Exceeded all expectations from start to finish.

The property is so clean and comfortable. I only wish the Starbucks and cafe was open during the day after breakfast hours. I didn’t see the sign for the Disneyland shuttle option until later in the day but I used this feature and it was so much better than walking or ride share.

It’s a basic room with just a small fridge. The pool was nice. Walls were a little thin and could hear the neighbors TV. Very close to downtown and convention center which was nice.

It was a very nice place to stay me and my husband used the shuttle to go to Disney I would highly recommend taking it !

Room was very clean. The only issue we had was with the tv remote glitching it might’ve needed new batteries but we weren’t In the room all day watching tv so it didn’t bother us, I’m sure if I asked for batteries they would’ve helped us.

Overall, we had a pleasant 2 nights stay. The room we got was nice, clean and spacious enough for 3 people.

Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was disappointing. There were several unexpected charges on my account, and when I went to the front desk for clarification, I received completely different answers from at least four or five staff members. It was frustrating because I would expect employees to be properly trained and informed about hotel policies and charges. Dealing with these issues took away from what should have been a relaxing vacation. If you decide to stay here, I recommend keeping a close eye on your bank account and the card you have on file. Aside from the billing concerns and inconsistent customer service, the hotel itself was good.

What made the situation even worse was the way the staff handled it. My children were treated poorly, made to feel unwelcome, and left embarrassed and humiliated. When I called to resolve the issue, the front desk refused to speak with me and claimed there was no manager available. Rather than offering assistance or trying to find a solution, they left my children sitting in their car trying to figure out where they were going to sleep. No family should ever be put in that position because of inaccurate information and a complete lack of customer service. This situation was entirely avoidable had the hotel communicated its policies correctly from the beginning. To make matters worse, the hotel has since refused to answer or return phone calls regarding the incident. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic compassion shown throughout this experience was shocking. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I expected far better treatment and customer service. Instead, our family was left dealing with unnecessary stress and uncertain

Very clean property, our bathroom sink did have a horrible smell like rotten eggs when we turned it on to wash our hands and brush our teeth we had to get water bottles to do so, but overall room was very nice and staff was so sweet.

Clean rooms, quick check in.

The staff was incredible, especially all of the front desk staff! However want to note that we arrived nearly an hour past our check-in time and the carpets in our suite were still very moist from carpet cleaning. Understandable that things may come up randomly but, definitely caused some issues with the humidity in the room and not being able to properly get settled in the room until a few hours after arrival. Not a major deal breaker but traveling with a toddler, makes timing sort of crucial.

Great experience. Great staff. We would definitely stay here again. We were here for a Disney trip. Parking was very limited. We were going to drive to the Disney parks but didn’t want to lose our parking spaces the Toys Story parking lot is about half a mile walk and will take you straight to the park. So we thought that that was super convenient. You could even also walk to the parks which is about a mile walk as well.

I checked in. The lady at the front desk really nice. I went to my room and notice that it was not what I reserved. I reserved a king bed with a sofa and instead I got 2 queen beds. I was so tired that I didn’t ask to be change. My room was at the very end of the aisle right the to an exit next to the parking, not the best, extremely noisy. So, overall not the best experience.

We loved the proximity to the Toy Story Parking shuttle to Disney. Kids loved the pool, which was warm. The hot tub wonderfully hot. There was even a third, small shallow baby pool. The pool towels were the biggest pool towels I have ever seen. We had a late dinner at the Bistro, with an excellent cobb salad. Jeff the main bar/dinner guy was kind and quickly got our starving kids food. All staff was helpful, professional and friendly. Walking in to the lobby late afternoon from Disney, hot and tired after walking back from the shuttle, we were greeted with complimentary ice cold water and juice. At check-in, the kids received a bag with juice, crayons and a coloring page. Those were nice touches welcoming us. I like the big walk in shower, and thick towels. There was a microwave in the ice room, which was handy for a late dinner warm-up. The Bistro served Starbucks coffee, plus there was the Kurig with generic coffee in room. The pillow top mattresses and fluffy pillows were comfy. I would recommend this for families.

When I approached the front desk, the staff member was on a phone call, so I waited patiently. While I was waiting, another guest approached and was immediately assisted. The staff member placed the call on hold and proceeded to check out her multiple rooms without acknowledging my presence or noting that I had been waiting first. After assisting her, he resumed his phone call and still did not acknowledge me. Once he finished, he simply stated, “I can help you,” without any greeting or apology for the delay. I expressed that I found the situation discourteous, but there was little effort to address my concern. Additionally, when my mother mentioned that we had enjoyed our stay and liked the room, his response—“That’s nice that you liked the room”—came across as dismissive and unprofessional. While the accommodations themselves were enjoyable, this interaction at checkout left a negative final impression. I hope the hotel can improve front desk attentiveness and customer service to ensure all guests feel acknowledged and respected.

