Property was close to Disney Room wasn’t ready when we got there after they checked us in, sink kept flooding, shower door never closed. Ran out of toilet paper and made me sign for it. Definitely won’t stay again.

I liked how it was very comfortable and the staff members were very friendly! The parking structure wasn’t very convenient, not enough space I think.

How it’s near the Disneyland park and theirs some close store around Having to pay a parking fee, they should’ve added it to the reservation and make a note of that and a 100 dollar deposit fee.

Close to disneyland. We checked in past midnight with 2 small kids. Our 4 yo and 7 yo were just talking to each other while waiting to get a shower. They were not even playing and yet the other room next to us called the lobby which in turn called us and informed us of the complaint. That’s how bad the walls between the rooms were! They need a little bit of soundproofing!

Proximity to Disneyland parking was easy and the TV and bed were nice as well. Big and comfortable. The receptionist that helped me at the front desk, forgot to charge me the deposit and then made me wait for her to check in the guest that came in behind me instead of just charging me to finish up our transaction which had me in the lobby for 35 minutes with no one in front of me when I got there which was a little frustrating. Also, there was a dead bug smashed on the wall, not cleaned up in the room.

I thought the property had cute themed rooms I didn’t like that the shower flooded to our ankles and someone supposedly checked on it before we stayed the night there. And the room smelt pretty heavily of bleach or strong cleaner.

The staff was very helpful and very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds in my room were outstanding. I was not expecting that from this small motel/hotel. My only complaint was that when we first booked, the address showed you right next to Disney, it's called the Anaheim MAIN GATE. I knew we had to walk to the entrance, but didn't realize it was a 20+ minute walk. The Main gate next to it is the employee main gate. There were a lot of people walking, and the Disney shuttles were no longer running. I usually book and prefer to be closer since we walk all over the park for 2 days, morning through close, and just don't need the extra 20 minutes each way with kids. I ended up Uber-ing in the evening and the next morning.

Great location close to Disney! It’s not quite a mile walk to get to the tram in the Pixar Pals parking garage. Ubers to the park were normally $10 or under. The rooms were clean and recently renovated. Nice sized rooms as well. Joyce at the front desk was amazing and took great care of us and had awesome recommendations. Very convenient and would stay again.

My stay was great. There are no amenities at this hotel but I knew that when I booked it. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The only downfall is the parking situation. There are not a lot of spaces so they fill up fast. Its like a first come first serve situation, but at least they offer some parking to begin with. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We arrived later than expected, but the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Parking is a little tight, though they do provide a designated spot on the property. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the night.

The property was right next to Disney we just walked there it was great. The front desk ladies were nice. It was so dirty, the shower was broken, the walls so thin we could hear the neighboring room unrolling toilet paper and using the bathroom. The rooms were previously smoked in and the nicotine was dripping down the walls, see photo of door for reference.

The young woman who checked us in was super helpful, friendly and efficient. I have never stayed on this side of the resort and the location was quite nice. We stayed in a family room. There’s a king bed and bunk beds. It was a comfortable stay and the unit was so clean. It was aesthetic. The distance. About 30 minute walk.
- 5/5
this hotel doesn’t have any amenities other than a vending machine and small seating area on the second floor. No breakfast which is something to note, but not a deal breaker for us. the hotel faces away from the park so it’s not an ideal place to watch fireworks but still possible. The rooms were tidy & updated though they’re a bit small. But it was ideal for our stay as we spent little time in the room. The tv was great and a good size for a hotel tv. beds were adequate. The surrounding area was nice. And there was little to no noise throughout the night. The air conditioning was wonderful and worked well. The shower was great and updated. Water pressure was great and the water gets both hot and cold. The sink was a bit awkward with zero counter space but they do have a small rattan shelving next to the sink The staff were sooo friendly!! Multiple times through our stay they came up to our room to help us or bring us things we needed. I was nervous that this was so cheap, at the time of booking it was cheaper than the motel 6. Possibly because we stayed for a prolong stay. But out of all the cheaper options around you Disney this takes the cake!
- 3/5
The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. The door was dirty. Parking was super small. Would I stay again I don’t know. But the drive to Disneyland was not far at all.

It was on good place to stay, close to the park, great staff.
- 2/5
Close by to the parks Parking is not guaranteed and your getting charged. You also can’t control your own AC unit and half the time it gets so hot in the room it doesn’t cool down because the AC unit is so little it blows barely any air.
- 5/5
Close to the park.
- 2.5/5
Clean The bed was stiff and we were not able to control the temperature. Sunday night we froze because the temperature kept resetting to 53 degrees. The other nights we were either too hot or too cold which made it hard to sleep
- 4/5
Could offer late checkout and continental breakfast and if possible shuttle to the parks other than a little tlc required property is in great condition and location. Would definitely comeback.
- 3.5/5
The location was within good walking distance to the park. The bed was comfortable. Staff seemed friendly. Amenities were lacking but this was to be expected. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner etc. parking was inconvenient as people were rude and inconsiderate of others and would park behind you, blocking you. Also difficult to get out of spaces when the parking has cars parked along wall behind covered spaces. Tried to get ice and door was locked.

