    The staff was great and helpful. The free breakfast was the perfect thing to have right before headed to Disneyland. We walked to the Toy Story parking lot and took the shuttle from there.

    Close to the park was good. Breakfast was always the same no variety for five days there were eggs and potatoes, the bagels every other day, but much of the same. The maintenance staff made a lot of noise outside our room, we could not sleep in even if we tried the noise they made woken us every time.

    Hotel was great, although on our first day our our water was out until night, as our water went out mid shower which a bit of an inconvenience but overall a great stay. Very close to Disney and lots of places to eat and shop. Staff was friendly and helped the checked in process go quickly. Would definitely recommend for an easy quick stay.

    Good location, cost effective, and can offer larger "suite" style rooms. Decor is fine, and everything worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool but I didn't use it. Busy street so you might want to get a room in the back to avoid street noise. Parking was good and easy. It's an economy motel but it's clean and tidy and I would stay here again.

    The floors weren’t clean. I wore my socks the whole time so my feet didn’t turn black. The pool was clean and warm. It was nice to have a second bathroom!

    I loved my two-day stay here. I was able to drop off my bags at the front desk first thing in the morning because I arrived early to go to Disney. The breakfast was really good compared to breakfasts in the U.S. The park is very close by, and you can take the bus from the parking lot right out front. Overall, it was great—I’d go back a thousand times. Not just at the hotel, but in many places across the U.S., contactless credit card payments aren’t accepted. I had to put down a $100 deposit, but I didn’t have a physical credit card, let alone cash—who carries cash these days? I’m totally behind the times in that regard.     This was probably one of our favorite resorts. The staff was wonderful. My daughter absolutely loved playing miniture golf and ping pong. The beds and pillows were ... divine! So much so, I had to ask them where they purchased them from. I have NEVER slept so well. With secured key entrance for access and parking, we felt safe and secure. I wish we could have enjoyed some of the resort activities during our stay because they sounded like soooo much fun, but our visit was purely for my daughter's volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

    This hotel was loud. We had the do not disturb sign on but the maid knocked on the door anyway and woke us up. After this someone else knocked on our door, waking us up further. The pillows were horrible! The lumpiest pillows I have ever slept on in my life. PS: You can buy pillows at Walmart for 15 dollars and that is what you should do.

    Unfortunately, this most recent stay left a bad impression because of the experience we had during check-in with Adriana. We’ve stayed here enough times that parking has often been comped for us in the past, especially considering how frequently we visit. This time, the parking lot was completely full and we were forced to park in a lane next to a portable restroom, which was already frustrating enough. When we politely asked about parking accommodations, Adriana responded with “Not here” in a rude and dismissive manner. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and honestly very unprofessional, especially toward returning guests who regularly support the property. I understand policies can change, and that’s perfectly fine, but customer service and professionalism should never be optional. Management should definitely look into how guests are being treated at check-in, because one bad interaction can really impact an otherwise positive experience.

    We were very happy with our accommodations. The room was affordable and clean. Most of the staff was very nice! We really liked, who we assume, was the male supervisor of Maintenance and House Keeping. He was fun to talk to. My BF asked him his name and he said Brad Pitt. We were laughing so hard. He told us his real name, but we can’t remember it. The front staff woman, at the Sunday through Thursday, was so nice, and helpful. My BF and our adult children loved the Belgian waffles so much. They won’t stop talking about them. We will definitely be back…

    My review is very mixed. The room appeared clean, had that normal hotel smell. No issues checking in. Day 2. We kept getting locked out of the room, they changed the batteries, changed the keypad, finally got in. The NEXT night we are locked out again this time its rejecting our card & maintence was no where to be found. Also day 1 the bath filled up with water & some black particals. During our stay my son got sick & I got stomach sick. Unclear if its from the hotel or something else. Everything appeared clean, the maintained and power washed constantly. Parking was kind of a nightmare unless u didn't leave the hotel that day. The receptionist that was all alone monday night THANK YOU for everything you did. Ik it was a stressful situation but u somehow figured it out for us. Im sorry I didnt catch your name. The staff was friendly dont get me wrong & things could of gone so well but our experience was terrible. From constantly being locked out in thr middle of the night or early in the morning when we got places to be with a 2 & 3 yr old kids who should not of had to deal with it. & from us getting sick during our stay. Again, unclear if it was from the hotel or not but the timing ain't right. I was back & fourth for months on the best hotel choice for us affordably & it just didnt do us good. Staff: figure out your plumbing, redo it if it needs to be done. Check your key card programs, or whatever. As for parking, dont request payment if half the parking lot is unavailal

