My family and I stayed for three nights, and the room was never cleaned; they didn't even replenish the towels or toilet paper until my daughter went to the office to get them. The floor was dirty from the moment we arrived. I’ve rented here before, but it wasn't as bad as it was this last time.

Location is close to Disney. 1) No hot water, the only one time I needed to shower there was not even warm water to use. 2) the sofa bed was broken and not able to use, we had to switch to other room at midnight when my kids were already asleep.

Comfortable stay for the cost. The staff was super friendly attentive and willing to make sure we didnt need anything. They would open the door to the elevators so we didnt have to hassle. Just maybe a better cleaning on the floor boards and bathrooms like a deep cleaning so u cant see that mold is building up in some edges. Having some drawers to put your clothes into versus having to dig into your suitcases every time you need laundry. Overall it was super nice, friendy and fun.

Staff was great Hotels with hidden fees after booking- $18 to park in hotel parking lot, plus $30 per pet. Not advertised on booking site. cleanliness was subpar and the sheets smelt like bleach. Bathroom had not been addressed between guests and there was still mess on the sink. Don't normally leave reviews, but hotels with hidden fees deserve them

mold in the bathroom. Elevator did not work every time and was not well maintained. bathroom door was a slide door that would not close all the way and had a 2 inch gap between the wall and the door. i did not end up staying. i checked out and drove over 5 hours to get home it was THAT bad.

too many hidden fees didn't mention on the website, parking fees, pet fees.etc... feels like a Nigeria scam. The building is very noisy and dirty. I got bit by dog fleas. Not insulated building and you can hear the neighboring and room above you all night long. I couldn't sleep all night long, and had to take a nap at a restaurant area the next day.

Clean and good size room, not all outlets worked, no trash cans in the room, only in the bathroom, microwave is temperamental, wifi goes in and out, elevator is outdated. But for price and quality, we would stay again.

Upon arrival our room keys weren’t available. Staff was running around opening everyone’s doors. We didn’t get our keys until the 2nd night. Our room was dirty. We had trouble with the hot water. Breakfast area is so small with barely any seating. It gets packed with people trying to get breakfast and eat. People were fighting outside causing scenes. We did not enjoy our stay one bit and cut our trip short just to leave. Extremely disappointed. Parking is $17 per night and we got over charged $20.

I was given an accessible/ADA room! C'mon man! The bed was about 18-inches off the floor and the room was three feet from the elevator which was a constant source of noise! The room had no curtains, just two pull-chain sliders which meant everyone can see in the room with them up --- or you CANNOT see out when down! NO NATURAL LIGHT FROM OUTSIDE DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS! Just terrible! The rack to hang clothes was four (4) feet off the ground . . . I am 6-1! The day prior to my arrival, I received an email saying the INCIDENTAL charge would be $150 --- the most I ever paid! And they have NO bar nor a store on site. IT'S A DEPOSIT, nor an Incidental, Capri!!! Then upon check-in, I gave them my card and they didn't even charge it! DON'T TELL ME YOU ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING --- AND THEN DON'T DO IT!! Now the good: Alex checked me in within 7 minutes! OUTSTANDING! The bed was great, but there were TWO (2) plastic pillows . . . what was up with that!? The room was big, and the bathroom was beautiful, but please put in a better shower head --- I had to stand right next to the wall to get wet --- and I do not want to use the wand to wash my body! One hand needs the bar of soap and the other needs the wash cloth . . . ain't that how most Americans do it? Now more of the bad: The room had no carpet, which meant EVERY table (and there were only three), two nightstands and one 3x5 table to eat had the WOBBLES! I have more but . . .

I booked this hotel because it was very inexpensive but showed "excellent ". However, I was so disappointed. The hotel wasn't able to give a key card and I had to go to the front desk each time. They were helpful but it was inconvenient. Also, we paid for parking but there weren't any available spots. We had to park a couple hotels down. The room didn't have hand soap nor blankets for the sofa bed.

Clean room staff is friendly and polite breakfast was good pool and hot tub clean. The only down fall was that they didn't provide keys they stated there system was down and everytime we need to come back to room we had to go to the lobby and they had to open the room with the master key aswell as to use the elevator to get to our room we stayed on the 4th floor.