- 5/5
Property was nice. Simple and clean. About 1.2 mile walk to Disneyland.
- 3.5/5
The parking really sucks
- 3/5
There’s no caddy in the shower and we had difficulty shutting the shower door all the way. But great water pressure! The sheets weren’t very comfy and the bed was noisy. The stairs to get up to the room were sketchy. Overall it was an average stay. Great location. Probably wouldn’t stay again but it was fine for the price.
- 3/5
I stayed here for a few hours because I started feeling itchy. I was laying on the bed and felt some poking and I had bug bites on my arms and legs. I decided to leave the property early which honestly sucked. I wanted to have some sleep to recover from my disney day. The staff was friendly but thats about it.
- 4/5
For about $100 a night it gets you what you need. Only downside was the parking being $30 for 3 nights which still isn’t bad. Air conditioning, shower, bathroom bed, all these you need that worked correctly. Property wasn’t obviously the cleanest but it met all of our standards and it was only a 12 minute walk to Disney! Would definitely stay again for the pricing.
- 1.5/5
The name "Main Gate" is not accurate. We were behind the park and directions were inaccurate as well. Staff could not direct us and we spent almost 2 hours trying to get to Disneyland. There are permanent residents at the hotel, and no parking available after the park closed. Big fly in our room that buzzed around most of the night.
- 4/5
Creaky bed, type of soap
- 2/5
Parking was cheap for the week, room was spacious Not clean, had to move rooms 3 times to get a clean room, property was not maintained inside or out. Birds nests/ droppings everywhere , vacant abandoned lot at front of property, one room beside lobby visibly stacked with trash and old hotel furniture to the ceiling. Walk was much further to Disneyland than advertised. Food left in rooms from other guest, bathroom had bugs and smell, bath tubs uncleaned. Walls were visibly dirty.

