Ample, safe parking. The best part was that they had level 2 EV chargers, which saved us time! The staff was kind. I saw a roach on the office counter. The room was dusty, but there were no bugs, and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. AC worked well.

Air conditioning was good. Rooms are a bit run down but it’s a good place for a 1 night stay. There is a $20 dollar deposit fee and it’s only cash.

The room was in good condition but I've never had to wait as long as I did just to get checked in. Mind you there was nobody in front of me. Other than that room is clean and we'll maintained.

They had coachroaches everywhere , there was graffiti on the walls in the room then they didn't have enough towels in the room so we went and bought 2 at Walmart the lady said if I didn't leave my personal towel she wasn't going to give me backmy $50 deposit I'm not going to let the lady keep my deposit over a $10 towel so I gave it to here but for her to accuse me of taking a small towel is crazy she was looking for any reason to keep my deposit añd was mad when we left because she had to giveit back that's the last time I stay at thatmotel besides the other reasons there ewas also mold around the window sills in the kitchen and bathroom .

Location is good, that is about it. Everything, this hotel is not there for anything other than people who are on their way and need a place to stay. The facilities have no upkeep. I was afraid to sleep in the bed in case I got bedbugs.

The gentleman at front desk was very polite. Room was clean, AC worked perfect. My family and I really enjoyed our start. Pool was clean and fun. Will be returning.

Parking is very convenient, Safe and FREE. It was very handy to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The pool is very pristine (Exceptionally clean and well-maintained). Will most likely stay there again in the future.

Nothing! They wouldn’t let me and my 5 children check in early even tho I have a confirmation email stating that they approved it! And the worst part was the woman at the office! She was sooo incredibly rude for absolutely no reason!

We stay here all the time. We prefer a family owned business as opposed to a corporate facility. Small motel very close to Knotts and stores. This is not a fancy motel with breakfast or coffee. This is however extremely quiet and the room is super clean and beds/pillows are very comfortable. We ran into a problem as the I15 was shut down for many hours and for a very nominal fee, we were allowed to stay until about 7pm. Extremely accommodating!! We love that the maids are not banging on our door early in the morning. Thats huge for us. We love the family too. Very very nice. We've stayed 4 times as we come for Knotts Scary Farm. Nothing. We never eat the breakfasts or coffee anyway so thats not an issue for us.

Overall it was still good for what you pay for. Perhaps need more pillow. A/c was pretty good, fridge and microwave was helpful to make it easy to heat up food and kept drink cold. Even came with essential like bar soap, shampoo and conditioner.

This was my second stay at the Motel and I am impressed more with wach visit. The clean, crisp pool.. The extremely soft bed.. the fresh and clean exterior and the friendly, "mom and pop" check-in process makes us want to return again and again.

My room has roaches which was disgusting to the point where I paid and didn’t even want to stay there I left n went to sleep somewhere else that’s how uncomfortable and nasty I felt being in this room and I was on room 52 never ever again

They give you your privacy..a lot of privately owned motels around here are nosy and have ridiculous rules.The owner is very pleasant and accommodating.When I first checked in he gave me an upstairs room. But when he saw me struggling with all of my baggage he came back outside and offered me a room downstairs..

Roaches, roaches and more roaches. I knew we were going to a budget motel but I didn't know we were going to a roach motel! What a mess. I will never be back here.

This hotel had cockroaches all over the floor as you first open the door. In both of the rooms that I had purchased it smelled super musty filthy, and was really disappointed with customer service especially with the cleanliness of the rooms, beds, and restrooms, would not recommend at all.

When we got here, the neighborhood was sketchy. The lady who checked me in was super nice. You need a cash deposit of $50 that I wasn't aware of. When we walked into the room, it was run down. There was a big dead cockroach body on the wall. We asked for 2 queen beds. We got a king bed and full in the room. The king bed was super comfy I let the kids sleep in it. The full was hard. The bathtub is super slippery so be careful when taking showers. We just needed the beds to sleep but otherwise, we won't be returning. My daughter felt weird being there. Neighborhood was quiet and it was full of cars so I felt ok staying since I paid for the room.

When we walked into the property, the floors were not swept. Also, there were bugs flying around and that there were trash that were not taken out before our check-in. The two full -size bed were also too close to each other that we barely had a room to walk around the bed. No room service was done either, leaving us with no new towels to use during our stay. To simplify, I do not recommend this place to those who are planning to stay around the Anaheim area. You will just be disappointed.

