We enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again. The location and proximity to the parks was perfect for the cost.

This place is great if you spend all day at the parks and just need a place to sleep and shower. Close to everything you need and staff is super friendly You can tell a lot of travelers come thru as there is a lot of normal wear and tear. But that’s just Cosmetics 10/10 recommend

They didn’t tell me about the cleaning I stay two nights and was expecting that room was clean when get back for the second night but they didn’t so I stay on different hotels and always cleaned

Bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and the sink includes a soap bar and makeup remover wipes. The toilet is water saving but has a powerful flush too. And it has a combination bathtub and shower with excellent water pressure, a rarity to have a tub in today's hotels. Some things that surprised me about my stay, they have daily housekeeping, unlike other hotels that do it every other day; and they work from the morning to the early evening cleaning rooms. They have on-site dining with a bar, and next door is a restaurant open 24-hours, and a very short walk to the drugstore also open 24/7. A few issues, the ice machine was broken with no signage and was referred to another floor that had a functional one. On-site self service laundry room under construction. And the bed was firmer than I expected. The "park view" may not be worth it, when the neighboring hotel blocks a portion of that view, but the north tower means no rooms face the street (South Harbor), so you'll hear less noisy vehicles driving by.

Easy 15 minute walk to the parks. Dining options were plentiful and always felt safe to and from the parks.

We had a good stay overall. The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. While there was nothing particularly outstanding, there were no issues either. It was a solid, convenient option and offered good value for the price. The place is a 10m walking distance from Disneyland park, which is super convenient.

Room was clean. We stayed for 5 days didn’t really like that I had to call for room service because of that. Wish they just came everyday anyway or maybe every other day. Staff were pleasant. I didn’t do breakfast since it cost $$ and I ate at the parks. Pool was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Overall my stay was great. The doors to the guest rooms swing shut very quickly so they are noisy. It was hard to sleep in with doors slamming constantly. The lighted mirror in the bathroom had several bulbs out/flickering, and the rest of the lighting in the bathroom was dull, making getting ready a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it was great distance to Disneyland and perfect for a quick trip.

3rd stay at this hotel and everything was amazing, front staff was pleasant, we had the Lulu robot come to our room twice to bring towels, stayed 3 nights, housekeeping is on request, 2 blocks from disney, will stay again.

The building we were put in was under construction. It felt like we weren't even supposed to be there and we felt overlooked because we were so far from the main hotel/lobby. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom was ripped and the room just had a general feeling of filth. Will never stay here again.

Check in was fast, parking was plentiful and easy. In/out feature was really nice. The lobby was always clean with a Disney movie playing in the waiting area. The staff is fantastic. Everyone we encountered was so nice, and welcoming. The front desk ladies are 10/10. So helpful. I didn’t know this going in, but you can extend your stay. You can add an early check in (noon) or a late check out (3pm) (6pm) The fees vary. We paid $50 to extend to 3pm and enjoyed the pool for the afternoon. The pool is basic (no hot tub, small bummer) but well kept, there are lots of fun lawn games that my son and all the kids loved. The room was simple and clean and I never really heard anyone around us. I would stay here again.

We've stayed at this location multiple times for many reasons. Location is great, the rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable.

It was a great location. The staff was accommodating. We had a later flight so I paid extra for a later check out. We wanted to go and do some shopping which interfered with the later check time. So they refunded me the extra charge and let us leave our bags so that we could go do some stuff and pick them up for a later flight time. The room were nice and close to a lot of amenities. Walking distance to the theme parks, restaurants and drugstores.

I found the staff to be very responsive to my requests. On that of that, staff was friendly except the person who checked us in. Could not even manage a smile and found her less than friendly.

First day we were there elevator was broken and the next day there was no hot water. Good room and easy walk to Disney.

The bed was comfortable. And the elevators were cool from the wallpaper. I have trypophobia so I couldn’t handle the bedframe with the snake skin and the bedroom walls felt like a bathroom stall with the tile like wallpaper. It was clean but fell outdated about a 12 to 15 minute walk to the park which could be good or bad depending depending on the time of day. The pool was cold, and there was no hot tub on top of the bath towels were super thin and small. And one thing I really did not like is I couldn’t just order a side of fries. You have to pay $15 minimum purchase. Bathtub didn’t seem clean definitely had mildew.

If you’re looking for a hotel to stay at if you’re planning a trip to Disney and want something clean, reliable, and affordable definitely recommend Hotel Lulu! Friendly staff, easy check in and check out, the room was also very clean and all amenities worked!

