Hilton Knoxville Airport

This hotel is right next to the Knoxville airport which allows someone to walk from baggage claim to the hotel in 5 minutes. The restaurant and staff at the hotel are wonderful. The problem is the the hotel is old and tired. In our room, we were unable to charge our phone, IPad, etc. Because the outlets available for this use didn't hold our cable plugs securely so the items didn't charge. It could be a great stopover but it needs major updating.

I was given a handicap room at the end of a hallway next to the emergency exit. The room was large but you could hear everything outside. The door leading to the outside from the second floor was very noisy. Didn’t get much sleep so the next time I will ask for a room on the other side of the building. ☹️

Hotel was very nice! We were only there for one night and did not get to enjoy any of the amenities but the pool area looked amazing. There had been a wedding there the night before so it was wonderful to see how they can use the space for events like that! The staff was extremely helpful and even helped pack our bags back and forth. We did not get to try the food but it did smell good and the area looked relaxing! It is right at the airport, has a shuttle, and has the flight scheduled displays din the lobby!

The room was hot. You take the covers off and you are cold and then you put it back on and you’re hot. My husband said the same thing it was absolutely miserable.

The parking lot was a bit of a walk to the rooms, so we would recommend unloading at the side entrance that has luggage carts, then parking. Also, the pool/hot tub was quite a walk from the rooms as well. We didn't want to walk through the events taking place in our bathing suits :) But, overall, a great stay and unusually quiet to be right beside the airport.

I only stayed for a weekend, but the rooms were clean, staff was very nice and friendly. I would stay here again.

The room was a fair size, adequately furnished. Very comfy beds, pillows, and linens. HVAC worked well. Very quiet, as the place was nearly sold out and we never noticed noise from other guests. The bar was convenient, with a fairly good and diverse menu. (There is an on-site restaurant, but it was freezing in there, so we opted for the bar.) We could have used a bellhop, but none was on duty at the time we checked in, which was odd at 4 pm, as that is prime check-in time. They did, however, have an ample supply of high-quality luggage carts, so we made good use of those. Best thing of all is the ease of accessing the airport and parking garage.

Great hotel and facilities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very clean and a great place to stay. 24hour shuttle service was a fantastic surprise!

On the positive side, the bed was nice and checkout was easy. Will not stay here again due to the location, traffic, parking and other before mentioned issues.

The layout is terrible. The staff was not personable at all nor rude but not pleasant. Room did not look like the pictures and smelled like smoke.Had people dropping stuff in a loud. dumpster out side our window at 11pm and talking loud. Called to the desk and was told it should stop soon, really? Walls are paper thin, got free porn from our neighbors at 1am. Then the 3am train. Bed was dirty and just over all unimpressed. Might have slept better in the car.

Other than overpriced food for plain burger patties and bacon great!

But we were given a room facing the main parking structure which is under renovation. so the room was quite noisy.

The room was very clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and all the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The location to the airport is extremely convenient as there is a covered walkway leading from the airport to the hotel which is a quick walk away.

Room was not clean, bed had large chunk of visible human hair on it and the bathroom sink had hair in it as well. I had to check out that night without laying on the bed. Bad experience. Told the staff at the reception and the situation was not addressed.

Being able to stay upon arrival from the airport at 12:30-1:00 a.m. without having to Uber home to Knoxville, TN Stood in front of the airport pickup area for 35 minutes before a Hilton shuttle picked me up to transport me to the Hilton with 3 pieces of luggage! BUT, the person that answered the phone (when I called for a ride), at Hilton, was HATEFUL to me!! (1:20 a.m.) (Friday morning, 3/20/26), I had to call TWICE while standing outside at 1:30 in the morning alone to get help. He said if I was standing at the wrong place for pickup, I would not get picked up! I began telling him where I was…he acted like he had never been to the front of the airport?…Are you kidding?….and you all are the “place of stay” for those that arrive at the airport? SO HATEFUL he was….I began crying when the shuttle finally arrived around 1:40 but my driver was the BEST ever and so kind to me! I cried the whole time telling him what had happened and how RUDE the person (male) that answered the phone at the front desk, was to me. I had traveled all day from Switzerland going thru 4 airports and was treated like dirt by the front desk reception answering the phone (male)…I guess because he thought I should know where to stand out front)…I stayed there so I would not have to crawl in an Uber at 1:00 in the morning just to go home to Knoxville but I promise the next time I fly somewhere, I will for sure catch Uber and go home instead of making the mistake and staying at the Hilton for the convenience of not taking an UBER during the night. It was NOT worth the agony I went thru, the hurt, the tears, and the COSTS!!!!!

