The buffet breakfast is soooo delicious! Awesome!

This is my second visit to the property and as a rewards member I was pleased with the room, hotel and property. I do not have any complaints and was only there 2 days and had not issues. I did not have time to enjoy the amenities or the food there. I was on a business trip and the time was tight with me arriving late at night the day before and leaving / flying out Saturday night. I had maybe 8 actual hours of sleep between the 2 days there.

The hotel was really nice and clean.I found their customer service excellent.But the hotel is about 40 minutes from Atlanta.The location is a disadvantage.The drugstore, other restaurants and eateries are far from walking distance if you dont have a car.You are stuck to eating at their restaurant.The lobby area is very small

Terrible shower and water pressure. It was one of those half shower doors so water is all over the floor. You use several towels a day to clean it up. Water pressure/shower head is also terrible. It just dribbles out. Other than the shower issues, it was a nice hotel

My toilet overflowed and spilled all over the floor luckily the hotel did act fast but i definitely don’t think this hotel is worth th money rooms are outdated and bathrooms can use a better clean. The breakfast buffet was good at least!

Great hotel and so close to EVERYTHING. We were less than a mile to great food, fast food, bank, stores, highway entrances, beautiful parks and only 30-45 minutes from the airport. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was great. The room was nothing spectacular but it was clean and comfortable. The lady in conceirge was very sweet. We also met some great staff at the bar and the front desk. Everyone was so nice. Alpharetta is a beautiful town

The room served its purpose The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the room beside us. The toilet was clogged after we came back from being gone all day and had to call maintenance at 10pm at night and he was inexperienced and was in no rush. My 18 month old grandson was sleepy and so it was getting irritating waiting for this issue to be resolved.

Clean rooms and nice breakfast

I arrived on Friday and was told that there was an event going on in the hotel and it would be noisy from 9:00-10:00am. Unfortunately, I must have stayed on the floor where most of the people from that event were staying. It was noisy on my floor and I could hear from the connecting door in my room , loud talking and hallway doors slamming till about 12:30 am . Then I would be waking up at 6:00 am by the same noise and commotion. It turned out to be a bad vacation because I did not rest and it was annoying to have so much noise around me. I am very disappointed with this stay. I just reached out to the hotel to file my second complaint . I already spoke to the front desk before checking out. I hope they reach out to me.

At checkout Sunday at 930 am, we had a new clerk who was absolutely not professional, not friendly, had an attitude as if he didn’t want to be there , I hope the management corrects this so other customers don’t fall victim to his behavior!

Very clean , however needs remodeling and facelift real bad , the lobby is huge and very nice , but the rooms are super small and tight , hopefully they can fix that to match their lobby!

We ordered food by the pool using the QR code. It took almost an hour, so I had to pick it up myself despite being charged a delivery fee. While we were eating, a supervisor told me they forgot to collect my incidental deposit. I clearly explained my card was in the room and I would bring it later. He said that was fine. Shortly after, my parents went upstairs and were locked out of the room. My father was still wet and became extremely cold. When my mom went to the front desk, she was told they would not open the room without a credit card. This made no sense. The key worked for hours and suddenly stopped right after I was asked for my card, which strongly suggests it was manually blocked without warning. I had already explained my situation and was clearly not going anywhere. This created a stressful situation where my parents were stuck, my father was unwell, and I could not leave my kids alone. I also felt uncomfortable with how we were treated, as if we might not pay. I work hard, run my own business, and would never behave that way. The next day, I was told an incident report would be made, but the manager was not aware of the full situation and offered only a $50 credit, which felt dismissive. We ended up leaving early. This situation was avoidable and handled poorly.

Nice quiet location with free, convenient self parking. Comfortable for exploring suburbs of Atlanta and surrounding areas with day trips in Georgia. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and courteous, and amenities were great. We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Thank you so much!