The rooms were an OK size for the value. Pool was quite chilly. Welcome drink was a nice added touch. There’s no extra frills about this hotel, but it’s a fine place to stay if you’re looking for a moderately affordable hotel within walking distance to Disney. The dumpling place next door is decent if you’re not wanting the hotel’s food.

It was a nice stay, only thing is the did not clean our room. We were not notified at check in that cleaning was only done upon request. After a long day at Disney we had to wait for fresh towels and they offered house cleaning at that time but we just wanted to shower and rest.

Breakfast was good for this type of budget hotel. Portions were huge so keep that in mind when ordering! My kid’s breakfast plate would’ve been plenty for me. Walk to Disney was 10/15 minutes and only a $7 Lyft back. And they let you keep your car in the parking lot before and after check out. I’d stay again!

If you want your room cleaned during your stay you have to request that when you check in. $34.00 parking fee per night. Hotel lobby smells like urine. Rooms are very very humid even with the A/C on. Beds are not comfy, you get what you pay for.

The shower was clogged and water would go up to calves, but the shower pressure was good!! We left our car keys and wallets in the safe but when we needed them, the safe wasn’t opening! We had to call maintenance to open it which took about an hour and we were late to our dinner!! I do NOT recommend this hotel!

Perfect location to use the Toy Story parking lot. Microwave in room is always a plus. Water pressure is nice. Cleaning staff is great. Double queen sized bedroom is too small and bathroom is small. Definitely needs to be updated and renovated. Walls and hardware need to be replaced. No jacuzzi. And the ac was kind of annoying. Kept going on and off every 5 minutes and you would either be really cold or hot when it was on or off.

The location for disney is perfect, 10 to 15 min walk. The shower pressure is amazing, hugely appreciated on a busy hot trip. Only issue we encountered was when our son was sick on his bed in the night, we told the housekeeping staff but there was a miscommunication and his sick covers didnt get removed. The night staff was amazing and helped us straight away. I think it was a genuine language barrier and communication issue and our room was spotless generally

As always, the staff were great and the hotel itself was aceeptable. The water pressure in the room on the 8th floor is still terrible. We heard the hotel is transitioning from Best Western to Marriott. Hopefully this will allow the hotel to bump up their facilities to the next level. All being said, Hotel Lulu is a great value compared to the surrounding hotels. It's definitely not trashy but could use some TLC to make it better.

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel LuLu. The staff always greets you on your way in and on your way out of the hotel. The room was clean upon arrival and at a comfortable temperature when we arrived.

I’ve stayed at a million different hotels in the Anaheim area. Lulu was by far the best, I will absolutely be staying here again

Had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Lulu! The rooms were incredibly clean, and the staff was super nice and welcoming from the moment I checked in. A huge bonus. I forgot my toothbrush, and the front office provided one free of charge without hesitation (they even offered toothpaste, too!). It’s those small, thoughtful touches that make a stay stand out. Highly recommend!

The room was nice and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor pool was great and had games for the kiddos to play while outside.

The location was very nice and accessible to the disneyland parks. We came back after staying last year and we were very disappointed. The hot water ran out early morning and never came back while we were there on our first day. Had to shower with freezing cold water after waiting 2 hours for it to come back and running out of time. When we returned to the hotel, I asked at the main lobby if the water issue was fixed and the receptionist just answered yes and to let it run for a few minutes but she never offered an apology for the inconvenience or offered some type of compensation. I had to mention that if any type of discount would be made to the affected rooms and she seemed very annoyed by the question. She just rolled her eyes and asked for the room number which I did not have on me and instead of helping me out by asking info to locate my room number she just started talking to her coworker (a guy who hasn't helpful either). Once I found my room key she just sayed the only thing she could do was give me a discount on the parking fare, which was very minimal. Once she said that she just said it was updated and offered no apology or even a thank you. I left very annoyed and unhappy. I understand that mechanical issues arise but the issue was the lack of interest from the main lobby workers. The next morning when I checked out a new worker was at the reception desk and she was very kind and helpful. So not all the worker are as disrespectful as the girl who was in charge around 1 am on Tuesday night.

The bathroom faucet was broken and so hard to turn off and on and the drain plug also broke. The toilet made a Loud screeching sound when you tried to flush it and you need to do it twice in order for it to work. Lulu charged almost $40 a night parking after the taxes and that was totally ridiculous. Hotel would not even waive the parking after such a horrible stay. No compensation was offered. With so many hotels to choose from around Disneyland, this Hotel Lulu is an option we would never do again!