This place needs help. For what you pay to stay they offer real amenities. Rooms are outdated. Cooperstown restaurant has a poor menu. The coffe pot was not working. Its acshamecvecause you pay top dollar.

My two teens and I stayed for a Friday and Saturday before a Sunday flight. It was perfect. We didn't do any local sightseeing, mostly just had an indoorsy stay—we played cards for hours in the attractive atrium / lounge area, enjoyed the full buffet breakfast each morning, and did a movie marathon together. It was the perfect place to hibernate and be together.

We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. My Wife was thoroughly pleased while in the hot tub and relaxed.

Excellent place to stay if you have a very early next morning flight. We especially like the restaurant & bar area where we can pass the evening before beginning travel the next day.

Attached to the Knoxville airport. Note-you cannot leave your vehicle parked long-term when flying out in their parking lot. Moving vehicle to airport lot next door is no big deal though, but fee involved.

What’s not to like? Friendly and professional staff, comfortable and clean rooms and a great restaurant!

Really enjoyed my stay. The bathroom door didn’t shut and the in house restaurant was slow but those were the only downfalls!

Great hotel. Restaurant staff was excellent. Had breakfast vouchers- wish they had to go options since we stayed there to be close to the airport. We weren’t able to use one days worth since we didn’t have time to sit for the breakfast buffet.

Had a comfortable and quiet night to sleep well. I would only add that some folks ( me ) are light sensitive and the night light interferes. A blue light would be much easier to sleep with. We had dinner, which was delicious and Tina is an amazing, friendly and helpful person. She completes the stay.

You cannot beat the convenience of this hotel’s proximity to the airport. We were able to drop off our bags at the front seat, drop off our rental car, walk back to the hotel and check in in under 15 minutes. The bar area was decorated for the holidays and looked cozy and inviting, we wish we would’ve had time to have a drink there. Definitely the next trip! The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, we would definitely stay here anytime we are flying through Knoxville

The food at the restaurant was great. We had dinner there and breakfast and the staff was attentive knowledgeable, and the food was tasty and hot. The room on the other hand, the heater was very noisy. The beds were soft besides the fact that something bit my roommate on the knee in the middle of the night. The walk-in shower was nice except that the water was scolding hot or ice cold. There was no way of getting it warm and it took over 20 minutes of the water running to get hot water. OK.

There was no microwave in the room. Of course, they did not promise us one, but that just seems like a minimum expectation in modern times, like a small refrigerator and hot water. Oh, and the hot water...it took 7 to 10 minutes to get hot water...every time. And if the hot water is turned off for even a minute, then the clock starts all over again. It does not take a miracle of engineering to fix that problem. The coffee maker did not work well, either, as when it was turned on, it leaked and spit hot water all over the place. All that said, I would stay here again simply because of the convenience, but I will know next time what I am getting and plan around it.

The parking was 100 or so yards from the front desk and even further to the room. Upgrades were attempted, but old wallpaper and mold were visible. The worst part was several long hairs on the bed. I was scheduled for four nights and left after one. I will not stay again and would not recommend to anyone else.

The Hilton TYS airport hotel is so convenient. We use it for an overnight stay when we have an early morning flight. It is a quick walk to the terminal.

The experience as a whole was fantastic. The rooms were clean. Staff was nice options for eating a quiet bar. The pool was nice. The only complaint I have is it took a very long time for the water to warm up in the shower.

