Clean but the beds were uncomfortable and I got a soda from the soda machine that tasted like acetone.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for sure , the beds however were very uncomfortable. The ac was great

Was there for 4 nights & our room was only cleaned once. Ran out of toilet paper & towels which was annoying coming back to room at midnight & not having necessities.

The shower was good. Never ran out of hot water, but they give very limited towels so check those before you get in. The free parking is a definite plus and the walk to Toy story parking lot wasn't bad at all, even with waiting on the lights it took maybe 9 minutes. The area seemed safe. Me (mom) and my 2 girls walked it alone at 1am and never felt scared. Overall for the price I would stay here again. That said if you are expecting a 4 or 5 star hotel then this isn't the property for you but if you are like me and just want a budget friendly place to sleep while at Disneyland then this is a great place. I can't comment on the pool or hot tub because we didn't use those.

It's not super far from disney and on bus route It was so dirty, roaches in the room, toenails on the floor. My child's feet were completely black in 5 minutes
- 0.5/5
The location. The floor was too dirty, I couldn't walk for even two minutes without shoes because my feet were black from how dirty the floor was, and the room smelled ugly, it smelled of musty all the time, the experience was horrible, I had to leave a day before because I couldn't stand one more night, and they didn't refund my money for that last night

A special shoutout to Dhruvii at the front desk. She had a different fridge put in our room for my wife's meds. She was above and beyond the best and nicest. Thank you!

Loved the location, is perfect for going to Disneyland, its a 10 min walk to the toy story parking lot. Room was very spacious. Staff super helpful and friendly. The fridge was the perfect size, a little bigger than the usual mini fridge and great temperature. The only thing was that the floors were very dirty upon entering the room the kids took their shoes off and 5 min later the socks/feet were black.

This is my 3rd time staying here in the last year and a half an every time there’s a problem with the hot water but this stay was worse. Water was very consistent with staying somewhat warm. For the price, this small hotel offers free parking, a clean room, very comfortable beds, and a quiet place to sleep. The bathroom could use an upgrade but considering the price, it’s a real bargain. The staff was great, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy!

Good stay for the money. They also cleaned my room everyday which was nice.

The hotel is old but clean and well kept. For the price, it’s a steal. We stayed two nights while visiting Disneyland. Parking is free. We Uber’s to D. $13 each way. Beds were very comfortable. Priced right, compared to all the prices being to high for hotels. 1 mile from Disneyland was too far for use, after all day at the park. Beds were not very comfortable. Bathtub surround was peeling. If you want a nice and affordable hotel that’s near Disneyland, the queens inn is a good place to stay at and a plus is that there’s free parking.
- 1.5/5
What we did enjoy about our stay was the hotel’s convenient location, being only about a 20-minute walk from Disneyland Park was a huge plus for our family. We also really appreciated the pool, how quiet and peaceful the property was, and the convenience of the parking. What we did not like was the way a major issue in our room was handled. Our toilet was broken for two days, which was incredibly frustrating and unsanitary, especially while traveling with family. Despite reporting it immediately, we were refused a room change and offered no discount or compensation for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, hotel staff entered our room while we were away, which made us very uncomfortable. For something as basic and essential as a working restroom, the lack of urgency, communication, and customer care was extremely disappointing.

Parking was plentiful, the AC worked great, the shower had hot water, I couldn't use my Amazon Fire Stick on the TV due to the placement of the HDMI ports and the shape of the TV wall mount. I did find a long hair on the bed.

Room was decent and the beds were comfortable enough. My biggest issue with the place was that the shower went hot and cold while showering several times. The water temperature was never consistent.
- 4/5
The staff at the hotel was very polite, helpful and respectful; great customer service like this is hard to find
- 4/5
Great place for the price, toilet pressure wasn't the best, floors were pretty dingy, shower heat was inconsistent, but for the price all these were do-able! Staff was really nice.

- 1/5
First of all, I guess you get what you pay for when we got to our room. It sounded like the room next-door was running water. Come to find out the room next-door. Had a leak so it sounded like somebody was taking a shower all night long. It was very annoying the next morning we woke up to no water with no notice put the sign up for room service. They tidied up the bed with the same sheets the next morning, I noticed that there was a dead cockroach in the light above the sink in the bathroom. One of the mornings housekeeping knocked on the door. I opened the door. She handed me some towels and two trash bags and that was it so I guess we were supposed to change out our own trash. I don’t know. They never did take out our trash. I did put the sign up for room service. I took the sheets off the bed and threw them on the floor so when they came in, they would think ok they want new sheets we came back from Disneyland that night and the bedsheets and covers were still on the floor, even though we had to sign up for housekeeping so needless to say we will not be staying there again. Also, the front desk was very very unhelpful when my wife called to ask what was going on with the water at one point during our stay I actually had to walk to the laundry and asked the worker for a hand towel and a washcloth because they did not provide one.
- 5/5
Great air conditioning and new mattresses were very comfortable!
- 5/5
Big rooms, clean and a lot of space. The beds were queen however they felt smaller.
- 4/5
Oh! But we did find 2 baby cockroaches (one was dead in the sink, the other was crawling on the wall in the room). We’ve stayed here a few times and this was the first time we saw them. Maybe it was in the area of the hotel our room was. But other than the 2 bugs, the wonky door, sucky pillows, and terrible water pressure/shower head, it’s not a bad stay. Especially if you’re going to be out all day and just need a room to hold your stuff and sleep at night.
- 2/5
When we check in they let us know they had no water cause of a leaking or something...they didn't clean the room the next day and I don't know if the lady was having a bad day or what really rude same as other guy that was there. We found cockroaches in the bathroom... I was really disappointed because it's not the first time we've stayed there.
- 1/5
I stayed for 2 days, and on both days, there were water issues, with the water being off multiple times each day. At times I had to wait 2 hours to take a shower. Additionally, I had to call and install a shower curtain for the bathroom upon arrival.

Semi close to Disneyland. you can walk to the park but I'd rather just use uber. hotel was a very good price, but as they say. you get what you paid for.
- 1/5
This hotel is so old it needs a remodel. There were mattresses sitting next to the pool. When we got there the water wasn’t running in the entire hotel and took them awhile to get it back on, we couldn’t take showers after the pool. Towels in the rooms had someone else’s makeup on them. The rooms felt dirty. We won’t ever stay here again.
- 2/5
When we got there they didn’t say there was no water and there was a broken pipe then in the morning they just shut off the water with out letting us know I want l atleast half or more the half of my money
- 1/5
We stayed one night. After checking in at 4PM there was no running water until almost 6PM anywhere on the property. An employee told us it was a city issue. The next morning there was also no running water, and a separate employee told us they had purposely shut off the water due to a leak in one of the guest rooms. The lack of running water is unacceptable and I also don’t appreciate that the first employee either lied or was grossly misinformed about what was happening at the hotel. We had to leave early in the morning since the room was uninhabitable without water and we had no way to shower, rush teeth, or use the toilet.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the staff were awesome. I was able to request a ground floor room that was adjacent to my handicap parking spot. The only issue I had was with mattress it felt more like a box spring. However, I would stay there again and refer my family and friends to also consider this hotel. It’s also is an easy walk or scooter distance to Disneyland.

