- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms
- Dirty and poorly maintained bathrooms
- Limited or unsatisfactory breakfast offerings

The AC/fan was loud all night, tried to turn it off, didn't work.
- 3/5
Staff was nice, room was ok.

Rooms are big and spacious

- 3.5/5
The rooms were spacious The breakfast was weak
- 4/5
Great room for the price
- 3/5
Breakfast ok
- 3.5/5
The pool was very nice. For the price for a week it was really affordable and comfortable. There were a few issues like water pressure from the toilet and there was only stairs, so if you have a lot of luggage it's difficult to carry it all up.
- 5/5
Red lobster across the street and swimming after hours. Front desk was so helpful. Rooms kinda bare … but clean and large.
- 5/5
The staff is amazing That I kept loosing my hotel key and having to ask for one.
- 1/5
Roaches
- 3/5
The first room they give me ,has roaches ,
- 1/5
Well my car did not get broken into I had a problem with the remote remote control and I asked the staff upfront after checking in to change the batteries which he did and still didn’t work so I didn’t go back upfront and before I had even anyways after I put all my suitcases in the room I went to shut the door there was a roach calling at the door and then I throughout the night there was a roaches and so that was it the fridge was hot and did not work the television did not work and the hot water in the shower did not get hot it was cold and then breakfast really wasn’t breakfast it was more like a waffle cold cereal and coffee I did tell the lady upfront and she said she would let maintenance know but it was kind of upsetting for my room to be like that in my elderly dad was with me 85 and so it was just disappointing
- 3.5/5
Clean Nothing really
- 3.5/5
It was clean and smell smelled good Nothing
- 5/5
It was clean . The pool was nice and clean. Staff was great!
- 3.5/5
The location is close to the outskirts of Amarillo. This was good for me when leaving.
- 2/5
The good: The team assisting with check-in were helpful and quick. The location is close to restaurants and proximity to shopping. The downfalls: Having to carry a stroller up the stairs to the second floor. Elevator? The AC wasn't working and blowing warm air, making it extremely stuffy and uncomfortable when it's the middle of spring in Texas. There were shaving razors left in the shower. The pull out sofa mattress sheets were dirty. And then there were people in the parking lot smoking weed just watching everyone. A little suspicious. I know you get what you pay for, but when you are paying for Hilton rates and get America's Best value, it's hard to justify it.
- 5/5
I was very happy with the people and my room at this Super 8.
- 5/5
breakfast menu is no good for those of us with gluten issues. No fresh fruit nothing to eat at all, but all Super 8 are much the same. I carry my own.
- 1/5
I would recommend this place to anyone! This one is bull.....
- 5/5
These size of the rooms and how it feels like home just being in the hotel
- 4/5
Room was clean and very spacious. Check-in was easy. Not that it bothered us, but no elevator available. Breakfast was not worth eating so we skipped it.
- 3/5
An easily found location. Getting confirmation for a single queen and having to pay more when I get there because they are all out of the room I purchased.
- 5/5
Clean room, bed was comfortable the water pressure was really great and the bathroom was nice and clean
- 4/5
Its quiet and the pool is clean.
- 5/5
I didn't eat the breakfast, so i cant speak on that However the facilty was clean smelled good and well lit. The room was clean two beds with adequate bedding. The mattress wasn't as plush as i would like though and the pillows were to small.
- 1/5
Do not stay here! We booked a room clearly marked as having a sofa bed, and when we arrived, the front desk said “no you didn’t. If you want a sofa bed we can move you for a fee, and by the way there’s a $20 fee to get sheets for it.” I showed them the reservation and they said sorry, take it up with hotels.com. I called hotels.com and they tried to call the desk but their phone wouldn’t ring. After an hour of negotiations by text with his manager and hotels.com, I got a cancellation of their room and we went elsewhere. Insult to injury, when I got the cancellation email from the hotel it said right on it, “queen beds with sofa bed.” I never encountered such terrible customer service.
- 3/5
The room had roaches
- 1/5
They rip you off for a $50 deposit
- 3/5
The hotel pictures are so miss leading. The hotel has a musty smell, the couches in our room were dirty and the room was so dark. Poor lighting. Only 3 lamps in the whole room and small living room. Light switches for the bathroom were on the outside of the bathroom and the shower was very small! And according to the front desk lady, room service only comes by the room every other day. So good luck in getting clean towels and sheets.
- 1.5/5
Beds were ok and thats it Checked in prior to arriving only to have to check in again at front desk. The price online and on conformation email was less then what I got charged. The mini fridge had dead bugs in it, bathtub had hairs everywhere. The upstairs smelt of cigarettes. The breakfast was non existent. There was only cereal and waffles.
- 2/5
That the pool wasn't heated staff seemed mad that we got in the pool got upset when asked for pool towels, seemed upset that I needed new bedding due to my baby being sick. Breakfast was very disappointing no options just waffles and cereal morning staff seemed upset to be there..
- 5/5
Coffee Needed more protein choices. Eggs, bacon, sausage and the like.
- 2.5/5
Nice seat down breakfast room. ( 6am-9am) waffle maker ! Options on drinks but no fruit. Fridge, heater, TV, microwave worked very well. We were able to find 2 nice restaurants walking distance. We had a really nice time eating a seafood dinner. It made up for the experience with the night clerk because it was the worst check in experience I have ever had at any of the booking.com hotels that partners with them. She needs a day off ! Night clerk wasn't in a good mood to address why the pool was closed, direct us to any local places to eat, or didn't want to bother looking to see if the stay was paid for. I had to tell her we needed to pay. My boyfriend asked her if she knew if certain places had good food. She couldn't tell us because she works too much to go out. The pool was said to have too much chemicals when we all know it doesn't take a whole week, at the most 24-72 hrs. The door was unlock for me to check the pool water was cold. Obviously, they don't want to turn on the heat. False advertisement that was super disappointing after driving 8 hrs. By the way, park Only in the front parking lot bcuz that's where all the security cameras face. Ice machine only works downstairs