On site laundry was great.

The hotel is hot clearly no real air while passing through the halls. It’s hot ! Also the wall unit for air does not cool the bathroom area! As a female getting ready and being hot is difficult. I also have never stayed at a hotel that did not allow a late check out

Didn’t pay to have breakfast.

The room appeared clean, but upon closer inspection, there were stains on the bedding and the bathroom was dirty. The heated pool and hot tub were nice additions to the property, but it would have been nice for those amenities to be available longer. The hotel staff were kind. House keeping was not the most organized. You get house keeping every other day if you stay 5+ nights and the first eligible day for cleaning, they didn’t come until after 5pm. This was disappointing as my group and I had been out of the hotel room for most of the day, but by the time house keeping arrived, we were in the room preparing for an evening out, so we did not get a full room cleaning. They did take our trash and gave us new towels. The quiet hours for the hotel were established, but not well honored as it’s a busy hotel which hosts conventions and large groups which can be quite noisy. It’s a convenient location for a trip to Disneyland, but there is no shuttle service to or from the park or any of the local airports which is disappointing.

The stay was not one of the best I’ve had with Marriott especially since my employer uses them as preferred for business travel. It is typical that the staff is pleasant for the Marriott brand but the stay should go beyond that. This location the staff always seemed stressed during breakfast and was very short when it came to closing time. First, the hours of operation for breakfast. they opened daily 6:30a-9:30a (but who on vacation will make it on time for breakfast that early daily) I get the state law requires staff to take a lunch by 11a when they have been there a while but maybe stagger the staff and leave breakfast until 11a. Also consider leaving coffee as all day complimentary like the cucumber water. I don’t think people are using the in room coffeemakers anymore these days (since social media) take those out and bring back the microwaves. Next the parking fee charge changed unbeknown to guest who booked prior.(Still waiting for the credit, after speaking to 3 different people who told me they would take care of it.) Third, I had to move rooms due to a pest issue. The staff at the front desk Marilyn sent security in to assist and then she offered a $40 breakfast voucher for part of our stay. The GM TJ however did not follow up after the incident and I had to track him down for the update. Finally, room doors closed loudly, morning guest were noisy down the halls daily. Overall my experience was okay from the standard Marriott, did appreciate the Easter egg hunt

The soundproofing structure of the hotel was poor. I could hear people walking down the hallways, closing their doors, and in particular, the guest upstairs stomping their feel early in the morning, waking me up as early as 5am. The food was expensive, but I suppose that's what you get for staying at a high traffic tourist area: 2 coffee, 1 cheese cake, 1 cookie for $30 is pretty yikes, if you ask me.

Spacious room. Safe location. Near lota of restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the hotel is a good 10 minute walk from toy story parking lot. You can walk to Toy Story parking lot and take shuttle to Disneyland.

The overall noise was pretty loud and there was animals that were there that we were just drinking water from the same water fountain that is for everyone else. On Monday night that I was there, I could hear a lot of noise from the upstairs all night. Rooms were descent however the food in the morning there was no kitchen help nor was there dinner help. The service was bad.

Very clean and love the amenities as we do with just about every Marriott property we stay at, that’s why we chose them! This one is probably on the further end of what we like to walk at the end of a long Disney day, and we still like to go back midday for a quiet break and dip in the pool/hot tub. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Our only complaint is the fragrance they pump into the whole lobby area. It smelled so bad and you could taste it because there was so much. My son and I are super sensitive to this stuff and we were sneezing disasters the whole time- full on allergy attack. It just didn’t seem necessary.

The hotel is falling apart and needs some serious attention. The elevator went out and when we used the other one it sounded as though it was going to break down any second. Could barely fit anything in the fridge it was so small, they don’t clean the rooms everyday so the room felt a little grimy. Staff was nice and helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check in staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but seriously beware of the blowdryers! Sucked my hair into the back of it and had to literally rip out a chunk! (maybe because no guard on the back?) I let them know when we checked out simply because it was pretty crazy and dangerous, I lost a handful of hair and I wouldn’t want it to happen to anyone else. They handled it by waiving a 35.00 parking fee that no one informed me of to begin with. Apparently they were going to charge me upon check out had I not lost a chunk of my hair…And don’t bother trying to order food from the restaurant if it’s from the bartender. He was apparently only able to help the two people in front of him. We seriously waited for well over five minutes and were never even acknowledged even though we were standing at the bar, just a few feet away from the only other two people that were there. It felt like maybe we picked up some invisible magic at Disneyland and were covered in it? Or maybe the bartender was racist.

front office service was great but the room was not ready when time to check in. ended up getting a different room that the one booked. bathroom smelled like sewer last day of stay. we were also charged the deposit 2 times so just be on the check out for that.

