Staybridge Suites Anaheim At The Park by IHG

When we arrived at the hotel, there was a bit of a hiccup because the staff initially couldn’t find our reservation and told us we couldn’t check in until 2:00 or 4:00 PM. I explained that I had already spoken with someone who checked us in, and after looking further, they were able to locate our reservation. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the room key cards. When we first got to our room, none of our three key cards worked right away, and it took several minutes and multiple attempts before we could get in. The following day, after a long day at Disney, we were looking forward to relaxing, but we ran into the exact same problem. I also noticed several other guests experiencing the same issue. It was very inconvenient to have to return to the front desk, wait in line behind other guests with the same problem, get the cards reset, and then still spend a few more minutes trying to get the door to unlock. The room itself appeared clean overall. However, the carpet had a few noticeable red stains, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, and the shower faucet leaked unless it was closed with quite a bit of force. Despite these issues, we still had a relaxing stay.

Breakfast was below average to average. The bathrooms are not well maintained. The proximity to Disneyland is a plus. The layout of the hotel is a bit unusual. One has to walk far from lobby to your room if it happens to be on the adjoining building. Overall it wasn’t bad but it would be nice for the above items to be addressed.

Quick access to Disneyland and other local businesses

Not bad. Great location to Disneyland but definitely could use some updates. I booked this one accidentally thinking it was the Staybridge up the street. I was pleased with a closer location, but the one up the street is much more new and updated.

Swimming pool, gym and laundry facilities. We stayed for 9 nights we didn’t see any housekeeping staff for 7 days our bed wasn’t made no towels were changed no bins were emptied . When I asked at main reception she apologised and the cleaning crew came in and gave a deep clean. When I asked other guests if they had change of towels they had and their bed was made and rubbish bins emptied. As stated I don know what went wrong for us?

There was no room service during our three night stay and we had to call multiple times to get some towel and our garbage removed.

The property also appeared somewhat outdated and could benefit from renovations. In our room, we noticed a hole in the carpet, which detracted from the overall appearance and maintenance of the space. While the hotel had some positive aspects, particularly the kitchen facilities, the condition of the property left room for improvement.

Staff were very impersonal. When we were greeted at check in we were not given any information to find our room. At one point we were down in the lobby and the front desk staff was conversing with another staff. She was swearing and not at all concerned with guests sitting in the lobby. Pool area was not well kept, it was cold. Rooms were not restocked or cleaned.

We booked a room last minute on our way to Disneyland. We got a king room with a walk in shower. The lady that checked us in was fine but the lady next to us checking in other guests told them more about the amenities than mine did. No big deal. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pressure of the water in the shower was amazing. They use Dove products for shampoo, conditioner and soap. That was a nice touch. There was a full kitchen. We did not use it but it was well stocked and it would be great for a longer stay. The breakfast was really nice for what it was and the chaos of a buffet near Disney. The staff was doing their best to keep it stocked and clean. They had flavored creamer for the coffee which was lovely and lots of nice options for breakfast. I was impressed. Not a lot of seating but it was fine. We will definitely stay here again and we would for sure recommend this hotel to others. It was a great find.

The staff here were amazing! So amazingly helpful and went out of their way to help. The hotel itself is older but it was clean. The location and walk time to Downtown Disney was about a 25 minute walk so not bad, very easy to get to though. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others but to let them know it is an older hotel. I was impressed that their laundry machines were no charge.

This is probably one of the best hotels I've been able to sleep in. The rooms were quiet and I couldn't hear anyone else at night, which was great. The staff was helpful and breakfast was plentiful every morning, even when it was busy.

My room was given aways beacsue the hotel was overbooked. We were given a a suite that was suppose to be out of service. Missing livingroom set.

The room had a very good size and we felt safe. However, parking has to be paid separately per day; there were few tables for breakfast, some days there was nowhere to sit.

The room smelled the same ! I tolerate a lot of things but not cleanliness. I stay in hotels once or twice a month but this is not up to par !

Rooms were clean. Housekeeper was on time to change sheets and had clean towels. Convenience of laundry machine and dryer was great. Kitchenette was very functional. Location was perfect due to work. It was safe. Two ladies at reception were professional and very helpful.