Room: terrible. As soon as came in the room, I just heard a loud thing dropped. Looked for what dropped and it was the door stopper. Kept falling off whenever my family opens the door. Toilet needs repair. The flusher is cracked and wouldn't stop filling up water. Bath tub is dirty. Can't even take a bath since there's no drain stopper. The telephone wasnt even working. The cable isn't the right cable for the telephone. The bed wasnt even the same size as the bed frame. The beds were creaking like its about to break. Pillows weren't comfortable. Trust me, it was hard for us to sleep with it. I reccomend to bring your own pillows. The sink had a foul smell whenever we turn it on. Ice machine seems to be out of order for a while now. Only pros, there's so much places to eat and a good walk to Disneyland. In my honest opinion, this has been the worst inn I've stayed. We left a little early because I can't stand another night sleeping there. If only the booking is refundable, I would asked my money back for being beyond unsatisfied and disappointed.
- 1/5
First and foremost, the room was not clean. When we would put out the sticker to clean the room, we come home to find that the sticker was turned around, saying not to clean the room and when we approached the management, they shared that the room was not clean because that’s what we preferred. We took a video of us leaving the sticker out, saying clean the room to our surprise came back and had been turned around. This means they had to open the door because the stickers inside the door and then turn the sticker around and close the door then there was mold in the bathroom. The hairdryer didn’t work, the lamps in the room didn’t work. When we asked the staff at the check-in, they told us that we would have to contact the manager. We left a message for the manager, and to this day have not been contacted. I would avoid this place at all costs and I am putting in to get a full refund.
- 4/5
Property is a bit worn down. We’ve stayed here plenty of times but it might be time to look for an upgrade.
- 4/5
First I wanna say I LOVE that a parking spot is included with reservation!!! The location was great, walking distance to Toy Story parking lot where you can grab the free shuttle to Disney. But it’s also just a short walk away if you prefer to walk (20min walk). My only complaint was with the rooms, being so close to Disneyland and the convention center you would think the rooms would look a bit better. The pricing was really good, but because of its location and being around such a big attraction they should really consider updating the rooms and showers. Overall very friendly staff and super accommodating, we were able to park our car early morning and head out to Disney and later on come back and check in to our room.
- 1/5
The only thing that was good about this place was that it was close to Disneyland It was dirty and it didnt look how the picture on the website appear and we seen a couple roaches
- 0.5/5
Bath tub had hair in it. Cockroach under sink. Bath tub never cleaned. Cold water.
- 1/5
Would not stay here again. Floors in the room were filthy, shower/tub did not drain, bugs on walls, and overall very uncomfortable. Avoid if possible!
- 1/5
It wasn’t a safe place. I lost my baggage in the property, and the staff was completely uncooperative in helping me find it.
- 5/5
I walked 🚶♀️ a nd easy to get to convention center and Disneyland.
- 3/5
For the price paid, it should be better. The bed and pillows are too old, and the walls are so thin that you can hear absolutely everything. Furthermore, our room was located near the pool, and the noise from the motors throughout the night made it impossible to get a good night's rest.
- 2/5
The area is great. but the manager was rude and lied to my face. they shut the water off for a couple hours, i wasn’t notified, i was gonna shower and no water. i asked housekeeping about the water situation and she didnt know but told me they would get the manager for me. manager knew i was waiting because she saw me and decided to check out another room instead of coming to talk to me. she finally comes to me and is standing about a 2 car distance and asks me what can she do for me. i asked her why wasn’t i notified the water was going to be turned off? she said "we called most rooms to let them know" most? i said you didn’t call me, and i need to leave in the next 20 minutes. she then tells me "oh um we did call at 11am" i said i was sitting on the bed watching tv i would of heard the phone, I checked if the phone worked, i said it works. so i said you said most, did you actually call or you missed me? then she says oh the check in person should of told you, i said he did not. she then said what do you want me to do about it? i said you know what im going to leave a bad review thats what ill do and i closed the door. she knocked on my door 2 minutes later saying water will be turned on in 10 min. i said thank you. 20 minutes passed by and no water. i had to change and leave as i was about to walk out the water turned on, i closed the door and left and told me its on, I said its too late, I gotta go. i was on my way to take my NCLEX so i was already a nervous wreck.

Nothing Unfortunately I booked this hotel because I called the hotel the night before and was told the hot tub and pool were open so I booked it solely because of the hot tub , I check in the next day … hot tub is freezing cold and broken and the pool was filthy with leaves and a dead roach in the hot tub too , I asked the front desk if they can turn the hot tub on and he said that if I turn the “jets on “ it may help but there is nothing he can do to heat the hot tub , no apology or anything, and tried to argue with me about who told me the hot tub worked , I asked booking.com if I can just leave and get a refund but the hotel denied it so I stayed the night bored in the hotel with no pool or hot tub , never again !
- 2.5/5
It was conveniently close to Disneyland resort. Very old, looked very run down inside the room. The bathroom felt like an old office bathroom, not comfortable at all. The ladies staying in the room next door had entered their room as we walked up to our door and they realized it wasn’t their room but somehow their card key opened the door. I was hesitant to Stay the night since it was just me and my young daughter but it was only for on night so it was fine for the time being.

Near to Disneyland
- 2/5
Convenient to the Anaheim Convention Center and Disney Parks - 15 min walk, 20+ with little ones (only one or two streets need be crossed). Reasonably priced but VERY TIRED and WORN. Rooms were "clean" and bug free but smelled like bleach except near sink and in bathroom where it smelled like sewer gas. Terrible lumpy mattresses and pillows, thread bare sheets and worn towels, all finished worn, over-caulked, thick painted sticky surfaces, everything chipped, walls peeling. Rooms are dark and not comfortable to hang out in. Heat and cooling worked good. Door keycards malfunctioned - we had to have three cards remade over the four days we stayed as we kept getting locked out. TINY pool in the middle of the parking lot - not very inviting - did not use. No amenities. Ice Maker broken and out of order sign looked to be several years old - best they could do was tell me to walk to the gas station and buy ice, tap water tasted terrible (although to be fair - it tastes nasty pretty much everywhere in LA / Orange Co). Only one school-style chair in room, no where to sit other than bed. Microwave was old but clean, fridge was newer and had separate freezer but was not cold upon check-in and it took 24 hrs for it to be cold after adjusting settings. Shower pressure was good - tub had plastic bath-fitter liner that was spongy feeling underfoot. No hooks in bath, shower bar kept falling of TV channels were very basic and you could not install your own apps (netflix etc). OK for cost
- 3/5
The problem is that I found a cockroach in the bathroom. This really scared me. So It’s a fine hotel but you need to check your room for sure.
- 3/5
A big positive for our stay was the free parking, which is a huge perk in this area and made things much more convenient. That said, the hotel could really benefit from some updates. A few of the light sockets were loose and a bit wobbly, which made things feel a little worn down. We were also really looking forward to using the hot tub after being on our feet all day, but unfortunately it wasn’t working during our stay, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made a noticeable difference in our experience. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay with a great location, this hotel does the job—but it’s definitely more about convenience than comfort.
- 5/5
The room was incredibly clean! The cleaning staff replenished the towels (even tho I didn't ask)! The parking was a little cramped (due to most of their guests owning huge-@$$ SUVs!), but it wasn't the motel's fault.
- 3/5
The only thing that I didn’t like it It was the bedding, but not that horrible.
- 3.5/5
Simple and unexpectedly clean.
- 4/5
Great for the price ! Room had some weird stains on walls and in tub but beds were clean and the mini fridge and tv were amazing for keeping our Disney snacks cold and keeping kids entertained before bed

- 3/5
The coffee pot was not clean. The cleanliness was ok. I just notice floors were dusty in rooms and not cleaned by housekeeping between dates. Pillow fell on floor and you could see the dirt on the pillows. Beds were a little stiffer to my taste but overall good bang for your buck if you’re caught in a bind. It’s near many restaurants and 1 mile to walk to the entrance of Disneyland. Overall the property is kept neat and presentable. The staff is kind and helpful.
- 4/5
The room was decent. The scary part was to arrive and already see a couple fighting. At first I didn't feel safe. Friendly staff.

