Great room size for family of 5 having two queen beds and sofa bed. Clean place and everything working fine. I’ll definitely will consider this place for next time.

Room is smell weird. Microwave inside the room is dirty and smell. The sink hot water doesn’t work. And when we got to the property the lady in front desk insisting to charged us $46 for the pet fee eventho I showed her that in Expedia it’s showed $40 and we also confirmed this by calling the hotel before making the reservation. She say she can’t go lower than $46. Won’t stay there again upon our next visit.

The bed comforter had stains all over it! Then in the morning we were told there was no water because of repairs. This was crazy. Housekeeping came in our room after pleading with us to wash our toilets because the water was out. There was absolutely no reason for that at all. I will be calling the hotel management. Not a good experience at all!!

Location was great for what i was there for. My keys would not work on one of the exterior doors and even had them reset at front desk and still didn't work so had to walk alot further than i should have

We have also stayed at the Amarillo West location which is in need of reno. Right now, Amarillo East is the preferred location.

The clerk at front desk let me correct my incorrect booking without charging, and upgraded my room without hesitation. ❤️ A little dirty for the value. The mirrors were dirty and an old wash rag was left in the shower from another guest.

You call those things pillows you put on the beds?.... Please put standard size pillows on the beds.

Staff is nice, but unfortunately the place needs work. Some things that need to be addressed and replaced had not. And it was very dirty. Very disappointed.

The bedlinen for the sleeper sofa seemed to be used. The blanket was heavy and old. The showerhead was so high up, that I could not possibly adjust it, and the water was almost cold by the time it reached the body. Even if came out hot from the spout to the tub!

It was clean and the location was good. The bed was awful. It was like sleeping on cardboard.

When housekeeping came by, they took the 4 dirty towels, said they could only leave 2 clean ones, and i would need to ask for more towels from the front desk. If they are taking 4, why can they only leave 2? For a family of 6?!? Then she said that i would have to ask the front desk for conditioner as well. Mind you, the shampoo and conditioner are mounted in the shower. What would i do if they gave me the bottle?!? No worries, the front desk said they couldn't give me conditioner as you need a special kep to replace the bottle and only the head housekeeping person has it. 4 days, never got the conditioner or additional towels. On our first day there were signs up saying the hot tub was out of order, but the pool wad open. On day 2 I saw steam rising from the hot tub, so i asked the front desk if it was still out of order... it was fixed, they just forgot to remove the signs. When you check in they give you a little yellow paper with your key saying they hope you give them a 10 if you get a survey request. I had hoped to get basic services during my stay. To end on a good note, Carmen, the breakfast attendant, was super nice ans helpful. She kept the food fresh and the area clean.

Very friendly staff and room was nice and clean. It was completely satisfactory for a quick stop on the way home. Minor things: facilities were a little outdated, and the hot tub was out of order. Pillows consisted of six small throw-sized pillows on the king sized bed. However, I was very grateful for getting a room last min that was under $200/night with such welcoming staff.

Minimal time spent in room. Room was very spacious. Out-dated furnishings. Room cleanliness was moderate. Remnants from a birthday party 2 months ago. Bathroom fan broken. Questionable cockroach droppings in drawers and cupboards. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. Check-in and out was easy. Easy freeway access.

The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable couch and bed. Nice towels, spacious bathroom. Lots of amenities available. Breakfast had nice selections that were kept full. All staff were kind and helpful.

We left after the first night due to our electric being turned back on after a horrible wind storm and you wouldn't return our money

Seemed like the food was fresh, but couldn't eat it. Staff was friendly. Easy check in. After the drunk person in the next room quit yelling and swearing, it was quiet. Internet was a little slow (had to work), but i would stay again.

Beds were super comfy and the hotel was dog friendly but you wouldn't have known other people had dogs. It was very nice. We will stay again!

staff is very courteous, very supportive. The bar opened at six and stayed opened until midnight which was New Year’s Eve. Perfect!

Really like the breakfast they had waffles, eggs, potato’s, cereal, juice, coffee, milk and yogurt. Perfect for a family of 6. Parking was well lite and clean. Fitness room wasn’t that great only 2 machines worked cont really do much of my workout. Over great for the family.

The room is overpriced for the cleanliness of the halls, stairwells, etc. I booked the room but was not told of any fees for pets. I was charged $43 USD for one pet. Outrageous!

We have stayed here multiple times and this was the first time we were slightly disappointed. We were put in the handicap accessible room (not really a big thing but just not standard). The beds were very strange and wobbly and bouncy. The head seemed lower than the foot of the bed. The shower would not drain. In the past this hotel has been on point for just a simple overnight stop. I reported everything to the front desk. Hopefully this was just a one off.

• Trash was still in the trash can when I arrived, suggesting the room wasn’t properly cleaned. • Upon check-in, the front desk required a $100 cash deposit solely because my driver’s license showed a local address. This policy was never mentioned on Hotels.com during booking. I would not have booked this property had I known about this cash deposit policy or the condition of the room. The only redeemable part of my stay was the wonderful woman working the breakfast area, who was kind, attentive, and clearly cared about the guests—she was the bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.