    The amount of noise that comes from this hotel at night should be illegal!! From 8pm-1am there’s grad racing, Ben’s outs, yelling, tons of people over at the Italian ice place. We booked here based on reviews and they must be fake!! We go no sleep! On top of that, the beds are rock hard and the pillows are pillows cases filled with sheets!! There was also tour busses backing up all morning n waking us up. Will never stay here again!! Paid for parking too, we had expressed our frustration and got no help!!! You should not have to pay for parking when the parking lots are a teenage hang out!! After a day in the park you want to relax and sleep! It’s 12am that’s not too hard to ask for! I even called the Anaheim police to ask about nose issues, it was that bad! They said quiet hours start at 10pm. Ok cool, let’s wait it out, it’s 1230am and they’re still going! And people still being loud, racing and just all around disrespectful. The hotel cannot control the noise, but when you charge what they charged and also charge for parking you expect quiet and safety. There was also a security guard chasing homeless off the property. Stay clear!!

    I have stayed here before! It’s a great affordable place to stay with a buffet breakfast for free. The parking fee is one of the cheapest in the area. The staff is friendly!     Parking lot filled up and stayed full-understandable, there was mold or mildew in the bathroom and the A/C unit wasn’t sealed in properly. There’s a gap between the wall it’s supposed to be sealed to and the unit itself. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    We had the opportunity to stay here multiple times. Very disappointed that the bus doesn't stop in front anymore and it would really be nice if they offered a shuttle. The Hotel is needing some TLC. We love the two room two bathroom suites when you have a big family keeping us together like the microwave and refrigerator. That's in each room. Not sure if we'll stay here next time we really like a shuttle or bus and updated room rooms.

    Great pool and hot tub, and still a great place. We have always loved Stanford Inn, but under new management, it seems to be suffering a bit. I’m not sure it’s worth the money for a basic room. Cleanliness has gone down. The front desk staff seems to have forgotten how to care for guests, with an exception of a maintenance worker who is a true delight and the cleaning staff. They are fabulous! Look around the area and see what is available before booking here

    The reason this stay only gets 2 stars is because of the cleanliness. The floors were so filthy that it turned socks and feet black. As if they do not wet mop or ever steam the carpets. The staff on the other hand, was so helpful and kind. Especially the women in the morning serving breakfast. The breakfast was another highlight. It had good variety and was fresh. If only they would clean the floors and spend more effort on cleaning the bathroom/walls this place would be a 5 star stay.

    The stay could’ve been solid but we experienced a few inconveniences which made it just average. We checked in at night and young female receptionist greeted and asked us if we needed daily housekeeping and I said yes. That didn’t happen. So I made sure to let the front desk the day after it was missed to have housekeeping stop by. The ice maker kept leaking water every night which was a little inconvenient right in front of the stairs to our room on the 2nd floor. The door lock to the pool wasn’t working properly so maintenance had to tape the door lock open. Also the pool is really small only a family of 4 could enjoy comfortably. It’s nice that it was heated. They charge for parking $15 plus tax per day. Not sure if we would stay again for a family trip. If you just need to stay the night that’s fine.

    Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The room appeared poorly maintained, with unclean surfaces and noticeably dirty floors. My granddaughter had just been freshly bathed, and after walking barefoot in the room, her feet were extremely dirty (as shown in the attached photo). Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any stay, and this fell short. I hope management takes steps to address these issues for future guests.

