Nice room and property, however, there was a bad smell in the room. Kind of like wet hay? That kinda ruined it for us.

the only weird thing was the two different groups of guys having picknicks on the grass side of the parking lot. Not a usual thing. Everything else was fine. No complaints. Would stay here again.

Room was huge, comfy and clean. Breakfast included hot scrambled eggs and sausage as well as cold items. Check in was easy and fast and included asking us which floor we would like to stay on. The location was great. While the hotel is older and repainted, most of it looks great. The breakfast area was maintained and the employee working on it was efficient and kept it clean. The elevators were working and front desk used a map to show us best area to park in so we were close to our room. Elevators have etched words in them, but happily, all of them were working. One of the front desks workers was not as helpful as she could have been, but the other one was cheerful and helpful.

I liked that it was right off the interstate and had a Cracker Barrel next to it. Was so happy not to have to look for a place to eat as I had driven over 10 hours that day. The

I like everything during my stay. I enjoyed my time here and the breakfast was really good. I thought everyone was nice at the hotel. The service was great as well on my first day and last day was really good. I will say one of the days I was there around 5ish pm the power went out and was out for like 4 or 5 hours.

Awesome experience with one minor issue, WiFi was spotty at high peek times. Other than that, I will be staying here my next trip!

The location was close to our event

The staff was great. The only real issue, the amount of dog feces around the outside of property. No real designated space for dog use, so therefore the entire property! Very unpleasant! And breakfast was fine. Just need hot food to be kept warmer, and cold food, colder! But our stay was clean and comfortable otherwise.

I had stayed here before when it was a different owner. Spark has upgraded nicely but kept some good features

It was conveniently close to the Amarillo airport.

In general, it was a nice experience, from the reception personnel to the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom shower head was damage, and the Handicap Accessibility was not proper.

I was itchy and a little sofa when I sat down, the bed was itchy to It’s OK, but it needs a lot of maintenance

I wish you would have had memory foam mattresses. Conventional mattresses are very hard on my hips. Otherwise great hotel.

The room was fine but the breakfast was true continental. No hot food (like eggs or sausage). No waffle machine either.

Great rooms

Ground floor room, near the lawn area. The A/C had some quirks but still worked well. My coworkers had zero concerns with theirs. The room was very clean, the hosts were kind (we saw them often), and breakfast was good. Very grateful for a chance to stay here.

It is quite a long walk to downtown Amarillo so would advise getting a taxi Simple breakfast choice in the morning but a convenient way to start the day without having to go out for food

The facility is clean and secure, security was on site doing property checks. The pool and spa was a nice addition after the long road trip and the staff upon check in was friendly.

I loved that the parking lot was well lit especially to walk the dogs at night. Poop bags were out at 2 spots (we always have our own) but otherwise the property was pet friendly and I appreciate that!!

Staff was amazing at check in. However, the room had almost no conditioner in the bathroom, and the AC unit was malfunctioning. The fan would blow but no matter the temp, it was not cooling. Condenser appears to be broken. Needs addressing. Other than that, the bed was comfy, and the parking was safe, which is critical in Amarillo.

We were not able to use the hot tub and pool because it was not working by the time we went into get in the water. Staff came in and closed it down. We had been traveling for 10 hours and wanted to soak in hot tub.

The A/C was somewhat weak - however, we were able to open a window and the cool fresh air was a nice alternative.

The hotel had easy access to and from the I-40. The gentleman checking me in was really nice as well as the lady checking me out. There were a lot of security cameras around the facility which helped me feel safe. The room was very clean and the linens were very clean. There is a Cracker Barrel right in front of the hotel. It is a little back from the interstate so you do not hear the noise so loudly from the interstate. I was traveling alone with 2 dogs and would recommend this hotel for similar travelers.

Room was large and clean. We didn’t stay that long and skipped the breakfast. Coffee tasted a little off.

Loved the hotel and the room! I would stay here again, but I wish the complimentary breakfast was better. It was basically bagels or cereal! It would have been great to have sausage, waffles, omelettes, and/or breakfast sandwiches like comparable hotels offer.