The room was clean but the noise was too much. Kids running down the path in front of the rooms, noisy elevator, which my room was next and an ice machine that sounded like a jet engine every time someone got ice. Would not stay here again.

We checked out after 6 hours due to constant and extreme noise levels. At one point we went outside to see if there was a bar or nightclub on the premises. The noise appeared to be coming from a room in the hotel occupied by an employee. We were assured we would receive a refund for the remainder of our stay and an email confirmation. We received neither.

Old shits with weird color stain, the bedroom smells bad , the nightstand are old no drawers, security lock inside door was broken, the general area outside in the parking was really dirty. Too much noise hard to sleep.

Just don’t stay here. They didn’t clean our room during our 2 night stay. Didn’t offer. They also upset at least 20 different parties by overbooking their parking, while charging everyone for the parking, so people got back from Disneyland and had nowhere to park our car. We had just arrived in from a 25 hour road trip and we had to risk our car getting towed by parking it on the street. Terrible customer service. I honestly felt bad for the employee at the front desk but it was clearly the managers fault. But what kind of nicely rated hotel doesn’t clean your room?

You put us next to a couple that was extremely noisy. You had to call the cops on them. You never once checked to see how we were doing because of room 202’s erratic behavior. The crazy woman in 202 would knock on our door at all hours. Ridiculous. When I brought it up to the office all I got was thanks for your patience. We stayed there 8 days. No-one knew anything about bus schedules. No help at all with information getting to and from Disneyland.

We arrived at 10 pm, we were planning to go straight to bed because we wanted to be at Disneyland for ropedrop the next morning. When we arrived the beds had been slept on and there was trash in the bedroom. We immediately called the reception area, and he told me that I could go get fresh linen from the front desk and change the bedding myself because housekeeping was gone for the day. After walking back down to the lobby and showing him the photos that I took of the room for proof, I also called Hotels.com to help me with this situation (they said all they could do was to offer us a $25 credit, but the hotel wasn't answering their phone for approval, so I never received this credit). I requested another room, but they only had single bed rooms available. They gave us two and said we wouldn't have to move back to our original room until the following night when we would return from Disneyland. They lied and had us take out all of our things when we were already walking out to go to Disneyland (this made us late with our agenda). We had to leave our belongings in the car, along with our things from the mini fridge (our yogurts and sandwich items went bad with the heat in the car). We then had to check back in to get our keys to our original room after returning from Disneyland, around midnight. It was so inconvenient and dissapointing.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very nice. A decent value for the price. The beds have a metal base that, if tapped with your foot, make a LOUD sound. Also, an interior door within our suite was not securely on the hinges and I was a little concerned it would fall off and hurt someone.

This was NOT the hotels fault, lady was probably under the influence of something. The hotel staff quickly came and ran her off.

Not enough blackout curtains to cover the entire window. The one on the right was stapled to the wall, and absolutely no blackout curtain in the center. The AC was off, and super strong chemical cleaning smell inside the room hurt my throat.

Great location, walking distance to multiple restaurants and Disneyland, Downtown Disney and CA Adventure. Reasonable parking and pet fees compared to other hotels. Microwave and mini fridge in my room. Good breakfast and nice pool and spa. The floor in my room felt dirty, sticky in some areas. It needed a better cleaning (walking barefoot got my feet very dirty).

I have stayed at Capri Suites quite a few times. Ali’s has nice restaurants near by.

We had to move rooms because the floor kept getting wet. They never came to do room service and we stayed there for a week. Condition was ran down and dirty overall. Rooms were dirty floors were even more dirty, you couldn’t walk around with socks or they would get black

Proximity to Disney unbeatable for a really spacious and clean space and the rate! The parking and added pet charges are a little high and the sound proofing could be improved, but otherwise we had a great stay!

One of the staff told 1 of my guest to get the fxxx off the property before he calls the cops. Then he told me if he see's him on the property again he'll have me arrested.

Just what we needed for a quick night stay. Walkable location even though it feels a little sketchy. Room was clean and comfortable. No problems at all!

