Family friendly hotel with balcony views of Disney fireworks if you upgrade for a small daily fee. The room was modern and updated, the grounds were beautiful and meticulously kept. The staff was extremely helpful through the entire trip. Will definitely stay again!!

Location to Disneyland was convenient. We walked to and from daily. Safe are. Close to cvs. Pool was nice. Market inside hotel was also convenient to buy late night snacks.

Hotel and pool were very nice. Restaurants were ok. I will say the pizza was delicious. My biggest issue is the very high parking costs. $48/night is a lot. I am not saying anyone else in the area is cheaper. Just seems like everyone charges that much because they can.

This hotel might be a few extra steps compared to the ones across the street but it’s well worth the extra five minute walk. It’s always clean. The staff are super nice. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. I’ve stayed here a few times and I will definitely stay again.

We love staying at the Sheraton. We were there to go to Disneyland, so we did not use all the amenities. The only problem was that one of the tower elevators was out for one of the days. The Sheraton is clean, the staff is amazing, and it’s in a great location for Disneyland! Get the rooms where you can see the fireworks. :)

A really good clean spacious option for families visiting the park! Proximity is about 15 min walk to front entrance. Beware you need to be a bonvoy member to receive a number of perks that are typically free at other hotels. Also, noise transfers between floors quite easily. If you have a lower floor room facing parking lot, cars can be noisy.

This is our favorite place to stay in anaheim. The location is perfect.

Billy was an incredible help when we checked in on Tuesday 5/26/26. He informed me of all the things we could do around the area if we were not to go to the park. As well as inform me of all the amenities that were available to for our particular reservation. In the middle of the reservation Cielo was an incredible help with checking in and also making sure our stay was great! Nicole the Reservations manager was incredible with helping me set up the room and offering the birthday package to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday! I would recommend staying at the Sheraton whether it is for Disneyland or staying at Anaheim.

Beautiful hotel. Easy walk to Disneyland. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very close to local stores. Good amount of parking. Easy for Lyft/ Uber to pickup.

Our first night the toilet would not stop bobbing up keeping us up all night long. Yes they fixed it but didn't offer and compensation. The other 3 nights water sounds were also very loud. I will not be staying at that Sheraton again.

This hotel is beautiful! We love everything about it, it’s convenient to Disneyland, it has a store if you forget something or need a quick snack. The pool and bar outside is amazing! The rooms have great storage and lots of room! We had the best time, will for sure be back!

Far too much for parking

I think we got a handicap room even though I did not book one. The bedroom area was SO small with space for only 1 suitcase, no closet, no hangers, and barely any room to walk round the beds. The bathroom was large (probably because it was handicap), but strangely there were NO shelves for clean towels and no room for your things except for a very small counter around the sink. We had 3 people in our room, so that lack of storage space, plus no space in the room, really sucked!! We had no hairdryer and it took 2 calls to the front desk to finally get one. I had asked for extra towels from a housekeeper early in our stay and kept them hung up, but when they cleaned the room they took the extra towels and didn't leave more. I called down to the front desk the night before we left and asked for 2 bath towels. They never came, so I had to use towels another family member had already used when I showered early the next morning. Gross! Then at 8:30am a housekeeper knocks on our door! I thought she was there to bring the towels?? Butt no (of course not), she acted like she had made a mistake and thought our room was empty! Ugh!!! Other than the great location to Disneyland and the Convention Center, and good cleanliness, we won't stay here again and I won't recommend it to friends.

The air conditioning did not work. No handles on the bathroom door or curtains making it difficult for my disabled grandmother to be in comfortable the room. I had to move rooms at midnight and there was no staff to help. Facility also has no wheelchairs. Hotel refused to take accountability and did not comp room or adjust price OR OFFER BONVOY POINTS, meal vouchers or anything.

We saw the maintenance worker cleaning the bathroom Mats in the pool and our hotel blankets smelled rancid! The tub had hair when we checked in!

The Sheraton Park at Anaheim was perfectly located, with Disneyland only a short (10 minute or so) walk away. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great shower and bathroom, as you would expect from a Sheraton. Staff at reception (and cleaning staff throughout the hotel) were very friendly and welcoming - we would be happy to stay again. Price for self-parking was a bit steep.

