Best Western Courtesy Hotel - Anaheim Resort Amusement Park

It was very clean and it seemed to have been recently remodeled. I don’t know whether it was Booking.com, or the Property, but I was under the impression that there was a shuttle to and from Disneyland. Upon arrival, I was informed that that had ended in March. The only options is a public bus or Uber. It’s about a mile so with the walking at the park, it’s a lot.

Best value in all of Anaheim in my opinion The other guests aren’t considerate of others that may be sleeping when they get their brats up early for Disneyland. Not the hotels fault tho.

I liked that there was a room with the option of 3 beds It is not as close as I thought to Disneyland and no shuttle available. The AC in our room didn’t really work and when we opened window there was no screen on it not safe for our kids on the 3rd floor. The breakfast also wasn’t that good

Location and friendly staff Everything was great. Just wish maybe lavender scented products were not used to clean the room daily because I’m allergic to those and it made me itch and scratch a lot but other than that, everything was great.

Close to the parks ample parking. Food options. Jacuzzi and pool didn't have a lift and they were difficult to get back out of. And there were spiders in the bathroom.

We had a lovely 8 night stay at hotel..the room was clean and towels etc were changed every day. The staff were really friendly and helpful with any questions we had and the included breakfast was great to get your disney day started. The only downside was the parking was an issue at times but overall we would stay again and highly recommend

The tea and coffee available 24hrs. Comfortable bed. Location was not convenient for Disneyland. Had to uber to entry. It was loud all night, property is open to a very loud street. Could not sleep through it.

Location was within walking distance to downtown Disney. Staff was courteous and room was clean. The beds were full size so it wasn’t roomy enough for my husband and I. We are not big people either. There is no in room coffee but breakfast opens at 6:30.

I forgot my charger and they let me borrow theirs and breakfast was perfect with kids and a few days for Disney. Highly recommend this place for your next trip to Anaheim ❤️

Nothing overly special about it but a clean place to sleep after a long day at Disneyland. Basic breakfast, about a 25 minute walk to the park, friendly staff. Walls were really thin. We were on the bottom floor and around 1am I could loudly hear the people above us walking around. Parking lot is very small.

We stayed here for our disney trip- this hotel is 30 min walking from your hotel room door to disney/ca adventure entrance or 15 min walking from hotel door to downtown disney. It was really convenient for our stay. The staff was really friendly and let us check in 30 mins early, and their parking is right in front of the rooms. This was a great choice for our trip!

Parking is tight and we wished the hot tub was open late for after the park use. But definitely no complaints!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Walk wasn’t bad at all to the parks took about 20 -25 mins including going through security at downtown Disney. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great value for what we paid. The only thing I would say is that the walls are very thin and there is a lot more of noise if you are a light sleeper. Didn’t really bother us too much as we were flat out after our full days at the parks!

Easy check in, good continental breakfast, good coffee! Rooms were clean and tidy. The elevator stopped working the night I broke my foot, so I had to climb 3 flights of stairs which was more than disappointing. Thank goodness they were back up in the morning!

It was a nice walk and it was easy to Uber back to the hotel. The elevators did not work the day I arrived and the day I left. I had to carry all my luggage upstairs and downstairs. Not fun

Very comfortable and clean. Extremely convenient for a trip to Disney! Easy walking distance, about 10-15 minute walk. 24 hour front desk made for an easy late check in. Normal breakfast options. Staff was friendly, would book again if ever in the area. No complaints, great hotel for the price we paid. Saved a lot of money not having to get uber for back and forth to Disney.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh everyday and had a variety of options, both hot and cold. We didn't park but ride shares were able to get to us easy enough

Bad breakfast - poor quality and done only to check mark that facility provides breakfast . It’s better if they don’t serve breakfast . I would have had different expectations . Rooms are not at all blocking street sounds . Quite a few times fire truck and cops siren till 1 am

I really enjoyed my stay. The internet was fast, easy to connect. Room is spacious, the plus for me is that the room comes with a refrigerator and microwave. The continental breakfast is simple and basic. I liked that there was a yogurt machine and a waffle maker. The coffee is great. Staff are friendly and informative. We stayed for our family disney vacation and our AC was blowing warm air. Reported it before heading to disney. When we got back we had a brand new AC unit and the room was nice and cool. I would definitely stay there again. Walking distance for me and my family was about 20 to 25 mins. We had two older kids so walking was not an issue.