CONS: I highly suggest avoiding a room directly beside the stairwell due to other guests being loud (talking in the stairwell/balcony, dragging chairs, slapping doors, stomping up and down steps, etc). We heard guests until 1:30am and then it started again at 6am. Our door also lacked any proper weather or sound sealing around the edges, in fact, we could see large gaps and light all around the edges which let in sound from outside. PROS: Breakfast was okay. Interactions with staff was positive/neutral. Bed (memory foam) and bathroom was clean and simple. Oddly, no lamps or cozy lighting in the room. No weird smells. There was a microwave and mini fridge which was a nice bonus.

Great location for the convention center, Disney and food choices. Quiet area. Continental breakfast was nice and saved us from having to go out every morning for food.

We booked this hotel a year in advance for a trade show. While we were in flight they canceled our stay and claimed the credit card we provided didn’t work. The window we had to fix it was 2h which happened to be 8pm local time. They provided card worked everywhere else. No fair treatment and no understanding. I called as soon as I could, 10pm I assume and they had already given the rooms to someone else

Room was clean, but barebones and dated. It really feels like they removed as much as they could for the lowest price point possible. The bed was also pretty hard and not comfy to sleep in. That being said if you need a place to just sleep for a trip on a budget it does it job. But don't expect a fantastic experience. Be advised they charge for parking as well as animals. So include that in your budget calculations.

The location The floors in the room were disgusting with gum on the room floor. The ac unit smelled like pee probably because the ac was facing an alley and who knows who goes back there the water pressure sucked. The soaps were refillable but were empty when we got in the room and never filled. The front desk didn’t bother helping us with any of these problems.

Floors were not mopped! My 1 year old was on the floor, and within seconds, her pants were black and her little foot from scooting. Also, parking! 1st night, we had to park 2 hotels down.

Breakfast was fresh and with solid options and a much better bargain than mcdonalds, its close to other fast food and stores, and the rooms have a fridge and microwave you can use instead of eating at a restaurant.

The manager was great. Super nice and Greta service. The property however can use deep cleanings in the outdoor areas, and minor repairs in the rooms.

We absolutely loved the room, it was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The breakfast was really good, it's just what we hoped for. We will definitely be back.

Didn’t have any housekeeping come at all. Had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels. Shower curtain ripped. Bed was too low to the ground and sunk into the middle of the bed. No coffee maker or mirror in the room only mirror was in the bathroom. Hand soap and lotion dispenser was too close to the counter. Could barely get the soap out to wash my hands.

The room was spacious, clean and in a great location near dining. The complimentary morning breakfast serving scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal and waffle bar was perfect to get our day started for Disneyland

With my situation, I know it can get confusing so I understand if not everyone knows what to do. I got charged a second deposit on the time of my extended stay. Which frustrated me, because the 4th person i talked to, I asked him to check in with someone else on my situation because everyone was saying different things. He abided to what he said, and he confirmed no second deposit will be charged. Minutes later, i got a $100 charge on my bank. I called the front desk a few hours later and it was the same man. He said you have to come to the office to sort it out. We went to the office, he said he didn’t charge it. Moral of the story, I enjoyed the room and the location, but it feels there’s inconsistency with knowing what to do in certain situations. He did not offer help, but the other 2 guys did. I didn’t get names because I didn’t want it to seem like a bigger deal than it was, because i don’t make scenes, but I feel like I was lied to. Which i can be wrong, but i wasn’t offered help.

Check in was a frustrating experience. How can you charge for parking when your lot is full? Check in took over an hour. We ended up parking at the Carl’s Jr. who the manager was kind enough to let us know nothing would happen to our car, but that those who run this hotel think they can send people to park at Carl’s Jr without taking into account how that affects their business. Our check in process took over an hour. The room and our stay was fine but to avoid the hassle, I don’t think I would stay here again. You should think of the position your policies out your staff in. We ended up feeling horrible for Sam. Dealing with tired clients who just want to check into the room they had reserved. The parking situation is simply horrible and ridiculous

Rooms were basic and nothing special. Ran out of body wash and was told I could not get until next day 9am and to go to store to get my own. Towels were very old and small. Wasn’t expecting much but this feel below that expectation

The customer service staff was excellent. The location and rooms are average, I’d say a little better than a low cost motel. The pool was small but heated and clean. The shower control knob was broken and difficult to adjust. Also there was no bathtub only a shower. Very close to a fast food restaurant and convenience store so that was helpful for late night snacks.