I like the front desk people, very nice. There was a pool which was nice. And I love that breakfast was included, lots of options and very clean. The only complaint I have is upon arriving when I went to get into my bed there was prior peoples hair on my sheets. So I would say that the bedding needs to be cleaned a little better.

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. However, the housekeeping service was inconsistent and unreliable, which was disappointing. The pull-out sofa bed was convenient to have, but the mattress was extremely thin, and the support bars could be felt through it, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!

I liked the breakfast options and how much seating there was at breakfast time. It was an easy 15 min walk to the park. I wish there were more restaurants by the hotel.

Cons: the hotel is run down. The pull out couch in our room was completely broken, you couldn't sit on it let alone sleep on it, so my youngest ended up having to sleep on a makeshift bed on the lounger. When we talked to the front desk about it the response was "the hotel is old and hasn't been renovated in awhile." IHG has a "clean promise" that states they come in daily and make your beds, empty garbages and restock your supplies. After day 4 of this not happening and our garbages overflowing, we had to request someone come do this for us. I ended up still having to remake the beds after they came, because they didn't actually make the beds, they just smoothed out the top sheet. We had to ask for clean towels and dishwasher tabs, nothing else was restocked while we were there. The carpet had stains all over it The pool was icy cold The kitchen wasn't well stocked The breakfast was ok, but it was the same thing every day and there was never anywhere to sit. The last day we were there, they opened up "additional seating" but it was basically a room used as storage. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay there again

Everything was great and smooth! The only downside we experienced was not having our room cleaned. We left around 9:30-10:00 and came back around 5:30 & our room hadn’t been cleaned. We called the front desk and they stated we had to call and let them know we wanted our room cleaned in order for them to do it, which is so confusing because the day prior we didn’t ask for it to be cleaned & at our return it was cleaned. It wasn’t such a big deal but it seems silly that we have to call and request for our room to be cleaned or to request things we need in the room.

I had a great hotel stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved having a full fridge! The breakfast selection was small, but good. My room was facing Disneyland, so I got to watch the fireworks show from my room, which was the highlight. The walk to Disneyland was okay. It took me about 20 minutes. On the way it didn’t seem that bad, but I would recommend ubering back.

This hotel offers everything you need in a family stay. We booked the bachelor suite with kitchen. Full sized appliances and dishes for use! (Bring a tea towel). It was clean, quiet, good strong shower and a/c was good. The only thing I'd say is that it doesn't offer a "Disney feel" like hotels on Harbor Blvd with the crowds, fireworks visibility from room/mickey mouse artwork etc, but we saved A LOT of money staying here and just took a quick $8 Uber daily to the park! You could walk if you wanted, but we were saving our steps! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was not friendly. We stayed at the hotel for 4 day, and not once was the room ever cleaned. I even called and asked them to clean the room and they never did. Also the iron wasn't, and we requested a replacement and they siad no.

The hotel in the room was clean and provided what was necessary. The gym had miss matching weights with some missing. With the price of this hotel compared to other ones in the area I would try choose other ones in the future.

The breakfast was amazing. Several fresh and tasty options. The hotel really isn’t walkable to Disneyland as you don’t want to add on 12-15 minutes on a day you’ll already be on your feet walking all over the park for several hours. We used Uber/Lyft and that worked out well. Brianna at the front desk was both professional and personable. She made check in easy .

The room was clean but the pull out bed was no good lopsided, they had no roll away beds, so sleeping was uncomfortable, i think the food could could of been a little better but okay ...i might stay there again

The breakfast was great as well as the staff. The rooms were ok. We had a few broken items, low water pressure and just not as clean as it could be. The pull out couch also was not comfortable at all and probably should be replaced.

It is close to the park just out of walking distance for us so we used Uber Pick up was relatively quick from either location.

The room seemed old and could use a deep cleaning and the blankets and towels had stains but the main reason I rated it so low was because my husband had to kill the roach I discovered running around in the bathroom. My husband had an issue with the downstairs toilet not flushing and informed the staff of this issue after using the toilet. The issue was likely a dead battery but this being overlooked created an embarrassing situation.

