Good location. Layout of room was perfect and very roomy. Lobby and breakfast areas also very roomy, very comfortable.

The staff were very welcoming during our stay. The managers had a get together one evening in which there were free beverages and food available to guests. The breakfast wasn't great, but it also wasn't terrible, it was hot, fresh, and attended throughout the service period. The location to DC was nice 20min to Ronald Reagan Garage. The cleanliness was definitely slacking. We switched rooms right after checking in, only to discover the same thing in the next room, at this point we didn't want to continue to complain just the same. Apart from room cleanliness, and the fact that end of May and the pool was still closed this was a nice place.

Lobby- breakfast- kitchen amenities - staff- cleanliness of room - and shower, all were great - only issue was corner 1 bedroom w pullout was smaller then ideal for 4 adults- but overall I’d go back - good hotel

The whole place looked tired. The bath didn’t have a plug. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter trying to take off. The TV Chanel’s was very limited and the WiFi was available via an additional charge. I paid a $187 for a one night stay with my son.. not very good value for money. Poor..

We found a mice running around in our room. They had to change our room

Breakfast could definitely be improved. The eggs tasted overly processed, and variety was limited. It would go a long way to rotate options—scrambled eggs one day, omelets another, etc. During our stay, there was no bacon offered, only sausage. There was also a cute/taco wrap station, but the cream sauce had changed color and the meat appeared dry, which was a turnoff. Location-wise, it’s about a 30-minute drive into Washington, DC, so keep that in mind if proximity is a priority. That said, the staff was awesome—very attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs, which we truly appreciated. One final note: the kitchen equipment needs attention. One of the pots was chipped, which raised concerns about upkeep and cleanliness. Bottom line: Great staff, breakfast quality, and maintenance need improvement to match expectations.

Room was clean. I loved the fireplace in the room. Staff was so friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was the best one we’ve ever had. So many fresh options and so tasty. Making my own breakfast burrito was the best. There is a staff member always re-filling the food and keeping it fresh.

Booked this stay due to the amenities it offered. Sadly the room wasn’t equipped with the necessities to clean the kitchen after preparing meals. No dish soap, no sponge, no kitchen sink plug. Room was ok, found multiple beetles in the room on curtains and in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful.

As a non pet owner, I was a bit taken aback by the number of pets. While I do believe this should be an accommodation, I do wonder if the room that are pet friendly are grouped together? Additionally, being familiar with the diversity of the area and the cost of the hotel, the continental breakfast was a disappointment. Offering only pork options for was shocking. After ny husband brought it to their attention a “pulled chicken” option was found. Pastries were limited to bagels, a few muffin choices. Just not what I was expecting for the price as a kid that grew up traveling and staying in Marriott and Hilton Suite hotels. Staff and location were perfection.

The room smelled like smoke, the tub didn't drain and the carpet in the bedroom had a stain.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast, the quiet area, and the customer service. The pool was nice and clean but the water was freezing. If it was heated it would be perfect 🤗 overall a really nice stay, would definitely visit again

Great stay! Only problem was their lack of variety for their breakfast. Not everyone eats pork and pulled chicken isnt really a breakfast favorite. My suggestion is turkey sausage which shouldn't be too pricey.

The stay was excellent. It was a place that has been refurbished just the year prior and the work done was excellent. There was a warm greeting at check in and smiles all around. I loved this stay and was a bit nervous prior to coming there but Embi and the young man who checked us in did a fantastic job. The suite we had was so spacious it exceeded our expectations. The only strange thing was one bathroom towel was folded but was in the middle of the floor when we arrived (the area in front of the sink). We also didn't have any liquid dish soap, a sponge nor paper towels and had to request for some. The free breakfast was just average. I wish that part was better yet the gym is nicely appointed and big enough. The grounds are also wonderful around the pool even though we didn't swim. Fantastic stay. Didn't want to leave.

The size of the 2 bedroom was great. Cleanliness off the linens was awful. The staff wasn’t friendly, and unwelcoming. The rooms had clogged sinks, dirty linen, and broken tv in my kids room which they were very upset about. Front desk said there was nothing to do about it.

Check-in was simple and to the point. Our room was ready and spacious for a family of 6. I would use this hotel again.

It stay here was one of the best we've had as a family anywhere. Everything was great from the nice lobby with a pool table, to the breakfasts (and Wednesday night meal), and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was the best. We were sad to leave this place because we were having such a good time. Or future trips to D.C. will definitely be here!

For the location, near busy street, it was both conveniently located and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and very well stocked. Slept my family of 5 perfectly. Love the BIG shampoo, conditioner, bodywash in the shower! The kitchen area was perfect for a week stay! Breakfast was very good! My kids enjoyed everything they had. Overall 10/10!

The room is like an apartment. It’s spacious and very clean. My kids and I had more than enough room. The full kitchen was wonderful for late night eats. And the extra large bathroom was great. I’ve never had breakfast like that at a hotel. It was delicious with a Latin touch and a lot of seating for eating. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. The only negative thing is the website stated there’s a free shuttle but since Covid, that’s hasn’t been the case. The site hasn’t been updated. That’s the reason why I chose to go further out because of the shuttle service. We ended up learning to ride the metro which was fun. And I thought the pool was indoor with the jacuzzi. It would’ve been nice to end the day with that after walking so much daily.

Was a great stay for our family of 7. Room even had two bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. Our teens loved the pool table in the lobby for a hang out after our full days of exploring DC. Would stay here again for sure.

The GM still hasn't contacted me yet, I had to check out early due to toilet overflowing in my room and housekeeping not coming to clean up the mess, it stayed in my room overnight and still was not handled in the morning. Still waiting on GM to contact me for resolution as they could not assist with modifying the reservation.