Bad Everything including management

Walk-in Shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor, hair on pillowcases. Bed linens smelled dirty

The location When we got there that cleaning lady was still cleaning which was fine. We just waited on the couch and she did say that there was a gentleman that was there for about a week in there and I guess he didn’t say anything about the AC not working because whenever that evening it started getting hot and no windows could be opened because they were. I got screwed down. The AC was just blowing hot so it was it was uncomfortable and then the next day I tried to speak with the manager and I told him that I had gotten on an email that I could get a late check out at 1 o’clock and that I would have to only pay $20 which I didn’t realize that it was a request so whenever I spoke with him, he said he’s never heard of that and that I’m a liar and then I need to get my stuff and please leave and so that’s what I did what he had to. He stood by the door Till I gathered my stuff which was so uncomfortable and then when I tried to explain to him that and show him the email that whenever I checked in that I could get and I was offered a late check out he threw his hands up like I was trash and just told me to get out. I I never belittled him or never never cussed at him never raise my voice at him.
- 2/5
The creamers for the coffee was curdled, there was one bagel for a dining room full of people, and the waffle batter was empty. The room was so so with no extra blankets or sheets for the pull out bed.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and staff was great. It was a VERY clean room. Except our pillow cases were dirty. They had makeup on 2 out of 3 of them. We went to the front desk and told them and they gave us new clean ones right away. The pool was absolutely freezing!! Not heated indoor at all in January.
- 4/5
This Super 8 in West Amarillo isn’t fancy, but it was a solid stay. The room was immaculately clean, which honestly matters most to me, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Everything was straightforward and comfortable, and it did exactly what we needed it to do. For a clean, no frills place with good service, this spot earns a solid 4 stars.
- 3/5
Run down area. Minimum effort on breakfast. Uncomfortable blankets.
- 3/5
They were able to accommodate our request for conjoined rooms and wheelchair accessible. It was also great to have the sleeper sofas. However, this place is old and outdated. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. Breakfast was ok but not great. We ended up Dunkin' Donuts. Really the only plus was being able to walk across the street to red lobster.

