Location. For the most part it was quiet. Not much road noise. Big stain in carpet. Asked for a room that would require minimal walking due to limited mobility. Room was the furthest from the elevator. Hallway and elevator were HOT! Ramp going into building is busted. Difficult to get walker and suitcase up it.

All we were looking for just to stay one night to attend a nearby concert. Close to the amphitheater and easy to get in and out. Lots of eateries nearby as well.

The room here was clean the hot water and cold water are backwards in the room that I stayed in so that took me a while to figure out also the water isn't very hot either but I could deal with that as far as cleanliness it was very clean they do have a pool that is indoors so that's nice I didn't use it though overall it was cleaner than previous hotels stayed at

I arrived at the hotel very late and a middle-aged employee with glasses and met me. It was definitely very helpful. There was a stain on one of the pillows, a little more importance to cleaning, but everything else Great!

Location The room was dirty. Stains on the sheets, curtains were disgust the hair dryer they had in the room was nasty. I wouldn’t even pick it up it was that gross. And the mattress was so bad it felt like I was sleeping on springs with a thin piece of fabric. I had to go to the store and buy air freshener because the room smelled so bad. You couldn’t pay me to stay at that hotel ever again.

Check in was easy. Got up to my room and the people in the room above were so noisy, the floor creaked and within 10 minutes i was back at the front desk asking for a different room. This room was much better, the bed coverings were nicer and the room was quiet. The bed was sooo comfy I didn't want to get out of bed. The breakfast was good. Was quite disappointed the indoor pool was not open for use. The pool was primarily the reason i chose to stay at this hotel, 30 minutes away from my morning appointment. My bad, i should have called the hotel in advance.

Check-in was inefficient. Even after completing the electronic check-in from text message, I had to do it again when I got there, including giving my card and information. The building is definitely older, with a recent remodel, that wasn't too bad, but nothing special. The room was clean, but the bathroom fan was broken. Couldn't open the bedroom window. Heating unit was pretty dirty inside the vent area. Elevator was very dirty inside it. Mattresses were thin and somewhat uncomfortable. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, toast, bagels and then orange and apple juice.

Everything about the property was great except the breakfast. I understand a continental type breakfast and never eat it anyway, but I've never say it anywhere that the apple juice wasn't drinkable. I'm not exactly sure what was wrong with it but it was absolutely horrible. I tried it exactly once and did not try it again.

check in was fast, but upon arrival to our room we saw a yellow stain in the bed sheets, I called the front desk so they can be changed or we could be moved to a different room and they just gave me new bed sheets so i could change the bed myself, the room smelled humid, we were in the 2nd floor and you could perfectly hear the people from upstairs walking in their room, other than that: the bathroom was clean. The area is nothing special, we were there for just one night for a wedding so we didnt spend a lot of time in the room, so it kinda works for short stays, but definitely not worth $100+ a night.

Everything was fine except for the paint coming off the walls. There were a few dents in the room. The bathtub needs to be repainted. The main door needs to be repainted as well.

It was exactly as described on the app. And a great price for the location.

Breakfast had a waffle maker that didn't work, the coffee pot was always empty, crowded breakfast area your right on top of one another. There was only one yogurt in refrigerator, apple juice was empty, even the waffle house next you couldn't go there. You had to order it and have delivered. Crazy

The air conditioner was so noisy and so it was difficult to sleep. 2ndly there needs to be some more products for bathing like body wash if not in the bathroom then at least sell it so that other products which can be easily obtained outside of the hotel can be available...when people come to the hotel they need clean, quiet, and convenience for food and other travelling items...good service other than that...

Stayed in Room 113 for handicap access. Thought it had walk in shower but it didn't. That was ok, we made it work. Otherwise our stay was amazing and we will stay here again.

I took a shower the night before and the next mornng water still standing in the tub. I had to use the ice bucket to scoop water out ofthe shower. We were in Atlanta for my fathers funeral.

One of the lampshades was torn almost completely falling apart, the other had a gross stain around the bottom edges. The AC wasn’t on when we entered so the room was boiling hot and there appeared to be mold in the AC unit as well as the bathtub/bathroom area.

We were only in Atlanta for 4 days for my son’s AAU tournament; we’re originally from Texas. They have horrible bed bugs and my children and myself have bites to prove it. This is by far the filthiest place I’ve ever been in.

Got ate up by bed bugs, hotel staff wasn’t friendly at all, housekeeping didn’t clean the room, sheets were absolutely disgusting and stained, towels were filthy and some even had holes in them… I am requesting a refund for the pain and suffering!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND…please stay elsewhere if possible!!

The room I relocated to had a fowl odor so the manager used a Frebreeze spray and left a Glade plug-in. However, this did not ease the problem because I discovered that the odor was coming from the sofa, the drapes and the air condition vents. I went to the front desk and told the lady and who said that she will let the GM know. However, the GM never contacted me throughout my stay. I eventually purchased carpet powder and covered the entire room with it. I also inserted fabric softener sheets into the AC vents to freshen the air and sprayed Clorox Bleach Deodorizer on the sofa. I did all this just to accommodate my stay because I knew I would not be refunded. Upon checkout I told the GM about my disappointments and that I will be leaving a negative review. He was very quick to say that all that I will be getting from Wyndham are point.

A great place to stay! Rooms were really spacious and comfortable! Only issue was the TV picture looked very low resolution. Not a big deal just something we noticed! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent. Only negative was the toilet paper holder in the room I had could have been in a better location.

We had to ask for some extras like another bar of soap and bedding for the pull out couch, but the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The last night of our stay, the pool was full of teenagers/pre-teens with no adult supervision, so my kids decided not to swim. I didn’t ask management for help because the pool was closing soon, but my kids were disappointed. Overall, though we felt safe; facilities were clean; breakfast was good; it was a good stay.