The property was very nice and in close proximity to Disney. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was nice but there were many stains throughout the room. The couch was stained, and comforter. The balcony was great, awesome view. Great aesthetic and ambience. Will definitely return, it was a great time. Very comfortable bed and large shower.

I had a very pleasant stay!I didn’t have a car, so I didn’t park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t go to the bar, but they had food offered until past 11 pm. Since the ART bus wasn’t offered anymore, four close hotels share a Disney bus. It was very handy to go back-and-forth from the park, and you can catch it right out front of the Sheridan. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and I had a balcony to enjoy the lovely weather. You could log into Netflix on the TV. The market downstairs was very handy and had everything I needed and more. I will definitely be back to this lovely hotel!

The rooms were good, beds felt a bit small. The hotel was noisy most of the night. One night our entire floor smelled like weed. If you want a chair at the pool go save one early as people just left their stuff and we’re not using them. Close walk to Disney.

Property was clean well maintained. I loved the upstcale design and proximity to the disney parks. Front desk people were awesome specially the Marriott Bonvoy staff. I really wish I could remember the name of the young lady who helped us out but she did an awesome job.

15 minute walk to Dland. Breakfast was spendy but welcome to Anaheim. The in hotel store and cafe was okay. Service was decent. Rooms are clean and beds are noticeably made tightly and with care. Comfortable. Pool area is pretty great. Lots of chairs. Deck is starting to show wear. Nice and cool (probably not heated?). Only complaint…and this is a small one…is the pool chairs aren’t very good. They are slippery and uncomfortable to lay in. Overall a good hotel with great staff.

Upon arrival and entering the room, the carpet was damp and the room smelled bad. The following morning it continued to smell really bad like vomit. It was reported to the front desk and they changed us to another room immediately.

Great place to stay near Disneyland Only issue is Expedia lists there is a hotel shuttle to the park. There is not. But the city bus #5 runs every 20 min and stops at the hotel door and right in front of the parks. $4 ppl each way.

I prepaid our stay having booked with Expedia. I was charged for the full stay again by the Sheridan Park Hotel at 1855 Harbor Blvd anaheim Ca. When I checkin they asked for my card for incidentals. Normal right? Instead of incidentals they charged the full stay again and when I called after leaving (after check ou) they said within 5 to 10 days they would refund me for everything except the incidentals ( car parking was the only charge I owed for) I think this is a unfair practice and somewhat deceptive. Not impressed. Wont stay again.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which offered ample parking and friendly staff. Check-in was quick and effortless. Although we didn’t get a chance to try the on-site restaurant, we heard it’s quite good. The pool is a highlight, with varying depths perfect for all swimmers.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. This time the staff was very rude. They did not replace our toilet paper and when we asked for it they were totally put out and not apologetic that nothing in our room had been replenished after a cleaning. The front desk was cold an unwelcoming .This was always our go to spot but I don’t see us going there anymore.

Sheraton is simply amazing. Clean hotel, great staff, great restaurant for breakfast/dinning, great convenient store and 15 min walk to Disney. Will stay again! I didn’t like that the pool was a bit dirty, there were leaves and dirt floating around and you could feel rocks at the bottom.

Booked this hotel since it was within walking distance from Disneyland. The hotel felt like we were in Hawaii. The room was spacious and the balcony was nice to relax and have a drink. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Disneyland.

Clean room, pet friendly. Our room was conveniently located on the bottom floor, right next to the pool, fitness center and laundry - really convenient because the laundry room has the microwave. Check-in was quick and they accommodated our request to have a pool facing room. The smoking section was conveniently located from our room which was also convenient for taking the dog out. The rooms are soundproof which make a huge difference. They were clear and well stocked with toiletries. On-site amenities were great + it's so close to other restaurants and stores. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was great! Everything from the entrance of the lobby to the rooms felt high class. The room was very clean and so spacious. It’s the first time I stayed in a hotel and felt the bathroom had ample storage/counter space. And the shower was great and had HOT water! We had a room on the top floor facing disney and could see the fireworks from our room. And we only had a 15 min walk to the park which was super convenient. I would 10000% recommend this hotel to anyone going to disney!

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean, updated and modern in design. The property is beautiful and felt relaxing and the staff was friendly and accommodating as well. It’s also not terribly far from Disney and walking was manageable.

