Location The place is filthy, inside and out. Needs a significant upgrade. Lots of individuals living in the hotel. I have stayed here several times now and it has gone DOWNHILL!

Amenities? What amenities? Horrible place I had better accommodations in Uganda. Dirty floors, bathroom, refrigerator. All gross. Sleep? Forget it with 1-4 speed way out the window. Might as well had no window. Moldy room, big blob of hair on the floor and sucks pee spots all over the carpet and down the hall. Pillows smelled like vomit and mildew. Never again even if it was free.

A child in the same room screamed bloody murder for the better part of an hour. There was never anyone at the front desk to talk to about anything, and no one answered if you called. We were so uncomfortable with the activity and premises that we checked out a day early. We were not refunded for the day we didn’t stay. Spend a little more money and go somewhere safe.

I won’t stay there again ever if it was for free, cockroaches all over, the bathtub is unkept, the toilet was clogged up, when I reported it to the front desk they give me a plunger to fix it myself, I asked for the manager but they said she wasn’t there at the time!

This hotel is extremely dirty. While at the front desk you hear the staff talk about feces in the sheets and towels. I check out with 20 to 30 minutes of checking in and was told I would get a refund and now it doesn’t seem to be the case. I don’t advise staying at this location at ALL! Place needs to be gutted out!

Our car was towed two times in one week because of a contract with the towing company and a.suppoaed policy. Management was not helpful and merely stated the policy. Do not stay here.

Breakfast below average: choice of prepackaged muffins or granola bars, coffee and oatmeal. No room to sit in, just a table with food in bins to choose from. No available extra pillows and just one extra sheet because the manager was washing a load when requested. White refrigerator clean on inside but rusting on the outside of the door, definitely didn't want to touch. Carpet ripped up. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower tub had residue, but water pressure was good.

Run down, dirty place. Locked out of room, key wouldn't work. Think walls, can hear everyone in adjacent rooms. Ok if you only want to spend 50 bucks. Anything more good luck

Me and my wife stayed on the third floor for two nights when we got there the entire third floor smelled like urine and also the smell of cooking food when we got to the room we seen roaches and ants on our walls. then the parking lot it looked like someone had cleaned out a car and just threw it all over the ground and left it there there was clothes just left thrown about the parking lot. The shower would only get lukewarm. The best part about this day was leaving.

The dirtiest, most worn out Extended Stay that I’ve ever stayed at. The room was old and dirty.. had to buy a shower mat to be able to shower. There were ants and baby roaches. The accommodations were close to none. Never again.. do not waste your money!!!

Older facility but clean but could not see using for an extended stay. No kitchen items at all in the room. Could use a few more cups than the 2 provided and a coffee maker in the room would be nice. Would hardly consider what was offered in the morning as breakfast. Pre-packaged muffins and breakfast bars is a long stretch to be called breakfast. Overall the room was adequate and clean and served the purpose.

There were bugs in the bathroom that appeared to be coming from the bathroom sink drain. In the morning after getting out of bed, there was one IN the bed!!! Yuk!! Spend a little more. Lesson learned !!

I arrived around 11pm with a confirmed and prepaid reservation and was told at check-in that the hotel was overbooked. This has never happened to me before. When a reservation is confirmed and paid for, availability should be guaranteed. After some time waiting while the front desk agent spoke with the manager, I was placed in another room, but the situation already caused significant stress. Inside the room, the bedside lamp buttons were not working, and the kitchen light could not be turned off; I had to unscrew the light bulb. On the second night, when I arrived close to 12am, I found a cockroach on the bed, which is a serious hygiene issue. The hotel advertises “breakfast included”, which influenced my decision to book, but at around 9am the only option available was black coffee (at most tea), with no food provided. I documented everything with photos and video and showed it to the front desk at check-out. Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, safety, or hospitality.

BEWARE there is a 30 minute timer on the air conditioner so the hotel saves money. If it wasn't for that I'd book again. They lost 3 stars for comfort.