For the price, location, and setting it’s a great deal. Check-in went smooth and quick, but my only dilemma is that there was no hair dryer in the room and no USB plugins. Needed a charger bad too and they were not available at the hotel.

Pool was one of must have for our trip but we couldn’t use it because it was too cold hit water wasn’t working , the hallway smells bad, no room service, no water pressure, air conditioning smells horrible when you turn it on, I’ll never go back there..

The hot water went out due to a broken boiler so for 4 days it was cold showers.

Parking spaces were very tight, making it difficult to maneuver larger vehicles. During our stay, we also experienced a few maintenance issues. Our shower leaked throughout the night, and the boiler was not working properly. We were told it would be fixed by Saturday evening, but unfortunately we only had lukewarm water for the duration of our stay. The biggest concern was the pull-out bed—it felt unstable and would shift or start to close with movement, which didn’t feel safe for my son. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and appreciated. Overall, there are a few conveniences here, but the maintenance and safety issues made our stay less comfortable than expected..

Was a great experience, although I do think the checkin process took a bit too long.

It was so close to Mickey and Friends parking lot. We had a car and it was a 4 minute drive. The facilities and the room could be cleaner. Have a dishwasher and a kitchenette with a baby was great. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had a pretty good stay. Loved how close it was to DLR and other quick stores. Only thing is that the room could use a more in Depth cleaning.

The Bad: However, the property is quite dated. Rooms are small (I even booked a 1BR suite and it was tight quarters). Our view from our room was the wall of a building. The pool area appears much larger on the website. The pool was very cold. It also sits next to the open parking garage. Also very little sun until late afternoon. The ugly: there is literally one operating elevator for this entire hotel. And the housekeeping and operational staff use it as well. Sometimes the wait for an elevator would be 8-10minutes. Stairs weren’t a great option, as the staircases exit outside. Also, they offer no shuttle to the park. Instead they recommend walking (20+ mins) or ride share. Each ride share is about $12-14. This adds up quickly.

The bathroom in our room was not cleaned when we arrived. There was stains inside the toilet. The sofa bed was also broken. We went to the front desk to inform them and they offered to change the room. Throughout our stay, the room wasn’t maintained as the trash cans would still be full and our sheets weren’t changed. We went to the front desk and they informed us that there was a shortage in housekeeping. Overall, the cleanliness of this hotel wasn’t good but the rest of the amenities were fine.

Absolutely amazing, staff was very kind gentleman at the front desk welcomed us and took care of everything. He really went out of his was to make sure our stay was great. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip

The room had a broken couch so we had to sleep on the floor to accommodate our party of 6 registered guests. They only put 4 towels and when we requested the other 2 we were told to get them at the front desk because they did not have anyone available to drop them off. The carpet was so dirty that our feet were dark after walking barefoot.

The hotel elevator had actual human poop on the floor when we checked in told someone at the desk a the next day it was still there. Asked for more towels 3 days in a row never got them at all never got any house keeping had to finally go down to the desk and get towels so we could shower again there were multiple people with trash outside their room doors on the first day we checked in and 3 days later same trash was still by those same doors. Also hotel was not as walkable as it seemed very disappointing

We arrived late al night, as soon as we entered the room #235, we noticed a weird smell in the room, and a bunch of cockroaches in the kitchenette area, besides that, every time we stay at any hotel, we undo the bed to see if the sheets are clean, this was not the case, we were so tired, we just wanted to shower and go to sleep instead, we had to call the receptionist whom by the way was not the most attentive, to ask for a different room, he did it right away, after that fist impression, being transferred to a different didn’t erase the idea in my mind that this property was not a good choice, we are California residents and go to the Disney parks at least once a year, we have tried other hotels near the parks and never had such a bad experience, I honestly DO NOT recommend “Stay bridge Suites Anaheim” at all.

Great breakfast, dinner snack great as well, staff were amazing, helpful, nice smiles, very knowledge where things were mostly Disneyland, which my granddaughter turned 6 and had the best day and great sleep, SO Thanks so very much for a wonderful welcome.

We enjoyed our stay during our family trip to Disneyland. Breakfast was a big plus!