The non smoking room reeks of cigarettes. The gal at the desk didn’t seem to care and no attempt to move me.

I didn:t like the smell of the room initially but the reception was able to use a deodoriser and improved it. The rest was excellent.

Cons: The room wasn't cleaned properly. We found trash between the beds. We pulled out the sofa bed and the sheets were dirty. The shower had hair and fake lashes on it. The restroom door wouldn't close properly. The breakfast has no variety. They just had a waffle maker, cereal and frozen burritos. During our stay they had the locks changed which was a bit random but shows that they're working on making improvements. Honestly the ONLY reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool, which wasn't even open. I figured since it's indoors the weather shouldn't matter, WRONG. My kids didn't get to enjoy a little pool time.

Room was fine. Desk chair missing a roller. Biggest issue is their seems to be a growing action among hotels. Security deposits that are required, but not mentioned at booking. Requires a card, cash is an issue.

Do NOT book and pay in advance here. The hotel manager on staff was not at the desk at our arrival. The shower ceiling was moldy, sagging, and peeling. I have photos to add if possible. The room smelled like cigarettes. I asked for a crib as we were traveling from out of state with our 5 month old. The crib was not there when shown to our room. After seeing the mold and state of the place we decided not to stay. To even leave we had to wait over 5 min for the manager to respond to the bell we had to ring to get service at the front desk. Now they are refusing to refund us, despite us needing to find other accommodations. Don’t waste your time and money.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, clean pool, convenient to the Cooler ice rink, and Walmart and restaurants both fast food and sit down restaurants. The only thing that was not good quality was the coffee and breakfast. There was however a Waffle House within walking distance.

Liked the room… nice, quiet, comfortable. However, didn’t like the breakfast area… it was just too small. Also, didn’t have enough selections for breakfast. Need more waffle makers (and pancake makers) since there was a line of like 10 people waiting to use it in a tiny room. Need to have more fruits selections than just mandarin oranges or tangerines. There were only 4 choc chip muffins left. Was able to only get a cup of coffee because they ran out and didn’t refill.

Staff was kind, very helpful and always available. Lampshade had been hastily repaired and fell when the lamp was moved. Otherwise the room and hotel were clean and comfortable.

The stay was not too bad being in Alpharetta made it great with all the things to do. When we first checked in the first room was not very clean. Dusty air filter on AC as well as lamps. We had to kill a couple of roaches, and upon my request for another room the front desk attendant wanted me to prove to him I had killed some, so I did. He insinuated I smelt like drugs and shouldn’t smoke in hotel room. As a follower of Islam it was quite disheartening. Then we were moved to a second rooms which was much better.

Just disappointed

The room type I reserved had a jacuzzi. I saw it in photo gallery on the Expedia website, but I forgot all about it. My excitement grew once I saw it when I entered the room. I definitely had a smile on my face and enjoyed every minute of it!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I read all the great reviews about how great it was and everything. Head the warning. Do not stay here. We got there and of course did my bed bug check. Didn’t find any which was good. I pulled the sofa bed out so I could make it for my son. Disgusting! I used my own sheet and blanket because they don’t give you any for that. I put a sheet and blanket in the king bed as well. Office chair was disgusting and sticky. Walls were dirty. So I went to the lobby to ask for cleaning supplies to clean my room, I was denied. Asked for another pillow for the sofa bed. I was told no, that I needed to use the pillows that were on the bed. (4pillows for 2 adults and a child) I had to beg for one dang pillow. The door doesn’t shut all the way unless locked. ROACHES all over! Contacted the front about the cleanliness again and was told they were over booked and couldn’t move us. EXTREMELY LOUD at night in the hallway and our upstairs “neighbors” because they are long term stay. They didn’t care. DO NOT STAY HERE! Pay a little more for a nicer hotel! THIS AINT IT HERE! Don’t stay here!

Wasn’t able to stay! Hotel attendant kept running my card wrong and said it was declined! I told him he had the wrong zip code but he just kept saying it was declined! Called my bank had them on speaker phone and they was telling him to change zip code and he refused! I left went next door to holiday inn and had NO issues card worked fine! Later that night I noticed 3 charges from them on that same card!! Amazing so I called my bank and cancelled the card and filed a fraud claim!!

Comfortable and clean room for a good price. I had 2 queen beds with a sleeper sofa, large bathroom, fridge, microwave and coffee. Beds were comfy. I'd stay again.

The hotel is run and operated by a family of Indians. They half- clean the rooms, including failing to fully remove all the bed linen from guest after they stay. The trash cans are never cleaned out, including the ones in the hallway. They will over charge you, so pay close attention to your bill, especially for incidentals. They one guy at night short wears glasses, Indian guy told me he was the manager, and he was the one over charging me. They have elder staff doing chores around the hotel, that are half done. The laundry room is never cleaned, you must do it yourself.

The location is good, the staff Crooks. They over charged me $250.00 for incidentals, which is false, i later learned that instead of having the incidentals pending they did a hard charge, thus over charging me. Be careful staying here, the place looks ok but a closer look you will see the mold, dirt, cracks, stains, burn holes in the bedding, the trash cans are flighty they never clean them. It is Indian ran and operated. The towels are dingy and thin, the carpet stinks, keep the a/c/ on full blast, the doors in some rooms do not close fully close you can see through the crack. They offer breakfast but, I would not suggest it, they have roaches. I saw two baby roaches when they give me a first-floor room. The laundry room is never cleaned by staff, you have to clean it yourself, the ice from the new ice machine has a wired taste, like it needs a filter or something. the staff half clean the rooms. Check your credit card statements very closely, I pre-paid my stay through third party and they still over charged me.