I've always stayed at this specific location due to location and staff was always accommodating however the last 2 times I've stayed I have noticed roaches in bathroom and behind the headboard, I'd hate to move hotels but it may seem like I would need to, besides that hotels great.

I was unable to stay here. I went to front desk to check into my room, but, The not so nice obese lady at the front desk told me im not welcome to stay there anymore due to a felony on my record from 2017. Keep in mind, I've been staying at this location for over ten years when i come into town for work. I've never known a hotel to do background checks on guests after they reserve and pay for their stay. I do not recommend staying here at this hotel.

The stay was mostly uneventful beginning with Vanessa being so kind and professional to assist me with my late check-in. The non smoking room was clean, and towels sufficient. The apartment sized refrigerator was extremely clean and no foul odors. The one problem I had was on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 the day I was to attend my daughter’s Graduation I was going to shower and there was NO WATER in the entire hotel. In a panic I called the front desk and was informed there was work being done on the water lines, and that there was a note put up the day before that water would be shut off between 11am and 3pm. However, I was not there the day before, and when I checked in that night it wasn’t mentioned there wouldn’t be water, and there was no sign visible in the open or in the room. This caused me a great deal of stress, and I had to scramble reaching out to someone so that I could shower. I almost missed my daughter’s very important event. The Staff also could or should have called me before my arrival and assisted me in getting another hotel due to whatever issues they knew they had to repair. That was basically an entire day gone to waste. Management told me to contact Expedia to assist me with this issue.

The hotel has roaches and the manager lied about it in her report after I made her aware. The woman at the front desk informed me that the hotel has issues with roaches because people live there and everybody is not clean. The lady told me she could give me roach bait, which I never received. I asked her if they could compensate with a free night, and then I was told she would speak with the manager for a voucher to use but it would have to be for a different location. However, the manager claims she checked the room and didn't see any roaches. I will be emailing a video, and pictures that I took, and I also called Expedia and sent them a picture of the roaches I saw. The room was clean though and the ONLY issue I had was not being able to sleep because of the obvious bug issues.The manager should be fired for lying on a document.

The floors in the room were very filthy upon arrival and the room was very stuffy/muggy feeling, even with the A/C running. The bathtub was also not very clean and there were some stains/spots on the white linens.

The bathroom was awful. The tile in the shower needs repair badly. The sink faucet was rusted bad. There were also bugs. Bed was very uncomfortable. And the air conditioner kept randomly shutting off. Also half the laundry machines were broken.

The room smelled like cigarettes and there was blood stains on the bathroom wall and door. There was also a to do list written all over the fridge. It seemed like no one was ever working the front desk so we could bring these issues up. It was so frustrating that we adjusted our trip to leave a day earlier.

The place is definitely rough around the edges, but we had a fantastic stay. The property is safe and is in a great central location with a ton around. The overall hotel is run down and outdated, but our room was SPOTLESS. The bed was comfy, we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a high end, updated stay, this isn't it. But if you're looking for somewhere of value that is clean and a good place to sleep, this is an excellent choice.

Had no towels, and when I called to get some they had me come to the front desk and gave me damp towels, room over all was clean, but the hotel guest were so rude loud and obnoxious. Sliding chairs and tables all over running around and yelling above my room and next door . Had 2 different people try coming in my room (weather accidental or not. Didnt even sleep there due to feeling so uncomfortable.

We reached the hotel at 2AM. The person that helped us check in was nice. After getting our key and getting up to our room, we noticed an off smell (we think coming from the fridge, it was very beat up and dirty). I immediately saw 2 small (pretty sure German) roaches. I saw one more while inspecting the room. I tried to book at another hotel but by this time it was almost 3 am, so was unable to book for the same night. All we could do is pray that we don't end up bringing any back in our luggage. We also had no remote for the TV so we could not watch anything. Will definitely not be staying here again.

