My family did a 3 night stay (Fri-Mon) at this location for my daughter to participate in a sporting event for the weekend that she had to be at the fields 6:30 am each day. On Friday evening, there were children running up and down the hallways beating on our room doors, sounding as if someone was breaking in. Informed the desk clerk, nothing from management. On Saturday evening, same thing occurs again but my husband and I were able to get to the door and stop several of the group of children and escorted them down stairs to their dads who were in lobby with beer and liquor bottles all over the tables drinking. When the hotel acted as if they didn’t know what to do, I informed the staff and parents I would be contacting headquarters and the authorities if necessary. Filed a complaint at headquarters, they stated there were other complaints. On Sunday, same dads in the lobby with beers and liquor on tables. Almost 11:00 smoke alarm goes off we are in the parking lot until after mid night, because of something that was done on the first floor bathrooms where dads and kids were. Once again nothing from management. If you have other options, go there. Management has done nothing that I’m aware of to address of the patrons at this hotel over the weekend that had to endure all this disruption and frustration. Do not stay here. Headquarters did inform me on Monday that it was still be escalated and reviewed and a penalty has been issued to the hotel, whatever that is

The floor boards in the room were super loud when walking and the comforter had set in juice stains on it.
- 5/5
Staff was very professional and friendly.
- 5/5
We stayed here for one night on our drive from Florida to Kentucky. This is a nice hotel in a safe location. The front desk staff's service was great. The room was very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our day. The hospitality was great.
- 1/5
The property is very tired - worn out carpets in the room, along with torn woodwork, etc. The front desk manager was very rude.
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean.. my only thing was the water literally shut off on our last day. No water in the tub or sink. I had to pour my water in the sink after I brushed my teeth. Overall it was okay
- 4/5
Clean room, the desk clerk seemed short tempered and inpatient.
- 3/5
My stay was okay. There is no restaurant onsite at this location Also you have to pay a deposit which isn’t on there website. And you pay before checking in and get back in a few days. For this to be a Doubletree the sheets looked dingy and I won’t stay at this location again.
- 5/5
Clean and safe.
- 5/5
Clean and safe.
- 4/5
It was a good stay. Breakfast is over priced by a few bucks, but it was still a good breakfast though.
- 3/5
Yes
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfy. Staff was nice. That said, simple breakfast buffet is $16.95. Why? Parking is $5/day. Insulting. Walmart waters in room are $2. No fan in bathroom. Clothes left in drawer by previous guest. Rear entrance door was unsecured even though sign said you need key to enter. It was unlocked. Unsafe. Pool not open til Memorial Day. I won’t stay again because of the nickel and diming.
- 5/5
The staff is the best part of the experience. We stay quite often and the staff always are accommodating.
- 3/5
We were charged for parking, breakfast was extra and the TV channel option was horrible.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, quiet location, and clean room. You'll definitely get a good nights sleep! The Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries in the room are very nice. However, it's silly that we had to pay $5 to park at the hotel - that should be included in the room price. We were also given warm cookies when we checked in - a nice touch and very delicious - but we weren't told they have nuts in them and our daughter has a nut allergy (thankfully she didn't eat one). Also, the bottles of water in the room are $2 each, so bring your own water! Aside from those minor inconveniences, you're in a peaceful, quiet location and you'll get a good nights sleep. We will definitely stay in a DoubleTree again for the peaceful atmosphere and clean rooms.
- 3/5
Older property but clean and very friendly staff
- 5/5
Loved this place! The surroundings were pristine, clean, safe, with a wealth of shopping and dining in walking distance. Great staff, polite, helpful. The room was clean and good for the price.
- 1/5
They wanted to charge an unbelievable $17 for a very cheap breakfast that is normally free at other hotels. The rooms were very basic not the greatest air-conditioning system.
- 5/5
Negative...5 dollar parking fee and an extra 50 dollar hold that will be returned within 48 hours.
- 3/5
I wouldnt rate it a 4 star as it’s posted. The pillows could be better, room is tiny and there’s no microwave or laundry bag. Not crazy about no trash bags in trash can, it’s uncomfortable to use for some itens. Lots of restaurants close by, easy parking, very clean, with convenient access.
- 3/5
You do have house cleaning come by every day to clean up the room but they don’t replace anything just hang it back up or just hang it back up. The beds were ok. The location is amazing
- 3/5
No oven . No bath towels
- 3/5
My room didnt have any got water in the sink, and they never any cookies in stock my entire stay.
- 5/5
Trejon was very helpful to everything I needed help with.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
Great customer service!
- 4/5
Excellent place to stay in Alpharetta. Just two things that need improvement: 1. Bathroom has no exhaust fan which makes the room super humid after a shower or stinky after using the toilet. 2. Paying for parking was not notified until we arrived; its $5 per night which is ok; just those signs outside saying parking at your own risk feel no good. Paying for parking at least ahould provide some security.