    I had a cockroach stuck in light fixture at first I thought it was a cricket but my daughter in law room had a large one on the wall by the tv ! I do have pictures of the roach I told maintenance and he said go to office I was exhausted and didn’t want the hassle but I gave this hotel one last chance last visit I had a spider bite and video of spider I emailed management to let them know and that I was going to be coming again to try before a review on here and other platforms but no response?     The area was great. Next to Joes which was a plus.. The breakfast could be better. They had bread and muffins, but nothing to go with it. NO bagels or cream cheese. The pool was nice, no hot tub which is what we look forward to so that was a bummer. Also, someone from below came banging on our door at 5am saying they heard banging all night, we were asleep. Saying he heard it for 3 nights, it was our first night there. Front desk did nothing. And apparently told him the same. My daughters were terrified. Also, water pressure was horrible. We had to keep water on to stay consistent, but it was barely anything.

    Enjoyed my time here although the breakfast could’ve been better for the nightly rate. The jacuzzi was not working which it wasn’t noted. Also, someone below us came banging on our door at 6am because they heard noise all night for the past 3 nights and it was our first night there.     We didn't get much sleep the 2 nights we stayed there the people that were up stairs were so loud all night and most of the morning till 5am for the 2 nights we stayed there i keep calling the front desk to let them know and ask to be moved to another room but they couldn't move us to another room and keep saying they would let the other guests know to keep it down but it didn't help they keep being loud i called the front desk 6 times it was the worst stayed i ever had in a hotel we were not happy at all

    This motel is ultra basic, but clean. The rooms are loud from the busy street noise, it's sounded like my room was right on the street. Be sure to bring conditioner as they only offer shampoo. There is basic TV, no internet options, even with your own account. I stayed here for a convention and the price as outrageous for the room on 2 of the 3 nights, but it is within walking distance of the convention center, which I wanted. Basic, loud, but clean.

    The room was really clean I will I was impressed for a hotel/motel spot. The staff were extremely nice and helpful the whole trip. The breakfast was decent, for free (included in booking) I can’t complain. The only “complaint” I do have is that it is noisyyyyyy which isn’t their fault. Between people, the road, and other guests it was hard to fall asleep at night would recommend ear plugs and eye mask. Otherwise felt very safe for 2 east coast girls and it’s walking distance to everything you could need. Thank you!

    At check-in, it took a while for the front desk to come even though we rang the bell we waited about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Then we asked for housekeeping, and because the science blew away because of the rain they didn’t get to it. I then called them again to have a housekeeping done. They assured me you would be done and it was not done. Luckily, a security guard was able to bring his towels and items that we were missing, but we didn’t get the housekeeping we needed. Also there was no elevator.

    Before arriving, we called to request early check-in and asked to be notified if a room became available. No one called us back. We arrived around 1 PM exhausted from travel and were met with a very unwelcoming front desk interaction. The employee assisting us appeared disengaged and did not make us feel welcome. We were charged an early check-in fee even though it was only about 30 minutes before standard check-in. After getting our keys, they did not work. My husband had to walk all the way back to the front desk to fix them, wasting more time and making the early check-in fee feel pointless since it was nearly regular check-in by then. We also were not informed that the side gate near our room would be locked. We stood outside with our luggage confused until another guest opened it. This should have been clearly communicated at check-in. Room issues made the stay worse: the pillows were extremely small and uncomfortable, there were only two tissues in the bathroom upon arrival, the microwave did not work, and the refrigerator never got cold. We were also told by staff we were “better off eating at Wendy’s” instead of hotel breakfast, which felt unprofessional. Overall, poor service, lack of communication, and multiple maintenance issues made this stay frustrating and not guest-focused at all.

    However, the walls are really thin (really, really thin). As are the bed sheets. Thankfully I was able to take a blanket from one of the bunk beds not being used. We heard every neighbor, every reving engine (people seemed to love revving their engines that night). We almost checked to see if we accidentally left the door slightly open. Also, the hot water took a while, so the first half of my shower wasn't pleasant. Thankfully my family had hot water after me. The one thing that really bugged me is they almost charged me an early fee, for being there 25 minutes early. I didn't ask for an early check-in, I simply asked if the room was ready. It was, so the office clerk checked me in. But halfway through she turns to her manager and asks if she should charge me. They had to think about it. I almost said I'll wait when they decided not to, since the room was already ready. It's a decent value proposition if you're only staying a night. But if you're looking for a fun Disney experience, I'd keep looking.