Don’t realize the beds were going to be full size not queen. The curtain was see through I could see outside the room so I know they could see inside. The water pressure was extremely low. Parking was a bit of an issue. Front desk guy was very friendly.

Everyone was really friendly felt very welcoming and the breakfast 10/10 They went in and gave us clean towels everyday and made our beds will def be coming back to this hotel

This property is a little old looking and our room had a chemical smell to it. Otherwise having 3 queen beds was a nice option.

This property was located close to Disneyland if that’s what you’re wanting. Disneyland was about a mile walk from the hotel. We felt safe in the area. The Hotel is older and a bit run down but has friendly and helpful staff.

We picked the hotel because we thought it was pretty close to Disneyland but we opted to Uber to the park instead. The pool/hot tub closed very early. Our group left Disneyland early to soak in the hot tub and we were told it had already closed for the night at 9pm. Two of the days when our room was cleaned they removed the dirty towels but did not replace them with clean ones so I had to go to the office to get them. Glad we realized before we showered! Complimentary breakfast was appreciated but there is very little room to sit and eat. We ate in the lobby instead.

It was a horrible night, it felt like I was sharing a room with the people next door to us. The walls are so thin you can literally hear everything. It was poorly cleaned. Beds were not comfortable. We travel a lot and this is the first time I have a complaint about a hotel. I shouldn’t be able to hear what my neighbors are doing in their bed or in their bathroom. Such a terrible night we had to leave early.

Was very very noisy with all the cars right in the road. Overall convenient and really all we needed to rest before Disney. We were hoping to park our car there for the day after checking out, but they were going to charge us $25. ended up being worth it to just drive to Disneyland and pay the $35.

This hotel did have very comfortable beds. And all the amenities listed. It did serve breakfast until 9:30am. The rooms were updated. The showers were nice and spacious. I loved how it had the regular shower head and one with a hose. Just wish they had more water pressure. And the parking situation was not the best , they don’t have a big parking lot and you are probably going to either block someone in or they’ll block you in. Other than that it’s conveniently located close to the parks and the price was good for it.

A lot farther from Disney than expected. Lots of street noise and noise in general from the atmosphere around whether it’s your neighbors or the room service going around cleaning.

We first checked into room 112 for one night. The dirtiest room we’ve ever been in. Ever. Walked out of the shower to the bed to put socks on- BLACK feet. (Pic to show what was wiped off feet) Sink didn’t drain well, toilet only flushed by rigging the inside tank. The beds were horrible, old, hurt our backs. You can feel the springs. Moved to room 305, only full beds instead of queen. Beds barely better, bathroom was cleaner. The noisiest area ever. We could hear the guy in the room next to us talking in his room AND snoring.

I reserved two rooms and one was cleaner than the other and all we could hear was the traffic. The parking situation was not that good.

Toilet didn’t work properly. Every time you flushed you had to lift off the tank lid and lift up the mechanism to fill the tank again. Shower floor was dirty and water pressure was more like a drizzle. Took forever for my kids to rinse their shampoo. We unfortunately had the end room on the ground floor which is right on the main street and extremely noisy/loud. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Bad eggs, runny cream cheese for the bagels, etc.

Not close to best western hotels std, look way like hwy side motel. Hotel is on the busy street so loud traffic noise and police sirens are very common on all the 3 days of our stay.

The large room with 3 beds is something I don't see offered often by hotels, so it was perfect for my family and I

Keep in mind that this hotel is in the corner of 2 busy streets. The rooms face the intersection and you can hear EVERYTHING. I was awaken by conversations in the parking lot. This hotel is ok for keep belongings, shower and head out to your destination. Not for leasure & relaxation. Free WiFi and parking are a plus but parking spaces are reduced. Front desk is polite.

Rooms were being updated and ours was clean, basic but had all that was needed! We knew we weren’t going to spend much time in the room so it suited us perfectly! The free breakfast in the morning was also a lifesaver and helped save some time and money. Small pool and hot tub but we were the only ones using it the whole time we were there!

I came back from Disneyland and found termites all over my room. They handled it will but I will not be coming back to this location or recommending it to anyone else.

We arrived early and were able to check in right away. Friendly, helpful staff. Property is old, but has been updated and clean. Hot tub not working, same temperature as the pool. Safe in our room needed to be opened for us twice not working. Good place to stay, within walking distance to Disney.

