The rooms were cheap but very clean. We felt very safe at the Signature.
- 1/5
Would definitely not stay here again. The hot tub looked green, the room was absolutely not cleaned well. Sheets and towels looked unwashed, we took our shoes off by the door and just by walking to the bathroom our socks were black on the bottom, the juice (both Apple and orange) for breakfast tasted sour. Front desk staff just stated, “I just work the desk I can’t do anything except let the manager know”
- 2/5
No face towels !! Place sucks , held 100.0 on cc , and couldn't tell me when I'm getting it back
- 2/5
Place is what you pay for but looked up a couple of reviews and where all most expected about the room the staff and the free breakfast(coffee and muffins). This property is only approximately 10 mins drive to Disneyland and offers free parking but not mentioned that parking lot is very limited and property is located in a corner and next to a fast food chain, parking is at your own risk and parking lot not secured had someone try to break into my vehicle and know they are not responsible any damage to your vehicle. Never again this place for the future.
- 3/5
Only bad thing was so dang noisy only got 3 hours sleep. Cars constantly going by & all night & morning. I could hear every single car. Was a nightmare for someone like me with disabilities. Area is kinda ghetto but felt safe at hotel. Close to Disneyland and other stuff.

Love this place I extended my stay because of the nice staff and the desk clerk very hospitable made me feel welcome. They have washers and dryers and a cute pool with the Jacuzzi.
- 5/5
Love how close everything is
- 3/5
No frills and down the street from Disney. It was cheap and safe but the tub leaked when taking a shower and there was a strong pee smell when you ran the AC.

Location is decent if you’re going to a convention it’s a15 minute walk. You can see the Disneyland fireworks out in front if your time it right. The rooms were nicely remodeled and clean. I didn’t eat the hotel’s breakfast or use the pool, so I can’t really speak to that. WiFi was very unreliable and when it was working, it was slow. I stayed for one night less than my reservation was for and the staff was not at all helpful about getting a refund. They basically just said “talk to booking.com” they were also very rude about the check out time. I checked out 15 minutes late and had them call me 3 times and knocked on my door 5 times. It was to the point that I couldn’t even get packed to go because of all the interruptions, and one employees even opened the door and just walked in. I get enforcing your policy, but it was way too much.

I don’t like anything at the property. The property is old and bad. The service is not good. Nobody answer the phone. When I was there only 1 person helps. They want to charge me $30 dollars for check in early but the room is not ready and I have to wait 30 mins. When I got the room it smell bad and not clean. The stuffs inside is old and crack. Not like the picture I saw when I book the property. You can smell weeds. Someone smoke weeds around there. I have kids and older with me. I was scared. The jacuzzi water is yellow like someone pee there. I didn’t let my kids go pool. So bad. I stay there but when I go out and come back Nomore parking for us. I don’t feel safe to stay. there. When u complain they don’t care. They make my vacation so bad and not happy.
- 2.5/5
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. One of the best parts was the location, it was only about a 10 minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot, where we were able to catch the bus to Disneyland easily. It made getting to and from the parks super convenient without needing to drive or deal with parking. The area felt accessible, and overall it worked great for our trip. One downside of our stay was that the sheets were not as clean as expected and had a few noticeable stains, which was disappointing. We also stayed in a downstairs room and could clearly hear footsteps and noise from the room above us throughout the stay. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be something to keep in mind.
- 2.5/5
Close to Disneyland I found a baby roach in the bathroom. The sheet covers on the box spring were dirty. Staff wasn’t really pleasant.

It was right next to a Jack in the box, so that was convenient. Small pool and jacuzzi. They cleaned and fixed our beds, but should have put extra towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was just a muffin, yogurt, banana and apples. They had coffee, orange and apple juice. The hotel had transients next to the motel. Shower curtain was so short that water was all over the bathroom floor. Towels were not white, looks like most of the towels were washed with the bathroom rugs. Again we had to use the same towels to put down on the floors so it didn’t flood the bathroom. That is probably why the towels were not white.

- 3/5
Our experience her wasn’t too bad or anything but just kind of a bummer that their breakfast is really not a free breakfast as they say it’s more like a grab and go. They only had like muffins bananas things like that. Also, they didn’t have any outlets close by beds like were you sleep at it was kind of weird. I was a family of four we had to charge our phones by the bathroom area, which was kind of weird that it was in a weird spot for that. Staff was very friendly. I have no complaints about staff or anything like that very friendly. The beds were comfy if you’re looking for a basic motel, this would be it. I had everything we needed the refrigerator microwave and a place to sleep, but also had a pool and hot tub which my daughter’s hung out at the pool area. I haven’t gotten the hot tub so I don’t have any complaints there besides that if you’re looking for a troop, this would be a good idea for the cost and things like that.
- 3/5
The breakfast was quite basic, the hotel is overall clean but the surroundings are very loud.
- 1/5
We stayed in room 215 for Memorial Day weekend for a game we had at the angels stadium. It was a very dirty room. All the walls had black dirt marks and cigarette burns the bed boards had stains and the floor had hot sauce stains, the sheets had black stains on them. There was an ironing board but no iron. When I called the front desk they said they were completely sold out for the weekend. We paid $135 for the hotel room and I think we got an overpriced terrible room. We will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms and very helpful
- 5/5
Pretty nice place to stay walls are just a little thin it’s about a 30 minute walk to Disney if you are planning on walking from here
- 3/5
Room was overall okay, but then I found a roach the next day. Also the walls are pretty thin, had to bang on the wall twice during our stay because neighbors were having EXTRA fun & being EXTRA vocal, which was concerning with my 5 year old in the room with me. I wanna say “breakfast” was “standard” grab n go, but not even any cereal available. muffins were okay, whole grain so kinda dry & there was also yogurts available and some apples+bananas
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
I don’t know what cleaning products were being used while cleaning but the room smells really bad and also smells someone just peed there and left it.
- 3/5
Nothing special about this hotel. Sometime gets noisy from the major street in front because of the crazy drivers and motorcycle riders with loud exhaust noise. The room is fine. All plumbing worked fine. The bed was fine but pillow was kinda firm. AC/heater worked fine. The mini-fridge kept semi-cold, not really as cold as I would like. If you are coming back from Disneyland, then parking will get full here. NOT a walking distance to the Disneyland but convenient place to stay. If you want to save $40 for Disney parking, then try walking. I have stayed in many budget hotels. Would I stay here again? Yes if the price is right. It's not like I stayed in the room all day long.
- 2/5
It’s lowkey not the best place to stay at.
- 3/5
Sorry but some of our pillows covers had stains on them that went through to the pillow inside. The bathroom smelled heavily like potty. And the hot tub was greenish. The breakfast was not continental, it was muffins, yogurt, coffee, and Oj. I was hoping for at least a bagel and some milk
- 5/5
Bien

The staff were nice and they made the beds up everyday. But the facility is older. For an inexpensive stay to sleep only it is a good choice.

- 5/5
Location was great, 10 min drive to Disney. Jack in the Box across the parking lot and a very popular ice cream place next door makes it really easy for quick food. Rooms were clean but need upgrades. Bathroom had old tile that looked like it had mold or something trapped in between. They didn’t have an in-room dryer, only to borrow from the lobby and all of them were borrowed out. Staff was nice and helpful. Would probably stay again.
- 1/5
This was a nightmare. Arrived & no one at front desk but was a sign they’d be returning. When I pulled back sheets there was a yellow stain on one and a dried red spot on the other because I was traveling alone I was exhausted & slept in bed without the yellow stain. At around 10 pm I was woken by the neighbor there was a adjoining room. Lt 2” gap & sound blasted from them. There were several people in the room going in and out the front door. Then after 11pm there was a large bang bang at the door saying “It’s the front office open the door”. I said “no”! Then I called the office from thier phone & asked if they were knocking on my door they said “no, and they will take care of it” then hung up.I called the police who told me to tell them to switch my room. I called the office back & they then told me they are sold out so no rooms to switch & it was them at the door earlier!! Also they’d called me back because Thier is 5 people that have not showed to switch me rooms. They still didn’t explain to me why they banged on my door so late. My husband was scared for my safety & as soon as I told him he took off driving to the hotel 2hrs from out of town. We only slept a couple hrs due to this chaos . In the morning the office told me it was a new guy & the manger was walking in right now free retelling the story the guy I was told was the manager was not the manager he said” I am to young to be the manager” I turned to the other guy and asked why did you tell me that then?
