Nothing They did not properly refund my deposit. They went into my room without permission. There is no protein items provided for the breakfast that they advertise.

The only upside to this property was the pricing. No sound isolation between rooms at all , I could hear the kid in the next room just using there iPad which I found very concerning since an iPad isint loud. The first night my towels were clean and room service came while we were gone and they changed our towels for “clean” ones. 3 different bath towels had poop stains and other stains.

Our room was clean but they forgot to sweep the floor. We had to keep dusting our feet off before we hoped into bed. The front desk staff need to monitor the carpark better. They had a guy in his car blasting music for about half an hour at 10pm. They needed a little bit more variety at breakfast

The room and surrounding area was very clean and comfortable. Much to my surprise, the $100.00 deposit was refunded at the time that I checked out. In fact, it was the same $100.00 bill that I left when I checked in. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The front desk guys were mean and unhelpful. They were unfriendly, and did not want to help. They were lazy. Only one guy, his name Henry was nice and helpful.

It was no frills, but the room was clean and the location was convenient. The breakfast wasnt much, but it was all we needed. We got exactly what we paid for, nothing more, nothing less.

Parking was difficult due to parking lot renovation. Construction crew started at 6 am and by 7 am, the entire room was shaking. Staff was okay. Maybe we caught them on break.

Great place to stay! Good continental breakfast with many choices. Quiet location. Walmart deliveries. Clean pool and hot tub. Kind staff. Spent several very pleasant days there and for the low hotel price, Disneyland was just a $20 uber or Lyft ride away!

Staff was nice when we arrived. We kept having to go back to the office to re magnetize our key, which was suoer annoying. The first night the guy was very nice, the second night the guy was rude about it. Room was spacious and nice! Perfect spot to relax after the parks. We wish the pools were open later in the evenings.

The room was clean but there were huge 2 to 3 inch roaches out in the hallway and parking lot. also this property is across the street from the moonlight motel which is prostitution ally.

Well, the rooms were clean. The problem was the Jacuzzi water was cold and the breakfast was not breakfast. Those things could’ve been better.

Staff were giving me different information about the price of rollaway bed. The bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival. Asked 4 times for room service and was completely ignored. Asked the cleaning lady for an extra towel she needed all my room towels before she gave me a clean one. I’d rather pay a little more and get a different hotel reservation

The room was decent, the faucet water from the room reeked of strong chlorine, there was also not many cabinets or closets to hang clothes so keep that in mind if travelling with a family.

Nice clean basic room:)) simple continental breakfast. Free parking and no resort fee. No hair dryer. Definitely will stay again. Water pressure much better than Cal Dis Hotel.

Loved having the fridge, microwave, coffee, and hot tub! We called before to make sure the pool was open and heated and they said yes. But it was NOT heated. Some towels were stained and breakfast was all carbs, but overall it was a good deal.

Two key card limit for four guests. Room greeted with live bugs. Not one, but dozens. Had to get a different room. Continental breakfast is Leggo my eggos, two cereal bins, apple and orange juice dispensed from a coffee dispenser, toasts, muffins and that’s about it. At least an apple or some type of fruits. If you want extra towels, you better go back to your room and give them your dirty one, otherwise, no extra towels . So glad we were gone most of the time. Cannot, will not return. Will need to bag and fumigate our luggage just in case we have stowaways.

Overall the stay was good. We didn't stay in much, was out and about everyday so mainly just come back to sleep. One thing ive noticed was the floor in the room was probably not mopped, the night we got there, my kids was walking bare footed and ive notice their feets were VERY dirty so just had shoes on the entire time.

I only stayed there 2 out of 3 days it was nice staff was very nice, the only thing that was wrong was the phone didn't work

No wifi one foot away from the door. The people in the next room were so loud and fighting until 4 am. I spoke to the receptionist and they did nothing to fix these issues.

The staff made no effort to be quiet, loudly yelling OUTSIDE OUR DOOR at first light, moving loud carts and rummaging around, and the dirty look received when my partner opened the door to give a ssshh...unhappy staff. Breakfast was processed American junk, stocked by more unhappy staff. Something is wrong here, and someone needs to get to the heart of it.

For the price, the hotel was good. The room was clean and freshly appointed. It was cleaned every day by the staff. Parking was free and readily available. The beds were very comfortable. There are many amenities up and down Beach Street. But, we heard police sirens and saw several prostitutes on the streets around the hotel every night. I guess its not such a great area, but we never felt unsafe. However, I would avoid leaving anything valuable in your car just incase.

I didn't like the fact that the laundry closed at 5:00 other than that it is clean property staff is great I don't know about management but you know the people that management hired they're good

The property was clean. It was mostly quiet. Can’t really blame the hotel for other guests. Not the greatest surrounding area but the location itself was nice. Plenty of parking. Close to knotts. My two kids and I had a good experience. AC runs cold, beds were pretty comfortable. You can’t beat the price.

Lot of shopping options and food, I've been there 3 times for 1 week at the time, and never had an issue.

Excellent place to stay outside of the congestion of Disneyland. This place is closer to Knott’s Berry Farm. The beds are new and comfortable. The floors are clean. No issues with security. Very nice, we will stay again if we come back to the area! Thank you for the comfy night’s stay.

Small cozy motel. The pool was amazing!! Very very clean. A perfect place to get away to for a quiet relaxing weekend.