Property was nice but $40 a night for parking is too overpriced . You’d expect for them to at least have complimentary breakfast since the prices are a bit high but no.

Located conveniently just a 7-minute walk to the Toys sTory shuttle that takes you to Disneyland, this place offers a safe parking structure, a relaxing pool, and other amenities. The outdoor area is lovely, and both the staff and rooms create a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the boiler broke down, leaving hot water unavailable for a few hours, which was an inconvenience. Still, the staff showed understanding and professionalism, acknowledging the issue and offering compensation to make up for the disruption.

the standard room with 2 queen beds had no drawers to put clothing. Also all the door are extremely heavy and slam closed when anyone comes or goes…so loud and hard it would shake the bed. there was also some sort of sensor on the wall that kept flashing on and off. very annoying and if you have difficulty sleeping or a light sleeper i would skip staying here. staff all nice

Overall great property. Location was really good at about a 12 minute walk to Disney security. Room was spacious and clean although the bed was a bit firm for my taste. My big issue was the shower. The ceiling in the shower was pretty low so if you are taller than probably 6’2”you might have some issues. Otherwise the staff was very nice, the pool was good, and exactly what I needed!

We stay here every time we visit Disneyland. It’s quiet and clean. Front desk is extremely helpful. They need to have a coffee bar. Quick grab and go.

No hot water for two days. This is actually the second time this happened. The bathtub was cracked and peeling. There was hair all over the place. The pool was as clear as blue milk. We've stayed here quite a few times, but this one was awful.

If you are looking for a destination where you have walked distance to the Disney park this is it. It is only a 10 minute walk to Disneyland and the cost is value compared to anything else across the road. The staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and fresh Air-conditioner is quite noisy so some ear plugs come in quite handy.

We always love staying at Hotel Lulu!

We’ve stayed here maybe 5 times already and the staff is always friendly. Always has our complimentary cocktail ready when we check in. The rooms are always clean and smell fresh. The AC, fridge, microwave, shower and other appliances in the room always work. Since the ART has been decommissioned, Hotel Lulu is still our go to for easy travel to Disney park for when we feel like making the 10 min walk, or the 7 min walk to the Toy Story parking lot to take the tram. Either way it’s the most affordable convenience.

I was disappointed with my stay at Hotel Lulu in Anaheim. While the location is convenient for Disneyland and the staff was polite, finding cockroaches in the room was unacceptable and made the stay very uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, especially for families traveling with children. Unfortunately, this experience made it hard to feel relaxed or safe during our visit. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their pest control and room inspections moving forward.

First with the bad. No hot water in shower nor sink in second day we were there. They said it would come back soon but it took more than 24 hrs. Beds were ok. Not bad not great. AC was working fine. Noise in hallway is heard pretty easy. It is relatively close to Disney to walk.

This was a great stay for the price and proximity to Disneyland. The hotel was very clean and the staff we super welcoming and accommodating. The room decor is a little dated and are smaller in size, but again, very clean. Didn't really care too much about the room size since we used it to sleep and spent all day at the parks. It is about a 15-20 minute short walk (straight shot) to Disneyland which is super convenient (you can see the Guardian's tower from the hotel). There are restaurants and convenience stores right by in case you need anything. Highly recommend if you just need a place to snooze at night once you're done with the day. Will definitely recommend to others and will come back again, thank you!

Hotel Lulu is always one of our favorite places to stay while visiting Disneyland. Rooms are spacious, clean and the staff very friendly. Hotel is also within walking distance to Toy Story Parking Lot.

The hotel was very close and within walking distance of Disneyland. It was nice we could leave our car in the parking lot after checking out. On the downside, the lobby’s floors were dirty with noticeable spills, the furnishings are a bit rundown, there were no extras in the room such as an ice bucket or shower caps. It was fine for one night.

The bed was super uncomfortable. The shower only had lukewarm water. They were doors that led to nowhere. You didn’t know if they were locked or not. The decor was less than cozy. Overall, it was just a bad experience.

The location of this hotel is unmatched. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Areas of our building had funky smells. Our room had a musty smell upon arriving. We had an issue with our door getting jammed and unable to open, at one point our family was stuck inside for 15 minutes until we had maintenance come and fix the issue (mail got stuck). The handle in our tub had to be pulled with force ln order to change temperature or the water. We loved how close this hotel was to Disney but unfortunately our first dust here wasn’t great. Staff was very helpful and friendly but the property wasn’t. I wonder if the main building is a better stay.