The amenities & location to Downtown Disney attractions. They pulled a routine alarm check evacuation in the morning of our departure. I ended up leaving my parking pass in our room as we thought it was an actual emergency. They shouldn’t do that while guests are on vacation just to check the alarm system. It was jarring & made us rush out of our room & check out pre maturely.

Educate your staff to fully explain information on the onsite parking and elevator operation. We were not given the proper access information and had to figure it out ourselves. We were not given a parking pass even tho we paid for it and had to go back in to ask for the parking card. The staff at the front desk was very short and abrupt in their manner. It was very off putting.

Great location to the parks, with 15 minute walk to the parks. The room was fantastic, it was clean and plenty big enough for a family of 4. Lobby and bar was welcoming. Handy to have cafe on site. Only slight negative was the price of the parking, think it ended up being like $50 a night after taxes etc, which for a 7 night stay, wasn’t cheap. But you pay for location i guess.

Our room was extremely hot and the volume on our TV did not work. We had to use a Bluetooth speaker in order to hear the TV.

This place is amazing. A very close walk to Disneyland and the entire campus was clean and the staff were exceedingly nice and professional. I will definitely be coming back. The smart tv remote was a little laggy but ??‍♂️

I will start off by saying our stay was great! After a fun filled day at Disneyland, we headed home. We didn’t realize we had left my son’s panda stuffy (that looks old and drab due to 10 years of snuggles) behind in our room until 6 days later! He was devastated. We thought we had just misplaced him. After contacting the hotel, they gave us a website we could submit a lost item form on. After just 16 short hours we were contacted and informed they had indeed located our stuffy. The amount of gratitude we have for the staff at this hotel is beyond comprehension. Our family would recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone and everyone based on customer service alone. Thank you Sheraton Park Hotel!

Nice lobby area, convenient location and amenities. No AC!!! The AC doesn’t turn on if outside air is less than 62, but that means very little because inside gets stuffy and at 74 indoor temp, AC doesn’t turn on!!! Then you open the window but it’s very loud outside and cannot sleep.

The room was really clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable me and my friend fell asleep really quickly after our trip to Disneyland/DCA. Staff was friendly and the views were nice out the balcony.

I booked a room with what I thought had a balcony with two chairs. There was no room to even step outside with what I got. Additionally, I was told at check-in that there would be inspection of the fire detectors/sprinklers between 8am-9am on the day of our checkout. After we had booked and planned to close Disney park the night before. Would have never booked had I known this, and would have stayed somewhere else. Tried to get a glass of wine after they had apparently closed. I went to order, one staff asked another if he was serving and his response was “it depends on what.” I was underwhelmed. Passed on the wine and will pass on ever staying here again. No wonder the bargain rate. But a rate is still a rate. I will post my experience on hotels.com. Won’t stay here again, and urging all my friends and family to avoid in the future. Not nice! Not pleasant. Not Sheraton. Shocked by my experience

The rooms were so clean, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating:) parking per night was $44 steep but many of the other hotels had similar prices. Breakfast wasn’t included. But the staff being kind and the really clean rooms is what made it worth it.

The room was extremely comfortable and very relaxing after buys theme park days. The lady who assisted us with checking in was exceptional in her efficiency and helpfulness. She accommodated our every need, and anticipated ones we didn't know we had! I unfortunately cannot remember her name, but she really was amazing. The location was excellent, a short walk from the entrance to the Disney theme parks. We didn't go in the pool, but it looked gorgeous.

This hotel has large clean rooms. Bathrooms are well appointed. The check-in staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. It’s quite a walk to the parks 1.4 miles so be prepared after a long day in the parks to walk that extra distance to your hotel.

The staff is always wonderful— kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms and shared areas are well maintained. I saw an elevator closed for repairs, and it was up and running within four hours: easily something which could have been put off for longer.

The air conditioning was horrible if your rooms had less trees. Talked to them they came up and checked. Almost like they had sensors to cut down on cooling. Over all a great facility.