Place was great and staff was amazing! Parking was secure, room was spacious, and staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Everything was great and for the price was unbeatable. The only thing I would suggest is definitely changing out the hair dryer. I couldn’t use this morning. Nonetheless, will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Parking was very limited. Space very tight and some cars probably park has no tags indicating multiple vehicles for a room. We had to park all the way at entrance.
- 5/5
Great staff, good location, clean rooms. Will visit again!
- 1/5
No ventilation in the bathroom so the entire hotel room (and everything we owned after we stayed in it) smelled like mildew.
- 4/5
Could used more parking
- 4.5/5
Good value for the location to the convention center. The previous guests smoked marijuana in the room and left a horrible smell. We stayed managed to survey the first night but couldn't handle it the second night. We were told there was no other room available, so we moved in with our friend next door. The hotel did not provide us any compensation for sleeping on the floor in our friend's room. They did provided blankets.
- 5/5
Easy check in and out and close to my destination.
- 5/5
This was an excellent low cost option for those going to the Disneyland resort. We used a rideshare to get to the park which was affordable and much cheaper than parking at the Disney parking garage. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very affordable, especially given the area. I would stay here again.

Terrible choice. What a blunder from my part. No A/C at the reception area. Angry and mean desk lady. In room fridge didn't work. And for the price i paid I feel robbed. Avoid at all costs and check other hotels in the area or Irvine if you have to.
- 5/5
Room was clean and bed made up each day but I didn't get wash cloths after day two. No biggy but I like wash cloths.
- 3/5
The staff was not there for more than 20 minutes by the time we wanted to do the check in. The towels were stain or dirty. Every time someone would walk outside our room you were able to feel it when you were laying down in bed. The noise of the people walking and talking could be heard as well.
- 4/5
There was no airport shuttle, hotel was a tad run down but overall an inexpensive stay nearby Disney.
- 2/5
Staff was mostly friendly, but we had no hot water for a day, the ice machine was broken and in need of replacement, sink smelled like sewage, and we were not given enough towels.
- 4/5
The place is decent overall, little old, but their ice machine was not functional and they did not have any coffee or tea in the rooms, and no breakfast.
- 4/5
It is a value for money kinda stay, would recommend if you’re visiting for a day or two and only need a place to sleep and freshen up.
- 5/5
All in all, this Inn is a great stay for the Disneyland area. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the shower was hot. The staff was so nice and helpful and the free parking was a big plus,
- 5/5
Really good staff
- 5/5
It needs to be updated with furniture and room style. Still feels too old but for the price it was something that I could just rest and get a good night rest
- 4/5
The room was clean and orderly. There were a couple maintenance things that could use some improvement, but other than that it was a great stay. The staff was great too. We would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
It’s not. 5 star place but price and location make up for it. The beds were decent, as were the pillows (even though I bring my own). Shower was clean and water was hot and pressure was strong. No weird smells. The walls in the bathroom were a bit thin but again, I have no complaints for a one night stay before/after a day at the parks.
- 1/5
There were literally roaches both small and large in our room. We had to sleep with our lights on. We searched for bed bugs and while we didn't see any live ones we bagged all our belongings when we got home. We got only1 towel and 1 wash cloth and the sheets had stains on them. Very poor maintenance and upkeep. Only redeeming thing is that it was close to Disney.
- 5/5
Easy to find, close to the parks
- 1/5
I was uncomfortable trying any amenities as they did not seem clean enough. I felt dirty walking around the room and did not stay the night.
- 1/5
The room smelled like dust and the bathroom floor was really hot like there was a heater underneath the floor and host was rude
- 4/5
It’s a decent place to stay for the price. It’s clean safe area and close to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Check in and out was extremely simple really enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Great place for the price, very close to convention, and Disney not long a walk. Even though no breakfast with the money you save nice Dennys across the street with good service.
- 5/5
It was a cool stay....was only there for one night....
- 1/5
Room had rare smell. Staff came on to clean the room but only made the bed. They left bottles and dirty cups on table and did not replenish Staff took my personal towel
- 2/5
Towels were old with holes in them, the pillows on the bed looked like throw pillows inserts ( 12x12 square) The beds were hard and lumpy. There was a crack in the door jam that you could see through. I asked if they had an ice machine, was told we physically have one, although it didn’t work. Definitely will never stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, quick check in, rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
- 2/5
Room smelled funky, the bed was very uncomfortable you can feel the springs on your body. The shower tub was damaged/cracked. That’s a big safety hazard.
- 5/5
4th stay here no issues
- 5/5
Room was good for the price, clean and no bugs. Could use updating but overall a nice stay. Check in was a breeze, parking also not bad at all. The water is nice and hot with good water pressure as well. Love a nice hot shower when staying at hotels this is not always the case.
- 1/5
Staff was nice. In the room I found a roach in my shower. The TV didn't work. The walls were so thin, I heard the neighbors every conversation as if it was in my room. In the room above, I heard every footstep from the people in the room all night. I heard the water drain in the pipes near my head in the wall everytime they flushed the toilet. There was long women's hairs in the sheets when I pulled the covers down for bed.
- 1/5
We got to our room and saw that the lamp by the bed was broken (leaning over at a strange angle) and the bathroom smelled like mold. We were definitely glad we were only there for such a short time.
- 3/5
Decent
- 1/5
I was greeted by 3 different residents of the room; carpet beetle, silverfish, and cockroach. Bathroom linens were dingy, bath drain was rusty and green. The sink, peek-a-boo, was missing the stopper so it was a dark black hole under the dark vanity lack of light. Needless to stay we dipped out day 2 and found a different place (also reviewed) that was our savior. On a positive, the staff is friendly.
- 2/5
We were there for 5 nights and our room was only cleaned 1 time and that was the day after check in. When I brought it to their attention their response was, “We have been having trouble with the housekeeping staff.” No attempt to offer compensation in some form.
- 3/5
Was given our room key the the room was bot cleaned. Not sure if it was someone else room or if it hadnt been serviced. Got a new room but rooms are not as pictured. Older, outdated and shabby for the price we paid. Pillows were NOT comfortable and we both had sore necks and backs!
- 5/5
The room was great and it's very convenient and affordable and within walking distance from Disneyland. I highly recommend the Queens Inn in Anaheim.
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Great price for location.
- 1/5
Super dirty- sewer smell from drain- water turned off for over 2 hours- black stuff coming out of faucet when turned back on- construction through walls. Stay away!!!!
- 4/5
The hotel was great for price and distance to Disneyland. The staff were very friendly.
- 1/5
Terrible.
- 5/5
Thank you very much!!!!
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. After a fun day at Disneyland it was nice having a quiet night.
- 5/5
Everything was clean
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff
- 3/5
Cleanliness of room, often times nobody at front desk. Room did not get cleaned despite sign on door asking to clean
- 5/5
Great service would definitely stay there again
- 1/5
This has to be the sketchiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room definitely needs some renovating. The mattress pad wasn’t very clean and I wouldn’t be surprised if they had bedbugs in the past based on appearances. My room was in a weird hallway, so my window looked right at another wall. It was supposedly the accessible room, but the bathroom definitely wasn’t accessible at all (no grab bars by the toilet, poor shower design).
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
Room was not as advertised. Dirty and rundown. We checked out after 20 minutes and no manager was on site. We sent email requesting refund due to bad condition of room
- 2/5
Upon arrival advised staff there was no light that went on where you entered room, reason for no light there was no light bulb. I was told maintenance would be notified to fix, no one ever came. Went to restroom in middle of night, there were roaches running around. Spilled water, cleaned it up with towel and floor was filthy. Doesn’t seem like it was ever mopped. Pull open bedding to go to bed and there was hair on the sheets. Nasty! Shower curtain was torn on every hole where rings go. Not just a little they were all torn and shabby. Bathroom walls had spot painted, two different colors. Shower head was rusty and old, water could barely come out. Advice, never stay at this location!
- 4/5
Loved how close it was walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot. It did have some lumpy pillows.
- 2/5
yeah, when I walked in the refrigerator was hot and warm they unplugged the refrigerator and I had to wait a while for it to be turned on the tub was full of water and they painted the tub with white paint and the entire tub was peeling. It looked as though they painted it that day the toilet got plugged every single time. It was flushed. You get what you pay for.
- 5/5
For the price, it was great. Large bed, staff were great. Only
- 1/5
No fees are mentioned anywhere and they tried charging me almost 300$ for what should have been even after the deposit only 220$
- 3/5
Room was bare and clean except for a cockroach that tried to stay over.
- 5/5
A great palce to stay.
- 3/5
The staff were great! They were very attentive and brought us things we needed without having to ask. However, the king bed was terribly uncomfortable and we spent more tossing and turning rather than sleeping. Also, this is not the hotels fault, but the people in the room upstairs from uswere so loud and we could hear everything.
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
Management needs updating.
- 4/5
The room was fine for what this hotel is. Bed a bit hard , but ok if you like hard. The staff was nice and courteous. It was just right for the value and expectations.
- 2/5
Nice people work there and very good location but photos are OLD... it is very run down. Towel bar fell off the wall, patch jobs everywhere, needs remodeling badly.
- 1/5
Bath tub was in bad shape . noisy when people above taking shower. Drain smells.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet. Service was impeccable! There was a plumbing issue, but they quickly called in a plumber and relocated my room as a precaution. Friendly and courteous. Great stay!
- 4/5
The staff is really nice and was helpful. The room was clean. The furniture is a bit old and worn but functional. They have the timer for the Jacuzzi to be hot only at night. Nice and hot then but very soft jets. They don’t charge for parking for the first car. 2nd car is $30 a night. Pretty quiet all in all. If simple is good for you, I’d recommend it.
- 4/5
Clean room and courteous staff
- 5/5
Great Customer service, clean rooms, def staying there again
- 3/5
Better coffee machine and towels.
- 2/5
bed sheets were full of someone else’s hair and bathroom ceiling had what looked like mold ??
- 4/5
Yess bea