100 % recomendable
- 3/5
Broken window in our room. Felt very unsafe
- 3/5
This facility has some upgrades. Our room had new floors and counter tops, but the shower was cracked and chipped, the vanity was water damaged and crumbling. The beds and linens were fine, the pull out sofa was not equipped with bedding and the hotel charged $20 extra for linens for that bed. The breakfast was limited, muffins and waffles with butter and syrup. There was no fruit, yogurt or other easy to grab options, but we appreciated that there were some options available. The area seemed a little sketchy, but our vehicle wasn’t tampered with in the lot overnight. This was a budget stay and for the price, not the worst.
- 1/5
It was a terrible stay, the front desk didn’t have any information on my reservation, she sent me to a room where the door wouldn’t even open, I came back 3x asking for another key. Took me an hour to finally get a room. The bathtub had stains everywhere and it smell like weed and cigarettes everywhere
- 3/5
Dangerous part of town
- 4/5
Was passing through on our was to California and needed a place to stay this was perfect.
- 5/5
Very nice, welcoming hotel & friendly staff.
- 5/5
Todo bn
- 1/5
Average hotel for the price. On the run down side but not bad. Comparable to similar chains, on the lower side l, and breakfast was pretty limited. I Paid in-full ahead of time for a 5 person occupancy room(5 person occupancy costs more to begin with), with a pull-out couch. Obviously with 5 people being paid for, the pull out couch will need to be used. Upon checking in, I was charged another 25$ to get sheets for the couch so my daughter had somewhere to sleep. Buyer beware.
- 1/5
At check in is when I found out about a $20 fee for sheets for sofa bed, the room was dirty, hair in corners , tub falling apart, toilet cracked, cigarette hole in blanket, bedroom window cracked, lock to door is falling off. Tiles falling off walls and being help up with tape.
- 2/5
There was an adult toy box left in a drawer of the room. The room smelled of smoke. When I spoke with the front desk regarding the smell they explained the room is a non-smoking room. I wanted to be sure we were not charged a smoking fee due to the smell. The room was very basic which is fine. The lack of cleaning in the room was a cause for concern.
- 1/5
Try to charge for towels. The room was disgusting. Bugs. Limited towels. Unfriendly staff. Will not pay. 20 fir towels. Do not stay at that hotel.
- 4/5
The room and pool were fine for one night. The area around the hotel was not the best. The front desk was helpful and nice.
- 3/5
I am mobilely challenged and it as difficult to get into the bed. Too high!
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, room wasnt throughly clean, food left in fridge from previous guest, trash behind bathroom door! Hotel makes alot of noise, not from other guests but the building itself, never heard a hotel make such odd noises throughout the night. Breakfast was minimal, we ate elsewhere!
- 2/5
Rooms were dirty and breakfast was very poor
- 5/5
Great people
- 4/5
It was fine for our one night stay
- 5/5
Nice clean and spacious room. Only issues were non-working fridge and tv remote.
- 1/5
When I arrived (@10p.m) they gave me a room with no sofa bed. I had reserved a room with 2 queens and a sofabed. When I told clerk he changed the rooms but never gave us extra blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. When my son went to ask for some blankets and pillows the clerk said that it was going to be an extra charge. Luckily we had an extra blanket and pillow in the truck. We could not shower as the shower was clogged and the tub dirty. The breakfast was a 2 out of 10. Coffee was watery (not strong at all) and bread only had butter as the dressing.. no jelly at all. We ended up checking out at 7am.
- 1/5
After finding all this, I went to the desk a second time and asked for a new room. The young lady tried to refuse us a new room. I showed her the pictures and also showed them to another guest who was checking in. She finally agreed to give me a new room. The second room was better than the first. However, In the second room the pillow cases were dirty. The bathtub faucet was leaking. The finish was peeling off the tub. And there was what looked like soda or blood splattered on the lamp and picture behind the bed.
- 4/5
Accessible units should not have beds so high! I take a step stool in with me when I don't know. Lots of room.
- 4/5
Swimming pool was supposed to be heated, but was so cold I had to move VERY fast. But I really need the exercise after driving all day.
- 3/5
It was okay but then again you pay for what you get it was hot in there even thought the AC was working but overall l would say it was okay
- 1/5
Terrible
- 3/5
I got charged $20 extra for using the sofa bed that's already on the room. When I booked it the rate I paid included the sofa bed. Very misleading. They should just charge one rate and everything in the room can be used.