Everything was fine with the general property. The most disappointing part is the buffet breakfast. The choices that are on offer the stations would not get refilled very quickly and staff did not really speak English which made it difficult to understand. Really comfortable beds. Great shower pressure and very close to getting to Disneyland.

When we arrived to our room my grandson immediately step on broken glass from the carpet and punctured his foot. There was no hot water our first morning and the shower door leaked all over the floor and none of the soap dispensers had been filled so they were all empty. Housekeeping was told by myself and they said they would fill them but they never did our entire stay. The breakfast buffet is a nightmare, food is usually empty and no place to sit. They do not serve coffee or tea throughout the day only at breakfast. The walk to Disneyland is very misleading. It’s about 15-20 minutes along side a major road and you have to cross over extremely busy streets. For $8 much easier and safer to take an uber. Our last morning they began fire drills at 7am and upon our departure the elevator was still out so all our luggage had to be carried by us down the stairwell. Don’t be fouled by the pictures the hotel is NOT shiny and new but quit dated. Definitely feel this hotel was way over priced for what you actually get.

Overall okay stay - close to Disney was really the only perk. The building is dated, breakfast was mediocre at best. Parking is extremely limited and not secure at all. Two elevators that run slow and the luggage carriers have seen better days. They allow pets which can be noisy at times. 1st and last time staying here.

Hotel was in good area, breakfast was good. Sofa bed in room was busted and couldn’t even sit in it let alone sleep on it. My kid had to use the cushions on the floor and sleep on that. We had to empty our own garbage cans, go down to lobby and ask for more toilet paper and towels when we needed it.

Our room had a small service 1 day; nothing after that. No garbage, no towels etc. Had to ask for dishwasher pods to clean dishes.

The breakfast was fantastic. The happy hour was also a great dinner substitute or appetizer before dinner. Disneyland couldn’t have been easier to get to and you don’t need a car. Felt totally safe walking to and from the park early and late. We did uber to a grocery to stock for our stay but that was our only uber except to the airport. The land

Room was not great. Handle missing on drawer with knob sitting on shelf, closet door would not latch, bathroom door not level and kept swinging open into the sink area. Room service was sub par. Beds were comfy, water cooler in gym was not working, etc. this is actually a very far walk to Disney. Front drsk staff not over

The free washer and dryer was great since we were there for 5 days. Overall I would rate this a 6.5, of the worse but definitely not what I thought I booked.

Was charged for parking even though I carpooling with someone else at the hotel. The showers were a little dirty but the room was clean overall. The breakfast and dinner was good. If you are looking for an extravagant breakfast and dinner then probably not here but if you want a quick money saving meal then definitely!!! Also the staff was great!!

The woman who checked us in was wonderful and so sweet. The room was clean and so was the lobby and surrounding areas. Disney is about a 30 minute walk definitely not 15 and we are fit people who walked pretty fast. My only real complaint was the pool. In photos it looks like just a regular hotel pool, but it is shoved in between two buildings so it never sees the sun and is not heated so it would only be enjoyable on a very very hot day. Other than that our stay was enjoyable and we had a great time at Disney!

Well to start are room was not ready. We showed up at 345. Are room was not ready waited another 50min till are room was ready. Tryed to get extra blankets and pillows for the pull out couch because there was none in are room. They told us we can come down to get them... still waited at desk for about 15min to get them seem very under staffed.

For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was kind of run down, our room was kind of dingy, the water doesn’t get super hot, and I’m pretty sure there was blood splatter on the curtains and carpet. My husband and I joked that someone may have unalived themselves in our room to make light of it lol. I will say though that the location is great, it’s right around the corner from Disneyland. The staff was awesome and so was the free breakfast offered.

Room has a convenient kitchenette but smelled bad and was not clean. Shower water pressure is very poor and bathroom mirror area lighting is very low. Beds are comfortable. Sofa bed smelled of urine. Lotion that was provided was watery and smelled horrible. The shampoo and conditioner was great though. Close to Disneyland but would not recommend walking as it is not 12 minutes at all, more like 20 or more especially waiting for the lights to change. No shuttle. Complementary breakfast was ok. No hot tub:( Staff was very nice!