Parking but staff was able to help find a spot The room smelled musty and like someone smoked in the room.. I have asthma and so do my kids we had a hard time .. we would wake up super congested and our faces all puffy ..
- 3.5/5
The bed, and pillows were comfortable. It would have been nice to have a cozy blanket in the closet to use as a "extra". I liked that the motel was old, but recently remodeled. I liked the floors not being carpet, and one swipe with a white towel told me they were clean too. Liked the microwave, fridge, coffee machine, all pluses. The sewer smell in our room, but none in our 2nd room, so that was unpleasant, and not expected. I put a towel over each drain and it helped. Also the towels were very USED, seemed like rotations dont happen. And they were barley folded, so just looked messy thrown down under the sink. The personal care items were horrible. Shampoo conditioner combo, yikes, never! lol. And the soap was barley enough to wash with. Invest in those dispensers for the shower! PARKING! is horrible and why $10. we arrived at 11pm and left at 9 am, you couldn't comp the parking that was non existent? Or offer late check out since we arrived so late? Those little things could really pump up your ratings.
- 4.5/5
Parking was very cramped
- 5/5
The property was beautiful! It looked like apartments from the outside. You get a nice view of the fireworks from Disneyland! Also walking distance to Disneyland ~ 20 minute walk. Parking is very narrow, the bed was a little too firm for my liking but it was a nice big bed. The TV wasn’t working for the screen mirroring option for iPhones, the TV was saying only for Samsung compatibility.
- 5/5
It was easy to check in early and located close to Disneyland for a few days stay.
- 4/5
Clean and convenient position.
- 4.5/5
The room was very nice. And so were the people. Hardly any parking!
- 3/5
Rooms were clean, but beds were uncomfortable. Instead of using fitted sheets on the mattress the used flat ines that slide around all night and you end up sleeping in the plastic mattress wrap. Also seems they have a shortage of towels. They cane by to collect the three towels and one wash cloth in the room and said they would return them after they washed them. And even though we ask for another towel and more wash clothes (there were four of us) we were limited yo three towels.
- 4/5
The rooms were cleaned daily and the grounds were kept clean. It was listed as being 0.1 miles from Disneyland and this may have been correct in a straight line, but we had to walk about a mile each way to enter the park. The parking was also limited.
- 5/5
The parking lot is small but everything was great
- 4.5/5
Very clean. It was a little far to walk back after a long day at Disney. The walk is kind of a lonely walk not very many people around.
- 3/5
Place was ok. Not too bad but not great either. Parking was not great either. Tight spaces. Would not return.
- 5/5
Close to Disney How the price fluctuates, it’s not a top lux place, but due to location- they charge top dollar
- 2/5
We really appreciate cleanliness, that's what we like The parking situation could have been better, and yes, there was an additional fee for the park lot. The place was really crowded, and we also noticed a few issues with the amenities - no dining table and the outlet wasn't functioning properly. Furthermore, the towels were insufficient. : Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the hotel lacked an elevator, which posed a significant challenge given the weight of my luggage. Furthermore, the hotel's description had led me to believe there would be a balcony, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The blanket was cheap , I felt like I was only wrapped in a flat sheet... not the coziest feeling.
- 1.5/5
Close to Disney No elevator. Top step is a complete hazard, my sister fell because it is such a large step. You can hear EVERYTHING and AC is loud. They tried, but did not succeed.
- 2.5/5
Clean and affordable. Literally located on a loud busy highway. Car alarms going off, horns, motorcycles, big trucks. My family booked this stay to avoid a long drive on a Disney park morning. We should have just stayed home....we literally all got about 5 hours rest. This is with ear plugs.
- 4/5
Comfort and close to Disneyland The hot water for the shower never got hot and the plumbing is slow in draining
- 5/5
Everything was clean, staff was super nice and helpful, ac was good, shower was wonderful, parking was easy. For the price it’s a good hotel. Only thing is the beds aren’t super comfortable and the walls are a tad thin.
- 5/5
From my room we can see the fireworks Limited parking
- 5/5
The hotel was wonderful just wish the parking was bigger
- 3/5
Room was dirty, maintenance was being done on our room when we checked in which was hours after check in time.
- 4/5
No laundry facility and still had to drive a distance to stores
- 5/5
It is close to the park. Uber is 10 dollars. Ĥotel is recently remodeled, dont believe the older reviews. Its a mile and a half walk each way-ok in the morning but we took lft coming home. Very nice stay.
- 2/5
The hotel is super close to Disney it is walkable, but after a full day at the park you may just want to get an uber and it is pretty cheap to do so. That is the only real plus to this hotel. You really get what you pay for. The rooms are on the smaller side. Theres no table/desk to eat at if you wanted to. We had kids and took our own food for breakfast but it was hard for them to eat on the bed. The beds were not super comfy. The first night we arrived we were getting ready for bed when we heard a leak in the bathroom which started to puddle so we had to get switched to a different room. If you want comfort for a family I’d say this probably isn’t the best place to stay. If you want cheap and closeness to the park then it will do.
- 5/5
It's close to park, not walking close but definitely Uber worthy...you can walk to mickey and friends parking garage, that is close but also dangerous to walk across to get in....the hotel nice, spacious and clean. Friendly staff...
- 4/5
The ladies that checked us in and out were on point & super friendly. Room was clean & perfect location for a quick walk to Disneyland, plus you can see the fireworks from the parking lot. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Clean room, close to Disneyland. Renovated
- 4/5
the check in was good but it took 15 mins for our water to get warm for the shower, other than that it was good.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean. Decent size space. The young lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Outside can definitely use update/cleaning. Like how close it is to Disney parking.
- 3/5
It wasn’t the cheapest and it wasn’t the most expensive. Obviously an older motel that had a remodel so it looks a bit hip. The only thing I can say is it was satisfactory. The water temp was lukewarm in the shower, the sink didn’t drain well, lots of dust bunnies on the floor and everyday fewer fresh towels left behind by cleaning, BUT, I’m staying there because I can walk to Disney EASILY which is where I spent 14 hours of my day so if the motel wasn’t the best it was fine. If you want something nicer you need to pay the Disney bucks. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, but also I got what I paid for.
- 4/5
The property is close to Disneyland. About a 15 min. Walk. The beds arw really comfortable, but it is noisy due to how close it is to the freeway and they have no elevator for the second and third floor. Their hot water is not that hot and the plumbing could use an upgrade. Slow drain and not much shower power.
- 3/5
Upon check in we were excited to see the room we had booked as the photos of the property were beautiful! My kids were excited about the bunk beds and the new renovations looked very nice. I then noticed that things were not as clean as they should be. Marks on the light switches and near door knobs. Dirty marks on the bunk bed. What appeared to be a moldy baseboard near the shower. A square sink that does not drain well/appears to be difficult to clean as the corners had a black build up in them. The bunk bed also seemed to not be very sturdy, I noticed that where the mattress slats were screwed into the top bunk there was a bit of a gap and it seemed to be compromised. I did not realize this until the morning we were checking out. The plastic chair at the desk had leftover crumbs and food debris on it. Luckily I had brought my own disinfecting wipes and was able to wipe down our room, but I feel like this should not be necessary when checking into a hotel room. Especially one with such new renovations. Our exterior door also did not latch very well, when we returned to our room after being away for 7 hours my child turned the door knob before we used the key card and the door swung open. The hotel staff was attentive to this and checked on it right away, they were also going to have maintenance look into repairing it after we checked out. I was going to discuss my concerns when checking out but the front desk did not ask how my stay was and I was in a hurry to leave.
- 5/5
Clean room, homey, close to Disneyland
- 2/5
The hot water in the shower took a very long time to get warm, which was frustrating after a long day. Additionally, the listing stated the hotel was a 13-minute walk to Disneyland, but in reality it took us closer to 19 minutes, which is a noticeable difference when you’re tired. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, especially for the price and location.
- 5/5
Clean room & nice staff
- 3/5
It was a middle ground stay. What to consider, some reviewed the rooms and said they were dirty, bed bugs, thin walls, and I didn’t find that at all. I found a clean room with a modern design, comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. Now, the deal was okay, not great. The walk to Disney was 30 minutes, and the hotel doesn’t include breakfast. They also had a $10 a day parking fee which did catch us by surprise. But it is near Disney so nearly everyone charges for parking. This hotel is okay overall, nothing deserving of more than 3 stars.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in room 105, bottom floor, it was one of the newly upgraded rooms. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker and cups, two beds, nice size closet, TV, and small microwave. The room is close to Disney employees entrance but we weren’t allowed to walk through parking lot to get to downtown Disney. Parking at hotel was extra $10 per day and they charged a $100 dollar holding deposit.
- 2/5
Room didn't smell fresh - walls are very thin. Heard everything in all adjacent rooms.
- 4/5
The room was great. It had a homey feel to it. Staff was helpful. However, when we arrived the room didn’t have an iron so we had to ask for that. The iron was leaking and the iron board wasn’t working fully. The shower head was squirting water everywhere and the shower door made a loud noise when we opened it. Despite all this, the hotel was accommodating. I hooked the wrong date twice in a row and they allowed me to get a full refund (w/ the help of the hotels app people). They also accommodated a bottom floor because I had a lot of stuff to bring for a DJ gig.
- 5/5
We booked last minute for our Disneyland stay. My son was very happy he said it smelled good, the room was nice and he said beds were super comfy. Overalll very pleased with our stay. Only thing was parking was very tight. But it was fine.
- 5/5