So one would expect it would be working now . . . NOPE! And on one of the nights during our stay --- the parking lot was full. So one would assume that with each room charging a BEN FRANKLIN and the property having around 50 rooms: that would mean about 50 grand for ONE SINGLE NIGHT! How about buying a brand NEW ice machine!!! The double bed room was nice and clean, but there was no table to enjoy a meal. When we asked for a second WASH CLOTH, the maid replied, "We don't have ANY clean right now!" REALLY . . . buy some friggin' more please! But earlier at CHECK-IN, we have our bags right at the door and the key doesn't work! But we see a different maid, and I show her the two key cards and the paperwork from check-in! She looks at me and then says, "I have to check up front!" We are tired and weary, and if she was near me I may have snapped her neck. But no, I go back to the office and told the dude of what she said. Back at the room, I go to scan the card so I CAN SEE THE GREEN LIGHT COME ON. The key doesn't work! I go back to the office and the guy comes back and says this: "You have to know how to use it." And he covers up the light to show the shift from red to green and the door opens. Been to over a 100 hotels --- never encountered that type of door key before in my life. More than likely, our last visit to this facility!
- 5/5
awesome place
- 1/5
They only provided 1 hand towel and 1 body towel (with holes) every night we were there. When we had 3 people in the room. There was gnats flying around. The blow dryer was broken. The room smelled musky, stuffy and old. The walls are so thin you can hear people laughing and talking as if they were in the room. Would never stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was decent for the price,
- 5/5
Had a clean room and was very well maintained. We went to Disneyland and for the price, you get a clear path to the parks parking structure. There was a Dennys across the street so that was convenient. Would book again and you should too!
- 4/5
On my latest visit, I got a room with an open closet in my bedroom and a bathroom with a standing room shower and a private sink. The bathroom was nice but it needs some modernizing. Also, the clear drinking cups literally left a bad taste in my mouth; I think there was some kind of chemical in the packaging. Overall, another nice stay as always but go with the coffee cups if you want some water.
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
Dirty, old, smelly… not good at all
- 3/5
The room was clean and the location was very convenient for the parks. However, my room was in really rough shape. The bathtub faucet dripped the entire time, the coating on the bathtub was peeling and terribly corroded. The bathroom sink was missing its plug but would still get backed-up, filled with water. The two lamps in the room (#219) had stains on the shades. The dresser and desk were very scratched-up/worn. The outdoor ice machine was out of order, too. I doubt that I'd ever stay there again.
- 5/5
We didnt use the pool, but the location was perfect and easy for the park
- 5/5
Great staff
- 3/5
Nice place, !!!
- 5/5
It was a nice stay for the money. Quite close to Disney which was our destination.
- 1/5
Staff was very nice. The cockroach
- 3/5
Not allowing guest blast music and have a whole concert outside the parking lot at 2am. it seem like it was karaoke night.
- 2/5
Long story so I'll just say it needs better management.
- 1/5
We checked-in and was given a room where the door was broken and could see the outside from the inside. We reported the door broken and asked to be moved, we were told too bad and had to stay in our room. The floors were absolutely disgusting and the bathroom was just as bad. Hair and dirt all over the place! Will NEVER stay here again....
- 5/5
Always enjoy my stay here. Clean room, comfy bed. Helpful staff and overall wonderful experience.
- 5/5
Staff is amazing and rooms are solid.
- 5/5
Clean room great staff
- 1/5
It was so hot in our room, I think the ac/heater was broken. No way to take a bath because the drain was broken. Blow drier was also broken. Ice machine outside also broken. The baseboard in the bathroom had what looked liked poop smudged all over but stained. The only positive was both workers at check in and check out were nice. We had to get extra towels and they easily handed them to us. They had the thinnest towels I have ever seen so everyone had to use two to get dried.
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff close to Disney ART bus stop
- 1/5
Loud water running all night in walls, uncomfy beds and pills and we got bit up
- 1/5
We asked for a non smoking Room, the room smelled like w**d so bad. The electricity cut out and they took like 3 hours to fixed it
- 1/5
Staff is rude demanding immediate check out on the dot at 11:00 am, when we're just loading luggage. Oh yeah, COCKROACHES. Literally 1 hour before check out we saw one and was only having to make sure we didnt tale any home, leading to the slight delay. Its cheap but to levels that are unreasonable in terms of basic hotel amenities.
- 3/5
Ok neighborhood Gas station and Dennys nearby Fleas in bed
- 3/5
The room was very basic the towels and sheets were torn and had holes the shower curtain and bathtub were falling apart
- 4/5
Good service, comfortable bed. Everything works as it should. However, there are a few problems. Coffee maker was dirty. Toilet kept flushing water ( had to open the top lid and push the water down to stop it from flushing)
- 4/5
It was good for price
- 5/5
Simple. Nice people. Just a clean room to sleep in
- 4/5
The room I had was clean and spacious. The bathroom had an adjustable shower head which was a nice bonus but they were a little stingy on the wash cloths. I hope I get this room again next time I come back!
- 5/5
Love this hotel not to expensive and was beautiful inside definitely recommend this place especially if u are going to Disney
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room. Nice bed and staff. Easy check in and out
- 2/5
Hairs on the bedsheets not my of course. Tub I had cracks shower curtain was dirty. The pillows too lumpy
- 1/5
My family of 4 (wife and two boys aged 4 years old) booked a 2-night stay at Queens Inn in Anaheim from December 12 to Dec 14. After a long 10 hour drive from Northern California, we arrived late around 12:30am and were eager to get a good night’s rest in our hotel room. The whole family was exhausted and we quickly went to bed. When we woke up in the morning, we noticed extremely concerning concerns about our room. The area round the bathroom door was damp and the carpet was wet. We noticed that there was a crack in the bathtub and black mold growing on the walls. The sanitation concerns were even worse when we found 4 cockroaches in our room. After this I immediately spoke with the front desk and told him that I would like to cancel my reservation and requested a refund due to the absolutely poor conditions of the room. As I was packing up my car to leave, I asked one of the house keepers if cockroaches were common in all of the rooms and she said yes. This solidified my decision to not accept a different room and find an alternative hotel that was clean and sanitary.
- 2/5
The bed was clean but the room was run down. There were stains ok the walls and the door was rotting away due to mold. The tub was peeled. The layout of the fridge was odd and I could only find one plug to charge my phone which didnt work well.
- 3/5
We stayed for 5 nights. We had very little interaction with staff, and linens were not replenished well.
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage so i could go to Disney. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for a 14 night stay. There was a coffee maker however I drink tea so had to heat my water in microwave. A kettle would of been handy.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. Cracked tub, short ripped up shower curtain, floor throughout room could use a little mopping. Room is very dark even when window curtains are open needs more lighting, lights that are available barely work had to get ready in the dark at one point because the brightest light in the room didn’t turn on for like an hour. Bed was okay the A/C was great
- 4/5
The bed was super comfortable excellent pillows and the room was nice and clean. I had a great sleep.
- 5/5
Very convenient and walkable to Disneyland and convention center. Leon was very accommodating. Will stay here again.
- 2/5
The staff was very kind and helpful. However, the outside of the buildings definitely needed cleaning as well as inside. Our room had the dirtiest floors I’ve ever witnessed in a hotel, so bad that our socks would stick as we walked around. The bottoms of my socks were covered in dirt from the hotel room floor alone. Above our bed on the ceiling was either blood splatters or food, but it was questionable substance nonetheless. In the bathroom behind the door, were poop smears and boogers on the wall. Oh, and when I went to hang up my towel after showering, the towel rack fell down. For being in a very busy and populated area, I expected more. Specifically on the cleanliness part.
- 2/5
They neglected to give us towels and toilet paper the entire stay. We would ask the maid and she would tell us she can’t give us any to ask the help desk. When asking the help desk they would say ask the maid. When we got towels they were tiny and small and then at one point we needed toilet paper and the aid up front had to go find it.
- 4/5
Good location, quick & friendly check in/out, the room was big & clean. I REALLY appreciate the no charge parking. Fixtures are kind of old and have minimal damages. I’m a little disappointed in the lack of quality of the towels and the coffee creamer was expired. Other than that, it was a good stay.
- 4/5
I needed a place to stay during the rainy weekend and this motel really did the job! Thanks guys!
- 4/5
Clean room and good area
- 5/5