Only thing was that I asked for my shower gel dispenser to work during my 4 night-stay. Was never fixed. Room 214

If you’re looking for clean and updated accommodations at great price with a swimming pool and free breakfast to stay in, Capri Suites are the place to stay it. The rooms feature New tile floors, comfortable beds, new televisions, Disney Motifs available in certain rooms. Free breakfast with Waffles, eggs, sausage patties. Cereal, toast, and bagels. Coffee and Juice from 6:30am-9:30am the walls were a little thin and we could hear the room above us pretty well. But overall, it was a quiet and safe property and we enjoyed (3) nights of great rest and accommodations while we went do Disneyland during the day. Would definitely stay here again!

Within walking distance to Disneyland or Toy Story parking lot is conveniently down the street. There are also great restaurants and a Target nearby. Front desk staff were amazing! Great service, friendly and kind at checkin. Only issue is that the beds were on some type of metal frame, (aluminum?) and also under the sheets and pillows were plastic liners that made them crispy, loud and uncomfortable. Not a luxury resort, but fine to sleep for a few nights if you’re going to the parks. We loved that our suite had 3 queen beds and a fridge. We didn’t have breakfast either morning we were there, but it looked yummy. I saw eggs, sausage and waffles on plates.

The TV didn’t work, the bathroom door was a barn style my family did not like to privacy it offered and the shower handle felt like it was going to break opening and closing.

The floors are all tile and extremely dirty, thankfully we never took our socks off in this room because our sock bottoms were all BLACK after just a few hours! On top of that, this was the most bare bones “suite” we have ever stayed in. We typically stay in family suite rooms because we have a party of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) and the kids use the pull out couch and the adults get the beds, absolutely not an option in this hotel! The “sleeper sofa” was one of those where the bottom pulls up to match the rest of the couch, not even a mattress like a typical pull out. On top of that, absolutely no extra linens or pillows for it. The adults ended up sharing beds with the kids and I slept on the couch because on top of that you can hear ALL the traffic going on outside, thankfully I had my ear plugs! People smoking marijuana on the walkway outside the nonsmoking rooms too! The AC in our room must not have worked because even though I tried every setting on “connected” wall thermostat, that room never got less than 75 degrees and it felt much warmer than that! My kids were sweating in their sleep! My family had the breakfast and said that was just fine, I was packing up our stuff to get out of there asap. Shower was also definitely not cleaned, had gross grout and splatters

Excellent staff up front, Alex, and the other young man, I didn’t get his name, were very friendly and welcoming. Easy check in, check out. Parking could get a little tight but was never a problem for us and we had 2 rooms with 2 vehicles. Breakfast was a nice bonus, great waffles and the coffee was above average great, pleasantly surprised! Great location, safe, quiet for it being in a busy place with lots of people and traffic nearby. Overall excellent a d comfortable stay forniur three nights. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for families on a budget. Great overall value for price.

Breakfast and close to disneyland

Clean, friendly staff. Comfortable ! Just a few suggestions. It would be very helpful to have a towel bar by the sink, a few more hooks and bars. Also a bench or table to set things on. When sitting in the base of the bed, it would flip up and about drop us to the floor. The elevator was broke for a few days. We were on the 4 the floor. Things like that can’t be helped but there needs to be other options for those who struggle walking. That being said it really was doable for us. Nice people.

I loved how spacious the room was for two queen beds.

Absolutely no parking. Had to park at a Carl’s Jr and still pay and overnight fee for parking. For the amount of rooms they have they should have more parking in the actual complex. Walls are so thin. Despite them having an additional door for the room to block out noise you can still here everything outside. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I had originally booked two queen, master suites but unfortunately, they overbooked and one of the rooms wasn’t available. They did provide me with a king size bed.i really wish I would of had my other room just becouse the room they gave me was to small for my party but over all the hotel is good I would be staying here agian

Cons: Parking fee wasn't stated prior to booking, parking lot was tiny and didn't seem to have enough spaces to accommodate the amount of rooms the hotel has. Charging for parking at a hotel that's not within walking distance to Disneyland seems excessive. Rooms had the literal bare minimum, did not make for a comfortable stay.