- 5/5
The room was clean but the air conditioning and restroom smelled like urine . It was impossible to get the smell out .
- 5/5
Parking is secure like this place because of how close everything is definitely will be going back staff is great

It was a place to sleep. Towels were rough, bedding was stained, the place smelled like mildew, parking was sketchy and inconvenient
- 5/5
The parking was safe, the hot tub was warm! The staff is amazing, the room’s lovely
- 1/5
The beds had bugs and my daughter was bitten badly. We were very uncomfortable. The bed sheets and blankets were old, dirty, and torn. We informed the staff and showed them the large red bite marks. The staff were cooperative and gave us clean sheets in the second night. We want to talk to manager and they told us the manager would call us, but that never happened.
- 3/5
Floor dirty, bedding and towels stained. Fridge not cold enough
- 3/5
Just ok
- 3/5
The breakfast was cheap, and the pool was not heated. I was very disappointed.
- 5/5
For the price (very low) this place was amazing. It was clean, safe, and staff was courteous and accommodating. The area was nice and felt secure. Nothing fancy at all, if you want luxury go somewhere else. But if you want a cheap place to stay that isn't gross or creepy this is it.
- 5/5
It is clean and staff are friendly and close to the park
- 3/5
upon checking in, we noticed there was only two towels asked for additional towels that we were told that there wasn’t anybody that can get those for us, every morning the buffet opened at seven and we’d have to knock on the window to ask them to unlock the door
- 5/5
Comfort
- 1/5
This place is trash. I don't know how this place has 7 stars on Expedia. It should have ZERO STAR. When we arrived, the check in area was locked and no employee was there. We had to wait for 40 minutes for the employee to come back. The room is miserable with stiff sheets and the towels are so faded and frayed. Not to mention that there were prost.... residing there too. The breakfast is a joke. It is just just muffins and apples. The coffee and juice are watered down and disgusting. And the final straw was my kid having a rash on the face after the first night. What a disaster of a stay!
- 1/5
dirty towels and wet sheets and smellsd like clorox and also the windows curtains were see through and u can hear everything outside ,the wifi didn’t work as well
- 5/5
Couldn’t recommend more loved the staff!
- 5/5
Couldn’t recommend more. Worth the price very customer friendly
- 5/5
Everything was clean and as expected. Location was top notch for Disney. We caught Ubers but the Toy Stoy lot had a free shuttle a 10 min walk away. Also an option. I wish the street racing on Harbor wasn’t a thing. It was very loud all hours of the night - not the fault of the hotel but it was hard to sleep from that. By the second night we were tired enough to sleep somewhat better. The third night we were so exhausted we took melatonin and conked out pretty well. It was clean, safe, affordable and just what we needed.
- 1/5
The place smelled so bad like weed
- 5/5
Staff are very nice
- 1/5
I gave the staff my credit card when I arrived so they could add the additional charge because I only paid half before my arrival. I then had four additional charges on my credit card. Had to file a police report cancel my credit card. The charges included a charge to Wingstop, coffee bean coffee house, a gas station and a different miscellaneous charges. The room had hair all over it. Parking was fine. The breakfast was not good.
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
Good place to rest, but you truly get what you pay for. The bathroom was gross, hair in the corners, the wall, the shower, and towels. Breakfast is very simple: muffins, yogurt cups, coffee and juice. Free parking. The guy at the front desk was pretty accommodating.

Parking was tough small lot, air conditioning smelled like pee, urine when turned on. The whole room smelled like urine
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
LOUD. Rooms definitely need maintenance and need to be better cleaned.
- 3/5
This is the cheapest motel near Disneyland and so you kinda get what you pay for. I will start with pros: free parking, surprisingly comfy beds and pillows, and cheap price kinda near the park. Cons: everything is dirty, like you know they mopped the floor but didn’t get every area. You know they washed the towels and sheets but they all have stains on them. Just dirty looking and questionable. Half the staff was pleasant and the other half barely nice. They need to stop saying they have breakfast because they do not. They give out apples, bananas, yoplait yogurts, mini muffins, coffee, and juice. That’s it everyday. Do not think it will be different, it will not be. Also my daughter got sick and was throwing up one of the days and it smelled and looked like orange juice which she had “breakfast”, beware. Also asked for a 1 hour more late checkout because my daughter was sleeping from the multiple puke feats and they said only 15 mins more. Like I said, you pay for what you get but I expected a little bit more, not a lot, just a little bit. I honestly will suck it up and pay more to go somewhere else in the future.
- 3/5
Place was ok. Close to the resort. Breakfast was muffins juice yogurt and apples….nothing warm. We survived
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Parking easy, location great, secure and staff is very helpful and attentive.
- 4/5
We decided to try this property after seeing mixed reviews as we regularly try new places. Our personal experience with two rooms for three nights was very good. The front desk staff both day and night were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms smelled nice, sheets and bedding were clean, floors and furniture were clean. In room refrigerator, microwave were all clean and all worked just fine. Heater and air conditioner worked great. Parking was easy even for my full size truck. Continental breakfast was basic but good. Area is a little noisy but it is located on Harbor Blvd so that is expected. We will definitely stay here again for very budget friendly hotel stays.
- 2/5
The room did have flaws. The shower curtain rod was rusted, the caulk in the bathroom dirty, the sink old. What was disturbing was the towels were washed, but all had some or significant stains in them. It did make it feel pretty dirty. I did feel safe with my room close to the front desk. The coffee machine was good. The breakfast very limited with pre packaged muffins and mini yogurts.
- 4/5
The room was ok for the price. Despite not having a working tv, overall my stay was comfortable.
- 3/5
The room itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated, but the outside areas of the hotel felt a bit dirty and not as maintained. Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The mattress was very hard, and I had trouble sleeping because I kept tossing and turning throughout the night. On top of that, the noise level was a big issue. I could hear cars screeching on the road at different times, as well as people walking and talking right outside my door. It felt like every little sound came straight into the room. Even the AC unit was noisy and would turn on throughout the night, sometimes sounding like someone was trying to slip something under the door, which was unsettling. Overall, while the room was clean, the noise and comfort issues made it hard to get a good night’s rest.
- 3/5
Rooms werent cleaned properly
- 3/5
You have to understand that you get what you pay for. This hotel room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be, but the bed and sheets were clean. I was just staying there to sleep after a long day at Disneyland. This hotel has free parking which is amazing because they let you do a pre-check in, you can park your car here and head to Disneyland through ride share or public transportation. We took public transportation not even one block from the front of the hotel. It took us straight to the front of Disneyland in the matter of 10 mins. I found that to be the highlight of this stay in combination with the price in comparison to other properties around. I might pay extra to stay somewhere else next time, but if you are on a budget and just need a bed to sleep in after a long day then this is sufficient enough.
- 4/5
Breakfast was very limited to apples and banana. No TV on ,they tried to save money. Pools and Jacuzzi was green color not safe and healthy for small children
- 4/5
The rooms were clean, the area felt safe, and there were tons of parking. Note to management, it's time for new bed sheets and towels. They were clean but had stains. Also, the jacuzzi was green, maybe look into that. All around friendly staff, safe, and great location.
- 1/5
Okay for adults, but would not stay here with kids. Little amenities, breakfast was basically yogurt and coffee. They tried to charge $20 for a second room key.
- 4/5
The room is clean. The floor looks cleaner and newer than carpet. The housekeeper collects dirty towels and trash daily which is a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered me to park and use wifi two hours before check in. Parking can be tight late at night. Everything worked during my two night stay. Only two things need to be pointed out. First, Friday night was very noisy before midnight. You hear everything from the street. But Saturday night was quiet. Next, only coffee, juice, muffins and some fruits are available for breakfast. I'd say it's acceptable considering it's good price. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay. It's a great place to stay if you don't plan to pay much.
- 5/5
The staff was awesome, kevin in the desk was son empaty and kind, he help out alot, the maid’s were lovely to. The pool is decent in size and the jacuzzi was warm and clean. The breakfast is muffins, (banana, blueberry and chocolate) delicious.. apple/orange juice and coffe, is free!! 🙌🙌 and helps alot in the morning for the kids meanwile you keep everything packing, The price!! $71 dlls for the night, parking incluided and like 6 minutes from Disneyland! Love it!!! 🩷✨ Obviously we will stay again!
- 4/5
Clean rooms, walking distance to Disneyland air conditioning units
- 2/5
Negatives: Very loud all night, you aren't going to get any sleep. Engines revving all night, loud people running above you. We got no sleep. There was also a blunt left outside our window. We will not be back.