- 5/5
Good stop.
- 4/5
👍
- 3/5
No towels in first room that was assigned to us. Good thing they moved us to another room and had towels. Tried to charge my card multiple times for $20, when there was no reason too!
- 5/5
The room is spacious clean And the service was attentive I give them 10 out of 10
- 4/5
Very hard for “me” to understand the lady when we first checked in.
- 1/5
Internet was not working so couldnt check in or get a receipt, charged me extra bc my room had a sofa in it although i already paid online. Ac hardly worked, bathtub looked like it was galling apart, booked 2 queens got 2 full size beds. Paid over 100 bucks . Will never go back
- 4/5
Helpful staff and clean accomodation
- 5/5
Great Super 8 hotel.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, nice room
- 5/5
We always stay here. It’s clean and no a lot of traffic inside the motel.
- 2/5
Breakfast was advertised but only offered grab and go. This seems to be a trend.
- 5/5
Everything was great, the only thing was it is in a weird location but once i figured out how to get in the lot it was great
- 2/5
The Plastic bathtub however, looks like it's been painted and flaking off. In room coffee was old. And At 7:30 am there was no breakfast, not because it had been eaten, there just wasn't any. Overall it was a good sleep just a bit sketchy.
- 3/5
The check in was fine. Our beds were hard. The shower was a little scary. I think it was clean, just in bad repair. There were drink rings on the nightstand. The room was spacious. Continental breakfast was not good. There was bread, 2 types of cereal, the juice machine was broken. Selection was minuscule.
- 2/5
Even my kids were grossed out by the dirty bedding, blood on pillow case and sheet. Thankfully we didn't need to use the tub which looked horrendous.
- 4/5
Good value for an overnight stay.
- 5/5
Property is new. Room is not fully furnished. No other problems so far.
- 2/5
Upon checking in we had to interrupt the two ladies having their daily gossip session. Check in was easy but as soon as we were handed the key she says “by the way you booked a non-smoking room but the floor above you is smoking so you may have a hint of smoke.” We walked out the door to park closer to our room and I told my husband I was going to check the room before we unpacked. It was AWFUL. The smell of smoke hits you in the face as soon as you open the door. Asked if there was another room available with no smoke at all and was told they were full. It had been a long day of traveling and we were only staying for that night so we dealt with it. You can tell this hotel and just been remodeled. The room look great at first glance when walking in but upon closer look it looked like someone’s first diy project. The porcelain bathtub that was once ivory colored they had PAINTED over with white and you could see every brush stroke. The new, cheap Amazon bed frames they had stuck out 3” past the mattress and bruised up our shins something terrible. The TV was not mounted properly and looked like it could fall off at any time. To entertain our kid we decided to go for a swim. There were 3 kids, under the age of 7 or 8, unsupervised in the pool. Come to find out it was the desk clerks kids. After the 3 of us had been splashed in the face and hit with a big bouncy ball several times we were fed up and got out. Got up breakfast & it was cereal and prepackaged muffins. That was it
- 3/5
Breakfast was barely a breakfast. Beds were hard as a rock. It was clean and no one broke into our vehicle. So that’s a plus.
- 2/5
The only thing nice about the super 8 was the new carpet it looked like in the hallways.Rooms were filthy I mean filthy the air conditioner hadn't been dusted off the window seals hadn't seen a cleaning rag and I don't know how long floors the same way countertops wasn't even washed or cleaned from the last person that stayed in the room very dirty. Turned air conditioner off because I got cold water was all over the floor used one of the bath towels to throw on the water puddle and it looked like I had cleaned the oil pan with the towel that's how bad the floor was.
- 2/5
The lack of unavailable nonsmoking rooms, and how close the smoking rooms are to the smoking areas. The blankets having burnt mark of cigarettes, disgusting.
- 4/5
All good but could use a little less bleach the room smelt like bleach real bad when we first arrived but still ok
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
Big lines in front desk, bed sheets were dirty.
- 2/5
Not good experience.
- 5/5
Staff is friendly. Property is in good condition. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Bathtub looked like it had blood and urine all over it
- 3/5
spilt on the bedside table, something sticky on the other, coffee pot was dirty, housekeeping brought another said the one was.not working, the coffee pot on the replacement maker was dirty, jad.to clean it before using.. ..