My family of 6 showed up at midnight and they accommodated us by letting us have a late checkout. They even held our room! The staff were so nice! Highly recommend this place.

Clean, no frills place for a quick overnight stay. If you’re looking for more than bagels and cereal for breakfast, this isn’t your place. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a pervasive smell in our room like the carpet has been steamed cleaned recently with a heavily scented shampoo.

Could have used one more chair in the room. Those garden chairs are a bit hard to sit on ;-( Toilet seat doesn't stay up when peeing. Otherwise we were happy.

Excellent check in experience. Wonderful room. TCM on the Telly. Nice breakfast. My only complaint is that there is no glassware in the building upon request (for wine). Otherwise totally fantastic.

I stayed at Spark by Hilton and found the experience just okay. The hotel felt very average overall, and nothing really stood out in a positive way. The stay wasn’t as comfortable as I expected from the Hilton brand. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose this line of Hilton hotels again. There are better options out there for the same price range. I paid $130 on Black Friday night. Breakfast was next to nothing just bagel with cream cheese.

Was good for traveling across the country by car

I would have given it a 5 star rating if it had an alarm clock. Maybe it was just missing from the room, but if not, this is a corner that shouldn't be cut. It would also have been nice if two pods of coffee were included instead of one. It was another corner that was cut. The staff was nice, the room was clean and quiet. So there you go! I drove from Denver to Georgetown, TX, and spent the night in Amarillo. I will probably stay at your hotel again on the way home later in the week. I also thought it was reasonably priced. Joe H.

Very late check in so we were unaware. Woken up in the middle of the night to the blinking light of the smoke alarm. No beeping just flashing, blinking light about every 15 seconds. Lost lots of sleep. Informed morning staff. Offered an apology.

Everything was great….but bathroom vent and towel bars could’ve been at least clean and we had intermittent hot showers. Nothing like going to bed I se your hair and it’s cold water.

The location is a good deal for the price. Staff is nice and efficient. The room is clean and neat. Great shower pressure with an adjustable head, always a place. I would stay here again.

Very nice, spacious room, well layed out. Nice Keurig coffee and tea maker. The ONLY thing we are not as happy with is the tiny refrigerator that is not very cold and no way to adjust it - need it for my medication and we were concerned it wasn’t cold enough so tried putting the room ice container in there, but it would not fit. So we just tied up the bag with a little ice to help.

Continental breakfast was seriously lacking. Nothing besides a toaster to warm anything up, no waffles, eggs, etc. Extremely limited selection.

Tub handle was broken. All it would have taken is to replace the plastic valve. We didn’t discover it until we were getting ready to shower and go to bed. In my opinion however cleans the shower should have seen it and reported it so it could be fixed or the room taken out of service. I made it work for us but it was too late for maintenance to fix it.

Room was at the end of a very long hallway, which put us at the back of the property. Had there not been a raging wind and thunderstorm for most of the night, i probably would've slept better.

Recently renovated. Had a very good stay.

The crib was a life saver! The rooms had ample space to relax. I recommend this for weary travelers.

Water valve in bathroom was installed backwards. As a result it was not possible to maintain a warm water temperature for the shower.

The problem was the elevators were out and trying to find a place on my Apple or Waze. Did you not know where the hotel was? I had to call the hotel and they told me to just put in Cracker Barrel and I found it came up on my app so you need to do something about that.

Air conditioner sounded like a washing machine running all night

The desk staff was great - even though the Hilton computer system had gone down, they were able to work around and get us checked in with no issue!

Hot water doesn't stay hot. It's hot one minute, then next minute it's cold.

Pool and hottub not open due to construction. No hot water in sinks. Elevators broken. Bed was comfortable but hotel was not up to par or worth the price.

Everything was great.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool and hot tub were not functioning during our stay. Management was very apologetic and there’s nothing the staff can do about it so that’s really neither here or there. Breakfast is very spartan- boiled eggs, bagels, and cereal. There was a major storm our first night which caused a significant leak in the bedroom window. We were moved to in nearly identical room immediately. The staff were all fantastic; they were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. It’s not a perfect hotel but it is definitely worth staying in for a day or two.