- 2/5
Room was dirty and had a crack on the floor. Parking filled quickly and people had to park anywhere we could. Worst of all they use full size beds and lie that theyre queen size
- 3/5
The stay was okay, the staff was really helpful but the shower had hair.
- 2/5
I don’t usually complain but…. And breakfast was just 7-9 so I missed it w 7:00 appt.
- 5/5
Very good, close to disney
- 2/5
Noisy
- 3/5
if you are looking for a cheap hotel and just a place to sleep, this is the place. but if you are a lite sleeper, than no, you can hear the next room showering and talking, walls are super thin, you can literally hear people walking outside your room. room looks clean but really not that clean, floor is dirty plus you will think twice should you shower. the only good thing about this place was they let me park my car there before check in.
- 2/5
Didn't have enough towels for us, so we had to buy our own. would find cockroaches in our room
- 2/5
That wasn't breakfast. There was coffe, muffins, bananas and yogurt. Thats it...
- 5/5
So close to disney and everything was so close to hotel ! Very clean !
- 3/5
The cleaning of the room was good, but every day they had some stained towels. The breakfast was very poor, it only had coffee, juice, yogurt and muffins, and apple, as I don't like muffins I had to buy breakfast outside. But okay.
- 4/5
Our room was not clean and the shower was dirty and nasty
- 2/5
“Unfortunately, the room was not clean and had a very strong unpleasant smell upon arrival. When I reported it, the staff tried to help by giving me a mop and something to reduce the odor since housekeeping had already left. I appreciate their effort, but this situation should have been handled before check-in. Overall, it was not a comfortable experience.”
- 3/5
Room was clean parking area clean area kind of sketchy at first but seemed ok
- 4/5
Ok
- 1/5
Please read! When i checked into the room i inspected the room and found the sheets to be used they had stains, and hair. The smell inside the room was humid. The shower head was leaking. Let alone, the towels also had black stains. I then called the lobby and complained about the room. I was then given another room. When i checked into the other room one of the queen bed sheets had blood stains i took pictures. I decided to switch to the other bed since it was late and decided to stay since i had a long day. I would honestly not recommend this property! The breakfast is only muffins and plain yogurt. However, the staff were friendly.
- 1/5
First off pitcures are deceiving this hotel was dirty. And had homeless hanging out in the back doing drugs . The pool was cold and the hot tub was not hot and was green in color. . There laundry facility was outside in the pool area.. and the floors in the rooms were disgusting were white socks, walking across the floor. My socks were black ask staff to come and mop the floor use a broom in a rag, which did not clean the floor. It was still dirty.. the upside of this hotel is that their beds were very decent and the cost was pocketbook friendly, but would suggest to spend the extra money and get a better hotel
- 1/5
I thought this could be a good place to rest after Disney with my kids. I was wrong. Parking was full then at check in I was given a one bed room I went back to the night window because the area was so unsafe that they wouldn't let us in the lobby and show the guy my reservation email with 2 beds. He didn't care and told me I had to call hotels.com to get it fixed so I did. After the call and like 30 minutes of being on the phone and him typing in the computer he gave me a 2 beds room, all this time me and my kids just waiting outside. We were so tired and decided to sleep just to be awaken by people hanging out and being loud in the parking lot and the pool area. We left after 2 hours because it felt so unsafe for me and my kids. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The towels and pillow cases were stained.
- 5/5
This was a nice place to stay for a quick Disney trip!! Within walking distance of target, Starbucks, jack in the box and more!!
- 3/5
It was just a place to sleep nothing more nothing less
- 3/5
Staff did not change the sheets or covers, just remade the bed, staff seems very lazy and doesn’t care about cleanliness whatsoever. Never going to this hotel again. Parking is also terrible, air conditioner could use some upgrading.
- 5/5
Yes, Parking and AC worked.
- 2/5
The negative: The walls were extremely thin, you could hear everything! There were people screaming till late in the night. We stayed on the bottom floor, you could hear the people above us stomping around their room until past midnight. The shower sucked and the bed was very uncomfortable. We honestly would have gotten better sleep just staying at home and getting up early to go to Disney instead.
- 2/5
The staff didnt seem to care than things were unsat.
- 4/5
Decent spot. Close to the convention center. Not the cleanest place ever, but nothing grotuesque, like bugs or mold. More just outdated. Cracking sealant, rust, etc.
- 5/5
Parking easy and secure. Great location.
- 1/5
Stained bedsheets of unknown substance or bodily fluid, hairs found in bath towels before use, hairs found hanging from towel wracks, broken hangers, strong odor of bleach.
- 1/5
I booked this hotel because it was close to Disneyland, but it actually was 1 1/2 miles instead of 1 mile like the it said! When we got there it was earlier, they wanted to charge me $35 to check in early! We went to the beach and came back, we checked in only to hear the person in front of me only paid $135 for the night and I paid $175! 😡when we get to the room, it was not cleaned good at all! The walls were dirty, the bathroom floor had pubic hairs on the floor and nasty looking stuff on the grout in front of the tub! I went downstairs and found one of the house keepers to ask her to clean the bathroom floor and she said she would but never came! Not even the next day when they made r beds, with a stained top sheet! The breakfast consisted of coffee, orange juice and apple juice, little banana muffins, yogurt and a bowl of apples on the counter! I would never stay at this hotel again! They do not even try to make it better!
- 3/5
Came after one of my days out and found no towels but the room wasn’t cleaned it was weird but I called and they brought the towels over.
- 1/5
Don’t stay here. First few hours in my husband asks the guy in the front if we can have some towels because the ones in our room were stained and disgustingly dirty. Dude says “why? You don’t have any towels?” When my husband says yes but they are dirty dude throws him a towel from who knows where from, again stained but at this point we are pissed. They couldn’t get the cable wiring figured out and eventually housekeeping did. Holes in wall, walls are paper thin and you can hear the man next door handling his business in the bathroom, even if laying in bed. Housekeeping is sketchy so we declined their assistance. We barely stayed in this room, and they have the nerve to keep our deposit and say we stained some towels?!?!?! Excuse me?!?!! The already stained effin towels are what? You people are charging every person who come in there but you don’t bother to replace the towels that are already stained. You will never have my business again and I will smear your entire hotel to any platform that will list it. This hotel is grimmey do not stay here. Saving a few dollars was not worth how disgusting the inside of this place is. Like you should have housekeeping dust since the closet car was caked on and there was also a grease spot from some former guests head on the head board

The room felt musty and gross. Bed sheets itchy and the floor was so dirty my feet were black within a couple minutes. Didnt even finish unpacking before we left. So gross.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed some work, shower head sprayed every where put on you and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough so the floor got all wet.
- 1/5
We got there check in was fast. Easy to find parking. Once inside hotel room we noticed floors didn’t look clean, room had a weird smell and it seems like they re use the shampoo bottles they leave. First night was horrible you can hear everything from outside and overall wasn’t a good experience I won’t be coming back here.
- 2/5
Staff was very nice. Property could've been a lot more maintained. Shower curtains take minimal effort to change. Room smelled like bleach
- 1/5
Towels were stained and had someone’s hair in it, the flooring was uneven and filmy, we asked if they had a freezer for medical reasons and we got inconsistent answers, phone did not work, whole place reeked of weed.
- 1/5
I truly believe this hotel staff used my debit card information to order a pizza. The same day I checked in a pizza was ordered from the same account they had charged the room with. Even after I placed to “pay at hotel”
- 3/5
The first time we stayed here rooms were perfect. This time around the room we were giving needed a lot of details.
- 4/5
The pool is there, but honestly, you're here just to sleep. Jack in the Box is next door if you need a bite, a pho place across the street, or walking distance to Roscoe's.