I booked a room for my single dtr, so that she could to to her aunts funeral. This hotel was pretty near to the funeral location, & looked decent from photos. My dtr didn't get off work until 5, so didn't make it to Amarillo until approx.11 pm. When she arrived near hotel, all the streets that would lead her to it, were closed. She called me frantic, knowing I had already paid for her stay, but not being able to get to the hotel due to multiple rd closures. She said she tried to call hotel multiple times, but it would ring a few times, then disconnect. I told her to stay in her car, go to a lighted area, and keep her doors locked, while I tried to call hotel. I called multiple times same scenerio. I then called a Super 8 by Wyndham number that I located on line. Explained to the lady what was going on, she placed me on hold, tried calling the hotel directly. While on hold, my daughter seen a decent looking older couple & asked them if they knew why all the rds in that area were closed, & was informed that several blocks in that area had been flooded, & most of the businesses were flooded inside, or closed due to pkg lots & rds being flooded. I explained this to the Super 8 lady when she came back on the line. She apologized and told me to call & report as soon as my dtr came back in to town, since I had reserved & paid for room. Furious that no one from Super 8 called to inform us of the problem ahead of time, & I refuse to pay for this reservation. Credit my acct asap.
- 4/5
It was clean. Some things were just worn a bit and needs improvement. Locks on the window were broken but they were replaced with metal clips. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff was great. Very friendly. We felt very welcomed.
- 5/5
My bathtub needed to be replaced. It looked terrible. I didn't even bother using it. The rooms were HUGE and much appreciated!
- 3/5
Older motel, could use a little more upkeep and regular deep cleaning. Nothing awful, but would probably spend another $20-$30 and stay at a little nicer place. Staff were functional but not winning any awards with their service.
- 1/5
unclean room, noisy upstairs neighbors, thin walls, scary neighborhood, filthy and moldy HVAC unit, scratchy bed sheets, dirty microwave and fridge..... We complained about the upstairs noise, but nothing changed. We maybe got 3 hours of sleep after driving 10 hours. Very few things offered at the free breakfast. I'm sorry I spent my money to stay here.
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Typical Super 8, cleaner than I expected. Check in was a little rough, but not a big deal.
- 1/5
A.c. broken...furniture tore...blankets have cigarette burn holes all over...front desk check in person had her kids behind her running around doing errands for her. The walls are dirty..the tub is stained
- 5/5
We always stay there when in Amarillo. We can count on the consistency of a well managed establishment
- 2/5
Pretty old hotel with recent work done to improve the room but its not working. Stained towels, stained tubs, no elevator for travelers that gets the 2nd level, just old feeling.
- 3/5
The clerk was very quick to check us in.
- 3/5
They said the hotel had a breakfast in the morning. They only had coffee and little cup cakes, no cereal, no nothing. They should change their web site to say no breakfast.
- 5/5
Beautiful room
- 5/5
Room was very clean.
- 1/5
I was woken up at 3am with ants crawling all over my face, my pillow, the nightstand and the AC unit. I went to speak to front desk staff and was denied a room change or any type of refund and forced to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and sleep in my car. Outrageous and easily the worst hotel experience of my life.
- 3/5
Checking in was easy, but when we got to our room we noticed that there wasn't enough towels for our family and the tv only had 8 channels that worked. Also none of the ice machines at the hotel worked.
- 5/5
We stay here all the time when we visit family. It is clean and friendly
- 2/5
Newly remodeled room looked okay--but they forgot to redo the bathtub/shower, it looked like leftovers from a nuclear war.
- 1/5
Had a horrible indigent that ended in me calling the police. Was stalked my a man at the front desk who put a note under my door. I left the place and got another motel.
- 4/5
Had a very good experience the only thing was when we were getting situated on checking out it was 11:00 am and the clerk was a little rude by telling us it was time to check out I knew when checkout was she didn’t have to tell me that what if I was going to stay Another day she didn’t ask she just told me that was my only complaint
- 2/5
It was very quiet because I think no one knew I was there. I had no phone for 2 days. The room had no tissues and I asked for 2 days and ended up taking some from the cart. I had to ask for clean towels and wash cloths and garbage picked up after 3 days. There was no one at the front desk the whole time I was there. The breakfast was a joke, Little Debbie's????? The only plus was that it was quiet.
- 4/5
The room was pretty good, it was clean for the most part but the air conditioner was blocked by one of the beds so it was difficult to get cooled. Checking in should not have been as difficult as it was...I had to go down to the front desk twice and was made to go get cash for the deposit. I have not received the deposit yet, at checkout the front desk clerk told me that the cash deposit I had given would be put back on the card on file within 5-7 days. Well here we are 7 days later and no deposit.
- 3/5
The breakfast was ridiculous. Tang, coffee and packaged muffins.
- 4/5
I’d stay here again.
- 5/5
Everything went great with my stay.would recconmend other to stay.
- 1/5
This is not the hotel to stay at. There isn't a Breakfast in the morning. it is only coffee and cheap store-bought pastries. No Cereal, No Fruit, No Eggs, No bacon, No waffles, No toast, No bagels, No Juice. nothing but some liquid like tang and coffee. The place is dirty and not kept up. The management doesn’t care about the guess. They will rent out the pool to the locals and encourages problems for their guess. They will tell you that you are getting a suite but the showers were painted years ago and are peeling and the water pressure is very poor. The room we had the TV didn’t work and they didn’t fix it. The remote to the TV was also broken. The phone in the room doesn’t work so you can call out or to the front desk. If you have issues you have to walk down to find unfriendly people that will just say I can’t help you and we know there are issues but management doesn’t care. Spend a few more dollars and stay where you can enjoy it your stay.
- 3/5
No chair to sit on. Blankets were very thin.
- 5/5
This hotel was exceptional except for the breakfast for two that did not exist there was no coffee a half jug of orange juice and about four muffins we stayed here because of the included breakfast so this was a disappointing fact but otherwise an awesome place to stay
- 5/5
Nice quiet location
- 3/5
Thin walls, no breakfast
- 5/5
We were traveling to our home in Oklahoma from our home in California and stopped for the night after spending several hours in construction traffic. Was clean and very nice. Very quiet.
- 3/5
Check-in was easy and the people at the desk were friendly, but they didn't go over the usual things like wifi, breakfast, or room location. Our room seemed ok at 1st but once we came back from dinner I began to notice it hadn't been cleaned properly. Around the toilet was dirty, the tub had a ring, a towel looked like it was used and not changed, and there was pizza in the fridge, so that tells me they definitely didn't clean it. I did go get clean towels from the front desk and I'm thankful I carry Clorox wipes when we travel. The neighborhood doesn't seem safe either, so I felt nervous about my vehicle. The beds were uncomfortable and when we checked-out the breakfast, well, was non-existent except a few store bought pastries and "orange juice" that looked like Tang. I wouldn't recommend staying here and definitely won't be returning.
- 3/5
Neighborhood was desolate. Only a max of four vehicles in the parking lot, lead me to believe this was not an ideal place to be as a single traveling female. The main front door was not secured and anyone could enter.
- 4/5
All’s well
- 1/5
Paid in advance for a king bed, checked into room, it was a double. Was assured by manager would be rectified after dinner. After dinner I asked manager, and another guy with a neck tattoo told me they were sold out and it was my problem, I told him maybe they sold out of king beds because i paid in full for one, gave me a nasty if not bullying look. The room was nasty, a big dead bug with gut trail wiped on bathroom door, a lot of enamel missing from tub, filthy shower head, and the chair at the desk was broken. It was 28 degrees outside, we had a sheet, thin blanket and nasty thin bed cover.
- 2/5
Bathroom was actually very nasty. Everything else was fine. But the bathroom ruined it for us with how dirty it was.
- 2/5
Loud pissed off people in the hall wall. 3 men tried to break into our truck. Would not recommend
- 4/5
I loved the floor plan of the room. Room was dusty and aggravated by asthma.
- 3/5
We were given a different room and it was ok. Bed was comfortable and room was large with a nice lounge chair.
- 5/5
We stayed here after an emergency car repair left us stranded en route to Phoenix. The room was easy to get and a wonderful welcome after the nightmare of car breaking down on the interstate. The room itself was clean and while not modern, certainly updated. Breakfast of coffee/juice and muffins leaves a lot to be desired. Overall though, I would stay here again if i find myself in the area
- 4/5
The room was clean and recently remodeled. The staff was helpful and friendly. However during remodeling the tub and shower was painted and the paint has begun to peel. Looks tacky. Additionally both of thebath towels in my room appeared top have make-up on them.