We were in Anaheim for 3 days at Disneyland. Needless to say we were not going to be in the room much. Not the Ritz but very affordable, great location ( half mile walk to the shuttle to Disneyland) and free parking. The room was clean, bed comfortable and restaurant choices a few steps away. The staff was very helpful! Perfect choice for us.
- 2/5
The next morning woke up to showers and the water was Freezing Cold, No hot water at all, at this point I wanted to complain for my money back but I was over it
- 1/5
Will not be returning in this lifetime.
- 4/5
It was a good room for the price. Only issue was that I was not able to park after 12pm on check out to go into Disney Park, which was a change from last year when I could stay parked until the late evening.
- 4/5
Everything was amazing very clean
- 1/5
The staff was very nice and friendly. The property itself was outdated and dirty. The room had peeling paint, wall paper, stained countertops and walls, ripped shower curtains, little to no hot water, the pillows were cut in half, the room was just dirty hairs left everywhere, dirty shower head, the front door has no weather strips so the room stays freezing. Ultimately the owners show no care for their business. Considering the closeness to the Disneyland park and other popular attractions they certainly get a high volume of tourist. I would think they would better invest and redo the rooms and make it actually worth staying. This is worse than the typical landlord special. It’s just gross and really makes you wanna bite the bullet and pay more for a better hotel. I would never stay here again and strongly suggest no one does.
- 4/5
Room was VERY clean!
- 2/5
Cleanliness is not the forte of this hotel. There was hair in the sheets and the bedside table was dirty. Great location but cleanliness needs to be improved.
- 4/5
Buget hotel great place to stay for the money
- 4/5
It was good enough for what we paid for
- 1/5
Hot tub is somehow both freezing cold and a biohazard. Staff hates you and will go out of their way to show it.
- 5/5
N/A
- 4/5
Close to allot of restaurants, gas stations rooms are not that nice but clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
There was roaches in the bathroom, old, outdated, the AC was leaking so the carpet was wet. There was stains all over the walls and mold in the tiles. Never again.
- 2/5
Room had limited lighting, shower was not working properly, towels were not stocked well each day
- 5/5
Clean spacious room, comfy beds, refrigerator and microwave. Love staying here. Parking on property is free and easy. The pool is always clean. Super quick walk to Disneyland or walk up a block to the Toy Story shuttle
- 4/5
Very nice room. Comfortable bedding
- 4/5
Room was pretty clean but not completely spotless. Very smooth check in and check out. No issues. WiFi is surprisingly fast. Stayed here twice two years apart no issues either time
- 5/5
2nd time I've stayed here and was just as happy as the first time. Easy check in and checkout. Clean room and friendly staff.
- 3/5
A couple things I had issues with: 1. No elevator. We had a stroller and it was a pain in the ass getting up and down the stairs with our toddler, especially if he was sleeping after a long day at Disney. Plus, carrying luggage upstairs, with kids, sucks. 2. The carpet was FILTHY. It was super dark, so you couldnt notice. However, my son walked around one evening in the room without shoes on and his feet were black within an hour. Disgusting. 3. TV had channels, but nothing of interest. I think the only normal channel was ABC. 4. Our room was directly behind the Carls Jr. and the room reeked of fast food the entire time. It was disgusting. 5. We had some pretty sketch stuff going on the last night we were there. There was someone walking down the hall outside, trying to open doors to rooms. I couldnt make out what they were saying, but it sounded like they were up to no good. Addtionally, when they got to the end of the hall, there was loud banging and then a car sped off. It was just odd. On more than one occasion, someone tried to open our door that night. 5. It is pretty clear there are a couple rooms that people are living out of.
- 4/5
This was a great room for the price, and I felt safe, plus parking and check-in was easy. Only thing is, some things in the hotel room were falling apart.
- 5/5
Parking was great and accessible, room was very nice and clean. Easy check in and check out.
- 1/5
Not the best room from the start. Outdated and security lock ripped from the door. Wasn’t the most upset knowing it was so cheap. Immediate smell of cigarette smoke and mildew. To truly top it off, the room was infested with cockroaches, from tiny to huge. We packed up and left. Wish I had noticed sooner. Very traumatic waking up knowing we’d slept like that and all of our items needed to be inspected mid trip.
- 5/5
This place has really nice rooms very clean and very polite at the front desk! I like this hotel cause it's a couple minutes walking distance to Disneyland shuttles everything was walking distance I will stay here again me and my wife really loved it
- 4/5
Staff was courteous and accommodating. Room was great for the price I paid. Very close to Disneyland if that's what your goal is.
- 2/5
Upon arrival the towels and bedding seemed dirty but we didnt say anything thinking maybe just stained. At check out while loading our cars to leave we noticed housekeeping was just making up the beds not actually changing out the bed which confirmed our earlier suspicion of dirty towels and bedding. We always bring our own bedding and towels so the hotels werent used by us.
- 3/5
Room was okay, you get what you pay for. The bed was horrible. The hotel just needs minor repairs and it would be a lot better. Damaged furniture, missing pain... ect.
- 1/5
Bvh
- 1/5
Nice
- 1/5
The toilet flooded twice in three days that we were there. The shower curtains were ripped making it cold while showering. The room smells. I’ve paid less for a better and more comfortable stay.
- 3/5
We got a room with a window into the janitors closet, literally. We requested another room and were told there were no other king beds available. Frustrating and not very relaxing. Why have a window if we can’t even look out.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 1/5
The bed and bathrooms were clean but the carpet was stained and filthy. When you walked across it your feet turned black. When we got there we were so tired and didn’t realize at first as we were out most of the time. By the time we figured out why our feet were so black we had only a couple of days left. My friend got a sty in her eye and we are sure it is from the room. I realized afterward also staff were a little nervous, so I think they knew and were expecting complaints.
- 3/5
Older hotel room but they are upgrading
- 1/5
THEY WERE BANGING AROUND VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING. IT APPEARS THEY WERE TRYING TO WORK ON ROOMS WITH NO CONSIDERATION WE WERE STILL SLEEPING AND DID NOT HAVE TO CHECK OUT TILL 11 AM. THEY STOOD OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW YELLING TO THE WORKERS AND BANGING AGAINST WALLS AND WALKWAYS WITH FURNITURE. WHEN I SAID SOMETHING, THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID TO BAD.
- 4/5
Dirty carpet
- 5/5
I'm so glad we did. We were able to rest and enjoy spooky movies and just relax. The beds are comfortable, the AC was amazingly cold and the area is nice and quiet. The staff is always nice and we never have issues here, that's why we keep coming back.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly. Disney was a 20 minute walk 🖤✨️
- 5/5
Excellent front counter customer service!
- 2/5
Toilet seat broken, tv not working properly with remote, milk in machine expired, also fridge was not getting cold. Only good thing was the distance to Disney
- 4/5
Needs some TLC. Old carpets, spot painting where repairs and water damage was, pictures missing, no remote control for the TV and shower head coming apart from the wall.
- 1/5
No comment
- 3/5
The phone and coffie pot did not work, manager had to fix the t.v and it is not by Disneyland
- 3/5
Close to the parks. Nice staff. BUT…Room was hideous and dirty. Furniture scuffs on the wall. Shower Faucet was detached and not sealed. Chipped furniture. Door was not sealed where you can see out. The worst part was the old dirty carpet. Both of us Undressed to take a shower and walked on the carpet. Got in the shower and there was dirt on the bottom of our feet that came off in the shower. Wore socks for the remaining days and our socks were filthy. Won’t stay here again.
- 2/5
there was hair on the pillows when we arrived, i can only assume the sheets were not washed. toilet paper was also half used.
- 2/5
I loved how accomadating the hotel staff were during my stay. On the first night of my 5 day stay I experienced the following: dirty, outdated carpets, inadequate power outlets, a blown out hair dryer, a broken shower, and my bathroom flooded in the middle of the night. I was promptly moved into an upgraded, less outdated room the following morning. I was not fond of the thin walls as I was woken up by workers and fellow guests on more than one occasion during my stay. The ammenities were mediocre at best and I found quite a hefty amount of improvements that need to be made in the time I spent here.
- 3/5
Room was better in pictures. Recently painted over. The top door security lock was broken. We didn't feel unsafe, but others might. Only 1 small trash can which made trash pile up faster than we would have liked.
- 1/5
Hotel room was disgusting. We were in two rooms, the first room had boogers on the walls, black water coming out of the shower, walls were disgusting. The outlets did not work, and the beds were gross. The towels were not clean and had dirt marks all over them. We ended up checking out a day early. The night before the person on staff said if we came at 7 we could speak to the manager about a refund, but we waited and then was told by the morning staff that we have to call during the week and that no manager was there to speak to. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5