- 1/5
Wont come back
- 1/5
Poor quality
- 1/5
Horrible hotel very dirty staff is unfriendly I left after the first night ….This place should not be on hotels.com
- 2/5
I don't like that, and I didn't answer! Don't bother me. . . when I get there, is when I get there. And I checked in at 6:14pm! THE GOOD: big TV, ironing board and iron, great hangers and a great open closet. Plenty of pillows and the beds were outstanding! Now the BAD! The towels were supposed to be white --- THEY WERE GREY and totally frayed and raveling! And for two people --- one wash cloth and one hand towel! NOOOO! Paper thin walls; you could hear EVERYTHING! Turning on the basin sink faucet sounded like water coming out of a water well pump in the 1800s! Just DISCONTINUE the so-called breakfast! Mini-muffins, no juice and just apples! THAT IS NOT BREAKFAST, BOYS!!! The minifridge had NO freezer! The remote had no guide and you had to go up from 2 until 89 to find channels. On the website, there were pictures of individual VO5 soaps --- there were NO individual bottles and just unusable soaps that didn't foam! No welcoming smile from the front desk upon entering, nor upon leaving to get my 100 deposit returned. No "Thank you for staying with us" neither! Then as I am waiting for an UBER at the beautiful bench outside the office, the area and the surrounding surface didn't look like it was hosed down with water, nor brush-scrubbed EVER! Doubt if I will ever be back!
- 5/5
What stood out to me that the hotel was only a 30 min walk from Disneyland and they are awesome I showed up 2 hrs before check in and allowed me to park there with no issues since I have a hotel room booked with them. The other thing also is that if you hungry jack and the box is right next to the hotel so perfect for a late bite after a long day at Disneyland.
- 2/5
Also, the shower sucks and the towels are rough. All linens are gray as if the cleaning crew doesn't own bleach. Save your money in the long run and stay a few hotels down.
- 3/5
Stayed here for 2 nights, room was great. Woke up on our day to leave was showering and heard my son say whose that- a cleaning lady opened our door without knocking !!!! Walked downstairs to check out waited 10 mins for someone to check out room in order to receive my $100 deposit. Mind you we brought our on towels, got charged $10 for a towel that was ripped on the sides "supposedly stating that it was dirty".
- 3/5
The room was reasonably clean. There were some areas where the wall had been repaired and the repair was not completed. The main complaint was with the hot water. No hot water at 5:30 am - 7:00 am. That night at 9:00 pm there was plenty of hot water. Because of the hot water problem we would not stay there again.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly. This was your run of the mill motel. It was loud and when we arrived there were cops outside dealing with a patron. We had an issue with people knocking on our doors and the kids we had with us didn’t feel very safe.
- 4/5
Clean, rooms and a comfortable bed. Perfect for the price point
- 1/5
The price was right, but the "heated" hot tub is barely Lukewarm with way too many chemicals, so you feel slimy getting in. My son was shivering in the "Hot" tub. That was really disappointing. For $100 a night I guess it was worth being close to Disney, but it was not as nice as the pictures. The customer service was great except at check in I was told I owed overs three times what I had already booked and paid online. I do have a common last name, and he said he mixed me up with another guest. He ended up honoring what I had prepaid but that was a scare. This hotel is connected to the jack in the box parking lot which is how you get in. I did three circles before figuring out I had to enter jack in the box then I could access the hotel parking lot there are no other ways for cars to enter. If you just need a bed for a very low price and close to Disney its fine. But it's on a busy road and was really loud.
- 2/5
My room did not have a smoke detector, several of the electrical outlets didn’t work, and there was a fingernail/toenail clipping underneath the blanket on one of the beds.
- 3/5
The room was ok. Nothing special. Beds were comfortable
- 1/5
we kept telling staff to please let our neighbors know that they were being loud. they did not. we complained and they still didn’t do or say anything. the hotel breakfast wasnt what was advertised- just coffee, juice and some fruit. then at our last day there was roaches and when we complained they said the manager was out on vacation and couldn’t talk to us
- 2/5
My bathroom looked nothing like the photos online and the water was out since the morning till 7pm so I had to shower with cold water
- 1/5
The room was dirty and no hot water
- 5/5
The room was clean and ready when i arrived
- 1/5
key/door was difficult to work and took several tries before opening. dirty floors walls and baseboards. No hot water... barely made it to luke warm after 20 minutes of the shower being on. breakfast was no where in sight in the lobby nor did they offer it at checkout. room was next to the pool and there was a homeless person sleeping on the chair.
- 3/5
Staff was nice. Room was clean. Shower had low water pressure and no hot water at times.
- 3/5
The room has the basic necessities that you need to sleep while visiting Disney. It’s not a terrible option for those trying to save as much money as possible but still be relatively close to the park. It’s not within walking distance like I thought but it’s a cheaper uber ride than others. However, the shower is awful. The water pressure is great but the lip of the shower is too low and the curved shower curtain bar just flooded the bathroom (no way to avoid this), which explains why all the fake wood planks are lifting and look like they are constantly re glued, plus all the baseboards in bathroom were rotted out or missing. The last day though the shower never got hot (or warm) and I called the office and they said the water heater just went out that morning and they had someone coming to work on it. Thank god the last day was the day we were heading home or I would have been far more upset to not get to shower before Disney. Otherwise, the room was clean-ish and had what we needed so it wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Also, I wouldn’t say free breakfast, more so free bananas, yogurt & muffins if you’re lucky. You get what you pay for.
- 1/5
The first thing we noticed was the front door, it had a gap and didn’t seem to fully close so we used the deadbolt to ensure it was locked. The floors were uneven and cracked which made it feel unsafe to walk around barefoot in the room, we tripled multiple times. The bathroom door looked like it had been pried and forced open at some point, near the lock a piece had been taken out of the door and had been (poorly) repaired, and there was a hole in the bathroom wall from where it had hit. The rack for the towels was loose, my husband placed his hand on it when getting out of the shower and nearly fell because it was so loose. The shower did not appear to have been fully cleaned either which was disturbing. I can excuse a stiff mattress and maybe some paint chips or minor maintenance issues, but holes in the wall, cracked floors, and things not being cleaned properly is a safety hazard. Not to mention the entire room smelled of mari**ana extremely strongly when we entered.
- 2/5
The room was relatively clean. Towels were old and well used. When we asked for more we didn’t get any until the next morning. Water was leaking from the roof of the hotel, parking is a squeeze if you have a larger vehicle, sheets and blankets were stained and dirty. The final straw was waking up this morning to no hot water. They had called a technician out, but this was the nail in the coffin for us. We tried despite some negative reviews. The only plus was finally getting to enjoy Joe’s Italian Ice right across Harbor Blvd. It’s not worth the money you save. Stay somewhere else!
- 5/5
Rooms are always clean and smell so good employees are wonderful Sam especially is always so helpful and makes checking so easy and smooth
- 2/5
Not great customer service, refrigerator didn’t work, breakfast consisted of a package muffin a piece of fruit and coffee.
- 3/5
Just your average room.
- 1/5
Room was outdated, bathroom was dirty and premises was loud. I stayed here a little over a year ago and booked it again but this time it was horrible. Hotel has really gone downhill. Also the best part is my credit card was hacked when the scanned it at check in. The first time I stood there it happened but I had used it at other places so didn’t think about it much well this time I used a brand new card with no other use and I was hacked again. Be careful when using your credit card and check your statements if you do!!
- 2/5
Hotel room was clean and looked well maintained. Staff was friendly. There was no hot water in the morning when I went to shower
- 3/5
Chose pay at front desk and the day of arrival I was contacted twice stating that my reservation was going to be cancelled if I didn't update the payment method to charge me.
- 2/5
The first thing I noticed was the floor; the tiles were rising up! it was crazy, we got there a little early and no one was in the office. They literally showed up at 3:00pm. It was ghetto, however I guess you ask what you pay for. The water pressure was great in the shower, and I liked the fact the Jack in the Box was right next door.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comdie
- 1/5
Smell really bad in cigarette smoke and neighbors made too much noice. Not the best for family with toddlers.
- 5/5
Clean affordable especially for large families.
- 3/5
I think you get what you pay for but the breakfast offering was ridiculous, yogurt, muffins and coffee??I’m not sure if the bathroom counter was wiped, there was gum stuck on it so I wiped it with a Lysol wipe. If you like white towels bring your own. There’s are dingy. The beds were comfy. The price was right and 2 blocks from Toy Story parking lot. Not an upscale hotel and a few scary people walking around this area.
- 1/5
Sheets had stains and hair as if they didn’t wash the sheets every booking/stay. Bathroom had no shower mat and water was considered a clean up on our end otherwise we’d have a puddle on the floor, which could’ve resulted in an injury. Found a small cockroach in the bathroom too which was disgusting left the rest of the stay very on edge. Walls where incredibly thin too, would hear next guest over talking and snoring.
- 2/5
I have stayed here now 4 times due to its great location and comfortable beds. However, sadly I will never stay again.