The downside was the way tub looked with chipped paint but it wasn't too big of a deal. Local residents are allowed to stay the night which is a big plus since not alot of hotels let local residents stay a night.

Breakfast was tang and pre-packaged mini muffins- questionable flavor! We didn’t try either! Had to get our own! Rooms were recently remodeled but not practical, I kept bumping into TV mounted on wall sticking out too far. One chair in sitting area! Check in person was friendly and helpful. Check out lady not so much!

This was the worst experience ever, I booked these rooms for me and my children, first off we get there and people are standing around drinking in the parking lot first bad sign ok so I go in to check in we get to the room and it was horrible, the tubs we nasty, there was hair everywhere, final straw I went to open the window to let e fresh breeze because it had a smell on there, the locks were broken on the windows and we were on the bottom floor there was no way possible I was staying there overnight with my children. I ended up leaving 1 hour after I checked in I didn’t feel safe there plus it was nasty. I want a refund immediately I wasted $250 dollars on 2 nasty rooms.

Front desk person was not a customer service person. He rolled his eyes for everyone, was set off when we needed pool towels. We had a suite with a hide-a-bed. Had to ask for linens for it and it was $20 extra. No breakfast, no coffee. They advertise having a hot breakfast. Room was dirty. Curtains had what looked like food or blood stains and door didn't lock. Fridge was hot and didn't cool off. Our room had 3 towels for 5 people. The same man was inconvenienced when we asked for extra towels. Many hotels were full and it was a same day reservation due to availability. We paid $160 a night so I expect better customer service and towels and linens! Would not recommend!