We used the room to sleep and shower mainly, since the main excursion was Disneyland. The hotel room was nice and cold. They were able to accommodate connecting rooms. Showers were hot and nice. Our water went down a little slow in the drain, and there was a random rather large wet spot on the floor near the bed. We just laid a towel down and walked around until the spot dried, as well as informing the front desk of the drain as we checked out, which they handled with a note to maintenance. Overall, can’t beat the price and location. Front desk extremely helpful, readily available, and friendly. Thanks

As we pulled in to check in around 4:30 pm, our hotel room was ready. Daily parking rate was $35 plus tax so for 2 nights that added on a good chunk of $80. When we arrived to our room and washed our hands, sink wasn’t draining and notified front desk. For our next day shower, tub kept filling like a bath. Room was clean and beds were good size and comfy. Overall good hotel proximity to Disneyland about 2 blocks.

Overall, I recommend this hotel. It felt safe and clean. I would stay here again in the future. Bed was comfortable after a long day at Disney. The walk is also not bad at all, roughly 15mins to where you are entering the Disney property (like off the street by the buses).

With a very short 15-minute walk to Disneyland's Main Entrance, Hotel LuLu is a great location! Walgreens, CVS, & IHOP are right next door. Bubba Gump Shrimp, Tony Roma's, Johnny Rockets, and others are a very short walk away. Large pool and a very spacious pool deck that has (2) fire pits, ping pong, chess, jenga, and Connect Four. However, there is no jacuzzi. Cannot praise Hotel Lulu's entire staff enough. From housekeeping to the front desk, they all were amazing! Do not forget your free drink at check-in!

Very easy parking and easy check ins. Door entrance to get to elevator kept breaking and server for breakfast at the LuLu seemed to be having a bad day. Otherwise everything was great.

This hotel is o ly 1 mile from the parks and downtown Disney. It has plenty of eating places and things to do in walking distance. Only thing that I didn’t like was that we had late check out, and we got walked in on twice during that time. I would book again just for the location alone.

Room was large with comfortable beds. The only downside is the air conditioning system is old and noisy which can keep you awake if you are a light sleeper. Its about a ten minute walk to Disneyland. There a lot of food options around and CVS is across the road.

Unfortunately this is the last time I would ever step foot in this hotel for many reasons. I’ve booked this hotel many times and they’ve let me check in at 8am all through 11am. I went this weekend and checked in at 8am like usual and the front desk clerk told me that im not able to check in till 4pm. 4pm is there regular check in time but the inconsistency of letting people check in early is ridiculous. This hotel from the jump should’ve told us that we only were allowed to check in at 4pm instead got our hopes up thinking we are able to check in at 8am. Last time we stayed it wasn’t a problem checking in at 8am. The inconsistency is awful. Dirty ass hotel. We walked in and immediately I smelled a stench of pee. I don’t like to make a big deal and complain but it never went away and me and my fiancé kept trying to find the source of the stench. It was on a towel that was nicely folded in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. Again didn’t want to make it a big deal there were other towels that were clean so we could use. When I was washing my face I was noticing the water was white and dirty. Only to find out it is. I grabbed a cup and filled it up and let it sit for 10 minutes and the picture speaks for itself The AC DIDNT WORK. We tried all the buttons and nothing it just made a noise but never was blowing air. Only to find out there was buildup of DUST AND TOENAILS in the vent i do have a picture. At that point I tried calling the front desk but no one would pick up. We were so hot in the night and just felt miserable. We called front desk another time and the clerk was so rude saying there was no other rooms and we were basically stuck in a hot room that had no ac. It was a disappointing stay to say the least. Plz don’t make the mistake I did and book this hotel for your holidays.

Overall it’s a nice hotel, it’s clean the people working the front are nice. It is walking distance from Disneyland and you can walk to the Toy Story parking lot and jump on the Disneyland bus which saves you about 8-10 mins of a walk at the end of the night. The beds are a little on the firmer side. It’s a nice hotel if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time there. It has a pool (I didn’t use it). I would stay there an again.

The staff gave us free oreos and a drink as a welcome gift. They were so nice and welcoming to us. The room was very cleam and up to date. They also had a nice gym and a really cool pool that was big and deep with all sorts of other games nearby it.