The staff was always very welcoming and helpful. And the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and the room was extremely clean and felt safe for a solo traveler. Close to many popular restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Superb hotel. Comfy, clean room and wonderful staff.
- 3/5
Staff was great, convenient location, tiny sad fitness center and both elevators smell like urine. Also the micro market was nearly empty.
- 5/5
The staff was approachable and nice!
- 4/5
Great staff. Nice room. Restroom wasn’t the best. There were slight issues with the toilet.

Didnt have my room available. Was not helpful eith alternative. Michael at front desk was rude. Left andvwent to another hilton property
- 2/5
Breakfast menu was something you can eat free at Super 8 or Days Inn
- 5/5
Nice staff , clean room . Close to all amenities
- 3/5
Both chairs, bed and pillows incredibly uncomfortable. Was rudely told that the breakfast wasn’t for my stay, asked about adding an extra day and was told I’d have to go back thru the 3rd party app. When I checked out the hotel seemed 90% empty, and the “free” breakfast was more than likely tossed out.
- 5/5
Great stay at a convenient location and great price!!
- 3/5
Nothing to say about breakfast, because we never had it by choice. The hotel is old, but they attempted to do some renovations. Poor quality job with renovations. Carpet was so old and dirty. Customer service staff were very friendly and accommodating.
- 2/5
Lobby was updated, room was not. Water did not get very hot. TV did not work properly. Had to ask multiple times for an extra towel (room only came with one towel for a two-person reservation). It was clean enough.
- 3/5
Everything was in good condition, but this location is a step down from the typical Doubletree experience. Although it wasn’t much, I was surprised that they charged $5 to park in their huge parking lot in a suburban area.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. All of thestaff members were friendky and courteous.

Dirty floor, just felt grungy. Did not realize that breakfast was not included that cost me an extra $21 for some powder eggs and soft bacon.
- 4.5/5
Great location with many restaurant choices close by and the price fit in with our budget very well! I got startled out of my sleep..... Our check out time was not until 12:00pm but yet the maid started banging on the door around 9:30am saying maid at the same time as she was using her key card just to come on in, but thank goodness I remembered to put the latch out.

Disappointed in the food the breakfast in the morning is terrible that bland no flavor. Eggs didn’t taste real. There were no microwave in the bedrooms. Ask for something to drink at night. Only thing they had was beer nothing else to drink.

Nice hotel
- 5/5
The staff was top notch!! For the life of me, I can’t remember the young man’s name that checked us in. African American guy with Afro and braces was the most accommodating front desk I’ve ever had staying at your properties. Very friendly even though he had a nasty guest that was before us. He regrouped and handled us with the utmost respect. Then there was a lady at the desk in the morning. I believe she is Caribbean because of her accent. Let me just say, she was so soothing to my soul. She identified that I was struggling and was very attentive. I’m in town for a funeral and was emotionally and physically exhausted. She checked on me, offered me a muffin even though I declined. But her gesture meant a lot to me. I’m sorry for not remembering their names but I want you all to at least acknowledge who they are for the service they provided.

Clean and staff
- 5/5
The location was nice. I would stay at the property again just not the very 1st room on the floor or by the lobby. We heard all the foot traffic of guess, a heated a guess going off on the staff, and just noisy. The room above us flooring is not sturdy. We could hear continuous pacing of the guess starting at 4am daily. Overall the room was clean. The staff were very nice. It wasn't terrible. Would recommend especially for the price. Definitely had great restaurants close by.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
I loved the cleaned room, how friendly front desk was and the staff in general was great. 10/10 would happily recommend and revisit
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
The room was very clean on arrival and in place was very welcoming and sweet
- 5/5
It was listed as 4 star. Not a 4 star hotel, but it was wonderful and a fantastic value.

Nice. Will stay again. Feels more like home than most other hotels I use for business travel.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional. The cookies is a plus.
- 3/5
Upon entering I found the towel hook was broken. Not a huge deal. Reported it so I wouldn’t be charged. As late as 1:30am there were people thumping on the floor above me; running and jumping around. The concierge wasn’t able to make them be quiet - if he even tried. It was at least 2:30am before I got back to sleep. Horrid.

They don’t have a restaurant or any breakfast service. No laundry facility. They charge $5 to park onsite.
- 4.5/5
There were noisy teens in the hallway (but the front desk quickly resolved the matter).
- 3/5
It was very basic and lacked some amenities. The daily parking charge and condition of some of the rooms
- 3/5
It was an okay stay. The downside is that you have to pay for parking when you’ve already paid for the room. There’s extra expenses for everything.
- 5/5
Very quiet and peaceful
- 4/5
Breakfast was way too expensive; $16.95+tax is outrageous, especially for seniors. Everything else was good. Wish there was discounts and if there's some, we should have been asked. Most everything. Even though I didn't use them the gym and seemed good.