- 3/5
Purple light from ac/heating unit was on all night. No way to shut off. Staff were nice.
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the water heater on our last couple days and we’re not able to shower before checking out. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
- 2/5
Room was a little dated, no hot water for a day. Requested manager to call me during stay never called me.
- 1/5
Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. We liked how close it was to Disney. At first it was pretty clean. But kept looking closer the sheets and bedding not never clean at all. Our last straw was there was no hot water all weekend. We had mentioned it to the front desk all they could do is say oh yea we are having trouble with that sides water heater. So they knew the whole time didn’t say anything all weekend. Very disappointing since it wasn’t the cheapest weekend we had spent.
- 3/5
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay but I would not book again just from my experience.
- 2/5
Room not ready. Stood outside for an hour waiting.
- 5/5
Clean room, felt bigger than expected. The beds could have been more comfortable, and they squeaked every time you moved, but add definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Staff was super nice. Room was cute. About a 30 minute walk from Disneyland. Parking is super reasonable. Room had a few gnats but it’s California and a first floor room so that seemed normal. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5

The place is under construction which when we made the reservation it did not disclose. Parking was very limited and cars were just parked everywhere.my daughter went up to the room and the only lock was on the door handle so she did not feel safe. We left. I turned in the key said no thank you and left. I do not recommend this hotel. Not worth the 100 spent
- 3/5
The staff waa nice and the room waa nice but the street noise waa horrible. There is a 20 min. Walk to the park ans that is a plus. The water could have been hotter than it was.