As far as cleanliness, it wasn’t the best. The carpet in the room looked dirty and didn’t look vacuumed. Bathroom had some hairs in the tub and toilet. The toilet seat was a bit loose and if you flushed with the toilet seat open you’ll get a nice splash. My husband heard the housekeeping staff complain about hours and upon check out heard them chatting about their mental cycle. Coworker chat, I get it but maybe that’s a topic during lunch, not when guests around who can hear you. Overall, the hotel did its job, it was close distance to Disney and there were comfy beds. I didn’t hear any maintenance work. There was a quick mass notice about no hot water but it was resolved quickly.

The staff were great and there was always someone available. We were able to get into our room early and received a vodka lemonade at checkin. The lobby is large and well decorated. We never had to wait longer than a minute or two for an elevator. The grounds were well maintained and had nice landscaping.

Thr only issue I had was with the service room I requested room service a day before for 10:00am I left my room at 8:00am and got back to the room at 3:00pm and room was still not service had to wait until 4:30 in my. Car with my kids until 4:30 to be clean after giving them two phone calls I don’t think I’ll stay there again

The pictures make it seem like there is a swim up bar but it’s a bar you can order from via a QR code that is near the pool. There is no hot tub which was a bummer. But your location was great, staff great, bedrooms clean. Just wish bathroom had a fan in it :)

Hotel Lulu is a great value for your money. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the shower had good pressure with nice hot water. Nice short walk to Disneyland park, approx 8-10 minutes. Staff was super friendly. Second time staying at Lulu within the last 6 months. Lulu will also be our hotel of choice on our next trip in the fall

Overall conditions are reasonable given the price point.

Everything except WIFI is exceptional. The staff are awesome. Maybe because of room location, the WiFi signal is very unstable and dropping in and out

Overall the room served its purpose. The staff was friendly and the room as available before check in time of 4pm wish was appreciated. Cleanliness of the room(s) was disappointing hair was found on the restroom floor the bed sheets smelled of bleach and most annoying of all are the noises from closing doors, the talking of the neighbors or in the hall ways.

We had a great stay at the Lulu Hotel. The room was super comfy and spacious. Loved the welcome drink! Staff was super nice and helpful. They have easy room service and a super cool robot that delivers items to your room. Walking distance to Disneyland, California Adventure, and Downtown Disney. Lots of restaurants all close by. Really enjoyed staying here. I would recommend and stay again.

Pros: 15/20 min walk to Disney and a fairly straight shot down the road. Lots of convenience nearby (drugstores, Starbucks, etc). Shower was hot and water pressure was great! Beds were surprisingly comfortable for what they are. Property was fairly quiet even when we took breaks in the middle of the day. AC was cold and machine had a nice white noise hum. Price was pretty good considering the other locations around us. Cons: no housekeeping. We stayed Tues-Sat and were told housekeeping would not be visiting, but if we needed anything we could ask and it would be provided for free. Now, I don't need housekeeping every day, but for 4 nights I would expect at least one visit to replace wash clothes and empty trash. We had to ask twice for wash clothes and tissues. Guests would leave their trash cans outside their door. The property and rooms are a bit outdated, but they were clean. I did slip in the shower one night. There was a slip mat in the shower, but not in the tub. It was rolled up on the side. I assume I'm not the first person to have fallen if they're providing slip mats. We had room service one night (garlic noodles and pork fried rice). Neither were very good and expensive for what they were, but then again, it's room service. End score 8/10. I recommend and would stay again if my plans included multiple Disney days.

The air conditioning pet out a weird sound in between making it sound like it was struggling. We wish their were some low lighting options, but overall nice stay and good value.

Perfect spot for the cost and proximity to the Disneyland Parks. Hotel rooms themselves are a little outdated and could use some freshening up, but still definitely doable for a Disney trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lulu in Anaheim. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on the main floor and enjoyed the food. Our room overlooked the pool, which was well maintained. I appreciated being able to walk to nearby shops and transportation easily. We will definitely stay there again!

The staff has always been super nice and helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious, and clean. The only drawback is some construction/maintenance they have gave right now. But even that is to that bad, and I can’t wait to go back and see all the improvements

Parking didn’t feel secure, and the pool area was honestly a bit concerning in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. One unusual feature was the use of a robot to deliver food; unfortunately, it ran into a small child, which is something a human staff member likely would have avoided. Service at the front desk could also use improvement. Staff prioritized phone calls over guests physically waiting at the counter, which felt frustrating. In-person guests should take priority, as callers can be placed on hold briefly. Overall, I’d rate this stay around 3 to 4 stars—some positives, but definitely room for improvement.