We stay in hotels often and two things stood out on this visit. The first and probably the most important is I could hear everything outside of the room, including people in the room next door to us. Secondly, we had breakfast at the restaurant, which was mediocre. They automatically included 20% gratuity for two people did not mention that they automatically included it and still left a section for tipping. I've only seen that at one other place and that was when we were in Miami, which each person told us beforehand gratuity was included, and most restaurants when you have parties of six or more tell you that gratuity is included so I was a little disappointed.

-No water or coffee that I can see at the lobby (I guess they hide it behind their club lounge). There is a water dispenser at the gym. -Internet costs money. free if you sign up for their rewards program. -poor layout. There are no walkways in the parking lot. I've got toddlers/young children and it was raining during our visit so had to be extra careful walking in the parking lot. The side entrance required hotel key cards so not convenient for people checking in. -room doesn't have a microwave. -heating/AC unit did not work. fan made a clicking noise but nothing came out. So at times it was like 73 degrees and stuffy; I opened the balcony door but then a mosquito got in (our room faced the pool area). Around dawn, it would be a bit chilly in the room. -lack of storage and very little counter space. The bathrooms have a small sink area and some bars. They had to put the extra towels on top of the cabinet next to the TV. - when showering make sure to pull the shower curtain all the way. If water gets out it will follow the grout lines on the tile floor which can make the floor slippery. +loved handheld shower for my toddler. Towels and bed were soft.

The overall food selection was very limited. We arrived at the breakfast area well within the posted breakfast hours, but almost all food items were already gone. There was no enough food anymore, and even basic supplies such as plates, cups, and napkins were completely empty. Nothing was being refilled.

The hotel was spotless, room service was great and checking in and out was very easy. We stayed for 3 nights for our Disney trip and it was easy to get to Disney unfortunately they did not have Tesla charging stations and I was counting on it so that was the only downside.

Everything was fantastic. Checkin was a breeze, we got there a little early and had no issues. Was offered an upgrade for a bit extra per night which I took. We watched fireworks from our room because of the upgrade. Amazing! I did Uber eats several times and the front has a drop off area for the drivers so I didn't have to worry about meeting them. It was fabulous. Uber eats Porto's to your hotel. Best hack ever.

Great hotel close to main attractions in Anaheim

As if the rooms aren't expensive enough, they charge you $10.00 for the Internet, that's ridiculous! I wake up in the morning and go to make coffee and everything's there but the coffee cups really... What do they expect the pour of coffee in my hand and then $30 a night for parking the staff was not friendly at all. If you don't belong to the club, they treat you like a stranger I will never stay here again.

The hotel was amazing. Not happy that Expedia changed my reservation of a king bed to two Queen. According to the hotel person who helped me and I quote " Expedia is known to do that to customers".

The elevators did not work. We had to use the stairs and after a long day at Disney last thing I wanted to do is go up and down 7 floors of stairs being PREGNANT. They had one running for the whole property and it took nearly 20 min for you to get on.

Great room, comfortable bed. Made our trip for a convention super easy to walk back and forth as needed. Starbucks is nearby too and you can walk to pick up an order really easily and miss all the tourist crowds. Would definitely stay again!

This use to be a nice hotel. It has gone down drastically over the past 6 months. The air conditioning does not function in multiple rooms. Have had this issue the last several times staying here. You can set the AC to 60f and it will rise to over 70f overnight even though it's only 50f outside. This latest trip, the elevators were not functioning. Only 1 of the 4 elevators worked and it had to stop at every floor. The fixtures in the room are falling apart. The shower faucet leaks and doesn't adjust. the light switches on the lamps are broken. The sliding door to the balcony doesn't close properly. The carpet is gross. The refrigerator doesn't work properly. Will never return.

Updated room stood out, it was more chic than utilitarian for families. But, we had plenty of outlets for our charging and medical devices. The new age closet/shelf armor was annoying to open and close and the whole fridge moves when you try to open it. We loved the nice deck. The towels were soft and comfy.