The price you pay for the stay was not worth the trip. The breakfast is bad and not many options, the staff is not friendly, the rooms are cheap and out dated. We had a family staying above us up at all hours running around and called the front desk to ask them to be curtious and the front desk staff said dont worry about it they are leaving. They did not leave and stayed another night.

Place was decent however bathroom smelled. I’m not sure if it was sewer system. Spacious room. Comfortable bedding. Hotel was older than it appeared on website. Staff was very nice. Shocked that they charge $85 for early check-in. When I have visited other hotels & room is ready they never charge.

Our tub was flooded and dirty. The bathroom door kept getting jammed. All the outlets in the living room area did not work. The temperature in the room was freezing and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The pullout bed was the worst I’ve ever seen…there was a giant hole in the middle and the metal springs kept digging into my son’s back. It was an awful experience. Very disappointing.

The fold away bed was terrible. When I asked for additional bedding to help cushion the thinning mattress the front desk said they were not sure if they had any. The called back later and said I could come to the front desk myself to pick it up. I asked for a different mattress or a trundle bed and they said no. The queen beds were lumpy. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and a terrible yellow. The sheets were clean and the breakfast choices were nice.

Traveling with a kid to Disneyland, this hotel was very conveniently located, presented clean, had a good breakfast and even social evening hour! If we ever back to Anaheim, definitely would stay again!

The breakfast was amazing. They have a social evening snack mon-wed. We have been to anaheim several times, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Sleeper couches were horrible but not a deal breaker. Next time we will book a family suite so everyone has a bed. Overall we recommend this hotel if you are going to be going to disney, as it is a short walk to downtown disney and you can avoid the parking lot line ups.

The staff needs to be more friendly. The feeling of the environment made me feel like my son and I weren’t welcomed there. We also had an issue with the keys and the door to the room I was staying in needs to be fixed. If I didn’t pay attention anymore could’ve walked into my room if I didn’t notice the door wasn’t closing and locking securely behind me. I had to put the door up with my weight to make sure the door closed by hearing a click. I did let the night staff know that something was wrong with the door. Also, no on explained anything to me about a deposit. I had no issue with doing so. It just wasn’t explained. That is not great communication especially because I am a high functioning adult with autism with a son who too had autism as well. Before I left I took pictures of how I left the room because I don’t trust the staff. I pray that customer service can be better with explanation and more welcoming. I won’t be coming back to that particular hotel. I didn’t feel like my race was welcomed there. I never had an issue like that before ever in any hotel. until I stayed there.

Room was in ok condition. Staff was helpful. Good location, about 7 dollar usd uber rider to and from Disneyland. Breakfast being included was helpful. It is exactly what you pay for, walls are thin you can hear everything in the hall ways so if you can ask for a room away from the elevator. If I was going back for a quick guys trip I would probably be ok staying there but would spend the extra cash if I was going with the family again.

Hotel is run down. my shower was dirty. Shower leaks and notified front desk but still wasnt fixed. The pool was dirty and door key didn't work.

It was a really nice stay, kitchen area was very clean, I will say there was a bunch of stains on the sofa bed mattress. Some noticeable floor stains but other then that it was a comfortable stay.

First time in this hotel and we liked it. The staff is friendly, it is an a good location and the room wa clean.

Room was ok. The hotel is noisy. They really need to install sound proof windows for the rooms that face the road. The breakfast was really slow at being refilled. For the price to stay i think i would pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was nice and spacious it accommodated our family. The property was very well-maintained clean even though we were there through Thanksgiving day and the staff had the day off housekeeping the grounds were still well-maintained. Trash picked up. Breakfast was delicious well stocked and a great variety. Definitely will be using this hotel again for our stay at Disneyland.

The funiture has missing fabric...the breakfast food was bad ...I will not be staying again .

Our stay was ok… the shower would become backed up while we used it. I had to go down stairs to ask that the cleaners take care of it. I would have assumed that they would have noticed it while cleaning the showers. Also, there was not a bedding set for the pullout couch.