Very beautiful hotel with walking distance to the parks. Staff offers one free drink when you stay and the bar is open til late. Parking was very convenient since they let you keep your car parked on the last day of your stay until midnight, overall fantastic experience and will be coming back for another disney trip!

I love this hotel. I have gone 3 times this year alone. My family and i love it. They're so nice here. I told them this last trip was for my son's bday and they placed balloons in the room for him. He was so happy. And its so close to Disneyland. Definitely will be back :)

Very cute and clean. Close proximity to Disneyland. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The Lulu robot delivered towels to our room when we requested - cute concept! Full bar and nice pool area. Would definitely stay again. The only downfall was the coffee - not complementary so we had to pay and it was extremely weak. There’s a Starbucks half a block away, so we went that route instead. Not a dealbreaker but should be noted.

Staff is always super friendly, the vibe in the lobby is bubbly and upbeat They are still in construction at the moment and we were in the tower where there was construction, we were not aware of that and we were not told that construction was still being done, 8 am in the morning we started hearing drills and banging we were not as mad because we were getting up to go to the parks but if it had been a rest day it would have been a BIG problem, so they need to make sure customers are aware of construction and that they start working at a certain time and I think they should be compensated for that! No one wants to be awaken by construction to their hotel room

The property is only a 10-15 min walk to the park! When we checked in, we were greeted and given a complimentary drink which is so nice! Will be going back again for sure.

However, upon check-in, we weren’t alerted to any fire safety drills that would be going off We woke up to those fire safety drills around 9 AM Upon inspection around the first floor, we noticed papers on doors that stated there was going to be a fire safety inspection, but we were placed on the seventh floor, so we didn’t think it applied to us We were however, woken up through the speakers in our room and the fire alarm going off the next morning Walls at this hotel are paperthin and you could hear literally everything in the next room at all times of the night. From somebody flushing the toilet to somebody talking at normal volume …among other adult things. We did not try the pool though it did look welcoming and we did not try the food facilities. But my biggest complaints would be how thin the walls are and again the fire alarm/inspection the notes on the doors downstairs stated that people would be coming into the rooms, but again there were no notes placed on our doors on the seventh floor and every other room around us

The rooms need upgrades with the exception of the TV everything was kind of old and very basic didn’t even have coffee maker and the shower dripped all night I also called down for towels and they never brought them even though they said the would send them right up

To our surprise, we were placed in a suite. Upon our arrival we were also offered a vodka lemonade! The room was clean and we were thoroughly impressed with the robot delivering snacks to a room down the hall from us!

Great location due to the proximity to the convention center and to the Disneyland resort. Was able to get earlyish* check in time around 1pm. The welcome cocktail was also a nice surprise. Cons- the toilet paper is horrible quality and the room was stifling, the air does not work well.

The location... everything you could want was within walking distance. Multiple restaurants, Walgreens, CVS, boutique stores, and of course... Disneyland. We did upgrade our room for a fireworks view, but we were at the park while those were going off... still worth it. We plan on staying there when we visit again.

The people up front used my card a couple times without permission and I found out through checking my chase app that there has been purchases on my card that I didn’t authorize, the shower never got hot, the water pressure was terrible, I could hear both rooms having sex and I couldn’t sleep, for the price I paid for I expected a lot better

This was a nice room, but having a room in the “tower” next door to the main hotel was uncomfortable for me because I was traveling solo. Its close (walking distance) to Disneyland, but arriving back at the hotel in the dark through a practically unlit area worried me. The entrance to the tower is also not secure. It should have a locked door that can be unlocked with the room card. The room was quiet and had comfortable bed and pillows.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and the overall experience was pleasant. We will stay here again :)

We got stuck in an elevator and staff was not responsive. They also failed to notify guests that their building was under construction. There were also water cracks in the ceiling and lack of amenities.

Negatives: was surprised by the $38/day parking fee at check in, walls/ceilings are thin as crackers, avoid room 604 it sounded like there were dozens of carts passing over our heads around midday nap time, no free breakfast.

The hotel was awesome! We came in the winter time and didn’t get a chance to experience the pool area. It has many games like chess, ping pong, and connect four plus a bar for the adults. The rooms were nice, excellent shower pressure and complimentary food for kids and adult drinks. Definitely would stay here again!

We absolutely adore this hotel. We’ve stayed twice now for two different Disney trips & have nothing but great things to say. Welcoming front desk staff, clean rooms and a fifteen minute walk to Disney. Also has great prices compared to the surrounding hotels. Definitely recommend!!