Staff was very nice. Room smelled super strong of pinesol but our feet got dirty walking around the room. Small motel type property. Beds were comfy but bottom sheet did not cover entire bed. At check in there is a sign to warn of human trafficking that does not give the safest feeling. Half hour walk to parks not 15 minutes. Would not choose this location again.

I really wish I can get refunded but I already checked-in. If I had enough money, I would just go find another hotel and lose my money here. The room is worn down and has an odd smell. Beds sound like they’re going to brake. It’s noisy and I feel unsafe.

The staff for both the morning and the evening were amazing. Very nice and just overall wonderful! The room and the bathroom for the most part was clean, looked great. However, when we returned to the hotel at 12 a.m. after visiting Disneyland, we were not pleased to find the sheets appeared to not have been changed before we checked in. There were crumbs in one bed and hair and crumbs in the other, because it was so late and we were exhausted, we decided to sleep on top of the blankets and just call it a night. Besides the sheets, everything was great!

My only complaints were the room had a strange odor, the walls were thin (could hear others in adjoining rooms) and the entry door had gaps in it letting outside noise and air come in. Loved that it was only less than 5mins to Disneyland Anaheim. Front desk clerk, Maria, was accommodating. We arrived late at night and were given an opportunity to extend till 12noon, checkout was usually 11. Room was newly renovated, family suite had 3 large beds which fit every one of us comfortably. Breakfast was great- waffles, milk, coffee, breads, sausages, eggs, fruits and yogurt. Great for families!

We had problems with our toilet. Wouldn’t flush at times we had to take the top off and mess with with so it can flush. Not what I wanted to be doing on vacation.

There was a terrible smell in our room and we tried to get a different room but they were fully booked! The elevator was practically falling apart. For what we spend on this room was ridiculous!! Will not come here again!

Are usually stay at the best Western. The properties always up to the standards, but this property particularly it was filthy.

My husband and I love staying here for Disneyland weekends!

The day I got there with my daughter we didn’t have water so we had to move to another hotel that same night. They still charged me for that one night even though we left due to them. We didn’t sleep there any night.

We liked the cleanliness and how polite the staff was, the check in process was easy.

Staff was helpful and nice but the room was grungy and disappointing. Felt icky being in it.

The only issue I ran into was finding a parking spot and the late night employee@help desk didn't have any suggestions, eventually I came up with my own parking spot. Other then that this hotel was very affordable and convenient.

They have a lot of Disney guests staying in the hotel, they do their best to keep the Disney magic. My family was comfortable after a long day at the park.

The property is just at the side of road. Guests can hear the noisy from the vehicles on the street. The breakfast area in the property is not big. Guests may have difficult to find spot to sit down.

The staff was extremely nice, however it didn’t make up for the poor quality and cleanliness of the room. The water pressure was horrible, there were stains on the walls, there was broken glass on our bathroom floor, the carpet was unraveling at the entrance door and bathroom door, the A/C was very temperamental, the mattress was terrible and our sheets/blanket smelled moldy.

I have stayed here several times in the past. This time I noticed they have remodeled and the rooms are really nice now, not that it was an issue before. The staffs are super friendly here and will go out of their way for you. Even their breakfast has improved from before as well. The only downfall during this stay was the hot tub and pool didn’t seem to be getting cleaned often enough.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. He answered questions i had about the transit system to Disneyland. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable which was super important after a day to disneyland. The shuttle to disneyland is right across a small street. You can see it from the hotel. A minute walk away. Disneyland is just half a mile away if you are wanting some extra walking time. :-) Breakfast was hot ....waffles eggs and sausage. They also had fruit, cereal, toast, bagels and juice. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Location, if you want to walk to Downtown Disney. They have Free Parking which was a Selling point. And it is also the Reason I will NEVER stay there again. The hotel was nice, Breakfast was nice, But we Drove to Disney, and getting back LATE, there was NO PARKING. Was told to Park behind someone and leave the Keys with the Front desk, and they would Move Your car. I will Pay for Parking at a Neighbor Hotel, Knowing that I have a Parking place when I get back from the Park.

Great service!!! Great bed options, we were able to book a room with 3 beds!! Great job everyone! Even the breakfast was great! And the staff working breakfast was amazing as well, we will definitely always be using this hotel when we go to Disney!! So close so convenient!