    Improved customer service of the two females both at check-in and check-out in needed! Made me feel as a transaction vs. a guest! Our room 245 had full size beds, not queen beds as described while booking. You can definitely hear traffic noise and the windows rumbled as we walked in the room. The t.v. had no cable!     When we first got to the room I went to use the restroom and there was POOP smeared on the toilet seat. The towels in the restroom were dirty as if they didn’t switch out new towels from the previous customers. Then there was hair in the refrigerator and in between the sheets of one of the beds as if they didn’t clean the sheets . My sister took off her sandals and just walking the room barefoot for 10 mins made her feed BLACK like if they never mop the floors. I have no idea how this hotel has such high ratings. The breakfast was decent . The only thing that we appreciated was the shower . It had good water pressure and we were both able to shower comfortably with enough warm water for the both of us. If you don’t care about cleanliness than this place is for you but if you’re like me and have OCD I wouldn’t recommend this place . The staff was friendly and kindly send a man to come clean the toilet for us. He even offered to give us more towels but I’m assuming it’s because he knew they were dirty in the first place because we literally just got to the hotel and tried to use the restroom out towels were untouched when he arrived so I don’t know why he would ask if we needed more

    Breakfast: never had them, we usually skip this as one of the primary reason for Disney visit is food Room: always clean, but thin walls and lots of gaps around the door. So you'll hear lots of noise. Loud too, like "might as well leave the door open" type of loud. Also tiny pillows Service: staff are nice and will respond promptly when needed. However on our last visit, the housekeeping still cleans the room even with "do not disturb" sign on the door. And they didn't close the door properly so it was partially open when we got back from Disneyland at night. Neighborhood: VERY LOUD. If you stay on the rooms facing west, you could hear cars revving at night. But lots of eateries around the area. Joes Italian Ice is just like 1 minute walk from the hotel (and if you've been there, you know the struggle of finding parking). Transportation: THE primary reason of our stay. ART stop right outside the hotel. I've stayed in different hotels within walking distance from Disneyland before, and by far Stanford has the shortest hotel-room-to-park-entrance walk because ART bus does the majority of the work to move you from point A to point B. Its an older property and gotta admit, not the best one in the area if you're looking for something less noisy. But if you want budget friendly hotel with convenient access to Disneyland Resort, this is about as good as it gets.

    I had a hard time at check in with Maricela. We got there an hour early and was told she you could check us in for $20.00. So we decided to get something to eat and came back at 3:00, the requested check in time. When we got back there was a line and we had to wait to check in. I had paid for a room with a sofa bed, through Expedia. I requested that the room be a quiet one maybe upstairs. But we were given a room near the stairs on the bottom floor, with no sofa bed. Maricela said that is the best she could do for us. I told her she would get a bad review and she didn't seem to care. Sad that we didn't get what we paid for and had to put up with all the noise... Will not stay there again.

    We finally called the front on our last night as the water wouldn’t even get to warm. The maintenance man came and spent well over an hour trying to figure out what to do. We were able to get back to warm water, but we were so sore from our four nights of cool showers and uncomfortable beds. We’ve stayed here on and off since 2014, and I can say as a long time customer, there have been changes and not great ones. 3 stars purely for the maintenance man and the guest service who checked us out of the room. They were great. We visit Anaheim 1-2 times a month, but we will likely not stay again unless there is one heck of a deal on rooms. The value isn’t there anymore, unfortunately.

    The rooms are ok when it comes to cleanliness. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was always sounds between the walls like something was going to break. It was weird not sure how to describe it. Customer service was ok. Super upsetting when we got asked to leave the cafeteria while we were still eating breakfast. I understand they have cleaning to do but we were almost done and honestly they could’ve cleaned around the patio first. We would’ve taken it to the room but they had a “do not take breakfast to the room” sign. The food was cold as well nothing was really hot unless you made the waffles. I wouldn’t stay at that hotel again.