Walking back from Disneyland was very dark

We were pleased with our stay here - we felt like the walk to Disney wasn't too bad (1/2 mile to downtown, 1/2 mile more to park gate), and we were thankful for breakfast, a clean facility, and a kitchenette to make food. We were placed in a disability room, so I'm not sure if that's why we had some interesting parts to our room - like the shower door only opened out onto the toilet, which didn't make a lot of sense. And the pull out bed was pretty uncomfortable with the mattress not even filling the space (our kid didn't care). Overall, would stay again though!

The staff was consistently sweet and thoughtful. We were remembered as guests, and asked questions about our day upon evening return to the hotel. The room amenities were nice. The hotel location is extremely inconvenient, due to the cast member only parking lot by Disney. There is no path for entry, therefore customers must walk around the property adding on 10-15minutes per trip.

Had so much more than i expected

Staff did great with everyday room cleaning and restocking of towels. There have been past properties where weve stayed where they dont make the bed, or restock woth clean towels. Nice hotel easy walk to Disneyland.

I would definitely stay at this property again. Very convenient to Disney even though we didn’t walk we drove right around the corner. The staff were so nice and so hospitable. Breakfast was average but we appreciated it since there was 6 of us. The rooms were clean and overall this was a great property! I also felt safe in the area !!! Definitely returning here for our next Disney trip

The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had clean towels and anything we needed. The in-room kitchen and full-size fridge were a big plus and made the stay more convenient. While the hotel itself wasn’t the most impressive the service and accommodations really stood out in a positive way. We had a good experience overall and truly appreciated how well the staff took care of us throughout our stay.

room was great, experience was great!! but the deception on how far it is to park entrance was not liked. the 85 dollar early check in fee was high. uber was fine buti would have gone further out without a parking fee if i had to use uber or went closer with the parking fee where i could acually walk in the time said and not get on a tram that takes more waiting time.

The hotel room was very very clean.The beds were quite comfortable and i was shocked how the mattresses were not so hard compared to past hotels stay. Lots of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. I loved how the hotel was so close to Disney. Considering all those keynpoints we had a great overnight stay. The only downfall was no balckout curtains. We could not figure out if we could close the side decorative panels so we can sleep without the sunlight pouring in in the morning. We'd probably stay here again if we plan another disneyland trip.

5 minute Lyft to Downtown Disney, between $5-10, quality breakfast set up. Very clean and reasonably priced

My only concern is paying for parking, but no one is securing the structure. Someone’s car was broken into. Their whole back window was broken completely out. I called it in and they were totally unaware of this situation. There’s no enclosed gate to keep thieves out of the structure. Other than this the stay was great!

it’s conveniently located. you can tell its an old building but they have maintained it good enough. its not a luxury hotel, so you cant expect luxury. For the price i paid with expedia, its money well-spent, esp with the free breakfast. They use Dove for their toiletries which is a brand we all can be comfortable with. Surprisingly, our 2 bedroom came with a big standing fridge instead of the mini fridge that usually come in hotels. It was easy check-in and check-out with their friendly staff as well. And worth-noting, its a NO SMOKING hotel, so that helps a lot with the smell and cleanliness.

Hotel staff is amazing, specially Erika in the front desk. The hotel is fine, clean, rooms are nice, however in our expectations it lacks some Disney magic ;( We thought we could walk to the park but that wasn't the case, nothing that couldn't be solved with a 6USD Uber ride.

They provide free breakfast but it doesn’t taste that great either. Quite disappointed with the scrambled eggs, sausage, and other items. Yes it’s free but I’ve tasted better free breakfast. We will likely not stay here next time and would rather go to hotel that has amenities like indoor restaurant, great customer service from staff, and better pool.

expedia advertised as a 17 minute walk to park but was actually 17 minutes to the parking lot and tram. We walked twice and ended up Ubering after that.

