Not bad. Will stay again if price is right. Breakfast wasn’t that great but ok. Typical hotel fare. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

It appears the hotel was going through a renovation period while we were there. Not too bad, but not perfect.

The young lady at the counter was awesome! Her kiosk was not working, so she took each individual group up to their rooms. Outstanding!!

No hot coffee on lobby nor - worst - at breakfast, and staff (ir)responsible did not care until asked for.

The breakfast was horrible. One beat up looking banana, one green orange. Oatmeal is in a plastic bowl with a soda lid covering it. Little scrambled eggs, and potatoes. Cut up waffles left in a crock pot (soggy) Orange juice and apple juice were watered down. Cream cheese was left out at room temperature. Ceiling in entry way had fallen and left a huge mess. Wallpaper in front entry peeling off the wall. Room was clean and basic. Front desk attendant was nice.

Cleanliness was an issue for sure. Mold in the bathtubs with cracked tiles up the shower. Hallway carpets hadn’t been vacuumed in ages and no meat proteins at breakfast.

Overall, my stay was alright. Definitely not as clean as I would have liked. The staff was friendly and quick to change our rooms when we discovered the a/c wasn’t working in one of them.

Breakfast was decent but muffins were poor. Biscuits were good Our room smelled like mildew, smoke, pets and body odor. There was a 4x6” piece of sheet rock missing in the window frame. A large rust stain was running down the shower from the safety handle. The hall carpet was very dirty and stained. The parking lot was full of trash including a disposed rubber next to our parking spot. We were missing one face cloth and requested another. We were given a makeup stained cloth then charged $75 when we left. This was refunded after I called the manager

The hotel over all needs a good deep clean. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable. The bathroom was just okay, it definitely hasn’t had a good deep clean in a while. The carpet throughout the hotel needed to be vacuumed. There was an alarm of some kind on the second floor that needed maintenance, it beeped all night long. On the bright side check in was super easy and the lady at the front desk was helpful and nice.

This Hotel was nice, but for some reason when I read the reviews online I expected something a little nicer and in better condition. There were parts of the hotel that needed repairs and updating. The Check in Staff was good but after I completed the check in, I did not see any staff at all for the rest of my stay. When it came time to check out there was no one to be seen. There was only a basket with a sign to leave the room key cards in.

I had stayed at the Spark Hotel in Beachwood, Ohio, where the breakfast was exceptional. This hotels's breakfast was OK, but not great. The fitness room was too small and I could not access the Peloton bike.

Positive: it works if your in a pinch but your not saving any money, you can find a better property for the same price or less.

It should be understood that Spark by Hilton is a stripped down version of a travelers hotel seemingly set up to travelers who are short on funds or managing a strict expense account. Everything is at a minimum. Most of the customers I met were just like me; men traveling solo who just needed a place to sleep. That said, the rooms were quiet, the free coffee was hot and the breakfast was ideal for men on schedules. The parking lot was maintained to a bare minimum and did not suggest that one should expect much. That said, the location was convenient with easy access to the hiway.

The pillowcase was ripped If it wasn't such a demanding time in the city for rooms due to graduation, I would have chosen to leave and search elsewhere for a room.

Not a place that I would stay again. Dingy, musty, and annoyingly loud air conditioner made for an uncomfortable and sleep-deprived stay. The staff was nice, but the room made me like I was transported back to the 70’s.

The room was clean. Everything worked and staff was available. Breakfast was decent.

Biggest problem, was that on the two evenings we returned to the hotel at 6.30 pm, there was no one on the front desk. Just a sign saying, I will be back shortly. This doesn't really make one feel at all safe. It was over 10 minutes the first evening, the second I didn't bother to wait. I know staffing can be an issue, but having just returned from Spain and had THE BEST experience of hotel staffing, it makes you realize that we really don't do customer service here anymore.

The room was not as listed when I made the booking. Booked king room with pull out couch. No couch in room. Offered twin roll away for bed, needed chair for elderly person to sleep in reason for booking. All Outlets in bathroom did not work.

Horrible experience. And in late. Needed sleep. Did not have both rooms confirmed. Had to repay for one room even though I had a paid confirmation. Rooms had to be cleaned by the desk clerk and had to wait 30-45 minutes for two rooms. Should have been free

Lower price point attracted a rowdier crowd and the hotel was loud late into the night. We were also right next to the elevator which was loud. Electrical outlets didn’t work in part of the room, toilet was near clogging, the toilet paper appeared unrolled and rolled back onto the roll, there was no parking left when we arrived, and the door jamb was not tight to the door and let a large amount of light into the room from the hallway. On the positive side the bed and pillows were comfy and the room was clean. Probably will spend a little more and go to a better place next time.