Room was just ok. Parking is awesome. We parked the car and walked to Disneyland. Took about 35 minutes to walk. A nice stay.
- 3/5
Close enough to disney to walk to shuttle or disney. Pretty dated but did the job
- 5/5
I have stayed three times here and the beds are comfy. I would say the rooms upstairs are a little better than the bottom. And the ice machine has been out of order for a few months. But I would stay here again. The price is reasonable.

Arrived, refused to help us said we had no reservation. After calling hotels to get the correct confirmation number, they suddenly found our reservation, but said they gave the room we selected away. We were given a different room then said that was the "last room" they had left. Room was hot with poorly working AC AC did not work. Carpet in room was sticky/dirty. The towels were folded, but when opened to use them hand towels appeared to have smeared make-up and were clearly soiled with black streaks/make-up. Bed sheets were full of what appeared to be sand or dirt and were wrinkled/crumpled up (sand may have been bed bug waste). While checking in another guest came into lobby to tell staff the bathroom was clogged in the room, and the desk person said they couldn't fix that because it was too late, and that the guests could use the bathroom in the lobby for the night. Ended up leaving hotel at 0500 to sleep in car after only being in room a few hours because conditions were terrible.
- 5/5
Hotel is a bit dated, and was a last minute decision to to stay, BUT best mattress ever! I travel a lot and normally stay at higher end hotels in Canada/US/MX/EU, and I was blown away by the mattress! No sore back, no tingling arms when side sleeping, just great!
- 1/5
This used to be our favorite place to stay but def not anymore . Went way down . There were so many roaches it was gross . Turn on bathroom light and see them scatter . Had one crawl right up the wall next to where my head was . The towels were so thin and dingy . We went to DD’s and got some cheap towels that were way better . The wallpaper was coming off, the touch ups were smeared and do they ever shampoo the carpet ???
- 3/5
The rooms are old, but the staff do the best they can and are polite and quick with service. The rooms were clean, but furniture, sheets, rugs, bathrooms are beat up. If I'm on a budget I'll stay here again. But otherwise, count me out!
- 2/5
Staff was nice, but the room felt dirty. Ants on the bathroom sink, shower didn’t look cleaned well, cracks along the floor of the tub.
- 5/5
I’m.
- 4/5
It was a very affordable option fairly close to Disneyland. It cost between 10-14$ to Lyft to the park. It had coffee a fridge, and a microwave and was clean. I would stay here again if I had a moderate disney budget. We were in the park from 7 AM to 11PM so we only needed to sleep here.
- 3/5
The hotel was pretty alright, But you can hear the sounds outside, and it was pretty safe but was so noisy. And the pool was alright, Overall, the hotel was pretty alright.
- 3/5
Pros: for the cost the beds are comfy and the property was safe
- 3/5
We had a ground floor room and we didn’t dare walk on the floor with bare feet as when we did, the bottoms of our feet came away black. Carpets needed to be cleaned badly! There were a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom, and the ceiling was falling apart in the bathroom. Pillows were lumpy, but at least the bedding and towels were clean.
- 4/5
The room is ideal for sleeping - it needs some upkeep however overall the room did what it needed to do. Beds weren’t the best but after a long day at the parks I can’t complain much there. It is very walkable and Target is just around the corner. The room can feel humid but the AC did its job once it kicked on. Free parking is a plus! The pool is fairly small, but overall no issues. You can hear your neighbor a bit and if you’re on the bottom floor their footsteps. Overall for budget and value to be closer the parks I would say definitely a win with free parking!
- 3/5
Most outlets didn’t work. Killed a small roach in the bathroom. 3/5 stars. Would probably not stay here again
- 2/5
The place was very dumpy
- 2/5
Bugs inside the shower light fixture. Came back from Disney park and the same bugs that are in bathroom light fixture was on a pillow.
- 5/5
Great affordable place to stay at near disneyland!
- 5/5
Staff were great, room was fine but cleaning around the edges could have been better and around furniture beds etc etc, just 2 things I didn’t like was that we had to move on and they wouldn’t refund us for 6 days and the stair cases need strengthening as you get vibrations in the room from people using the stairs
- 3/5
All in all, you get what you pay for!!!
- 4/5
Very convenient to convention center and Disney with shuttle and Lyft Uber options if you get lazy
- 4/5
For this being a good cheap hotel thats by disneyland its amazing
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
This property was inexpensive for its location. It was clean even though the building was old and heavily worn. This hotel seemed understaffed but the staff they had seemed to be hard working. The toilet and a/c unit both made loud squealing sounds that we somehow managed to sleep through after a full day at the theme park.
- 5/5
We have used this property several times and the staff is always so nice. The only complaint that I would have is the hot tub is never hot. Other than that we will continue to stay there due to the safety and the convenience and the Staff.\nAnd the price
- 4/5
Me gustó bastante para descansar después de todo el día en Disney tiene un mini refrigerador y plancha de ropa eso fue un plus para mí volvería a escoger este lugar
- 3/5
Room served its purpose. Nothing special, but it was the right price to allocate funds to other areas of your vacation.
- 4/5
Better than expected.
- 1/5
After staying at this hotel, I got bedbug bites!! And the door’s chain lock was missing.
- 4/5
Hotel seemed clean and safe. A little outdated and needed some maintenance but not a bad hotel for one night
- 3/5
The rooms were definitely clean and conveniently close to the cleaning tools to tidy areas up. The convenience of distance within reach to shops, food, and gas are great in comparison.
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable and at least it was clean and close to the ART shuttle to get to the Disney parks.
- 2/5
The area felt safe and the room was spacious and I liked it a lot at first. I thought I had found my spot for Disney trips etc. However, around midnight the neighbor on top took a shower and water came dripping into my bathroom floor. I go check because it sounded like someone had turned on my shower and it was a big leak. Looked like it had been covered up before. I did not sleep comfortably with the drops and thinking that shower ceiling was going to cave in. Then almost slipped when I went to go use the restroom in the morning, I guess more water had leaked after I cleaned the puddle up. The same thing happened again before I checked out. Also, the TV had a damage line when turned on. Just replace it and properly fix the ceiling! I told the front desk lady when I checked out and she just said that maybe they would have to put the room out of service if what I was telling her was true. C'mon 'IF'! I'm sure they knew the issue it had. There's no way housekeeping didn't notice it before. Also, the walls are thin and I could hear the neighbors coming in an out as well as cars. The carpet was not clean but there was a fridge, microwave, iron, hangers, hair dryer as well as good AC. No workable ice machine! I think that these motels assign the most deteriorated rooms to those who purchase through third party websites like hotels.com because the luck I've been having with most budget motels has been something else. So just keep that in mind when you do get these types of motels.
- 2/5
The price is usually the lowest, but it’s a “you get what you pay for” deal. The pillows were the worst I have ever slept on, so lumpy! The bathtub has large spots where the finish has come off, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The hot tub was cold and the one day they emptied the garbage, they left it in my room. They did have a convenient storage room for luggage to store until you have to leave.
- 3/5
Rooms are cleaned well, rooms are basic but needs repairs to ice machine badly
- 2/5
Not bad
- 5/5
Very good and nice room and very clean
- 5/5
This is our Disney secret. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I love that its close enough to the parks that we can stay the night and go a second day!
- 5/5
Quiet hotel, and free parking not a lot of those around!
- 3/5
We were staying in our room and saw what looked like to be a punched hole that was painted over on our restroom door
- 3/5
The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean. No bed bugs! My only 2 complaints would be that the carpet is unbelievably dirty and sticky. The AC is kept going off and making it very muggy in the room.
- 1/5
The lady that checked us in was so rude. Lots of things are broken or simply dont work. Bad maintenance is evident all over the property. Beds are hard. Its cheap, but not worth contemplating. Pay the extra and avoid the dissapointments
- 3/5
It was ok found trash under the bed
- 5/5
Air conditioning | Shops nearby | Parking | Pool| Walkable to Disneyland & Downtown Disney