The room was small for 4 of us, but nice and clean. Only other thing I wish they had was a hot tub and not just an outdoor pool (heated).

YAAASS!!!!! This is an awesome boutique hotel!! Outstanding Front desk, room is extremely clean & professionally maintained. Welcome cocktails was a big surprise plus! Close to Disneyland 10mins walk. Have 24hr CVS & Walgreens on both corners 1 mins away from lobby! Quiet Rooms & feels safe walking to our room at night- brightly lit hallways to rooms. Got checked into our 1 nights stay room super fast! Hands down my partner & I would absolutely come back to stay here again!

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly, and in general the atmosphere was very family-friendly. Would definitely stay there again for out next Disneyland trip!

Awesome staff, super clean and neat rooms

The room itself was just ok. Pretty dated, the mattress wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom could be better. Felt almost like a public bathroom at a gas station. Our cold water didn't work, so we either had to shower in scalding hot water or not shower at all, which was inconvenient. Our room was right by the elevator and it was pretty loud anytime it was running, but we weren't ever really there during the day so we didn't notice it a whole lot. Really close to the Anaheim Garden Walk, so that's a bonus if you're looking for activities to do outside the parks. Overall it was a fine stay, but we do prefer something a bit closer to the parks and a little bit nicer rooms.

Everything was great. Staff was awesome as usual. Only problem was the Wi-Fi was not really working. I did find a solution though. I had to go to the parks.

My stay was superb! The staff was very responsive and kind, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Having everything go seamlessly room-wise really made the difference on my runDISNEY weekend. I will be staying at Hotel Lulu whenever I'm back in-town!

The room was cozy and clean. The water pressure was low in the shower and the toilet seat was very low (if you have knee problems, it will be an issue). There is only 2 packets of instant coffee in the room, no actual coffee or coffee marker. The instant coffee tasted so bad we just threw it out. Starbucks is next door. It was about a 20 min walk to the entrance of Disney.

This is the second time I stay at Hotel Lulu, they have great rates during the slow traffic months at Disneyland. The room was spotless and I had a great stay experience. The staff was super nice, restaurants,stores and pharmacies a few minutes away. highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were reasonably priced and the location is very close to Disneyland. Check in was very easy and the staff was always friendly no matter where I was in the hotel. Rooms were clean and the area was fairly quiet. Easy access to Rx stores, Coffee shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on my next Disney trip.

Construction at 730am not cool. The noise and smell the dust was bad. Front desk didnt tell me nothing about construction at 730am after a long day at Disney and waking up to construction with bad smell and dust I wouldn’t have booked if I had to be up that early.

The staff was grate, very helpful and friendly! The location is perfect if you’re going to Disney. The rooms were a little out of date. Beds were a little too hard, bath towels were rough, and walls very thin! We could hear the person next to us use the restroom. But if none of that bothers you it grate.

Loved the distance from the park. Just a quick walk. Starbucks and CVS super close by. Friendly staff. Spacious room, but I think we might have had a converted ADA room, so all rooms may not have been as large. You need a keycard to access the elevators so that was a nice safety feature. Did not try the food or go to the bar. The bar is quite tiny but besides seeing it from a distance I can’t judge or comment. Parking felt over priced. I thought I was getting a deal on my hotels.com rate but that was short lived when I had to pay $38 a day to park a car. The shower leaked so we had to close the curtain so water didn’t splash out all over the floor. Last negative was you have to request turn down service or room cleaning. They don’t automatically do it which was kind of a bummer but we survived. All in all glad we stayed, not 100% sure we’d be back with those parking fees. Other spots end up being cheaper.

Hotel was under construction, electric sliding doors did not work, was given a room in a separate building and unable to access the main building easily due to construction, loud construction in the morning, only one elevator working, unable to get luggage cart to the detached building unless you lift it over the curb. Staff not very understanding. I was not aware there would be construction and if I knew I would have booked another hotel, super inconvenient.

We had a really pleasant visit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. They got my little family and I into a room early, the room was clean and cozy, staff was nice, it was fairly quiet all things considered, and the blackout shades were the cherry on top. I think I found my new Disneyland hotel!

Booked 1 night here the day before for a spontaneous extra day at Disney during our stay. Room was ready, staff were kind, and the room was great, no complaints! It was about 10-15 minute walk to the Disneyland park entrance depending on your pace. Hotel overall was clean, well-lit, just under some construction so I think the pool was closed when we went. But overall, would stay here again and it’s pretty affordable considering the distance to Disney!