Not the cleanest hotel.

No microwave in room. No coffee pot in room. They don’t carry coffee in lobby 24 hours. The last time coffee is made is 3pm and not made again until 4 or 5 am. Over priced. It should not be more than 50.00 a night.

We told the front desk that our TV was not working and we went to dinner and came back and she told us she need to borrow a Bobby pin to try to make it work. We ended up trading room after 8 hrs of driving!

The room was good and clean. Toilet was lose. Staff wasn’t friendly and seemed to lack the motivation to do a good job. Had no regular coffee for a long time at the breakfast buffet. Had to ask for half and half. No what we expect from a Hilton Hotel.

The room description talked of a couch bed, but there was not one in the room. The desk clerk set us up with a fold up bed. Also the toilet seat was an elongated one, but the toilet was a round one. Also the bathroom door did not close. The top hinge was out alignment.

Hotel called us an hour before we arrived at 9pm to tell us they had overbooked and nedded to cancel our reservation. We had to make last minute rearrangements and their excuse was that we were the 4th guest they had to cancel that night. Ridiculous.

Bathroom hadn't been cleaned for a long time, build up of soap scum. If it was being cleaned regularly, that wouldn't be the case. Dried toothpaste in the sink with beard hair. I think the sheets were clean, but honestly was wary. There was apenny on the floor too by the bed which is more proof room wasn't being cleaned well. Dead bugs and bits of trash in the hallways so they're not being vacuumed.

There's was no coffee in room which I had been on a month long road trip and stayed in many hotels. The majority had the one cup maker (not the K-cup) which served it's purpose. I have zero desire to get up and dressed before I have coffee!

When I got there, the lady upfront checked us into a room. After we went into the room, I realized that there was not the extra bed we needed. I went back downstairs, and told the lady that there wasn't a bed. She said that was odd, and sent us to another floor where the same thing happened. After the 3rd room and her lack of knowledge, I gave up. She called her manager, that stated they did not have such rooms.

Where do I begin?? At the outset, the entry way to check-in was dirty and could’ve been more clean and welcoming. There was trash everywhere outside and everything just didn’t seem inviting at all. The room only had one chair to sit on and the room wasn’t really clean. The breakfast room wasn’t very clean and inviting either. Overall, I wouldn’t advise people to stay there even for the price paid. I would not recommend period! So disappointing

I was sent to a dirty room at first. There was no reception on cable, just sound. I love to get caught up on my shows when i travel- just really annoying. I left the next morning around 6 30am, and they were already out of coffee- didnt have time to wait.

This hotel was minimalism done to perfection! The rooms were uncluttered but supplied everything we needed. The breakfast options were better than most hotels I’ve stayed in that cost twice as much. Great value and comfort rolled into one perfect package.

Nice updated rooms, that were quiet. Loved I could seamlessly hook up my Apple TV with zero stress.

I will not recommend staying here to my worst enemy. Staff was not hospitable. The area felt extremely unsafe and was not clean at all. I also had a hard time finding the correct location since there are 3 hotels with the same name all off of the highway. The rooms were decent but you heard every sound in the hallway and sleep was hard to come by. The towels and sheets were clearly extremely old and I can’t say everything felt completely clean - even though there weren’t dirty marks. Side note - there’s nothing to add an extra effort (water bottles, etc) and it was genuinely one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in years.

An absolute 10! Check in super quick, beautiful rm with great AC, comfy bed and pillows and comforter, the later soft and just right on thickness. Bathroom had fantastik hot water, valves and high quality and solid installation. Toilet was elongated with a real lid that was attached well :-). What a great room for the price.

Property was just OK. It's one of those "modern minimalist" properties - not my cup of tea. We stayed in standard King room. The room was bare bones: bed, TV, refrigerator, desk with waiting room style chair. PERIOD! NO microwave or coffee maker and not even an ice bucket! You had to know to ask for one at the front desk! 32 inch "smart" TV that wasn't. Kept wanting to sign you up for "special 1 month free offer for Pluto plan. Breakfast was a "bagel bar" and some store bought small muffins. In all fairness, room was clean and bed was comfortable and place was located right off the I-40 freeway. There's a dozen other hotels within a mile - won't be back to this one.....