This hotel was not at all what we expected. We stayed there for 1 night to go to Oogie Boogie Bash. Check in was very awkward. The front desk gal didn’t speak much, just asked me for my card and my I.D not providing any info as to how much was I being billed just quiet and straight to the point. Fine, we get placed in room 223. Never stay there. Room is on the second floor right next to where they keep their cleaning carts, and plumbing supplies. If we open our curtains our view was toilet plungers and garbage. The room smelled like an old casino with cigarette smoke imbed in everything. Furniture all broken scratched and holes, tv broken with tape and channels not working. Toilet seat broken, tub cracked from the inside out. Water changing from hot to cold in a matter of minutes. Rooms very aged and needs some drastic work done. We got woken up by housekeeping getting their carts and supplies for the day. The constant shuffling of carts and crashing into our ac unit from the outside woke us up so we decided to check out and leave. We would not stay here again. Served its purpose for a 1 night stay to avoid a drive. But would definitely not be recommending.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for here.
- 5/5
Good service
- 4/5
This is a great spot if you are staying the weekend and visiting Disneyland. It’s a great price and reliable. No complaints while staying here.
- 1/5
It was so dirty and noisy. Found stains in the sheets and bugs. I asked for a refund and had to stay at a different hotel. Never AGAIN will I ever book here.
- 1/5
The bathroom was old and bed was uncomfortable
- 5/5