It was so hard to find a decent room that I wanted you to smoke inside the rooms when I finally got inside the room and I seen how well it looked this hotel is definitely on my list from now on and I prefer to stay here when I come in town.

Not a great property. Our unit was very dirty. Came with only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. No coffee or coffee service. Office was closed and only service window used. Not attended often.

I like water pressure and the TV with cable.The air conditioner is too noisy for day and night make it hard to sleep. The water shower is too low for adults. No free ice and breakfast.

It's not the Hilton - it's not even a Motel 6 - but it will do in a pinch. Outdated and not the cleanest, just bring your own Lysol and Clorox Wipes and you will be fine. our fridge had some leaking and also came with a complimentary hair in it 😳 and the TV was doing some poltergeist activity turning on and off on its own, we just unplugged it. This place was Cheap and needed it on short notice - it did its job. Beware that there is a $ 50 CASH deposit upon check in - but you get it back after you leave.

-The TV plugged into the same outlet as the light switch. So whenever you turn off the light it kills the TV. -Upon check in, the front desk asked for a $20 cash deposit. It had to be cash only, no credit card. Seemed like a lie and a scam by the staff.

They double charged me. They would not refund me unless I signed their paperwork. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, missing drawers on the dresser, electrical outlets did not work at the desk station, the room was very damp and everything was a bit wet. There was long black hairs in the bathroom and in the bed. The pillows were so old and flat. They said because we checked in late, they would not clean the room the next day. We also had to pay them a deposit in cash only that was non refundable. The experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this location. The price was low but I would have paid more for a better experience.

If you're looking for a cheap dive motel, you've found it. We indeed WERE looking for a cheap dive motel. Beds were clean and comfortable, good AC, good shower. The rest, however, was, umm... interesting. Half a roll of tp in the bathroom-- remember to ask for an extra lol

Needs a good Clorox cleaning in the restroom a lot of mold and need new shower head the fire alarm kept on turn on because the steam from the shower the furniture was falling apart just needs renovations inside and out I would not return to this location

I told the manager i had reserved a room on expedia and he aaid it sidnt matter I would still have to pay 50 cash food the room for one night. Of course after I had agreed to pay him the cash ... thats when when he doubled back and said I didnt have the room and he didnt see anything on expedia about it. My phone was acting up and I was not allowed any time to find my confirmation number or itenary to show proof of my reservation . I was made to leave the property after I asked for a refund. I was told to talk to expedia about it. Ugh... this place was horrible and im glad my friend was in town to put me up because my id and cards were stolen and i had no cash.

The shower had great pressure. We didn’t spend much time there though. Five minute drive to Knotts Berry Farm. Great cheap place to stay to just sleep at. Be prepared for a fifty dollar deposit that they ask for in cash at check in. We had fifty dollars cash and they returned it at check out, so it was no issue, just be prepared.

The last motel room had mold smell and my wife got sick. At least this room was OK and no carpet so little dust. But that was it. First they wanted $25 cash deposit - even though they already charged my card - for the TV remote. There weren't enough towels for three ladies and they only had one extra to give us. But this was a cheap motel where prices were high.

The staff was great! I had made the mistake of leaving a bag of mine un the room. I was able to contact the front desk and arrange for the bag to be returned to me. It was greatly appreciated and will give 5 stars just for that. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. I was pleased and would definitely recommend.

Finally they would not take my credit card because they claimed their machine was not working and wanted cash. They directed me to a ATM machine next to the office. I drove to my bank to avoid fees at their ATM machine.

It was very dirty underneath the beds my 2 year old found a dirty used syrang broken pipes for drugs and glass in bathroom and parking lot didn't get any rest due to noise man who was banging on the wall or table screaming profanity words my kids can hear no card service and just not a very pleasant vacation because of the whole motel experience on top of no rest and the stuff my daughter found and other kid cutting foot on glass

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed, fridge, TV, a/c was nice and cold. Plenty of towels. Shower was nice and hot. For 2 night business stay on a budget it was just right.

The room was missing a chair so I had to pull the table over to the bed to be able to eat. The room didn’t have a refrigerator and you couldn’t get the cabinet doors in the kitchen to open.