Elevators were all broke with only one working ending up waiting long for entire guests. Housekeeping only left one bottle of water and not organizing the room properly. Staffs never acknowledge guests when they pass by and show nasty faces and attitudes. This can’t be a 4 star hotel. I would rather stay at Days Inn

Good location

Our room was over 75 degrees at night or in the morning but system did not allow for us to cool down the room due to "two pipe HVAC system" basically, until it got warmer outside we couldn't use the AC. They offered us a fan, which we took, it was dusty and dirty like it came out of a closet of mine in the back. For the price of hotel and reason anyone is there (Disney) the Netflix/Wifi cut out at least 4 times in a show and to charge for wifi regardless of Marrito Bonvoy member is crazy, hotels no longer pay for cable and we all pay our own stream... wifi should be part of staying in a hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff we encounter in person were very nice. The bathroom is small and for two adults was uncomfortable, the bathroom door was opaic and light came through when someone used the bathroom at night. And despite the engineers help, the TV turned off after 5 minutes despite the sleep setting and the bathroom shower water came out of the handheld and not through the shower head after having to call engineering again because the front desk couldn’t help. All request done via the phone were less than enthusiastic staff!! Won’t stay there again.

Perfect location for walking to Disneyland or the convention center. Clean, comfortable rooms. Only issue was the elevators being out of order intermittently throughout our 4 day stay. Luckily, we were close to the stairs and were located on the second floor.

Our overall stay was pleasant. What’s important is that we had a safe place to go to at the end of the day. Some issues; the tv would constantly turn off, the shower basin would leak to the floor, as well as one usable setting out of 5 to the shower head. The AC unit made a loud knocking noise at least every hour, making it sound like someone is knocking on the door. The staff were very pleasant with cleanliness being their top priority.

Great room, close to Disneyland’s Toy Story parking lot which had a free bus that would take you to Disney. Only thing is some staff seemed a bit annoyed with questions. However it was late at night when I checked in so that could be why.

The layout has the feel of an 80s-style resort. Things are spread out, the rooms are in a separate building than the lobby, there's a pool, and the grounds are decorated really nicely. The decor feels very 2010s - clean lines, neutral colors, mixed textures. No one would be offended by it. And probably no one would be excited by it. I really appreciated the warm lighting in the room, rather than harsh cool lights. The tech feels maybe 5 years old. No USB-C, but there are USB-A and standard plugs by the bed. The table in my room was height-adjustable, which I thought was cool. The TV has streaming services built in, but you can't wireless stream to it from your own device. I have Marriott Gold status and should get an upgrade at check-in. I felt a bit gaslit as the front desk person tried to convince that by being on a high floor and having a full balcony I already had an upgrade. The 12th floor was indeed nice, though I wasn't facing Disneyland. And every room in the hotel that I could see had a full balcony. I paid for a lounge-access room, and I definitely wouldn't do that again for the price. The breakfast was continental plus eggs. The evening snacks felt a bit sparse, and alcohol wasn't included. And the lounge is back in the main lobby, so you can't just pop in real quick from your room. Overall I really enjoyed my experience. It is a very solid hotel.

This hotel was great. Location is a short walk to the parks. The bed was so comfortable. The lobby has a store that is open early and closes late so you can stop and get something on the way out and have stuff when you get back. The one issue we had was that the walls are very thin. You can hear everything including the slamming of all the neighbors’ doors. We had multiple families heading out for rope drop that weren’t that considerate that it was 6am and people might be sleeping. Even with that though I plan on staying here for any future trips.

Two items went missing from our room on the first morning we were out all day (travel jewellery case and a makeup bag).

We choose this hotel due to its close proximity to the theme parks and the Garden Walk. Staff very friendly. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool area Looked fun and inviting although were didn’t get a chance to use it. Unfortunately there were only two elevators for a large hotel and generally had to wait a couple trips to be able to get on the elevator. Also lots of noise at night. Doesn’t appear to be much noise cancellation between rooms. I would recommend this hotel though due to the convenience.

We stayed for a week - the room was big and spotless with a comfy bed and a nice little balcony for morning coffee. Staff was always friendly and attentive and the food was great.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean. We had a hard time figuring out how to use the digital air conditioning display. The sliding door wouldn't lock. We loved the various shower head options in the bathroom and appreciated having a bathtub. We didn't have any luck reaching a human when we were away and had questions. In fact, we got hung up on 3 times!!! It was news to us that if we had anything delivered, we would be charged to have the bell desk hold anything for us. Lastly, the pillows were terrible! We both had neck aches every day from how flat they were. This has dropped off big time. Years ago, I was enamored by their pillows, so much so, that I even ordered one for my house. The quality has gone down. I did like the options in the gym.