I was impressed with my room. Clean and spacious. The room had a safe, bar area, couch area, desk and bench. Really liked the room. The pool area was neat and clean and the hot tub worked well. The location was very convenient to find and get to. Plenty of places to shop and eat close by on I40. Less than 30 minutes from Palo Duro State Park. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Comfort Inn for single or family stay.

good service at bar, bad service at front counter. check in was a nightmare. they booked me in a room that was already taken. went to try and get in the door and heard a voice your in the wrong room! we finally got a room. had to wait a while when we first walked in for a rep to show up. 10/3/25 pm. breakfast, hot tub and pool were all very nice. wish the hot tub would go for more than 5 mins but had to keep getting out to use the timer.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. When you walked off the elevator on the second floor a strong odor of dog urine hit you. There was also no mention of an addition fee for your dog.

Noisy ac and damaged bath tub

The room was much bigger than expected. The bedding was nice and being on the first floor it was quiet.

Bed was so uncomfortable and pillows lumpy and like sleeping on rocks.

We chose this property due to needing parking for a 30ft trailer. The hotel was quiet, beds were great, breakfast was nice. Room did have a little dust and the carpet probably needed a good shampoo, but otherwise bed and bathroom were clean.

All lights in the lobby area were turned off upon a 3pm arrival and it was dark. The so called bar was stacked full of boxes like a storage room. Rust and mold in bathroom. Hallways needed lots of repair. Not sure how they were rated above 8. More like a 7. Very disappointed.

Poor planning lead to An arrival around 3am. The staff was so kind toward the very late check in!

The beds were AWFUL. I picked Comfort Inn bc the beds are usually great. Never will I go back. The shower had an opened partially used bar of soap on it. The fridge smelled like rotten fish. My kids called this the Possum Playground bc they said it stinks like a possum.

The room was a nice size. When we arrived late in the evening, the room we were given had the AC turned off. As a result, it was 84 degrees in the room. It took several hours to cool off. We brought it to the front desk attention and the man there said “I wouldn’t know anything about that.”

The staff have been so nice and accommodating! We were surprised to see a bar in the hotel, my husband and I snuck away while the teen watched the other kids in the room so we could have a relaxing drink. The bartender was so sweet. Rooms are clean, pool is ok needs a little updating but functional and fun for the kids. Had a nice stay.

Per our suggestion, they called to check for availability at another hotel. Meanwhile, I contacted Expedia. The Expedia staff walked the Comfort Inn staff through accessing the other two room reservations. Perhaps more training is necessary. Did not appreciate the “it was my problem” attitude! Tired travelers prefer hospitable and Helpful staff! Missing knobs on the faucet handles. Pink scum in the sink even after cleaning. Musty smell in the room. Rooms were great size. Breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful.

We requested a pet friendly hotel according to the description it was but when we got there it was not. Also if they are a pet friendly hotel you need to disclose è what the charge is! The price varies from 20 to 45 dollars extra!

The room was nice but the when you flushed the toilet, it sounded like a screeching owl. The ceiling also made a strange noise and we couldn’t use it. But, the man at the front desk when we checked was wonderful. He could train people to be as good as he was.

Our room was pretty dirty. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were TAPED with blue painters tape to the bathroom wall. Bathroom floors were dirty. Pullout bed mattress was filthy. No one was in the front office when we arrived. Air conditioner did not cool the room at all. Do not recommend.

My son and I were on our way across the country from NJ to Ca. We stayed at 3 different Comfort Inn & Suites, which became our Favorite cost-efficient hotel with the best amenities !!

The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast was great and check-in and service was great as well however, the hotel advertise itself is pet friendly but pet friendly is not charging $40 per animal. I believe this app should make a distinction between those who are actually pet friendly and may charge a Small fee for an animal and those who are actually gouging folks by charging a large fee for each animal.

This was one of the nicest hotels that we’ve stayed in over the last two weeks of our vacation. The only thing that we couldn’t take advantage of was the TV. It was stuck on a cartoon channel and we couldn’t figure out how to work it. We called for support but the employee didn’t show up to help. We gave up on it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

It’s ok. Not quite as nice as I expected. It could use some cosmetic repairs. They serve lemon water at the entrance, but there weren’t any cups. The room was a bit stuffy when we arrived, but the bed is very comfortable. A couple of the lights didn’t work. Needed a place to stay for the night while road tripping and it was good enough. The room is large and has a nice kitchenette area.

Went back to desk and they had to go check the room and we had to wait 20+ minutes for them to give us keys to another room. Our new room Smelt horrible. Hotel is not in best area for families and the hotel was not in best condition. Woke up at 3am to screaming coming from hallway. In the morning as we went down for breakfast there was trash and beer cans in main hallway , takeout food thrown down the hall. Breakfast was ok, with plenty of options for family.

The day we began our trip, I realized that somehow I had two Hotels.com reservations for the same hotel on the same night. I called the hotel in a panic, but the lady at the front desk immediately took care of it. The hotel wa clean and comfortable for the one night we stayed. The only down side is that the surrounding area wasn’t the best. It was fine for one night though.

The room smelled damp from the moment you entered the room, there was mold in the bathroom, the carpet was super dirty and full of stains, and the sheets were stained with liquid and torn. The only thing we really liked was the breakfast and the pool hours but even the housekeeping service was terrible. do not be fooled by the photos they do not tell the truth

The property is good, clean and the desk clerk was very nice. The hotel sits on the interstate and the truck noise is pretty loud.

Softest, comfiest bed I’d had in a hotel in a while! The large TV had lots of movie channels. The breakfast had a nice selections (fresh waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, biscuits and gravy, etc) and was staffed by the friendliest woman. Important note!! Expedia says this property is pet friendly…it is not! I could imagine this causing issues for those planning on bringing a pet.