Also, the parking situation was not what we expected-when we returned late only to find out all parking spaces were taken and were then told by front desk staff to park in a small available section at a different location off property and if those spaces were unavailable our other option would be to park at Carl’s Jr. but would have to move our vehicle before 8am that next morning to avoid getting towed! This was very upsetting because what other choice do we have at that point? This tells me that they have more rooms than parking spaces. Cleanliness was decent but far too many other issues we experienced to outweigh us staying here again. Do not recommend!

Room was clean and spacious, the staff was nice and friendly, the pool was clean and warm. The jacuzzi was not to hot but bubbly. the area around has a variety of food options and everything is close by.

The staff was friendly and the property was quiet. We felt safe parking our car there and having our kids there as well. We came on a family trip for 4 nights and woke up to a free breakfast each morning. The only thing I didn’t necessarily like was having to pay for parking, no dressers (so we were living out of our suit cases), and the floors still having hair and actual trash and pieces of food from the last guests…. But there were no bugs that we saw, inside or out!

The housekeeper took some medication from my adult children. Causing my son that has mental health issues to be short on his medication. We couldn’t use the spa, it was so dirty you couldn’t even see the bottom. And they charge for parking, which wasn’t disclosed on their website.The shampoo and gel was out and we ran out of toilet paper too. I will definately pay a little more and stay somewhere else. They didn’t even offer to make things right!! Do not stay here.

Let me start with every staff member was outstanding. Super efficient, and accommodating. Our room was easily accessible and parking was super convenient (we went on a week day and the hotel wasn’t super packed). The biggest downside for me and the reason for the 3 stars was the noise level. We were right near the ice machine and our room overlooked the Parking lot. I got zero sleep the first night and constantly heard everything going on on property. I had to buy ear plugs for $12 at the market for the remaining nights. The room wasn’t the cleanest— the floors were fairly dirty and there were random black long hairs in the beds. Buuuuutttt mattresses were decently comfortable and I Loved that they had 3 beds in their suites for our family of 5. The bfast was dismal, and by day 3 my husband didn’t even eat. The kids loved the waffles, and juice. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, but the location was good, safe, and if you bring earplugs, you might have a decent sleep.

I was disappointed when I asked for the towels and wash clothes to be replenished, we got one wash cloth. We had 6 people in the room.

Our receptionist was great. He greeted us with a bright smile, and we were able to check in a tad bit early. From him, interacting with my children and asking them how they were to him giving us the keys to our room. Walking into our room it was marvelous little do they know that I am a car fan so we walked into a very nice room. Very clean very welcoming.

Honestly can't beat the service, staff, breakfast and walking convenience to Toy Story Bus lot especially for the price! Highly reccomend. Comfortable beds, nice shower, hot tub is small but nice and breakfast was better than expected! Only thing I would say is it would be nice to have a dresser of some sort in the room for our clothing but that's not that important.

This is a clean, recently-renovated property that was quiet and comfortable for me. I wanted a room that was walking distance to the Convention Center and this is 10-15 away depending on how fast you walk. The room and bathroom were nice. Furnishings were recent IKEA-type. Blinds work, A/C too. Mattress was very comfortable. Some pillows are plastic (like plastic sheet filled with pillow foam). The free shampoo etc were in dispensers and were hard to use - pushing button yielded slow or no liquids but the ones that worked had typical hotel-quality product. The breakfast is at the lower end of usual quality of free continental breakfast as many hotels offer these days. The eggs seemed like they were made from dried eggs but everything else was fine. Anaheim is an expensive place to stay. I was pleased with the price but it still felt a bit high for this property. If I got a good deal, I would stay here again. It is cheaper than the brand name places nearby!

The room was very spacious. The room I had did not have a closet but at least they give you a place to hang a couple of clothing items. The bathroom was big. Very clean. The room I stayed at was star wars theme. It was super cute! I didn’t expect that. Tv was not working so we went able to watch tv. It comes with a decent size fridge for my kids snacks. I recommend this hotel.

Noisy! Could hear janitorial carts and machines. Parking lot full! Yet had to pay for parking spot on a nightly basis, rooms are average. Good size space yet the room I was given had a smell and wasn’t able to move rooms till my 3rd stay. Overall could be better.

Very clean

Stayed here many times when it was a Ramda. It’s about the same and we like it but it’s disappointing that they decided they needed to charge parking at $15 per day. For that reason it reduces the likelihood I will book again. I’d rather get something a hair nicer and get free parking.