    I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel overall, but I do have a couple of concerns about the breakfast service. It's offered from 7:00–9:00 AM, which feels a bit too narrow for the number of guests, especially considering the hotel has around 106 rooms. With 70-80% of guests (mostly families) likely eating breakfast, that's around 300 people trying to fit into a two-hour window. The issue is compounded by the fact that they stop replenishing the food about 10-15 minutes before the service ends, which means some guests are left with very limited options. I think extending the breakfast hours to 6:00–10:00 AM would make a big difference. Having the earlier hour (6:00–7:00 AM) would help guests who need to get to the parks early, while extending it to 9:00–10:00 AM would better accommodate those who are not heading to the parks or are checking out that day.

    Rooms are looking better but need to be cleaned better. Under the sink and the floors - can’t walk around without shoes on in room.     Rooms were very clean, bathroom was impeccable, staff was friendly and greeted us every time. We honestly felt welcomed and seen as we spoke Spanish and we were greeted in our language. The breakfast was an upgrade from the traditional continental breakfast we have seen at other hotels. Parking was available at a price, but when compared to other locations their price for parking was still cheaper. The rooms were spacious and the beds were pretty comfortable, the extra bathroom option was a huge plus for us, and we won’t hesitate from checking in to this hotel again.

    DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We checked in and found the room to be very wet, strong odor of cleaning supplies to mask a worse smell. The room had mold, around the bed frames and bathroom. We were unable to stay here for health concerns. When telling this to the property they offered no other room and would not authorize a refund. When working with Orbitz they stated they tried to work with the property but the policy states the money is lost with cancellation. We DID NOT cancel our stay, we had health concerns about the accommodations. This is a scam. Don’t stay here and don’t book through Orbitz! Our expectations are not unreasonable, we ended up at motel 6 main gate with no issues.

    Upon arrival, the refrigerator in the room was not working properly so when I opened the door to put some bottles of water inside the defroster "freezer" at the top of the unit poured stagnat smelling water all over the floor. It was late at night so I just cleaned it up myself with some towels. Not the best way to start off a stay at a hotel.

    Great hotel… we will definitely be going back. Large rooms with fridge, microwave and tv with all the channels. 20 minutes easy walk to Disneyland. There is also buses to take you and also to other places - central L.A and universal studios. Breakfast was included and was great - cereal, toast, fruit and eggs & sausage. Place was spotlessly clean. The ladies were lovely. Travelled with my son and felt very safe here!!

    The price you pay for the area is ok. The room we stayed in was towards the back and all we heard at night was traffic. Walls are thin. The smell once we went into room at first was not pleasant. The beds and pillow were also hard and rough. The complimentary breakfast is not good. On top of that parking isn’t included with your stay. Stayed here for Disney and it’s like 30 min walk. Overall if your coming for Disney I’d recommend looking somewhere else.

    The pillows were thin and uncomfortable, im glad we brought some from home. The biggest issue was our room was above the courtyard next to the breakfast room. Other hotel guests were partying, making all sorts of noise until 11:40pm. I had to ask the front desk to have this stopped and it continued for 30 min before they returned to their rooms. We have noise ordinances for a reason. The staff was nice though, breakfast was decent. But they should have never let the noise keep going so late. It's location is a bit too far for tired feet after being at Disneyland.

    Location is fabulous with lots of dining options nearby. Right in the ART line for easy venturing to parks. Decent small breakfast options with sausage, eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, toast, etc. Beds are pretty hard and pillows awkwardly lumpy. Bath towels are super tiny.

    One thing to note, there’s no elevator. We arrived at 2:30 hoping to check in early, but were told no family suites were available until the official 3:00 PM check-in time, which was understandable. However, when we returned, we were given an upstairs room, even though we have small children and one who struggles with stairs. We were told we could wait another hour or two for a downstairs room, which was frustrating. We chose not to wait, but in hindsight, I wish we had or that the downstairs option had been available at 3 as expected. Breakfast was okay basic continental with waffles, eggs, and sausage but the menu didn’t change at all during our 3-day stay. There were definitely some aspects I wish had gone differently, but overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience. Just not the most accommodating stay for families with young kids.