I have never left a room so fast but not before taking a video to show the front desk which we did We asked for a refund because we were going to go to a different hotel. Immediately. The front desk said that shouldn't be a problem. But since I booked through a third party have to call them first. So we got to the new hotel. I called the third party site. They attempted to contact the hotel, didn't get through to them until the following morning. Apparently they needed speak to a manager to get a refund approval. They finally got a hold of a manager and the manager refused the refund. So i will be logging a dispute with my credit card company because they want to make this difficult. Anyway, don't stay here.It's gross. Would love to post the video here but ill just post it up on social media with a good set of tags. Parent company should love that.

Despite minor things like gum being stuck on the painting on the wall and food as well as snacks found under the bed the room was overall fairly clean I was fairly concerned with the traffic in the Halls at all hours of the day and night due to active drug activity across the hall from room 208 and this is not something that's just being said it's something that was witnessed the staff needs to do a better job at watching whom comes in and out as I exited to go to my vehicle there were people sitting outside with the door propped open a big speaker blasting music and smoking as well as kids running through the lobby and hallways

The staff were very good. There was a musty smell in the hallways and rooms. The bathroom sink backed up. One elevator was out of service. This was a challenge on 8/6 because they had a crew there moving in new furniture.

The property was kind of older and run down. Not much in the immediate vicinity -- definitely not walkable -- but a huge numbers of restaurants and ships within a short drive. "Breakfast" consists of packaged granola bars and muffins. Our room was close to the freeway and pretty noisy. Good TV, fast Wi-Fi, good mattress.

First, this is a non-smoking, long stay hotel. People are going to smoke outside. There is not ONE cigarette receptacle outside for guests to throw away the cigarette butts. The ENTIRE SURROUNDING of the hotel is littered with cigarette butts. Second, I've been here 20 days today. Currently relocating out of state. I've had to go days without fresh towels & linens because they aren't available. Also, if the front desk doesn't see you bring your used towels back they won't give you fresh towels.Third, 5 times now random staff has just tried to open the room to my door. No announcement. No reason. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Fourth, this is my last day here. I went to the front desk this morning at 9 am to inquire about a late checkout, get a coffee & return my used 2 towels I've been using for 3 days (again because they didn't have any available)...I was told to come back in an hour to get the towels then with regard to the late checkout, to come down to the front desk again at noon to pay $10 for said late checkout. Do you understand that if someone is asking for a late checkout because they are relocating to Georgia that would mean they need to sleep uninterrupted before they drive. So not only so I have to go to the front desk 3 different times to handle each issue separately but I've been woken up 3 separate times by knocks at the door on a Sunday - one an AC guy wanted to clean, then housekeeping after I already advised late checkout and again the AC guy after I already advised

The appliances were very rusted and old . Bathroom had visible cracked seals etc. At night someone above my was being so loud I couldn’t sleep. I called the front and they told them to be less loud . The noise seized for a couple minutes . Unfortunately I can’t stay here again.

As soon as you walked into this hotel, you smelled old food. It was dirty. The floors were filthy. When I walked into my room. The air conditioning didn’t work it only blue straight ahead. It was dirty, and there were bugs in the room. We could not wait to get out of that room the next day it was horrible. I told the woman that checked us out that there were bugs in the room and she said oh there are bugs in other hotels as well

The hot water wasn't working in the shower and the sofa bed was horrible. No extra blanket or sheet for the sofa bed and all you felt was the springs. The breakfast area was dirty and no coffee available. All the coffee pots were empty and all they had was some Apple Kellogg's breakfast bars. Terrible stay. I don't recommend anyone using that hotel for the price I paid of $100 for one night.

Everytime I choose to stay in Orlando, for just a weekend or so, I choose here cause not only the beds for me, feel great, most of the locations of the property are around a lot is stores & restaurants, so you will not have to travel far for shopping or dinning

The room looked clean but I came across a baby cockroach (which means there are adults somewhere, too). No other signs of pests. It had a full size fridge which was the best feature of the room. I used the fridge and enjoyed the space. I give my stay 3/5 although overall it was a good stay for the price. $77/night in May of 2025.