The north tower... it must be where they put guests they don't like. No ammenities available unless you walk to the main building. No toilet paper replacements, no new towels. No cleaning done for 3 days. Construction so loud in that tower that if you want to enjoy your room during the day.. no happening. You only can comfortably be in there at night after the crew goes home. Don't get me wrong. I understand that construction happens. But... i don't feel that you should charge for every little thong if I cant be in my 2 rooms that I paid over 1k for with parking charges.. I'm sad. The stay started out very nice. Great front desk staff and lobby is adorable. But if you are in north tower.. you'll bever see it again.

Great location but service was not very helpful it feels like the second building is disconnected from hotel. Requested new towels and it took almost two days to finally receive new towels.

The hotel room was dark. Bathroom was dingy. You couldn't tell if it was clean because it was dark. The breakfast was not what i thought. The food was good. The server was rude. Some of the other Best Western properties are nicer.

Room wasn’t too clean when we arrived, only one elevator worked the whole time of our stay room sink would clog then drain no where to put your clothes other then keep them in a suite case . Just feels like it needs to be updated.

Very family-friendly accommodation. The room was very clean, modern and well equipped with a kettle and microwave. The complimentary cocktail for adults and cookies for children was a lovely and unique touch. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Disneyland Resort, with paid transport/bus services also available. It is conveniently located near restaurants and a pharmacy.

This was not a 4.5 star rating hotel. We got there, the water pressure in our first room was similar to that of the movie elf when he is in the shower trying to splash himself with water, it was a drizzle and it never got more than luke warm. They changed us to the room across the hall and of course felt bad and were really so kind about it, but didn’t have a problem putting someone else in that room we switched out of the next night. Not sure how those guests felt. The new room window was covered with who knows what. Clearly wasn’t cleaned, Use your imagination, yup it was that. The water pressure in the shower again, wasn’t better and the water never got hot. They were so kind and wanted to help when we requested the maintenance. Unfortunately it didn’t fix the entire problem we still all took very luke warm showers each night. They told us to run the water for 10 min which we did and still never got hot. Not a free breakfast. For the price of this hotel you are simply paying for the location. It is so close to the park and if we hadn’t been just sleeping and showering there I would have changes locations. The lobby is cute, but the hotel is warn down. Unfortunately the reviews I read before I booked this hotel were not accurate or someone is used to staying at a super 8. Pay a couple hundred dollars more and book at the hotel across the street.

A lot of construction going on at the moment do no gym and not all elevators working. Due a refurbishment, carpet and bathroom looking old. Friendly and helpful staff and easy walk to Disney with easy parking. Lots of restaurants walkable.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for Disney. 20 minute walk. There were restaurants across the street. Everything worked well except one of the showers (we had two rooms) was too forceful. Felt like a pressure washer. Would stay again though.

This hotel was not bad, but I do feel like it's a little outdated. The AC made loud noises and the hotel has kind of an "old" smell. Overall, though, everyone was very kind. The beds were comfortable, and it's located in a convenient spot. Front desk and housekeeping are all amazing!

For starters-- PLEASE add signs stating where everything is?! How was i supposed to know the entrance in the courtyard has only 1 working door for ALL the floors of that building? I wish that was stated by the guy who checked us in from the BEGINNING. Not just "if you pass the courtyard you went too far" even the little paper map didnt help one bit. Had we known the ONE working door was the entrance to ALL 5 floors that would have been EXTREMELY helpful. On top of that it was raining and a lot of the parking lot was flooded getting our things wet. Another family was so confused asking US for help too. Theres construction everywhere and the only actual signs are signs showing that about 3 different entrances are closed. Again, i guess that means only ONE side door was gonna be the entrance to get to all 5 floors?! Like when you go to a hospital--theres usually a directory that shows ALL the floors & what rooms belong to each floor..We werent sure what was on the next few floors or how many floors there even are. Then the complete other side of the building has ONE door closed off with locks. Literally nothing is labeled? We were so confused walking around the building. Staff was extremely nice with the check in process. Breakfast voucher for 20$ credit& 1 free cocktail till 2am. Does suck that the hotel closest to disney of COURSE has to charge for park

The beds are so hard! There was only one working elevator by the lobby. And we never had housekeeping. Even if they could dump the trash and give you fresh towels. I would not stay here again.

Room did not have a deadbolt on the door which was not ideal for two girls traveling alone. Parking was very expensive when most other properties include parking in the rate. I was also told that i would be reimbursed $150 upon checking out (security fee) and that money was never returned to me.