Didn’t live up to the way it was advertised. 4 star hotel (vip access) but wifi is 15usd unless you have a Marriot account, when I made one I still got charged and staff didn’t do nothing about it didn’t even look like they cared. Staff aren’t really welcoming and you can find better rooms in any other hotel

From the start, check in with Patience and David, the front desk supervisors were warm and welcoming, well spoken and polished professionals.We settled in with dinner at 19 North. I enjoyed a dish: gourmet grits, gouda and shrimp with tomato and sausage bites... delicios!, My son (26 y/o) had a butterscotch Old Fashioned along with fetuccini alfredo with chicken. The presentation was beautiful, the quality excellent and it was piping hot, served perfectly by Net. Net, our server sparkeled with a glow of kindness and enthusiam... and it was absolutley delicious! Katrina the Director was perfect in her role. We felt as if this hotel staff ran circles around us to make sure our stay was a memorable experience. We relaxed in the pool area and soaked our stress away in the hot tub. We met others traveling who remarked they return to this hotel regularly. 100% this is now our got to in Atlanta! This is a world class experience thanks to all of the amazing people (staff) who keep it up and LOVE helping to insure all guests have a far above average stay. Thank you so much Katrina and staff for helping our vacation memories be the best one could imagine! We will be back!

The location was nice, the heated pool was nice. That only one dryer was working. With all the soccer teams staying there. Mom’s doing laundry last night was a nightmare.

The lobby and restaurant area were clean and enjoyable. Getting off the elevator and walking to our room told me that this area needed improvement.: 1. The carpet, doors and walls needed refreshing. 2. I was told that as a Bonvoy member we would have free Netflix, however Netflix wasn't working 3. I have stayed at this Marriott multiple times and I remember the dinner menu and the breakfast bar being better. Tne breakfast bar was good but I remember it being fantastic

Ok hotel nothing special it’s located in a perfect spot but a bit old interior rooms are some what renovated overall it had clean rooms. There was an Indian wedding during our stay and Sunday morning at 830am they started playing drums outside the hotel for over an hour it woke everyone up.

Extremely noisy neighbors at 6 pm. Front desk said they were allowed because it wasn’t during quiet hours!!! Small gym area. There was hardly any room to move around in there. Housekeepers were in the hallway most of the day talking extremely loud the entire time. The trip wasn’t as restful as planned.

Check in was smooth. Needed shower cap this morning and it took 30 minutes for housekeeping to deliver. The room was very clean but the rooms are in need of an update. Overall I would recommend because the rate was very reasonable and the location is excellent.

I had requested Mariott to cancel my booking. I understand that the room was non cancelable, but under circumstances with extreme with not under my control, and I had to cancel my travel plans due to safety. The airlines, car rental all let me cancel the bookings without a penalty, but Marriott did not want to. This was not expected of a hotel chain that i give so much of my business to. Very disappointed.

The hotel is huge and we enjoyed our stay. Josie, the front desk personnel that assisted with check-in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. We stayed here bc my son has soccer tournament in the area. We'd definitely stay again if we are back in the area. Highly recommended!

Staff really excel at pampering you - Rasaan was professional yet very personable, and provided above and beyond service making us feel valued during our anniversary getaway! David (evening shift) also rushed to assist us with a request and both Rasaan and David had a “can do” service with a smile attitude which endeared us - we will return to this charming getaway!!

Room was perfect. Facility was perfect. Was way over charged and money still has not hit my account. Random monies was taken out of my account (not deposit or room charge). They put the money in and it came back out not without me paying another bill and 4 charges and recieving 4 nsf fees. And i am a regular (every other weekend for the last few months)

Although we checked in after midnight, the staff was very welcoming. This was a very pleasant experience for us since weve been driving for 10++ hours to get here. The shower couldnt be any more perfect with consistent and clean hot water. Bedding was very comfortable there was a weighted blanket in between the sheets that just tucked you in perfectly and hugged me to sleep. We got up refreshed and ready for breakfast. We were expecting continental but was greeted by amazing smiles from the staff and a great spread of edible items from smoked salmon, to buffet style eggs, grits, bacon, soo many choices. I was able to order orange juice and coffee which the amazing staff once again didnt give me a chance to finish before they brought a refil. Id definitely stay here again on my next trip to visit my friends in Sandy Springs.