I usually don’t do reviews, though I am doing this review to hopefully shed some light on the issues the hotel could fix and to warn future guests. The room originally given was terrible. First off the hallway smelled like mildew. Upon entering the room the sofa and ottoman were in terrible shape, from broken arm, tears and cigarette burns. The door to bedroom was broken. And the bathroom was dirty. By far the worst experience of a room with this hotel. I guess I had higher hopes because of the location next to DL. I was given a 2nd room upon reporting issues to front desk. 2nd room was better, though when waking in the morning the room smelt like mildew. Not sure if it was coming from vents because house keeping was vacuuming. Didn’t even attempt breakfast because I already had a bad vibe from the place and cleanliness. Would have left yet I had already pad for room in advance. So i stuck with my husband and baby. Highly disappointed! I expected much better from this hotel company.

Excellent for Disneyland vacations!

Stayed here for Disneyland for 6 nights. Comfortable room, included breakfast was tasty and plenty of options. 20-25 minute walk to Downtown Disney (short security queues) and then in into the parks. Free guest laundry facilities too which was a bonus. Would stay here again

Great staff!

I liked the private garage and the cleanliness of the rooms. There was trouble with elevator not working and it was sometimes unconvenient that one elevator only went to the garage and not the lobby. While I liked the proximity to Disneyland, the hotel was next to the employee entrance and made it difficult to turn into the garage.

The smell is my only complaint. But I don’t think I have ever stayed at a hotel that didn’t smell.

I like how it has a kitchen and living space in some rooms. I didnt like how the main bedrooms doesnt have any light. Only the night stand light. Our couch in our room was not in the best shape. They really need to update that. The pool needs to be updated too and heated. It may have been HOT when we were there but the pool was freezing. They should provide disneyland shuttle cause it gets unbearable walking from the park after a long long day of walking alrdy and in the scorching hot sun too. It was rough. We ended up driving the last day even tho it was just right there. We had a baby n a disable kid so the last day was so much better with us driving. Just sucks cause we have to pay parking at the hotel alrdy and had to pay parking for the park too since the hotel had no shuttle servcie. For it to be a hotel near the park, they should provide shuttles for that n they need to provide FREE PARKING for guests. Its stupid guests has to pay for parking.

Great hotel at a great price.

All the staff I interacted with were very helpful and accommodating. The room was quite large, clean and comfortable. I was no aware it had a kitchen which was a nice surprise.

The staff was phenomenally accomodating! We asked for a shower chair for my wife at check-in, and it was there begore we got to the room. We were given permission to park in one of the 4 spaces outside the front door, instead of using the parking garage. The room was awesome . . . Best kitchen ever! There was a full size fridge with an ice maker, a two burner cooktop, plus dishes, glassware, and silverware. The couch was comfortable, but unfortunately didn't face the TV. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visited the Disney Resort.

The hotel staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast staff always friendly, helpful and patient. Hotel was clean and had a social hour which sadly we did not get to take part in. Only issue I had was hotel had a smell (could be from cooking in rooms, wet carpet from people using the pool and running thru the hotel) but I’m not sure what it was. The pool area was well kept. The rooms were clean, having a kitchen with a stove was a plus especially when traveling with a family and not wanting fast food every day. The clean staff was wonderful and helpful. Great place to stay close to everything, you can walking distance to Disney.

The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh Fruit, hot and cold cereal, greek yogurt with all the mix-ins, eggs, omelettes and a waffle making station were our favorites. And you can snag a bagel for a late morning snack! The pool is small and outdoors, parking is easy and its walkable to disneyland. We will stay again!

This was my second time staying here and this trip it was completely night and day. It started when I first arrived on our floor you could smell something but I couldn’t make out the scent but it had a bad lingering scent. After entering the room we couldn’t help but notice red stains on the floor near the beds.I call the front desk they tell me “oh housekeeping should have done a deep cleaning in that room come back down I’ll put you guys somewhere else. They try to move us one door down immediately when we opened that room my boyfriend and I both said this is where that scent is coming from. I told front desk he sent someone to check and said yes I am going to move you guys to the 4th floor. The room on the fourth floor was clean no smell however the front desk agent stuck us in the room that was holding the electrical something for the floor in a lock door that was on the side of one of the beds it would go from being quiet to loud while we were trying to sleep.

It was not well maintained to any degree. I was very disappointed.