Question for management. Why in a suite for 6 people is there no storage? Between both rooms there was only one singe drawer nightstand. No dressers. No cabinets. No closet. That's my only gripe for this place. Otherwise great!

We needed a place and found the Capri Suites at the list minute. The folks at check-in were kind. The rooms were simple and clean. For being on a major road, it was pretty quiet and easy to rest on the comfortable beds. It is a great proximity to the Toy Story parking lot. You can walk, take a bus and get to the entrance of Disneyland. Overall, a great stay.

Please protect yourself and do not stay here. Expedia did nothing to help me get a refund to cover the cost of cleaning and sanitizing all of my things and treating our bug bites.

Family spent 3 nights, Disneyland vacation. Room was updated and very clean. Comfortable enough as we were only in room for sleeping and getting ready. HK came daily and freshened up, providing clean towels. Was only a 10 min drive to Disney, we bought parking passed but the bus/shuttle stop was right outside hotel. Breakfast was mediocre but did the job as quick and easy before heading out every morning. Would stay again.

Not being familiar with the area, I chose the Capri Suites based on reading recommendations and ratings. I was first impressed with the friendly, helpful greeting and by the cleanliness of the room. I knew my stay would be mostly for sleeping since my days would be filled with Disney! The room was clean, comfortable, and safe. And the breakfast in the mornings was quite tasty. There’s nothing exotic or fancy (which I didn’t need) but the staff I saw and interacted with from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance were all very pleasant. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend for a comfortable, convenient stay.

It was good for a one night stay. The bathroom had a funky smell and the toilet didn’t look too clean. The roll of paper in the bathroom wasn’t new and it had been used.

We paid for a budget room, and that's what we got. No frills, just the bare minimum. No sitting area. Just the bed, a desk and desk chair. Husband's main complaint was no coffee maker.

Elevator is scary. The area is a little sketchy. Its right next to joes which is nice. The beds were really comfortable. The walls are paper thin ans there was a huge gap under our door so the people in the room next to us who had kids we heards every word. We couls hesr when they rolled over in bed itwas that thin. Room was really clean. Thwre was a weird smell coming from the shower but it wasnt dirty.

My only issue was the bathroom door, it’s not a good design. You have to warn people not to walk by the bathroom door because it doesn’t actually close and you can see while somebody’s in there. It doesn’t give you your privacy.

Super clean and comfortable room. Smelled like fresh washed laundry . Wonderful that soaps were available in dispensers not a lot of bottles! Nice hot shower at the end of the day! So close to dining and shopping.

It’s a decent place for a short stay. Close to everything we want to do.

The customer service was EXCELLENT. Noah was exceptional and Lus went out of her way to accommodate our needs! I am very impressed by my stay here.

99 % of staff was amazing only 1 clerk was questionable (nightclerk) we are early risers and since no coffee maker in the room coffee was available 24 hrs a day... went to office to get coffee doors locked and dark inside i think we woke him up he told us we had to wait until breakfast and i pointed out the sign about coffee he grumbled i guess i can make some cime back in 20 lol we wakled to store and got coffee other than that rooms were clean our tv broke and they had a new one put in be we returned that night on site mgr was extremely kind as was the rest of staff no frills clean quiet place to lay your head jacuzzi to relax in after walking all day thumbs up!!

Overall this hotel served its purpose. It was a good place to stay for the price. The room could be better with a bureau to hold the refrigerator and microwave. Both stood on the floor. No place to put luggage. I used the ironing board for my luggage. Parking was tight if you dont have a compact car and get there after 10p.

Place was good. However, breakfast included doesn’t have any sausage or hotdog. They only provide egg and waffle. And parking has a fee to paid extra.

Toilet was overflowing, and didn’t get fixed. Soap dispenser in shower was torture, took literally 5 minutes to get enough soap to wash my entire body. When asked to fix was told you just have to rapidly push it, and even then it takes forever. We then moved rooms and paid a small upcharge to do so, but at least the new toilet worked and new soap dispenser! Eggs were cold, like refrigerator cold, and threw them away, and they were out of some food when I went down at 8 for breakfast. The staff were very friendly, and were kind and tried to help out. Internet access was great. Short walk to convention center, longer walk to target. Internet worked well, water station and coffee station at front desk 24 hours was nice. Water pressure was good, AC units worked. Pillows and beds comfy enough.