The property is located in nice area. The lobby is very nice and bar as well. The room was clean and spacious. The black out curtains were great, slept too much. Went to the breakfast area and ordered. Waitress was attentive but once she brought my food she went to her corner and started coughing and hacking up snot and spitting it out several times which was a big appetite turnoff. She should have went somewhere else where guest that are eating didn’t see or hear. Made me question the cleanliness of my food. To be honest it took my appetite away. The price of the food was pretty high for what you get. Aside from that which was a major turnoff the hotel stay was pleasant. They could use a few touch ups but overall good stay.

Room was clean and parking was fine. But was very disappointed during the check in process. I reserved and paid for a double bed in advance and only at the time of check in I was informed it was not available and they only had a King bed room. I was told since the reservation was booked through a third party, there is no guarantee for a reservation. No concessions were even offered despite this inconvenience. I think this was very unprofessional on the part of Marriott. They should have at least notified me of a possibility that the room I already paid for was not available. I don't accept the excuse about using a third-party reservation and will likely avoid booking this hotel in the future.

The Starbuck coffee station was not clear. No signage to let guest know it was available. The lunch ordering process was not good. I feel more people was needed to accomplish the 400 plus guest at this conference. It was a slow and disorganized process.

I booked a room with two double beds. They only had a King room available, so one of my party had to sleep on a rollaway bed. Not what I reserved and not what I paid for, as it left the room cramped and uncomfortable. Unhappy with the result, although the staff was professional.

We arrived early but they allowed us to check in and even went the extra mile by calling housekeeping to get our upgraded room ready ASAP. We stepped out and waited about 15-20 minutes and then received a phone call that it was ready. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything is clean and tidy, and the staff are wonderful!

Nice place and area. Conveniently located. Didn't have record of my VIP status. Almost didn't get a voucher, but they did give me one. I didn't get a room upgrade, but I never have received that benefit at any hotel I have booked through Expedia.

I was very disappointed with how my stay was interrupted with early morning maintenence. They decided to replace the title in the room below mines drilling and hammering the whole time.

We came for Labor Day weekend to enjoy the pool and hot tub as well as relax and enjoy the area. Shortly after we checked into our room, we heard loud hammering in the room next door on a Saturday afternoon. The same thing happened this morning ( Monday) and woke us up. Housekeeping also came knocking on our door at 8am. We didn’t even get to sleep in on our day off. I really wish they would’ve put us in a room that wasn’t next to construction being done.

The entire building smells like chlorine. Front desk stay didn’t introduce themself, mumbled, not rude but not pleasant

This place was very nice appearance wise, but the was banging on the TILE BATHROOM floors on the floor above us. We checked in early around 2, and that’s when we first heard the banging.. i called the front desk to ask about this around four and they said they “should be finished soon… called around 7 as it persisted, was told the same response… at 9 pm I went BACK to the front desk because they were STILL banging on the floor, directly above us. Again I was told they should be done and they would go check….. around 7-8 am, the banging resumed…. Already… and this continued our ENTIRE Stay.. then this morning upon going down to the breakfast area my mom was stopped and told she couldn’t get anything because breakfast started at $22. She came back upstairs embarrassed, and when I went back down to the front desk they did tell me items could be purchase ala carte, so I’m not sure why she was treated that way. Paid over $100 to get no sleep so this unfortunately was a disappointing stay..

I've always loved this hotel. An update to the rooms would be nice but it's still one of my favorites.

I was not informed prior to booking that the hotel was undergoing significant construction. The noise, dust, and blocked amenities during my stay were disruptive and diminished the overall experience. This should have been clearly communicated in advance so guests could make an informed decision. In addition, my interaction with front desk staff member Sasha Ellis was extremely disappointing. She was curt, unhelpful, and at times openly unfriendly, which made the check-in process unnecessarily unpleasant. Guests should be greeted with professionalism and courtesy, and this was not my experience.

The property had signs posted that there would be workers replacing tile in rooms from 8:00 - 5:00 each day. We arrived at 4:00, and the sound from the tile saw and banging was obviously loud. However, when 5:00 came, the sound didn't stop. In fact, despite repeated calls to the front desk, the tile workers continued banging and sawing until we finally left at 7:15 pm. The staff was apologetic, but the noise was beyond annoying.