Location was the only thing good Cleanliness and some staff
- 4.5/5
The hotel grounds, lobby, hallways, and room were clean and well-kept. The shower could have used one more rinse after the last cleaning, but otherwise everything was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We heard our neighbors talking in the hall and opening their entry doors when they returned, but otherwise the room was very, very quiet. The evening and morning staff at check-in and checkout were friendly and caring, but also professional and efficient. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room as much as we’d have liked on a hot, humid evening, then kicked in like an arctic blast at 4-5 a.m. The temperature and humidity were tolerable, but not optimal for sleeping. My guess is that’s centrally managed for energy conservation. Maybe they do it only for the cheapest rooms, and I am sure we had one of those.
- 1/5
Came back after my event, key didnt work again, 40min wait in line. Hot, moldy n pot odor at the front desk!

Mr.Rae and Ms.Diane were amazing. The entire staff we great! Perfect location for my event. Made everything go well. Thank you

Stay and the surroundings of the hotel was very pleasant.

Their website advertise shuttle transportation and the day before arrival they said they don't. I talk to a representative who said they would refund the cost of taking an uber. So I took one and now I'm having to jump through hoops to get that money back even though I have a case number stating I will get a refund because of their false advertisement.

Hotel was pretty clean and a good location with lots of amenities near by including shopping and restaurants. Dianne was super helpful and gave a great restaurant recommendations. Thanks Dianne!
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay but my room was too small so I won’t stay again.
- 5/5
Hotel decor was beautifully done and staff were so friendly and professional
- 5/5
all good
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly, kind, helpful and open-hearted. World class service!
- 5/5
I personally did not like the set up of the bathroom. it was entirely too small and I am so turned off by the sink within the room set up. Housekeeping came in while we were out and "made" the bed, and did not change the sheets and only left 1 towel.
- 5/5
So far it is as it should be.
- 3/5
Nice place to stay and quiet area. Be advised that breakfast isn't included with your stay, its 17 dollars per person. Also its a normal continental breakfast buffet setup.
- 5/5
Checking out, no one was at the front and the lady didn’t seem so pleasant. The lady that checked me in was super friendly and nice.

- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Some of the details shared online didn’t match up. Ex. A shuttle to local areas and restaurant (besides breakfast) is not open anymore. The room was much smaller than expected but was well maintained. Perfect for 2 people but any more and you will feel cramped.
- 2/5
The parking was not included as told when I booked the room. I would like a refund.
- 3/5
Very noisy hotel and not quite 4 stars Every slammed door, plumbing noise or footsteps above my bed on the next floor were magnified almost like things were poorly insulated. The shower had obvious mold in it.. Also, adding some plants in the planters outside would do a lot to make the entrance more inviting.

The cost of 20 oz bottle of soda. Almost made me go find a convenience store.

It was ok for the most part. Nothing stuck out or was special about the property. Nice and helpful staff.

This place charges for everything I had to pay 10 dollars to park my on car in a open parking lot 18 dollars for breakfast way more than expected want be back
- 4/5
Everything was great, except the unexpected parking fees and costly breakfast. Overall it was clean and staff were friendly. Beds were very comfortable.

A couple of stains on the carpet. A smell that we couldn't figure out where it was coming from, stale type. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom head was slightly broken when you turn the knob one direction. Not worth the price and was disappointed.
- 1/5
We are arrived and the property was overbooked. One of the parties had to transfer to another Hotel. We have paid the stay in advance approx. 5 days prior the arrival.
- 5/5
Fast check in. Staff was friendly and informative. Overall a nice, quiet, budget friendly place to stay.
- 5/5
Comfort at a great price!!
- 5/5
It was fabulous and peaceful! my BEST REST in SEVERAL WEEKS... We had lots of fun.
- 5/5
They charged $5 for parking. Outside of that it was an excellent stay.
- 3/5
Staff fails to give instructions on the room cleaning/service policy. When they finally did, it came in a "it's your fault" tone. Waited at the front desk for someone on two occasions for more than ten minutes. The room was fine but the stay was not ideal.
- 2/5
Not a good stay. No one was at the desk at checkin for 15 min. Room smelled horrible. Random charge on my bill that was not mine. I am a frequent traveler and this was a very poor experience.
- 3/5
The personnel was really nice. The breakfast is good but may be about $3 above where it should be.