Staff was very rude at check in. Argued about giving me back my ID when it was on the printer. Room was ok. Definitely not like pictured. Patches on wall and y sink fixtures not done probably.
- 4/5
Room was clean and decorated retro cute.
- 4/5
Traffic was slightly noisy
- 5/5
Yes, the room was clean and the staff were friendly.
- 5/5
clean rooms and very polite staff
- 5/5
The room was clean, the maids did a fantastic job, our whole experience was wonderful!
- 5/5
Thank you for letting us park early so that we could enjoy our day at Disneyland. Your staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
I would stay here again for the value. This is an older property being updated to a boutique hotel. We only slept here. There are still the musty smells. It's a good walk to DL -- we thought we could enter by the adjacent parking lot--however DL made sure we couldn't get access. It was for employees only.
- 4/5
Was definitely worth it for the walk to Disneyland for a special event but is very run down. The bathtub/shower was especially run down the shower curtain looked to be a couple years old. Could use updates throughout but overall a good stay. One extra perk was even though it was on a busy street we did not hear a lot of traffic.
- 3/5
Hotel-wise, everything was quite satisfying for the price, but the smell in the room was very unusual. We booked a non-smoking room, yet there was a cigarette-like odor lingering inside for all three days. By the time we checked out, we were relieved to leave.
- 4/5
For the price this hotel is a good option for staying at Disneyland on a budget
- 2/5
the bathroom smelled like cigarettes & the shower door wouldnt close, so i had to shove a travel sized toothpaste cardboard box in it to keep it closed. the staff was nice friendly and helpful, but i might skip this hotel my next trip.
- 5/5
Great service from staff. Room was cozy and comfy!
- 4/5
Staff, room was clean. We walked to Disneyland about 10-12 minutes. Walls are very thin, its my only complaint 2 days were awaken by very upset children, you can clearly hear everyone's conversations as well
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
There was black mold in the bathrooms and in the ventilation system. The rooms are extremely humid and the ac doesn’t really kick on or move the air around, probably why the black mold exists. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every little thing around you. There was a homeless man screaming outside and cussing near the hotel as well, so be aware if bringing young children. I’m not one to post negative reviews but it’s probably worth it to try another spot instead. I should have read the reviews before booking. Yes it’s cheap but at what cost.
- 5/5
Awesome staff
- 2/5
You get what you pay for, the room looks good on a surface level but had many random issues. I personally felt the bed and the pillows very uncomfortable, our shower door was missing a panel at the top and the door wouldn’t stay fully closed. It was raining when we stayed and the roof leaked into the bathroom wall, we had no problems with the staff they seemed good! Just wish they had put more effort and money into the rooms
- 5/5
15 minute walk to Disney. Nice room
- 5/5
Very nice and perfect spot.
- 4/5
Room was super cute, beds were ok. Amazing location for Disney and DCA! Great price!
- 4/5
Staff was great. Parking is limited but we had no issues during our time. Rooms were clean, standard size rooms but cozy and all you need. The white and black accents all across the hotel is a great touch to make it friendly and welcoming.
- 1/5
Door lock didn't latch, felt unsafe. Floors were dirty, stuff stuck to them. The room was just dirty, worn, and old. AC worked but pieces were broken off, shutters half broken. Parking is NOT reserved and the spaces are tiny. They are first come and that applies to your entire visit. You could leave for dinner and come back to no place to park. After booking we were sent this message, "Parking is FREE for the FIRST vehicle PER ROOM at a first come first served basis, however because parking is free for the first vehicle space is limited and we cannot guarantee a parking space.". This message was very frustrating to get after booking a non refundable stay. They provided 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for us. We received 3 back to back phone calls in the middle of the night, like 3am. Tried to answered but it was a busy signal so I ended up taking the phone off the hook. The TV was nice but we didn't test it. The bed appeared clean and was comfortable. We will never stay here again.
- 3/5
Tv limited stations No elevator
- 5/5
I have stayed here multiple times when I’m in the area for business, and this place was a perfect it’s decorated so cute and is really clean. The workers are very friendly and attentive and I love the parking because I don’t have to worry when I park my car if it’s safe. And as someone who travels alone I feel very safe and it’s located really close to Disneyland.
- 2/5
You could smell the sewer through the pipes. There was gnats everywhere & the rooms were so humid
- 4/5
Only feedback was it would be nice if they would refill the coffee in the room each day.
- 3/5
Website made it seem that you only had to pay for parking if you wanted covered parking, but all parking had a fee. We also booked a non smoking room but people were frequently smoking outside our room.
- 4/5
Clean, friendly facility.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room with plenty of space!
- 2/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful but the room was way too small and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever had at a hotel. Parking is horrible too, sorry but will not stay here again.
- 4/5
It was a clean and simple room, the staff were very accomodating, and the site was close to Disneyland. One could walk to it, and we did, but even the back way to Downtown Disney was an 18 minute hike. The parking was limited but once we were able to find a spot, and none of the spots are far from any of the rooms. Its not a big hotel, but that allows for a more personalized service. It remains on my list for future utilization for Disney visits.
- 5/5
Very close to Disneyland. Less than ten minute walk to Pixar Pals parking structure to take the tram. Shortcut through the lot, through the cast parking to get back to hotel.
- 4/5
Clean towels and sheets. Bathroom could have been cleaned more. Bed was very firm. Lots of pillows though.
- 5/5
Clean room and convenient to the Disneyland Resort.
- 5/5
A great stay!! The updates/remodel looks so good will be coming back!
- 4/5
The place has been updated which is very nice and it’s very convenient to walk to Disney from. Staff was very sweet and helpful. The only downside is the room walls are very thin and you’ll hear your neighbors often. We issued it mainly to sleep as we someone the whole day at Disney. The bathrooms are very beautiful but do smell like mildew. All in all, it’s a good hotel on a budget.
- 5/5
Close to Disney parks, clean, has air conditioning, overall a good stay.
- 5/5
Amazing very nice room

This property was obviously renovated! Piant and new fixtures were added to make it look nice. I’ll give them that. Parking was atrocious… very tight and small. The bed was absolutely one of the worst I’ve ever slept in a hotel. As you’re walking up the stairs to your room next to dumpsters you see the old mattress that are torn and beat up. Bathroom was average. Needs deep cleaning. You can tell it’s very basic maintenance. Will not be returning
- 4/5
This property was sufficient for our two night stay. It was clean and walking distance to Disneyland. The photos are much nicer than the actual rooms. There is a gap under the door so air and light come through (we blocked with a towel). You hear every bit of noise from the street- fireworks were right in front (cool, but LOUD, so expect that). Tight parking lot but only $10 a night.
- 4/5
Nice stay with family.
- 4/5
Was better than an Inn and liked the aesthetics. Was clean
- 5/5
This hotel was brilliant! It was super affordable but still a lovely room which was clean, modern and had everything I needed. It was also easy to get to the Disney parks which was a plus for me!