The gentleman working the front desk 8/13/25 in the afternoon had the best attitude and mannerism. Probably the main reason I’m rating a 5 star.

The linen had dried boogers on it as well as the walls. The sofa couch we opted to get with the suite to sleep more people was broken so we couldn’t even use it. The door to the suite was also broken and wouldn’t close all the way.

Internet wasn’t the best but it was walking distance to everything and the staff was great.

Kitchen staff was excellent, the lady making everyone’s waffles was kind and doing her best however the resources she is given to work with are below standard. She doesn’t even have help! 5 stars for her. 5 stars for cleanliness which again is a testament to the cleaning staff.

Big rooms

They charge a $17 parking fee per vehicle each day. For that extra $17, you can probably find a nicer place. The swimming pool is very small and in a partially inclosed area, no sun, where if there are kids making noise and having fun, it would be very loud. If you're assigned room 302, yikes. You hear traffic all night and tv from the room next door (301?). I heard the woman next door on her phone starting about 6 AM, not much sleep for me.

The place is surprisingly clean and unique, it’s close to a lot of places such as Honda Center, Angel Stadium, Disneyland, restaurants, grocery stores. Affordable and staff are really friendly.

Everything was grear except no ice in ice machine however there was a market next door.

The property was told to us by a friend and was not quite up to what we are used to. There was pool noise till past 10 and people running up and down the corridors to very late. There were also teenagers milling around the parking lot looking into cars. At times I almost felt my safety was a question. In short the property was very loud and not very relaxing.

At first I was skeptical about staying here because of the price as it was way cheaper than the hotels around the area. Alex at Front desk was really nice. I was really happy i was able to check in early as I was there for an event and needed to get ready. Our room was really clean, bed was comfortable, and ac cold. Breakfast was decent enough for the price. We did not visit pool. We will stay here again.

Two nights, each night around 3AM lots of noise. Something shifty was going on there

Rooms were decent size and clean. Parking was horrible they charge for parking per night and there was never parking available on the main lot where our rooms were. Desk staff was friendly the woman working breakfast daily was rude and not nice at all

Staff were really friendly and nice but when my girlfriend and I had checked into our room we had noticed it had an off smell like pee. After a few minutes we had confirmed that it was the smell of pee coming from the ac and had noticed blood marks all over the sheets of our bed. We had notified staff and they were helpful with giving us a full refund. Ended up staying at another hotel.

I may have given a higher rating had my reservation not been messed up. I had reserved for a room with 3 beds but they said my reservation through Expedia did not transfer to their system correctly. They said Expedia was the issue so I'm not sure which side messed up. They ended up giving me a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch. The room was decent and did it's job. It was walking distance to the convention center so that was a plus. The free breakfast was very limited. If you are on a tight budget then this is an option.

Place was clean and ok overall but did not have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. The refillable containers were empty and when I requested for more, the housekeeper did everything else except that. I was lucky enough to have some shampoo samples with me and that’s what I used. Breakfast was not very good for me, I had to go to Denny’s across the street the next day. I give 3 stars.

The room was fine. Did find a used Band-Aid by the bed frame. No coffee maker but there was iron and ironing board. AC didn't go completely to the front area of the room because of layout. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Continental breakfast, you had to request waffles and eggs. Coffee was available 24 hours, in the lobby but it was cold in the late evening.

Everything was great until a guy staying there high off drugs, started bothering people. He was ranting building himself into a rage and wildly paced parking lot for over an hour in the afternoon. It was right in front of the office and he was yelling, yet staff didn't address situation. Later in the night he flipped out in his room and broke out his room window as my husband and I walked past. We went to our room and called front desk to inform them. I didn't know what room he was in, but described location. Person at desk requested I go look and see what room number was. I wasn't going to but situation worsened. Thought I could sneak up and see. Man exited room completely enraged and then I was stuck on the tier unable to retreat. Thank God the police showed up right then. I shouldn't have gotten involved but nothing was being done. After that our romantic evening was ruined. Hotel should have offered us a discounted stay or something. At least called to check up on us or apologize for disturbance. And except for the scrambled eggs, breakfast sucked.