The check in staff was so rude. I use to stay in this area 4x per month and did Hilton Garden Inn. I regret not staying there this time
- 4/5
They charge for parking and the bar was not open although it was the holiday season.
- 5/5
I recently stayed at this property twice, once going to Florida and the other time a week later coming back. I had never been through this part of Georgia before, so it was all new to me. I was impressed by the location of the hotel and how safe it was. It was very close to dining as well as shopping. The hotel itself was extremely clean. The bedding was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was amazing. The room was spacious. The first time I stayed on the third floor and it was so quiet. The second time I stayed on the first floor and my only complaint was , my neighbors above me stomping heavily. Overall, I was more than satisfied and will definitely come back on my next trip through the area. The staff was very welcoming when I checked in and out and even texted me a couple hours after I checked in. Definitely worth the money.
- 5/5
The gentleman at the front desk was so polite and kind. I appreciate his excellent customer service!
- 3/5
Buena
- 5/5
good experience.
- 3/5
Room was clean and quiet. Front staff not too helpful or friendly. No water pressure in shower.
- 4/5
there were a couple concerns, no shower gel, bathroom door would not lock, towel rack very loose However the main concern that was expressed by myself and many other residents especially the bus load of students was the breakfast menu there was No Meat!! served and bland taste one person said it was "hateful" (his words) Perhaps something to improve going forward. However the baked cookies are excellent
- 3/5
Walls are too thin you can hear literally everything from footsteps to other peoples conversations
- 2/5
I would not stay at this location again. I have photos and video of my experience. When I arrived in my room the floor was dirty and sticky, as if they didn’t clean the floor. If also had hair on it possibly from previous occupant. Also I saw vitamin capsule on the floor. I brought it the the managers attention. He said he’d have someone come and clean the room the next day but no one ever came. So I never had my room cleaned during my stay for the 2nights. I am VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience.
- 5/5
Clean room. Staff we so nice. Only con is the beds are very small in the double.
- 3/5
The property looked a bit worn and dated but was clean. My room was small but well-organized with everything I needed. However, the bathroom was extremely tiny—barely bigger than a closet, with a small standing shower across from the toilet. I could also smell food in the hallway in the morning, even with my door closed, which I didn’t like. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but I’ll probably choose a different hotel next time I'm back in the area.
- 4/5
👍
- 1/5
We reserved for 3 adults, they provided very compact room with small double bed and bathrooms were way beyond small. When complained to staff, they were not bothered
- 3/5
Idk
- 5/5
I liked how clean it was and the breakfast was great!!!
- 5/5
Just what we needed. Very upscale in a small space. Everything we needed was there. Price was great for this property. In middle of many varied eateries. Convenient access. I must say a "however". Construction on roads made it somewhat less convenient (not the hotel's fault). Directions and road names may have changed. Google maps not up to date (not the hotel's fault). There was no fee for parking and there was complimentary breakfast. NOT what hotels.com website said about this property.
- 4/5
Good stay.
- 5/5
My only complaint would be a $5.00 parking charge on the card I used for incidentals. No one asked me if I had a car or warned me about the charge. I didn't see the charge until long after I left. Also there was only one wash cloth for 2 people.
- 3/5
The property was very clean but did not leave sufficient towels for 2 people and the Breakfast was not very good at all did not have any meat items at all
- 4/5
Amazing staff. They were terrific. My biggest complaint, and this is true of a lot of US facilities these days, is the use of obnoxious cleaning products. Whether it is a rental car, or a hotel, please please stop using these bleach based cleaning products. That may seem "clean" to you, but it burns the nose and makes walking around very;, very, very unpleasant.
- 5/5
Front desk personel was nice

We were greeted by the concierge. We had a question regarding the restaurant and room service. We were told that the restaurant was closed indefinitely. We got to our room and settled down.It was about 12:30 in the morning, when all of a sudden, we hear loud thumping on the floor above us as though someone was being beaten to death. This went on for a few hours. It was disturbing and was hard to sleep through. We called front desk to complain and no one answered. We finally fell asleep. We woke up at 8:30 to have breakfast as we were riding down the elevator we were discussing what we wanted to eat. I wanted to eat scrambled eggs and sausage, my girlfriend wanted to eat scrambled eggs with bacon. We get to the kitchen and find out that there was neither. We were told by the cook that they don't serve bacon or sausage at all on the weekend. That is unheard of. What hotel does not serve bacon or sausage. Stay away from this place! The website indicates that there is room service and a restaurant that is open and free breakfast lies. The one good thing, I can say about the stay at this hotel was the room beautiful and elegant. What else can I say as for tomorrow morning's breakfast we'll be getting into our car going across the street to a fine diner and have a real breakfast! stay away from this hotel on the week end if you are looking for bacon or sausage.

This is our first time staying at this hotel and we enjoyed it. The location is great and accessible. The room is good. The bed feels great and the pillows are better than most hotels. It was clean and the staf are friendly.