What i liked most was the staff at the hotel. Everyone was smiling and went out of their way to help fulfill all your requests and needs. Zack and all the staff at the restaurant and Starbucks were helpful and friendly and were always smiling. The front dest staff were also very friendly and helpful whenever we asked for anything. The only negative was no fan in the bathroom when taking a shower.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was the shower. It was unusually loud. Other than that the hotel was perfect. Great, friendly employees too! We will be back! Highly recommend.

The manager, Morgan, gave my room away. She and her assistant offered nothing to help except offer to call another hotel which she later admitted didn't have rooms available. She also repeatedly stated she was not obligated to honor 3rd party reservations. That reservation is the last time I use Hotels.com. They were also no help.

I really like the convenience When I’m in that area I probably do what I always stay there.

The staff was ok. They werent particularly nice or smiled they just did their jobs. One housekeeping lady almost snarled at me when i aksed to trade her my dirty towels for clean ones since i wasnt leaving soon. The pool area could use some care because the walla were peeling and there was rust all over the place. Its a nice area with plenty of options around if you dont want to spend all your time at the hotel restaurant which doeant have a lot of optionsfor a week stay. Breakfast isnt included either but it looked nice.

The property is really clean, the 19 North Restaurant has great Blueberry BBQ Wings. The beds are un-inhabitable (the new ones they just changed). The service staff was really friendly and we overall enjoyed our stay.

It was absolutely amazing! Extremely accommodating wonderful staff and very clean! Laundry room was clean and very beneficial. Pools and hot tub were clean spacious and wonderful for my family! I will be highly recommending your hotel!

This property is clean, well-decorated, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Staff was professional and made stay flawless. The lobby area spacious for meet and greet family and friends.

Every thing about the hotel was nice. My room was clean, the pool was clean and lots of parking spaces. Five minutes from shopping areas and a great cigar lounge near by if you like cigars ( cutters cigars and spirits) live jazz band on Fridays and Saturdays )

The staff was incredible. I came to visit friends after moving away and we had the most amazing weekend. They brought us a rollaway bed so we could all 3 sleep the same room and kept us stocked with waters after our nights out in Atlanta. We enjoyed drinks and appetizers at the bar and had a great time hanging late night in the indoor pool on a rainy night! 5/5 will stay here again

Had an incident at 5 am where guest in next room blasted their tv. Called front desk who immediately called & told them to turn down which they didn’t. Made second call & front desk sent security to their room immediately & told them to turn down which they did. Had peaceful sleep next 2 nights. Would be nice to have room cleaned . Overall nice stay & delicious breakfast.

Bought the room thinking breakfast is included. Had to pay an extra $50 for breakfast with our stay.

We told the night Auditor Kelvin, who said he would let the manager Katrina Earle the Front Desk Director know. We booked with this hotel specifically for the pool, and jacuzzi due to ongoing rehab, and physical therapy my wife is receiving. She is a Cancer Survivor. And this was very disappointing. Katrina Earle never contacted us, during or after our stay to make amends; and we were there for two nights. Poor customer service overall.

I visited during spring break and there were a lot of children running through the halls. The hot tub and pool had way too much chlorine in it and was very nasty.

Staff were so friendly! Place is nice but did lack a refrigerator in the room and a bathroom vent

Everything was great and enjoyable the breakfast bar is excellent.

Internet connectivity was poor and mobile network was weak. impacted business meetings.

And of course I’m a fan of the indoor pool and hot tub.

Great experience overall!

Was here for a wedding. The bar is fantastic . The staff is prompt and helpful. I was a little disappointed with having to pay for very poor to non-existent internet service. I could not even connect the 2nd day after being charged for 2 internet services. I didn’t fuss about it at the time or I am certain the staff would have taken it off my bill. I think the issue is more of a corporate Marriott issue to solve . This particular Marriott was recommended to us by the bride and groom and we are happy we followed their recommendation.

My family loved the pool & hot tube. Front desk service was amazing. Nice restaurant & bar area.We will definitely book again.