- 3/5
homeless guy sleeping at pool was weird
- 3/5
It was good
- 3/5
Good for price
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
It was good
- 3/5
The housekeeping staff was nice. The ",contintal " breakfast was minimal at best. The hotel needs upgrades. Plumbing needed work and no towels for pool or hot tub. The constsnt screaming coming fron the vacant building next door will keep you up all night.
- 1/5
However The staff were nice with checking me in right away .
- 1/5
My stay was cancelled upon arrival.
- 2/5
The room was ok but the TV didn’t work and the front desk had a hard time trying to fix the problem. Was on the first floor and very noisy with everyone upstairs moved. Also when someone took a shower upstairs our pipes in our bathroom gurgled very loud the entire time. Went to take a shower in the morning and absolutely no hot water. I ask to change rooms to an upstairs room and not on the side of the street right next door. They said if I wanted a room on the non-street side which had double beds it would cost me an additional 15.00 for that. Meanwhile no consideration on what we went through the night before or compensation for no hot water at all.
- 2/5
This experience wasn’t the best . ADA room shower head combination came off completely sprayed the whole bathroom floor walls/mirror shortly after arrival. I let office know . I received 2 towels after I used all of them in the morning I asked the house keeper for more towels she got mad because I dried the floor/walls with them . Said she was going to charge me for them. If there were stains . There were from drying the floor clearly floor wasn’t as clean as looked Towels weren’t even worth charging. Lots dust bunnies behind the bed clearly enough to know bed has never been moved. Not a place I would stay again . I would have been ok with shower it happens. It was the employee that I won’t return.
- 1/5
The noise from the outside was terrible!
- 5/5
Amazing i love staying at this hotel will definitely be back.
- 4/5
The room was clean. Check-in and check-out were fast.
- 3/5
Very friendly staff. TV didn’t work properly. Contacted front desk but they never came to correct the issue.
- 5/5
Spotless! Good stay.
- 4/5
Nice
- 3/5
The price was worth it for the proximity to Disneyland , the area was quiet, parking was easy. Overall an ok experience except for the floor was still very dirty and had hair scattered everywhere, they did have housekeeping come up and clean the floor again but she came in with an attitude. We were also charged an additional $35 for leaving makeup on 2 towels. We’re 2 girls going to Disney, of course we had makeup on lol.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful. Staff too!
- 1/5
Blankets were dirty , they had spots of who knows what . The mattress are hard and old stained horrible terror , compare to a motel to be honest
- 1/5
The room is not good all socket is not working, the fridge is not cold, there is only two socket in the room near bathroom and next to one bed.there is no blow dryer, blood stains in bed sheet and stains on floor and bathroom floor was wet so we used the some towel to wipe and dry the floor, and this one got my wife n daughter scared on 1/26/26 like 2-3am a guy was knocking on our room and he was saying open the door.and not only once but three times he knocked.so we were disappointed and not happy for the price we pay.so room, amenities and dangerous things can happen to my family there they need security around.
- 1/5
Check-in was fine. There was a woman four doors down for me who was laughing out loud all night long. That combined with loud cars sounding like they were right outside the door cut me from sleeping. At about 5:30 in the morning, I couldn’t take it anymore. I went ahead and checked out got home and slept. I missed a whole day of being at the NAMM convention because of it.
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 1/5
The stay here was not great. I brought along my dog and I had the laundry ladies complain that my dogs hair were ruining their sheets and therefore my deposit was going to be taken. They complained because I wanted my bed sheets changed everyday. It’s a hotel of course i want them changed. The staff was so rude about “approaching” me with these “issues” I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
The room was nice & clean! They made our beds while we were out which was nice to come back to after hours at Disneyland. Front staff was very respectful & welcoming. :)
- 5/5
Great for its prices
- 3/5
Bed box spring creaked loudly when getting in and out of bed. Ironing board and hangers looked like they were from a thrift store. Lots of outside noise from the neighborhood. From people hanging out on the street talking, to hot rod cars racing up and down Harbor Blvd. at night. So either run the AC/heater or bring air plugs with you if you want a good night sleep. Can also hear people in the next room talking. A few small bugs, but not a issue. Roughly 25-30 minute walk to Disney Parks entrances. Option is to walk to the Toy Story parking lot, go through security, and ride the bus to the park gates. Lots of food options within 2 blocks, and Target store about 1/2 a mile down Harbor Blvd. Joe’s Italian Ice is directly across the street. Breakfast has packaged muffins, fruits, yogurt, juices, and coffee.
- 3/5
The pillows had red hairs and makeup, The shower was dirty and well the room was dirty. We mentioned it to front desk and they just said they would notate it but that’s it
- 3/5
Our room was ok, not as cute as I was expecting. We got a 2 queen room, one bed had about 5 black hairs on it, both beds the sheet that covered the box spring had like dirty shoe smudges on them. Overall the room wasn't what I expected, I expected better. The parking was ok, I think just about every spot was filled. Lots of food and restaurant choices near by. Overall, I really liked the vintage look of this place, but was disappointed in our stay.
- 4/5
Nice staff, decent room
- 3/5
It was OK for the price. We paid the bed in the general room look nice and clean but once you got to the bathroom, the bathroom wasn’t up to my cleanliness.
- 2/5
Room smelled horrible
- 5/5
Nice room, nothing special. You get what you pay for!
- 1/5
I only chose this place because of the hot tub. The hot tub wasnt working and there was no notice of that so i left and checked in across the street at the hampton inn. I would like a full refund for this room please.
- 1/5
There was blood on the floor when we checked in, got switched to a different room only to have that room have broken lamps and outlets that didn’t work. Then, housekeeping stole from me, and did a horrible job cleaning the room.
- 2/5
Bed sheets had stains and bathroom had mould everywhere
- 4/5
is dirty. Staff is nice especially the manager very approciable..
- 3/5
Found a couple of hairs on my pillows Around the bed was dirty The people on the second floor while we were there didn’t stop stomping down Waste of my money.
- 3/5
Everything is good the only one need to improve is floor. It very dirty floor even I use something to clean still dirty
- 3/5
Staff were nice enough, rooms were clean, but the pictures are a bit misleading. Free breakfast was a yogurt and a juice dispenser, not quite what I expected.
- 2/5
We found lice in our room
- 5/5
Great stay for an excellent price. Staff awesome and accommodating. Recommended
- 1/5
Holes in wall. Room had no wash cloths and when asked the employee he stated they don’t have wash cloths. Had to use a HAND TOWEL to shower.
- 2/5
When I checked in I was given a room key to a room that was already being in use. I opened the door and saw people belongins. I informed the house keeper and had to go back to the lobby to get a new room key to a vacant room.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Grato
- 2/5
Due to a change in plans, I was unable to make my stay at Signature Anaheim Maingate.
- 4/5
The parking was a little tricky but overall it was a great stay the room was spacious, breakfast could have been better
- 2/5
mopped),wheshower was not v clean there
- 5/5
Great access to Disneyland with parking
- 3/5
Rooms are rundown, walls are dirty, floors are dirty. People on bikes hanging out. Rooms need to be updated, paint is chipped, caulking on restrooms is moldy and different color, towels are thin and hard.
- 3/5
The staff was nice. The walls are super thin. We tried sleeping Friday and the next door people were super loud and it was midnight. The room is basic nothing fancy.
- 1/5
I walked in the room and there was poop smeared on the walls. They came and cleaned it. Two nights in a row from coming back from the park, my door wouldn’t work. I had to wait 30 minutes to get a new key. There was also a black widow in our room. I always stay in cheap motels and nothing ever bothers me but this was the worst experience ever.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful the room rooms were clean
- 5/5
The room were clean and parking was easy and convenient
- 4/5
Nice room
- 1/5
- 4/5
The only thing that I found wrong was the bathtub is very very slippery so we had to put a towel in it which was really not a big deal and some of the clean towels were very hard like the type of towel you hang to dry. The staff is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
The room felt neglected. There were makeup stained towels and shower curtain as well. The room was mildly clean. The bed was comfortable. The walls are super thin. We could hear the obnoxious neighbors next door to us.
- 5/5
Clean room and easy check-in. Also held our bags while we were at the park. Overall a great place to stay when visiting Disneyland.
- 2/5
Restroom door could not close it, water from the shower was very small, too much noise from outside
- 4/5
Smelled funky
- 4/5
Overall stay was fine. Key card access for rooms was subpar, had to get the card re-keyed 3x over the course of a 1 night stay.
- 1/5
Room wasn’t clean at all. It’s too noisy and hard to sleep. Not enough parking in the lot. Towels are old and cheap looking and don’t appear to have been cleaned. Would not recommend this place at all.