    We liked the cleanness of the room, but we got a room that had a share door in the middle and we heard everything next door. Our neighbors conversations and when they walked and closed their front door. Our room was 254 which is upstairs and facing the back of the property so we heard all noises all night. I believe they had an event going on that we heard cars exhaust all night racing through the street. This hotel being in the Main Street I literally heard every car passing by plus our neighbors.

    The location is good - near lots of eateries. Close to Disney, Angels stadium and the Honda Center. It’s on a busy street so kind of noisy. The back parking lot is shared with a restaurant and I felt a little uncomfortable parking there but it was okay. It’s an older hotel but the price is right. The free breakfast is decent.

    They're friendly, they'll have conversations with you, some of the guys loved teasing me (brats, lol). Rooms are spacious and clean. I have the cleanliness a 4 because while the room was clean, the floor was not, my feet were black after walking on the floor. I mentioned it to housekeeping the next day, they apologized profusely and mopped every inch of the floor. Property is well lit at night. Breakfast is standard, made to order the, waffles, fruit. I would have preferred some yogurt or such, but it worked. Had a great time. Completely recommend

    I booked this trip 3 months ago! And got to the hotel to be told my reservation was canceled. The hotel said it was a glitch in the system. So the hotel did nothing to help me nor did hotels.com I will never use this site again. Very disappointed.

    We arrived at the hotel with our reservation pulled up on the hotels.com app after an 8 hour drive with children. The hotel quickly informed me they had no reservation for me. I showed them the reservation on the app and they informed me that the hotel had canceled a large number of reservations through Expedia last month, mine included, because the price we were sold was too low. I had recieved zero communication from any party that my reservation had been canceled. I immediately reached out to hotels.com via their live chat. After a back and forth I was told they were escalating my issue and that I would hear back in 24 to 72 hours. I had no choice but to pay a higher price for the room I had reserved as my family and I needed a hotel. The difference in price was more than $300. Now hotels.com refuses to resolve this issue. They will not Eben reference whether or not the canceled reservation was communicated to them from the hotel itself. They just keep telling me that the hotel didn't charge me a cancelation fee which has nothing to do with the issue at hand and doesn't change the fact I paid more than $300 more than the reserved price on my app. Terrible customer service.

    We stayed here for a three day visit to Disney land. We have stayed here before because we love the space and the two bathrooms, much needed for a family of six. Unfortunately, not getting the rooms cleaned for a three day stay was very disappointing. We had to take out our own trash twice after a tyring day at Disney. The hotel amenities stated daily cleaning but when I check received a paper saying that it would get cleaned every two days . Then when the second day came around and I ask the answer was just that They were short staff with no apology. I requested towels since we had been out and had to call to remind them. Usually have a good experience staying there and my family also stays there because I recommend it but this situation left me a little dissatisfied. The positives are: the space, a bus that picks up and drop off at hotel (daily pass 6), breakfast (basic but ok), and the location is pretty good. It is also more affordable than others.

    The bathroom door did not close properly or lock and was chipped and stained. Looked like it had not been wiped down in some time. The mini fridge was gross and dirty as well as loud. The upstairs guests were loud and we barely slept. The beds were itchy and felt like there was sand on the sheets. Staff was rude and acted like they didn’t want to work there. The pool water was grimy and dirty and the jacuzzi was as well with gross brown stained papers floating around in it. Payed a hefty price for gross dirty rooms. Will not be returning.

    Cons: The floors do not get cleaned very well. Pillows are lumpy and the room smells a little mildewy. The tv reception is not the best. The hot tub jets were not working. The shower head is clogged in places. There was blood in the wall by the sink. The coffee pot had bugs in it when I made tea with only hot water. Overall I would stay there again mostly because the price is good for including breakfast and it's so close to Disneyland but if you want more comfort bring your own pillow or stay somewhere more expensive.