We have stayed at this property many times in the last 10 years. It is very roomy, especially when you are traveling with 2 adult children.

When you have a room with the fireplace, it makes you feel like you never left home. Need more rooms with this feature price can be reasonable at times

Hotel is clean and the suite was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good with many choices and they kept it clean all morning. Front desk service was very nice. Great location. Negatives- ice maker in freezer was broken and no ice cube trays so that I could make my own. One of the beds used a mattress pad as a comforter.

Perfect situation, especially for an extended stay. The place is beautiful. A delicious hot breakfast was a nice added touch.

I made a reservation. for the fireplace in the room but when I arrived at the hotel. I received a room without a fireplace. This is probably my fault, but I love the hotel With the fireplace, it makes me feel like i'm at home

Besides the rock hard beds. We never received house cleaning services once in our 4 day stay! The breakfast was great except the worker all 4 days stood over us watching us make our plates! Super creepy! It was miserable we won’t be back!

Selected this facility to be close to DCA and the northwest neighborhoods of DC. No airport noise and easy access to routes into DC! Well maintained building and very comfortable rooms! Needed improvements? Waffle maker on breakfast bar? :)

It was overall my fault. The only thing that I would about is the fact that hotels was not up-to-date with the fact that there was no hot tub available at this hotel.

The housekeeping didn't change our garbage of give us new towels for our 2 night stay.

We really enjoyed the room that we stayed in, it was large enough for my family if eight, it was quiet, and it was near where we needed to be. The one thing that was very irritating was the cloud of skunk weed that you had to walk through to get to the hotel. It seems that everyone that was there was primarily interested in getting high. The hotel itself was a fine facility. The bed we had was very firm (not to my liking, but others might think it perfect). The breakfast was excellent.

2nd time to stay here, location is safe & quiet place knowing it's near the road. You can't hear the cars outside. Big rooms & well maintained.

I loved the hotel while I was staying around the area but there was one thing that was bothering me during my stay. One of the front desk receptionists kept staring at me whenever I’d pass her way as if I didn’t belong there.

The property location and accommodation was great. We had a party of 6 and the kitchen, and little living room was a great addition. The staff was friend, courteous and helpful my only issue was the toilet overflowed and when I came the front desk the maintenance man came and immediately unclogged the toilet and then told me I had to call back front desk to have them come clean the bathroom but he was not sure if they would come because it was not my day for them to clean the room. I called explained the review water ran on the floor and if they can clean it and was told ok we’ll see when we can get someone to come. I wanted 10 minutes and outside my room had someone cleaning the room next door when I asked if the lady could clean it so I can go out she said she can’t. I called back front desk ask how long before someone can come and was told she was not certain. I wanted another 5 minutes and got inpatient so I went to the lady in the hall and asked for her mop and cleaner and did it myself. I know 15 min is not long to wait but I being the toilet I felt it needed to be taken care of sooner. Apart from that everything’s else was great, loved the pool, location, there was also a pool table which was nice and the breakfast was good. The patio in the back was beautiful. Wish we spent more than 3 days.

Parking was free and plentiful. So many shops nearby and a very convenient location close to the airport and not far from DC.

It was two bedrooms apartment with a kitchen, tv in all rooms, and kitchen staff too. It was convenient for our big family to cook something. Two bathrooms were also great for our big family. Gym and pool were very good. Very good place for family staying

Morning Staff are not friendly

The property was completing a building wide renovation so there was some dust, missing cove base, etc. but we were told that when we made reservations. Our biggest compliment is the staff. Every one of them! All very courteous and helpful. Gloria and Sharone at the front desk, and Hanifi who worked the breakfast area stood out on our five days there. The pool was clean and refreshing as daily temps were in mid 90’s every day. Breakfast was very well presented and had many options. Thanks Hilton!

My stay was fantastic my go to hotel

We love the room. However, the carpet had stains maybe from dog pee or spilled food, though it did not smell. They have no hand soap or paper towel by the sink in the kitchen. I love the set up of how the sink area separated the bathroom, room and living area. Looked clean when we came in. Had a full fridge and small kitchen.

Room was just what we needed, plenty of room. Carpet was stained but otherwise clean. Pool was super cold. Breakfast was great and staff were super friendly!

Very nice staff. Large, clean lobby with plenty of tables/booths. Clean outdoor areas with picnic tables, pool was clean and had a lifeguard on duty. Suite was wonderful for our family of 6. Daily breakfast and Wednesday evening appetizers, soup & salad. Would stay here again. Currently undergoing renovations (july 2024) contained to 3rd floor and it did not affect our stay in any way.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was convenient to DC and the breakfasts each morning were a great addition. There was even clam chowder and cookies on one of the evenings which was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were very happy and would definitely visit again.

The room was outdated and furniture was worn. The door between the bedroom and the living room would stick and we had to use force to get it open. Housekeeping didn't leave any toilet tissue or kleenex in the room and we had to call the front desk to get some brought to the room.

Suites were great, only I didn't have any idea when I booked that the property is having renovations. The hallways were under construction but it didn't affect the rooms. Just a bit of an eye sore.

I like how accessible it was

The hotel definitely needs a bit of touching up. While it wasnt horrible, the tub had a bunch of paint chipped and there was a weird smell throughout the hotel. The bed was the most uncomfortable and the main reason I will give 2 stars. The other reason is due to the "breakfast". I'm sorry, but half cooked sausage and potatoes is not what we expected for almost $300 a night. I dont even care much about how we waited for 15 min upon check in because there was no one at the desk. I'm a patient person so thay didn't bother me at all I did want to not it so everyone will know, though.