Great location for Disneyland, it was within an easy walk. The pool was lovely as was the gym. Having a laundry was also a game changer, being able to do your washing onsite for a small fee was very convenient. The shop in the lobby that meant you could easily grab some light food and a coffee at the start of the day was also helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The property was in a very convenient area with stores/restaurants nearby and just a 10 minute walk to Disney. The housekeeping services kept our room clean and towels refreshed every day. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy as well.

Stayed 3 nights and we’re really pleased with the hotel. The King room we had was clean and modern with a really comfortable bed. Nice toiletries provided and plenty of towels. The rooms must be well soundproofed as there was no guest noise at all even being by the lifts. Coffee maker supplies replenished daily and as a Marriott Bonvoy member we had free WiFi and bottled water. The staff we interacted with at the desk and guest services were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally placed approximately 15 minutes walk from the Disney entrance with restaurants and shops to pick up drinks etc on route. No time to use the pool or other facilities but it looked nice. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

The room was big. We enjoy a large bathroom, the shower and towels were great. The room had two small drawers and a small closet, storage for a 4 night trip was much to be desired. The fridge was great to store drinks and snacks. The lobby concession store had basic needs and coffee. The beds were very comfortable. 20 min safe walk to parks. Will stay here again.

I like this hotel so much. It’s clean, quiet and modern. Value is excellent. I’ve stayed three times. Unfortunately, there was a major issue where I left an expensive, waterproof rain jacket in my closet after check out. I called the front desk and they told me they checked the lost and found as best as they could after housekeeping hours. They told me to file a report online, on a third party website, but over two weeks later I have no faith they even care. I’ve heard nothing. My in-room safe was broken too and I was too nervous to call someone to fix it. I just carried my valuables with me at all times instead. Wondering if there’s a theft issue going on. How hard is it to find a jacket? If the staff don’t have it, the person who stayed there after me does. How does a jacket just disappear? And how can you let someone check into a room with a broken safe? I am disappointed because I really liked this place.

I like the size and cleanliness of the rooms. The location to the park is great. I like the security in the elevator where the room card is needed to get to a floor. I think that the parking fee is high, it should be included in the room cost.

Honestly I’ve stayed at way better hotels. The staff was super rude. They were giving away popcorn and I asked for 3 as there was 3 kids and the guy got mad and said he can only give 2. What if a family had 7-8 kids? I just felt super disrespected by the staff the whole time. Felt like I was being watched and followed. The rooms were ehhh nothing special kinda dirty. Just very unfriendly hotel experience.

Great views into the pool area if you are on floors 1-4… Higher up floors see the tops of buildings, which isn’t that attractive, but you can see the fireworks too. I wish the lobby had complementary coffee or fruit… No such thing. Distance from Disneyland Park was phenomenal… An 11 minute walk to the first gate, and a couple more minutes to security. The pool area was small, but great. The room was nice, but the view over the parking lot isn’t the nicest.

Parking,and breakfast at this hotelis too expensive. On my breakfast tab as 1 person an automatic gratuity was added for 20%. Not worth the money. I saw my waiter 3 times. 1 he took my order 2he brought the food 3 he gave my check. Pay your staff a better wage,and stop fleecing the public. Self parking in the lot is $34 a night, then add in fees and taxes, and your paying $41each night.This hotel is too greedy for me. Go into the mini mart, and bought a single pack of pop tarts $3.50. Ridiculous even the clerk apologized because the prices are way out of sight. I am done with Marriott hotels.

We booked 3 rooms here since one of my family needs a pet friendly hotel which we really appreciated about it. We booked last minute & got 3 rooms in the 1st level w/parking lot views, which was not what we expected when looking at the pictures online while booking. The room of my family’s dog smell moldy, she complained to me. My room was fine, but I don’t like their bathroom because after showering, the whole bathroom got wet since it was an even floor, probably for ADA accommodation. ***For the last room. My son got some kind of itching/rashes/red spots mostly behind his lower legs, some in fronts after waking up on 9/1/25. I applied Hydrocortisone for him since I thought it was regular itching because the bed sheet was unclear. I told the receptionist when checking out. I talked to the manager but she refused that it was never happened in this hotel before. *** Today, 9/4/25, the red spots still there & my son got more itching. I sent photos to his doctor & found out he got some kind of insect bites. He needed to take steroid medication along w/ allergy medication for 2 weeks. I feel so sad since our last minute trip for him to Disneyland costs this issue. I hope they can clean this room well so other people don’t get this problem like us.