- 5/5
The room was perfect for sleeping, we used a roll away bed. There wasn’t much room for it but we made it work! Room was clean, cute and comfortable.
- 2/5
Bed was uncomfortable and the smell was awful
- 4/5
I liked how close it was to the parks
- 5/5
Great place to stay and very affordable!
- 4/5
The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The only thing my friends and I did not like was having the mattresses flipped on our beds the 2nd night. Especially, because we didn’t ask for them to be flipped. Otherwise, our stay was good.
- 5/5
Close to the parks & cute!
- 3/5
To many roaches
- 5/5
The room was perfect. Staff was very friendly during check in and check out. Easily recommend
- 5/5
Close to Disney. Excellent check in and service. Mattress is pretty supportive.
- 4/5
there was a spider in my room but everything else was good. i’m terrified of spiders.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
It's not too close to Disneyland, so requires a 30min or so walk, depending on your speed. The shower is incredibly low flow. The walls are paper-thin and we were woken up every morning between 4-6am by our neighbours. The A/C unit shines a neon violet light all night which casts over the closest bed, requiring a night mask or pillow over the head. Unfortunately, all this made the stay quite challenging and sleep hard to find.
- 3/5
-It's LOUD. You can hear everything and everyone. We were there for the race weekend (race on Sunday) but Friday morning we could hear everyone moving around outside at 3am. -There is a very small note on the counter regarding the air conditioner...you CANNOT set it under 70 degrees, or else the AC continues to drop. We set it to 68 degrees before we went to sleep and I woke up freezing - it was at 63 degrees, and every 30 minutes, the AC unit would make gurgling ice noises. I was awake from 3-5am. I talked to the manager in the morning - he asked if we wanted them to look at it, but I said it's fine, we'll keep it at 70. We set it there, and when we returned, it was back to 63 degrees. -The shower head was kind of crusty (probably hard water stained). Overall, for the price, it's fine, but if you can afford more, I would recommend more.
- 3/5
Our ADA room does not have an accessible toilet. ( no rails to pull up on) They have no rooms that do. I am going to have to get up every time my husband goes to the bathroom all night, to help him get up from the toilet.
- 1/5
The walls are as thin as paper, and I could not sleep all night! You could hear the next-door room people conversation as if they were talking to you. Would never stay here again!
- 5/5
We booked this as a last min option and we loved it! So clean and comfortable!
- 3/5
It was kind of janky with the empty lot in front of the property and the smokers outside. Also the staff is not knowledgeable about park hours. Totally lied about closing time and we almost missed out on 2 hours of park time if we listened
- 3/5
I hope they fix this for future guests.
- 1/5
The location smells, outside, inside the hallways, we stayed on the top third floor, in the rooms it smelled. It was 80-90 degrees outside and it smelled like something had died and was rotting. On the 2nd night, the fridge went out and defrosted while we were gone at Disneyland for day, we cledd as Ned it up and called the office person who came up quickly and apologized but no maintenance people on site, she advised she would have it looked at in AM which was fine as we were checking out. No offer to take care of room for the night or other comp, just sorry.
- 5/5
Nice and clean only thing I would say would be to get softer mattresses and maybe abetter quality toiletries but other then that I had a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Super cute place!
- 4/5
Great location- walkable to Disney. Updated room was clean.