    The hotel is old and very noisy but outside of that it’s a nice hotel. I didn’t believe they had an elevator so make sure you have a room on the bottom floor if you were traveling with mobility issued people. , if they can accommodate you which they did for us. the staff, especially Celina was very accommodating and very, very nice. She helped us with the shuttle bus transportation to Disneyland. (The app is not very user-friendly.) The dining area is very small, but they did have outside seating for the dining room but it’s chilly in the morning at 7 AM. They have limited foods but having food at all at hotels around Disneyland that are included in the price was fantastic. All in all our hotel stay was great. The hotel like I said is old, but it was very accommodating and and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were good.

    But the hotel is old, and very, very noisy. The desk staff especially Celina , was very very nice and very helpful. Breakfast area is small but they have a nice few items to choose from for breakfast. It’s unusual to have breakfast at hotels around Disneyland that are included in the price of the hotel. That was a nice feature. I just wish they had some non-sugar type cereals both of the cereals they offered were sugar coated. There is a shuttle that stops at the hotel and takes you to Disneyland. It’s a fee. I believe it’s 550 or 250 for seniors it’s a great feature, but if you’re not computer savvy, it’s a nightmare. Selena had to walk me through the steps and I thought I could understand computer apps pretty well, but I was wrong. LOL. I don’t believe the app is very user-friendly, but Celina walked us through it. We got our tickets and it was great. All in all our stay was very enjoyable for the age of the hotel. It was great.

    Not a bad stay if your REALLY need to save on accommodation expenses. Room was nice size. King bed was comfortable. A/C was somewhat noisy. ART bus stops right in front for an added cost but still convenient. Staff wasn’t overly friendly but decent. Breakfast seemed ‘meh’; tried a muffin and it was dry and disgusting. Waffles smelled/appeared decent, as I saw other guest make them. Area was ok. Walls were thin. I won’t stay again, as I’d rather spend a bit more elsewhere.

    We stayed for one night and had no problems. The room was updated and clean. Beds were comfy, although pillows were a little lumpy. Free breakfast was tasty with decent variety. My only issue was the family of elephants above us who got in after midnight and woke up before 6 am, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.     Room was clean, but the only down side is that there is not enough noise reduction on the doors and windows. The seals need to be changed. All night you could hear the noise from the street, cars screeching, peeling off, racing. When people would be walking outside was so clearly as if the windows were open.

    My stay was overall good. Only thing was our fridge was turned all the way down which caused water to be all over the floor. They just laid a bunch of towels on the floor to clean the water. Breakfast was good and free. The room was clean, but there was a weird smell time to time. Not sure if it was the air conditioner or what. Close to Disney and the shuttle is right outside for a great price. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

    Our stay was very nice for the price. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is a renovated motel, and there are still remnants of that. The walk to the room wasn’t super fancy, and the doorway was completely sealed off, so it was a little noisy. The blackout curtains were very helpful though and we slept like babies in the comfortable beds. Overall, it was not the most luxurious stay, but it was very decent and worth the price.

    Parking fee is dumb but everything else is good. Perfect hotel if your doing Disney and the convention center. Hot breakfast options a plus. Well kept. Pool was heated and Jacuzzi was great.

    Their Continental breakfast hours are 7-9 (didn't see that information when we booked, and would have preferred it starting earlier in the morning) and it is a great value! They had eggs, cereal, fruit, muffins, English muffins, toast, waffles, yogurt and more when we went! Definitely a great value! I would not say this hotel is walkable to the Disneyland resort, as it took us over 30 minutes each way, and the walk there isn't very clean. But overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

    The loud vehicles at night were very frustrating. It didn't seem like the walls were very sound proof. Food was good at breakfast. Your feet and socks got dirty walking on the floor.

    The outside noise was really bad. Some car would rev and screech every night and it set off car alarms 3 times! So annoying when you are trying to sleep. Room was spacious and breakfast was mediocre.