The room had Pippa cares in the shower. The pillow had a foot and a half brown stain after waking up. I noticed it. Staff wasn’t very friendly, but I understand they were super booked this weekend. Maybe they were understaffed and overwhelmed. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The restroom sink was so small. We couldn't put our toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, deodorant, hair dryer or curling iron on the counter. We kept having to walk outside the restroom into the bedroom to get one single item each time. It was very annoying and waste our time as it took longer to get ready.

I would definitely come back and maybe try a different room in a different part of the hotel. Overall happy the bed was comfy.

First time staying at this hotel and I will be staying again. The room and hotel in general was clean. The only 2 things I can say is that parking is limited and tight spaces. Also, when I got to my room, they’re was a card with someone else’s name saying “hope you liked your stay” or something like that, which made me question wether the area had been cleaned or not. But after looking around I can confirm that it was clean

Great option for either an event at the convention center or Disneyland which was less than a mile walk, straight shot to the park entrance! We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time, rooms and lobby was very clean and everything seemed very fresh. Would stay here again!

From the point of checking in, to purchasing a meal upon arrival, the experience was great! The front desk as well as staff at the Bistro was welcoming and friendly which made the stay even more inviting. The room was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

TVs in the room did not work. One was fixed but by morning is was out again. When booking it states breakfast is included and it’s not. There’s a credit of $40 to the hotel restaurant while prices on food items are expensive there was 5 of us. False advertising. Parking was horrible and not spacious.

Homeless guys walking around the paid "secured" parking and smoking weed right in front of the main entrance. The Elevator was not working and seemed unsafe. The staff was using the guest Elevator to transport trash literally trash. The woman who checked us in Anita was rude and gave us little to no information on how to use our room keys for the Elevator levels.

Everything is great. The only downfall is that my family was excited to use the pool and to find out the pool was completely closed until September 10, 2025. But other than that our stay is going smoothly.

Staff at night time wasnot helpful at all. Expedia booked me for king but hotel mentioned they are sold out so gave me queen. Room also smells weird. But hotel is very near to parking lot of disney for free shutter.

My kids and I stayed 1 night in an accessible room. It was comfortable and it had enough room for my son to move around with his wheelchair. We had good rest as the mattresses were very comfortable. We definitely will consider staying here again in the future.

Everything was overall very nice. It was clean, quiet, and the pool/hot tub was fun (also grateful for the nice pool towels). Location was so great and we just walked to Disneyland. Only complaint was that the front desk didn’t have quarters available for laundry service, so we were walking around looking for quarters at nearby businesses. Definitely didn’t ruin our stay, just a little inconvenient. Also water pressure was perfect!!

We stayed here for a Disney trip in April. Staff were friendly and it was nice being able to order breakfast here before heading to the parks. Just a little further than I anticipated. Overall great stay!

Great location. Very walkable. 8/10 overall on everything else. Staff was mediocre. Room was damp and a bit worn. Paid $15 for a bagel and 3/4 cup of coffee. Did not even spread cream cheese on the bagel. Door dash cannot get up to room cause of key card access in very alow elevator.

Excellent stay except for the hot tub. It either isn’t nearly hot enough or it was broken. We asked for a fix on our first night there , and it was still only warm the next night.

The air unit was very dirty amd dusty inside. I did like the shower it had nice pressure and wayer was mice and hot. Their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they provided had a very nive scent. The shampoo was vary runny and it would fall in between my fingers and i wouldn't get much on my hair. Cost was reasonable for trying to stay close to Disneyland.

I don't understand why do they show a 1king bed, sell it to you. And then give you a 2 queen bed. It's so disappointing to choose something and receive something different. Also I did not like that we have to pay for parking. This should be complementary since we are already making use and consuming there services that are already being charged. And on top paying for parking os NOT cool nor ok.

The only trouble I had was that we ran out of hot water every morning we were there. I had my toddler in her bath when suddenly a rush of cold water started pouring out. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Very friendly front desk staff. The bathroom was stocked with an abundance of towels. The room was comfortable and convenient to walk to Disney. Parking was easy. If I had to pick one thing, the elevator needs service. I would stay here again.