- 5/5
Was very clean and quiet and a short walk to Disneyland. And a short drive to most other places we needed to go. Very nice place to say would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Front desk is always nice, rooms are clean
- 4/5
The rooms are really clean. If you are a light sleeper not the hotel to be at Ball Rd is busy. Parking was good.
- 5/5
Overall this was a great find. Was able to walk to DT Disney & close to the freeway too. Clean & staff was also friendly. The only thing I was missing was a bathtub. But other than that it was great!
- 4/5
It was close to Disney and staff was accommodating to my last minute changes. Cleaning was done daily, and everything nice. Bed wasn't very comfortable but it was fine. Only thing I wasn't happy with was Expedia says it's .6 miles from Disney, which is incorrect. You can't walk through the employee parking lot to get there, which then makes the walk 1.6 miles instead, and that was the reason I chose this location. However, ART transportation is right out front and it's not too complicated to figure out. Just confirm you're getting on the right bus.
- 4/5
Lobby was nice. Staff was friendly and helped with questions about rooms. Parking was tricky with the occupied field. Room was nice, very modern and sleek. Shower was a bit odd as there was no ledge or shelf to put soap and shampoo, not the best part of the stay. Overall the overnight stay was nice with the TV entertainment and microwave/fridge.
- 4/5
Clean and super close to Disneyland
- 5/5
Easy 10 minute walk to Disney parking lot to catch the tram!
- 5/5
Great place and really close to Disneyland. Super convenient and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!
- 3/5
It was a nice place for our family to wash up and rest our heads after a full day at Disneyland.
- 5/5
Parking was slightly limited but otherwise a great place to stay.
- 4/5
Rooms were good and clean for the most part. I wish they had snacks or food options. Very close walk to disney and disney parking for tram use. Would stay again!
- 5/5
We were here many years before the update. .it was horible, diety and smelly. I accidently booked this one this trip. It was a big suprise, i enjoyed it, clean, modern, clean, parking was the only negative part. Maybe next time WE COME ITLL BE DONE! Great experience this time.
- 5/5
We have stayed a few times now and as always, it was a pleasure and wonderful stay. Thank you :)
- 2/5
Walls are to thin!! Can hear neighbor talking. Asked for room service and not given but did take the tip.
- 5/5
My only critiques are the walls are thin, but not terribly TBH. Also, the water pressure is a little low, but we were also staying on the second floor, and this is coming from someone who likes Niagara falls when taking a shower. I'm still giving 5/5 becuase it was a comfortable place to sleep and it was clean/accommodating/convenient. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and nicely updated room.
- 3/5
The WiFi was so slow it was basically unusable—my phone’s 5G hotspot was significantly faster. There was toilet paper stuffed into the peephole of my door (from the inside?), which felt like someone’s lazy attempt at a repair instead of actually fixing it. The sink didn’t drain unless I physically removed the stopper and gasket. Mattresses felt super old and offered zero support. The listing says it’s a 13-minute walk to Disneyland, but it took me about 25 minutes each way walking at a quick pace. It’s closer to 1.2 miles to the Disneyland gates, so plan for a rideshare if you’re not up for a decent walk. Also had to wait about 10 minutes at the front desk before anyone showed up to help me check in. Room was noisy, sounded like there was running water constantly from other rooms all night. Lots of pipe creaks, and footsteps from above were super loud all the time. Overall: If you’re spending no time at the hotel other than to sleep, this place is fine for the price. But be prepared to trade comfort and convenience for affordability.
- 2/5
Upon arrival, it took the person upfront about 5 mins to come out. Five mins might not seem like a lot but when you have been traveling all day with two toddlers, it is a lot. This hotel is not in a convinient location to disney. The sheets were dirty. They were also stained. It seemed like they had not been washed as one of the sheets had what appeared to be chocolate. When I was checking out at 6am, I was a good 3 minutes upfront. No one showed up. I left the keys there and left.
- 3/5
The room was cute, liked the decor. But was very loud, sirens and outside noise. Long walk to the disney parks.
- 4/5
Staffs friendly and helpful. Room clean.
- 4/5
We didn’t always have enough towels, the staff were super helpful though!
- 5/5
Had a great stay at this property. Quick and easy Uber trip to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Quick and easy check in and quite rooms
- 5/5
Was a great place to stay, definitely will stay there again. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. We had a bunk bed room was great space. Parkimg is a bit tight and limited but you can make it work. Not to mention you can shuttle or walk straight to the park. If your driving its easy
- 4/5
We were there for Disneyland. It has a stop for the ART bus on the corner so it is convenient. Take some command hooks with you for your towels. Big nice sink but little counter space for makeup and hair tools. It’s clean and quiet and they held our bags at the start and end of our trip while we were at the park. I don’t recommend the walking instructions that they give you for a free way to get to the park… the walk is longer than you think and confusing at best. I’d stay there again.
- 5/5
Very easy check in process. Short walk to the parks
- 1/5
Was very far from disney, About 1.5 miles. The walls were the thinnest things in the world. You could hear EVERYTHING. Beds were like rocks, blankets were like dryer sheets.
- 4/5
It was good for basic needs nothing out of the ordinary but parking was limited, otherwise a good stay for the price and walk distance to Disney Park
- 5/5
Room was very clean and spacious. Nice decor. The bed was super comfy. Linen was crisp and clean. Bathroom was clean. The only issue I had was with the AC mini split unit. There was a small note on the thermostat that stated, "Please DO NOT lower temperature below 69f." To comply with this request, I left the thermostat at 69f and my wife and I just slept with covers off. Temperature wasn't horrible but we could have slept more comfortably at 65f.
- 3/5
My husband and I had to buy an air freshener for the room because it stunk of smoke. We also bought a plug in bug trapper because there was flies and mosquitoes in the room when we got there. It was decent enough of a room but overall wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Great stay 15 min walk from Disney
- 2/5
The walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear everything above and to the sides. The bed in 101 is basically just a wooden board with how uncomfortable it is. Literally zero cushion. The bathroom door was damaged from hitting the toilet every time it opens or closes. The shower head was mounted at chest level, so not super easy to shower. All of the rooms were different. Different amenities, appliances, furniture. It was strange. Overall, I’ll be staying elsewhere next time. The pictures online make it look cute, but pictures are just pictures.
- 4/5
The area was clean and so was the room. The staff were also nice. One thing was that the room we got barely had a window. The window was very very small and no light came into the room, it kind felt like a box/prison. other than that, the room was nice and simple with a cute aesthetic.
- 3/5
I had blood stains on the bottom curtain of the bed . The mirrors had finger prints and the room smelled like dirty piping
- 3/5
Air conditioner was so loud all night long. Made sleeping very difficult.
- 2/5
The property itself was okay, definitely decent for the price and the service was good. The beds are terrible, it was probably one of our worst nights of sleep.
- 3/5
Super thin walls, not very clean, but was convenient for Disneyland.
- 5/5
We had a great view of the fireworks!
- 5/5
Updated, affordable and close to disney.
- 5/5
Stayed here a few years ago and it was a place that I didn’t think I would come back to. Well now they remodeled I am extremely impressed. Everything is so modern and updated. I will say though if traveling w/ girls, there is no room in the bathroom for countertop necessities. Only a 15 min walk to parks. They do charge $7 a day for parking, even though it’s advert online as free.
- 3/5
The hallway floors very dirty. The bathroom not properly cleaned. The stairs were to steep. The door was difficult to close. No laundry on site.
- 5/5
The property was clean as was the room!
- 1/5
Control of the hotel itself. The rooms aren't sound proof and you can seriously hear everything the other person is doing next to you , not so private. I would save your trip and book with another and pass on this site !
- 5/5
Friendly receptionist
- 5/5
It's a about a 4-5 minute drive to Disney, great customer service, good water pressure! It can be a bit noisy, being next to a busy road, but I wouldn't mind staying here again. For the price I got it, it was a good experience.
- 2/5
The room looked originally nice when you first walk in. But then the first thing you see as you close the door are stains coming down the back of it. The trim around the door was falling apart, with an attempted cover up using white duct tape. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable and you could hear everything in the rooms next door and above. It wasn’t a horrible stay but I wouldn’t come back again unless there were some upgrades like a functioning door that a breeze didn’t come through.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
I'm not normally comfortable in motels like this one, but I'd absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
For location and price great location
- 5/5
I Really like it
- 5/5
This property is adorable. Love the recent renovation love the style. The beds were very firm even my kids pointed that out. There was nowhere in the shower to put a bar of soap which is what they gave you body wash so you had to put it on the floor of the shower. I thought a soap dispenser or some type of shelf or something would have been helpful. Very close to Disneyland which is what we used it for just wish the beds were more comfortable. But super cute property
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and helpful, the property was clean and updated
- 3/5
It takes 40 min walk to disney. No shuttle to disney. Motel like estructure, recently renovated, but lacks of basics. Poor accesories, no microwave.
- 4/5
Our room was great. Modern style and clean. I had an issue with something that went missing and I called the hotels phone number that I found online and I expressed my concern and the man on the phone hung on me before I even finished my sentence. He was VERY rude. Other than that the hotel was great. Walls are thin though. Overall great place to stay I would come back
- 5/5
Wonderful staf
- 3/5
The bed was uncomfortable and not to my liking.
- 5/5
awesome