- 2/5
Would not stay here again.
- 1/5
There were bugs on the bed sheets, floor is not clean, bedsheets had dirty spots, quality of the bed and chairs in the room are terrible, not water or tea or coffee supplies, breakfast was no breakfast best thing to say.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. Easy access to your room from parking. Friendly staff. It’s perfect if you want a simple affordable place to stay for a Disney trip.
- 5/5
clean room, firendly staff, and magnficent location. Thanks!
- 5/5
Great experience and to close to Disneyland
- 5/5

- 1/5
Hair in sheets ! Left early didn’t stay the 2nights left early ! Don’t not stay . !! Please take My advice .. i never leave reviews but this time i felt like i needed to make people aware of this hotel . It’s a health hazard . Had my two girls with me and i will never ever be back.
- 5/5
more food
- 1/5
We were supposed to stay 3 nights left after one.i would not recommend this to someone I didn’t like. Never again
- 1/5
the front desk to have it re-programmed and it still wouldn't work properly. tbeds and pillows aren't the most comfortable. my room was conjoined with another room and the gap on the bottom of the door was so big i would be able to slide something under to the next room . i go to disneyland every other month and like to try different places and this is one i will probably not be returning to. definitely got what i paid for.
- 4/5
Also, this night had a rainstorm. The heat worked great, but needs a filter change. The door also had cracks that needs better sealing.
- 5/5
The check in process was easy and fast. I was also happy with my rooms cleaniness and t.v.
- 3/5
It is what it is. Nice clean rooms and next to fast food if needed. Does get noisy at night but it was great to just get ready and go to sleep
- 5/5
all the above. Thank you
- 3/5
Good for free parking and relatively close to disney. The amenities were not great and the towels were dingy. Saw laundry machines outside and the room smelled musty i think from the rain. Walls were also thin
- 1/5
This place was hard to find and honestly shady af to check in at! Staff was all unfriendly
- 2/5
Hot tub was green and the laundry machine was outside??
- 3/5
Room was clean. Parking is easy. Staff was nice and helpful. Purpose was that it was close to Disneyland. That was a perk. Had a weird smell from the AC. Walls are thin. Could hear full conversations of neighbors. Breakfast could have more options. Elevator would've been helpful. Good for a low budget, mostly sleep stay.
- 4/5
What a great place to stay. Very comfortable bed especially after a long day at Disney. I would’ve given it a five star, but the options at the breakfast bar were very slim. But overall, very nice place to stay. End of calf is very friendly. I would recommend staying there again.
- 1/5
The room was not clean.. and towels were stained
- 4/5
No issues- nothing special. Did the job for going to Disneyland and having somewhere to sleep and shower.
- 3/5
Towels need to be repo. Very dingy. Along with linen.
- 3/5
From Disneyland there was NO PARKING our room keys didn’t work again .Staff mentioned walking through Disneyland gate, deactivates them. If not being near our phone does. The walls are paper thin. We heard our neighbors loud conversation. The wall plugs are old cause our phone charger would fall out. It was easier to charge our items in the car. Other than that it was ok ,
- 5/5
Great room and staff.
- 5/5
It's a good place, clean and nice
- 3/5
They didn’t have any “do not disturb” placards to put on your door. Room service came by multiple times. Once in the morning to ask about towels, once while we were gone to take out the trash, and again while we took a midday nap. They opened the door
- 1/5
I checked in and almost immediately checked out. I was only going to be there 1 night with my kids but this room was filthy. Smelled like chemicals, dirty floor, dirty counters. When walking into the bathroom, it smelled very strong of urine and shower curtain was nasty. There was a wad of long hair stuck to the shower wall from whoever showered there before. The towels were all stained. Really loud people outside on the street. I was fearful there would be roaches and left to a clean hotel across the street. Do not stay here!
- 2/5
Room looked dirty. The towels had black stiand on them bed had hair on it
- 4/5
Great room. Clean. Staff checking in and out were great. Wish they had a tub but overall good experience. Would book again
- 5/5
Very clean, comfy, and nice room. Staff was very nice and helped with any questions
- 4/5
The walls are thin. We heard every noise
- 5/5
I’ve stayed here before and it’s great for the money and proximity to Disneyland
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Stayed for a second time this year at the signature main gate for my second Disneyland trip. Very satisfied with the stay! Was so happy the first time that we were returned to the same hotel. Very easy, check-in checkout experience, the room has everything you need for just a place to sleep and get ready for all your adventures outside at Disneyland. If we go again, definitely, we’ll be staying here once again. They went every day for the room service to clean up the room. Make sure our towels were always re upped, and everything was in close proximity to the hotel.
- 4/5
Check-in was efficient. Room was clean & comfy
- 5/5
Clean room, no issues
- 2/5
Was not able to try breakfast, no issues with parking. Staff was friendly and beds were clean but bathrooms was decent
- 1/5
Breakfast was not like before we’ve stayed here and you used to be a good variety not there like only 4 things to choose from and power went out while using a blow dryer that they provide also our sink and bath tub clogged for hours with maintenance supposedly on the way so we weren’t able to shower all morning since maintenance didn’t show up til after 1pm just a bad stay over all
- 1/5
Hotel was ran down, room was not clean, there was a big sticky spot on the floor by the door, a wet towel left in the bathroom, hair all over the bed and the room. Cords wouldn’t stay plugged into the wall plugs-they just fell out, parking is limit and hotel shares a parking lot with jack in the box. Expedia stated this was a 3 min drive from Disneyland that was incorrect, it’s a 10 min drive. I would Never stay here again
- 4/5
Staff was helpful
- 1/5
To start, the bathroom had a putrid smell that was so strong we couldn’t even use it. We had conjoined rooms on the bottom floor and ended up having to use the other bathroom instead. The bathroom wall had visible mold, and the paint was peeling off. In the main room, one of the outlets was melted and unusable a serious safety hazard. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, squeaky, and loud with every move. The towels were stiff, stained, and overall disgusting ,we had to go to Target to buy our own. The floors were filthy; after walking around, my white socks turned completely black. To make matters worse, during our stay, city officials actually came and closed down the pool for health reasons. That alone says a lot about the conditions of this place. We barely slept that night because we were so uncomfortable. At 6 a.m., we told the front desk we wanted to check out early and cancel the next night. The man at the desk offered to have housekeeping do a deep clean, but when the cleaners arrived, they were extremely rude. They knocked aggressively like the FBI and demanded that we move all of our belongings so they could clean. That was the last straw. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism were all far below acceptabl

Arriving around 11pm we struggled to find parking and got lucky with someone leaving or else it would’ve been a different story. The staff was polite and respectful no issues with them. The shower in the room was awful, no pressure, floor was beyond slipper had to shower in crocs just to get a grip. The shower water spilled everywhere. Ran out of towels everytime we showered because of all the water that was coming out the shower. The floor needed a good mopping or vacuuming. So many stray hairs that stuck to the socks.
- 3/5
The Staff was friendly and easy to converse with. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The place does need some updating.
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are nothing like the pictures listed on the website. My sheets had blood stains on them, the bathroom had mould and the whole room smelled like chemicals.
- 2/5
Checking in I was not impressed with the guy checking us in as the whole time he was more interested in his phone. The bed was comfortable and the room but everything you needed but, the floors felt nasty, there was hair all over the bathroom floors and sink area. Had to wipe the counter down before i put anything out because it felt dirty.
- 5/5
Continental breakfast was as expected ***** AREA AT HANDICAP PARKING is NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ADA/Architecural Codes AND WAS A TRIP HAZARD. HIGH CURB WITH UNEVEN STEPPING STONES IN MUDDY DIRT. BIG-SAFETY ISSUE
- 2/5
Everything poor
- 1/5
I know this is a low end hotel but it was horrible. The bathroom doorframe was rotted from water damage. The road noise was awful. Hot rods going all night it seemed. Check in was in person after dark and through a plexiglass window. That immediately sparked safety concerns. Not what I was expecting from the previous review.
- 1/5
Avoid this place at all costs. The room conditions were completely unsanitary, with dirty and stained linens that made the stay very uncomfortable. I reported the issue several times, but the hotel only took action after I left a message saying I would contact county authorities. This experience was deeply frustrating and unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 2/5
My room had a stand up shower no bath tub and I was traveling with a toddler. Not the easiest to shower a toddler. Parking was terrible. Not enough parking spaces available.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
I have stayed here before and it was nice. This time the room was really dingy, and I was surprised on how unkept it was. But the staff are nice.