Construction all around. If you follow signs you cannot get to lobby! Had to go around airport again and through departure lane.

Check in was poor, didn’t explain about breakfast or facilities just handed the key and wanted my credit card immediately. Hotel was really tired, doors chipped, carpets worn, swimming pool was dusty and flies in the pool. The worst was breakfast, we went in and was told where to sit and then given menus without any explanation as to why as it’s a buffet breakfast. The server as us what we wanted to drink and we said tea. She didn’t seem impressed and left. She brought back a coffee pot with hot water which was obviously broken and only let a dribble out on a pour. The tea provided was two choices, an orange tea!!! And earl grey. We made the tea to then find it tasted of coffee due to the pot used, it was disgustingly. Very little choice on the hot breakfast, very poor buffet for the price. As we were eating our breakfast one of the server walks up and puts a wallet with a bill on on our table saying both and walking away. We literally were half way through our breakfast, it was so rude. I got up and went over to tell her our breakfast was included but she said it wasn’t, I said it definitely was and tried to show her my Hotel.com receipt but she wasn’t interested. As I walked back to the table she suddenly went straight to the reception I would suppose to check. She came back to her station without any confirmation that I was correct until my wife asked and she said it was. No apology and glares throughout the rest of our time there . Excellent location when you need to be nearby hotel

When we checked in I received a text asking if everything was okay. I asked for a late checkout and they were very agreeable.

We always stay here the night before a flight. Much more relaxing than a last-minute dash to the airport in traffic, as from the Hilton it is just a short one block walk to the terminal.

We enjoy this hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially in the restaurant. The food is good and inexpensive. The bar drinks are well made. The indoor pool area is clean and cute. We enjoy staying at this hotel every year. My daughter can fly in and walk right to the horel.

This was a great way to end my vacation, since my flight arrived at a late hour into TYS. It is an easy and straight walk from baggage claim to the Hilton,or they will come get you in their shuttle. The hotel is great. Pool is fun, too, Restaurant and bar on site.

Clean hotel, bit on the expensive side compared to other hotels that are nearby but outside the airport perimeter, but you pay for the convenience of being 100 yards from the entrance to the airport lobby! Restaurant/bar in the hotel was also good. Great salad bar and food/service was good.

Overall good staff. However my daughter and I were eating dinner in the bar and asked for coffee so. Server told us she didn’t have any. Got to the room after dinner to make coffee in room. Coffee maker not working. Called front desk for replacement machine or two cups of coffee. We were told we could have coffee if we came down to the restaurant and got. Customer service could have been better.

I had a long travel day and was greeted by Debbie, who was pleasant and helpful getting me set up with my room. Comfortable and quiet and bed, very clean room and common areas.

The room was not the one I booked, the refrigerator did not work, there was a musty smell to the room. I know that we had a late check in but we feel like they didn't hold the room and just gave us what was left.

We always stay here the night before a flight. Eliminates the frantic drive to the airport, with no risk of missing a flight for some unforeseen circumstance. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Can't beat just waking up in the morning, getting dressed, having a leisurely breakfast, and then walking to your gate.

This airport is hard to reach by road, and you have to go to the airport to get to this location. Hilton must clarify that on their website or in an email to the customer, because driving in the dark and in the rain can be frustrating! Other than that, the southern hospitality was great, the rooms were clean, and I got a good night's rest before my kids' Graduation at Maryville College. Thank you, Hilton, for a great experience.

It was a super convenient hotel connected by a walkway to the airport. The parking is not ideal as you have to lug your luggage upstairs and through the conference center where there were activities happening. With my flight delay it was very convenient to be so close

Conveniently located adjacent to the airport. Worked perfectly for us after landing at Tyson airport around 1145 PM. Hotel is quiet, clean and staff are friendly. Only complaint would be that the beds are not comfortable; we had 2 queen beds and it seems like 2 twins were put together to make a queen bed. Otherwise, great hotel.