So Close to Disney! We loved it. The staff was courteous enough to give us early check-in super last minute

Clean and remodeled property
- 1/5
The propertys look was deceiving because it’s updated and cute, but there’s bugs & we asked for new towels and the lady just walked in while we were changing.
- 3/5
Very average
- 2/5
Property was ok but I’m guessing is still being updated. I don’t believe our room had a smoke detector.. and it did not have an ironing board.
- 1/5
The worst part was that on the website it said 13 minute walk to Disney Resort which is not true. Right on the front desk there was a description that said we needed to walk 15 minutes to a parking lot and then get on a shuttle, so all least a 30 minute journey. We ended up spending more money on Ubers than we had planned on. When we returned home we got a message saying we broke something and were charged $100. I emailed back to refute it and they did not answer me. I was going to be okay with most of the above because the price of the hotel was good but once this happened I want people to know `not to trust the management. Take pictures and videos of the room when you arrive!
- 1/5
We checked in very late BUT It smelt like cigarettes and very musty. Also had black stains on the blankets. We came in late so we weren’t able to ask for another room we just wanted to be out of there
- 4/5
The property is going through renovations, which is fine. The parking lot is super small- not enough parking for the amount of rooms they have. Management ended up telling us to park in the handicapped spot. The rooms where clean with beautiful grey laminate wood floors. Which brichtened up the room. But the room was a bit hummid and muggy. The AC in the room was quite and had UV and it did the job. Alough the fan didnt seem to want to work and i need some sort of white noise goinging on, i ended up having to run the fan from the bathroom. There is a small fridge, microwave and a coffee pot for guest to use in the room. The beds, where actually in a protective plastic to prevent bed bugs- which i found actually found pretty cool. We were upstairs and everytime someone came up or down the stairs it would shake the floor and you could hear the stepping.
- 3/5
Good for budget stays
- 5/5
The family suite was perfect for our family. It is rare to find a room with a king and a bunk bed for the kids. I loved having a comfortable king bed to sleep on and my kids liked not having to share a bed. The bunk bed even had a pull out trundle. There was plenty of space for luggage and to move around the room. The mini fridge was a great size and the walk in closet was an added bonus. I loved the cute decor in the room and everyone was very kind. It was an easy walk to downtown Disney which is the easier way to go through security to access the parks. The hotel itself is quiet and away from the hectic, loud hotels. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms, recently renovated.
- 4/5
We stayed for a week to visit Disneyland & Maingate was very utilitarian. We needed a place to come, wash up, & sleep, and these needs were met without frills. AC was nice & quiet though did have a UV light on at all times, but it wasn't a bother. There was a small nighty parking fee & limited parking, but we were able to leave it at the hotel & walk the 15 min to the Toy Story parking each day, which was nice. We will likely stay again on our next trip.
- 2/5
The air conditioning was broken and the black light shined right on the bed all night. Hair in bathtub. Not a great stay at all.
