Everything was excellent with one exception. The shower in the morning was impossible to regulate. It was either scalding or icy. Since my husband took as shower in the evening and did not have that problem I can only assume the morning volume is too high for the system to handle.

The staff was as helpful as they could be. 1st our room didn’t have a trash can. 2nd the fold out couch mattress had springs sticking out of the mattress. 3rd the hot water for the shower only got to warm and the control handle is wrong. When put to hot the water is cold and when put to put it’s cold. The middle was warm. 4th Bathroom door would not shut and lock. 5th the hot tub is out of order. 6th the pool water was cold even though it’s indoor. Overall for $180/night this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years.

It was a nice facility but maintenance could be better. Breakfast was nice. I was disappointed that they did NOT have a hot tub/jacuzzi. They list this as one of their amenities but the jets do not work and they call it a soaking tub. THIS IS NOT A HOT TUB ! I chose this site due to the hot tub and their advertising is in error. In addition, the pool has not been cleaned the tile is dirty and the chrome is rusty looking. They state they have a hot tub jacuzzi but it broke. The jets do not work. So they chose not to repair it and now call it a soaking tub. It is dirty too. Tile is not clean above the water line, chrome is rusty and dirty looking. If you are not going to fix your tub, change your description so people don’t think you really have a hot tub / jacuzzi. That was why I booked this hotel. The heater in the room woke me up at 3 am when it started. It made all kinds of racket. Fix the heater ! How do you expect people to sleep.

The shower did not work and there was no hot water. The staff at the front desk said that this was not their problem and take it up with Travelocity. They also said they were aware of the room not having hot water or a working shower but they still rented it out anyway. Additionally, the staff was very rude. I do not recommend, considering I paid over $250 for a room.

It was next to Buc ee’s The worst mattress. Dated rooms. Bathroom door doesn’t close due to water damage. If wet, the tile floor is dangerously slippery. After turning lights off, your roommate cricket will start chirping. They are common in these parts of the country in mid August. Management, please notify your guests so they don’t freak out in the middle of the night thinking there is a rattlesnake in the room. Worst of al~ no bathroom exhaust. Horrible. Extremely expensive for the value. Will never go back. I booked because it was a Marriott property. Feel completely ripped off. Do better Marriott!

Overall great place to stay, it is close to Buc-ee’s so it was nice checking it out. The room was clean and exactly what I was expecting from the Marriott brand.

We got a little behind and don’t arrive until 1 am, but no hassle, warm greetings, as if it were an afternoon check in. Breakfast was great, lots of variety-loved the Texas shaped waffle griddle.

My son was driving from southeast Texas to Colorado for school. I booked him a room here because it said check in was for 18 and up. He arrived after 10 pm and they would not let him check in because he was 19. That is so stupid!

First of all, being right near a Buc-ees was AMAZING. The suite set-up is so nice, and my children described it as "low-key sick." I think that's a high compliment. We had a great stay.

Nice hotel decent breakfast. Nice employees always making you feel welcome. However the lobby is very hot making breakfast not so enjoyable and the sofa bed is a twin size mattress!!!!!!

The staff was great. The hotel was clean and just what we needed after a long drive The outdoor speaker for the outdoor patio was right below our window so it sounded like a club all night. We only slept bc we drove 8 hours to get here after a weeklong road trip with 2 weary kids. Also the pipes woke us up at 5:30 am with what sounded like very loud banging as people were turning showers on.

The room was very accommodating to our needs and the breakfast was amazing !

Sofa bed cushion was not confortable for our 5th person. Beds were not great. Overall was ok but not worth 200 dollars for one night. Felt like could've got the same thing for half that price.

The roads were getting icy so we decided to stop for the night. Casey at the front desk was awesome. It was a nice clean room. We walked to the Buffalo Wild Wings next door. Great all around experience.

Lots of animals were at the property. I have some allergies and experienced symptoms - if the property hosts lots of animals it will be virtually impossible to clean the rooms properly between guests. Definitely felt like cats had been in the room.

Very clean, however when I checked in there was a problem with Expedia submitting payment to the hotel and I feel like that conversation should’ve been between the guest services representative and Expedia. Not with me, a customer who paid for the room ahead of time.

This is an excellent property. I highly recommend it!

