stayed in, inaccurate. Just once I wish they channel numbers in the guide they leave would actually be the channel numbers you turn on. If you don't need internet, I highly recommend this place.

Only thing that was a bit odd was the bathroom was so small. Felt clostephobic

The location was perfect for our stay. There is a walking trail right behind the property. The breakfast was good for a fast pick me up. Our room was clean but was a bit out dated, the green walls made the room dark and dingy. The a/c was a bit difficult to keep a steady temp in the room but we survived. All in all our 3 night stay was good.

Hotel that’s past its useful life. Room was humid. A/C didn’t work. Very uncomfortable beds.

Everything was nice except the food. We ate there one morning… it was edible but it wasn’t good. Therefore, the next 4 mornings were breakfast off property.

Internet was to slow

Stayed there a year ago and it was great value for money. This stay the pool was suspect, the night clerk, was practically non existent, coffee ran out before seven am and breakfast only half stoked. Not good value this stay. The check in girl and older day clerk were very nice and helpful so not a total disappointment

Bed is awful, limited food for the breakfast which is kind of expected though. Main complaint was definitely the horrible hard uncomfortable beds.

The hotel was good. Had a nice walking trail behind it with a body of water. Very convenient to maryville. Only issue was the ac needed to be changed and have filters changed. The smell and if you suffer with allergies (mold) you will have a rough go.

We were in town for the small bore rally. Room was small. Double beds not queens. Very expensive for what the accomodations were. Will not repeat staying here. Bill was 100 higher due to undisclosed taxes. We stayed 4 nights.

The remodel done is not great. It’s looks ok but not completed. Tiles not grouted and old fixtures still in place with updated flooring. Very musty smelling.

The staff was super friendly and the room was spotless. If you want the hot portion of breakfast get to it early as it runs out quickly.

The hotel is perfectly acceptable and exactly what I'd expect: clean, pleasant, etc except that more than half of the equipment in the exercise room is broken. At least the treadmill works.

The first room we were given was supposed to be non-smoking however right away we smelled smoke. The staff was super friendly and she remedied it and moved us to a different room right away. We opted to skip house keeping but did need fresh towels and they were again very friendly and took care of it quickly. I will say that the bed is a spring mattress and was OK but not very comfortable. Also, the breakfast left something to be desired...there was not a huge selection but they had the usual stuff. The eggs though...ugh...they were fried eggs (i think) and were literally grey! I couldnt even eat them. For the price and location, it was a good stay though.

Stay here if you don't care about cleanliness. We found several black curly pubic hairs in our bed and obvious blood splatter on several of the pillow cases. It was apparent that the sheets had NOT been changed. And because it was the middle of the night we had no choice but ask for a new set of sheets that we had to put on the bed ourselves.

Cons: rooms are very small. I’ve been in larger bathrooms in a motor home. The beds are not very good, about like sleeping on an Army cot. Definitely not worth the money you pay. Lots of motels in the area, choose somewhere else.

Check in at 11:30pm was great. The floor of my room was filthy. The room stank terribly, it seemed that it was from the beds having been urinated in and a smelly disinfectant sprayed on them. (It was a handicapped accessible room.) I believe the hotel was understaffed. There was almost no food out for breakfast at 8:10am, despite the fact that there were only two men in the breakfast area watching the news. No eggs, no sausage. Only cereal was Froot Loops. An older gentleman was the only staff and he was working the main desk. He tried to help when I informed him about the state of the breakfast. But he had to get there first, then begin to thaw the eggs and sausage. I was unable to wait for the food to be ready. It was all very pleasant, but it was a serious fail. Probably my worst-ever hotel experience.

Had a flight cancellation and staff was very accommodating but they do need to have airport shuttle since they advertise as an airport hotel and taxis don't always run early times.

Amazing upon entrance, it was clean and smelled so good. The staff was great and welcoming especially Mr.Ron during check in and our stay. If ever im traveling this will be my place to stay.