We stayed here for our Disneyland trip and LOVED it! Short walk to the gates of the park, so clean, the staff was extremely friendly. On site pool was a hit for our rest days and the onsite food and convenience store was great. Definitely will stay again for our Disneyland vacations!

Went to Disney with my two daughters. The hotel was Beautiful. The walk wasn't bad to Disney. The room was okay. Our fridge did not work, our toilet was backed up, and we got bites from the bed. Not sure if there were bugs, but we all have bites on our backs. The staff was nice, though.

Very nice and accommodating staff! Close walk to the Disney parks and quick drive to the Angel’s baseball park. Stores around the hotel such as CVS and Walgreens, which was really nice to have if you needed anything or forgot something! Very clean hotel. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Have stayed here many times my only complaint is the $40 per day parking fees on top of the costs of the room. Sprinklers water etched my paint. Have always enjoyed the hotel but this will probably be the last stay. Maybe post signs about the water you use for irrigation. If you park here park out towards the back away from all irrigation water.

We enjoyed our stay here, in particular because it was so close to the park. Within walking distance, which was incredibly convenient. The room and lounge areas were clean and well kept. We had time to use the pool, and that was also a clean and pleasant area. The gift store inside served Starbucks coffee and had items that were nice as well. Finally, all of the staff was welcoming and kind, We would stay here again.

The walk to Disney resort was a quick ten min walk! The parking would’ve been the same if we parked at Disney parking. The room was really nice and clean. Make sure you request a view towards the park for fireworks, we had pool view and missed the fireworks.

The location alone is enough for my family and I to want to stay again. We have a family of 4 with 2 little and had a room with a park view. They gave us an upgrade due to it being the kids first time at Disneyland. Before we arrived on check in day I called two different times to ensure we’d have a rollaway crib and they said yes both times. When we got there they seemed surprised that I brought it up but still accommodated it. We had to call them 2 times to get the crib delivered and the one who delivered it was not friendly. She pushed it in our door and walked away without saying a word. During the stay all their streaming services did not work, one hotel phone stopped working, and our room had this awkward “balcony” where no one could fit on. At checkout they charged us for the upgraded room and I’m happy we caught it since my husband never signed for us to get charged. They did refund the charges back to us since we never had a signature. Everything was extremely clean. Again, we’d stay here again based on location but there are many hotels in the area that have better amenities, dining, and services that are offered that actually work.

Very happy with my stay at the Sheraton Park in Anaheim. Rooms were very spacious, great furnishings, and very, very clean. The bathroom had a beautiful big shower. Enjoyed sitting on my balcony on the 14th floor, it was a really cool view. Food in the club room was excellent. in the restaurant, Wish we could have just tried a pizza but all they have is the pizza buffet at $30 per person. Love that there were so many areas with chairs and couches to relax on. Pool area is very nice. Just wish the water was warmer.

my bathtub was clogged up with a whole lot of Hair. couldn’t take a proper shower because the water could not go down because it was clogged up with so much hair. They did not come clean my room until 8 o’clock at night. Very unacceptable.

Room is cleaned, I like they have a cleaning service every day. The thing is that you have to pay 32 dollar + taxes for parking your car per night. When I did check in, they charged me per accident a deposit of 800 dollars which was not good because that amount was frozen and I was not able to use my credit card during my vacations.

Close to Disneyland, a bit deceiving the fact that hotel offers shuttle to Disneyland....as the shuttle is part of county public transportation

The location is great, we were able to walk to Disneyland. Our room was not ready when we arrived in the morning so we headed to the parks. I had requested a baby crib and the staff at the front desk assured me it’ll be in the room when we get back but it wasn’t there. Also there was issues with the shower where water leaked out and the bathroom floor was flooded. Called front desk and they offered to bring us more towels since it was late. The elevators also had issues- we were stuck in the elevator and the next morning the elevator had issues again. I expected more from a Sheraton hotel.