- 3/5
No frills but did the job. Beds were small and ok-comfort. Fairly run down. Floors were filthy -socks turned black in 20minutes. But no bugs and no crazy yelling neighbors. Several people smoking outside.
- 2/5
This place is just nasty outside is dirty in room the beds were ok that's about it - the floor was bumpy - peeling paint and had holes in the walls - never got correct towels never even got a washcloth and bathtub was creaking never vacuumed fridge didn't work so I do NOT recommend would never stay again or refer anyone
- 4/5
Nice accomodations, close to Disneyland, friendly staff.
- 4/5
ac and near disney and convention center. tiny parking lot, but tbf it's a tiny hotel
- 5/5
Very clean and close to everything. Very friendly staff. I will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
I had another nice stay at the Queens Inn Anaheim. This trip stood out to me because I couldn't help but notice that my bathroom looked more pristine than usual. Was it remodeled? If it was, then they did a great job on it! The only nitpicks are that the shower pressure nozzle wasn't working and I only had one wash cloth in my room. Overall great staff, comfy bed, great value!
- 3/5
Clean and nice place. Good ac. Had an issue in a room and they easily switched us over to a new one.
- 3/5
Very noisy, could hear the road noise at all hours. The staff at check in and check out are super nice and friendly. The room was clean but outdated and rundown. Plenty of parking.
- 3/5
Solid hotel for the price.
- 4/5
Such a convenient, economical room with friendly staff! However, there’s only one person at the front desk at any given time, and you can’t get into the lobby unless they unlock the door for you. So if the front desk person is busy you need to wait outside until they get back
- 2/5
Tv broken, phone wasn’t working, sticky floor
- 2/5
There was a roach in the restroom . Everything else was okay but the roach in the bathroom . I do have pictures as well
- 2/5
The staff were very nice and friendly. The room itself was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The carpet was sticky under my feet, the walls were dirty, and the shower head had so much grime on it that i didn't want to take a shower. Tjw ceiling above the shower was moldy and black. No bugs so thats a plus. I left a night early because i couldnt be there another night. I dont mean to be mean but im being honest theres tons of affotdable places to stay that are very clean
- 1/5
There was a dead smeared cockroach on the wall. The place was very dirty.
- 1/5
Dirty blanket, Toilet water tank was not working
- 4/5
Comfortable bed
- 4/5
Staff were very helpful
- 4/5
Room was very clean and parking was close to room. Restaurants very close such as Denis and Carls Jr.
- 3/5
My fiancé and I stayed here for our Disneyland trip, we had an issue with the bathroom shower flooding and I think they had just painted one of the bathroom walls because it smelled a lot like paint. But it was an okay stay overall. We didn’t make a fuss about any of it and just kinda made the best of it. I just wish they buy new towels cause the ones they had looked torn and super thin already. Will probably stay there again tho. Just next time bring my own towels and pillows.
- 2/5
I don’t think I should have got charged a $30 early check in considering the fact that it was already around 12:30pm and they clearly had rooms ready. The parking lot was empty and I just thought it was unnecessary.
- 3/5
We always stay here for our Disney trips. But Ive been disappointed that the tubs are cracked and who knows how much mold is under there. They really need to address the issues. Overall its quite and safe for sure.
- 2/5
I’ve stayed here before and it was great, this time not so much. Our room key didn’t work after multiple attempts, we informed the front took them a while to actually let us in our room. The toilet made a weird noise all night and the toilet paper hasn’t been changed. We we’re exhausted and only staying the night so
- 1/5
First, the hotel inside the room, old and dirty. The towel is very dirty. When I sleep in the bed they have insect inside the room inspired me from my legs my back after that I stay in the hotel just three hours. I check out they charge me $100. The man is a front desk from India. Be careful everybody don’t go to the hotel very bad and very nasty and insect the room, too much insect inside the bed.
- 4/5
We got a VERY good price and the room was fine. Ice machine was broken but that was the only glitch, highly recommended for value.
- 1/5
I had called ahead of time asking for a late check in an late check out since I was coming so late the guy said it’s perfectly fine just to let them know the morning of for late check out. I had went in the morning to ask for a late check out a the lady immediately cut me off a said no we can’t do a late check out today.
- 4/5
The lobby AC was busted and it was a sauna just getting checked in. Those poor staff in there were dying
- 5/5
Nice
- 2/5
Roaches outside and in the room
- 5/5
Great for the price.
- 5/5
It was a great stay with my family and would definitely come again to here. And I would also recommend to others too to check out this inn for an amazing stay.
- 2/5
There was hair everywhere disgusting I can't believe they have a 100 dollar deposit for this place. I don't think anything in that room is worth more than $100 to be honest. There's only one towel, and the white linens on the bed look more like brown than it did White.
- 5/5
Stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. Staff was friendly, with room service everyday. It was central to a variety of food places, along with a laundry mat and nail/ salon right next door. Had a great experience for what we paid for.
- 3/5
The rooms carpets need steam cleaning the soles of my feet were filthy black walking on them after my shower
- 4/5
Room a was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly
- 1/5
House keepers are wonderful ! Young person checked me in was not paying attention her mind was on a call. I did not like the room I stood in this time it was not as good as the others I’ve had. If I’m not mistaken it was room 103. I asked front desk for sugar I had to go hunt for a housekeeper . Service from front desk , I was not happy with this stay at all. I have had better service staying here.
- 5/5
Very well maintained and friendly. Convenient location to Disneyland.
- 3/5
Staff not friendly at all swimming pool very small all facilities is rundown
- 3/5
The room had carpet (hotels just need to get rid of carpet) which looked clean but our feet were black after walking on it for just a few minutes. The toilet flush valve was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, the towel rack above the toilet was about to fall off the wall, the sink was cracked, the bathroom had previous water damage that was only partially repaired and painted, the smoke alarm was missing. The swimming pool had water leaks all around it in the walkways and the hot tub looked like it had mold.
- 4/5
Was there for 3 nights for a work convention. Check in was easy, even though I showed up closer to 10pm on a Wednesday night. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the area around the property was okay. As a single woman, I was afraid of sticking out like a sore thumb, but there were a lot of families and couples around so I felt better. This review is for room 119: it is next to the housekeepers’ area so you will hear a lot of noise!! I was up and out of the room by 7am on Thursday and Friday, and was looking forward to sleeping in until 9:30am on Saturday, but was woken up by 8am by noise. Lots of laughter and talking and loud music playing. I was glad that they were having a good time at work, but it was 8am on a Saturday! I just wanted to rest a little longer after a long week. Overall, a good stay. If I choose to stay here again, I will ask to not be put into rooms 119 or 118 maybe even 120 because the noise will be too much!
- 3/5
The room was clean enough. The pool area needs some maintenance. I rate it a 6.
- 2/5
The room we had wasn't as desired for our 4 night stay. One morning we were woke by alarm at 4:30 and was told that they are sensitive and can be set by someone smoking outside and coming through the air conditioner. One day, after a very long day in the park, we come back to no water at all in the toilet (which didn't work the greatest). The people at the desk were very good, but I definitely would look somewhere else that offered free parking and close.
- 2/5
Check in was easy, room was dirty (stains on floor, rusted out metal fixtures in shower and rusted out fridge) they kept running out of wash cloths and towels (which I get it but for four days in a row?) will not be staying here in the future.
- 2/5
Check in was good, staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Not in the best repair with bubbling drywall and unpainted patches. I also got two bug bites while sleeping. Not sure what they were from. Makes me not want to return.
- 4/5
I will stay again
- 2/5
The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom , the outlet casing came out when I went to remove my charger
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland a The Great Wolf Lodge, affordable so it dont break the bank for a family looking for fun and have a place thats clean to sleep after a day at the parks SOOOOO many food options in walking distance basically next door or across the street will definitely be staying again on our next trip to the parks.
- 3/5
The room was clean and the beds were somewhat comfortable. The pillows were very lumpy and small, they definitely could get some newer ones. We also only have 2 towels ready in the room and no washcloth.
- 5/5
Oddly, I like that at night the parking lot is lite so bright, it looks like daylight. Deter of crime. Can also see the people in the parking lot.
- 2/5
I guess cockroaches are normal these days, according to staff
- 1/5
Though it was nice for the price, we didn’t have the best room. The lights to bathroom were broken and I kept calling to have them repair our switch rooms but they would keep saying someone would be there in 10 minutes and never showed up. Nor would they let up switch. So we had no lights for the bathroom entire stay
- 5/5
Staff was great, will come here again!
- 5/5
The hotel was nice and very convenient. Everything was super close to us. Many many food options to choose from. Disney was only about an 5 minute drive. The outlets were about 8 minutes away which was nice as well. Definitely coming back.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
It’s an older hotel with much needed upgrading. Staff is great and housekeeping were so nice.
- 4/5
Needs a softer sheets and I was expecting a thicker blanket and softer towels and give extra. 1 towel for each person is not enough at least put 1 extra and some hand or wash cloth. And needs a blackout screen curtain.
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
Thanks again Queens Inn!
- 5/5
Close to the stadium and close to shopping.
- 2/5
Very old room. Coffee machine doesn’t work (call front desk to replace it but never get the good one). The tub in bathroom was cracked. Toilet seat is very dirty. Towel bar is loosing and drops down when touching or hanging the tower.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Close to Disney.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean room.
- 5/5
This hotel provided daily housekeeping!!! Made beds and fresh towels everyday. First hotel I’ve stayed at since Covid to provide this. The guy who checked us in should also give lessons. He was super efficient and quick yet also helpful.
- 2/5
Chose this plce because of location to Disneyland although we had a good time at the park i will never stay here again. The toilet kept breaking and i don't the carpet has ever been cleaned my daughter walked around for a few mins and her feet were black. Its a no thank you from me
- 1/5
Shower head did not work, we had to use a bucket to scoop the water and shower with
- 4/5
Sheets had stains.
- 5/5
Quiet and nice
- 3/5
The staff is really great and friendly - It is a budget motel and serves it's purpose - there was, what appeared to be a blood stain on the comforter and also there was food left on the floor (cheez-it's) and someone else's personal items left in/around the bathroom. I do not think I will stay here again. It is an older property and needs some repair but the room cleanliness kinda freaked me out .....
- 3/5
Relativere cheap, ok condition.
- 5/5
Stay is reasonably priced and convenient to going to the parks