- 3/5
Not very clean. Hair on floor, tub, and toilet dirty. Blood on toilet bowl and wall. I always carry clorox wipes just in case. Bedding seemed to be very clean.
- 4/5
The breakfast was a little too minimal. Also on the second morning there wasn't any muffins. Some cereal or instant oatmeal or simple little microwaveable things would be good additions.
- 3/5
Good
- 5/5
Close to Disney and right across from Joes. Great stay
- 2/5
I've never had to ASK for staff to put the free breakfast out before... Tried to get food at 8:15- 2 yogurts, 1 apple available. Juice machine empty. Returned at 8:40 and the apple and yogurts were gone. Went to lobby, 3 people standing around chatting, and then were suddenly VERY quick to put out the banana nut muffins and some more yogurt and bananas. Room was fine, multiple banana nut muffins seen on ground- even the birds did not find them edible.
- 5/5
Customer service is the most important
- 3/5
Too much noise from housekeeping on their phones walking the hallways. And unsafe because we saw some sketchy people coming out a room and arguing while we were trying to check in…looked like a deal gone wrong.
- 1/5
This property was terrible. The only thing good about it was the house keepers they were very nice. The place overall was dirty I put my arm on the rail and it was black. I asked if we could cancel one room for the last night and was told no because it was already paid for. We were woke up at 5:00 in the with people screaming and fighting. There were clothes, vape pens and garbage in the wall ways. We asked to check in a little early because we just got off a cruise and had no where to go he said our rooms were ready but he would have to charge us $40 per room. We already paid $450 for 2 rooms for 2 nights. There was a dead smashed bug on our floor. The sheets were discussing. Just over all a bad experience!
- 3/5
The sheets were dirty but they were nice enough to move us to a cleaner room
- 5/5
The rooms were nice. Our room was cleaned every day which is rare now. Proximity to Disneyland and bus stations was great.
- 3/5
Room was a place to sleep. We were at Disneyland all day so we just needed a place to lay our heads. Perfect for our little get away
- 5/5
Kind and helpful staff. Spacious clean room with comfy beds. One of my favorite places to stay when visiting the Anaheim area. Pool and spa are also super clean for guests. Housekeeping is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here if you want a great location close to Disneyland less than $10 in Lyft or Uber. This is a great place.
- 5/5
For the price the place was great. I would book again.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and room was clean. Breakfast options were significantly less than pictured. It was also a bit loud due to it being so close to the road. Toiletries were not initially provided but were available at the front desk when we asked.

So my family and I were planning a trip to Disneyland. And I heard about this motel from word of mouth. It was convenient because it was only 10 minutes away from Disneyland. And right next to a jack in the box that was open 24 hours. But people were coming in and out of the rooms. A lot of traffic. Me and my daughter took a dip in the Jacuzzi wasn’t that hot at all. A lady came in and joined us. I don’t even think she was staying at the hotel. She looked homeless. They don’t even have a lock on their swimming pool area. The floors were dirty after I got out of the shower. I walked from the shower to my bed and my feet were dirty. I had to walk on towels around the hotel. The shower water didn’t even stay in the tub. It was all wet by the toilet. The walls had stains on it, and the sheets and comforters had stains on it. The woman that checked, the skin was nice and the man that checked us out was nice that’s about it. I think their breakfast should have better options.
- 5/5
The room was very comforting. And the staff was very nice and understanding. It did get a bit loud at times. But understandable considering the area and the influx of travelers. The area is very busy and at times there was a lot of noise from what sounded like street racers. And the drive thru next door can get busy and loud.
- 3/5
Convenient for our purpose. Easy car pick up. Quiet and good beds. One morning the hot water was off but they got it on pretty quickly. No coffee in the room or real room cleaning in 4 days, tho we did get clean towels daily.
- 1/5
Noisy and dirty
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
This was our first hotel of 3 on our trip and it was probably the most practical for our family. We only stayed for a night, the beds were very comfortable and our room was quiet from the main road.
- 1/5
The guy when we checked in was very nice. BUT!!! The room itself was dirty!! I pointed out the bathroom floor that it was dirty and it had some pieces of broken something on the flooor and the next day we came back in the evening and it was pushed behind the bathroom door. We even showed the guy what was left by the last person staying there. Also, they never once picked up the trash we left on the little table nicely put together inside a box. They did not pick up the used wash cloths in the shower. We only used 1 bed in the 2 bedroom and they could not even put the pillows back on that bed when they supposedly came to clean. We saw the same guy the morning we left and complained and he look at the housekeeping forms and said they never even marked your room as being cleaned!! Now how about that, no discount for us or nothing!
- 3/5
There were ro many big in the restroom and shower
- 3/5
It was nice the front receptionist didn’t charge for the early check in There restaurants around here and the transportation is foot for the area and to go to Disney also I Understand the breakfast is limited but they run out of bananas and coffee . Otherwise the hotel is affordable .
- 4/5
It is close to Disneyland and was clean and quiet. The only downside was no bathtub and shower only.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay.
- 5/5
It is an excellent hotel and well located
- 2/5
Breakfast every day is the same but ok to me. The bed comforts are not clean enough
- 4/5
Needed a place to stay one night after visiting Disneyland. This place was one of the cheapest on hotels.com app. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Some things not in control of the inn but might be worth noting is that you can hear everything specifically traffic and other tenants closing and opening doors. We picked a nonsmoking room but the rooms next to us had a strong scent of marijuana. As a family with younger kids that kind of stuff going on is not something we want during part of a family vacation.
- 2/5
The staff were nice. However, the property was old and dirty. They didn't have breakfast like advertised. It was only yogurt and muffins and a super small dining area. Will not stay here again.
- 1/5
First off info want to say it was a fast check in the lady was helpful at check in. I was in room 235 the room had a bad odor like a mold smell.. the bed / pillow was so uncomfortable to sleep on and when you walk on the floor towards the bathroom it feels like there is a hallow hole so I did my best to avoid stepping there. I was really disappointed as I had booked the hotel because it said hot tub and light breakfast. The hot tube did nit get hot ither of the days we were there other residents said the same and for breakfast the coffee was so watered down we went to a different place to get some. I had high expectations due to the rating on Expedia but when I checked the ratings on Google they were very low. Definitely do not recommend check google reviews before booking a room.
- 2/5
Next to jack in the box strong smell of grease,
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful
- 2/5
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to save another family from my experience. The most disappointing part of our stay here was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke, which was weird considering the first thing I was told when we checked in was to please not smoke on the premises. When I brought it up to the staff, they said they’d get us an air purifier and housekeeping would come in help. Hours passed until finally housekeeping came in and sprayed some air freshener and called it a day. I was waiting for the air purifier, but nothing came. So when I reached back out to the staff, they told me “oh we thought you wanted an air freshener”, and that there was nothing they could do to help us. I have a 2 year old baby and a wife who suffers from migraines, so what was supposed to be a nice stay turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I know the price may hook you, but trust me, we’ve stayed at better places in the area around the same value. This will be our last visit here.
- 3/5
The room wasn’t very clean—found hair and some debris by the bed and in the tub, small stains on linens. Shower head was broken, and the bathroom felt pretty old and worn out. 2 nights hearing cars racing/speeding by all evening. Front staff was pleasant and had no issues during check-in. Location is good if you’re visiting Disneyland on a budget.
- 5/5
Friendly service, everything is ok.
- 1/5
They cancelled our reservation with out speaking to us. I drove all the way out there and I was told they cancelled our room. When I asked if I can rebook the room I had reserved, they said that they already gave my room away. :-(
- 4/5
We told room service that we did not need service for the day but the team still refreshed towels every day despite our request. The area wasn’t terribly loud or quiet. Having a Joe’s Italian Ices across the street was a sweet perk. Overall a decent place; just know you’re getting what you’re paying for.
- 5/5
It was comfortable. Great location. Clean rooms. Just need to get a new ironing board
- 1/5
I got one room and went to sit on the bed and it felt like an actual brick. I went and asked to be changed to a different room. That bed was a little better. Was unable to charge my things via outlet because the plugs will not stay in thankfully I had a portable charger that I was able to use.