As you drive up to the hotel it looks very nice, as you enter to the lobby be prepared for the smell of (w…) as your checking in, be prepared for all adults to come down with their drivers license ( never Sean that) nice to know the room did not smell like cigarettes or w…, but the hallways did. Room was old looking, bathroom was very old, shower was dripping water all day and night, and last but not least you can’t check out over the phone or leave the key in the room you have to come to the front and drop off the key in a bucket in front.

I have been staying for 5 nights now & the ladies at the front desk have been absolutely wonderful. Room was exceptionally clean when I checked in , & new towels/bedsheets/amenities such as pots pans plates anything pertaining to kitchen items are available upon request free of charge as well. I highly recommend this extended stay to anyone in need !

When traveling, we always stay at this location because the staff are always helpful and go out of there way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I will admit, although theyre making attempts to keep people who aren't staying there off grounds, still you do see people making their way around the area.

I would not recommend. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for. Very surprised as other extended America hotels were nicer and better upkeep. This is not a good picture of what I believe extended stay American is all about. Next they have parking spaces marked off for the police. Never saw that before. Then there was a charge of $3.50 for what not sure. Perhaps parking sticker. Never again for us.

The interest of the building was not clean. There’s a smell of improper rug cleaning in the hallway and room. The mattress felt worn out. There weren’t anything kitchen items in the room and when I asked for a coffee machine and frying pan. The manager said she had to ask another guest for it . The let out chair had no lien on it or in the room. Bring shower shoes bathtubs are very worn out updated need throughout the room and building. They are false advertising on their website.

Upon arriving I was met with by a nice girl at the desk but even though I made my reservation for 2 rooms a month ago they didn’t have 2 rooms anywhere near each other, fine, HOWEVER… my room smelled like cigarettes and within 10 mins of being there a roach crawled out from under the fridge. Then I noticed they had a roach trap between the cabinet and refrigerator! Which means they know they have a problem. I gathered my things and went down to get a refund and waited at the desk for over 10 mins and no one came so I left and had to call their corporate number to get a refund.

Everything was perfect staff very friendly

Arrived there nobody would answer and the door is locked to get access to front desk . After trying to call no answer finally someone leaving hotel opened door but after 10 more min the guy showed up i made and had paid for my room but they would not let me have it sonce i left my wallet by accident .

There were people living in the parking lot in their cars. The parking lot smelled horribly of weed. Noticed people cooking up in their vehicles in the parking lot. Was so on edge that our vehicle wouldn’t be there in the morning and had no other places to go. The price was jacked way up and paid almost $400 for 1 awful night.

Room had a bad odor and was infested with roaches . One got on our plate of food

Cards didn't work properly on entry door. Large enough rooms, and kitchen had nice sized refrigerator with cook top, for last minute booking it was okay.

The pictures online are a lie. It's definitely a cheap hotel. Soon as you walk in it smells like fish everywhere. And not the good kind. We paid for the continental breakfast. What was for breakfast? Muffins in packages and nutri bars. Nothing else. Our keycards didn't work for outside. We never had new towels or new sheets. Everything in the room was just okay. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. But it wasn't motel level bad. If you have nowhere else and just a night... It isn't too bad. Anything longer than that I would say gone somewhere else.

Nothing worked and the room 310 smelled awful.

At list have white towels and linen. It old. Needs update.

Roach on the counter. No dishes. Not enough towels. Attitude when i asked for more towels. No coffee pot. No coffee. Shower head was taped up. Attitude when we asked for receipt.

Room was dirty, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled of smoke and there were cigarette butts in the room. Smoke detector was going off when I arrived and I was told the employee that could turn it off was not there. I asked for a different room but was told that was the only room available at that price. They wanted me to pay more for an upgrade. At least they did give me my money back.