Complimentary breakfast was one of the better we have had. Always fresh food and well staffed to keep food fresh and eating area clean. Front desk staff was kind and welcoming. Plenty of parking, we were told it was $25 a night, but charged only $15. The negative; elevators seemed to have issue most of the week were there and house keeping. Our room didn’t get serviced by housekeeping for the first 5 days. We were told that it was because when the supervisor checked at 8am we had the do not disturb sign up. We left the room by 10:30/ 11 everyday sometimes not returning until after midnight. Despite taking down the do not disturb sign room was not serviced. When inquired at front desk were told it was because the sign was up at 8am. This was not anything that we had experienced before.

Loved every bit of this stay

We requested our room be turned over multiple times and they never came. When we needed towels and toilet paper we had to go down ourselves to the front desk to get them. Full kitchen was nice, but no oven. Pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable. The room itself was spacious and the free laundry room was awesome. Would probably stay here again but would be more demanding about having the room turned over

Very walkable to Disney which wss great! And compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area this one was much nicer in my opinion. Great gym, pool, breakfast buffet.

In room safe needed resetting. Took talking to 3 staff over 2 days to get sorted so something in their communication isn't working well. But all staff were pleasant and seemed like they wanted to be helpful. Elevators were tempermental.

Breakfast was good. Lotta options a little slow on the refill service of food items. Internet access was good for public Internet. They had transportation to the park. However, we drove because it was only a couple of miles away. Overall, a good trip for the family

Very noisy hotel. You can hear people running through the hallways at all hours of the night.

Over all fine, the guy that checked us in wasn’t the friendliest and I feel kept looking at my kids for whatever reason and also had me write down my phone number and email which I’ve never had happen. Only complaint about the room is that for saying it slept 6 was very tight in space. And the fold out couch was like a cardboard box. Was not suitable to sleep on. Which caused is to have to sleep 3 on one bed so my son could have the couch

The employees were wonderful, the breakfast was incredible, they also served dinners as complementary for three nights Monday to Wednesday we had stayed, even though we don’t drink alcohol, they served wine for compliment. I recommend and I will be very happy to come back again. My family and I were enjoyed our stayed. Thank you .

I booked this hotel due to it being so close to Disneyland. To my surprise the suite was clean and very spacious. The complimentary breakfast had many options and was very delicious. It was out first time staying at a Staybridge and will definitely stay again.

It was affordable, walkable to Dinsey. The complimentary breakfast and the on site free laundry was a huge plus.

The thing this hotel has going for them is the kitchenette, location, and multiple beds. Having said that, it’s outdated. There’s only one elevator to the lobby and it’s packed in the morning for the free breakfast (which is also a plus). The carpet is pretty disgusting in the hallway and in the room. The air is old as well it stayed humid in the room instead of cooling down completely.

Well this was our first time staying here. Stayed because we want to try and walk. The walk was way over the 13 min that was told to us. We woke up to house cleaning parked outside our door having a morning conversation. House keeping ladies were not very friendly. Only the night shirt lady was. Breakfast was not very good. And to packed not layed out well.. last thing upset to pay for parking when we couldn’t even park in the structure parking. We had to park out on a fire lane. We lay the front desk know and she said for us to park there with the other five cars. Well we tried it here but didn’t work for us. Very disappointed so it will be our last time staying here .

We loved our stay at this hotel overall but the one downfall is the elevator that is working so hard to accommodate everyone. There’s only one elevator and it can get really busy. You might end up using the stairs with your luggage.

At the reception, we were attended by a staff member named Joey, whose attitude was surprisingly unfriendly and not at all empathetic, considering that it is a family-oriented hotel. Instead of offering us options or solutions, his response was sharp and inconsiderate, limiting himself to saying that "there are no rooms" and avoiding any reasonable explanation, even when we expressed our willingness to pay for early check-in. I understand perfectly that the rooms require cleaning once vacated, and I asked it with respect from my professional experience in hospitality. However, between 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., I witnessed the departure of several groups of guests. And yet, at 3:00 p.m., I had not yet been offered a room, forcing me to miss a full day of admission to Disneyland - an experience that we had planned in advance and emotional meaning for my children. Clear consequences of this situation: I understand perfectly that the rooms require cleaning once vacated, and I asked it with respect from my professional experience in