Great stay. Although I do have to mention when we arrived at our hotel room, the door almost didn’t look latched because it appeared that the door had been previously pried open. I was a little sketched out after seeing that and especially when you walked in the room and shut the door behind you, the metal piece that you can open & shut to secure the door was also busted in half. Other than that, the stay was fine.

The bathroom had not been sufficiently cleaned. The wallpaper around the toilet area had obvious water damage. Too much traffic noise.

Water was so hot no one could take a shower. Front desk did nothing to address the issue, simply said “maybe it’s because everyone is showering at the same time?” Ridiculous

Elevator was broken. Soap dispenser ripped off wall. Refrigerator door did not close. Missing TV remote. Inexperienced front desk person left alone and had to call someone every time something was needed.

This hotel needs a major upgrade. Our room had a musty smell and the wall paper in the bathroom was coming off around the toilet, like there had been a water leak previously but no repair had been done. Light bulbs were missing or burned out. On top of all this one of the two elevators was out of service and a housekeeper said it was going on 3 months broken.

The check in was smooth but our room had alot of little things that needed repaired and it doesn't seem to matter to complain since the front desk was getting alot of complaints while we were checking in and getting our things. I was very disappointed

The room was supposed be a king with a sofa, we were given a single queen with no sofa. Not horrible, but I’ve stayed at other Fairfield properties and this was not on level. Shattered window on the ground next to my car. Heard four rounds fired outside after midnight. We will not stay at this location again. One of the elevators was broken. The shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash dispenser was broken and just sitting around shower. Clearly an older property they took ownership of with cheap remodel/ furniture/ paint. Stick to west Amarillo hotels or medical center.

I have stayed here more than once with absolutely not issue however, this time we had some issues. I had 2 rooms. The first one had the strong mold smell due to the air conditioner leaking. The second room was fine, but the air conditioner started leaking in the middle of the night, and our floor was wet 4 to 5 foot in front of it. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Antonio checked us in. He was pite and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a good night's rest.

The trash can at the entrance was full to overflowing, with trash on the ground. Very bad first impression. One of the two elevators was out of service. The door to the bathroom was water damaged at the bottom and would not close. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling in spots. AC worked ok, but the thermostat was inoperable, even though the instructions said that was how to adjust the temperature. Breakfast was just standard fare ok.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the condition of the room was dated and in need of repair. Our room was really big, which was nice, but the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the window was broken, one of the doors on the dresser was broken, the elevators weren’t working, etc. it just felt toile the property was overdue for quite a bit of maintenance.

The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. The desk manager was friendly and courteous. Through Expedia, we had thought that we had asked for a pac and play. However, the hotel had only 2, which were already being used. So, we had to not have one. The lights into our room did not work. In the other room, what we thought was the thermostat turned u out not to control the A/C.

The hotel looked good once we got in. Nicely furnished clean, but as we started to look our room could use a little TLC. The shower head was filled with grime, the wall in the bathroom was disgusting from not having proper ventilation, and the AC was very loud.

The facility was very clean and well kept, and the beds were comfortable. By far the most notable part of our stay was the gentleman working at the front desk. He was so upbeat and friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in helping his customers.

On line room said it will fit 6 adults but the sofa bed was a twin plus on a hot day wanted to enjoy the pool but no it was closed elevator not working not a pleasant stay.

The hotel was up to all my standards - clean, easy to find amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Michael was incredibly helpful during check in. Not only was he quick to get us checked in but he was helpful in getting us settled quickly. We arrived late with an infant and before we even got to our room he was bringing in a crib. The amenities were generally fine although quite a few, like the elevator, were in disrepair.

I will not be staying at this hotel again. Bottom line the hotel needs a remodel, its in bad shape. In the room: wallpaper coming off the walls, light fixture in bathroom rusted (other rust spots), bad lighting in the room, pump soap not connected to wall - just sitting in the shower, room not fully furnished - ran out of TP and Kleenex, no soaps, lotion or other items in bathroom, walls seems very thin, you can hear everything in the halls and other rooms. Overall, just a cheap place to stay.

They put us in a room on the 4th floor knowing the elevator was broken and would only go to the 3rd floor. I'm older, with bad knees, stairs are not easy for me. Otherwise, the room was nice.