- 3/5
The hotel motel suited purpose. The upstairs was SO noisy one night then the next day the adjoining room was super loud. There was little to no water pressure and the shower head didn’t work very well. The water was hot. The shower and bathroom were clean-ish minus the hairs and dirty walls. The caulking was moldy. The beds were clean though again had hairs. The comforter and towels were stained. The mattresses were also significantly stained. Over all the stay was ok and priced right for the area. We weren’t able to try the free breakfast. We stayed three nights and were so exhausted we opted to spend a few extra bucks and get am AirBNB to finish our vacation and get good rest.
- 5/5
The area is close to everything. They maintain the cleanliness of our room everyday.
- 5/5
I let the front desk know about my wife being disabled on a wheelchair. Which is very new to us and always a nervous vain for me. They gave us the desire room. First floor, just make sure to call ahead. They have a good continental breakfast. Fruit, coffee, yogurt and individual wrapped muffins. They also have an ice machine available. Room is clean, area is clean. Near a target. The only thing is loud like people around but that's not the hotels fault rather than the guests. I will definitely stay here again. I just wish they were closer to Disney.
- 3/5
It’s been remodeled but the small is bad when we left the room and came back it smelled like pee really bad for the price it’s not bad but I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again
- 1/5
Horrible
- 1/5
Don’t believe what you read, it was loud, things were broke, not enough parking spaces to accommodate guests, their breakfast they advertise consisted of muffin, banana, apple, yogurt, it was a joke, thank goodness for the Jack In The Box next door. Pay a little more and get your monies worth, this was lost definitely not worth $100, beds squeak and were very uncomfortable also.
- 4/5
Nothing special.
- 4/5
Staff are lovely good location. Would get 5 stars if they did a better breakfast
- 3/5
Requesting non smoking, room smell very bad like cigarettes
- 4/5
Ok
- 3/5
Limited parking.
- 3/5
It was ok I asked the housekeepers to clean our room 1 day and they didn’t do it. There also was a mildew smell in our room frm AC it was too late to ask to request another room.
- 1/5
They donf provide good service
- 4/5
great job thank you.
- 1/5
Do not stay in this Inn !! The room was very old with some weird smell, bath room had rotten corners exposed! The towels were so old that I would only use them for mopping the floor! Worst of all, the noises from the street were so bad that I had to go to front desk asking for ear plugs, but they said they didn’t have any, and the noise would go down after mid night! I can’t sleep until 2am. Then the next door couple had a violent fight and woke me up due to poor sound-prove between the room. I almost got heart attack from thinking the guy would shoot the girl! Then the dog in some other room started bark around 6am. I hardly slept whole night. Also, there was no breakfast, it was a false advertisement.
- 1/5
Don’t stay here. There was mold, bugs, stains and just dirty.
- 1/5
This property is super dirty. The sheets were dirty. When I told the front desk all he did was get sheets for ME to change them myself. Horrible experience!!!
- 3/5
Easy check in.
- 4/5
The price was good for the area/location. Small pool and small room, few amenities and not a good breakfast. Walking distance from Disneyland and all we needed was a place to crash. Free parking, wi-fi, cable/satellite and ice.
- 3/5
Less expensive
- 4/5
I definitely liked the price! We just needed a place to crash. It served its purpose. Free parking was much appreciated. I expected more because it is not far from Disneyland. I am not upset with the overall experience. Other hotels are more expensive and don't offer better.
- 2/5
Breakfast was included but only Bananas, apples and some yogurts. Not what is usually considered breakfast included at a hotel stay
- 4/5
The spa and pool facilities were dirty and not working properly
- 5/5

- 5/5
20 minute walk to Disneyland, rooms were clean and reasonably priced for the location. Rooms were clean, except the floors, they could have used a good mop. Would definatley stay there again for a Disney Trip.
- 4/5
Decent place to stay for price. Room felt humid.
- 2/5
It was so dirty. The Keurig had water left in it, so I went to dump it and stumbled on broken floorboards and spilled some. I wiped it up with a towel, and the towel was just brown. Looked at my socks and they were filthy after just a few minutes in there. The plugs couldn't make a connection, so I had to use my travel charger. When making the coffee, you had to keep your hand on the plug for it to make contact. It has probably never been cleaned, because it sprayed everywhere. Every piece of linen was terribly stained. The tub plug was missing. Doors and walls damaged. Baseboards and plugs were so dirty.
- 1/5
The room was disgusting. Dirty walls dirty shower. You can tell they don’t clean very well: bedding was dirty. I would never stay here again!
- 1/5
Jacuzzi not open until after 10am.
- 4/5
Overall it was good there was a little bit of mold in the shower and the lamp in the room just sat on the table next to the bed. It was not plugged in nor did it have an outlet to be plugged into. But overall it was a good stay
- 3/5
It was very close to Disneyland and convenient to a lot of places to eat. Wish they would have had more options for breakfast. Parking was easy, staff was nice.
- 5/5
The service was great, they let us check in early (for a cost) the room itself was clean but the towels are really small and the beds had crumbs in it.
- 2/5
The jacuzzi was not working and they never fixed it
- 5/5
This is our go to Hotel cause it’s clean and convenient to get to Disneyland
- 5/5
We stay here when we come to Disneyland once a month except in the summer it’s too The rooms are always room
- 5/5
It was a excellent stay rooms are always clean this is are go to hotel for our Disneyland trip we usually stay 2 nights and love it
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
The room was clean and the bed comfortable so we slept well. The few concerns we had were the amount of road noise at night due to being close to the main road, the breakfast was pathetic, it was just juice and coffee, and the towel definitely need to be replaced. I had to ask for several replacement before we got some decent towels. Our stay was fine but I would keep you expectations low for this place.
- 5/5
The room was clean
- 1/5
Linens were nasty. Very old and worn out rooms. Needs to be upgraded. Pricey for what you get.
- 3/5
Honestly, you get what you pay for. I didn't mind the street noise or the room. There was always parking even after a disney day.. the only thing was it was a bit dirty. My towel had stains and even hair that didn't belong to me. Even one of our pillows had a stain on it. It was okay, but I was forced to buy my own towels. Great location, but not the cleanest. Don't think I will be coming back.
- 3/5
el lugar no muy recomendado, mucho ruido en la calle, y
- 4/5
It was pretty decent for the money I spent
- 5/5
Se encuentra en un buen sector
- 1/5
Bathroom walls and floors were dirty, stained, damaged. You get what you pay for I guess
- 3/5
It was basic. It would have been okay except we stayed to get up early for Disney. One of the neighbors was up until the wee hours with a loud movie and loud talking.
- 2/5
There was no soap in the room. Didn't change out our dirty towels. Breakfast was a joke! Weren't very helpful with directions and other questions.
- 2/5
The pros: it was cheap. The bed was actually firm and well kept. Did i mention it was cheap?
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
First room I was in smelled like mold and bleach. Asked to change rooms. Got one that was mold free
- 3/5
Very loud- you definitely hear the street noise. There are no deadbolts on the doors. Complimentary breakfast is lacking. We were only given 2 sets of towels for three people.
- 4/5
We got fresh towels everyday and trash was taken out
- 1/5
Me and my wife and daughter woke up with bites on our back arms and legs.
- 1/5
Second, the room was filthy and there was a plastic garbage bag covering the fire detector. Had to ask for more towels just to put on the floor because it was so dirty. The hot tub didnt work and when i asked about it they said they were waiting for a new one. They are NO WHERE near the main gate to Disney and when asked about the ART bus they had no clue. No hair dryer in the room you have to ask for it and you are expected to return it to the front dest when done with it. The area around is car repair shops and Jack in the box so a lot of people sleeping in their cars a shady deals happening all through the night with lots of noise. And the free continental is a joke, they may have had 5 items of each. So the price may look good but dont waste the money it is atrocious. I would add pictures but this site wont let me. Go to yelp i will post there
- 4/5
It was decent. The only problem was the traffic, people like to fly by at midnight hours.
- 4/5
The property was neat and clean with plenty of parking.
- 3/5
Overall it was good. Just that the breakfast could be better
- 5/5
The motel itself is not the nicest place you could stay - however for the price plus free parking, breakfast, clean pool, room was decent, bed was comfortable. You get a decent place to stay for an affordable price.
- 5/5
Walls were paper thin I could hear everything next door
- 2/5
One of the main reasons we selected this motel was it had a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was supposedly fixed in the morning but quit working again. The water in the hot tub was so dirty I would even put my feet in it. Never got it working for the 2 days that we were there.
- 5/5
The beds were new and very comfortable! The floors are hardwood so no worries about old carpets and what could be in them. Shower stall was new too. The Front desk was nice and the price was amazing!