    We stayed in room 247, which was an adjoining room, and unfortunately, the noise carried through quite badly. The guests next door were up until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the road noise was significant—while this is out of the motel’s control, the thin walls and what seemed to be non-double-glazed windows made it sound like cars and motorbikes who seemed to like revving their engines by the very popular Joes were right inside the room. The biggest downside was the mattress—it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, these factors made for a less enjoyable stay.

    The room fit our needs for a family of 6. Nothing special. Very easy walk to the park and food options all around the park were plentiful. The prices were what attracted me. Will stay again if needed.

    We have been staying at Stanford several times a year for over a decade now, It was a home away from home for us, being a Disney family with AP/Magic Keys it was our spot, But like many things they change throughout the years some good and some bad, Stanford has definitely changed for the worse and don’t really seem to care about their guest much anymore. The rooms are not cared for as they once were and the bandaids they put on much needed repairs are just that temporary at best, They raise parking prices and even change the time breakfast is served without any notice to the guest! Breakfast used to be a 6:30am and us now at 7am, 30 minutes in the early morning is a big deal to a family who likes to rope drop! I could probably just deal with these changes and roll with it but the one thing I can’t roll with is poor customer service and very rude front desk staff, We pay a premium price and expect premium service but after the last several stays we have seen service and overall quality severely declining, It’s sad but going forward we will be trying other spots to hopefully find our new Disney home! So buyer beware especially if you got a family this may not be the best spot to make your memories.

    Check in was easy! Loved the layout and separate bunk area. Actual quality of mattress was so firm and uncomfortable and bedding was the thinnest I have ever experienced at a hotel. We had to turn on the heat to be comfortable at night. It was also very affordable for the size and layout. Breakfast was ok, strawberry waffle were odd and I think should be skipped for only original flavor.

    The room had a musty/moldy smell. It was shabby chic without the chic. There were paint stains on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. The baseboards were scuffed and the door in the bathroom had a part on the bottom that was peeling away. At least the water was hot and beds comfortable. But one thin blanket and duvet cover w/o duvet were on the beds. Dresser was dented and scratched. TV was crooked and couldn't be straightened. When I read the reviews, I wondered if they were paid for the reviews or were on something to alter their perception of reality when they stayed.

    While I was happy overall with the hotel as it was clean the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent in the morning. I have to complain about the bedding as it wasn't enough to keep us warm. And the fact that the jacuzzi was down the entire visit was very disappointing is that something we look forward to and it was a specific reason we booked this hotel.

    Amazing Staff, they remembered us from our last stay & that just shows great Customer Service. They gave us a call after we settled in our room asking if everything was ok. We absolutely loved that. The cleaning service is perfect. Especially with 3 kids, they can misplace this and that, and when we come back to our room it’s back where it should be.     Breakfast was simple but filling, Maria made breakfast even more amazing with her conversation and service. We walked to the Toy Story parking lot for our Disney days, small food places and stores were within good driving distance. Overall this place is our yearly hotel pick.

    My family and I visit Anaheim frequently, and this is our first time staying at Stanford Inn & Suites. Staffs were nice. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. The parking fee is affordable. There are plenty of parking spaces and a couple of EV charging stations. I was able to park directly in front of my hotel room. Room cleanliness is a 4/5. The beds were comfy. I didn't like the noise level. Walls are thin. I could hear the cars out on the main streets. Door to the bathroom creaks. The light from the hair dryer kept me up, and the shades didn't keep the room dark enough. Continental breakfast is included. Overall stay was good for a fair price.

    The room size was great and it was clean. The beds were very hard and the blankets were extremely thin. I actually ended up buying an additional blanket for myself. We only had lukewarm water for our showers. Breakfast had a variety of foods unless you have a gluten intolerance then you're down to 2-3 options. It wasnt a bad stay but probably not one we'd do again.

    My family had a wonderful time at the Stanford Inn. It is clean, comfortable, the staff are amazing, and they still provide a great breakfast to start your day. It is close to Disneyland and the shuttle picks up right in front of the hotel. We will definitely stay there on our next Disneyland trip. Highly recommend it.