Room was very small but had been remodeled. Would have liked some type of dresser to unpack in. Beds and pillows very lumpy and not comfortable, although appeared clean. Elevator was filthy. Free breakfast very limited and staff had to be reminded every day to refill items that were out. We found 3 VERY LARGE COCKROACHES in our room. One on each of the first 3 nights. Granddaughter had one on her in bed and jumped up and flushed it. Night two, one was in the bathroom. We trapped it and called office staff to come and get it. Third night another was in the bathroom. I trapped that one and took it to the front desk. Desk clerk said he would talk to manager. Manager told desk clerk that he would offer discount but that it had to be initiated through Expedia since that's where we made our reservation. These cockroaches were HUGE, between 2 and 3 inches. After the 3rd one, the desk clerk asked if we wanted to move, but we figured it probably wasn't limited to our room and we didn't want to go through the hassle of moving just for our last night.

Had to switch rooms 3. The first room the deadbolt would not lock so I asked for a different room since it was just me and my 4 year old and I didn't feel safe. The second room as soon as I turned the water on the shower head flew off and shattered. Luckily neither of us was in the tub or it would have smacked us in the head. The 3rd room had no A/C it blew air but not cold air. It was colder outside than inside but at that point I felt if I complained they would just think I'm crazy and cancel my reservation for the night so we put up with an extremely stuffy night. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but canceled after 1 and found another place to stay. Absolutely terrible experience especially for the $ they charged.

Property could use some renovations and deep cleaning, breakfast was Ego’s and Costco muffins. The staff were super awesome! Location was convenient so if you are just looking for a place to lay your head at night and use the rest of the time to visit the local attractions, it’s the perfect place for the price point. Did encounter some small cockroaches mainly in the bathroom areas coming out of some of the bad caulking job around the bath/toilet. Would probably choose another place to stay on my next visit.

Nice place, comfortable room, loved the hot tub. Had an issue where we slept in late because I thought I extended our stay at the hotel, but it was at another Days Inn in the area. The Front Desk guy was super nice, very understanding about the confusion. Definitely will rebook in the future.

Recently remodeled room. Better than expected for the price.

Everything was good, we mainly used the room just to sleep and get ready to leave to the Anaheim Stadium. If I had a complaint, it would be that the toilet bowls were very small almost kid size,I’m not an obese person, but I am tall. I feel sorry for anybody who is classified as “large“ because those toilets were very, very small and low to the ground. They were uncomfortable. All in all I gave it 4 stars out of 5.

Great comfy beds and well appointed rooms. Has pool and hot tub and mild breakfest. Check out time of noon is nice. $25 or so uber to disney as well. Only snag was regular room while requested handicapped.

I stayed one night on that location but Im familier with Days Inn and it's been great. The room was clean and spacious. Quite and easy parking.

The room was quite a distance from the elevator. The layout was a bit confusing. No luggage cart was available on arrival. Only one elevator was operational during our stay. The breakfast buffet price was unacceptable, so we checked out and ate elsewhere.

Everything was great no complaints on rooms parking or staff. The only thing I wish they offered is some diabetic friendly breakfast options. All their breakfast items were sugar ( waffles, muffins, cereal, orange juice). Maybe adding some fresh fruit would be nice.

Positive experience. The room was very clean and the jacuzzi and pool area was nice and enjoyable. However, not impressed with the breakfast. Very few options even for continental. No fruit or yogurt.

We didn't get the room we wanted because the door lock was broken, there was a dead roach in the room and the floor.was filthy, I turned my feet black from walking bare foot in the room. The.cold water faucet in the bathroom had almost no water pressure.

This is your basic motel but the rooms were large and clean and the staff were nice. There is plenty of parking. The location is about 20 minutes from Disneyland.

It is good place to stay

The property was clean with modern restrooms. The area around was a little run down but it was convenient to Disneyland, Huntington Beach, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Mid-evil times. The only con, the continental breakfast was a bit of a let down. Cereals, a selection of oatmeal, some pastries and toast options, and eggo waffles.

This place was awesome. I had a little trouble signing in at first, but everything worked out at the end. The rooms were spacious. They were clean. Everybody was friendly. The continental breakfast was a little weak, pretty much all bread items I am looking to perhaps stay another day or a couple days there

We ordered a disabled room with two queen beds. There was only one full and one queen property was OK for the money, but you expect to get what was told to you.

We were on the ground floor in room 140, and there was a sliding glass door to the pool area, but it was super private. It was nice to throw open the door for fresh air and added space. Alyssa at the front desk was really helpful in printing out the documents I needed that week. Nice breakfast.

What I didn't like was there was no WIFI in the room we staid in.

The noise from the crews working on units began around 7:30 when they would walk their super noisy carts passed the room doors making it impossible to sleep beyond that time. That combined with one guy basically yelling when he talked to his coworkers made it very disturbing. Unfortunately I would not stay there again.

Per reviews decided to stay here. Don’t know what reviews I was reading but not applicable to this hotel. Bathroom floor had black hair all over it. Body soap pump did not work, no handicap rails (although said needed handicap room). Desk chair busted. Found old coffee pod in coffee maker. Beds and pillows hard as a rock! So called breakfast a joke! Will never stay there again!!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The sheets on the bed were clean, but had holes in them and the door wasnt very well insulated so we could hear very clearly every time someone walked past or was talking outside. Overall though the service was good and the area was fine.

There was some noise at 4 am from upper-room. It made me difficult to sleep.

You are paying for what you get. It was completely located near the Disneyland Park. I give it two out of five stars because around 5:00 a.m. someone started knocking on a door. Some drunk woman trying to get into the room. Try calling the front but no one answered. Regardless even if that didn't happen I would still be giving it about a 3 out of 5 stars because of the area, lot of the areas around it was not clean, and of course the breakfast was okay. At least you are getting breakfast. Overall if you want something cheap affordable and near the park go right ahead pick this one.

We stayed at Days Inn for a Disney trip, which was very convenient with just a short 10-minute drive to Disneyland. Room service was good, and they cleaned the room every day. However, the rooms were smaller compared to other hotels in the same price range.