Great location, restaurants nearby. Clean room! A/C not working properly- we had to set it to 60 degrees to try to cool the room. We had gotten in late and stuck it out because we were so tired.

Our first room was not so great. Window sill, AC and one bed had living and dead ants. The fridge also was frozen. I notified the front desk and they immediately got us in a new room and was very apologetic and speedy. Our next room was better(though the fridge door didn't close. We just moved the foot stool in front) Everything else was amazing. Beds so comfy. Bathroom clean. Customer service flawless.

The address on the reservation was the wrong address. Waited in line for 35 minutes to check-in. Hotel rep was slower than slow. She didn't acknowledge those waiting in line. The people in front of us she was waiting on simply needed 3 fresh keys. 35 minutes! And then after she finished, she told us we were at the wrong location. The address we were given was the address we showed up at. Super inconvenient. Once we arrived at the actual location, the process was fine. However, we were placed in a room on the bottom floor two doors from the side exit and across from the ice machine and laundry room. Nothing but slamming doors and people walking in and out of the hallway at 1:30 in the morning. Breakfast was sub-par. Won't be returning. Would not recommend. Can't believe Hilton would put their name with such a place.

The room seemed ok, the tv did not work and front desk said no other tv available. We figured we could make do, although it was an inconvenience. However, things got bad when my 8 year old cut her toe deeply on a sharp metal divider between the carpet and tile. It bled profusely and upset her. It also caused her to not be able to enjoy the river activities we had planned later on the trip, due to infection risk. I told front desk and emailed property manager multiple times during, and after trip. There was no response from them. It is a shame this hotel cares so little about guests. I expected better from Hilton brand.

I booked a room with 2 queens and a pull out, pool, and conventional breakfast according to Expedia. I got a room with 2 queens and 2 roll outs , No pool, and told there would be bengals for breakfast. Huge disappointment for the whole family. Employee at desk wouldn’t return our money because it’s not her fault that Expedia didn’t change the description on the site

We made a quick stay passing through the city. Overall it was clean. The AC was too loud in our room and some did not sleep well with the noise.

I was very sad because online it shows pictures of a big pool, but when we wanted to go to the pool we found out that there isn’t one. Very disappointing. But the bed was very nice

Overall, my stay was good. There was an issue with my my payment at check-in and the manager Cory was was nice enough to resolve the following day after further investigation. The tub in my room still had light "dirty ring" around it that could have been cleaned better, but I had my own cleaning wipes and disinfectant so I made it work. The following night there still an issue with my payment so I used another payment option come to find out my card was declined for potential fraud. Again, Cory was very understandable and patient about it. However, after resolving that issue, I had to wait outside of my room for maintenance to replace the battery on my door. I had to wait about 15 minutes (after 1:00 a.m.) and I was tired and ready to lay down. Again, it was eventually fixed.

Property manager Corey was extremely helpful - unfortunately they didn’t have the sofa bed in the room as indicated on the Expedia site. Corey gave us several comforters to put on the floor so my 17 year old could sleep.

The tv in our room was not working properly. It wouldn't change channels.

I had to be moved to another room since the one I got had a big spill of coffee in the floor and it looked like someone was taking a nap on the bed before we took the room.

Hotel and rooms were excellent, breakfast was good and breakfast person is very helpful and friendly. But in main entrance Dog poop was there everywhere, we informed night shift front office person but till morning 9:30 AM it’s not taken care. Other than that it was excellent.

The building was probably an older building which Hilton had redone - but the walls were very thin. It was very noisy as people were arriving throughout the night, then at 2:00 am the neighbor's alarm started going off in the adjoining room. It went until 6:00 am. At 3:00 am I went down to the lobby and the lady came up and knocked but they didn't answer. She said she slightly opened the door and heard the man snoring but she wasn't legally allowed to enter. It wasn't her fault, but it was a miserable night and we had to drive 12 hours the next day. I expected better of something with the Hilton name.

The hotel was a nice option for the price. If you’re traveling and need a place to sleep for the night, this is a good choice. The breakfast was decent, and the room was clean and presentable. However, due to the low price, you may encounter a different crowd of people. It can feel a bit unusual if you’re new in town or just passing through, but overall, everything went well. We would stay here again.

Gun shots in the neighboring parking lot. People at my door in the middle of the night trying to get in, and finally realizing they were at the wrong door. But the icing was the staff who accidentally set off the fire alarm at 4am!
